Your thoughts shape what you can do. New empowering thoughts feel uncomfortable because your brain hasn't built the neural pathways yet, but repetition strengthens them. Keep thinking the thought you want until your brain is wired to act on it.

The mind that you gotta learn how to control is your own. If you can think it, you can do it. Can't think it, can't do it. Step one to doing anything is being able to think it. And the good news is you can think it, but you gotta understand, when you first start thinking it, it might be uncomfortable. But you gotta learn how to stop seeing uncomfortable as a sign to quit and seeing uncomfortable as a sign that you're growing, as a sign that you're developing, as a sign that you're becoming more. When you first start thinking that thought, you don't have the neural structure in place. You don't have the neural pathways. There's— the neural cluster isn't there. But every time you think that thought, you gotta understand your brain is firing off thousands of neurons strengthening that connection. Every time you think that thought, good or bad, your brain is strengthening that connection. Your brain is putting more electricity across those receptors. Keep thinking the thought. Keep thinking the thought.
