You have to stop letting reality bully you. Most people wake up every morning and immediately let what's in front of them decide how they feel. The bank account, the situations, the circumstances. They look at reality and they say, okay, this is what's true. This is who I am. This is what I have to work with. That's not awareness. That's submission. That's handing over your creative control. Here's what they don't want you to know. Everything you see, touch, everything you can measure right now, that's just the output of old decisions and patterns that already ran. It's like reading yesterday's paper and making all of your decisions based on what you see in yesterday's paper. The people who actually change their lives figure out one thing. Your internal state has to stop being a reaction to your external conditions, because the moment you let the outside world set the tone for your inside world, you've handed over control. You're no longer navigating, you're just responding. And you can't build a new life while you're using that overreactive nervous system. What you gotta understand is that your brain doesn't know the difference between what's real and what's vividly imagined. That's neuroscience. Which means that you have the ability right now to run a reality that doesn't even exist. To feel it, to move from it, to make decisions from it. Stop letting what is talk you out of what could be. Reality doesn't get a vote in your new identity. I'm Culture J. I'm the designer of Identity 2.0. If you are listening to this and your circumstances have been writing your story, follow me so we can rewrite them.
