Unlock Your Full Potential: The Secret to Achieving Anything You Desire

Jay Shaw outlines the 5 C's—Clarity, Calibration, Confidence, Competence, and Consistency—as a framework to achieve your goals. He argues 98% of people focus on what they don't want instead of directing their imagination consciously, and reframes failure as feedback, not a stop sign.

What's good? What's good? What's good? How y'all doing, man? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. Let's talk about the fact that you could be, do, and have anything you desire. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. If you could think it, you can do it. Now, if you can't think it, you can't do it. But the good news is you can think it. You can think it. Now, in order to think about what you want, you're gonna have to stop thinking about what you don't want. In order to get calibrated to what you want, you're gonna have to quit calibrating to what you don't want. If you've never heard of the 5 C's, I'm gonna give them to you real quick. 5 C's are clarity, calibration, confidence, competence, and consistency. If you do yourself a favor and learn these 5 C's, if you do yourself a favor and start applying these 5 C's to any problem in your life, I'm gonna tell you what's gonna happen. That problem is going to fade as your solution comes into awareness. And as you get calibrated to that solution, you're gonna notice bank accounts starting to go up. You're gonna notice marriage is starting to get back on track. You're gonna notice your body starting to transition into the body that you want. You can be, do, and have anything that you desire. Only problem is you don't know how to think. 98% of people don't know how to think. They know how to remember. They know how to regurgitate information. They know how to respond to what's happening. But 98% of people don't know how to go inside of their head, get an image, go inside of their heart and get a desire, and sit with that desire until that desire becomes something you could taste, touch, feel, hear, and see. It's just not a skill that's taught to us. But oh, if you're willing to learn how to control your mind, if you're willing to learn how to control your imagination, I'm telling you, nothing can stop you except for you. Nothing can stop you except for you. The economy can't stop you. A death in your family can't stop you. A divorce can't stop you. A diagnosis can't stop you. A sickness can't stop you. Nothing can stop you once you learn how to control your mind. Now, you can look at those things and choose to stop, but that didn't make you quit. You chose to quit. You got to take control of your mind. You could be, do, and have anything that you desire. How cool would it be? How amazing would it be if you could walk into any room with your shoulders back, your chest out, and your head up? What would that allow you to do? Any room. You could walk into any room as if God himself sent you into that room. How cool would that be if you had such control over your mental state that in the midst of any situation you could show up as the version of yourself you desire to show up? Not the way you always showed up, but the way you Desire to show up. You are a creator, and you got to realize it is in your nature to create because creators create. And you've been a creator, my friend. You don't have a choice as to whether or not you create. But in order to create the life you desire, you got to start creating on purpose. You got to get you some goals on paper. You got to get you some objectives. You got to know where you're going. You cannot hit a target that don't exist. So Make no mistake, you're going to create something by default. So since you're going to be creating anyway, why not take the time and get clear about what it is that you desire? Since you're creating anyway, it's like having to go grocery shopping, right? And you don't want to go grocery shopping, but since you're going anyway, you might as well get the stuff that you want. Since you got to go to the store anyway, why not grab the stuff that you want? Some people walking down the aisles of the store huffing and puffing and picking up the stuff that they don't want just because that's That's what they always say. You at the store, you're in a world of limitless possibility, unlimited possibility. Why not ask yourself the magic question? People who've been rocking with me for a while already know that the magic question is, what would I rather have? Why not ask yourself, what would I rather have? Stop thinking about what you don't want and make it your business to start thinking about what you would rather have. As you start thinking about what you would rather have, watch how you start accidentally getting ideas towards that direction. Watch how you start accidentally meeting people who either want the same thing or have the thing that you want and are already willing and able to share the information and the resources that they have accumulated in the direction of what you want. When you start thinking about what you want, you're going to wake up out of your sleep with good ideas, and you're not going to know where they came from. They came from you being in alignment with what you want. The same way when you in alignment with what you don't want, you don't got to try to feel anxious. You don't got to try to feel sad. You don't got to try to feel down. That's what happens when you focus on what you don't want. You got to take control of your mind. You got to stop letting your thoughts think you, and you have to start thinking your thoughts. Is it going to take some practice? Absolutely. Is it going to take some recalibrating? Absolutely. Can you do it? Absolutely. Are you gonna do it? I don't know. But can you do it? Absolutely. What's going on, Niche? You could be, do, and have anything you desire. Nothing can stop you except for you. You can look at things and decide to stop, but that thing didn't stop you. You decided to stop. Practice makes perfect. And I want you to stop getting good at stopping. I want you to start getting good at pressing through. I want you to start practicing seeing it through. I want you to start practicing following through. I want you to start practicing. The old me would have gave up right here, but this new version of me gonna keep going. Failure, we put it in air quotes because failure is not real. Failure is feedback that you didn't like. Just because you didn't like it don't mean it's failure. It's feedback. It's data. Okay, but failure is not a sign to quit. It's a sign to adjust. It's a sign to grow. It's a sign to evolve. It's a sign to reevaluate and keep going. It doesn't mean— failure is not a stop sign. It's more like a yield sign. Ooh, I love that. We got to write that down. I want you to stop looking at failure as a stop sign and start looking at failure as a yield sign. You don't got to come to a complete stop. You might slow down a little bit, let the ongoing traffic go, but at your earliest convenience, you merge on in there. Failure is not a stop sign. Okay? You could be, do, and have anything you desire, but you gotta know what you desire. And I'm willing to bet you know a lot more about what you don't desire than what you do desire. That's why you anxious all the damn time, 'cause you so full of what you don't want that you ain't gotta try to get anxious. If we could get you full of what you wanted, you wouldn't have to try to get excited. You'll be so full of what you wanted that you would get excited on accident. Okay? You gotta start planting positive seeds in your mind. You gotta put them there. Nobody else can't put them there. You gotta start putting positive things in your mind. You gotta stop letting your mind go wild and choosing what you want to think about. Choosing what you want to think about. Stop letting your thoughts think you. Your mind is not you. Your mind is a tool that you use. Stop letting the tool run the show. You gotta discipline your thinking. You have to discipline your thinking. You gotta control your focus. You gotta control your imagination. Stop letting intellect stop you from using your imagination. Okay? Everything not gonna intellectually make sense at first. Don't— that don't mean you can't think about it. Just because you think it doesn't mean it's true, and just because it's true does not mean you have to think it. Stop using, well, it's true, as an excuse and letting it steal your happiness. Because guess what? If you start using your mind different, it don't got to be true 3 months from now. If you start using your mind in a different way, it don't have to be true 6 months from now. But if you keep focusing on it, your consciousness is going to keep it true. Your consciousness, your attention to it. I know you done seen people, two people going through the same exact situation, but they respond to it differently based on the meaning that they assign to it. You got to realize your nervous system, your endocrine system, not— is not responding to reality. It's responding to your narrative around reality, and it benefits you to start taking conscious control of that narrative. Stop feeding a crappy story to your nervous system. Stop feeding a crappy story to your endocrine system. You have to start thinking on purpose. You owe it to yourself to think on purpose. You owe it to your children to think on purpose. You owe it to your little cousins and the other people looking up to you that you don't even know they looking up to you, but I promise you they looking at you. You owe it to them to start calibrating your thoughts on purpose. And through watching you, they gonna start calibrating their thoughts on purpose. Okay? Everybody in your ecosystem benefits when you start thinking on purpose. When you start creating on purpose, you'll accidentally teach your children how to create on purpose. When you start creating on purpose, you'll accidentally heal things that are broken in your bloodline just by being you. When you stop arguing with people at Thanksgiving and just start showing up as somebody who can control their thinking, You'll be surprised what you could do in rooms. You'll be surprised how influential you become. Influence is not in controlling other people. The power of influence is in your ability to control your own thought. The power of influence is in your ability to control your own thinking. The power of influence is really being able to run those 5 C's on purpose at will, in any moment. What do I want? Clarity. Calibrate to it. Think about it. Become confident in the calibration. Once you become confident, once and only once you become confident, now it's time for competence. Now it's time to take action. You try to wrestle it to the ground, you try to take action when you ain't even got clear about the outcome that you want. You try to take action and you're not even calibrated to the outcome you want. You haven't even got bought into the outcome and you trying to get other people bought into an outcome that you haven't Sold yourself. You got to sell it to you first. You got to sell the vision to you before you can sell the vision to me. You got to sell the vision to you before you can sell the vision to your customers. You can be, do, and have anything you desire, but there's levels to it. Clarity: What do you want? Calibration: Thinking about what you want over and over and over again. Confidence: It's when I keep calibrating until I become confident. I hadn't thought about it so much. I didn't saw it so much. I didn't visualize it so much. I didn't experience it so much that as far as my sales concerned, it's already here. As far as my nervous system is concerned, it's already here. As far as my endocrine system is concerned, it's already here. Who better to get a thing than a person that biologically, that chemically already has it? In my mind, it's already here. Who better to show up and get a result than a person who already has it? Stop waiting on it to show up out there before you're willing to believe in it. You could be, do, and have. Anything you desire, you could be doing have anything you desire. You can be doing have anything you desire, but you have to desire it. Upset because it's not here is not desire. Fighting and arguing with people is not desire. Hating on people who have it is not desire. Throwing a temper tantrum is not desire. Desire is putting your faith in the direction of what you want. Desire is imagining yourself moving closer to that thing. You got to understand that where the mind goes, the body follows. And it's your own mind that's keeping you stuck. It's not your past that's keeping you stuck. It's you sending your mind to the past that's keeping you stuck. You gotta stop letting your mind do whatever it wants to do. Discipline your thinking. Call the disciples into order. Call your disciples into order. You gotta discipline your thinking. But step one to discipline your thinking is getting clear about what you want. What do you want? Most people don't know what they want. Most people have no idea what they don't— what they want. They think they know what they want, but what they actually know is what they don't want, which is why they get so much of it. Because they're running the 5 C's, but they're running the 5 C's under the influence of what we call a failure loop. They can't win for losing because they so calibrated to what they don't want. They so calibrated to the outcome that they don't want, they can't win. And they blame it on the economy. They blame it on the people around them. They blame it on everybody except where the problem really starts. The problem is in here. The problem is in here. It's your own thinking that's keeping you stuck. I want you to look around. I want you to look around and just take it all in. You created that. Hate it or love it, you created that. But the good news is that that's really good news because if you created it and you don't like it, You can create something else because you are a creator. Now, if your mama created it, she got to change it. If your daddy created it, they got to change. If your husband created it, they got to. If your wife created it, they got to change. But if you created it, which you did, you could change it right here, right now. When you created it, you don't need an apology to change it. When you created it, you don't need somebody else to come clean up they porn. When you created it, you can have a different you right here, right now, just by choosing. To use your mind. If you gotta understand, happiness is a choice. Sometimes it's a hard choice to make. Don't change the fact that it's a choice. Depression is a choice. Sometimes it's a really easy choice to make, but it's still a choice. Okay? And I'm not saying you can't visit there, but don't get stuck there. Don't get stuck there. Even at your lowest, I want you to get in the habit of asking yourself, what would you rather have? And allowing your imagination To start to lean in that direction, even if you can't send it there fully. Just visiting one step up, the next best feeling thought that you can get your hands on. I'm not saying you're doing anything wrong when you experience negative emotion, but I need you to. I don't need you to do anything. It would behoove you to understand that anytime you feel negative emotion, it means that you have given birth to a desire that you are stubbornly refusing to. get into alignment with. Anytime you feel negative emotion, it means you have given birth to a desire that you are refusing to calibrate to. I know it's easy to blame it on the people that were around you when that negative emotion came up, but any and every single time you feel negative emotion, what has happened is you have created Because you're a creator, you create on accident. Oh yeah, anytime that happens, you have— that means you have created a desire that you are refusing to calibrate to. Let me take— when you feel disrespected, you don't have to try to create a desire for— you automatically give birth to this desire for respect. Now that uncomfortable feeling that you feel is you sitting here calibrating to the situation that caused you to to give birth to this desire for respect. But instead of calibrating to your desire for respect, you calibrating to the situation that birthed you, that caused you to birth the desire for respect. Does that make sense? You was in a situation, somebody said something that you didn't like. Soon as you heard it, you being the creator that you are, you don't gotta try to create, you create on that. Soon as you heard that disrespectful thing, you gave birth to a desire to be respected. But you didn't allow your attention to follow your desire for respect. You kept focusing stubbornly on this thing that inspired you to create the desire, but instead of following the desire, you focusing on the inspiration for the desire, and you think it's that person's fault that you don't feel good. No, it's your fault you don't feel good because only you can control your focus. And you got to understand, anything that comes to you, you're a vibrational match for that. Okay? It's like if I'm walking through the mall and somebody call me a stupid white man, do you really think I'm gonna get offended? I don't vibrationally resonate. Like, I'm gonna think they the one with the problem because I don't— what? Can you— okay, have a good day, ma'am. I'm not gonna argue with somebody. It's nothing to defend with something I don't resonate with. Now, if you say big head self, I know I got a big— I resonate with that. You might get my attention because that's already in my vibrational realm. Hey, it's a little big, but hey, chill. But if you call me something that I don't have a vibrational Resonance with, I'mma think you the one with the problem. I'mma think you the one with the problem. Stop calibrating the stuff that you don't want. I need you to start calibrating on purpose. This is what I love about the 5 C's. You running them rather you recognize it or not. You, you constantly got clarity about something. Usually it's what you don't want, which is why you got so much of it. You constantly getting clarity about this job that you don't like and why you don't like it. You got thousands of reasons why you don't like it. If somebody say it can't be that bad, you don't understand, you're not there. You, you constantly defending it. You constantly like, you so calibrated to it that you defend yourself. No, you don't understand, I got the right to feel this way. You got the right to do a lot of things that you shouldn't be doing. I got a right to feel this way. Okay, you also got a right to experience bliss. You also got a right to experience happiness. Would you like to exercise some of those rights? Okay, you so you got the clarity about what you don't want. You calibrated to what you don't want. You confident in what you don't want. You know like you know like you know like you know it's never gonna get better. That's how they are. Of course this is happening here. You so you confident in what you don't want. You see how the five C's are being ran in the direction of what you don't want? I'm clear about what I don't want. I'm calibrated to what I don't want. I'm confident that it's never gonna change. Step forward. Is competence. That's where we start taking action. But now I'm taking action, but I'm taking action as I'm confident that it's never gonna change. You gotta understand the neurobiological effect that that's gonna have on your action. I'm taking action, Jay. You don't understand. I'm working hard. I understand you working hard, but you working hard while being confident in the fact that it'll never work. So your faith is pointed that way and your hard work is pointed that way. And you wonder why you feel torn, cuz half of you is over there and another half of you is over here. You got to align those parts. You got to align those parts. It's not your ex-husband's fault. Your ex-husband might have been a trigger, but it's you keeping you uncalibrated. Your mom might have been the trigger, but it's you every day waking up and unconsciously Choosing not to recalibrate. So I'm not saying they not the trigger. You you you right to feel what you feel, but do you want to be right or do you want to create a new reality? Do you want a new truth? But in order to live a new truth, you got to stop living the old truth. You got to put that truth down so you could pick a new truth up. And I'm convinced most people rather be right than be happy. You owe it to yourself to be happy. You owe it to your children to. to be happy. You owe it to everybody around you to be happy. Most importantly, you owe it to you. You could be, do, and have anything you desire. You could be, do, and have anything you desire. You could be, do, and have anything that you desire. The only thing that could ever stop you is you. That stuff that they saying on CNN cannot stop you. That stuff that they saying on MSNBC cannot stop you. That stuff that they saying on BBC can't stop you. Now, you can give your attention to that stuff, calibrate to it, and as a result of that, decide to quit. But that didn't make you quit. You not controlling your calibration made you quit. You, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me. I know sometimes problem you as little people told you that the world doesn't revolve around you, and they were partially incorrect. Your world does revolve around you. Your personal economy revolves around you. Your mood revolves around you. How you feel revolves around you. I need you to take back conscious control over you. It's your job to make you feel good. It's your job to control your mind. It's your job to catch those thoughts early. People go, Jay, how do I stop anxiety? I'm gonna be real with you. The best time to stop anxiety is before it starts because of our little friend, the law of attraction. When you let anxiety get some momentum going, you got work to do. And it ain't no magic affirmation you finna run that's gonna stop anxiety that has momentum. It ain't no magic vision board exercise you finna do that's finna stop a full-blown anxiety attack. But if early on, as soon as your mind started to go, you went, been there, did that. Get your— like, you gotta train your mind like you get your kids. My kids, I don't— they at age I don't got to do too much hard discipline. We didn't have enough disciplining That a look can get it did at this point. Hey, do we need to go talk? Okay, we good. I need you to get that same type of control over your mind. I need you to start saying something to your mind like, who do you think you talking to? I need you to start talking back to your mind because you've met— you've made a mistake and merged you and your mind as one. Your mind is not you. Your mind is not you. You gotta see that separation between, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. It's like you got an employee that you gave instruction to, and your employee is saying, "I hear what you saying, but we not." You gonna be confused. Like who? Hold on. Who who hired who? Who works for who? I need you to put things back in their proper order. I need you to start asking your mind who you think you talking to. I said this is the clarity, and this is the calibration. It's not keep calibrating. In Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill talks about the story. How Henry Ford wanted that 8-cylinder engine. He kept sending his engineers. The mind is absolutely a tool, a powerful tool. He kept sending his engineers back, and these really small engineers was telling him that it's impossible. He say, keep trying. They say, no, sir, you don't understand. It's not possible. I'll be back in six months. Keep trying. Six months later, sir, it's not. Keep trying. If and if you want to remain on the Ford staff, you will keep trying. Keep trying, sir. It's not. Oh, sir, we figured it out. Excellent. I want you to start putting your mind in that same. Then I want you to start looking at your mind as your employee that you pay a handsome salary, and I expect you to listen. I expect when I say jump, you say how high. I want you to start setting up that connection between you and your mind. Stop letting your mind run the show. Stop letting your mind run you into the wall. Ground. Now this is going to require clarity because you can't lead a team to nowhere. You can't lead somebody to nowhere, okay? This is going to require you to know what you want, not what you don't want. What do you want? What do you want? Please do yourself a favor, get descriptive about what you want. Get over-descriptive about what you want because you got to understand that thing that you don't want, you didn't got on the phone and talked about it 100 times. Times. And that's being light. You done got on TikTok and watched videos about it thousands of times. You done wrote in your journal and you done wrote in your diary thousands of times about this thing that you don't want. You done replayed conversations and how they said this to me and did this to me in your head. That what you don't want got so much momentum. I need you to get some of that same momentum going on what you don't want, cuz you'll go I don't like my job. My boss is stupid. He an idiot. He done hired his cousin. She not even qualified. He paying her more than he paying me. The insurance suck. They make us work weekends. The computer slow up there. I don't even know why I work there. I hate this job. I can't stand this job. Then you go on lunch and it's another girl. She don't like the job neither. So y'all spend y'all whole lunch break, the time that's supposed to be for clearing your mind and separating from the job, y'all spend y'all lunch break talking about how y'all don't like the job. Then you clock back in, go finish the job, get on the phone and talk to your mama about how you don't like the job, your whole— so you even got so calibrated to what you don't want. You done got this intimate relationship going with what you don't want, and you wonder why you don't feel good. And you like, well, my boss would just such as— listen, if you would stop calibrating what you don't like, you would feel better. If you would stop using your free time, the time you're supposed to be unwinding, to think about what you don't want, you would feel better. Your boss could keep doing the same thing they doing, but if you take your You go look. He's an idiot. He been an idiot. Not my circus. Not my monkeys. Let it go. It's not my job to fix him. It's it's not my job. I ain't saying that your boss not an idiot. I'm saying it is not your job to make him not an idiot. Let him fix him. You control your mind. You control your mind. Some of you will piss yourself off before you even get to work. I already know when I get here. By the time you walk in the door, you already pissed off, and then somebody play into the energy. that you created on the way there, and you're gonna see, I knew it. Well, okay, creator. Look at you, the powerful creator. You created that. You created that. Then you'll sit in that energy, go get a new job, and you take that same mindset, that same mental to the new job and go, I don't know what it is. Listen, if your last 5 managers ain't like you, we gotta talk. We gotta talk. I need you to understand every problem is a thinking problem. Every problem is a thinking problem, and it was a problem in here before it was a problem out there. Okay? It just picked up enough momentum for you to realize it out there. But the problem started in here. You could be doing have anything you desire, but you got to know what you desire. Complaining is not desire. Upset that it's not here yet is not desire. Throwing a temper tantrum is not desire. Desire is pointing your faith in the direction of what you want. I got this process that I teach called the 5 C's. This is a process that I teach to high performers. This is software— software— this is a process that I teach to entrepreneurs, professional athletes. This process is wrapped around the knowing that every problem is a thinking problem. I need you to understand that successful people have successful processes. Successful people aren't special. I'm not special. Nicki not special. LeBron James not special. What's What they do have is special processes. And if you adopt the process, you should get similar results. I came up with 5C by looking at my results, taking my successful cases and realizing, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, it's 5 things I do in every session. Every session is 5 things I do. And when I do these 5 things, we tend to get the result we wanted. So we're going to get into 5C. I want you guys to stay engaged. I want you guys tapping and interacting. If you have questions, ask. And I'll be telling y'all about how to get into our mentorship. Anybody who want to get into the mentorship, come to our meetings and really like pull back the layers of 5C without having to type and ask your questions. Better get in a Zoom room where we can really go deep. We'll talk about how you can get you a 5C jumpstart and join us. If this is your first time in here and you haven't hit that follow button yet, What's wrong with you? Hit the follow button. We go live most days. Let's go. Let's talk about it. Let's talk about the five C's. Let's talk about the five C's. All right, so we were just talking about how you, this version of you. Not some future version of you in the future. Not some version of you once you lose 100 pounds. Not some version of you once your divorce finalizes or once your kids go to college. The version of you that's listening to my voice right now, the version of you that's tapping on that screen right now, the version of you that's starting to get excited and feel that energy shifting, that version of you can be, do, and have Anything you desire, that version of you. Okay, we got to put it here and now. You got to understand that your subconscious mind has no conception of tomorrow. So today is Monday, right? So let me say, oh man, I didn't do it today. I'm gonna do better tomorrow. Well, when I go to sleep on Monday night and I wake up on Tuesday, tomorrow is now Wednesday. So my subconscious mind is saying tomorrow we gonna do better. Then I say, oh man, I still didn't do what I said I was going to do. So tomorrow I'm definitely going to do it. So when I go to sleep on Tuesday and I wake up on Wednesday, tomorrow is now Thursday. Your subconscious mind, from its perspective, we never catch up to tomorrow. So it's not tomorrow I'll be successful. It's not next— oh, in 2025 I'mma kill it. Not without changing this version of you right here, right now. Not without adopting a new— nothing magical is going to happen to you in 2025 that can't happen right here in this moment. You got to get out of this concept Of this future you being successful, realize it's going to be this version of you that's going to start thinking different. Then you're going to accidentally start feeling different, and you're going to accidentally start acting different. You got to stop waiting on this magical, mystical moment in the future that you going to be different. You're not going to be different until you think different. Okay? So you could be doing have anything you desire, but it has to be done in this order. You got to be. Okay, I know it's things that you want to have, but before you can have those things, there's some things that you have to do. And before you do those things, it's a version of yourself that you have to become. You can be, do, and have anything you desire. We got to look at this word desire. It's not— I didn't say you could be, do, and have anything. I said you could be Before you do and have anything you desire. Hating is not desire. Complaining is not desire. Throwing a fit is not desire. And you could be doing all the right stuff, but if you haven't learned to be in alignment with this thing you desire, your doing is falling flat on its face. You're doing the work, but you're doing the work from under the influence of what you don't want. You're doing the work, but you're doing the work with a pile of limiting beliefs that's getting in the way. You don't even got access to your best ideas because you haven't became the person. Check 1, became the person. Step 1, that can do the thing. Step 2, that is in your nature to have those results that you want. LeBron James became a great basketball player. He mentally adopted the mindset of basketball player. His identity Was a basketball player, basketball player. Because he was being basketball player, he found things like practicing. He found things like eating a certain way, sleeping a certain way, training a certain way. The doing came natural as a result of what he was being. Okay? So he was being basketball player because he was being basketball player. Was natural for him to do basketball. Now if he keep being and doing and being and doing. Doing and being and doing, the money gonna show up. He gonna— the having is gonna take care of itself. But what most people do is they skip this being and they try to skip right to the doing and the having. This being part is foundational in success. One of my favorite quotes that I've been seeing lately is, it didn't take me a long time to build a successful business. It took me a long time to become the version of myself that could build a successful business. Let me take you some— take you something. It doesn't take a long time to do success. It doesn't take a long time to build a business. It doesn't take a long time to get your body right. It doesn't take a long time to get your marriage back in order. What does sometimes take people a long time is to become the version of theyself that's willing to do whatever it takes to have that result they want. They want to sit in the old thinking that created the problem and try to do new stuff. You cannot solve a problem from the same frequency you created it at. You got to rise above the problem. You got to become a different version of yourself. You can't remain the same version of yourself that created the problem and think you're going to solve the problem. Before you could do more, you got to become more. Listen, if you be a little, you're going to do a little, therefore you will have a little. If you be a lot, you will do a lot, and you will have a lot. You see how everything else follows your being? If you be negative, you're going to do negative, you're going to have negative. If you be dope, you're going to do dope, you gonna have though. Okay, be, do, have. Step 1, we talking about the being. Okay, so these first 3 steps that I'm giving you are about the being. The first 3 C's, C1, C2, and C3, are about the being. C number 4 is about the doing, and C number 5 is about the having. Keep that in the back of your mind because I'm gonna get ready to erase that. So the first 3 C's that I'm gonna give you are what I call the foundation of Step 1 to success. Step 4 is step 4. That's what we start doing. And step 5 is where we remain in the habit. And when we run this properly, we don't have to worry about things like imposter syndrome. We don't have to worry about things like burnout. So let's keep it moving. If I'm tapping, you talking. I mean, if I'm talking, you tapping. Y'all keep tapping. I'm gonna keep talking. I'm gonna lay this process out for you. So we got 5 C's. One, two, three, four, five. Now my first C is clarity. I gotta have clarity. The reason I gotta have clarity is because I cannot hit a I cannot hit a target that don't exist. Okay, got you, got you, got you. Y'all T A P P I N G. I can't get what I want until I know what I want. So this first C is clarity. Clarity. And I'll make y'all a deal. So access into the mentorship, $49. We get to 20,000 TAP, I'll give you a coupon code and take it down to 50%. That's what we'll do. So first C is clarity. I can't get what I want until I know what I want. Imagine if I got in the back of an Uber and I say, don't take me to the mall. I hate the mall. I hate the mall. Where do you want to go? I just told you, don't take me to the mall. I hate the mall. Now, if I'm your Uber driver, let me tell you what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna get on the highway, I'm gonna start going 80 miles per hour, and I'm gonna not take you to the mall. I'm gonna not take you to the mall. You gonna owe me $50? You owe me $100? You gonna owe me $150. You gonna owe me $200. You gonna keep owing me money to not take you to the mall when you could have got in my Uber, told me exactly where you wanted to go, and at the most probably spent $25 or $30. You could have went anywhere you wanted, but instead you told me where you didn't want to go. That's how a lot of people go through life. They got clarity, but all of their clarity is in what they don't want. Okay, so it's the worst of times. It's the best of times. You gotta understand, abundance is— it's no shortage of anything here. You gonna find whatever you looking for. This is out there, this is out there. The unwanted is out there, the wanted is out there. Which one are you gonna get clarity in? I think I love about these seeds is each one falls into the next one, because let me tell you, whichever one of these you get clarity in That's what you're gonna end up calibrating to. That's the next C. Now, Jay, what's calibration? Calibration is putting your attention on it. When you calibrate to a funny movie, you don't got to try to laugh. That's what happens when you calibrate to a funny movie. When you calibrate to a sad movie, you don't got to try to get sad. You don't got to try to cry. That's what happens when you calibrate to a sad movie. Okay? If you calibrate to an action movie, If you calibrate to a romantic comedy, every last one of these genres has a different effect. You don't have to try to bring on the fact; you just have to calibrate to the movie. It's the same way if your clarity is over here and you get calibrated to this. You don't got to try to feel depressed. You don't got to try to feel anxious. You don't got to try to feel sad. You don't got to try to feel like it's too hard. That's the natural result to getting calibrated over here. But boy, oh boy, oh boy! If you do yourself a favor. and get calibrated over here. You don't gotta try to feel motivated. You don't gotta try to feel inspired. You don't gotta try to feel like you can do it. You don't gotta try to come up with good ideas, 'cause from over here, good ideas find you. iCoachBosses found me. iCoachCoaches found me. All these different programs, Nikki and I's group, Dreams in Action, it found us. We didn't go out and look. We had plenty to do. We weren't out looking for another thing to start. But man, when it came, it was such a great idea. How could you not do it? But you got to understand, when we got that idea, we was under the calibration of what we wanted. We had just finished a 3-day seminar and they had got amazing results. So we was under the influence of getting all these good emails about, you don't understand how transformational those 3 days of my life was. You don't understand the results. Soaps I got now. From under the influence of that, Nikki saying, Jay, I'm gonna send you the email that so-and-so just sent me. Oh my God, oh my God. From under the influence of that, Nikki goes, Jay, we can't— this can't just be a one and done. We gotta turn this into a podcast. We, we got to turn this into a podcast. I'm like, dope, let's do it. But before we had the first podcast meeting, Nikki said, fuck that, let's turn it into a community. Let's turn into a community where we get the entrepreneurs and we We weren't looking for another job, but man, when we got the idea, it was so exciting. How could you not do it? How could you not do it? Do yourself a favor, get clarity in what you want. Stop getting clarity over here. You already know this thing that you don't like. Stop studying it. You could pass a test on it right now. You don't got to study it no more. It's there, it's been there, and it's going to stay there until you get clarity about it. about what you would rather have. Okay, so we get clarity and we keep calibrating. Calibration is the second step. Now you stay on the second step until you notice you're on the third step. This is what screws a lot of people up with confidence. Confidence is not something that you force. Confidence is something that happens when you keep calibrating. I bet you're real confident that your name is your name, but I bet you have never sat down and studied flashcards with your name on it. No. Jeremy, Jay, that's me. Jeremy, Jack, that's me. Jeremy, no, they started calling me that when I was little. They started calling me and they called me that so many times I became confident in the fact that that's my— I'm so confident. In fact, have you ever heard somebody call your name and you know you don't want to talk to them, but you— your body's just wired to respond to your name? You're like, what? I'm trying not to answer you. But my nervous system knows my name. So when my nervous system hears my name, I don't got to consciously go, what? My nervous system go, hey, that's talking to us. My nervous system will reply on my behalf. But I became confident in my name because I kept calibrating to it. Confidence is the third C. Confidence. I get clear about what I want. I get calibrated to what I want. I keep calibrating. You got— and this is one of the nuances we gotta make about this calibration phase. Calibrating is not about changing the world. Calibrating is about changing you. Calibration isn't about changing your wife. It isn't about changing your husband. It isn't about changing your boss. Calibration is about rewiring your brain so that you show up to that same situation, but you show up to that same situation under the influence of something different. Does that make sense? Stop looking at affirmations. I'm doing these affirmations to change my bank account. The affirmation is not going to change your bank account. The affirmation is going to change you, but this new you is about to create a new bank account. So what happens is people will calibrate for a little bit, but they never make it to confidence because they keep looking back over here and saying, oh, it's not working. Every time you go, oh, it's not working, you decalibrate yourself. Every time you stop to measure it, you decalibrate yourself. But we like to talk about acorns a lot in here, right? That's our acorn. You got to understand that inside of the acorn is an oak tree. Whole tree is inside of that acorn. Where's my acorn? I got one around here somewhere. I love this time of year because these are everywhere. I want you to stop seeing this as an acorn. I want you to start looking at this as baby oak tree. Okay? Only difference between this and this is time. Only difference between acorn and oak tree is time. Okay? I think this might have been the conversation we was having the night we met, Nikki. Only difference between acorn and oak tree is time. But you got to understand that that time has to be spent with That's right. If you don't ever cover that acorn in dirt, all the time in the world can pass and it's not going to become an oak tree. Even though God created it to become an oak tree, if it never gets in the proper environment, it's not going to become an oak tree. You can go put this acorn in sand at the beach, it's not going to become an oak tree. That's not the soil, that's not the environment that it's going to thrive in. But when you take this acorn and put it in the ground, I gotta have you to understand that it's going to start to grow down. It's gonna start to grow down before it starts to grow up. Now, if you standing here and going, it's not working, well, hold on, it's working. It's just working out of your sight. It's working. It's just working. And what I love is these roots look a lot like neural pathways in your brain. These roots that just start making underground look a lot like how the root system is developing in your brain. That idea is working, but it got to lay new foundations in your brain before you can start showing up different out there. I need you to stop measuring by what's going on out there, because when you measure what's going on out there, that's Like y'all saying in the live, saying, hey Jay, you got something on your face. And instead of wiping my face, I start wiping my phone. And I'm getting frustrated because I'm wiping it. I'm doing stuff. I'm doing the work. This is— but it won't come off. Now I'm going to get spray bottles and I'm getting all types of stuff and I'm working and I'm working and I'm working. It won't come off because I'm not wiping the thing. I'm wiping the reflection of the thing. I need you to understand it. This and this is both a reflection of what's going on in you. This is always going to be here. The Bible tells us we always going to have poor people amongst us. This is also always going to be here. But the Bible also says that the poor will lose a little, the rich will get richer, and the poor will lose the little they have. Why is that? Because poor people tend to have their clarity over here, they tend to be calibrated over here, and they tend to be confident in this. And we can put a little subpoint in here. What you do up to this point dictates the direction of your faith. Like, what you got to understand about faith is faith is a two-way street. You could put faith in your failure. People, I don't got faith. I don't got— oh, you got it. It's just pointed. It's just pointed over here. So our job is to redirect it. You got faith. How can you not have faith? You got faith in something. I don't got discipline. I guarantee you it's something you doing religiously. That might be watching Netflix. That might be eating crappy. That might be not. That might be not drinking. But it's some stuff in your life that you doing religiously. You got discipline. What you don't got is clarity in what you want. You got confidence. What you don't got is Clarity in what you want. So everything under this first C, people go, "I don't got this. I don't got that. I can't be. I can't remain consistent." That's the last C. Oh, you you consistent in something. You just under the influence of this. So you consistent in what's keeping you stuck over here. If we get clarity over here, get calibrated over here, get confident over here, watch how your consistency that you already got spins itself around. So we get clarity in what we. We get calibrated to what we want. We get confident in what we want. And then we go to the 4th C, competence. Step 4 is step 4. Step 1 is step 1. Step 4 is where we start taking action. I'm going to let that sink in. Step four is where we start taking action, because I know you tried to write that book and it was hard and it wouldn't it wasn't working, and maybe you just not cut out to write a book. Maybe you listen. If God could put an oak tree inside of this acorn, God can fit a book inside of you. If God could put an oak tree inside of this acorn, God could fit a business inside of you. Okay? What happened is you tried to take action. You tried to do step four before. You had clarity, calibration, and confidence. You sitting down in Microsoft Word, and you don't even got clarity. You don't got calibration. You don't— well, nothing is coming to me. I'm not feeling creative. Well, let's get clear. What are we writing this book for? Who is this book for? Who is this book— is this book meant to motivate? Is this book meant to be funny? Who is this book for? Well, this book is for the 16-year-old version of myself. It's all the lessons that I learned from then up to now, and I wish somebody could have handed me a manual when I was 16 that would have helped me prevent and navigate relationships better and choices. Okay, so now we're starting to get clarity. Keep going. What's this book going to do for them? How's it going to help them? Well, it's going to have worksheets, it's going to have slides. I'm also going to have an audio. Now, you just get the clarity. Figure out what you don't— you can't hit a target that don't exist. You was trying to do step 4, but you didn't have a target yet. So you think, I'm not a good author, I'm not a writer. No, you are a writer, but you're gonna need some clarity first. Now, if you get clarity, you gotta calibrate to that clarity, and you're gonna keep calibrating to that clarity until you become confident in the goal. Once you become confident, you gonna accidentally start doing step 4. Once you become confident in the outcome, it ain't gonna It's gonna be hard to make you start right, and it's gonna be hard to get you to stop right. You're gonna be like, you, you ain't showered in 3 days. I know you got your little book you working on, but we need you to take a break and go shower. Does that make sense? I know you was trying to go live. You're like, well, nobody is coming to my live. Who finna watch you stream when you unclear, uncalibrated, and unconfident? You just on there, what's up y'all? I ain't really got nothing to, uh, talk about because I'm waiting. When I'm gonna get my numbers up first, and then I'm gonna start dropping my content. What y'all up to though? Oh yeah, it's gonna be dope, man. I'm gonna be talking about motivation and stuff, man. I can't nobody stand you unclear, you uncalibrated, you unconfident. It's not that you're not a good streamer. It's not that you it might it's not even that your content not dope. You're not clear. You're not calibrated. You're not confident. Who am I talking to? What am I talking to them about? What action do I want them to take as a result of what we're talking about? Is it my goal to make them laugh? Is it my goal to make them cry? Is it my goal to teach them? Is it my goal to influence? What is my goal? Okay, now let me get calibrated. Calibrated is about convincing me. You do your affirmations and go live and go, they didn't work because no, no people still didn't come to the room. Calibration isn't about making people come to the room. Calibration is about making you the version that they want to stay around and watch. Calibration is an internal process. And as you're calibrating, I need you to stop measuring out there, because every time you measure out there and you go, nope, it didn't happen, you decalibrate yourself and you got to go back up to the top. Demonstrate what it should look like. I should get clear. I coach bosses. I coach bosses. The people I understand off the rip, before I even go lie, Some people gonna be turned off by my presentation. Some people gonna be turned off by my confidence. Some people gonna be really turned off when I say things like being happy is a choice, being depressed is a choice. Sometimes it's an easy choice to make, doesn't change the fact it is a choice. And the people who get offended when they hear that, I don't want them to stick around. I want the people to go, absolutely, man, that's what I needed to hear. That's the nudge I've been waiting on. Those are the people I'm talking to. If that's not you, fine. And if you accidentally end up in here, you're not going to decalibrate me when you say that's not true. Listen, this one for you to begin with, and I'm so confident in this that I don't even— it's nothing to defend. It looks like knowing that I'm working with entrepreneurs, I'm working with go-getters, I'm working with high performers, and I want to work with high performers at all price points. So I got services all the way down from free up to services that cost $10,000 plus. I work with high performers. And I'm so calibrated to coaching and inspiring and working with high performers that I don't care if it's 17 people in here or 17,000 people in here. Because when you don't got your own clarity, what happens is you calibrate to stuff like that number, you calibrate to stuff like the weather. But when you calibrate it on what you want, it don't matter how many people in here. I didn't come in here to see a specific number. I came in here to talk to bosses. So if it happened to be 5 bosses that's locked in right now, then hey, we gonna talk to 5 bosses. Calibration is focusing on the goal. Calibration is aligning with the goal. But like a lot of times people hear focus, they think I gotta use my willpower to focus. When you watch a movie, how hard do you work to focus on them? You just put your attention on the movie and the movie do what the movie does. You're not watching a funny movie like, I'm not missing a joke. Whenever it's time to laugh, I'm gonna laugh. I'm gonna catch every joke. I'm gonna catch— is this joke coming? Man, it's been 7 seconds. I haven't laughed yet. Is it coming? Is it coming? Is it coming? You don't watch. You just sit back and you enjoy the movie. Get clear about what you want. Sit back and enjoy the movie. Keep enjoying the movie. The bank account still empty? Keep enjoying the movie. My boss still an asshole? Keep enjoying the movie. Keep enjoying the movie. My marriage, do we still— Keep enjoying the movie. Keep enjoying the movie. And eventually you're gonna become confident in the movie. We all got a movie that we could quote line for line. We all got movies that we know it line for line. We can go and jump part, but that took a lot of calibration before we became confident enough in that movie to learn that movie like that. We all got our movies. For me, it's Money Talks. That scene when Chris Tucker sitting in there with on face on, he go, they touch you, they touch you like this. So they touch you. Hey, but I didn't have to— I didn't— I wasn't in there studying the script to learn that. I was calibrating to the movie. I was like, I like this, this funny, that's hilarious. Chris Tucker crazy. Rewind it, I want to watch that part again. Dude crazy. Rewind it, I want to watch that part again. I wasn't in there trying to become confident. I just kept calibrating to the movie, but I wasn't calibrating to learn the movie. I was calibrating because it felt good to calibrate to. That's what you got to realize about these affirmations and these focus wheels and these journal— and journaling. You don't do those things to change the situation. You do those things to rewire you. Like when you come and work with me and I hypnotize you, I'm not— me hypnotizing you isn't going to change your boss. Me hypnotizing you isn't going to change your husband. What's going to happen is you're going to show up different, and when you show up different, people treat you different. When you show up different, people respond to you different. I remember one time I was streaming on here and a guy that I went to high school with, he came into the room. He was like, Jay Shaw, question mark, question mark, question mark. I went, yeah. He goes, when did this happen? And I knew that this he was talking about— same body, but I'm using this different. Same me, but I'm using me different now. I've learned how to influence me, and now that I know how to influence me, I don't have any problem influencing people around me. But when I don't want to take control of influencing me, I just want to throw fits and get other people to do different. You got— it's a lot of people in the world, and you're never gonna get them all to act right at once. As soon as you get this one acting right, this one gonna do something you don't like. As soon as you get that one trained, you gotta stop tying up your happiness in what other people do, and you gotta start tying up your happiness in getting clarity about what you want and getting calibrated to what you want regardless of what other people are doing. And that's when you become a narcissist's worst nightmare, because there's nothing you can do to— I'm gonna treat you how I'm gonna treat you based on who I am. And my yes is a yes, is my no's a no's, no matter what you do, because I'm not calibrated to you. I'm calibrated to my end goal. But when you don't have an end goal to calibrate to, you like a puppet on the screen. CNN pull you this way, your mom can say— and your mom know you so well because she knew you since before you was born. She ain't even got to say— she could look at you a certain way, she could just make a certain face, and because you grew up in a house where you already know what that face me. Then you go, Mom. She go, what? I didn't say anything. She— but she, she said a lot. But you gotta stop calibrating to that and start calibrating to this. But when you don't got clarity, you end up calibrating to what you already— to what you always calibrated to. You got to get you some clarity, and you got to get in the mentorship, because you think we going deep here, man, we're gonna scratch the surface. Because in the mentorship, we get into the actual processes for calibrating and all of that stuff. So I get clear in what I want. I get calibrated to what I want. I keep calibrating. Calibrating isn't about using willpower. Calibrating is about putting my attention on it. As you listen to me talk and as I'm sitting here in this energy, do you got to try to feel like you could do it, or do you just kind of start feeling like maybe I can't do this? As I say 100 times, you could be doing that other anything you desire. The only thing stopping you is you. Your only limit is your own imagination. You might not hear me the first time, but boy, if you stick with me an hour and through that hour I say it 100 times, you ain't got to try to start feeling like you could be, do, and have anything you desire. A part of you just gonna naturally start allowing it in because you've been calibrating to it. That's why you got to stop arguing with stuff you don't agree with. You got to stop arguing with stuff you don't agree with. Okay, there's no law of I don't want that. There's no law of unattraction. You understand? You go, I really, really, really, really, really, really want that. Or when you go, I really, really, really, really, really, really don't want that, you calibrating to it both times. No, I'm not calibrating to it. I'm speaking out against it. But to speak out against this is to admit that it's not there. Does that make sense? To me, to say I will have is to admit I don't have it. Stop pushing back against what you don't want. You got to starve what you don't want. Starve it to death. Stop working on the problem. You got to understand that really big problems have really big solutions. Small itty-bitty problems have small itty-bitty solutions. Solutions. So if you got a small itty-bitty problem over here, it's a small itty-bitty solution over there, but it don't bug you as much cuz you ain't got a big solution over here calling your name. When you wrapped up in a small problem, it's a small itty-bitty solution whispering your name. But when you got a huge gigantic problem with a lot of momentum, you got to understand it's this solution that's been brewing with the problem. And the reason you feel upset is 'cause you gave birth to this big solution over here, and this solution is calling your name. This solution is screaming, but this solution not a vibrational match for where you at, so you can't reach it. And you know it's out there, even if it's only subconsciously, 'cause you can feel this problem tugging on you, and you anxious, and you feeling all these negative emotions, 'cause it's something you really want over here, but you wrapped up in this. And it's something that is tugging you here, but you wrapped up in this. You gotta— Stop wrestling with that problem so that this solution can get your attention. Look, you at a dope spot when you got a big problem. Big problems have big solutions. Big problems have delicious solutions. Okay, and that bliss that you want to experience, I understand that bliss is on the other side of some resistance. Have you ever had like a head cold for maybe three or four? Days and you couldn't breathe through your nose, then you finally get your ability back to breathe through your nose and you are happy as hell for something that you was taking that you didn't even notice a week ago. But being able to breathe through your nose again, you're like, oh, I'm so grateful. It feels so good just to be able to breathe through my nose. Listen, as soon as you get on the other side of this stuff that you've been battling, you're gonna feel better when you just Stop fighting it and understand that you're moving on the other side of it. Because you're going to start saying, oh, it feels so good just to be able to sleep at night. It feels so good just to not have to be overthinking. It feels so good not to be under the influence of this. You ain't even got to get this to feel better. If you just get from under the influence of this, you're going to feel tremendously better. And I'm not saying you're not going to get this, but I'm saying en route to getting this, if you just get from Under the influence of this, you're gonna feel tremendously better. You're gonna get here so much quicker. So step one is about getting from under the influence of this. It's not about getting this. Not saying that you won't get this, but before you get this, you're gonna have to get from under this. And when you get from under this, oh, you think so much better. People want to do business with you. You feel good to be around. You feel refreshing. I got so many people on my calendar. We not even doing work right now. I'm telling them like, hey, we done. Like, I didn't— come back when you got another problem. And I just like talking to you once a week. I just want to come bounce your ideas off. Keep me on. Don't take me— don't give my slot away. I got people who will fire— I'm like, hey, I don't need to see you. Hey, I'm coming to my appointment. I'm like, well, listen, if you want to keep paying me, I'm going to keep showing up. But just so we clear, So I don't feel like I'm taking advantage of you. We are done. No, Jay, I want my appointment. No, they want the appointment because it feels good to come talk to a clear, calibrated, confident person once a month. They want that appointment because it feels good to talk to somebody who has clarity, who's calibrated, and who's confident in that calibration. Do yourself a favor. And if you sell financial resources— hold on, we got to do the little thing. So they know that we still alive. But if you sell financial resources, I need you to become clear in the outcome that these people want. I need you to become clear in how your product helped them to get it. I need you to become clear that this is the best product on the market for this thing. And if it's not, if you don't believe that in your heart, you need to go start selling the best one. I said I could sell Dream Engine because I'm Clear, calibrated, and confident that it ain't nothing on the market better than Dream Engine if you're an entrepreneur. I actually feel like you doing yourself a disservice and you don't like money if you're not using the Dream Engine. I'm calibrated, I'm confident. I feel like you throwing money in a fire pit if you're not using the Dream Engine. So when I'm talking about the Dream Engine, it don't feel salesy. It don't feel like I'm trying to convince you. I'm like, listen, use it or don't use it. As for me and my house, as for me and my businesses, This is what we're going to be using. If my girl start a business, this is what I'm putting her on. If my sister start a business, this is what I'm putting her on. Do what you want to do, but it ain't nothing out there better than this. And because I'm clear, calibrated, and confident in that, it's very easy to get people enrolled in the Dream Engine. Okay, so clarity, calibration, confidence, competence. And the last C, the glue that holds it all together, is consistency. Consistency. Consistency. You don't get clarity once, you keep getting clarity, but every time you get more clarity, you got to calibrate again. You got to keep calibrating, keep calibrating. You keep calibrating, confidence gonna keep going up. You thought you was already confident? You ain't seen nothing yet. Keep calibrating. What's the Dream Engine? The Dream Engine is an all-in-one business software that you could post your social media post on there, all the different platforms. You could build your website, you could build your funnels, uh, you can set up automations, you can get AI robots to do a lot of stuff for you. It's an all-in-one business suite. I use the Dream Engine and Zoom to run my whole business. Those are the only 2 bills I got. I got the Dream Engine and I got Zoom software, and I got clients literally all over the world. And those are the— that's the software I use to have them sign contracts, to have them schedule appointments. So I don't use Calendly, I don't use Linktree, I don't use Kajabi. I got my courses, I I got my workshops. I got everything housed in one software. And if you want to get going, I can get you started. What's going on? Thanks for them taps, Alicia. So I'm gonna keep getting clarity. I'm gonna keep calibrating. I'm gonna calibrate until I become confident. I calibrate because it feels good to calibrate. This is so important with manifesting. I don't do affirmations to make the money show up. I do affirmations to help me become the version of the money— I mean, the version of myself that's going to allow the money. I do affirmations to become the version of myself that's going to choose positive over negative. I use affirmations to reprogram my mind. The affirmations don't make this money show up. The affirmations reprogram me so I show up different. Does that make sense? Like, we're not going that deep. You got to get in the mastermind if you want to go that deep. You got to come to the mentorship. If we get five new people signed up for the mentorship, I'll do a meeting today. I do a meeting for the mentorship today. I got a seven p.m. already on my schedule, so we would have to do it at six p.m. But if we get five new people signed up for the mentorship, Signed up today. I'm going to do one. How many y'all available to jump on Zoom tonight at six p.m. Central Standard Time? Hey, thanks for them taps. Thanks for those taps. We still got about ten thousand taps to go before I do the fifty percent discount, and honestly, I don't know if I'm gonna be. On long enough for us to get $10K, but we'll see. We'll see. Anybody got any questions about this? Is this making sense? If you haven't wrote these 5 C's down, you need to write these 5 C's down. Now, if you go to the link in my bio, you can get something that we call a 5 C jumpstart. Now, the 5C Jumpstart is going to help you get clarity and get calibrated to your clarity. Okay? I done told you that if you keep calibrating, you're going to become confident on accident. Confidence is not something you force. In fact, when you try to force confidence, you run into our friend that we call the law of reverse action. The harder you try to become confident, the less confident you become. Confidence is not something you force. Confidence looks stupid when you try to force it, when you haven't did the internal work, but you're like, I'm gonna do my power pose, I'm gonna stand up here and I'm gonna put my shoulders back. And now you standing there looking crazy and you, you trying to— listen, when you become confident, them shoulders naturally go back, that chest naturally go out, that chin naturally go up. Like trying to force confidence, you ask yourself, like, where do I put my hands? Well, your hands was fine before you asked yourself where to put them, but now you got the conscious mind trying to do what only the subconscious mind can do. Keep calibrating. Do yourself a favor. Calibrate. How many times I gotta calibrate? Keep calibrating until you realize you're confident, and then you still gonna keep calibrating. Let me ask you something. Do you think Muhammad Ali said, I'm the greatest, closer to 100,000 times or closer to 1 time? How many times do you think this man calibrated to the fact that he was the greatest? Do you think he calibrated? It was like, all right, I did 2 affirmations. All right. No, you can tell by the way this man— this man calibrated over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over. How many times do you think Floyd Mayweather said hard work is easy work before Before he started to believe it. First time his nervous system said, "Bullshit, this is hard. I'm tired. I'm exhausted." Second time his nervous system say, "Bullshit, this is hard. I'm exhausted. I'm tired." Third time his nervous system say, but he kept going. Hard work is hard work is easy work. Hard hard hard work is easy work. Then he got his daddy in his. That's right, champ. You could— man, listen, calibration. It's not a great person in the history of greatness that didn't run 5 C's, either consciously or unconsciously. Do yourself a favor. After you go on, that makes sense, this is something that I want to implement, go to the link in the bio, get you the 5 C Jumpstart. It's a worksheet that you're gonna work. That worksheet is gonna help you to get clarity. Do not rush through the worksheet because clarity is the foundation of the process. If you don't got clarity, there's nothing to calibrate to. If you don't got clarity, there's nothing to become confident in. When you don't got clarity, you gonna do competence. You gonna be out here doing a lot of stuff, but it's like running as fast as you can, as hard as you can on a treadmill. You doing work, but, but you on a treadmill. Doing step four without steps one, two, and three is like vacuuming with an unplugged vacuum. It's like trying to toast bread with a toaster that's not plugged in. Like you putting the toast in there, you pushing the button down, but your bread is not getting toasted and you frustrated. Clarity, calibration, and confidence—it's like plugging the toaster in. It's like plugging the vacuum in. It's like getting off the treadmill and getting on the road. Do yourself a favor. Invest in yourself, not in me. In you. Invest in yourself. You're going to spend $49 and you're going to get the 5C Jumpstart. You're going to do the clarity exercise in there and you're going to take your time and do it and you're going to handwrite your answers. Listen to me because I'm telling you to do the things that I would tell you to do if you were doing like one-on-one work with me. And I'm not going to be there to hold you accountable. Okay? So that's why it's $49 and not— $5. $1,400 because you gonna do the work of holding yourself accountable. You gonna write out your answers. And then there's a hypnosis recording. There's a guided audio hypnosis track that you gonna listen to that's going to help you to calibrate to your clarity. Then there's an exercise that it gives you to help you to keep calibrating to your clarity. You gonna keep calibrating. You gonna keep calibrating. And this is another thing, like when you rewiring the mind, I want you to learn how to create the positive experience in your nervous system, create that positive experience in your endocrine system, then get out. Create the feeling and get out. Like imagine if you trying to manifest $10,000 a month. What oftentimes happen is people will go, okay, I have $10,000 a month. They'll get that feeling and hold that feeling for as long as they can. Then the feeling fades away. Now they upset because the feeling— listen, get the feeling, get the good feeling, let it go. Get the feeling, feel the good feeling, feel it for a few seconds, let it go. Don't try to force it to stay because when you try to force it to stay, you start using willpower. Willpower is not a faculty of the subconscious mind. Willpower is a faculty of the conscious mind. So when you start trying to use willpower, you're taking yourself out Out of the hypnotic state, so to speak, and putting yourself back in the logic, reason, analysis, willpower state where you can realize it's not there yet. So what you really do is end up taking one step forward and two steps back. And this is why it behooves you to get in the mastermind, because you're going to be working with a clinical hypnotherapist to really understand how these new connections get made. But what I want you doing is I want you to create the feeling, get out. Create the feeling, get out. Create the feeling, get out. Before too long, you're gonna notice that feeling starting to linger. You're gonna know the feeling going, wait, why, why, why, why? I wanted to— can I stay? And of course your answer is gonna be, hell yeah, stay as long as you want. But you don't— imagine you come over somebody's house for the first time and you like, all right, I'm finna hit— they like, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, stay. Like, yeah, you can sleep here. You like Why you so? You gonna think it's weird like you. Why you trying to force me to stay? But man, you've been going over there for a while. You like yours. I hear the Wi-Fi good, the bed comfortable. They got snacks. Wait, oh you. So I ain't got it. So I I can stay now. Now you feel like staying. You like that. You can't. You at ease about staying now. Feel it. Let it go. Because like the reason you feel the need to hold it is us that it. It's because it's under the influence of not having. Like, I need to hold it. I need to have it. If you on the first date, you talking about telling somebody on the first date, "I want to marry you." Like, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait! We just met. We just met. So even if you thinking it, don't say it out loud. You like you look desperate when you try to hold on. Feel it. Let it go. Feel it. Let it go. Feel it. Let it go. Feel it. Let it go. And what's gonna happen is you're gonna start reprogramming your nervous system, and before too long, it's gonna hang out as now as a part of your personality. Now it's a part of your identity, but you can't force that to happen. You allow that to happen. Okay, so let me open up my laptop. And people who want to get the 5C Jumpstart and your 5C Jumpstart is also the key That's the key to the mentorship. So people who have the 5C Jumpstart, they get invited to the mentorships. And you don't just get to come to this mentorship, you get to come to every 5C mentorship for furthermore. So you're gonna invest $49 in yourself, and at least once a week you're gonna get to come hang out with me and, and the group, and you're gonna get to ask questions about 5C. You're gonna get to iron out the nuances about 5C. Who planning on investing in theyself? I'm getting over here and pulling it up on my computer so I can walk you through how to do it. For sure, it's dope. And if we get 5 new people signed up today, we're gonna do a mastermind tonight. If not, it'll be Wednesday before we do one. Not Wednesday, Thursday. My fault, my fault. Fuck. What's up, Poncho? I'm getting this pulled up. Give me a second. Give me a second. What's up, Nick? Oh, I'm not logged in. That's what's going on. Uh, let's All right, I'm gonna just show y'all on my iPad because it's not logged in on my computer and it's taking longer than I want to take. What's up, Yvonne?
