Let's go. Okay, you want to stop smoking? So you do— you want to stop smoking and have an orgasm, or you just want to stop smoking?
One thing at a time.
One thing at a time. Okay, she said just to stop smoking. I always, I always want to ask.
I'll follow you back, bookie.
Westside Dreedy. All right, I'll follow you back. I don't think I need to do the orgasm.
My son's right beside me.
Oh no, well no, we're not gonna do that if your son's right beside you. That's not Carl's fault. I'm gonna throw you in the big box though. We finna— you got some cigarettes with you now?
They're right beside me.
Oh good, that's where I want them at. All right, so Cassie, you gonna ignore all of these people and you're gonna focus on my handsome face. This the only— this face right here, the only one that matters. Just, just me and you. First things first, I can't overpower your mind. It's 3 o'clock in the morning. I'm tired. I'm not going to try to overpower your mind. But if you listen to what I tell you to do and you do it, when I tell you to imagine things, if you try your best to imagine them, I promise you're going to be hypnotized. When's the last time you smoked?
Uh, probably like 2 hours ago.
2 hours ago. Do you got a desire for a cigarette right now?
Mm-hmm.
How bad?
Just because I'm bored.
Like, I don't even want to smoke. On a scale of 1 to 10, how bad do you want the cigarette right now?
Like a 5.
Like a 5?
I think it's— I don't, I don't want it really. I think it's just because I'm bored and I want something to do.
That's exactly what it is. So you say on a scale of 1 to 10, you are at a 5 as far as wanting a cigarette. We're gonna squash that. Are you muted, Cassie?
No.
Okay, good. So this is what I want you to do. I want you to take this hand right like this, your right hand, and put it right here. I want you to take your left hand like this. I want you to start tapping right here on the side of your hand. I want you to say, even though I've smoked cigarettes in the past, even though I've smoked cigarettes in the past, I deeply and profoundly love myself.
I deeply and profoundly love myself.
Even though I've smoked cigarettes in the past, all right, then I want you to tap the top of your head, like the top center of your head, and I want you to say cigarettes.
Cigarettes.
Release.
Release.
I want you to tap right here in the middle of your head. Cigarettes.
Cigarettes.
Release.
Release.
Take a deep breath in and let it out. And now after that, on a scale of 1 to 10, what is your craving for a cigarette right now?
A 1.
A 1, exactly. All right, so that's how quick— that's how the human body works. We can get rid of things just like that. So what I want you to do for me is I want you to put your hands up like this. I want you to rub them together.
Yep.
And I want you to lock, lock them in tight. And as you lock them, I want you to put your index finger straight up to the ceiling, and I want you to put those fingers in front of your face, and I want you to stare at them. I want you to look at them. And as you look at them, I want you to use your imagination. I want you to imagine that your left finger is a magnet and your right finger is a magnet. I want you to feel that. Every word that I say is causing those fingers to draw tighter and tighter together. And as you think about that, I want you to also think about all the people that you love. I want you to hear their voices. I want you to see their faces. I want you to pick one person, one person, that person that you really love. And I want you to imagine that that person is giving you a big hug right now. I want you to imagine what that will feel like, and I want you to feel it run all the way to your body, through your body. And as you feel that, I want you to remember those fingers are magnets and they're magnetized together. Try to separate your fingers and notice what happens.
I can't.
You can't, can you? Now watch this. I'm gonna snap my fingers and they gonna break loose just like that. But watch this, they're magnets. They gonna go back together. You don't got to do anything, just watch them. And when they touch, I want you to close your eyes. Every word that I say is causing those fingers to draw in closer and closer together. That's it. And when I snap my fingers, they just move quicker. Watch this. Just like that. Yep, and they just move right in. Close your eyes and just relax. Listen to the sound of my voice. Notice all the different sounds you can hear in the room. I want you just to relax your shoulders. That's right. Relax your jaw. Feel your tongue relax inside of your mouth and just go deeper and deeper. That's right. The deeper you go, The better you feel, the better you feel, the deeper you go as you go into this endless stream of relaxation. I'm gonna count from 3 to 1. When I say 1, you're gonna just go 10 times deeper in the relaxation. 3, 2, 1. Deeper and deeper. That's right. So I want you to imagine, I want you to imagine that your eyelids are locked shut. Imagine that they're locked shut and there's nothing you can do about it. Every time you try to open your eyelids, you realize that you can't and they just become stuck tighter and tighter. In a moment, I'm gonna ask you to try to open your eyes. When you try to open your eyes, you will notice that you cannot. You will not try to open your eyes until you know that you cannot. So right now, I want you to close your eyes as tight as you can. I want you to relax your jaw muscles and just keep those eyes closed tight. Your eyes are locked shut. Try to open them and notice that you can't. That's it. And you just relax. I'll get them open for you in just a little bit. There's no need for them to be open right now. Because right now you're just about to relax. And what's gonna happen is I'm gonna count from 3 to 1. After I say 1, I'll say sleep. When I say sleep, you'll feel your head drop forward and you'll just relax and go 10 times deeper into relaxation. 3, 2, 1, and sleep. That's right, deeper down. The deeper you go, the better you feel. Just allow your hands to fall and just relax completely. I want you to take time and just appreciate the fact that you have nowhere to be right now. You have no one counting on you for anything. The only thing that matters is you sitting here Relaxing and going deeper and deeper. I'm gonna count from 3 to 1 again. When I say 1, I'll say the word sleep. Only thing that's gonna happen is you're gonna go 10 times deeper relaxed. Your mind will go completely blank. Any resistance left in your mind and your body will completely leave. 3, 2, 1, and sleep. That's right, deeper down. The deeper you go, the better you feel. The better you feel, the deeper you go into this endless stream of relaxation. From this point forward, anytime that I say the words freeze, you will freeze like a statue. You will be stuck. You will not move. You will look at me and give me your undivided attention. Your mind will remain blank and you will not move until I say the words unfreeze. Nod your head if you understand. Exactly. 1, 2, 3, eyes open now. All right, Cassie, so you were telling me that you wanted to quit smoking. That's what we up here for, right?
Yes.
All right, you ever been hypnotized before?
No.
All right, well, this is your lucky day. So I just want to make sure that everything— freeze. That's right. And freeze. All right, so where you from, Cassie? You said Kentucky?
Alabama.
Alabama.
Who—
somebody else is from Kentucky. I'd be mixing shit up. Don't— I smoke a lot of weed. Don't— just blame it on the weed. Don't even— don't even worry about it. So freeze. Every time I say the word hypnosis, you're gonna smell something that smells like dog shit. It's gonna smell like dog shit. It's all around you. Unfreeze. I've been doing hypnosis for about 15 years. I've been— I've had a lot of practice with— you okay? I've been doing hypnosis for about 15 years. I've been— I've had a lot of practice with— you okay? I had a lot of practice with hypnosis. Okay, I practice it all the time. So people on Bigo, they find out that I'm a hypnotist, and every time I go in panels, every time I go on panels, they go hypnosis, hypnosis, hypnosis, and like that's all they want to talk about. And sometimes I get tired of, but overall I like the word hypnosis, so I just roll with it. You okay? Anything, uh, unnormal going on over there, or you, you good to go, or what?
I'm good.
You're good to go? Okay. But yeah, so I just be going around, B-Go, talking about hypnosis. What's the smell that you hate?
Gas.
Gas? Like it make you like sick, like to the point where you don't So if your cigarettes smell like gas, you don't— you don't think you would smoke anymore? You couldn't even picture it? Okay, that's good to know. I can use that. Freeze. Every time that I say the word Alabama, it's gonna smell like there's a gas leak in your house. It's gonna make you sick to the stomach. It's gonna smell horrible. Unfreeze. All right, so I haven't been to Alabama in a long time. I went to Alabama once when I was like 7 or 8. But I haven't been to Alabama. But I haven't been to Alabama. You okay? In a long time. What's going on over there? Oh, you had like a weird look on your face. So, but yeah, I was telling you how I hadn't been to Alabama since I was a kid. You born and raised in Alabama, or did you move to Alabama later in life, or what?
Raised.
What part?
Huntsville.
Huntsville, Alabama. Okay, I didn't pass through. Yeah, so what's your, what's your favorite thing about Alabama?
Nothing.
Nothing. What's your least favorite thing about Alabama?
The weather.
The weather. What's the weather like right now? It stay pretty hot in Alabama, right?
Like, it's snowing for the past 3 days. It's been snowing and ice, and then next week it's supposed to be like 70 degrees.
Okay, so, um, do you smell anything right now, like weird or anything around you?
I can't describe it, but— Do you like it?
Do you not like it or what? You don't like it? You know what that is, don't you?
No, I don't know. It smells bad.
That's those cigarettes. Grab your cigarettes and smell one of them. That's those cigarettes you smell. I'm telling you, grab one and try it. Those old cigarettes you smell. Smell it.
Okay.
Oh yeah, stay off the camera with it. But oh yeah, get it off the camera. But you smell that?
Okay, I threw it down.
You threw it down? Why you threw it down? You like cigarettes? It smells— lean over there and smell it again. It's gonna be worse this time, just so you know. It's gonna make you want to throw up, but you're not going to. You're gonna control yourself, but it's gonna make you want to throw up. You good to go?
Okay.
All right, so what you got to do is you got to take a deep breath in and let it out, and your body gonna get rid of that smell because that's what your body like. Your body like good, clean, fresh air. It don't like those toxins you putting in your body. But, um, every time you touch a cigarette from this point in your life, that's what it's gonna smell like. Every time you inhale a cigarette, your mouth and your body is going to be full of that smell that you smell. And like, you, you an adult. You got 2 hands, you got 2 feet. You can go to the store and get some more if you want to, but that's what they gonna smell like from this day forward. And unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it. So, um, I want you to look at my hand, and I want you to focus on this hand. I want you to allow your eyes to close only as quickly as my hands close. That's right, just let them get in sync and sleep deeper down. That's right. The The deeper you go, the better you feel. And what I want you to do is I want you to think about your family. I want you to think about the people who count on you. And I want you to think about that horrible smell of those cigarettes. For one, the smell alone is going to keep you from wanting those cigarettes. But even if that isn't enough, you're going to think about the people you love, the people you're counting on, the people who want you to be around to love them and care for them. You'll never touch cigarettes again. You're no longer a smoker. You're Cassie the non-smoker. You no longer have to stand outside and freeze in the cold to smoke cigarettes. You no longer have to think about how you smell before you go in certain places. You no longer have to deal with that disgusting taste in your mouth from smoking because you don't do that anymore. You take action when you get an idea. You take action when you get a seed planted. You water it daily and you just watch out. You'll never smoke cigarettes again. The thoughts of cigarettes make you sick to your stomach. I'm gonna count from 1 to 5, and as I count from 1 to 5, you're gonna feel these changes save themselves at a cellular level. You're gonna feel these changes take place in your body at a molecular level. From this day forward, your life will never be the same. You'll have more energy, you'll be making stronger, better decisions, and for one, you'll not be smoking. And that alone is gonna add years to your life and enhance you. Your skin is gonna look better, you're gonna be healthier, and you're gonna move better through life. So I'm gonna count from 1 to 5. When I say 5, your eyes will pop open, you'll feel energized, and you'll feel amazing. 1. Feeling your body start to heal itself. Realizing that you don't need cigarettes to do what you do. Realizing that that gassy smell is not what you want in your body. Saving these changes at a cellular, molecular level. Feeling the big ball of energy start at the tips of your toes and feeling it rise up and burst through your body. Eyes open, feeling amazing, no longer a smoker. So Grab one of those cigarettes and, um, and, you know, light it for me. When you finish, I want you to just go have a smoke and celebrate the fact that you're not a smoker no more, okay?
I don't want it.
Why you don't want it?
And I'm in the house, so like you said, I don't have to stand outside in the freezing cold anymore.
Okay, well, bet. I want to talk to you in about 3 or 4 days, and I want to make sure you still don't want it.
Okay.
All right, but that's it.
Thank you.
Thank you.
