What's good, what's good, what's good? Welcome to the live, welcome to the live. How y'all doing, man? How y'all doing? Get on in here, get on in here. Let's talk about the fact that you could be doing, have anything you desire. You could be doing, have anything that you think about on a consistent basis. Let's talk about the fact that your only limit in life is your own imagination. If you could think it, you could do it. Full stop. If you can think it, you can do it. If you can't think it, you can't do it. But if you could think it, you could do it. And I say if, but actually it's a fact that you can think it. Now, you might take a little willpower to start thinking different than you've been thinking, but if you could think it, you could do it. But in order to think it, you got to know what you want. You got to know what you desire, and you got to stop getting wrapped up in what you don't want. That's a mistake that most people make. Most people spend so much time, energy, and effort on what they don't want that they don't got no time, energy, and effort left for what they'll rather have. Let's get this live shared. Let's get some people in here. What's up, Gloria? Let's get some people in here, man. As y'all come in, tap the screen, share the live. Let's get some energy going early off this morning. I'm Jay Shaw. I coach bosses. I'm a firm believer that as human as you could be, doing to have anything that you desire, but it starts with your thinking. What a lot of people Do is they'll go through life with shitty thinking, try to overcome sloppy thinking with extra work. They try to work, work, work, work, work to overcompensate on the fact that they not thinking correctly. When you feel successful, you'll think successful on accident. When you're feeling successful and thinking successful, you gotta act successful. When you feel productive, when you feel creative, you will create on accident. But a lot of people, they don't feel creative and they try to force Theyself to create. You got to take care of here. Everything happens from the inside out. Nothing sustainable is built from the outside in. Everything that's sustainable is built from the inside out. And we have no problem applying these principles when it comes to nature. We have no problem applying these principles when it's other people's lives. When it's your life and you got that front row seat, sometimes it gets shaky. Like, you understand, if you go plant a grain of corn You can't stomp the ground to make that corn grow quicker. The gestation period is a gestation period. It's going to take as long as it's going to take. You understand that if you're pregnant with a baby, I don't care how much you want to have that baby tomorrow. I don't care how excited you are. It's going to take 9 months. It's the same way with your goals. It's going to take how long it's going to take. Your job is to keep taking your vitamins. Your job is to keep watering the grass. Your job is to keep shining the light on it. Your job is to stay positively aligned to the desired outcome. Let me get this live shared out. Y'all help me out, man. We got some dope information we're about to get into. You got some friends that can use this information. If you have some friends who want to learn how to turn their thoughts into things, who want to learn how to take desires out of their heart and turn them into something they can hold in their hands, something they can taste, touch, feel, hear, and see, do them a favor and hit that share button. Send it to them. I'm gonna make you guys a deal. If you tap, I'll talk. I'm gonna keep talking, you guys gonna keep tapping, sharing it live, interacting, and bringing energy into the room. You could be, do, and have anything you desire. I need everybody listening right now, if you haven't already, go ahead and hit that follow button. Go ahead and hit that follow button. We're getting live, share it out to as many people as possible. It's your first time in here? Good morning, good morning, good morning, man. Love y'all, ain't nothing y'all could do about it. What's going on, Doctor? What's up, what's up, what's up, man? Let's get our board clear so we can start from the top. Let's get the board clear so we can start from the top. That's yesterday's learn. Let's, let's start it back up. Let's start it back up. Okay, uh, okay, okay, okay. So guys, I need you to understand. Yeah, yeah, I heard y'all tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. For sure, for sure. Gotta do what we gotta do, y'all. Tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. Just a little silence, this ain't gonna hurt nothing. Tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. So I need you to understand that you're feeling and you're thinking. Your feeling and your thinking, they work in this crazy loop. How you feel controls how you think. How you think controls how you feel. How you feel controls how you think. How you think controls how you feel. They work in that crazy loop, right? And out of this loop Your action is created. Makes sense. You got this loop between your feeling and your thinking, and that creates your action. What most people do when they want to affect the change in their life is they jump right to the middle of this loop. And they start taking action. But if you don't bother to change the way you feel, you never affect the way you think, or vice versa. Sometimes it's easier to change the thinking than the feeling. Other times it's easy to change the feeling than to think it. But you got to take account of where you are right now and ask yourself, is it easier to change the way I think, or is it easier to change the way I feel? And one of the quickest ways to do kind of both at the same time is to put your attention on something else. Your body follows your attention. Where the mind goes, the body follows. Thanks for those taps. Thanks for those taps. Tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. If I'm talking, you should be tapping. Those taps, they like claps, and they let me know that I'm giving y'all what y'all need. When I don't see the taps, I think we not— we not where we need to be, and I end up shutting down the live and just going to the gym early. So we talking about how your feeling and your thinking, they work in this loop. Your feeling controls your thinking. Your thinking dictates your feeling. Your feeling controls your thinking. Your thinking dictates your feeling. And between this loop Your action is created, and you got to decide which one you're going to change to get the results you want. Now, the quickest way to change both is let me show you something. If you watching TV, let's use another marker. That one ain't as ain't as juicy as I would like it to be. Now, if you watching TV, there we go. Right. You turn that TV on. Now, if it's a sad movie on this TV, do you gotta try to feel sad, or do you just gotta put your attention on the TV? You just gotta put your attention on the TV, right? If you put a comedy On this TV, do you got to try to laugh, or do you just got to keep watching the TV? You can be in a bad mood, start watching the comedy, a comedy that's funny to you. Just put your attention on it and watch how it starts to change what you're thinking about. When you're thinking about something different, you ain't got no choice but to Feel different, and when you're feeling different, you ain't got no choice but to act different. What a lot of people do in life is they'll notice a set of circumstances that they don't like. Rather be their finances, rather be their health, rather be the state of their relationship. They'll notice a set of circumstances that they don't like. Don't like this. I don't like this. I don't like this. And what they'll do is they will start to pay attention to the circumstances they don't like. Then they start adding in all the little details, getting real descriptive about why they don't like it. I don't like this job. They don't pay me enough. They don't appreciate me. I tried to take off. They made me work on Christmas. I do not like this job. They don't pay me what I'm worth. I can't stand this job. I've been here 10 years and And we just keep adding all the details in. We already talked about what you focus on, what you think about dictates how you feel, right? And how you feel dictates what you think about. So what you've created is what we call a failure loop. You created what we call a failure loop. And the only way out of a failure loop is to put your attention on something else. The only way out of a failure loop is to put your attention on something else. We were talking about how when you watch a TV, if you watch a sad movie, you don't got to try to feel sad. You just got to watch the movie. You watch an erotic movie, you ain't gonna try to get turned on. Just, just watch the movie. But what would happen if you looked at this situation you didn't like? I don't like this job. They don't pay me enough. They really playing in my face. But instead of getting hyper-focused on it, you ask what I call the magic question. I need y'all to tap on the screen. When I see the taps, I'm gonna give y'all what I call the magic question. The magic question is where everything changed. The magic question is where you really start to have the life that you desire. The magic question is what took me from being in the military to running my own businesses. And making the type of money that I wanted to make. The magic question is what allows me to live life on my terms. The magic question is the reason I get to wake up when I want to wake up and go to bed when I want to go to bed. The magic question is the reason that I get to live where I want to live. Y'all ready to know what the magic question is? The magic question is you look at this, you look at this stuff you don't like, and then you ask yourself, what Would I rather have? What would I rather have? You might want to write that question down. This is the question that changes everything. You can't manifest a damn thing until you ask that question. In fact, the Bible say you have not because you ask not. You can't ask for nothing until you get clear about what you want. Knowing what you don't want is not the same thing as knowing what you would like to have. When I'm working with athletes, I tell them all the time, not wanting to lose is not the same thing as wanting to win. Not wanting to be poor is not the same thing as wanting to be rich. The subconscious mind doesn't delete information. I need you guys tapping, tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. I'm gonna remind you all the time. I know this information is real easy just to sit back and listen to because it feels so good and it resonates. And the reason It resonates is because you know this already. It's like remembering something that you already know. You ever been trying to remember somebody's name? It's like it's on the tip of your tongue, but you can't remember it. But later that day, when you're in a resistant-free state and it just popped up in here, you're like, Amber, her name was Amber. You get that excited feeling because you remember something you was trying to remember. That's why it's so easy just to sit in here and listen. But I need you guys to tap the screen as, as you feel those good feelings. Tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. Tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. Thank you for the taps, Chuck. I appreciate you. So you got to start asking this question, what would I rather have? And the same way that most people will sit here and look at this thing that they don't like and keep adding details to it and adding details to it and adding details to it— that's dead, that's over with. You don't do that no more. You ask the magic question, what would I rather have? And then you start making a box and you start describing What you would rather have. When I was in the military, I wanted freedom. I wanted to be able to grow my hair as long as I wanted. So I want to be able to grow my beard sticks. I want to be able to grow it. I want to get whatever tattoos I want. I want to be able to pierce my ears, pierce my nose. I want to live where I want to live, make as much as I want to make. I didn't want to have to wait 2 years to make more money. I didn't want to have to wait on a promotion to make more money. I wanted freedom. I wanted success. I wanted to motivate people. I wanted to be a coach. I wanted to be a hypnotist. I wanted to travel the world, but on my terms. And I stopped focusing on what I didn't want, and I got hypnotized by this. And it was just like watching TV. When I was watching— when you watch an action movie, you don't got to try to feel excited. The movie produces the excitement. When you watch a sad movie, you don't got to try to feel sad. Just watch the movie. But when you start focusing on what you want, when you start using your attention and putting it on what you want consistently and holding it there, you ain't got to try to feel motivated. You ain't got to try to feel inspired. You ain't got to try to feel like you do it, like you could do it, because it becomes familiar to you. You got to understand that the subconscious mind runs towards what's familiar. The subconscious mind runs towards what's familiar. Most people make the mistake of making this right here more familiar than this right here. Most people are more familiar with what they don't want than they are with what they would rather have. Your job is to get clear about what you want. Your job is to get clear about what you want. I say it every day: if you could think it, you could do it. If you could think it, you could do it. If you can't think it, you can't do it. But you can think it. But it's going to take you asking yourself the magic question: What would I rather have? Since I could be, do, and have anything I desire, since I know that my only limit in life is my own imagination, what do I want to do? What type of life do I want to live? Not what I think is possible. Not what other people in my family have did. What do I want? Not what society say I should want. When I meet people and they say, "Hey, hey man, I'm struggling with procrastination. Can you help me?" I know right off the bat, procrastination is not the problem. It's a symptom of the problem. People procrastinate for one of two reasons. What reason? Number one, the reason most people procrastinate, they don't really want it. They heard some other people want it. Society told them they should want it. Their parents told them they should want it. They saw it on TV. Most people going after stuff that they don't want, they've been marketed to death into thinking they want it, but they don't really want it. They don't really want it, full stop. They don't want it. So that's one reason people procrastinate. The second reason people procrastinate is they don't believe they can have it. They don't believe they can have it. It's a part of them going, what's the point? I'm not going to get it. What's the point of going to the gym? I'm not going to lose this weight. Everybody in my family big. We just big-boned people. They got a narrative in their mind that forces them to believe that they can't have it. But you don't got to change your action. You got to change your mind. You don't got to change your action. You got to change your mind. In our community, we teach it. We teach this ladder, and the ladder that we teach is be, do, have. Before you can have it, you got to do it. Before you can do it, you got to become the type of person who can do it. I look at B Do Have like this, okay? We got this, this, this acorn here. That's the B. All this thing, all this thing has to do is be an acorn. Now you gotta understand about this acorn, it's in its nature To become an oak tree. The only thing this acorn got to do to become an oak tree is remain an acorn. But the doing is where it get planted. That's the ground. You put that seed in the ground, and this is where it gets shaky. This is what— this is where a lot of people tap out. It starts to grow down here. Before it starts to grow up here, this acorn is the same thing as this oak tree. This acorn is an earlier stage of this oak tree. Of this oak tree, the only thing this acorn has to do is be itself. If it just remains itself, if it just be itself and get planted into the process, it's going to start to root. And you gotta understand, it has to have this before it can sustain this. Is that making sense? It gotta be itself, but it gotta remain— it gotta remain an acorn. It can't go in the ground and then decide it's not an acorn. It can't go in the ground and decide that it's taking too long, I'm not going to be an acorn anymore, I'm gonna switch my goal. All All this acorn has to do is be itself, remain planted, and it has no choice but to become an oak tree. You gotta understand that the acorn is the idea. If you got the idea, you got the oak tree. The acorn is the idea. The process is the doing. And the having is what happens when you hold on to the idea as you go on through the process. A lot of people want to go through the process but drop the idea. You gotta be an entrepreneur before you can do entrepreneurship. But if you become an entrepreneur and you do entrepreneurship, you have no choice but to have the results that an entrepreneur has. Like I tell my athletes all the time, you don't get a trophy and then become a champion. That's not how it works. You don't wait on the trophy and go, okay, I'm a champion now. No, in the regular season, you go, I'm a champion, and because I'm a champion, I'm gonna eat like this, I'm gonna sleep like this, I'm gonna train like this. I'm not gonna put that in my body. I'm gonna put a lot of that in my body. I'm gonna put none of that in my body. I'm gonna work out like a champion. I'm gonna sleep like a champ. I'm gonna practice like a champ. I'm gonna show up to practice early. I'm gonna leave practice late. I'm gonna push the rest of my team like a champion. You don't wait on the trophy to turn that on. You turn that on. But guess what? If you turn that on and remain in that being, guess what gotta show up? Guess what gotta show up? The trophy. But if you waiting on the trophy to activate champion, you don't ever get the trophy. It's the same way with money. The money don't show up in the account and then you get rich. No, you be rich. You, you start thinking rich while the bank account reflects the number that you don't like. You start reading books about wealth and filling your head with rich thoughts while the bank account reflects that number that you don't like. But as you be rich, you'll start doing rich on accident. You'll start going, I'm not spending my money on that. I'm investing my money over here. I'm not wasting my money on that. I'm investing my money over here. You're gonna start doing rich. And if you just do rich for a period of time, guess what? You gotta have riches. But what people want is they want to do the having before they do the being and the doing. And that's not how creation works. You can't have the oak tree without the acorn. The acorn is the oak tree, but it grows downward before it grows upward. You try to have this big old tree without a root system to support it. Make it make sense. Make it make sense. I need you guys tapping. Tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. Share the live. How y'all doing this morning? Y'all keeping up? Any questions about anything we talking about? The fact of the matter is you can be, do, and have Anything you think about consistently, anything you think about consistently. You got to understand, if it's an entire oak tree inside of that, hey, if it's an entire oak tree inside of that acorn, imagine what's inside of you. Imagine what's inside of you. You could be doing to have anything you desire, but you got to think it before you can do it. You got to think it so that you can feel it. But when you thinking it and feeling it, you ain't got no choice but to do it. You'll do it on accident. When I end this live, I'm going to the gym just like I do every morning. I don't gotta make myself go to the gym. I want to go to the gym because of the way I've been using this. I want to go to the gym because of the seeds that I've been planting up to this point. I didn't plant seeds in my subconscious mind about looking good naked. I didn't plant seeds in my subconscious mind about having extra stamina for adult activities. I didn't plant seeds in my subconscious mind about being able to race my son, him going, Daddy, how you still so fast? I done planted seeds in my mind of me being on stages, and if I'm telling people they could be, do, and have anything they desire, I should probably look like I— I should probably look like I practice what I preach. So because of the way that I've been using my mind, my body has no choice but to go to the gym. But what people try to do is they try to use willpower to control the body. Willpower isn't designed to control your body. Willpower is designed to discipline your mind. You use willpower to focus, and your focus dictates how you feel and think. We the example that we always use. If you watch the funny movie, you don't got to try to laugh. Just watch the freaking movie. If you watch the action movie, you ain't got to try to be excited. Just watch the movie. If you come in here for about two weeks in a row and you get this energy every morning, you get this motivation every morning, you get this poured into you, you ain't got to try to start taking action. It's a byproduct of being in here. People in our community to do our challenges, they ain't got to try to. It's a byproduct of putting yourself in an environment where that's what's going on. When you grew up in that house that you grew up in, if those people spoke 5 languages, your little smart, creative, intelligent, influential self would have learned all 5 of those languages. Nobody sat you down and taught you English. You was just in a house where people were speaking English. Nobody got to teach you how to be successful. You just got to get yourself in an environment where people doing success. Nobody ain't got to teach you how to go for your goals. You just got to put yourself in an environment where that's the norm. I remember when I first got my own Well, it wasn't my house. The first house I rented, I had zero desire to do the yard. It was in a neighborhood where nobody else was doing the yard, so they weren't doing theirs. I didn't do mine. It just was a thing. Then they got me a nice house. They got me a house on a golf course. And the people in this neighborhood, they— it was just a different type of neighborhood. They had a joy. It was a different set of standards. And this dude next door to me, Tom, used to make it a competition, man. Oh, man. Tom will wake up early on Saturday and get his yard, mow his yard, have it all edged and looking good. He'd just be hanging out his driveway all day admiring his work. So I went to the job like, no, I know you don't think your yard gonna be looking better than mine, man. I was— I ain't even have a lawnmower. I went to Lowe's, got me a lawnmower, got me a trimmer, got me an edge. I went to Lowe's and dropped the bag because Tom wasn't gonna play in my face and have his yard looking good. Everybody else stuff in the neighborhood looking good and my stuff not looking good. I was in a different environment. At the other house I have, it is hot out there, ain't gonna do no dang old yard. But in this new environment, oh, I was doing the yard. You got to put yourself in a different environment. And just because you can't put yourself in a new environment physically, there's no— there's no excuse to not put yourself in a new environment mentally, okay? Just because you might not have access to friends who think a certain way and mentors who think a certain way don't mean you can't send your mind. You gotta understand, this man that we call Malcolm X wasn't created at a university. He was created in a jail cell. Malcolm X went to jail as this guy that they called Detroit Red, and he came out as the man that we know as Malcolm X. Okay, his body was in prison, but his mind wasn't. His body was in prison, not his mind. Nobody can imprison your mind. You could be doing have anything you desire, but you got to start taking control of your mind. You got to think on purpose. You got to understand you're not no accident. You are not an accident. You were sent here for a purpose. You had a purpose before you had a name, but you got to start living life on purpose. You got to look at what you don't like and ask yourself the magic question: What would I rather have? And you got to start focusing on what you would rather have. I'm going to teach you guys something that I call the five C's. I'm gonna need you guys tapping the screen. Tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. If I'm talking, you should be tapping. Tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. Anybody got any questions about anything we talked about so far before we get into the 5 C's? If you could think it, you could do it. But if you can't think it, you can't do it. For sure, for sure, for sure, for sure. Tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. Tapping lets TikTok know that it's some good stuff going on in here. Tap the screen, let TikTok know that they need to move us up the For You page so we can get more people here. I need you guys tapping. Tap it, tap it. As a matter of fact, let me have everybody in here hit that follow button because we're gonna get ready to do a reset. What's going on? What's up, King of Dreams? How you doing, man? Everybody in here hit that follow button. I need you guys tapping if you value the information, if it's good information. Tapping is the equivalent to clapping. So when you tap this screen and you make them little hearts come, come up, that's the equivalent of saying I love it, this is what I needed to hear. I can't hear you, but we can communicate through those taps. I need you guys tapping. Tapping, tapping, tapping, tapping. Always great. What's going on? How you doing? So we're gonna learn what I call the 5C Success Formula. The 5C Success Formula is the very formula that I use to coach professional athletes, high performers, entrepreneurs. It's a formula that I created through my 2, 2-decade career as a clinical hypnotherapist. Help lots of people quit smoking, lose weight, quit biting their nails, depression, PTSD, anxiety. I'm afraid of flying, I'm afraid of spiders, you name it. Every problem is a thinking problem. But over years of helping people with these thinking problems, I identified a process that works. I don't care what the problem is, it works. And it's called the 5C process. And we call it the 5C because every step starts with a C. And the way that I came up with the process is I started getting jealous of my clients. I was looking at the results that they were getting and how fast they were changing their lives. And I went, wait a minute, I'm the common denominator of these people changing their lives. I got stuff that I want that I don't have. You know what I need? I need a session with me. So I started putting myself on my calendar every Wednesday at 10 AM. I would work on me. That was my time to work on me. But I realized that I didn't know how to turn my process inward. I knew how to do it outward because I had studied it for a long time. I knew how to do it outwardly because that's what I had been doing since I was 14, but I didn't know how to turn that same process inwardly. So I started recording my sessions and I started listening back to my sessions, and I realized it was 5 things that I always did, always in the same order. And I never went to the second C until the first C was complete, never went to the third C until the second C was complete, and vice versa. And this is the steps that success happens in. So the first C It's all about clarity. Clarity. You can't get what you want until you know what you want. You got to get clear about what you want. So you might be in a situation right now where you don't know what you want. You know what you don't want, but you don't know what you want. A lot of times people think that what they don't want is the same thing as what they want. It's not. So a lot of times people might come into my office And they'll go, man, Jay, my life is a mess. My marriage is a mess. I broke the trust with my wife, man. I'm drinking more than I should be drinking. I'm smoking more than I should be smoking. I'm not, I'm not taking action. I feel late. Oh, I said, okay, what do you want, man? I don't, I don't want to be lazy no more. I don't want to be a bum no more. I don't— that's not what I asked you. I asked you what you wanted, but you started telling me what you didn't want. So what that lets me know is you got clarity But your clarity is in your failure. Before we can be successful, we got to get clarity in your success. What do you want? Well, man, I just told you. No, no, you didn't. You told me what you didn't want. I want you to slow down and I want you to tell me what you would rather have. That's the magic question to get clarity. You got to learn how to look at what you don't want and go, hmm, I don't like that. What would I rather have? And you gotta allow this to become greater than this. Y'all remember being in school, the big alligator eat the bigger— eat the bigger value? You gotta turn this this way. You gotta make this more exciting than this. You gotta make this more detailed than this. You gotta get clear about what you want. I don't like my body. I'm tired all the time. I don't have energy. I want to be sexy. I want to have a lot of energy. I want to weigh 145 pounds. I want to wear a medium in shirts. I want to wear a 7 in jeans. You got to get descriptive about what you want. You got to get clear about what you want. That's the first step. Simple stuff, right? Appreciate them taps, y'all. Appreciate them taps. Keep tapping, keep tapping, keep tapping. Those taps helps us out tremendously. Those taps helps us move up the For You page so as many people can get this information as possible. Keep tapping, keep tapping, keep tapping. And if you need help getting clarity, remind me towards the end of the live. I got some free resources that'll help you get clarity. Don't let me forget about the free resources. If I try to end the live without telling you where to get the free resources, Say, hey, where can I get those free resources? What's going on? What's up? What's up? What's up? How you doing? So we talked about clarity. I gotta look at what I don't want, but I can't get hypnotized by it. I can't fall into this black hole of what I don't want. I gotta say, what would I rather have? And I gotta get more descriptive about what I want than what I don't want. Man, people have so many details about what they don't want and why they don't want it and why it's not fair and how this person got it. You need to mind your business. Let the dead bury the dead. I need you to come with me over here and focus on your desire. Okay, so that's the first C. First C is all about clarity. The next C, calibration. After I know what I want, I got to get calibrated to what I want. One of the things that I do as a hypnotist— thank you for the gift, Rod, how you doing? One of the things that I always do as a hypnotist, every time somebody comes into my office, one of the first things I'm gonna do is I'm going to calibrate to that person. If they saying things like, man, I can't see my way through, I can't see a way out of this, it's like everywhere I look there's a problem, it's a problem over here, it's a problem over there— as I'm calibrating, I'm saying, oh, this is a visual person. They talking about what they see. They can't see their way through. Everywhere they look there's a problem. I'm gonna calibrate. I'm gonna start talking to that person in visual terms. I can't Influence a visual person talking to them kinesthetically. Now, somebody coming to my office saying, I just feel like it's a, it's a weight on my back. I feel like I'm chained down. I'm stuck in this position. Every time I take one step forward, it's like life pushes me 3 steps back. That's a kinesthetic person. That's a person who is wrapped up in how they feel. So I'm not gonna talk to a person who is stuck in how they feel about what they see. I'm not gonna talk to that person about what they hear. I'm gonna get calibrated to the person, because when I calibrate to the person, I'm in prime position to influence the person, ultimately alter their behavior. You gotta calibrate to what you want. It's gonna be hard to persuade what you want when you calibrate it to what you don't want. So you gotta divorce this so that you can marry this, and that's what this calibration process is about. Y'all keeping up? This making sense? I know it's good juicy information, but I need you to keep tapping. Just tap and listen. I got you. And I'll also tell you guys where you can get the replays. I give people access to all of my replays because it's not the type of information that you want to just hear once. This information you want to hear over and over and over again. So I'll let you guys know where to find the replays. Right now I need you tuned in. Right now I need you, I need you right here with me. I need you tapping. I need you sharing the live. I need energy because the more energy you give me, the more I'm gonna take that energy, shake it up And give it back to you. Okay, so I need you guys tapping the screen. I need you guys sharing it live because let's keep it real, this information way too dope for just four people to be in here. This is life-changing information. This is life-changing information. Most people who teach this stuff, I'm not gonna say they don't know what they talking about, but they missing a lot of the nuances. They missing a lot of the nuances. They done read a few books. They done read The Secret. They done read, but it's it it's it's things like little shifts that got to be made. Like not wanting to lose is not the same thing as wanting to win. Not wanting to be poor is not the same thing as wanting to be rich. You gotta calibrate. You gotta know about the endocrine system and the nervous system. It's different things that are happening that a lot of people aren't aware of, and you can tell by the way they explain it. Okay, so clarity. Look at what I don't want and ask the magic question. Pop quiz: What is the magic question? I'm not gonna tell you. I'm gonna look back and see. I know it's a little lag on TikTok, so I'm gonna keep going, and I'm gonna look back and see. Did anybody know what the magic question was? So we get clarity and we calibrate to the clarity. Now, calibration is easier than you may think. The example that I always use is if you watching TV and it's a sad movie on that TV, do you got to try to feel sad, or do you just got to get calibrated to the movie? That's it. That's the magic question. What would I rather have? That's the magic question. If it's a sad movie on there, Do you gotta try to get sad or do you just gotta watch the movie? If it's a comedy on there, do you gotta try to laugh or do you just gotta watch the movie? Right. If it's a, an actor on that TV that you are attracted to, That you think, oh man, they are so sexy. Oh man, they, they look so good. Do you gotta try to make your body respond, or if you just give your imagination a little bit of freedom, it'll take care of itself, right? Your calibration tends to follow your focus, and what most people do is they focus on what they don't want. I don't like this, I don't like this, I don't like this, I don't like this. Let me get on the phone and talk to my best friend about why I don't like this. Let me get on TikTok and watch videos about this thing that I don't like. Let me talk about what I don't like. Let me get on Facebook and find a group of other people who don't like the same thing so we can talk about it and compare stories. And I can talk about how I got— have you ever seen people do this thing where they like compete for who got it the worst? Oh, you think that's bad? Let me tell you what happened to me. I never even met my daddy. Oh, you think that's bad? My daddy got killed when I was— it's like this weird race to the bottom. Like, I bet I can feel worse than you. Like, you got You got it. You can win. Like, you got it. But most people fill up the screen with what they don't want. Then they wonder why, why they feel bad. Well, I know why you feel bad. Where attention goes, energy flows. You got that? Yeah, that's exactly right. So calibration is all about taking this off of the TV and getting clear about what you would rather have, and you put that on the TV. Now, just like when you watch that funny movie, you ain't got to try to laugh. Just like when you watch that sad movie, you ain't got to try to feel sad. When you start focusing on your goals, when you start focusing on what you want, when you start focusing on what you desire, when you start finding groups of friends and y'all talk about what you want and you feel in the detail, now you're on the phone talking about the life you want instead of the life you hate. Now you on TikTok, you watching content, but it's content with people who enjoying the things that you want to enjoy, and you're not jealous of them. You saying that as a sign, man. If it can happen for them, it can happen for me. You use other people's success as proof that you are on your way. You know how you get excited when you go, oh, it's 4:44, it's a synchronicity? Well, when you start seeing lots of people around you pop up with the exact thing that you want, it's a synchronicity. It's the universe saying— this guy's saying, hey, stay, stay the course, stay the course. I, I, I find it so funny when people go, man, I just don't got confidence, I just don't got— oh, you got confidence, you just got it pointed at your failure right now. Right now you got confidence in the fact that you can't do it. That's why you feel the way you feel. But in order to get confidence in what you want, you gotta get clear about what you want. 98% of people don't know what they want, so they go work for people who know what they want. If you could become part of the 2% of people who take the time to ask that question, what would I rather have? If you could discipline your thinking and become part of the group to go, what, you know, what would I rather have? And you start focusing on it. I can remember being in the military. Hated being in the military. Couldn't grow my hair. I got a lot of hair now. I got a lot of hair now. Couldn't grow my hair. Couldn't grow my beard. I got a decent little beard. It was still working on it. Couldn't get my nose pierced. I got it pierced. Couldn't wear my earrings. I got those in. Couldn't wear what I wanted to wear. If I was still in the military, I have on some camouflage right now. But from in that situation that I didn't like, I started asking myself, what would I rather have? What would I rather? And then it's the crazy thing. When I first told my family I was going to the military, they said, you're not going to the military. What you doing? You crazy? You're not. No, no, you're not. No, you're not. No, you're not. See you going to basic training. But 5 years— no, 6 years later, when I decided I was getting out, you can't get out of the military. What you doing? That's where your life— that's where your health insurance at. That's how you take care of your family. You get out of the military to be healed. The same people that was telling me I couldn't go in was now telling me I couldn't go out. I couldn't get out. You got to stop listening to other people. They don't know what the hell they talking about. I'm not saying they don't got good intentions, but God didn't consult them about his vision for your life. He was talking to you. Now, when God give you something, don't let nobody else talk you out of it. They not meant to understand it. It's not God when talking to them. It's not their vision. It's your vision. And now they— we always knew you was gonna figure it out. We always— you, you didn't know nothing. You didn't know nothing. You got to get clear about what you want, and you got to get calibrated to it. You got to focus on— you got to let what you want become the center of your attention. And don't let people use crazy words like selfish to talk you out. Oh, you selfish. So usually when people say selfish, what they really mean is you won't put my desire over your desire. You won't do what you want— what you won't do what I want you to do with your time. Like, okay, so I'm selfish, but the only thing I got to do to stop being selfish is put your needs before mine. I'll just be selfish. It's okay. Like, I'll just be selfish. You selfish. You— maybe you should be a little more selfish. If you was more selfish, maybe you wouldn't waste your money on stuff that didn't matter and then expect me to spend my vacation money on your bills. Maybe you should be more selfish to the liquor store and to the whatever else you spent your money. You should be more selfish with your money and the unnecessary things you spending on so you don't expect me to Give mine away. Like, don't let people use that word to hypnotize you. Now, I'm not saying that it's people that you don't owe things to. If you got children and people in you within your four walls to count on you, that's different. I'm not giving you a cop-out card on your responsibilities. Don't so don't try to twist what I just said into that. But adults, other people, don't let don't let people use those types of words to control you. I've seen people in their forties and their fifties still in their parents make their decisions. Don't— you got one life to live. Let's live it up. I want you to get clear about what you want. I want you to get calibrated to what you want. Now, you could do affirmations, but let me tell you something about affirmations. The thing about affirmations is if it doesn't change the way you feel, it's not going to change the way you think. And if it doesn't change the way you feel and think, it's not going to change the way you act. Okay? You could do affirmations as part of the calibration process, but it has to change the way you feel. You can go, "I am a millionaire," all day long, but if you feel poor as you say, "I am a millionaire," It's not, it's not going to take off. The purpose of the affirmation is to change the way you act, but in order to change the way you act, you got to change the way you feel and change the way you think first. The body follows the mind. The body follows the mind. So if your affirmations don't change the way you feel, throw those away, get some new ones. Like, uh, Muhammad Ali is a great example. Muhammad Ali didn't just say, I'm fast, I'm a good boxer. I'm really fast, man. Said, man, I flow like a butterfly, sting like a bee. The hands can't touch what the eyes can't see. I'm fast, I'm pretty, I'm lightning fast. I'm 25 years old, it ain't a scratch on my face. I'm so fast, in fact, that last night I turned off the light and I was in bed before the room was even dark. Like, do you feel that? You can go on YouTube and watch Muhammad Ali do his affirmations and you feel like you ready to fight. You feel like you ready to get in the ring. And that's why he's known as the greatest, because he changed the way he feels. Like, people think it was his boxing knowledge that allowed him to say what, what round he was going to knock people out in. It wasn't his boxing knowledge. He told himself a few hundred times that he was going to knock the man out in the 3rd round. At some point, his subconscious mind said, okay, knock him out in the 3rd round, and it filled in the gap. It was the law of repetition. It was the law of emotion. It was the law of momentum. He was telling himself something over and over again, but he wasn't just telling himself to it in a logical way. He was telling it in an emotional way. He changed the way he felt, which changed the way he was thinking, so he had no choice but to act different. Mike Tyson— watch Mike Tyson in his prime. He would win the fight before it even started. People thought the man was a freaking maniac. He's talking about eating people's children and, and doing all types of other stuff to grown men and But the way he said it, they was like, hold on, he might— I don't know about this one, man. He, he might actually do it. He beat them in their mind first. If I beat you in your mind, I ain't got to worry about your body. I gotta— I'm 5'9. My, my youngest brother is 6'4. 6'4. But I see him in my mind as my younger brother. So it's times when he trip like, bro, knock that shit off. Like, you done lost your mind. Now I probably ain't gonna walk up on too many other six-four people, but this in my mind, he's my younger brother. He's my younger brother. Now if I walk up on six on another six-four, I'm gonna have I'm gonna have that thing with me. But to in my mind, he's my little. It doesn't matter that he's physically six foot four. He's my younger. Brother. In his mind, I'm his older brother. That's why it's important to discipline your children while they're young, so you can use the tone of your voice when they teenagers. Because in your mind, in their mind, you are the authority. Now, it's real important when they're about 17, 18 to start pulling back that authority and, you know, giving them freedom. But if you discipline them as children, in their mind it's already programmed that you are the authority. We're gonna have to start talking about parenting and like the stages of parenting and different things, but that's not what we're talking about right now. So clarity— get clear on what you want. Get clear on what you want. Then you got to get calibrated to what you want. You got to start feeling like the type of person they can have, and you got to let this version of you feel it. Not a version of you that's 30 pounds lighter, not a version of you that's finally married, not a version of you once the children go off to college. People always want to Oh man, one day, one day, right now, this version of me, this version of me, it's not a future version of me that's gonna do those things. This version of me is going to decide that that's for me, and I'm gonna practice feeling like the type of person that can have that thing. Now, if I just get the feeling, the thinking will take care of itself. Think about it. When you feel angry, when you feel upset, it's very easy for you to curse people out and put them in their place. If you get mad enough, man, you'll just, you'll say some horrendous stuff. Then when you feel happy again, you go, "I did not have to say it. Why did I say it? Now I gotta now I gotta apologize." But when you felt angry, what's up, yo yo? When you felt angry, that was the natural order of things. It was very easy for you to say that when that feeling was in your body. And I say all that to say, when you feel like a failure, when you feel like you can't do it, when you feel like what's the point, it's very it's impossible. For you to think of good ideas. It's impossible for you to solve problems. What's up? What's up? What's up? You got to change the feeling first. So first is about getting clear on how you want to feel. The second step is about calibrating to the feeling. If you are kinesthetic, if you are an auditory person, affirmations might be great for you. If you're a visual person, the vision board might work for you. If you more of, um, like a kinesthetic visual, you need to see it, you need to interact with it, you need, you need some type of way to physically touch it. Okay, but calibration. Or if you want to work with a hypnotist, I know a guy, dopest dude in the game. Rewire that subconscious mind right up. All right, now the 3rd C is confidence. And this is what's funny. Step three, you know, you know, it fall. It's really just getting better at step two. Step three is what happens when you get really good at step two. When you get really good at calibrating, that's when you find yourself confidence. Confidence is being so calibrated to the goal. I don't care if you look at me crazy. I'm not calibrated to what you think. I'm calibrated to my goal. That's what confidence is. Confidence is— I'm so calibrated to touching as many entrepreneurs and high performers as I can. I'm so calibrated to helping as many people I can and reminding them they can be, do, and have anything that they desire. I don't care if it's 10 people in here or 10,000 people in here. I'm not calibrated to that number up there. That number is not going to dictate my energy. That number not gonna make me shy. That number not gonna slow me down. That number has zero effect on me because I'm not calibrated to that number. I'm calibrated to my goal. And that's what confidence is all about. I'm not calibrated to CNN. Y'all can have a As many recessions as you want. I'm not calibrating to no recession. I'm in charge of my economy, my personal economy. I control that. The dating pool can be trash. People can— it ain't no more good women out here, all the women are gone. I'm not calibrating to that. I'm calibrating to the fact that I'm charismatic, I'm creative, I make a little bit of money. I'm not the most handsome person in the world, but I'll do until we find them. I'm calibrating to how I see myself. I'm not calibrating to what the world say about me. I'm calibrating to what I say about me. I'm calibrating to what God say about me. And if I like what you're saying, I calibrate to what you saying about me. But if I don't like what you're saying, I'm not calibrating to what you say about me. That's what— that's what confidence is, picking to be calibrated to your desire. I'm calibrated to making $25,000 a month. I don't care what they say on CNN. I'm not calibrating. I'm calibrating to my goal of $25,000 a month. I'm calibrating the teaching. Little boys from the projects, they got single moms like me, man. You could grow up and run the world if that's what you choose to do. You can sell drugs if that's what you choose to do. You could be a rapper if that's what you choose to do. But you can do whatever you desire to do if you learn how to stay calibrated to it. Life gonna test you. Life is going to test you. Confidence is all about being able to remain calibrated during the test. What's going on, young? Can you remain calibrated? Can your partner go, that's a stupid idea, you're gonna waste your money on that, and you still go, yeah, love you, but I'm not calibrated? How you— you got to be able to love people and still not calibrate to what they think about you. You got to be able to love people and care about people and still not calibrate to their limiting beliefs. And you got to understand that some people not even believing in their own vision and their own potential. Don't get upset about somebody not believing in your potential when they don't even believe in their own. How do you expect them to do something for you that they can't even do for theyself? Think about it. So don't calibrate. I, I love my grandma to death, but some of her views, some of her thinking is limited in comparison to what I want to do. I can't calibrate to that. My grandma, well, this running the family and this running the family, your granddaddy had— great, I can't calibrate to that. I love you. And I still refuse to calibrate. So you got to learn that your love and loyalty— this— your calibration don't got to follow your love and loyalty. Words have meaning as well. Stop co-signing. So watch your mouth. If you ain't got nothing nice to say, shut the hell up, especially when you're talking about yourself. Like we was talking about earlier, I erased it. This is the same thing as this. This whole entire oak tree is inside of this acorn. Only thing this acorn has to do To remain, to become oak tree is remain an acorn. It can't see an apple being an apple and go, "Well, what's that? I want that. Why you got that?" If it just bees and acorn, God created this to become this. God created this with the intention of this becoming this. God created this little black boy that he put in the projects. No father figure, just just a mom with four kids doing what she could. But he created that fully knowing that he intended for it to become this, and he was gonna have some some resources. He's gonna have some knowledge. He's gonna have some some money. He's gonna have some big muscles, big big muscles, and this was gonna give birth to some more of. These, and like God is not a sloppy creator. Love to life. I don't even say bye when I got the phone. I say talk to you soon. See see you see you later. See you later. But God created this knowing that it had the potential to be this. God is not surprised when this becomes this. He going exactly that's what it's supposed to do. Like when my daughter walk in here with straight A's, good job, love you baby, but that, that's what I expected of you. I love you, I keep doing what you're doing, but I'm not surprised. I, I created this to, to become this, okay? And if God created this to become this, think about the size of an acorn compared to the size of an oak tree. Take a moment to Wrap your mind around it. Like, like really think about that. Think about the size of an apple seed compared to the size of an apple tree. Now what you gotta remember, because this is the fun part, this is the exciting part to talk about, but what you gotta remember is you gotta take That acorn, and you gotta cover it in dirt. And once you cover it in dirt, it's gonna start to do this before it starts to do this. So a lot of times you might feel like nothing is happening. But just because you can't see it going this way, you got to understand it started doing this before it starts doing that. And you can't have this without this. This requires this. I wanted the client flow that I have now. I wanted it years ago. I wanted the results that I'm getting now. I wanted them years ago. But the experience, the knowledge, the oh I've seen that before, I know exactly what to do. I've been through that before. I can definitely coach you through that. Oh, I've been through a divorce. Or I've been unemployed. Or I've been in a position where I wasn't sure how I was gonna pay my mortgage next month. This is what supports this. The reason I can go stand at this board and talk for five freaking hours is if I wanted to is because I got this. If I get on a world stage without this. They gonna say, who the hell is this man and what he think qualifies him to, to tell? How are you to tell me what to do without this? Nobody. But since I got this, I can't think of a better person to coach you through that thing you're going through. You want this, okay? Even if it's not comfortable getting this, you want this. And God doing you a favor by slowing you down and making you get this before he hands you This, like the the term waiting on God is so interesting to me. I'm like, you really? You really think you waiting on Alpha and Omega? I'm just waiting on God. You think so? Let me tell you something about God. God don't. God is not a sloppy creator. Before God created Adam, He had a job for Adam to do. He had a place for Adam to exist. He He creates in order. If God gave you the idea. You're not waiting on God. God waiting— oh, I got a daughter. My daughter will be 11 years old on the 21st. I am so ready for her 16th birthday. I can't wait to take her to the car lot, get her in a car, put a big red bow on it. I can't wait. I bet it's a part of her who thinks she waiting on me to buy her— girl, I can't wait to— man, come on, you, you my daughter. I want you riding around in something nice. I want you riding around in something safe. You think, you think you waiting on me? No, I'm waiting on you. And if me and my earthly composition, that's how I feel about my children, imagine how this big inspiring creator— imagine like his intention. You think you ain't no God, man? Come on. God waiting on you to get clarity. God already told you, you have not because you ask not. God already told you, seek and ye shall find. Knock and the door will be opened unto you. God waiting on you to stop putting that old wine in new bottles. God waiting on— God, you're not waiting on God. God waiting on you. So, so you got to find another excuse. You, you're not waiting on Alpha and Omega. You're not waiting on, on the man who— oh, not the man. You're not waiting on the, the source that turns acorns into oak trees. What's up, Valley? You made it. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. God, we need you to get clarity, get calibrated, and get confident in the calibration. That's what faith is. That's what faith is. And y'all know that saying, faith without work is dead. The work is maintaining the faith. The work is maintaining the faith because I got a goal, and it's a goal that I'm 1,000% sure I can accomplish. It's a goal that I know— I feel like God is working creatively behind my back to line up the perfect opportunities for me. And because I got faith in that, getting up at 6 AM, not work. It's not something I gotta do, it's something I get to do. I've been live for an hour, we feel like it's been 5 minutes. When I end this live, I'm going to the gym. I don't gotta go to the gym, I get to go to the gym because I got faith in the product. I got faith in how my body is going to look once the process is done. I got faith in the stamina that I'm gonna have. I got faith in the energy that I have. I got faith that my son see his dad has a habit of going to the gym, he'll probably have that I got faith in the outcome, and because I got faith in the outcome, all the shit they got to get done in the middle, I'm excited to do it. It's not work. I get to play for 10, 12 hours a day. People probably be so confused. I thought you was working. I am. What do you do for fun? This. Like, so the work is building the faith. You put the work into developing your mindset. Can always get you. I had to read that again. I thought you said it can only get you so far. In the next step, you ain't got to worry about what's 20 and 30 miles up the road. Like, if you're going down a dark road and you only got your headlights on and the headlight only like light up about the next 50 feet, would you stop the car and go, I don't know what's 200 feet out, so I'm not going no further, I'm gonna just wait till morning? Trust the 50 feet you can see and go. Then that's gonna highlight another 50 feet and another 50 feet. Fight what's in front of you. I seen a video on, um, YouTube not too long ago. There was this dude cursing out his boss. I guess his boss had messed up his paycheck and had messed with his hours, and he was, you know, he was in his face, he was getting loud, and somebody else started laughing. And the boss, this big dude in front of him, about to beat him up, and he started screaming at the other dude who was laughing. Dude said, man, you better handle what's in front of you. Quit talking to me like you crazy. Handle what's in front of you, and that's how you gotta start doing. Like, man, you better handle what's in front of you. You worried about, man, I want a room with 1,200 people, and you better handle that eight that's in front of you. I want to make $10,000 a month, man. You better learn how to manage that four that you making. If you can't, if you mismanaging four, what you think you finna do with ten? You better handle what's in front of you. All right, let's make it through the rest of these 5 C's. Let's make it through the rest of these 5 C's. I need you guys tapping the screen. I need you guys sharing the live. I need energy. All right, so we talked about clarity, we talked about calibration, we talked about confidence. Let's move on to step 4. Now notice that I said step 4, not step 1. A lot of people think that step 4 is step 1. Step 4 is step 4. Somebody in the comments say step 4. Step 4. Can y'all tell I grew up in a Black church? All right, step four is competence. Competence. That's a C and that's E. Okay. Yeah, step four is step four. No, step four. One, two, three, four. But yeah, step four too. I like that. We gonna pin that. Let's see. Turn to your neighbor and say, neighbor, you could be doing have anything you desire. All right, so step four is competence. Step four is where we start doing the doing. I got success. Is that stress-free on YouTube? No. Is that? I got a success. I don't even know what you're talking about, King. But okay, let me sit down for a little bit. Step four. I like it. I love it. I love it. So step four is where we start to take action. A lot of times people think that step four is step one. Step four is not step one. You can go back to school. That's step four. But before you go back to school, okay, I got you. I got you. Before you go back to school, man, it'll do you a lot of good to get some clarity, some calibration, and some confidence first. So I'm not saying don't go back to school. I'm not saying don't go to the gym. I'm not saying don't go see a marriage counselor or family therapist. I'm saying get some clarity, some calibration, some confidence, and then do the door. A lot of people, I'm gonna go, I'm gonna get on TikTok and I'm gonna go live. Go live, but first get some clarity, some calibration, and some confidence. I'm an entrepreneur, I'm gonna start networking. Go to the networking event, but first get some clarity, some calibration, and some confidence. You going to the networking event, they don't like me because I'm Black, they don't want to talk to me because I'm young, they don't want to talk to me because I'm a female. That might be true, I'm not saying that's not true. But I'm, I'm willing to bet if you get some clarity, some calibration, and some confidence and show back up to that same meeting, you're gonna have a different experience. Why do I want to talk to you if you unclear? How are you going to help me if you uncalibrated? How I'm going to be confident in you and you not confident in you? We be wanting people to trust us when we haven't laid this foundation that demands trust. Nobody has ever walked in my office and Order to see my credentials. I need to see your credentials. I need to know what order you grew. I'm clarity. I'm calibrated. I'm confident. Don't nothing in my aura say that I can't help you with whatever you're going through. Now, if I show up without that clarity, that calibration, and that confidence, people gonna be like, "Man, how old are you?" Wait, how you you only thirty-two? It don't matter that I'm only thirty-two. I'm clear. I'm calibrated. I'm confident. And because I'm clear, I'm calibrated. I'm confident, bro. I spend twenty thousand dollars a year on information. Now, without clarity, calibration, and confidence, I go, oh man, that course costs $13 grand, never mind. But because I'm clear, I got clarity, calibration, because hey, damn, $13 grand, I wasn't expecting it to be that much. Um, which I usually do if people don't have it all. What if I could put down $500 today? Oh, y'all do in-house? If I only got to put down $500 today and I can bring you $500 every 2 weeks, easy. Like, listen, when you've got clarity, calibration, and confidence, you'll find a way. When you don't got clarity, calibration, and confidence, you'll find an excuse. You go to the gym without clarity, calibration, and confidence, something— you— she looking at me funny, she judging me, she thinks she all that. I ain't going back to that gym. When really her AirPod had died and she trying to figure out why her music stopped and she balled her face up. You was invisible to her. She was— she clear— she got clarity, calibration, and confidence. She— you was invisible to her because she not calibrated to you, she calibrated to her six-pack that She's not calibrated to you. She's calibrated to increasing her cardio. She's not calibrated to you. You, you are invisible to her because she's not calibrated to you. But because you not calibrated, you calibrating to your surroundings and you breaking your surroundings apart instead of remaining calibrated. That's why step 4 is step 4. I'm not saying that you don't got to do things. I'm saying that those things get so much easier to do when you're doing them with clarity, calibration, and Does that make sense? Yeah. Like, have y'all heard these stories about like moms lifting up cars to get their baby from under there? It's very clear to her if she don't get that car moved, her baby gonna die. And she don't want her baby to die. She don't want this. She want her baby free. She want her baby from under that car. She want her baby to graduate high school one day. She want her baby to graduate college one day. That's the clarity that she get in that moment. Then she get calibrated to that clarity, then she get confident. Like, you watch those videos, you watch the way she's not walking up to that car going, I hope I can move it. She walking up to that car with the confidence, I'm gonna move this fucking car, I don't care how much this— 4 tons, okay. And then she take action. Now all of this happens internally, so it's like the tree we was talking about. It starts to grow down before it starts to grow up. Up. Okay, so these first 3 C's, these are the roots that support the tree. These last 2 C's that we get ready to talk about now is the trunk and the branches and all of that stuff. Okay, I need you to get clear about that business. I need you to get clear about that new body. I need you to get clear about the relationships you want to be in. I need you to calibrate to what you want, not to what you don't And I want you to get confident in the fact that this is possible. I can have it. And then put Tinder on your phone, and then put Bumble on your phone, and then go to the bar. I don't want you just going to the bar with no clarity, no calibration, and no confidence. Now you're adding mistake number 10 to the freaking list. I don't know how this keeps happening. I do. You ain't got no clarity, no calibration, and no confidence. Every job I go to, they treat me like I'm nothing. It's like I'm— I keep Finding myself in the same situation. I don't know why this keep happening to me. Is God punishing me for something I did in a past life? Maybe, but let's try this. Get some clarity, some calibration, and some confidence, and let's just see what happens. Let's just see. Step four is step four. Step four is step four, not step one. Step four is step four. Okay. I'm not saying don't take action. I'm saying get clarity, calibration, and confidence, and then take action. You gotta understand, one clear, calibrated, confident person will outwork thousands— will outwork thousands of unclear, uncalibrated, unconfident people. I'm a one-man band, man. I out-earn entire businesses because I got clarity, calibration, and confidence. I know exactly who I'm talking to. I know exactly who my target audience is. I know how to describe their problems better than they know how to describe They hear me describe their problem, they go, damn, well yeah, that's it. I didn't know how to put it in words, but yeah, that's exactly what I'm going through. I know, bro, I got the clarity. And you gotta understand, when you got the clarity and the calibration, you get the confidence on accident. Appreciate the taps, appreciate the taps. Does that— when you get the clarity and the calibration, you ain't even got to try to be— I couldn't turn this shit off if I wanted to. It's an old Nike commercial— no, a Sprite commercial where they got Larry Bird. They want him to miss a free throw in the commercial. They had to shoot the commercials— they had to shoot that scene 7 times. The man couldn't miss. They like, Larry, we need you to miss the shot. He like, I'm trying. Like, imagine being so good at what you do that you trying to miss the shot and you can't. Imagine being so proficient at what you do that you trying to screw it up and you can't. I used to have a real bad habit, man. For a while I had stopped doing consultations because I had got so good at what I do. I wasn't making no money because I was, I was fixing stuff. And, oh, you're not confident, man? Take a deep breath in, relax, close your eyes, listen to my voice. I want you to remember when you— you remember being 2 years old? You can't remember? Give it your best guess. But imagine learning how to walk and you'd have failed thousands of times, but it's something in you that won't let you give up. And man, I would start fixing people in the consultation. We talking about 15-minute consultation. And I go, well, I can see you on, uh, Monday. I got availability at 1 PM. Man, you know what? I don't think I need it anymore. I feel I'm like, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I was so efficient at what I was doing. I was doing my job for free on that. We stopped that though. We don't do that no more. You better get in the live and get it in a group environment. Okay, but you got to take action. But it's before you take the action: clarity, calibration, confidence. And ain't no point in getting started without clarity, calibration, and confidence. Okay, now that brings us to the last C: consistency. Consistency. Consistency is the glue that holds all of this together. Clarity is the foundation. Consistency is the glue. You should be caught up in an eternal loop. Yes. Of getting clarity, calibration, confidence, and competence. You should be running this loop over and over and over again. Just last night we had one of our groups and we were picking their brain. We were getting more clarity. What do you guys wanna see? What do you want the next challenge to be? What do you guys need in your business? What do you guys need from us? We got more clarity last night. Now later today we having a meeting so we can calibrate to the clarity we got last night. Now, as we get calibrated to the clarity that we got last night, we're gonna accidentally become confident in the— in what we calibrate to. Now, when we become confident in the calibration, then we're gonna build the next course, then we're gonna build the next challenge, and we're gonna consistently keep doing that. That's how this works. Anybody got any questions about anything we talked about today? I'm gonna get ready to wrap this up and get in the gym. Any questions at all? Told you guys I was going to tell you about some free resources and where you guys could go to watch replays and fill out 5C Clarity Blueprints and things of that such.
