Y'all already know what we gonna be talking about. Gonna be talking about the fact— oh shit, we're gonna be talking about the fact you could be, do, and have anything you desire. Anything you desire. If you could think it, you could do it. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. If you can hold it in your head, you can hold it in your hands. You can't hold it in your head. You can't hold it in your hands. We're gonna really simplify manifesting today. It's not complicated. You don't need all these techniques. You don't got to do 8 billion affirmations. You don't got to stare at no vision board. I'm not saying you can't do this stuff. I'm definitely saying you don't have to do none of that to create the life you want. You are a creator, and you got to start living like you are a creator. And one thing about creators is we have to be intentional with our thinking. We have to be intentional with our feeling. We can't allow our thoughts and feelings to just run wild. I'm not saying suppress what you feel, but I am saying you can't just get lost in the feeling. Not at the feeling of what you don't want. You got to stop getting hijacked by what you don't want. You got to get your brain on in alignment with what you want. When you start aligning to what you want, you accidentally start coming up with the ideas. You'll accidentally start meeting the right people. You accidentally start ending up in the right place at the right time. You'll accidentally do some really cool stuff. But when you focus on what you don't want, when you allow your mind to go crazy in the area what you don't want, you'll accidentally get anxious, accidentally get depressed, accidentally get overwhelmed. Accidentally procrastinate and create something that you're not proud of. Manifesting is going to require you to think on purpose. It's going to require you to have proud of. Manifesting is going to require you to think on purpose. It's going to require you to have goals. It's going to require you to be intentional. You are not an accident, and the quickest way to unpack your purpose is to live life on purpose. I don't think it's a coincidence that we call it a purpose. But in order to truly activate your purpose, you have to live on purpose. You can't activate your purpose living on accident. So if you want to activate your purpose, you got to be purposeful. Being purposeful is going to require you to have a goal. Being purposeful is going to require you to know what you want. And knowing what you don't want is, is good stuff, but you can't get hypnotized by it. So many people are stuck in the conversation of what they don't like. So many people are stuck on who did them wrong, whose fault it is, what mama and daddy should have did, what ex-wife and ex-husband should have did. Okay, I understand that situation might didn't play out the way that you wanted to go. What clarity did you get from that? Having lived through that, what did it make crystal clear to you that you would rather have? That job that you had, what desires did that job help you to give birth to? The relationship where you weren't being treated the way that you know you should be treated, what desires did they create inside of you? We got to learn how to focus on the desire and not the situation that created the desire. Does that make sense? You got to learn how to focus on the desire that it stirred up in you and not the situation that stirred up the desire in you. That relationship that broke you created some desires in you. It created you a desire to be loved properly. It created you a desire to be handled a certain way. It created you a desire to have a trustworthy partner. You got to focus on the desire and not the relationship that created the desire. You got to focus on the desire, not the situation or the business that created the desire. Focus on your desires the same way you accidentally get upset and accidentally get overwhelmed and accidentally have a bad day when you focus on what you don't want. Start focusing on what you do want. Watch how you accidentally get inspired. Watch how you accidentally get creative. Watch how you accidentally come up with some really great ideas. Your only limit in life is you. Your only limit in life is you. If you can think it, you can do it. If you can think it, you can do it. And if you can feel it, you'll do it on accident. Nothing can stop you. Nothing can stop you. A divorce can't stop you. A disease can't stop you. A diagnosis can't stop you. Depression can't stop you. Anxiety can't stop you. A broken arm can't stop you. A death in the family can't stop you. A rude manager, a mean manager can't stop you. You can focus on that and get so distracted that you end up quitting, but that's not what stopped you. That's just what you gave your attention to right before you quit. Nothing can stop you. Say that out loud. Say, nothing can stop me. My only limit is me. If I can think it, I can do it. Say that. If I could think it, I can do it. But if I can feel it, I'll do it on accident. You got to start practicing feeling it. I know you've heard all this talk about goals and habits and learning these courses and learning about marketing funnels. And I'm not saying that there is not a place for all of that, but I am saying when you're trying to stack all of that stuff on top of a surface That's filled with doubt, you hustling backwards. It's not doing you no good. You wasting your energy, you wasting your money, you wasting your resources. It's like, let's say you want to be the fastest person in the world, but for whatever reason you're stuck in quicksand. And while you stuck in quicksand, you reading books about how to run fast, you Googling how to run fast, you on ChatGPT having— and you asking questions about how to run fast. Why not just put all of your effort into getting out of the fucking quicksand? Like you in quicksand, but you studying. You trying to learn how to invest. You trying to learn a skill. Why not put all of your effort and put all of your energy into getting out the quicksand? That should be your first priority: getting out of the quicksand. Get out of the sand, man. And the quicksand in that metaphor. It's your thinking and your feeling. You got to take control of your thinking. You got to take control of your feeling. You got to get in the habit of thinking and feeling on purpose. You got to get in the habit of telling your thoughts what to think and telling your feelings what to feel. You are a creator. You got to understand that. Look around. Look around. You are a creator. Now, rather you love what you see or hate what you see, you created that. You created that. What's going on? You created that, and that's good news. Mommy and Daddy didn't create that for you. Your government didn't create that for you. Your ex-husband, ex-wife didn't create that for you. You created that. And the reason that's good news, because if you created it, you can change it. If somebody else created it, they gotta change it. If it's somebody else's fault, they got to do something different before you can have something different. But now that we taking full ownership, full ownership for that bank balance, full ownership for the relationship status, full ownership for the number on the scale. Appreciate the comments. Now that we taking full ownership and we finna start thinking and feeling different, if you can just control your thinking and feel it for the next few weeks, I'm telling you, you finna create something. Completely different. Now you can't control your thinking and feeling for five minutes and just let it go. You can't think you're gonna do affirmations for ten minutes and that's gonna change everything. You gotta learn how to carry that energy all throughout your life. You gotta figure out what's this new frequency that I want to latch onto. I don't even want you coming up with a strategy yet because if you in the wrong frequency coming up with a strategy, guess what? The frequency was created in the wrong strategy. I mean, the strategy was created in the wrong frequency. It's not going to get you the results you want. So before you go, I'm going back to school, I'm starting back dating, I'm doing— before you do any of that, let's get you in the right frequency first. Frequency is just your overall feeling. It's your overall state of being. Where is your mind primarily hanging out? Where does your mind go when you're not using it on purpose? Where do your thoughts tend to go when you're not using it on purpose? When you're not being intentional with your thinking and you just letting your mind wander, where does it go? That's the— that's gonna be your biggest frequency. The way we control our frequency is by controlling our focus. The way we control our frequency is by controlling our focus. It's the best of times, it's the worst of times. What are you gonna focus on? It's the best of times, it's the worst of times. You can find— you can find stuff to focus on that's going to excite you. You can find stuff to focus on that's going to depress you. You can find stuff to focus on that's gonna motivate and inspire you. You can find stuff to focus on that's gonna drag you down. What are you gonna focus on? What are you gonna focus on? It is the best of times, it is the worst of times. Which frequency are you going to jump on? If you can think it, you can do it. Can't think it, can't do it. And if you feel it, you ain't got a choice but to do it. When you feel upset, you don't gotta try to slam the door. You don't gotta try to breathe hard. You don't got to try to stomp your feet. You don't got to try to curse people out. When you feel upset, you accidentally say some really harsh things. When you feel upset, you accidentally slam the door. When you feel upset, you don't got to try to have upset mannerisms. That, that all comes with being upset. What if I told you that success works the same way? If you just become successful, you don't got to try to stand like a successful person. You don't got to try to talk like a successful person. People out here reading books and studying TED Talks, and I— how do I become a great orator, Jay? You become a great orator by becoming a great orator. Convince the cells in your body, convince your nervous system, convince your— or your, your, um, I went blank— convince your nervous system, convince your endocrine system. That's the word I was looking for. That I am a powerful orator. When I talk, people listen. I got something important to say. God sent me here with a message inside of me. Do the work of convincing yourself of that and then go read those books and then go learn those processes and then join Toastmasters. But Toastmasters can't save you if you're sitting in a belief of I'm not good enough. TED Talk can't save you if you're sitting in a belief of things never work out for me. If every cell in your body believes that I'm not a good talker, things don't work out for me, I'm going to screw it up. You can read all the books you want to read, go take all the courses you want to take. No amount of money you're going to spend is going to save you. The shift has to happen in here. And in here, nothing is going to change out there until you change what's going on in here and in here. You got to change what you're thinking. You got to change what you're feeling. You got to change what you're thinking. You got to change what you're feeling. And this is where it gets tricky. This is why a lot of people struggle with this manifesting thing. Manifesting is about making it obvious to your mind. If I'm saying I'm manifesting a million dollars, that doesn't mean I'm putting a million dollars in my bank account. That means that I'm making it obvious to my mind that I'm a millionaire. I'm making it obvious to my mind I'm a millionaire. Because I'm a millionaire, I think like a millionaire. Because I'm a millionaire, I feel like a millionaire. And now, as I sit in this new thinking, as I sit in this new feeling, I'm gonna accidentally read some books that millionaire me would read that the other me wouldn't read. Now that I am a millionaire, I'm gonna listen to some podcasts that the millionaires listen to That the old me weren't listening to. Now that I'm a millionaire, I'm gonna start handling my $40,000 that I— that $40,000 a year that I make. I'm gonna start handling that $40,000 like a millionaire. And now that I'm a millionaire, I'm gonna say, look, this drinking, this drinking and smoking every week. Oh wow, I've really been spending $800 a month on weed and alcohol. Okay, now that I'm a millionaire, I'm gonna start doing something different with that $800 a month. Now that I'm a millionaire, I'm gonna start prioritizing stuff different. Now, if you spend a year being a millionaire. Pay attention to what I'm saying. Not a year having a million dollars. If you spend a year being a millionaire, you don't think your bank account gonna respond to this being a millionaire? Now, if your being a millionaire ended with— if you went in the mirror that morning, said, I am a millionaire, I am a millionaire, I am a millionaire, money sticks to me like glue— then you stepped out of that mindset, left that mindset in your bathroom, and went live your day as your ordinary broke self. Those affirmations not gonna Step one to being a millionaire is being a millionaire. One of my mentors, Anthony Jaquint, when I first got into hypnosis, Anthony told me, AJ, step one to being a hypnotist is being a hypnotist. The degrees can't save you. The certifications can't save you. The courses, the techniques—you can read every. You can read about Milton Erickson all day long, but until you become a hypnotist. It's not gonna work. Something in the way you walk in the room gotta say, my words got power. The look in your eyes gotta say, if I say your feet are stuck to the ground, your feet are stuck to the ground. Something in the way you command a room has to shift, and that happens in here. It doesn't happen out there. And anytime you're waiting on stuff to shift out there before you change what's going on in here, you out of order. God gave you dominion over the world. God did not give the world dominion over you. Let's say that together as a group. God gave me dominion over the world. God did not give the world dominion over me. So why would I be looking at the thing that I have dominion over and letting that thing dictate how I feel? Why would I be letting the thing that I have dominion over dictate to me how I feel? Why am I letting the weather tell me what type of mood I'm in? Why am I letting my bank account tell me what type of mood I'm in? Why am I letting how other people respond tell me what type of mood I'm in? Why am I letting how many people show up in my livestream decide whether or not it's a good livestream or not? That doesn't control me. I control me. You got to put your thoughts and feelings in order. You are a leader, right or wrong? You are a leader, yes or no? Come on, let's interact. Are you a leader? And if you saying yes, one thing you gotta understand is that leaders go first. Leaders go first. I work with a lot of professional athletes. The thing that I always tell my athletes in the very first meeting, you don't get a trophy and then become a champion. What happens is you become a champion. Now when you become a champion, you're gonna accidentally change your body language. When you become a champion, you're gonna accidentally start sleeping different, eating different, training different. You're gonna accidentally start holding yourself to a higher standard. When you become a champion, you're gonna accidentally start showing up to practice early and start leaving practice late. When you become a champion, you're gonna accidentally start holding your teammates to a higher standard. When you become a champion, you're gonna accidentally get a whole bunch of trophies. But when you're waiting on a trophy to say, okay, now I'm a champion, you'll never get a trophy. Trophies don't make champions; champions make trophies. And if you waiting on a trophy to give you permission to be a champion, you'll never get one unless you go to the trophy store and buy one. So I ain't gonna say you'll never get one; you'll never earn one because you don't deserve one because you haven't became a champion. Champions trophies are for champions. Trophies are for champions. Why would I give you a trophy if you're waiting to become a? You think Michael Jordan was waiting on a trophy to become a champion? You think Kobe Bryant in the Melbourne? Mentality was like, all right, I need to get this trophy so I can get a. No, I'm a champion. That's my fucking trophy. Money doesn't make millionaires. Millionaires make money. If you waiting on money to become a millionaire, you will never get the money you want. Does that make sense? Relationships don't make you love. Being loved puts you in an environment where people want to date you, want to be your friend, want to be in your life. But if you waiting on a relationship. To give yourself permission to be loved, you'll never get the relationship. Be loved now. Be rich now. Be champion now. Be whatever it is that you want to be now. Understand that being happens in here; it doesn't happen out there. But once you become something different in here, out there has no choice but to respond completely different to you. No, it's nobody's fault but yours. And I'm not saying this in a rude way, but you got to take ownership of your shit or it's never going to go the way that you want it to go. I want you to look at your bank balance. You created that. I want you to look at your relationship status. You created that. I want you to look at the number on the scale. You created that. I want you to look at the car that you drive and the house that you live in and the family dynamic in your house. You created that. And it's not good. It's not bad. It just is. But if you want something different, understand that I created this shit right here. Everything that I got, this car that I'm sitting in, I did that. This garage that I'm sitting in, I did that. That office that I work out of, I did that. Now, if I want a bigger office, Or a better car, or a better house, or a different family dynamic. What I got to do is stop focusing on what I already created and start focusing on what am I creating next. Like let's let's make it real practical. If I am an artist and I created a lot of paintings, and a lot of my paintings were really successful, but this last painting for whatever reason wasn't successful, I could keep staring at this painting. I don't know why they don't like it. I did my best. Da da da da da da. I can say okay, next painting. Clear canvas. Let's see. Start working on a new canvas. Stop if you don't like that situation. Stop working on it. What do I want to create? What do I want to create? If you can think it, you can do it. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. The economy can't stop you. The tariffs can't stop you. The cost of eggs can't stop you. The cost of gas can't stop you. A divorce can't stop you. A disease can't stop you. A diagnosis can't stop you. Depression can't stop you. Anxiety can't stop you. Nothing can stop you. You can focus on any of those things and decide that you're done, but that's not what stopped you. That's just what you was focusing on when you quit. You are a creator. You gotta remember that. And being a creator requires you to live on purpose. Like, don't you think it's, it's quite the coincidence that it's called purpose? So many people— Jay, I'm struggling to find my purpose. Well, I'll tell you this. It gets a lot easier to find your purpose when you start living on purpose. You're right. You when you living on accident, it's hard to find your purpose. When you just waking up and seeing, let me see how the day goes. Oh, it's raining. Oh man, it's not gonna be a good day. Oh, it's sunny out. Okay, it's gonna be a good day. My boss being nice to me. Okay, it's gonna be a good day. Oh, my boss being mean to me. It's gonna be a bad day. My partner in a good mood. It's gonna be a good day. My partner in a bad mood. It's gonna be a bad day. One of the things we've been talking about a lot over these past few days. Is that a lot of people have mastered the ability to defend theirself physically. If you push them in the physical, they don't have a problem pushing you back. If you call them stupid in the physical, they ain't got a problem. I'm not stupid. Your mammy's stupid. Your grandmammy, your whole family. Like they ain't got no problem defending theirself physically, but spiritually and mentally, they get bullied all day long. Spiritually and mentally, they get bullied by shit they see on TikTok. Spiritually and mentally, they get bullied by stuff they see on the news. Spiritually and mentally, a lady can look at them in the store the wrong way. And 72 hours later, they still thinking about this person whose name they don't even know and how they looked at them. Every phone call— let me tell you about this lady at Walmart today. She really had me. So you mastered defending yourself physically. 2026 is going to require you to learn how to defend yourself spiritually and mentally. 2026, like we had it in some interesting times, and these interesting times are going to require you, going to absolutely require you to understand that just because an offense was offered, Doesn't mean that you have to be offended. You can be offended, but you don't have to be offended. 2026 is going to require you to step into this season where you start choosing what you allow yourself to get under the influence of. Just because your partner having a bad day don't mean that you got to have a bad day. Just because your children not acting exactly the way that you want them to act in school don't mean that you got to completely Put your joy on pause. You got to learn how to maintain your vibration while handling what's going on out there. You got to stop letting out there bully you. And it's going to require you to be intentional. It's going to require you to have some goals. And most importantly, it's going to require you to know what you want. Most people's biggest problem is they don't know what they want. You don't know how many times I hear it a week. I ask people, what do you want? Jay, I don't know what I want. Now you gotta understand, by this point they probably went on a 20-minute rant about what they don't want. They can tell me what they don't like about their job. They can tell me what they don't like about their relationship. They can tell me what they don't like about their family dynamic. They got stories, they got jokes baked into it. You can tell this is a story that they've been telling for a really long time. You can tell it's a story they probably been telling since adolescence. But I said, okay, cool, I understand that. What would you rather have? If I had a magic wand and I can wave it and change everything, what would you want me to wave this magic wand and do? Jay, I don't know. No wonder you don't got it. No wonder you don't got— you can't get what you want until you know what you want. Say that out loud. I need that to come out of your mouth so your nervous system won't miss it. I can't get what I want until I know what I want. Where attention goes, energy flows. Your biggest problem is you've been putting way too much attention on what you don't want. You've been putting way too much emphasis on what you don't want. Every time you get on the phone, you talking about what you don't want. As you scrolling on TikTok, you watching videos about what you don't want, sending it to your friend going, this is me right here, bitch. Who did— who this remind you of? You. And it's gonna stay you because that's what you keep focusing on. Look at what you don't want and say, well, what would I rather have? What would I rather— I used to be in the military. I hated being in the military. I hated being in the military. And for the longest, I would find other people who were in the military and who hated being in the military, and we would sit down and talk about how much we hated being in the military. And the whole while we were having that conversation, we kept reenlisting. We kept going on TDYs. We kept going on deployments. We kept being in the military. My whole life started to change. I started talking about what I want. I don't like being in the military. I want to grow my beard. I want to wear my nose ring. I want to wear my earrings. I want to grow my hair. I want to wear what I want to wear. I want to see my family when I want to see my family. I don't want to work for a living. I want to play. As I started talking about what I want, I accidentally started reading different books. As I started talking about what I wanted, I accidentally started listening to different podcasts. As I started talking about what I wanted, I accidentally started watching different shit on YouTube. As I started talking about what I wanted, I accidentally exchanged my old friends for new friends. I accidentally got rid of the people I used to complain with, and I got rid of some— I got some people in my life who say, well, why you just won't fucking do it? You got the GI Bill, the military pay for you. Go to— I, I accidentally got rid of my complaining friends and got me some new friends. It's like, nigga, do it. You smart, you talk about it all the time, you read more than— do it, do it. As you change what goes on in here, you're gonna accidentally change what's going on all around you. And this is where people get confused. People so busy. Yeah, I could do it if I just had the right friend group. Jay, I could do it if my family would just support me. Jay, I could do it. No, you can do it. You just gonna have to understand you got to build this stuff from the inside out, not the other way around. You gonna get the new friends, but guess what? The friends that you waiting on don't want to hang with this version of you. The people that you waiting on to show up and mentor you, the people who can mentor you and help you, they don't want to mentor this version of you. They want to meet— like, I mentor a lot of people, but the people that I agree to mentor aren't people who waiting on— I'm not mentoring people who waiting on me to come get them out the quick You could be my client, but no, you can't be my mentee. But the people that I'm giving my time to for free are people who I say, "Hey, I like what you doing. You already in motion. You would figure this out without me. But let's get you on. Let's get you on the. Let's take you off the scenic route and put you on the straight shot." I'm not looking for people to mentor that I got to save. I'm not looking for people to mentor that I got to go wipe your nose and wipe you. I don't want. I want to mentor you, not babysit you. So you saying you looking for a mentor with your mouth, but Energetically, you looking for somebody to save you. Ain't nobody trying to save nobody, especially leaders, especially go-getters. Leaders want to say— want to surround themselves with other leaders. Did you lose friends in the process? I can't— I can't lose nothing. It wasn't a loss, it was making room for the friends I needed. So it wasn't an uphill battle. It wasn't like, oh man, I can't hang with Tommy. It was like, damn, I look up and say, man, I ain't seen Tommy in 6 months. Oh well. Like, it wasn't like a A missing season. We were so busy moving forward that some people just got left behind, and that was that. It wasn't like me sending a text message going, all right, 2026, I'm not talking. Like, it would— if you, if you, if you get good at making decisions energetically and spiritually and mentally, if you get good at making decisions in here, you ain't got to say too much out there because some of your energetic fields say, don't play with my time. Some in your energetic field. Like before my grandmother passed, one of the things I would do is when my grandmother called me, before I answered the phone, I would decide I'm going to talk to Granny for 10, 15 minutes. And in that 15 minutes, I want to ensure that she knows that I love her unconditionally. I want to ensure that she knows I appreciate every sacrifice that she made for me. Love her unconditionally. But I'm not staying on this phone longer than 10, maybe 15 minutes. I would energetically decide that. And it never failed. I get on the phone going, what's going on, baby? What you doing? Oh, you cooking? What you cooking today? Okay, okay, okay. Who over there? Oh, my mom over there. What y'all doing? Okay. Oh yeah, she got— we'll talk for 10 minutes. Granny say, all right baby, I just wanted to hear your voice. I know you be busy. I didn't have to say, well, all right Granny, I gotta go, because I decided energetically, I decided internally, I'm talking to Granny for 10 minutes, and in that 10 minutes I want her to know I want to accomplish all of this in 10 minutes. Now if I just answered that phone and got on that phone, Granny would have kept me on that phone for 3 hours. And a lot of people's biggest problem with manifesting is they doing the affirmations out there, but they not affirming inwardly. You gotta affirm inwardly. You gotta understand, when you— what goes on in here, you got 100 trillion cells listening. When you say, I can't do it, 100 trillion cells just say, hey, stop all the ideas, stop all the energy, heat, we can't do it. When you say, I don't know how I'm gonna do this shit, but I'm gonna figure it out, 100 trillion cells say, you heard the boss. It's time to figure it out. You start brainstorming ideas. You— he gonna need some energy. You fix his sleep pad. 100 trillion cells are at your command with every thought that you think. You gotta start thinking on purpose, and you gotta understand that your thoughts are not you. Your thoughts are your employees. Your thoughts are not you. Your thoughts are your employees. So imagine if you got a company and you got a set of rules at your company and you got employees saying, nah, we're not doing it. We're not wearing it. If you're gonna work— oh, I'm sorry, it was my fault. I made it sound like a suggestion. If you want to continue being employed here, this is the uniform. This is the mindset. These are the core values we uphold. When I had my cleaning company, our core values were have fun, overdeliver, make money. Guess what? If you don't want to have fun, overdeliver, and make money, get the fuck out. I'm not begging you to be here. I'm not, I'm not gonna beg you and pay you to be here. These are the core values, and if you don't like these core values, go work somewhere else. And that's the same type of inward relationship you gotta— you gotta stop negotiating with reality. You gotta stop negotiating with reality. You are a leader. You came here to create. God gave you dominion. The very first commandment Years and years and years and years and years before Moses came down from the mountain with, with his tablet, the very first commandment, the original commandment, was go forth, be fruitful, and multiply. That was the first command that God gave directly, not through Moses, not through anybody. That was a direct command from God. Go forth, be fruitful, and multiply. It's time to go forth, be fruitful, and multiply. If you can think it, you can do it. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. If you can think it, you can do it. If you can feel it, you'll do it on accident. You cannot say, I'll be successful when my company does XYZ. I'll be happy when my relationship— no, I'm gonna be happy en route. I'm gonna be successful en route. I'm rich right now, but the bank account in the negative. I know it hasn't caught up yet. You gotta understand, the reality takes time to catch on to what's going on in here. If you want to freeze water, you know that you get a cup of water, you put it in the freezer, it's gonna freeze. But you also know it's gonna take time to freeze. It doesn't freeze instantly. But if you leave it in the freezer, you don't got to do affirmations for the water to freeze. You don't got to do incantations for the water to freeze. You don't got to do the 369 method to make the water freeze. You don't gotta pray that it freeze. You don't gotta journal. You don't gotta write the water is frozen, the water is frozen, the water is You just got to put the damn cup in the freezer and leave it in there. If you put a pot of water on the stove and you turn the stove on, you don't got to go, the water is boiling, the water is boiling. Let me print out some pictures of boiling water and put it on my vision board. Let me stare. You don't got to do that. You just got to leave it on the stove. Figure out what you want and put it in the oven. Leave it in the oven. And it has no choice but to boil. You got to stop aborting the dream. You got to stop. What if it don't? What if? What if? What if? What if I do it and it don't? What if it do work? What if it does work? And the energy that you create from—I'm telling you, man—the energy that you create from does something magical. You got to learn how to start sending your energy ahead of you. You got to learn how to start sending your words ahead of you. You got to learn how to go to a place mentally as if it already happened. If you work in sales, you got to learn how to walk in the room like you already got the sale. You got to learn how to talk like you already got the sale. You— your work is in here, and you've been so busy working out there that you've neglected the work that has to be done in here. That's what the 5 C's is about. If you don't know what the 5 C's is, you got to hit the follow button and start coming around more. Any questions based on anything we talked about so far? Anything we talked about so far? This is your first time here. I'm Coach Jay. I'm a clinically trained hypnotherapist. I hypnotize people. I work with a lot of entrepreneurs, seven, eight, nine-figure entrepreneurs, professional athletes, executives. I'm a firm pro. I'm a firm believer that every problem is a thinking problem. I don't care if it's a money problem. I don't care if it's a relationship problem. I don't care if it's a performance problem. It had to exist in here before it existed out there. As a matter of fact, it cannot— it can't exist out there unless it already existed in here. Look around, look around, notice everything you see. Everything that you see was an idea before it was whatever that thing is you see. This car that I'm sitting in was an idea, was a concept in somebody's mind before it was a car that I could sit in. The words that I'm that are coming out of my mouth were ideas, were concepts in my mind before they were words that were coming out of my mouth. This app that we on TikTok was an idea in somebody's mind before it was what you know as TikTok. You got to learn how to appreciate the idea as the thing that you desire. Like I already know my people who come all the time already know this not an A car. This This is an oak tree. This is an oak tree. And if you new here, I, I really encourage you to become the type of person that see oak trees where other people see acorns. I, I— it's gonna change your life. It's gonna change the way you approach your marriage. It's gonna change the way you approach your finances. It's gonna change the way you approach business when you learn how to see oak trees where other people see acorns. If you want to be a thought leader, if you want to be an innovator, if you want to be someone who shakes up industries, if you want to be someone who could breathe life back into a marriage, breathe life back into the relationship, it's going to change everything when you learn how to see oak trees where other people see acorns. Where you— when you learn how to see full-blown businesses where other people see, man, that's a good idea, but the tariffs are doing this and the— no, I don't care what the tariffs ain't. It ain't my job to fix tariffs. My job is to grow This economy, and I see a billion-dollar business in front of me. You got to learn how to see the potential in things and get as excited about the potential as you would be about the finished product. When you can look at this and see an oak tree, I'm telling you, it's going to do something magical to your brain. It's going to do something magical to how you approach life. Do that for yourself. You owe it to yourself. You owe it to your children. You owe it to your future generations to instill in yourself this ability to see oak trees where other people see acorns. And you ain't even got to teach them. You just got to live it in front of them. They kids, they gonna soak it up. They watching already. If you embody this, you could change your whole family without ever opening your mouth. You could change your whole bloodline without ever even opening your mouth, just by starting to live your life in this way. I love the analogy of a pregnant woman. She's pregnant with child. What did she say? I'm expecting. She's she's she's expecting, and when she's in that state of expecting, she don't got to do affirmations for the baby to grow. She don't got to look at vision boards for the baby to grow. She don't gotta go out and find cells and a brain and a heart and a lungs and and. Kidneys. She just got to give the baby, and she just got to allow the baby to grow inside of her. If she just allowed the baby to grow inside of her, the baby will build itself. Don't miss that. If she just allows the baby to grow inside of her, the baby will build itself. You got dreams, you got hopes, you got desires, you got things that you want. You don't got to go out and make it yourself. You got dreams, you got hopes, you got desires, you got things that you want. You don't got to go out and make them connect every dot. You just got to stay pregnant with the desire. You just got to let the desire sit in your belly. And if you don't take the desire out of your belly, the desire gonna start picking up momentum all on its own. The desire gonna start growing and developing all on its own. And one day you're gonna go into labor, and ready or not, here it comes. You can push it out, they can cut it out, but either way, it's, it's coming out. You don't got to make it happen, you just gotta not abort it. You don't got to make the dream happen, you just got to stop filling yourself with fear and doubt. You ain't got to make it happen. You do got to think on purpose. You do got to set some goals and focus on them. You ain't gotta build the goal, you just gotta Stay pregnant. Does that make sense? The biz, man, I got several streams of of income, but I don't sit down and go, "I need another stream income. I need another streams of income." Find me because I hang out in this frequency. Abundant living. I coach bosses. Dreams in action. Creators create. All of these things found. Me because I was pregnant. You know what this started out as? I was in the military. I hated being in the military. This started out as I want to be able to grow my beard. I'm tired of people telling me what to do. I want to wear my nose ring. I want to wear my earrings. I want to grow my hair. I want independence. I want control. I don't want to work. I want to play. Hell yeah, I want to play. I want to get paid to do things that I would do for free. This was me impregnating myself. You remember Mary? Although she knew not a man, she got pregnant. Now King Herod wanted to kill her baby. She had to protect her baby from King Herod. You see how every character in the Bible is you? It's crazy. But I'm— this is me impregnating myself. It wasn't instantly, let me go back to school, let me read these books, let me— nah, it started as, you know what I want? Let me— and it started as meditating on what I want. Focusing on what I want, the same way a lot of people focusing on what they don't want. When you stop focusing on what you don't want, nope, like notice what happens when you focus on what you don't want. Do you gotta try to get anxious or does it just happen? When you focus on what you don't want, do you gotta try to get sad or do you just does it just happen? When you focus on what you don't want, do you gotta try to get nervous? Do you gotta try to get depressed? Do you gotta try to get down and out? Or is it just a natural result of what you're focusing on? So what I always say, if it'll work in that direction, it'll work in that direction. If you start focusing on what you want, you're gonna accidentally get inspired. You're gonna accidentally come up with some real good ideas. You're gonna accidentally get motivated. You're gonna accidentally meet some people who not only can help you but actually want to help you. I meet people all the time that feel like, well, so-and-so would just help me. They can't help me. They won't help. Look, your mouth is asking, but your energy is not. If you get your energy in the right spot, you won't even have to ask certain people to help you. People, man, people will look at you and go, man, I see something in you. I don't, I don't know what it is, but you remind me of me. You remind me of my son. You remind me I want to help you. I can't tell you how many, like, older white men I'm a young black dude with earrings and braids. Older black, older white man like Jay, I like you, man. I want, I want to help you. We having such and such at my house tonight at 5. You think you can make it, man? I got some people I want to introduce you to. Then I would talk to broke people in my family who didn't understand. You better not go to that white man. I had, I gotta quit talking to y'all. I got, I ain't gotta quit talking to y'all. I just gotta quit talking to y'all about certain things. I'm not telling y'all to cut y'all family off. You ain't even got to cut your friends off. You just got to start understanding what you can and can't talk to them. I could talk to you about football. I could talk to you about boxing. I cannot talk to you about entrepreneurship. Or I got some people I could talk to you about entrepreneurship. I cannot talk to you about a healthy relationship. You got this entrepreneurship thing figured out. You this this relationship thing is a struggle for you. You got to start just putting people in sections. These are my football. Friends. These are the people I could talk to about relationships. These are the people I could talk to about this. I'm not saying you got to cut them off, but you do got to put them in sections. But as you get to the point of thinking and feeling on purpose, you're gonna start to realize that reality organizes itself around what's going on in here. One day when you got some time, I want you to start to look at your current life, and I want you to try to, as best as you can, identify the thoughts that created this. See, can you start drawing the connection between certain thought patterns that you have, certain beliefs about what you, what you believe about yourself, and start looking around and go, oh yep, that's why I had that relationship. This belief is what drew that relationship to me. And it's really going to help you moving forward as you start to see That string between thought and effect. I promise you it's connected. I promise you, you were hanging out in that frequency. If it found you, you had to be there. Now, I don't want you to harp on it. I don't even want you to get lost on it. But from time to time, just allow your mind to try to find the causality of certain things and understand that the blame is never out there. There, because you are human with spiritual gifts, one of those spiritual gifts being discernment. Okay, somebody lied to you, if somebody cheated you, if somebody played in your face, you, you got discernment. You, you even played a role in that. And it's not as a like beat yourself down, blame yourself type of thing. It's just about taking ownership so that you can get this, get this thing back on track. Because if it's somebody else's fault, they gotta shift before you can have something different. But when you say, hey, I'm taking full ownership, I'm— even if they broke it, I'm gonna fix it because it's my life. You'll be surprised what 3 months of sitting in that mentality could do for you. You'd be surprised what 6 months of sitting in that mentality can do for you. Yeah. It's so easy to blame other people. And you gotta understand, you are a— you are a creator, a powerful creator at that. If you looking for an excuse, you gonna find one. You gonna create one because you a creator. If you looking for somebody to blame, you gonna find some people to blame, and you gonna come up with some real good logic. You gonna come and you gonna be able to find a lot of people who say, hell yeah, that makes sense, I feel that way too. But understand, the same energy, the same mind, the same imagination, the same creative tools that you use to create that excuse is the same creative tools that you gonna need to create your breakthrough. And you can either be using it in that direction or that direction. At any given time, you creating in that direction or that direction. And in order to start creating in this direction, you're gonna have to stop creating in that direction. And oftentimes we will confuse familiar with feeling good, and we refuse— confuse unfamiliar with it doesn't feel good. It's not that it don't feel good, it's just unfamiliar. It's not so much that it feels good, it's just familiar. So stop judging things by rather or not it feels— just because it feels uncomfortable don't mean— uncomfortable don't always mean quit. It's supposed to feel uncomfortable when it's new. I would imagine that a caterpillar is very uncomfortable in that cocoon, but that cocoon is absolutely necessary to his next chapter. Does that make sense? I want you to start to look at things that pull you back kind of like a slingshot. The thing that you gotta understand about a slingshot is the further that shit pull you back, the faster it's gonna propel you in the opposite direction when they let you So I know you've been through some stuff. I know you've been mistreated. I know you've been overlooked. I know that promotion was yours and they gave it to the silly boy who didn't deserve it. I know all of that. I want you to start reframing that not as somebody that was holding you back, somebody that was pulling you back further and further and further and further. And now that you're finally ready to let the slingshot go, you're going to propel forward with speed that you can't even imagine. My microphone died. Oh man, y'all missed everything I just said. It was lit too. How long we been muted? Y'all hear me now? What's the last thing y'all hear me— heard me say? What's the last thing y'all heard me say? Oh, like 15 seconds. Okay, y'all, y'all didn't miss Too much. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. You gotta start thinking on purpose. You gotta start feeling on purpose. Fifteen minutes. Ah, nah, y'all ain't miss. Ain't no way y'all miss fifteen minutes. You gotta start living on purpose. Stay. You gotta start living on purpose and you gotta start making a game out of this thing, man. Most of y'all take yourself way too serious, man. Most of y'all take— it's, it's not this serious, okay? Have fun. Figure out what you want. Start thinking about what you want. Start there. Anybody who's ever did a one-on-one session with me— I don't know if she ain't here— a lady from TikTok came to the office yesterday. We did. We were supposed to do a two-hour session. We ended up hanging out for about two hours, thirty minutes, two hours, forty-five minutes. We had so much fun. We had so much fun as we were getting clear about what she wanted, talking back and forth, bouncing ideas off of each other, and just starting to put her mind in alignment with what she wanted. I guarantee she already seeing shifts. Breathe. Stop. Stop suspending your happiness. Stop suspending. Your peace. I'll be happy when no, be happy right now. I'll be peaceful when they apol. What if they never apologize? I want you to stop letting people bully you. Figure out what you want and start practicing the feeling of having it now. I want you to start to understand this. I'm gonna say something and you're gonna allow it to hit every cell, every fiber in your body. You ain't even gonna think about it. You're just gonna allow it to bypass your critical mind and start to change. Ready? Good. Having is a state of mind. Not having is a state of mind. I know up until recently you've been taught that I have it, I don't have it, I have it, I don't have it, I have it, I don't have it. Having is a state of mind, okay? Having is a state of mind. I can have millions of dollars in the bank. And even in that having of millions of dollars in the bank, I can go neurologically and hormonally and go, what if I do my taxes wrong and they take it? What if my wife leaves me and takes it? What if somebody sues me and takes it? What if— even though I physically have it, neurologically and hormonally, I can go into a state of not having it. Makes sense? If it works in that direction, it'll work in that direction. I can physically not I can physically not have the million dollars. And in that state of physically not having a million dollars, like I said, I got an iPhone and a MacBook. I got a message that's worth millions. I got books inside of me that's worth millions. If God can fit an oak tree inside of this little-ass acorn, I can only imagine what God has stuffed inside of me. I am a millionaire. I am a millionaire. Is no way. I got too many good ideas to not be a millionaire. I'm too charismatic to not be a millionaire. The Bible says my gift will make room for me, and I'm ready to give my gift to the world. I am a millionaire. Bank account still empty, but guarantee you spend six months hanging out in their frequency. Watch what the bank account do, and you talk to somebody who knows. The name of my company is called Abundant Living. Okay, Abundant Living Coaching can help. When I first started abundant living, was nothing was abundant about my bank account. Nothing was abundant about what I was driving. Nothing was abundant about where I was living. But six months later, six months later, was I a millionaire? No. But boy, was I. Can I? Can I see that I'm on the trajectory? Absolutely. You gotta confuse not finished. You gotta stop confusing not finished with not. happening. Because a lot of times you'll be on track, but you get off track because it's not finished yet. Not finished don't mean not happening. Not finished means it's still unfolding, it's still expanding, it's still expanding, it's still growing. Okay. I used to work at a recreational center, and one of the things I would do at the recreational centers, I would be the one that'll go in in the morning and turn the lights on in the gym. Now, the first time I turned them lights on— I'm used to turning lights on in my house, I'm used to turning little lights on, they turn on right away— but the first time I turned them lights on in that gymnasium, I flipped the switch, nothing happened. I turned that shit off and turned it back on. I could hear a buzz, but the lights weren't coming. I flipped that shit off and flipped it back on. Mr. Coleman, the guy that ran the rig ran there. He said, hey, what you doing? I said, I'm trying to turn these lights on, they're not working. And he, he loved to teach. He said, son, these are big lights. These are big lights. These not the lights at your house. He flipped the switch, he said, he said, you hear that? He said, walk off, come back in about 10 minutes, they all gonna be on. This is my first time turning on a big light, okay? You gotta understand, big lights, they take a little longer to turn on than them little Little ass bulbs you've been turning on. I know you probably been— if you've been making $3,000 a month, $4,000 a month, now you try to make $10,000 a month, you gotta understand these lights gonna take a little bit longer to turn on than them little lights you've been turning on. But if you just flip the switch and get back to your— to what you doing, leave the switch in the on position. It's not your job to turn the light on, it's your job to flip the switch. Does that make sense? You don't gotta make the light come on, you just gotta flip the switch and leave it in the on position. It's not your job to make the money show up in the account, it's your job to flip the switch and leave it in the on position. And if you just leave the switch on, electricity gonna start flowing and doing what electricity does. If you just leave the switch on, some good ideas gonna find you. The perfect name for your business gonna find you, the perfect niche is gonna find you. Opportunities are gonna come find you. And if you just ain't got in that frequency, man, listen, my whole approach to speaking changed when I started to embody that. When I first got into speaking, man, I would write 4,000, 5,000-word speeches. Now I'm on the stage trying to remember something that I wrote 2 weeks ago, and it was— I feel sorry for anybody who had to watch that. These days, if somebody reach out to me and ask me to speak at their organization, I'm gonna say, what are you looking to accomplish at this organization? Jay, what do you mean? How do you want your employees to leave this thing feeling? How do you want your football team to leave this thing feeling? How do you want your family— whatever the— how do you want the people in that room to leave feeling about themselves? Yeah, I want them to leave feeling motivated. I want them to leave feeling inspired. I want them to leave feeling unstoppable. Now, if it's a person with a business, I'm gonna say, how unstoppable? Because if I go up there and really talk my shit, you ain't gonna have no employees. They all gonna quit and become your competition. What exactly do— what actions do you want them to leave this room taking? Say, I want them to show up to work Monday morning feeling like they're a part of something bigger and ready to lay it all down on the line and take— okay, what am I gonna do at that point? I'm gonna sit down and And I'm going to remember a time where I felt a part of something bigger. I'm gonna remember a time where I would have laid my very life on the line for this thing that I believe in, and I'm gonna hang out in that energy. And as I hang out in that energy, I probably create 3 to 5 bullet points, 3 to 5 big ideas. I'm gonna put them 3 to 5 big ideas on the index card, put it in my pocket. I'm gonna get my ass on that stage and talk. I'm not gonna sit here and write a speech. I'ma sit in the energy. I'ma hang out in the frequency every day leading up to that event. I'm gonna spend 15, 20 minutes, sometimes 30 minutes in that frequency. I'ma just get familiar with that frequency. I get on stage, I'm gonna stand on that frequency and I'm gonna let it flow. And when I say I've given some amazing talks, some— sometimes I'll be talking like, oh shit, Oh shit, that was good. Somebody write that down. That wasn't even for y'all, that was for me. You gotta learn how to utilize frequency. I want you to get out of this idea of brainstorming and making ideas show up, and I want you to start looking at it as, let me get into frequency so I can download what I need to download. Let me utilize this sixth sense. Let me utilize this transfer station that my brain— let me get in the frequency I would have if I already had it and hang out there. And that's where you do the strategizing from. That's where you do the brainstorming for that from. That's where you do the networking from. The 5 C's, that, that second C, calibration, is all about getting you in the right frequency. If you trying to lose weight, I don't want you at Planet Fitness. I don't want you trying to drink more water. I don't want you trying to take 10,000 steps a day. I don't want you changing your diet. I'm not saying you don't ever got to do that, but Step 2 is to get you in the right frequency. Step 1 is to figure out what you want. But once we know what we want, step 2 is to get in the frequency of what we want. And so many people's problem is they think that step 4 is step 1, when step 4 has never been step 1. And it screws up your confidence when you've spent a year treating step 4 like step 1, because you got this long list of stuff that you've tried. Jay, you don't understand. I did this. Jay, I did keto. I did intermittent fasting. I did this. I had a trainer. I did this. Yeah, you was doing all of that from a frequency of not having. You was doing all of that from a frequency of being big-boned. You was doing all of that from a frequency of my grandmother's overweight, my mother's overweight, all my aunts are overweight. We just big people. You were doing all of that from the wrong frequency. And it's not that that stuff don't work, but when you're in the wrong frequency, processes can't save you. You got to get in the right frequency. And if you get in the right frequency, your Appetite will start curving itself. You get in the right frequency, you're gonna start saying, "I do not need to be eating this. I need to be eating." If you just get in the right frequency, I always tell my clients, you never, ever, ever, ever use willpower to alter your behavior. You use willpower to alter your mind. But if you just alter your mind, your behavior gonna change itself. You don't got to change your behavior. You got to change your mind. You don't got to change your partner. You got to change your mind. And when you change your mind, everything around you has no choice but to change. So many people like our work also help them grow their business, and they'll have teenagers. Jay, can I, can I drop my teenager off to you and you fix my teenager? I don't need to talk to your teenager. I need to talk to you. Because if you change one part of a system, the whole whole system gonna change. Could I talk to your teenager and help? Yeah, but I could just as easily talk to you. And because you are a part of that system, because you are a piece of the problem, I could talk— I could— give me any piece of the problem. Give me the mom, give me the dad, give me the teenager, give me any piece of the problem. And if we just alter one piece of the problem, guess what? The rest of the problem has no choice but to respond to the one piece that You don't gotta fix your boss, you don't gotta fix your husband, you don't gotta fix your wife, you don't gotta— you ain't gotta fix nothing but you. But when you fix you, the rest of the situation has no choice but to respond to this version of you. And a lot of times we so busy working on other people that we miss the only thing that we got full control over. Nobody can make— I hate it when people say, you, you made me mad. How do I make you? If I can make you do things, I would make you disappear. You wouldn't even be talking to me if I can make you do things. Nobody can make you do anything. Me and my son had this conversation a few years back. He had got in trouble at school. He— so-and-so made me. Let's get clear, son. Nobody can make you do anything. Daddy, you make me do stuff all the time. Son, I can't make you do I can make your environment uncomfortable. I can make the Wi-Fi disappear. I can make your day really boring, but I can't make— it's still you deciding that I'd rather do this thing than have that consequence, and then deciding to do whatever the best— I didn't make you do anything. I just gave you an alternative and you chose cleaning your room. You chose adjusting your attitude. You still chose it. I'm not saying I'm not gonna do it. But I know I can't make you do anything. You got to realize that about life. Nobody can make you do anything. No circumstance can make you feel any— now you can. You're a human. You got a full range of emotions, and I encourage you to spend time in all of them. The problem is not feeling the emotion. The problem is when you're done feeling that emotion and you don't know how to shake it off. You're done. Like, nothing is wrong with being sad. The problem is when you tired of being sad and you don't know how to escape it. Nothing is wrong with being down after your divorce and feeling like a failure and feeling like, man, I let my kids down, I let myself down, I let my parents down. Nothing is wrong with feeling that. The problem is when you've been feeling that for a year, you've been feeling that for 2 years, and you ready to shake it off and you don't know how to get back out there. You don't know how to step back out and do what you need to do. And let's just hit another one, or the reaction to the emotion. You allowed to feel whatever it is you need to feel. And transmutation is also another powerful thing that I like to do with my clients. To every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction. So fear has an equal and opposite reaction over here. Anxiety has an equal and opposite reaction over here. And the thing that I love about anxiety is that neurologically speaking, anxiety and excitement are real similar. They, they, they look a lot alike. The difference is mainly in the way that you're controlling your breathing and what you're doing with your mind, but the neuroactivity is real similar. If you got anxiety, you, you don't understand, you will take a step to the right. Okay, now you standing in excitement. Every problem is a thinking problem. I want you to Stop looking for books to save you. I want you to stop looking for processes to save you. I want you to stop looking for gurus to save you. I want you to remember who the fuck you are. Pardon my French, but I need this to stick in your mind. I need you to remember who the fuck you are. You are a creator. You are a creator. If you can think it, you can do it. If you can feel it, you'll do it on accident. Your only limit in life is your own. Imagination. We got a YouTube channel with over 700 videos on it. Lots of talk like this and lots of guided hypnosis videos. We got videos that help you with detachment. We got videos that help you with anxiety. We got videos that help you with creative blocks. But money or not, Whether you got a budget to invest in yourself or not, that's not an excuse to start working on yourself right now. You're at this point in your life where you got to stop waiting on money. You got to stop waiting on a different person to get in the White House. You got to stop waiting on the love of your life to show up at Whole Foods and ride off into the sunset. You got to start sitting in— you got to start approaching life as if you already got everything you desire. And you got to start getting in your imagination and living it. Ooh, Jay, I haven't taken a vacation in 10 years. Okay, well, tonight before you go to sleep, take 5 minutes and go on your dream vacation. Tonight before you go to sleep, take 5 minutes and go on your dream vacation. Close your eyes. Your nervous system can't tell the difference. Your endocrine system can't tell the difference. You got You got to understand that your body is not responding to what's going on out there. Your body is responding to what's going on in here. Your body don't respond to what they say on the news. Your body responds to what you think about what they say on the news. What other people think about you don't matter. What you think about what they think about you, that's what has the effect on you. Stop giving away your attention so freely. I want you to start to view your attention as your most valuable asset. Your attention is more Valuable than your money. Now, if I said, "Hey, can I have? Can I borrow $100?" You gonna have some questions. Well, Jay, what you need it for? When when when when you gonna give it back? You sure you gonna give my money back? But if I say, "Hey, let me get 100 minutes." Hey, I'm having to kick back at the house. Pull up. All right, bet, bro. I'm there. I want you to start treating your attention. I want you to start treating your time the same way you start treating your money. When somebody asks for your attention, when somebody asks for your time, when somebody asks for your focus. I need you to slow down and figure out what are you getting in exchange for. Stop just giving your attention away. If you wouldn't just give your money away, stop giving your attention away. Because when you give away your attention, you, you giving away your money, you giving away your health, you giving away your peace, you give— you giving away your, your choice. Every time you say yes to something, you saying no to something else. So stop just Freely giving away attention. Stop just freely giving away focus. Start using that stuff and get clear about what you want. Get crystal clear about what it is that you desire to have and start thinking about it. Do we got some tangible stuff? I don't want you to just leave alive with a good feeling. Do you understand? Like. What you need to be doing as you go through your day. Like, it's one thing to feel good, but that good feeling should spill out into your actions. That good feeling should spill out into your behaviors. Those good feelings should spill out into your bank account. I refuse for people like to come to this live every time we go live, and you've been coming to this live 2 months and your bank account looked the exact way it was looking when you first— ain't no fucking way. You've been coming to this live two months and your marriage still look the same exact way. Ain't no ain't no fucko. I'll never understand like churches and places where people you mean tell me y'all meeting up once a week getting all this good teaching and your life's I can't see the change in your life from year to year. Ain't ain't no freaking way. Ain't ain't ain't no freaking way. They don't say much about you or the pastor or the leadership at the no. You, I would block. I would block you out of this live if you coming consistently and you and you're not picking up momentum because ain't no way you sitting here getting this stuff and it's not having an effect. Absolutely not. I'm not going for it. So don't just come in and feel good and go right back to your regularly scheduled program. Get this information. Feel good, utilize it. Start catching yourself. Oh, I was letting my mind bully me. I got back on track. What should you do when you feel resistance in your body when thinking about what you want? Keep thinking it. It's just unfamiliar. That's called homeostasis. You gotta understand, your body wants you to stay the same. Your body wants you to stay the same. If you get too hot, you don't gotta try to shiver. Homeostasis. Got it. When you get too cold, you—I mean, when you get too cold, you ain't gotta. You ain't got to try to shiver. If you get too hot, you ain't got to try to sweat. Your body is— your body is on it. What you got to do is understand that your nervous system can do what it's used to doing while you do this new thing. Your nervous system is a pattern learning machine. When you first start going to the gym— I remember when I first started going to the gym and first started working on legs. Oh my God. Oh my God. Talk about resistance. Talk about uncomfortable. Talk about that bar pressing down in your back. That's what happened over time. It's a callus back here. Throw that weight on, let's go. I don't need no down pad. Oh man, I ain't hit legs in a week and a half. It's time to go hit some legs. It, it gets familiar to your body. It's, it's supposed to be uncomfortable. It's new. It's new. It's uncomfortable. It's okay. And you gotta understand that the old you is Entity identity. It's an entity. It doesn't want to die. It wants a body to express itself through. So when you first start becoming this new version of yourself, the old you is going to fight for its life. It doesn't just want to leave. I did a session with a young lady. She might be in here. I did a session with a young lady a few days ago and I told her, because I saw the shift she making, I saw how her body was abreacting as we were reprogramming her mind. I was saying, hey, don't be surprised if in the next day or two the exact thing that we just worked on gets real big and scary. I need you to take that as a sign that you're getting closer. I need you to take that as a sign that that old you understand that it's on its last leg and it's literally fighting for its life. And I need you to see that situation, go, baby, I would be scared too if I were you. You right. I need you to see that ass. And lo and behold, cold. She get— she takes me, she said, you did not lie. How you feel? I feel good. I'm on my frequency. Hang out on your frequency and watch what happens. Hang out on your frequency and watch what happens. The only way that the old you can bully you is through your attention, through your circumstances, through your relationships. So it will start to try to make things seem bigger than they are, make things seem scarier than they are to keep you. It's like the equivalent of sweating. You Your body's like, "Wait, why are we? Why? Why? Why are we getting so hot? Sweat, cool off." Like, "No, I'm sweating on purpose this time. I'm getting hot on purpose this time. I'm warm. This wasn't an accident. Thank you, but you're gonna have to adapt to this this new way of thinking, to this new way of feeling." So it's supposed to feel uncomfortable. It's literally you shedding the old. You like think about it. Let me ask you this: What's the most uncomfortable part of the entire pregnancy? I know that the entire Pregnancy has its uncomfortable parts. Like, I don't— I've never had a baby, but I got 3 kids, so I know that your breasts might be tender, you might have heartburn, your hormones are hormoning, and your body is changing in ways that you might not necessarily like. But what's the most uncomfortable part of the pregnancy? Right before you hold that baby. Right, pushing it out. So I want you to start looking at resisting There you go. They even call it labor. I want you to start looking at resistance as that. Three more pushes. Keep breathing. Breathe and keep pushing. My baby almost here. My baby is almost here. I love that analogy. So resistance is not a sign to quit. Resistance is a sign of new territory. Resistance is a sign of wow! This is. Unfamiliar, this is new. Well, you better get used to it because this is our new reality. This is our new body language. This is how we talk now. This is how we dress now. This is how we show up in rooms now. And it's unfamiliar now, but it won't be in a month. My job is to keep— don't let the resistance stop me. Like, so many people stay trapped because they in this box, and every time they get close to the edge, they feel that resistance and they go back to the center. And most of these boxes that people lock Theyself in boxes they designed between the ages of 13 and 16. Most people around the age of 16, they decide, I'm a $50,000 a year man, I'm a $60,000 a year man, I'm a $70,000 a year man, I'm an $80,000 a year woman. You better stretch that fucking box. Never mind, we ain't gonna go— I had another analogy, but we're gonna, we're gonna reel it in. That makes sense. Resistance is not a sign to quit. Resistance is a sign that you headed in the right direction. Direction. Doing what you've been doing is gonna introduce no resistance. Eating what you've been eating, dating how you've been dating, working how you've been dating, it's gonna feel comfortable, but it's gonna keep you stuck. Resistance is a sign that you're headed in the right direction. So you need to get excited when you feel, oh, I'm headed in the right direction, and I'm gonna do everything that I can to make this familiar. That makes sense? That answer your Any other questions? Any other questions? What we got here? Y'all got me fired up. Y'all got me excited, man. Y'all got me motivated. Y'all got me on one. I love it, I love it, I love it, I love it. And we got 14,000 taps for sure, for sure. Anybody else? Questions, comments, concerns? Questions, comments, concerns? Let's go, guys. Guys, if we hit 20,000 taps, this is what I'll do for y'all. Those entry-level custom recordings, I usually sell them for $149. If we hit 20,000 taps, I'll do a special where I do them for $99. I do a special, I do them for $99. Then we got like another package of recordings that I usually do for $375. If we hit 20,000 taps, I'll drop those to $200. So you can get the entry one, that's just the nighttime recording that you listen to at night before bed. I'll do those for $99. And, uh, that I usually do for $375, I'll do those for $300. I mean, for— what did I say? I gotta watch the replay. $375, I'll drop them down to $200. I'll drop them down to $200. So that one gets— you get a morning time recording And you get a nighttime recording, and you get an affirmation audio. For sure, for sure. Anybody else got any questions before we get out of here? We gonna be landing soon. We gonna be landing real, real soon. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. You gotta remember that. You gotta remember it. Start using your imagination on purpose. Don't like we got any questions. I'm finna get ready to. Get up out of here and go work on some stuff. I said everything I gotta say. This was good. I think I'mma, um, download this live and upload it to the YouTube page. This was a good live, a really good live. Any of y'all, y'all first time here? First time here, let's see it. Let's see. Okay, I definitely will. I will download it soon as I go upstairs. Your first time here? Welcome to the family. Where you from? Where are you from? For sure, thank y'all for coming. Without people in here, I'm just a crazy hypnotist talking to myself. Okay, San Diego in the building. Who else we got in here? I'm in Dallas, by the way, y'all. Thanks for the likes, thanks for the likes, appreciate y'all. ATL in the building. Okay, I've been thinking about setting up a secondary practice in ATL. I'm flying out there maybe once a month. Dallas in the building, second time on the live. Okay, bet. So I'm gonna treat y'all, I'm gonna treat y'all like I treat people in my house. The first time you company, the second time you come, you're like, can I get some water? I'm like, bro, the kitchen over there, cups right— yep, to the right there. I'm not gonna be getting up and down and going, you can have whatever you want, I'm just not going to get it. So yeah, the kitchen over there, cups and everything you need. Over there. If it's in there, you can have it. What's going on, Cheyenne? Yup, yup, yup. My girl be like, "Go get that for them." I ain't going to get that. That shit they got leaves. Go, go ahead. Yeah, right there. Oh, it ain't none in there. Look in the dishwasher, baby. Go get no. You go get it for. I ain't get. I'm comfortable. Yeah, it's it's in there somewhere. I guarantee. Yep, yep, yep, yep, yep. Now that that refrigerator in the garage don't go in there. My stuff in there. That stuff in that refrigerator that's for everybody. That refrigerator in the garage gonna get you cursed out. That's my stuff. That's that's that's my stuff. Don't go in there just opening stuff. You gonna get your feelings hurt. But yeah, it look like we done here, man. We just chilling for right now. I don't feel like getting out of the car and going in the house, so I'm just sitting here hanging out with y'all while I finish my coffee. Then I'm gonna go do that. I like that. We gonna pin that to the top. We gonna pin that to the top. I like that. I like that. You got to stay pregnant. You got to keep imagining it. Jay, I tried positive thinking. That was your first thing, that was your first problem, you tried it. And it's not just positive thinking, it's deeper than positive thinking. It's positive reprogramming, it's restructuring at a cellular, molecular level. Jay, I did the affirmations. Fuck those. I, I ain't gonna say I hate affirmations because they work, but it's so much deeper than saying something out of your mouth. Every cell, every fiber in your body— like, when it comes to affirmations, I I love Muhammad Ali. I love Muhammad Ali. He didn't just say affirmations, he became— I flow like a butterfly, sting like a bee. The hands can't touch what the eyes can't see. I'm fast, I'm lightning fast. Last night I cut off the light and I was in bed before the room was even dark. I'm pretty, I'm 25 years old and ain't a scratch on my— like, he am. But like, if you're gonna do affirmations, you gotta become You gotta feel that shit in your toes. Like, you gotta do the affirmation to the point where you have a cellular orgasm. Like, what's what's sex without an orgasm? Like, it's you can't even get never mind. But you got to embody that shit. Like, he didn't just say I am fast. I am a good boxer. Like, what? No, he. I'm fast. I'm, I'm lightning fast. The hands can't touch— like, he became it. He put that— he put on the affirmation the same way you would put on a shirt. He put on the affirmation the same way you would put on the pants. And now, if you gonna do affirmations, you gotta, you gotta do the fucking affirmation. But instead, you think standing in the mirror, I am wealthy, I am peace, man, you wasting your time. You're gonna be late for work for nothing. You, you could be on— you know how that traffic on 75 be. Say that shit and get up, get dressed, and go, go to work. Go to work. You gotta put on the affirmation. You gotta— it got— I'll say it like this: if it doesn't change the way you feel, it's not gonna change the way you act. If it doesn't change the way you feel, it's not gonna change your bank account. If it doesn't change the way that you feel is not going to put your marriage back on track. You got to change the way that you feel. Like, have you ever noticed that your concept of self is often provided by your feeling? When you feel ugly, you don't say I feel ugly, you say I'm ugly. When you feel creative, you don't say I feel creative, you say I'm creative. When you feel Uncreative. I feel blocked. I'm blocked. I'm—I don't know when, like when you feel sleepy, you don't say I feel sleepy. You say I'm sleepy. When you feel successful, you don't say I feel successful. I'm successful. The key is manipulating your feeling. That's the purpose of affirmations. That's the purpose of vision boards. That's the purpose of incantations and focus wheels and scripting. It's about changing the way that you feel. But what I do for my clients is we load— like, oh, if you watch close on the live, oftentimes you'll see me doing this. I'm activating anchors. I ain't got time to do all these affirmations. I need something I can— I need to be able to install that feeling on the go. I need to be able to just decide. I ain't got time to say 20-minute-long affirmations. I need to be able to decide. And that's what it's about. How— what's the feeling? Get in that feeling. And you build the website from that feeling. You price your products from that feeling. Now, before the feeling is clarity. Let's talk about the 5 C's before I get out of here. Clarity, calibration, confidence, competence, consistency. The first C is clarity, because you can't get what you want until you know what you want. So many people are experts at what they don't want, but they cannot tell you what they want. And I look at that like if you get in a taxi and the driver say, where you going? You say, I don't like them all. I hate them all. All right, cool. Where do you want to go? Man, I, I cannot stay in the mall. You go to the mall, I don't know how you do it. These YNs up here, they got on these face masks and it's 118 degrees outside. I don't know who paying $375 for one pair of shoes because I'm not. I hate them. I didn't ask you what you hate. Where do you want to go? And you got to be careful because a lot of these coaches, a lot of these therapists They let you come to their office week after week and talk about what you don't like. All right, see you next week. How does that make you feel? See you next week. Why do you think that is? See you next week, man. Quit playing with me. So we got to get clear about what we want. So you get in the Uber and say, hey, I don't like the mall. I say, cool, man, I can understand why you don't like the mall. Where do you want to go? You say, man, it's this big blue store called Lenny's down downtown on Division Street. Big blue building, you can't miss it. Cool, we got a destination. Clarity. You got to get clear about what you want. Not clear about what you don't want, clear about what you want. That's the first C, clarity. After we get clarity, we gotta calibrate to this clarity. How would you feel if you were already at Lenny's? How would you feel if you was already at the big blue building that I can't miss? Gotta calibrate to it. Calibration is about putting focus on it. When you calibrate to a sad movie, do you got to try to feel sad, or do you just got to calibrate to the movie? When you calibrate to a funny movie, do you got to try to laugh, or do you just got to calibrate to the movie? If you calibrate to an action movie, do you got to try to get excited, or do you just got to calibrate to the movie? If you get clear about what you want and you get calibrated to what you want, I got news for you. You ain't got to try to get excited. You ain't got to try to get motivated. You ain't got to try to get inspired. Just get calibrated to what you want and all of those emotions gonna find you. Okay, so once we get clear, once we get calibrated, the 3rd C is confidence. Confidence is the natural result of calibrating. If you just keep calibrating, one day you're gonna realize You comfortable. Confidence is when you calibrate on accident. Now, confidence is a superpower because when you clear, calibrated, and confident, out there loses control over you. People who watch me stream a lot know sometimes you might come in here, it might be 3 people in here. Other times you come in here, it might be 10, 20 people here. Sometimes it's 120 people here. It just depends on how the algorithm treating me that day. But because I'm clear, calibrated, And confident. I don't give a damn if it's 2 people in here or 2,000 people in here. My delivery is the same, my energy is the same, the way I approach it is the same, because I'm not calibrated to that number. I'm calibrated to my clarity. Don't miss that. When you're not calibrated to your clarity, you need the weather to be a certain way, you need everybody to be liking it, you need your family to be sharing it on Facebook, or you gonna give up. Jay, I was doing it, but I didn't have the support that I needed, so I just— man, shut the fuck up. Get some clarity and calibrate to it. And I'm not that mean in coaching, but I am very— if you want to piss me off, start like just drumming up excuses. I'm gonna interrupt you every time. And what do you want? So get clear about what you want, calibrate to what you want, keep calibrating, keep calibrating until you accidentally become confident. Now the way that confidence gonna show up is you gonna notice yourself accidentally saying stuff that the old— oh, the old me wouldn't have said that, but I'm glad that I did. Your boss gonna say, all right, here, here's your performance review and this is your raise for this year. You'll say, hey boss, thank you, left off with zero, boss man. Hahaha, I'm just serious. Let's step into your office and talk. And you gonna be just as shocked as he is. You like, old me wouldn't have said But I'm glad I said it. You gonna start accidentally setting boundaries. You gonna start accidentally saying no. You gonna start accidentally standing up for yourself. You gonna start accidentally valuing your time different, and you're not gonna be using willpower to do it. It's gonna be a result of this new calibration that you're in. It's gonna be a result of, for the first time in your life, getting calibrated to what you want instead of calibrated to what you don't want. Clear, calibrated, confident. The 4th C is competence. Once you notice that you confident, once you notice that you accidentally setting new boundaries, accidentally changing the way you walk in the room, accidentally changing the way you stand on the stage, now we start brainstorming. Now we start planning. Now we start doing stuff on purpose. So many times people start trying to do stuff on purpose when they unclear, uncalibrated, and unconfident. And they thinking it's not working because they not good enough. It's not that you're not good enough, it's that you uncalibrated. Or even worse, you calibrated to what you don't want. Now you calibrated to what you want and you confident in that calibration. So when— now that you're confident in that calibration, that means that your nervous system maintains that calibration for you. This is the new you. Now we build a website. Now we start networking. Now we get tighten up our resume and start job hunting. Okay, I, I work with a lot of entrepreneurs. I primarily work with entrepreneurs. A lot of these entrepreneurs, I'll look at their website and I'm at the bottom of the page, and I don't know what you do. I don't know if you're a financial advisor. I don't know if you are an author. I don't, I don't know if you want to do my taxes, if you want to be my business coach. I'm confused. And if you weren't my client, I would have left the website a long time ago because confused people don't spend money. So as I'm looking at this website, I could tell you were unclear, uncalibrated, and unconfident when you built this website. And if this website looked like this, I can only imagine the energy that you've been networking with. Yeah, I tried networking. Work and it didn't work. Looking at this website, I got a pretty good idea of why it didn't work. You unclear, uncalibrated, and unconfident. So this person asks you what you do, you tell him you're an author. Another person asks you what you do, you tell them you're a motivational speaker. Another person asks you what you do, you say, well, I do a little bit of everything, you know, I do this, I do that. Yeah, you unclear. Nobody don't want to work with that. You unclear, uncalibrated, and unconfident. I guarantee you, we get You clear, calibrated, and confident and puts you back in that very exact same networking event, put you back out there in that same dating pool that you've been, um, that you've been complaining about. That one gets you clear, calibrated, and confident and puts you right back out there in that same environment. I bet you get a different result. So clear, calibrated, confident, then we do competence. And lastly is consistency. As you get out there and you start doing competence, as you get out there and you start networking again, and you start building the website and restructuring stuff, you're gonna get even more clarity. Go, you charging what? Oh, I'm better than you. If you charging that, I know I'm finna charge this. Got new clarity. Now that I got new clarity, I don't just skip to step four. Let me calibrate to this new price. Let me let me plant the seed of this new pricing. In my nervous system. Let me keep calibrating it until I become confident in it. Now that I'm confident in it, now I change my price. Now that I'm confident in it, now I'm telling it to, to customers. You be out here trying to do stuff that you haven't yet put in your nervous system, and it, it doesn't work. It doesn't work. Clear, calibrated, confident, competent, consistent. Clear, calibrated, confident, Competent, consistent. Those are the 5 C's. The 5 C's are in the back of my mind. I don't care what the presenting issue is. I don't care if you're saying, Coach Jay, I want to be the best basketball player in the world. Coach Jay, I want to take my business into the billions. Coach Jay, I want to get my marriage back on track. Coach Jay, I want to lose 100 pounds. Coach Jay, I want to be able to stand on any stage and command that stage. Let's get clear. What does that mean? Okay, now that we know what that means, Let's calibrate to it. Okay, let's keep calibrating to it till you become confident in it. Now that you confident in it, now let's strategize. Now let's build a website. Now let's build your business cards. Now let's get you in some networking events. Now let's start going to the gym. Now as you doing that stuff, stay consistent and you gonna get even more clarity. And we gonna keep rolling that clarity into what we got going on and it's gonna morph into something stupid. All right, that makes sense. Y'all got the 5 C's. If you could think it, you could do it. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. I don't— I probably won't be going live tomorrow so much. I'll be traveling tomorrow. I, I'm set to come back to Dallas on Monday, so Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, we, we'll see. Turn the notifications Because it's not unlike me to get bored and decide that I'm going live, or to get some free time and decide that I want to go live. The best thing to do is just turn the notifications on. But in the meantime, between time, even if I don't go live, like I say, we got a YouTube channel with over 700 videos. You ain't got it— you ain't got to let your foot up off the gas. You can keep going. Repetition. Repetition, repetition. Hearing this stuff once, it'll get— it'll make you feel good. Hearing this stuff every day, you won't have no choice but to start doing something different in your life. So on the YouTube channel, like I say, loads of free stuff. People who want to work with me directly or want to get customized recordings, hit that link in the bio and everything you need is in there. I love y'all, ain't nothing y'all could do about it. I'ma see y'all I'll see y'all the next time I see y'all. I might go live later today. I left today really light so I can have time to pack and get stuff together. So after I get in here and get packed up and get everything together, I might end up going live later tonight, but we'll see.
