The first C is clarity. You can't get what you want until you know what you want. How you gonna hit a target that doesn't exist? Not knowing what you want is the equivalent of getting in the Uber and saying, don't take me to the mall, I hate the mall. Don't take me to the post office neither. Don't, don't, don't take me— you telling the driver where not to take you. Now, if I'm driving your Uber, I'm gonna put the car in drive, get on the highway, and I'm gonna not take you to the mall. I'm gonna be speeding. I'm gonna go 85, 90 miles per hour, and the only place we going is not to the mall. And before you know it, you're gonna owe me $100. Before you know it, you're gonna owe me $100.
