In this motivational monologue, the speaker argues that reliance on external gurus, books, and techniques (such as Neville Goddard, Abraham Hicks, affirmations, vision boards, tapping, breathwork) is the core reason many people fail to see the results they desire. He redefines "manifest" as making something obvious to the mind rather than merely wishing for it, emphasizing that true manifestation requires embodying the identity of the desired outcome (e.g., feeling and acting as a millionaire) rather than constantly checking external evidence like a bank account. The central practice he proposes is "sitting in the having"—maintaining a sustained internal vibration of abundance until reality catches up. He also invokes a dominion metaphor, stating that God gave humans authority over the world, so one must lead internally by first feeling abundant, not waiting for external signs. The talk concludes that constantly looking outward creates a feedback loop that keeps people stuck, and the solution is to become the internal guru of one’s own life.

If you are someone who has read Think and Grow Rich, studied Neville Goddard, listened to people like Abraham Hicks, Joe Dispenza, Bob Proctor— pick, pick your guru, pick your person— but if you've done all of this stuff, tried the affirmations, the vision boards, the tapping, the breathwork, and the bank account still doesn't look the way that you want it to look, the body still doesn't look the way that you want to look, the relationship Still doesn't want, doesn't look the way you want it to look, and you're looking for that next piece, you're looking for that next thing, you're looking for that next guru to help you out, that's your problem. What you got to understand is you are the guru of your life, and anytime you're trying to make someone else the guru or you're looking for a process to save you, what you're manifesting is I'm not good enough, I don't have it, and I'm— you're going to spend the rest of your life searching for what only can happen in here. Okay, you got to understand that the word manifest means to make obvious to the mind. Doesn't mean to hope for it, doesn't mean to wish for it. It means to make obvious to your mind. Okay, so if I say I'm manifesting a million dollars, that doesn't mean that I'm physically putting a million dollars in my bank account. Manifesting a million dollars means that I'm making it obvious to my mind I'm a millionaire. I'm making it— I'm making it obvious to my mind I'm creative enough, I'm resourceful enough. I can expand. I can learn. I can stretch. I am a millionaire. That's what manifesting is. And a lot of times, I know you have. You've done that successfully. You've done affirmations. You've looked at the vision boards, and you've convinced yourself that you're a millionaire. The problem is you go check your bank account, and you unrealize it, and you start manifesting not enough. You start manifesting. It's not here yet. Now let me go do my affirmation so I can get this thing that I don't have. Let me go read this book so I can get this thing that I don't have. So you're doing all of these processes, reading all of these books. Books, taking in all of this content, but you're taking it in from a place of not having. You got to understand that reality takes time to catch up to reality, and what you got to do is sit in the having of it. I am rich. I am wealthy. I'm creative. I'm resourceful. I have an imagination, man. I'm, I'm wealthy. I'm so rich. I got 5 senses that work. I got a laptop. I got an iPhone. I'm wealthy now. And you got to learn how to sit in that until the bank account catches up. So if you're sitting in it, but then you check your bank account and you catch up to the bank account, the law of attraction will say, okay, I'm done here because it aligned you with the bank account. But if you look at the bank account and you still can remain in that vibration of I'm rich, fuck what the bank account talking about, forget what they talking about, I'm rich. If you can hang out there consistently, hanging out there for 10 minutes, not going to do it. Hanging out there for a day or two, not going to do it. If you learn how to hang out there consistently, reality has no choice but to bend To you, gotta understand God gave men dominion over the world. So when you're looking at the world and then letting the world decide how you act, how you feel, how you show up, you operating out of order. God didn't give the world dominion over you; He gave you dominion over the world. So because you are a leader, you gotta go first. You can't say I'll feel abundant when the abundance shows up. You got you gotta go first. I'm abundant, and you gotta sit there until the world catches up. The world is following you. But when you look into the world to see how to respond, it's like a dog chasing his own tail, and you keep chasing and creating the same thing over and over and over and over again.
