And you start to imagine this thing that you got clarity around, but you start to imagine it so intensely that you can feel the emotions from it. Now, the subconscious mind has a hard time telling the difference between something that you vividly imagine and real life. That's why you can watch TV and cry. That's why you can watch TV and get upset even though you know it's not real. So you're gonna start using that same superpower that you use when you watch TV You're gonna start using that same superpower to start reprogramming your subconscious mind. And understand, everybody do this. This is the process for creating anxiety— getting clear about what you don't want, focusing on it so vividly that you add feeling and emotion to it. Now the subconscious gets on board. This is how you become depressed. Get clear about what you don't want, focus on it to the point where you make so many associations down here that the subconscious mind goes, okay. You gonna start doing it in the other way. You're gonna get clear about what you want, and you're gonna focus on it so vividly that you start making associations in the mind around what you want.
