Welcome to the live, welcome to the live, welcome to the live. All right, so we're figuring out YouTube Live as we go. I haven't did a lot of YouTube Live. I've been on YouTube Live a few times. It's the first time from the phone. We're gonna figure it out, guys. For those of you who don't know me, I'm Coach Jay. I coach bosses. I have a firm belief that as humans, we can be, do, and have anything we desire. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. If you can think it, you could do it. You can't think it, you got a problem, my friend. But the good news is it's a fairly simple problem to solve. Notice I said simple, not easy. It's a simple problem to solve. You got to start thinking it. I don't care if at first you could only hold it for a split second. I don't care if at first your mind tends to wander. You got to start thinking it. You got to start creating that neural network in your mind around what you want. As I do this work, I realize most people— when I say most, I'm talking to the tune of 98%— most people have such strong neural networks around what they don't want. Most people are so focused or so just caught up in what they don't want, they have a hard time answering this very simple question: what would I rather have? What would I rather have? If you can answer that question and start thinking about the answer to that question What's gonna happen is you're gonna start to create that on accident. Where the mind goes, the body follows. When you send your mind to what you don't want, body's right there. When you send your mind to what you don't want, you don't got to try to feel anxious. When you send your mind to what you don't want, you don't got to try to do depression. When you send your mind to what you don't want, you don't got to try to procrastinate. You don't got to try to feel overwhelmed. That's the natural result of getting focused on what you don't want. Let me tell you something, when you get clear about what it is that you would rather have and you start focusing on it, you start thinking about it, and you start allowing your mind to go in that direction. You don't got to try to feel inspired. You don't got to try to feel like you can do it. You don't got to try to feel confident. As you start focusing on that, as you start strengthening that neural network, confidence is a byproduct of that. The shoulders naturally go back, the chest naturally go out, the chin naturally goes up. You could be, do, and have anything that you desire, but it starts with your thinking. Before you can do it, you have to think it. If you can't think it, you're gonna have a hard time doing it. But if you could think it, and if you think it often enough, long enough, man, you'll start doing it on accident. You could be, do, and have anything you desire. Nothing can stop you in life except for you. If you can think it, you can do it. And I got good news for you, my friend. You can think it. You can think it. But in order to start thinking it, you gotta take a look at what you don't want. And instead of getting hypnotized by what you don't want, you gotta ask yourself the magic question. And Coach Jay, what is the magic question? The magic question is, what would I rather have? What would I rather have? Look at that bank account that you don't like. Look at that job that you don't like. Look at that marriage. Look at their relationship. Look at whatever it is, this thing that you don't like. And instead of getting caught up in the details of what you don't like, start asking yourself a simple question: what would I rather have? I look at this bank account and I see not enough money. Instead of getting under the influence of not enough money, Ask yourself, what would I rather have, man? I'd rather have more money. I, I'd rather have $10,000 a month flowing into this account. I'd rather have enough money, enough money in this account to pay all of my bills with ease. I already have enough money in this account to take care of my children. Start talking about what you want. As you start talking about what you want, as you start discussing what you want, as you start journaling about what you want, I'm telling you, good ideas gonna find you. Guys, you gotta understand, I didn't set out looking for iCoach Bosses. iCoach Bosses found me. I didn't set out looking for Dream Well Hypnosis. Dream Well Hypnosis found me. I didn't set out looking for Dreams in Action. Dreams in Action found me. It's a new community that's, um, after my coaching endeavors. It's after what I do right now. I didn't find these guys, they found me. Now I'm glad they found me. I'm excited they found me. I love what they doing. I love the culture that they're building. But you gotta understand that when you send your mind in the direction that you want to go, the opportunity starts showing up. The ideas start showing up, the circumstances start showing up, the money starts showing up. Everything starts showing up after you make up your mind. What's going on, Brayden? And if you don't got what you want, I'm telling you, I've been doing this coaching work for a long time. I've been sitting in this space for a long time. Most people don't have what they want simply because they don't know what they want. They know what they don't want. And you gotta understand it, knowing what you don't want is not the same thing as knowing what you would like to have. Not wanting to lose is not the same thing as having a burning desire to win. Not wanting to be poor is not the same thing as having a burning desire to be rich, having a burning desire to be wealthy. Not wanting to be sick, it's not the same thing as having a burning desire to be healthy, having a burning desire for the cells in your body to function the way they should. You got to do yourself a favor and get under the influence of what you want. Get from under the influence of what you don't want. Stop running from what you don't want and start running towards what you would like to have. Magic starts to happen. Magic starts to happen when you stop making decisions based on what you don't want and start making decisions based on what you would like to have. Do yourself a favor, take one look at your life, notice what you don't like, and ask yourself, what would I like to have? Get descriptive on that question, fill that question in. If you need— if you need help getting clarity, if you go to icoachbosses.com, there's a free, um, clarity download that you can get. Get that free clarity download, fill out that sheet, get clear on what you want. Do yourself a favor, get crystal clear on what you want. Don't rush through that worksheet. Take your time, take your time, and get descriptive about what you want. As you get descriptive about what you want, as you start talking about what you want, as you start creating the neural pathways in your mind around what you want— oh man, good ideas start finding you. You'll wake up out of your sleep with good ideas. You'll be in the shower just washing up, you'll get a good idea. You'll be driving down the street zoned out, you'll get a good idea. You'll be in Starbucks getting some coffee and you'll just happen to be in the right place at the right time. A person who need just what you offer is right there talking on the phone and you couldn't help but— you couldn't help him. I'm telling you, you got to do yourself a favor and get under the influence of what you want. This thing that people call good luck, this thing that people calls good— call good fortune, it's all about being under the influence of what you want. When you under the influence of what you want, it's like the whole world It's working behind your back to make it happen. The whole world is working on your behalf to bring it to you. You gotta understand, the energy that creates worlds is flowing through you. The same thing that turns acorns into oak trees is flowing through you. You could be it, but in order to be it, you got to get clear about what it is, not what you don't want to be. What do you want to be? Now, as you answer that question, as you get descriptive about that question— Oh man. Oh man, oh man, oh man. You will be surprised how— like, you still gonna have to work. It ain't no way around the work. When you're under the influence of what you want, it don't feel like work. It feels like play. When you're under the influence of what— of what you want, it ain't something that you gotta do. It's something that you get to do. When you're under the influence of what you want, you motivated. When you're under the influence of what you want, you come off confident. When you're under the influence of what you want, you influential. But when you under the influence of what you don't want and you trying to use hard work to make things happen, oh man, I'm not gonna say it's impossible, but boy oh boy, do you have an uphill battle. You got to realize that successful people have successful strategies. Successful people aren't special. Successful people aren't better than you. Successful people have successful ways of doing things. And one of the things in your life that if you adopt this, this one idea, I'm telling you, it's a game changer. Do the work of convincing yourself of what you want. Do the work of feeding what you want to your nervous system. Do the work of feeding your your well-formed outcome to your endocrine system, so that you can release dopamine when you need to release dopamine. So that you can release oxytocin when you need to release oxytocin. Your body can man if you get under the influence of what you want, you'll feel good on accident. If you start thinking on purpose, you'll be successful on accident. If you could just start thinking on purpose, you could be successful on accident. You have a Hard time trying to give your body directions when you haven't thought about it. Think about it. Start thinking about what you want. Start getting crystal clear about what you want. As you get clarity around what you want, as you start letting your mind go to what you want, oh man, you're gonna be surprised how much ease, how little resistance is given your way. You're gonna be surprised the type of customers that start falling in your lap. You're gonna be surprised at the type of opportunities that start falling in your lap. You're gonna be surprised at the circumstances. You're gonna be surprised at how easily doors start to open. You have not because you ask not, right? You heard that before, right? You have not because you ask not. But you're gonna have a hard time asking when you don't know what you want. Knowing what you don't want is not the same thing as knowing what you want. Imagine if you got into the back of an Uber or a taxi and you just told the driver where not to take you. Man, don't take me to the mall. I don't like the mall. It's too many people there. It's too expensive. Don't take me to the mall. I don't like the mall. What is the driver supposed to do with that information? That's how a lot of people go through life. A lot of people go through life with no destination. They just got a list of places that they don't want. They just got a list of circumstances that they don't want. They just got a list of jobs that they don't want, but they haven't yet taken the time to get clear about what is it that I desire. What is it that I want? I'm telling you guys, believe me when I say this. I get so excited about this. I get so passionate about this because it's true. If you can think it, you can do it. Okay, if you can hold it in your head, you can hold it in your hands. My background is in clinical hypnotherapy. That's what I do for all of my clients. I don't care if you want to quit smoking, quit biting your nails, be a better entrepreneur, be more confident, stop being afraid of spiders, stop being afraid. I don't care what your goal is. What I do for my clients is I teach them how to hold their desired outcome in their head. When they can hold it in their head, they, they nervous system fall in line. When they can hold it in their head, their endocrine system falls in line. But when you trying to physically do something that you haven't yet learned to hold in your head, it is not possible. It's not possible. But once you get it in your head, once you think about it, once you thinking about it on accident, what's gonna happen is you're gonna start moving towards it on accident. Good ideas gonna start showing up on accident. Guys, I don't care if you're trying to build a business. I don't care if you're trying to lose weight. I don't care if you want to quit smoking. I don't care if you want to be more confident. I don't care if you want to take over the world. It's going to start with getting a clear image of it in your head, okay? Get a clear image of it in your head. I teach this thing called the 5C process. This is my success formula that I teach to high performers all over the world. The first C is clarity. You got to get clear about what you want. After you get clear about what you want, you move to the second C. The second C is calibration. Calibration is about getting under the influence of what you want. When you calibrate to a funny movie, you don't got to try to laugh. That's what happens when you calibrate to a funny movie. You calibrate to a scary movie, you don't got to try to get scared. That's what happens when you calibrate to a scary movie. If you calibrate to an action movie, you don't got to try to move up to the edge of your seat. You don't got to try to get excited. You don't got to try to get hyped. That's what happens when you calibrate to an action movie. If you can calibrate it to me, if you could calibrate it to what I'm talking about, if you You get calibrated, calibrated to the dialogue in here. You ain't got to try to feel confident. You ain't got to try to get inspired. That's what happens when you calibrate to something like this. But it's the same way with your goals. If you get calibrated to what you want, if you get calibrated to the amount of money you want in your bank, if you get calibrated to the number that you want to see on the scale, if you get calibrated to the body language that you want to walk in the rooms, you ain't got to try to feel confident. You ain't got to try to feel inspired. You ain't got to try to feel creative. That's what happens when you get calibrated to that outcome. Now, if you get calibrated to what you don't— you get calibrated to the job that you don't like, if you get calibrated to the relationship that you don't like, if you get calibrated to things going on in the world that you don't like, you don't got to try to feel overwhelmed. You don't got to try to feel depressed. You ain't got to try to feel down. You ain't got to try to feel overloaded. Overloaded. That's what happens when you calibrate to what you don't want. Do yourself a favor and start calibrating on purpose. Do yourself a favor and start calibrating on purpose. Stop letting CNN calibrate you. Stop letting MSNBC calibrate you. Stop letting your parents calibrate you. Stop letting people who not pointing you in a direction that you want to go calibrate you. Get clear about what you want. Calibrate to that. Get calibrated to your goal. Now, obviously, to get calibrated to a goal, you got to have a goal. Okay? You can't calibrate to a goal that you don't got. So get you a goal. Calibrate to that goal and keep calibrating over and over and over and over and over again until you accidentally stumble into the third C. What's the third C? The third C is confidence. Confidence. Confidence is when I don't got to try to put my shoulders back, they back. I ain't got to try to poke my chest out, they out. I ain't got to try to hold my chin up, it's up. Confidence is when I'm so calibrated to my goal, I don't care what's going on out there. Confidence is when I'm so calibrated to my mission of coaching bosses, I'm so calibrated to influences, I'm so calibrated to convincing people they be doing, have anything they desire. I don't care if it's one person in the room or 1,000 people in the room, because I'm not calibrated to the number of people that's in the room. I'm calibrated to what I set out to do. I'm so calibrated on what I say I do, I don't care if my bank account got a zero dollar— got $0 in it or $20 million in it. I'm not calibrated to the number in that bank account. I'm calibrated to what I set out to do. But I'll tell you this, if I can remain calibrated to what I set out to do If I could remain calibrated to what I set out to do even when that bank account don't look the way that I wanted to look, if I could remain calibrated to what I set out to do even when my calendar don't look the way that I wanted to look, I can remain calibrated to what I set out to do even when I don't have opportunity that I think I deserve. The bank account has to catch up, opportunities has to show up, the calendar has to catch up. Now if I calibrate to the bank account not looking the way that I wanted to look, I'm gonna lose momentum, I'm gonna stop doing the things that I need to do. The bank account never gonna look the way that I want it to look. If I look at the calendar and the calendar not as full as I want it to be and I calibrate to the calendar, I'm gonna lose momentum. I'm gonna stop doing things that I need to do to get the things on the calendar that I want on the calendar. But if I can see the empty calendar and still remain calibrated to my goal, if I can see the empty bank account and still remain calibrated to my goal, if I can see, man, I don't got the opportunities that I want but still stay calibrated to my goal, that is what I call confidence. And that's when things start to really change for you. Because most people gonna get out your way. Most people can only take one or two punches to the gut before they give up. But when you the type of person that's crystal clear on what you want and you calibrate it to this thing that you crystal clear about, and you can see that the bank account not looking the way you want, but it don't slow you down. You can see that the calendar not as full as you want to be, but it don't slow you down because you've learned to not calibrate to that. You calibrate it to your goal. So what's gonna happen is most of the competition. I put competition in air quotes because I don't believe in competition. But most of your— a lot of your co-creators gonna get out of the way. A lot of your co-creators gonna get out of the way because they calibrating to the wrong metrics, and they calibrating the metrics, it's going to depress them, it's going to slow them down, it's going to get them out of your way. And if you could just stay the course and remain calibrated to your goal, the money gonna show up, the opportunity is going to show up, the calendar gonna look the way that you wanted to look, the creativity gonna show up, the idea is gonna flow. You're gonna start moving through life with perfect timing. You're gonna find yourself in the right place at the Right time, meeting the right person with the right offer, and man, it's all gonna line up. Do yourself a favor, get clear about what you want, get calibrated to what you want, keep calibrating until you accidentally become confident in what you want. Then you're ready for step 4. So we got clarity, calibration, confidence. Step 4 is competence. Repeat after me: step 4 is not step 1. Step 4 is not step 1. Competence is where we take action. And a lot of times I see people trying to take action before they get clear, calibrated, and confident, and they shoot theyself in the foot. If you came to me and said, hey, Coach Jay, I want to lose 100 pounds, I'm not sending you to Planet Fitness tomorrow. I'm not telling you to stop eating carbs tomorrow. I'm not telling you to start fasting, start drinking the cow— I'm not telling you to do none of that tomorrow. I'm not saying that you'll never start doing any of that, but our first job is to get you clear about what you want. Okay, you want to lose 100 pounds? What size shirt do you want to wear? What size pants do you want to wear? Okay, cool, cool. When you're 100 pounds lighter, when you standing on that scale, what number will you see? Okay, I want you to imagine standing on your scale. I want you to feel that scale under your feet. I want you to look down and I want you to see that number on that scale. As you see that number on that scale, how does that feel? How does that feel seeing that number on that scale? Now imagine that your spouse just walked in. And notice how your partner is looking at you. And as you see your partner looking at you like that, how does that feel? How do you look back at them? How do you respond? I'm gonna get you clear about what you want. I'm gonna get you calibrated to what you want. We're gonna keep calibrating. We're gonna keep calibrating. We're gonna keep calibrating until you accidentally become confident in what you want. Once you become confident in what you want, now I'm gonna send you to Planet Fitness. Now I'm gonna get you drinking more water. Now I'm gonna get you to cut back on the carbs. After I get you clear, calibrated, and confident, this action gonna be so much easier for you to take. I ain't saying it ain't no work to be done. I'm saying get clear, calibrated, and confident, and then do the work. I'm not saying don't go back to school. I'm saying get clear, get calibrated, get confident, then go back to school. I'm not saying that you can never date again after your divorce. I'm saying get clear, get calibrated, get confident in your outcome, then start back dating. Okay, does that make sense? Clear, calibrated, confident, then competence. And the last C is consistency. Consistency. You don't calibrate once, you don't get clarity once, you don't fill up that confident tank once. You're gonna run these 5 C's every day. Every time you see something that you don't like, there's a new opportunity for clarity. I don't like that, I would rather have— boom, there's new clarity. When I first started doing the work that I do, when I first got into what I did, I wanted to be booked and busy. That was the clarity that I got. That was the clarity that I had. Then I got booked and busy, and I got some new clarity. I don't want to be booked and busy. I want, I want to be wealthy and available to those who can, who can afford. I don't want to be session after session after session. I don't want to do that. I want to help a lot of people, but I don't want to be booked, booked, booked, booked, booked. I want time to enjoy my life. I want time to be with my children. I want time to be with my family. So I got new clarity. Now, when I got new clarity, guess what else I had to get? New calibration. I had to calibrate to this clarity. I had to get my nervous system on board with this new clarity. I had to get my endocrine system wrapped up in this new clarity. And I had to keep doing it until I became confident in this new clarity. Then when I became confident in the new clarity, then I changed the prices. Then I reworked the website. Then I started having consultations with a higher-end clientele and introducing this new pricing structure to them. But if I was trying to sell this higher-end pricing structure Without clarity, calibration, and confidence, it was going to fall flat. And I was gonna mistakenly believe that I wasn't worth it when it wasn't that I wasn't worth it. The problem was that I was unclear, uncalibrated, and unconfident. Gotta understand, you do yourself a world of justice when you take the time to get clear, calibrated, and confident. One, one clear, calibrated, and confident person will outwork hundreds of unclear, uncalibrated, unconfident people. Get clear, get calibrated, get confident. Do yourself that favor. Get clear, get calibrated, get confident. Do yourself that favor and watch how things start lining up for you. I know it's probably some things in your life that you tried before and you didn't get the result that you want. Rather that was with a business, rather that was with losing weight, rather that was with putting your marriage back on track. I challenge you to try it again. Don't try it, do it, because try implies failure. I challenge you to go for it again, but this time You're gonna take action as step 4. Step 1 is to get clear about the outcome that you want. If you and your wife having problems, you and your husband having problems, before you go talk to your partner, get clear about the outcome that you want. Don't go talk to them from under the influence of what you don't want. Don't go talk from— they always do this, they always do this, it's getting on my nerves, I can't do— don't go talk to them from under the influence of that. Talk to them from under the influence— well, what would I like to have? I want us to get back to having fun. I'm gonna say this, Fun. I'm gonna say this. I wanted to be like it was when we were dating each other. I want us to— I want us to talk to each other. I want us to love each other. I want just my best friend. Get under the influence of that, then go talk to them. Watch how much more influential you are. Watch how they actually listen when you talk. Watch how you actually return the favor and listen when they talk. Watch how much more productive the conversation is when you having that conversation from under the influence of what you want. You tried to start a business that didn't work. It was impossible for you to do the business plan. The website wasn't getting traffic, and even when it got traffic, the traffic wasn't converting. It wasn't working. The funnels weren't working. You spent a lot of money on those funnels. You got— you spent thousands of dollars and you made none of it back. Put step forward, step forward. Get clear about what you want. Who do you serve? What problem do you solve for them? Why should they come to you and not anybody else for this problem? What area are you an expert in? Get clear about what you want. Get calibrated to what you want. Calibration is where you sell yourself. You can't sell anybody you haven't sold you. I can get on this stage and talk till I'm blue in the face, but if I'm not calibrated to what I'm saying, if I'm not calibrated to what I'm promising, if I'm not calibrated to what I'm delivering, nobody's gonna stick around and watch, and they damn sure ain't gonna invest any money in it. Do yourself a favor, sell the vision to you first. You got to get calibrated to it first. Are you calibrated to it? And calibration is a process. This is what I love about the 5C process. It's times where you might think you failing when you're not failing. You, you just on step 2, keep calibrating. You're not failing, you on your way to step 3, keep calibrating. You're not failing, you was doing it out of order. You was doing step 4 before you did the first 3 steps. Put step 4 where it goes. Get clear, get calibrated, get confident, and then do step 4, which is take action. Watch how much different things go for you. Guys, write down these 5Cs: clarity, Calibration, confidence, competence, consistency. Let me give them to you again. Clarity, calibration, confidence, competence, consistency. Do yourself a favor, learn these 5 C's. But learning them not gonna change your life. Using them is going to change your life. I came up with the 5 C's because I got to a point where I was getting jealous of my clients. I saw the results my clients were getting. My clients were kicking ass. They were coming in, they were doing good, but in a matter of weeks they were doing great. In a matter of weeks they were doubling down on what they had been doing and picking up momentum and just making crazy progress. I started saying, man, I'm doing good, but I see the results that I'm helping other people get. I, I want that. So I started every Wednesday at 10 AM. I started putting myself on my own calendar. I started doing sessions with me weekly like I do with my clients. And I ran into a problem. I didn't know how to turn my process inward. I knew how to get the results for other people. I knew how to help other people turn their thoughts into things, but I was having a really hard time doing the same thing for myself. So I started recording all of my sessions. I would spend my drives home and my weekends listening to my sessions. And figuring out how exactly I did what I did, because I subconsciously knew what I did, but I needed to make it conscious so I can understand what I was doing, so I could do it for myself. So I realized it was 5 things that always happen. Get clear about what they want, because people would always come to me knowing what they didn't want. Very few people come to me knowing what they want. They come to me going, hey, I don't want to— I don't want to smoke anymore. I don't want to bite my nails. I don't want to have low self-esteem. I'm tired of failing. I'm caught up. I'm in this failure. They come to me always with a problem. Very few people show up with, hey, here's the solution that I want you to help me install. That was always my first step. Get clear about the solution they need help installing. I don't care what you don't want. What do you want? My wife said if I don't quit— I don't care what your wife said. What do you want? My doctor said if I don't quit— I don't care what your doctor said. What do you want? Clarity always was the first step. After we got clarity, I noticed the second thing we would do is calibrate. Once I extracted out of them what they wanted, once they got clear about what they wanted, my next job was to help them calibrate to what they want. Because they would show up calibrated to what they didn't want. They don't want to smoke, but they calibrated to smoking. You're gonna have a hard time not smoking when you calibrate to smoking. I want to have confidence, but I'm calibrated to low confidence, calibrated to shoulders down, overthinking, second-guessing myself. So get clear about what you want. You want confidence. You want the ability to walk in any room with your shoulders back, chest out, and your chin up, thinking positive, clear thoughts with good intentions. That's what you want. Okay, let's get you calibrated to that. Now, the modality that I would use to calibrate people is hypnosis, a little bit of NLP, and just keep reinforcing, keep calibrating. Once I got them calibrated, and I got them calibrated to the point that they were confident in their desired outcome, boom, competence. Very few people need me for the competence step. Most people who hire me know exactly what to do. The problem is either they don't feel like doing it or they don't feel like the type of person that can do it. That's a clarity, calibration, confidence problem. That's the part in the process that I play. I help you get clear, I help you get calibrated, I help you get confident. After you get clear, calibrated, and confident, you don't really need my help. Now, it's a small demographic of people— people who are coaches, people who are, um, therapists, people who work in the coaches— coaching space or the, the mental health space. That I can help with the, with the, with the competence because that's what I do. So I can help them build their websites, I can help them build their funnels, I can help them with their landing pages, I can help them increase their conversion rates because that's actually what I do. But if you're a lawyer, you probably don't need me on the competence piece. If you're a professional athlete, you don't need me on the competence piece. I got a lot of those people who work with me, they come to me to get those first 3 C's. They come to me to get clear, calibrated, and confident. I'm not a quarterback. I can't tell you how to quarterback, but boy, clarity, calibration, and confidence, I got you. I'm not a running back. I can't tell you how to running back, but clarity, calibration, and confidence, I got you. I'm not an MMA fighter. I can't help you MMA fight, but clarity, calibration, and confidence. And you gotta understand that one clear, calibrated, confident athlete is going to dominate an athlete that's unclear, uncalibrated, unconfident, even if the other athlete is stronger. Even if the other athlete is bigger, even if the other athlete has more sports IQ, if you get clear, calibrated, and confident, boy, boy, boy, boy, boy, you don't understand the hookup that you just gave yourself. You don't understand the advantages that you just gave your team by getting clear, getting calibrated, getting confident. If you can think it, you can do it. And if you can think it clear and you can get calibrated to those thoughts, and it's confidence to where it's in you, it's not on you, it's in you. And when— if you can get it impressed into your subconscious mind, your subconscious mind is going to express whatever you impress it with. That's what we talk about here, man. Get clear, get calibrated, get confident so that you can kick ass. Get clear, get calibrated, get confident so that you can function like the boss that you are. You came here to expand, you came here to grow, and you wanted to be here. Make no mistake, you wanted to be here. You chose a time such as this. You wanted to be here so bad. You wanted to be here so bad that you beat out 300 million of the sperm cells to fertilize that egg. You wanted to be here. You chose to be here. You chose a time such as this. Don't give up on yourself. Remember who you are. Who are you? You can be, do, and have anything that you desire. Think about all the stuff you learned in your first 2 years of life. You learned how to walk. You learned how to talk. You learned how to read facial expressions. Listen, understand that if you would have grew up in a house where people spoke 5 languages you would have learned all 5 of those languages just by being in that house. If you would have grew up in a house where people spoke 10 languages, you would have learned all 10 of those languages just by being in the house, because that's how smart you are. That's how intelligent you are. That's how malleable you are. Put yourself in environments where you can grow on accident. Put yourself just in the midst of this type of information where you can hear. You just keep hearing it, it's going to get into you anyway, because that's how you designed to work as a human, okay? Start using your attention on purpose. Stop focusing on what you don't want. Put your undivided attention on what you would like to have. And as you put your undivided attention on what you would like to have, you're gonna find yourself stumbling into success. Same way you don't got to try to feel anxious when you focus on what you don't want, you don't got to try to feel motivated when you focus on what you do want. Okay, same way you don't got to try to feel depressed when you focus on what you don't want for a long period of time, you don't got to try to feel amped up. You don't got to try to feel unstoppable. when you put your attention on what you do want. Right now I got my undivided attention on what I do want. This probably my— this might be my 3rd time going live on, um, YouTube. It's nobody in this room right now, but the fact that there's nobody in this room right now, do you see how I'm still able to be in charge of my energy? The fact that there's nobody in this room right now, do it look like I lost the beat? Now if you watch the replay, you can't tell if it's 100 people in this room or 1,000 people in this room or nobody in this room because my energy My delivery, my tone is not going to differ based on what's going on with those numbers. I'm not calibrated to those numbers. But what I found out— I did a lot of streaming, I've been on a lot of platforms, we blew up on a lot of platforms— what I have found out, if I can show up on that platform calibrated to what I want, remain calibrated to what I want for a period of time, numbers ain't got no choice but to go up. The money ain't got no choice but to come in. The views, the conversions, the customers, the clients, everything that I desire depends on my ability To be able to see that number zero up there and still go hard. No thumbs up, no money, no hearts, no likes, but it don't turn me down. It turn me up because I'm not calibrated to, man, I need 10 people in the room. I don't, I don't need nobody in the room. But I'm gonna tell you this, if I can remain calibrated, eventually somebody gonna end up in here and they gonna go, man, the energy is good in here, man. And guess what? That person is very fortunate because they got my undivided attention. Because it's gonna come a time with consistency where so many people here know it's coming, it's moving so fast. I'll see some of them, I'm gonna miss a lot of people who catch it early. Boy, they don't even understand the hookup that they just got. But I need you to stop measuring your success by how many people showing up. I need you to start measuring your success by, am I doing what I said I was going to do? Am I staying consistent? And do I have a goal? Am I calibrated to my goal? Do I believe in my goal? Have I did the work of convincing my nervous system that this is possible? Have I did the work of convincing my endocrine system that this is possible? If you do that work and you keep showing up where you need to show up— now, I'm not saying you don't need to learn marketing. I'm not saying that you shouldn't study speaking and how to, how to deliver a pitch. I'm not saying that you don't got to read books and grow and expand and become a better entrepreneur or get knowledgeable about weight loss if that's what you want to do. But I am saying that the Those tangible results, the money, the customers, those types of things, those show up on the back end of the manifestation. The front end of the manifestation is all internal stuff. If you manifesting wealth though, it's, it's things that got to change in here before the bank account gonna change. It's things that got to change in here before the bank account gonna change. So if you're looking at the bank account and going, it's not working, when the whole time the change is happening in here, it's like when you plant a seed. You gotta understand that seed gonna start to grow down before it starts to grow up. It's going to develop its root system before it starts to develop trunks and branches. Without a root system, there's nothing to support the trunks and branches. So when you first say, hey, I'm, I'm gonna become wealthy, you gotta understand you planting that seed, it's got to rewire your brain before it rewire your bank account. It got to change the way you think and feel before it change the way you act. So the changes will be happening in here, but you look at the bank account and go, man, it's not working, and you give up when it's just getting Stop measuring stuff that don't matter, especially really early in the process. I don't care if it's zero people here. This is a dope live. I can repurpose this live. I can create other content out of this live. I could chop this up into YouTube Shorts. I'm not wasting my time unless I think I'm wasting my time. Now, if I put the frame around this stuff, I'm wasting my time, then yeah, I just wasted my time. But you got to understand, your nervous system and your endocrine system doesn't respond to reality. It responds to the story that You tell it about reality. Stop telling your nervous system shitty story about reality. It's the best of times, it's the worst of times. What are you gonna calibrate to? It's the best of times, it's the worst of times. Which one are you gonna get clarity about, get calibrated to, and become confident in? If you become confident in the fact that it's the worst of times, good luck. If you become confident about the fact that it's the best of times, good luck. Only you get to choose. I don't get to pick for you, and you don't get to pick for me. But do yourself this favor, get clear about what you want, get calibrated about what you want. Keep calibrating, you're gonna accidentally become confident. You don't force confidence, you just keep calibrating. If you keep calibrating, if you calibrate long enough, if you calibrate frequently enough, you're gonna become confident on accident. Think about the amount of things that you confident in that you ain't never studied to become confident in. What color is this cup? You don't got to think about it, you don't gotta guess. You, you confident that this cup is red because it was a point in your life where a teacher or a parent or an older sibling Calibrated you that this was red. What color is this? Red. Good job. What color is this? Pink. No, not pink. What color is this? Red. Good job. High five, buddy. And they kept calibrating you over and over and over again. Eventually, that calibration sunk in. Now you know without a shadow of a doubt that this is red. You didn't read a book. You didn't go to Barnes and Noble and find a book called How to Become Confident That Red Is Red. No, you just kept calibrating. You didn't read a book about how to become confident that your name is your name. They've been calibrating you to it since the day you were born, and after enough calibration, confidence happens. How do I become confident as a hypnotist? How do I become confident as a therapist? Keep calibrating. What does calibration look like? Depends on what you're doing. Calibration looks like reading books. Calibration looks like constantly putting the information in front of you. Calibration could look like getting hypnotized. Calibration can look like affirmations. affirmations, vision boards. It's, it's several ways to calibrate, but understand calibration is the process of putting your attention on it. When you calibrate to a funny movie, you don't gotta try to laugh. That's what happens when you calibrate to the funny movie. When you calibrate to a love story, you don't got to try to get butterflies. That's what happens when you calibrate to a love story. I want you to get you some goals and start calibrating to those goals on purpose. I'm Coach Jay. I coach bosses. If you're interested in being coached by me, you need to go to icoachbosses.com.
