What's good, Big Abundant in the building, man. We live, baby. This night 2, night 3, this one of the nights. But anyway, I'm starting the live stream nightly right here on YouTube, man, right here on YouTube. Last night I was really just coming on to introduce myself and to talk with a few of the new subscribers, but conversation end up getting good and we ended up kicking it for about 45 minutes, man. So That replay is worth checking out. There's some— we had, we had some good talking points come up tonight. I'm just getting on, we seeing what happened, what's gonna happen. I'm, um, I actually got a set time. I'm gonna be going live every night around 7:30, Monday through Friday, 7:30 Pacific Standard— no, not Pacific. I do not live on the West Coast no more. I got to get used to saying Central Standard Time. So I've been saying Central And I've been saying Pacific for years, and now I stay in Central Time, so I got to get used to Central Standard Time, CST. CST. I gotta hypnotize myself to program myself to say that. But anyway, for those of you who don't know, I am Big Abundant, clinically trained master hypnotist. I, um, I love all forms of hypnosis. I love therapeutic hypnosis, I love street hypnosis, erotic hypnosis, conversational hypnosis. NLP. I, I love hypnosis. I believe hypnosis is everywhere. And what we're going to be doing is I'm gonna be getting on here every night and we're gonna be talking about hypnosis. We're gonna be talking about how to use it in parenting, how to use it on yourself to be better at sticking to your goals, eating what you say you're gonna eat, not eating what you say you're not gonna eat. We'll talk about how to use it in, um, relationships, how to use it when you talk to your children, how to use it when you, um, if you work in sales. We're gonna be talking about all the different ways the hypnosis shows up in marketing. If you're a content creator, we're gonna be talking about how to use it in your content, how to get a hypnotic thumbnail on YouTube, how to get a hypnotic title. Like, we're gonna be talking about hypnosis and all of its different applications. So this is still fairly new. So right now I'm talking to myself. I believe it says zero people up there, but last night it was saying it was zero people up there and comments were coming up. I guess so. I don't know if you're in here and you want to talk to me, say something in the comments. And if you are watching the replay, get in the comments anyway, say replay gang, so I can know that people watching the replays, because I will be leaving this up. So I'ma just sit in here and chill. I don't know if you guys have been using ChatGPT, but, um, I'm addicted to it, man. And I just got on ChatGPT right before I started. I was like, hey, I'm gonna do a live stream. I'm a hypno— I'm a hypnotist and I like talking about hypnosis with people and just explaining what it is and what it isn't. Give me some topics to talk about. And ChatGPT literally threw me out 15 topics. So the basics of hypnosis and how it works, common misconceptions about hypnosis, self-hypnosis techniques for stress management and relaxation, how to use hypnosis for goal setting and motivate. They gave me some really good stuff. This is all stuff that I've definitely at least wrote blogs about, if I haven't did like full-on talks about. But this is some good stuff. Using hypnosis for weight management, pain management, the role of hypnosis in addiction recovery— that's a good one. Exploring past life regression through hypnosis— that's a good one. Power suggestion and hypnosis— well, that's essentially what hypnosis is, is the power of suggestion. Hypnotic induction techniques and their applications. Using hypnosis in sports performance. That's a really big one, especially now that I'm in Dallas. I get a lot of people reaching out about sports performance. Uh, let's see, the history of hypnosis and its evolution over time. We might as well go back to the very, very, very, very, very, very, very beginning. I'm talking like ancient sleep temples in Greece. Like, we got to go back, back, back. And the future of hypnosis and its potential applications. Man, this is a— it's a good list. But look, if you're not using ChatGPT You missing out, man. This thing is— I'ma see, I'm gonna tell, I'm gonna ask ChatGPT, can it hypnotize me? You could tell I got on here with absolutely nothing to talk about. I got on here just in a mindset that we gonna see what's gonna happen. Let me ask ChatGPT, can you hypnotize me? Let's see what it say. What if it started putting like some spirals on the screen or something like that? Wouldn't that be cool? As a language model AI, I do not have the ability to hypnotize you in the traditional sense. Hypnosis is typically performed by a trained hypnotist in person, like myself. I do virtual sessions too, though, through the use of verbal cues and guided imagery. As a text-based interface, I do not have the ability to engage in that kind of interaction, verbal exchange, that is necessary for hypnosis to be effective. My role is to respond to your questions and provide information to assist you. Okay, ChatGPT is smart, man. But if you're not using it, you're missing out. You definitely— like, I've been trying to test it. I've been trying to find things that it can't do. It has, it has blown my mind more than a few times. But we're just gonna chill on here for a little bit. We're gonna see who we end up popping up. Hopefully we make some new friends. Um, our followers have been going up. We've been playing a lot with the YouTube Shorts lately and, um, experimenting with a bunch of different things as far as that go. And the shorts have been, um, they've been casting a wide net. They've been bringing us a lot of people in, so we'll be continuing to play with those. What's up? I see somebody just pulled up. But yeah, we'll be continuing to play with those over the next few days and weeks, and I think we gonna be, uh, we're gonna be doing those fairly heavy. Fairly, fairly heavy. Yes, sir. Yesterday we ended up talking about— now we talked about all types of stuff. I guess we got into a little bit of self-hypnosis. Somebody was, um, talking about how they suffer with anxiety and have trouble walking down the hallway. I just was giving them a few tools about what combating that looks like. But, um, yeah, we're just gonna see what happened tonight. I, I don't know. I ain't got a plan. Like I said, it's still brand spanking new, so I'm still waiting on people to even realize that we going live every night. But as we keep up, my vision is that a few hundred people gonna be in here every night. And we'll be bringing people up, letting people get hypnotized live on the camera. We'll be answering questions and we'll be on— we'll be motivating each other. I'm real big on community. So as I get on here every night, my vision is that we're gonna build a YouTube community that extends far beyond YouTube, and we'll motivate each other, keep each other inspired, keep each other on task. And we built this on other platforms. We're just building it here on YouTube now, so I'm really excited about that. I'm glad that you guys here to kick it with me. Real glad that you guys coming. And even if you're not watching this now, if you see this later, hit that like button, hit that subscribe button so you can get notified when I drop content. We drop a lot of good content and I want you to be in the loop as we drop this content. Sometimes I go back there to the whiteboard. I'm gonna go back to the whiteboard. And I'm drawing diagrams, I'm teaching, I get deep. I love hypnosis, I love to teach hypnosis, I love to talk about it, I love to break it down. I like, I like people to understand what it is because I hate it when people are afraid of hypnosis because it's such a powerful tool. It's such a powerful tool. And when you don't understand what it is, because you're using it already, you're using it already. If you, if you're the type of person to get real anxious in groups of people What's happening is you, you're doing self-hypnosis. You're telling yourself a story. Part of you know that it's not true. Part of you know it's exaggerated. But another part of you is taking it on and it's giving it emotion. And as it gives it— as it gives it emotion, then you react to it, you respond to it, and you get caught up in it, even though part of you know it's not real. The logical side of you know that they people just like you people, is nothing to be afraid of. But that emotional part of you That subconscious part of you is taking this story and it's reacting to it as if it's true. That's hypnosis, my friend. Like, like, that's hypnosis. So the best way to, um, overcome a problem that's created with hypnosis is hypnosis. That's the best. That's the best way. You— if you created it with hypnosis, why would you use something else to Get rid of it. Hypnosis is the best way. Teach you how to hypnotize yourself on purpose. You're already doing it on accident, so we can teach you how to do it on purpose. We cooking. Oh yeah, man. So I'm just sitting here, I'm gonna be chilling, I'm gonna be hanging out, and I'm gonna be, um, right now I'm gonna study some of this YouTube that I always like to do that towards the end of the day just to see what's working and what's not. But yeah, I'm gonna be sitting here chilling, looking through that, and then a little bit I'll probably be jumping on TikTok because I'm splitting the time right now between YouTube and TikTok. So if you don't follow me on TikTok, you should. Big Abundant, it's Big Abundant everywhere. I'm Big Abundant on here, I'm Big Abundant on TikTok, Instagram, my website bigabundant.com. What's good? Let's see, we got Got a new person that just pulled up on us. Well, YouTube don't tell me who you are, so if you want me to know who you are, leave a comment, say something so I can talk back to you. I'm Big Abundant. I'm a clinically trained master hypnotist, and I like to get on here. I like to talk about hypnosis. I like to ask people's questions about hypnosis. And as we get more people in here and I got more of a pull, we're gonna be hypnotizing people on the live, and we're gonna be just talking about all the hypnosis people experience in life. All the different forms of hypnosis. People go, I ain't never been hypnotized. Yes, you have. I promise you, you have. If you ever watched the TV show, you know it's not real. You know somebody wrote it. It can make you laugh, it can make you cry, it can make you smile, it can make you aroused. It can make you feel all those emotions that you feel in quote-unquote real life. You can feel those emotions as you sit on your couch and give your undivided attention to that box. That you call TV. That's hypnosis, my friend. Everybody has been hypnotized. A lot of people go, you can't hypnotize me. I, I promise you I can. And if I can't, you, you might— some might be— you might be off a little bit. But we're gonna get into all of that. We taking our time, we getting to know people, and we just getting on here. We got a lot of new followers over the past few days, so I just want to meet people. I don't just want to be the dude in the videos. I like to go live. I like to talk to people. It's one thing for you to leave comments under the video and ask questions. I like to be right here so I can answer your questions in person, so I can talk to you, so I can get to know you. Other platforms I done went live on, we— I get to know people well, and I, I like that. I don't like being out of reach. I like being right in, in the mix and knowing everything that's going on. Yeah, I like to know what's going on. Then it set me up for success because when I go out and I do presentations and I do speeches, I know what the gap look like. I know what people think hypnosis is, and it just arms me with everything I need to be more effective at my job. See, I love live streaming. I get to teach, I get to learn. All at the same time. I get to meet other hypnotists. A lot of times other hypnotists will pop up in the live stream and we start talking about different people we know. And even if we don't know each other, we always end up knowing some of the same people. So yeah, I enjoy going live. It's always a good time, always a great time. So I did say earlier that we do have a set time now. It's going to be Monday through Friday. I'll be going live 7:30 Central Standard Time, 7:30 PM. I'm gonna be live. Sometimes we'll probably be an hour, sometimes we'll probably be 30 minutes. It just depends on how the day going and, you know, what we got time for. But I'm gonna be live every day, 7:30. Every once in a while I might have a client to run Late, or the schedule might, you know, be running a little behind. I might be a few minutes late. For the most part, 7:30, I'ma be here. I'm gonna be here. Yo, if you a, um, content creator, you're on YouTube and you're not doing these Shorts, you missing out, man. These shorts going crazy right now. The ones I put out today, they didn't get too much traction, but the ones I've been putting out leading up to today, things went crazy, man. We're gonna see what we gonna push out tomorrow. We're gonna see what we gonna push out tomorrow. And I also, um, I'm also starting to utilize the community tab on my page a little bit. I put out a poll earlier. As a matter of fact, let me, let me look at that. Let me see how that's doing. See, some people interact with the poll. Oh, and I said I'll be going live on there. Okay, we got 8 people to vote on the poll. Okay, not bad for the first poll. I'll take that, I'll take that. I'll take it. So I'm hanging out on here for another 5 minutes, and I'm gonna go live on TikTok for a little bit just to see what's going on over there. But if you do catch the replay, I'll be doing this Every night, Monday through Friday. Sometimes on the weekend, possibly, but definitely Monday through Friday. Definitely Monday through Friday. So if you want to talk to me, you want to come kick it with me, pull up tomorrow. Pull up tomorrow, come kick it with us. I got my computer open. I got sucked into a YouTube video myself. I got hypnotized. Let me see, so. I just came across an interesting hypnosis video. He not calling the hypnosis, but I know hypnosis when I see it. I'm a hypnotist. I know hypnosis when I see hypnosis. I've been doing this for almost 2 decades. I know what hypnosis look like. But yeah, that's some good hypnosis too. Yeah, I know him. Knows when I see him. What's up? What's up? What's up? I see we got somebody in here. I'm getting ready to jump ship in a little bit and head over to TikTok. No, it's bigger Bundy, not the little one. You thought though. Hey, I'm about to jump on TikTok, so y'all come on TikTok and kick it with me. And yeah, we finna do that. But yo, it's Big Abundant. I'm signing out. Love y'all. Ain't nothing y'all could do about it. Go watch my reels, go watch my video. Not reels, they call YouTube Shorts on itself. Go watch my YouTube Shorts, go watch the videos, like them things.
