Noah built the ark before gathering the crowd, not after. The speaker argues you need a completed vision, not permission. Start building your boat first, then people will follow the proof.

Like, you gotta understand, God didn't give Noah an ark. God gave Noah a plan for an ark. I don't know why Noah and the ark has really been preaching to me lately. Like, I've been in there just deep diving. But God didn't hand— God didn't open up heaven and say, hey Noah, here's an ark. No, God gave Noah a vision for an ark. He gave Noah a plan for an ark. And what you gotta understand is Noah built the ark, and he didn't go get the animals and the people and line them up and say, hey guys, watch me build this ark. He went and built the ark. By the time he went talk to them, it was a big old— it was a big boat behind him. It was a big boat.
