Jay Shaw, a clinically trained hypnotist, explains manifesting as making something obvious to your mind, not just wishing for it. He introduces the "magic 30," a 30-minute window before sleep when your mind is in a deep hypnotic state, where feeling your desired outcome (confidence, wealth, love) can reprogram your subconscious through repetition.

Last session ran a little bit longer than I intended, but how y'all doing, man? Big Abundant in the building, and we live, baby. We live, we live, we live. And today we're going to talk about my absolute favorite tool for manifesting. My absolute favorite tool for manifesting. We're going to talk about the technique that I use to build not one, not two, but three businesses. We'll talk about the tool that I use to Turn myself into a full-time hypnotist and into a, um, full-time content creator. We're going to talk about the tool that I use to control how I feel, make myself feel motivated when I don't really feel like taking action. We're going to talk about my tool that I use to feel how I need to feel when I need to feel that way. That's what we're going to be talking about today. So we're gonna hang out for just a second. If you're watching the replay, go ahead and fast forward. I'll go back and add some timestamps to when we really get things rolling. Before the live stream, I am going to give people a little bit of time to get in here. But again, if you're watching the replay, Put Replay Gang in the comments and I'll have some timestamps for you where you can fast forward to where we really get this thing rolling, because I'm gonna just hang out and chill with my— with the people for a moment and give people time to come in here and see what we got going on. For those of you who don't know, I am Big Abundant. I'm a clinically trained hypnotist living in Dallas, Texas, and I like helping people because I believe that as humans we could be, do, and have literally anything we desire. Like, there are no limits. I'm cutting back, I'm scooting back a little bit because my head chopped off, and I'm gonna definitely repurpose this content and make some other stuff out of it. But there are no limits. We can literally be, do, and have anything that we can hold in our minds. We can hold it in our minds, we can build it with our hands, but we can't build it with our hands until we can hold it in our minds. And that's what we're going to be talking about today. We're going to be talking about manifesting We're gonna define manifesting, and then we're gonna, um, talk a little bit about how hypnotic suggestions work. And then I'm gonna introduce you guys to this tool that I use to manifest. It's a tool that I use daily. It's my favorite, favorite, favorite tool. Favorite tool. Other people have talked about it. Neville Goddard talks about this tool. I've seen this tool in some other books. But, um, we're going to get into a little bit of the theory as to why this tool works, because a lot of the science behind why this tool works is the same reason that hypnotic suggestions work. Because when you're in trance, that part of your brain that goes, yeah, but, is out of the way. And we're going to get into when that part of your mind is completely out of the way, because even when you're in hypnosis, to some extent, that part is still there keeping guard. But it's another time when that part is completely out of the way, couldn't jump in if it wanted to. But that's what we're going to be getting into today. I'm gonna hang out for about 5 minutes. Again, if you're watching this on the replay, I'll have the timestamps in the, in the bottom. By the time you watching this in the replay gang, and then you could jump to the action. But I just want to chill, see if we get a few people in here before I get started. But, um, either way, people in here or not, I'm getting to the business in 5 minutes and we're gonna make it happen. I do apologize, I'm running a little late today. Last session ran a little bit longer than I thought it would, but we here now and we're gonna make the best of it. This is a show that we're going to be doing nightly. Every day, 5— I almost said PST, I caught it. Every day at 5 PM Central Standard Time, I'll be going live. As you can see, sometimes I do have a session running right before, and then I might be 15 minutes late sometimes, but I'll be doing my best not to do that that often. But every time we come here, we're gonna learn a lot, we're gonna have some dope conversation, and we gonna give you the tools that you need to change your life. Anybody interested in working with me on a one-to-one basis or getting in one of my smaller group sessions, bigabundant.com. Everything you need is on there, and we're gonna have a lot of fun, man. It's an old saying, they say the best time to plant an oak tree was 100 years ago. The second best time is Today, today. And the thing about tomorrow is tomorrow never comes. So quit putting stuff on tomorrow because when you get to tomorrow, tomorrow is now the day after tomorrow. You never catch up to tomorrow. So stop putting your dreams on hold till tomorrow and go for it. Go for it. Go for it. Go for it. I don't know if you guys notice or not, but those likes and those comments and those shares and all those little buttons that YouTube put down there. If you dislike the live, put the thumbs down button. If you think the live is amazing, let me know in the comments. If you think the lives suck and I should never go live again, Tell me about it in the comments. I read every last one of them. I reply to most of them. I'm not gonna lie, if you just put some dumb hater stuff down there, I'm not gonna reply. But anything that had even an ounce of thought into it, I'll reply to it. So we're gonna chill for just another moment because I'm getting real rambly, and if I'm gonna ramble, I might as well ramble on what we came here to talk about, right? Right. Oh, we got 3 likes! Appreciate y'all, whoever dropped those 3 likes. And if you in the room When I get going, I get in the zone. I don't always see those numbers, but if you send a comment, it's gonna pop up directly on my screen. I appreciate everybody this year, and I appreciate everybody to catch the replays, man, because without you guys watching the videos, I don't have a YouTube channel. I make all this content, but without people to enjoy the content, it's pointless. So I appreciate everybody who enjoyed the content. And if it's content you guys want to see that you aren't seeing, let me know. I literally make content every day, so if it's something you want to see that you don't see, let me know. Let me know, let me know, let me know, and we will make it happen. But our title for today is The Ultimate Manifesting Secret: My Favorite Trick for Bringing Your Dreams to Life. So I'm going to be telling you guys about my favorite, favorite, favorite manifesting tool. But before I could tell you guys about the manifesting tool, and before it could really resonate and make sense, I gotta explain to you what manifesting is. People always talking about manifesting, manifesting, manifesting. It's such a buzzword these days. People love throwing the word around, but most people don't know what manifest means. Most people think that manifest means to hope for or to wish for. That's not what it means. In fact, the word wish— I haven't looked it up in a while, but the word wish has the word impossible in the definition. It means to hope. Like, is the definition was some sort of effect of hope for something you deem impossible? Wishing is not manifesting. Anybody in here know what manifesting is? Has any— have any of y'all ever looked up the word manifest? I, I want to see who I'm talking to. Let me know if y'all already know what manifest means because I'm gonna give y'all the actual definition of the word manifest? Nope. Okay, well, if you in the replay gang and you want to type it in and see, do you know, I want you to pause the video and put it in the comments. But right now I'm going to tell you what manifest means. Manifest means to make obvious to the eye or the mind. That's what manifest means. It don't mean to hope for, it don't mean to wish for, it don't mean to beg for, it doesn't mean to get envious of other people who have it. It means to make obvious to the eye or the mind. So whatever you're making obvious to your eye or your mind in this moment, you're manifesting. If it's obvious to you that you're broke and that you're poor and that you don't have enough and your resources are limited and the government is doing this to you and the prices are too high, the gas is too high, everything's expensive, that's what you're manifesting. Because that's what's obvious to the eye or the mind. Now, in order to manifest something different, you got to become aware of something different. You got to make something else obvious to the eye or the mind. If you want to manifest abundance, you got to become aware of the abundance that already exists in your life. So if it doesn't exist monetarily, you might need to switch it to something else. If I want to manifest abundance, I need to become of aware of abundance in my life. Right here I got this thing full of pens and pencils. I got a choice. I could write with this ink pen, I could write with this ink pen, I could write with this pencil. That's abundance in my life right now. If I walk outside, I got 5 senses that work. I can, I can feel the wind against my face. It's endless blades of grass. It's evidence of abundance all around me. If I want to manifest a new house with a beautiful view, I don't have to wait until I get the new house to enjoy the beautiful view. I could become aware of beautiful views right now. This place is in the city. I could drive right now and enjoy the beautiful view. I can manifest the beautiful view right now. So manifesting is becoming aware of, making it obvious to you that it exists and that it's possible and that you have access to it. And once you manifest it and it becomes obvious to you, the physical thing tends to show up. Does that make sense? When I, when I first was becoming a hypnotist, I had to manifest me being a hypnotist. But before I could be a hypnotist, I had to become aware of the things that I already possessed that would allow me to be a hypnotist. I had to manifest the courses. I had to become aware of the classes that I needed to take, become aware of the instructors, become aware of the books that I needed to read. And as I became aware of each of the individual pieces, one day I looked around and I eventually had all of the pieces. Wow. That's all manifesting is. It's becoming aware of it piece by piece by piece, realizing that everything that you desire is already here. That business you want to start, the people who gonna buy products from you, they already here. The building you gonna put, put your products in, and the building you're gonna work up, the land already exists, the bricks already here, the material needed to build it already here, the people who are gonna build it already here. Everything is already here. Manifesting is the process of becoming aware, making it obvious to the mind that it's already here. You manifest all day long. You're constantly manifesting. So I hope that's making sense. Everybody clear what manifesting means? When somebody come to me to quit smoking, we spend about an hour and a half manifesting them being a non-smoker, making it obvious to their mind that they are a non-smoker. Once it becomes obvious to the mind that they are a non-smoker, craving for the cigarettes tend to leave. When I'm working with people on confidence, all our only job is to make it obvious to the mind that they are confident. Once it becomes obvious to the mind that they are confident, they manifest confidence. How you feel is what you are. When you feel happy, you don't say I feel happy, you say I am happy. When you feel mad, you don't say I feel mad, you say I am mad. It's no different with riches. It's no different with wealth. First step to getting rich is feeling rich. That feeling becomes your I am statement. When you feel rich, you become rich because you start to think rich thoughts. You become a vibrational match for the things that align with riches. That's what manifesting is. It's becoming aware of the thing that you desire to be. It's making it obvious to your mind that you're already there. Once you become aware that you're already there, you start to think like that. You start to feel like that. When you start to feel like that, you start to move like that. We we tracking, we rocking. Y'all y'all y'all is is this making sense to everybody? Is this making sense to everybody? I appreciate everybody who already hit that like button. Keep hitting those like buttons. That lets YouTube know that the content is fire. That let YouTube know that we on here and that the title isn't lying. When you come in here, you getting what you clicked on. It's not clickbait. It's the real thing. So for people who just joined us, we've been talking about what it means to manifest. When you look up the word manifest in the dictionary, it means to make obvious to the eye or the mind. It doesn't mean to hope for, it doesn't mean to wish for. It means to make obvious to the eye or the mind. I created Big Abundant in my imagination. Then as I practiced being Big Abundant, as I became aware and made it obvious in my mind that I'm Big Abundant, now people all over the world call me Big Abundant. My mama even called me Big Abundant sometimes. She definitely named me Jerry. But before anybody else could pick up on this concept of Big Abundance, it had become obvious to my mind. Nobody else was gonna believe in it until I believed in it. And I know a lot of entrepreneurs watch this channel. When you first get into entrepreneurship, when you first get into like content creation, the first thing you got to do is make it obvious to yourself that you are an entrepreneur. Make it obvious to yourself that you are a content creator, because those people who know you as stuff other than an entrepreneur, who know you as other than a content creator, at first they're not going to treat you like a content creator. What's up, Puskies? At first they're not going to treat you like entrepreneur because that's not the version of you that's obvious to their mind. So what you got to do, your work is to get in your own mind. You got to make it obvious to you because at first, I'm not gonna lie to you, you're gonna be the only one cheering for you for, for the first few months, few years sometimes. But if you can make it obvious to yourself for long enough, what's gonna happen is other people gonna catch on. But you got to be willing to sit in that manifestation alone and not come out of your manifestation just because other people ain't jumping on as quick. It's not their dream. They can't see it as vividly as you can see it because God didn't get them the dream. God gave you the dream. It's not their vision. So you can't be upset because somebody can't see your vision. It's not their vision, it's your vision. So until other people can see the vision from the physical results you manifest, you got to be willing to sit in that vision alone and don't come out of it just because other people aren't seeing it yet. All right, I feel like I didn't beat that horse long enough. It's time to get moving. So I'm going to introduce this tool to y'all, but before I introduce this tool to y'all, I want to explain to y'all how hypnosis works. I want to explain to y'all how hypnotic suggestions work and how they, they plant, because that's really what a hypnotist is. A hypnotist is a person— well, hypnotherapist is a who you come to with a problem, and they listen to how you describe that problem. And as they listen to how you describe that problem, they figure out, is it a problem you're holding kinesthetically? Like, it's a— is it a problem you feel in your body? Or is it a problem you, you hold visually? Is it a problem you see? They figure out, is it a problem that you hold auditorily? Is it a problem you hear? Is it a voice inside of your head telling you you can't do it? Is it a feeling in the pit of your stomach telling you you can't do it? Or is it like this block? It's this big wall you see in front of you telling you you can't do it. A hypnotist is a person that's really good at figuring out how you build problems. And if I understand how you build problems, I can help you build a solution. And I help you build that solution through giving you affirmations. So a hypnotist is essentially a person who's really good at crafting useful affirmations and giving you affirmations in the way that you need to hear them. Because you could talk to a kinesthetic person, you could talk to a person whose problem is in the way they feel, who got this feeling in the pit of their stomach. You could tell them that they can see a way out, and you can tell them all of this stuff, but if you're not talking to them in the system that they hold the problem in, it's going to be a mismatch. A lot of times when couples are fighting, it's because they're talking in 2 different systems. One person in the relationship is saying, I just feel like this, and I feel like this, and I feel like this. Other person saying, well, I think this, and I think that, and I think that. One talking about what they think and the other person talking about what they feel. A lot of times they could be saying something really close to the same thing, but one person talking about what they think and the other person talking about what they feel, and neither one of the people feel heard. A hypnotist is a person who's really good at listening closely and understanding where the problem is and then giving you the solution— well, helping you discover the solution, because you can't give nobody a solution, but allowing you to discover the solution and keeping you in the system where the solution exists. Does that make sense? What's going on, Nene? So this tool is going to help you to do that for yourself, and it's going to help you do it at the most powerful time of the day when you already in hypnosis. But let's talk about how hypnosis works, because it's one thing just to give a suggestion, but you want to give a suggestion after we open what's known as the critical mind. So in order to make this make sense, I'm gonna run y'all through a little model. Usually I, I don't feel like going to the whiteboard and Right, and all this stuff because I didn't set that camera up. So I'm just gonna use my head as a model. So when you're first born, the mind is essentially a blank slate, completely empty. You only have 2 fears when you're born. Did you know that? A baby is only born with 2 fears. A baby has a fear of falling and a fear of loud noises. Any other fear that a baby has, it learned. You, you could put a baby on the stage in front of 10,000 people. Do you think the baby is gonna get nervous? No. Nope. You could talk to the baby about COVID cancer, the recession. You think the baby is gonna panic? Nope, hasn't made those associations yet. So a baby is born as a blank slate, and a baby is born into what we refer to as hypnosis. The baby's literally a sponge that's just drawing in information. The brain is working in what we call theta. The, the brain waves are moving really slow. And they're really malleable. So that's why the babies are so programmable. Think about all the stuff you learn in the first 2 years of life. Learn how to walk, you learn how to talk, you learn how to read facial expressions, you learn how to read body language, you learn how to crawl, you learn all of this stuff. You learned that that's mom, that's dad. You just learn— you just sponge, you're just soaking in everything. You learn a whole language. If you grow up in a house with people speaking 5 languages, you're gonna learn all 5 languages. You grow up in a house with people speaking one language, you're gonna learn that one language. Nobody's gonna sit down and say the, the cat. Like, you just, just through being in the room, you're gonna just through osmosis pretty much bring that stuff in because you're in hypnosis. And that's the first 8 years of your life. You just sponge, you just bringing things in. Now around the age of 9— so I don't have anxiety, I'm just overthinking things then, possibly. I don't want to jump to any conclusions, but it's pretty good chance that that's the case. But around the age of 9, you start to develop what we call the critical faculty. And the critical faculty is your part— is that part of you goes, well, that's not true because I know this, and that's not true because I know that, that's not true because I know that. From the ages of 0 to 8, you're literally making associations. That's all you're doing. You're making identifications and associations. Let's say you grew up in a house with a dog. You love this dog, you cuddle with this dog, so you're gonna make a positive association towards dogs. Let's say you didn't grow up with a dog, but your cousins have a dog and this dog scratched you as a kid. You might make negative associations towards dogs. So 2 people can be looking at the same dog and have 2 different feelings, have 2 different reactions based off the associations that they make to dogs. Does that make sense? And your whole life after the age of 8, you, you pretty much going off of those associations. It don't matter what's true and what's false and what's really happening. You're gonna run it through the filter of your associations that you have. So that's where that critical faculty comes into place. On top of the critical faculty, we have the conscious mind. So when new information try to come into the conscious mind, what's gonna happen is it's gonna bump into the critical faculty. Now, if it agrees with what the subconscious mind— if it agrees with those associations that are already there, the critical faculty will let it in. If it doesn't agree with what's already there, the critical faculty gonna kick it out. So you could do all your affirmations, you can get in the mirror and go, I am amazing, I am great, I am fit, I am motivated. But if the critical faculty is shut and going, I am amazing, I am great. Bloop up. I am confident. Bloop up. The critical faculty kicking it all out. The affirmations don't take unless you get the critical mind out of the way. And that's what we do when we put someone in hypnosis. We get the critical mind to open up. It's exactly what happens when you watch TV. When you watch TV, you know it's not real. You know that somebody wrote it. You know that it's scripted. But if you give your attention to it and allow yourself to get so wrapped up into it that the When the critical mind gets lost, TV can make you laugh, it can make you cry, it can make you smile, it can make you horny, it can make you mad. Any emotion, any feeling that you can feel in real life, you can feel it through watching TV. Why? Because when you watch TV, you suspend the critical mind. So when we do our affirmations, we literally have to get so wrapped up in them, we have to get our emotion involved, and then that's when we can bypass the critical mind. Because when the emotions bypass the critical mind, Like that. If you watch a lot of my hypnosis videos, sometimes you might hear me ask people, what would it feel like if your eyelids were stuck shut? Well, how would you feel if your eyelids were stuck shut? Because I know if you go in your subconscious mind and answer that question, now we're talking about emotions, now we're talking about feeling. In order for you to answer what it would feel like if they were stuck, you got to get them stuck. So that, that's one of the quickest ways to bypass The critical mind. That's another tip because I ain't even a tip I'm gonna give y'all. So when you put somebody in hypnosis, that's what you do. You get the critical mind to open up. Now when the critical mind open up, I can say you are confident. And every breath you take, you can feel yourself becoming more and more confident. Nod your head when you feel it. You gonna go, yeah, I feel it. And even as you nod your head, you feel yourself becoming more and more and more confident. I want you to remember a time where you feel confident in the past. Because if you ask people, can they be hypnotized? A lot of people gonna say yeah, but a lot of people gonna say no. If you ask somebody, can they remember? Most people gonna say yeah, I can remember. If I say, can you remember a time where you felt confident? You're gonna go, yeah, I remember a time I felt okay. Remember that. Guess what's gonna happen as you remember a time where you felt confident? You're gonna feel confident again because that's how that's how it works. But that still ain't the tip that I got for y'all. What's going on, Magic? What's up, Don? Don, I haven't forgot. Text you back, bro. I am. I've been slammed. I've been putting together this show. It's been a lot of stuff going on my end, but I definitely want to talk to you. But anyway, back back to what we talking about. Bypassing the critical mind is the most important part of manifesting because you can go, "I am fit. I am lean. I am amazing. I am happy." All you want. But if the critical mind is closed, those affirmations are being kicked right back out. They can sit in there for up to ninety minutes, but if the subconscious doesn't accept them, they don't bypass conscious mind. They gonna Kick out. But guess what? What if I told you, what if I told you that at least once every 24 hours your body automatically opens the critical mind? What if I told you that it's a period of time Every day, where the critical mind is wide open and you automatically become suggestible. No hypnotist necessary. Wouldn't that be the perfect time to give the body some good suggestions? Wouldn't that be the perfect time to pretty much reinvent ourselves? That'd be the perfect time to practice being confident. That'd be the perfect time to practice putting your shoulders back, putting your chest out, and putting your head up. What if I told you that that time was every night right before you fall asleep? If you got a consistent bedtime, you got this window called the magic 30. About 30 minutes before that time that your body is programmed to go to sleep, it goes into what we call the hypnoidal state. People don't know this, but you actually got to pass through hypnosis to go to sleep. And that time as you're falling asleep, That 30 minutes right before you fall asleep, as you're getting into bed and you think about what I got to do tomorrow, what I didn't do today. Oh man, I'm a horrible parent. I didn't do this. I didn't do that. Oh man, I should have did this. I should have did that. What you doing is giving your body instructions about how to feel tomorrow because you already— you in hypnosis. So what you have to start doing— this is the tool that I brought y'all here to tell you about. This tool right here. Every night as you're laying in bed, On your way to sleep, I need you to understand that you're already in hypnosis. And the crazy part is you in a deeper state of hypnosis than I could ever put you in. You in this state of hypnosis where your conscious mind is about to get so far gone that you gonna be dreaming and not even know it's a dream, unless you lucid dream. But we're not talking about lucid dreaming. But you finna be in such a deep state of hypnosis that if you imagine a tiger chasing you, You gonna run like a tiger chasing you, and you gonna be right there in bed. And that part of you called the critical mind, it will usually go, uh-uh, that's a dream. That part of you is out of the way. That's why those subliminal messages— this why they— this, this why they— this why they work. But it— those only work in a little window. We gonna have to do another live talking about the subliminal messages because they, they work, but they don't work the way people think they work. It is a window of time where they work amazing, but after that what's gonna happen is the subconscious is gonna be so busy doing things internally that it blocks out everything out there, because it's gonna be inside crafting some stuff, it's gonna be inside repairing some stuff. But as you fall asleep, instead of thinking about what you didn't get done that day, thinking about what you could have did better, your job— this is the tool right here— your job is to practice feeling the way you would feel if you already had the things you If your goal is to be more confident, your job is, as you lay in your bed, you fall asleep, to just imagine feeling confident. Don't worry about the how. The how is never as important as the why. And when the why get big enough, the how will manifest itself. Don't worry about how am I going to become confident. Just as you laying in that bed, if I was the most confident person in the world, I walk into work tomorrow My shoulders back, my chest up— I mean, my chest down and my head up. And your job as you lay down on that pillow is to see it happening, feel it happening, and drift off to sleep. That's your job. As you fall asleep, see it happening, feel it happening. Don't worry about the how, because the how is just gonna snap you out of hypnosis. When I help somebody quit smoking, I don't never talk to them about how to quit smoking. I talk to them about how good they gonna feel, how they gonna be able to be there and meet their grandchildren, possibly their great-grandchildren, how their skin gonna feel better, how much money they gonna save. I talk— I get them feeling the benefits. And when they feel the benefits, subconscious mind go, yeah, I like this. You know what, you can keep the counselor, you can keep that. I, I like this. Your job is to focus on the feeling. Feel the feeling as you drift off to sleep. And what's gonna happen is your last conscious thought It's gonna be of you feeling confident. Guess what happened as soon as you fall asleep? The critical mind opens up and those last few thoughts drop right in. It's a reason why they play infomercials at 2 AM and 3 AM to sell you stuff you don't need, because they understand you're very suggestible during those hours. You're what we call hyper-suggestible. So if marketers and people who want to sell you stuff are going to use your hyper-suggestibility You should be using your hypersuggestibility too, because there's some things that you want to sell yourself, right? You got some affirmations you've been saying for months and years that haven't sunk in yet. And if the marketers know that's the perfect time to sell stuff to you, this, this, it'll also work for you. If it'll work for them outside of your body, imagine what they do for you from inside of your body. That window when you're in that stage right between awake and asleep and you fall asleep, that's the perfect time to Think affirmations, not say affirmations. Saying affirmations— when I don't even recommend saying affirmations, I want you to become the affirmation. I want you to fall asleep as the affirmation. If you try to manifest a person into your life, I want you to fall asleep imagining that person already beside you. Feel that person pressing up against you. Imagine what that person smell like. Fall asleep feeling like they already there. And it's a part of you that don't know the difference. It's a— your imagination, your subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between something that's really happening and something that you vividly imagining. And your imagination is a muscle. It might not be as vivid right now as you want it to be, but if you start using your imagination every night, I promise you in a very short period of time you're gonna be able to imagine a lot. I can't visualize. My mind don't work like that. That's because you haven't used the muscle. That's like me going to the gym and trying to bench press 500 pounds and go, hey, I can't do it. No, I can't do it because I haven't been working on it. I haven't worked the muscle to be able to do it. But if I work the muscle, guess what's gonna happen? In enough time, I'm going to be able to lift it. Your imagination is the same way. I can't do it. Use your imagination. And if you really need some help, book a session. We can get your imagination working in a very short period of time. The imagination is one of your God-given gifts, but in order to use it the way it's meant to be used, you got to develop it. Start developing your imagination, and it's already developed. If you can have anxiety, you already got a good imagination. You telling yourself a story that part of you know not true. You know you just as good as everybody else. You know that you can be in this store and nothing's gonna happen. It's a part of you telling you a story. That's your imagination. So if your imagination can keep you stuck, if your imagination can make you feel down, it can also motivate It can also lift you up, but you gotta train it to do it. So every night as you're going to sleep, I want you to just pick a thought, pick a feeling, fall asleep feeling that way. And if you don't believe it work, think about how you wake up on days you gotta go to work or days you gotta go to school versus how you wake up on off days. And the only difference is a story you tell yourself as you're going to sleep. On Sunday night, as you're going to sleep, you're telling yourself this horrible story about Monday. How you wake up feeling on Monday? Ah, I gotta get up. Now it could be Saturday. If you off on Saturdays, you can wake up same bed, got about the same amount of sleep, but you wake up and you don't feel that feeling because you went to bed the night before telling yourself a different story. This is this tool in practice. Start telling yourself the story of how you desire to feel as you go to You want to make more money? Start going to sleep imagining the bank account already full. Watch how soon you start waking up with the ideas, waking up with the feeling, waking up with the creativity to get the money. I'm not saying a bag of money gonna fall out the sky, but I'm saying you're gonna start feeling different. And when you start feeling different, you're gonna start thinking different. I'm gonna start thinking different. And when you start thinking different, you're gonna start acting different. And when you start acting different, you're gonna start getting different results. And when you start getting different results, some of it's gonna come in the form of money. Some of it's gonna come in the form of new relationships. Some of it's gonna come in the form of new connections. Some of it is— it's the money. Is everything is an idea. Even the money you want is an idea. The house you want is an idea. It got to be an idea for it to be a house. This person called an architect has to put it on paper. The money that you want, it's an idea. It's an idea that we've all agreed to abide by, but it's an idea. Everything you want, you one idea away from. But when you feel bad, you get shitty ideas. So in order to get the good ideas, to get the things that you want, you got to learn how to feel better. Feeling better— I talked about this in one one of the previous lives. Your number one job in life is feeling good. When you feel— when I feel good, I'm a better father, I'm a better hypnotist, I'm a better big brother, I'm a better friend, I'm a better everything when I feel good. Now when I feel bad, I'll go through the motions, but my kid not getting a dad. My kid's not getting the dad they deserve when I feel bad. My mom not getting the son she deserves. My grandma not getting the grandsons because I'm just going through Emotions. But when I feel good, I bond with my kids different. I bond with everything. I'm a better hypnotist when I feel good. So you could think you doing everybody else a favor by putting everybody else before yourself and putting everybody else first, but you even doing them a disservice by not taking time to make sure you feel good. Because when you just doing it because you got to do it, you don't do it the same type of intensity. You don't do it the same type of love that you do it with when you feel good. Go look through situations of your life. Tell me I'm lying. If I'm lying, please tell me I'm lying. When you feel good, you go over and beyond for your children. You parent at a whole different level. When you feel good, you go over and beyond for your significant other. You girlfriend, boyfriend, husband, wife at a whole different level when you feel good. Practice feeling good. Practice, practice, practice feeling good. Think about how much time you done spent practicing feeling shit. And most people got really good at feeling shitty. By the time people come see me, they like, man, the past 2 years I just been— 2 years? You've been feeling like this for 2 years? Like, bro, I ought to slap you. You've been sitting in this, you've been practicing feeling this way for 2 years. You've been going to bed every night in that magic 30-minute window thinking about everything that's not working, thinking about how your life falling apart. Then you surprised when you wake up in the morning morning and you feel horrible because like, so your conscious mind is your— I just lost my thought. Oh, okay, there we go. Your conscious mind is your masculine mind. Stay with me. Your conscious mind, that, that 2% that you got control of, that conscious mind that then you used to focus with your intellect, your willpower, decision-making, all that is It's 2% of you. That's your masculine mind. Your subconscious mind, that 98%, is your feminine mind. The job of the masculine mind is to impregnate the feminine mind. Does that make sense? The job of the conscious mind is to get the subconscious mind pregnant. So what that means is the job of the conscious mind is to make a decision. I want this. But the conscious mind can't have that until it gets the subconscious mind pregnant with it. And guess when the subconscious mind and the conscious mind has sex? When you sleep. When you sleep, the conscious mind and the subconscious mind literally become one. I and the Father are one, although the Father is greater. We're not even gonna get biblical with this thing because we're gonna be here all night, then people gonna have to start disagreeing. I'm gonna have to actually pull out the Bible, and we're not even gonna go there. But the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus was, he was in his subconscious. When you go to sleep, understand that your conscious mind, your subconscious mind is getting ready to procreate, and it's gonna procreate. There's no such thing as not procreating, but it's gonna procreate for better or it's gonna procreate for worse. And your subconscious mind is going to impregnate your subconscious mind with something. So the tool that I'm introducing to you is choose what you want to impregnate your subconscious mind with. You need to fall asleep giving yourself pats on the back. You need to fall asleep feeling good. Don't fall asleep thinking about that person you mad at. Don't fall asleep thinking about that person at your job you can't stand. Don't fall asleep thinking about all the stuff you got to do tomorrow that you don't want to do. Fall asleep being the affirmation. Fall asleep as the version of yourself that you desire to be and watch how you wake up in the morning feeling. It work magic if you do it one time. It work miracles if you do it 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 months, 2 years, 3 years. It's people who knew me in high school. It's people who knew Jay Shaw that didn't get to meet Big Abundance. And they'd be like, bro, when did you become like so confident? Like, when did, when did this happen? Because this, this wasn't you in high school, bro. You, you, you— this, this wasn't you. I built this version of me by falling asleep seeing it night after night after night. That's how I built it. And if you want to build a new version of yourself— well, you're going to build a new version of yourself anyway— but if you want to build a version of yourself that you're going to be proud of, that window as you fall asleep is going to play a key role. So your job, your duty, and you're going to do it— I'm not even going to ask you to, I'm telling you to do it— the thing that you're going to do from this day forward is you're going to make it your business to fall asleep feeling good. We clear? I tell my clients this in every session. I'm gonna hypnotize you, you're gonna leave my office feeling amazing. But if you go home, go to sleep, and start going, man, I don't think it worked, I don't know if it worked, oh man, it couldn't have been that easy, I don't know, I don't think it worked, what you finna do is unhypnotize yourself and have to run me another $400. So I'm telling you up front, as you fall asleep, you're going into a trance that's stronger than any trance that I could put you into. Utilize it purposely. Decide how you want to feel and make it your business to feel that sleep— to feel that way as you fall asleep. Don't get caught in the how, because how is going to snap you out of hypnosis. I work with a lot of people with erectile dysfunction, and the main problem that people experience when it is is one or two things. Dehydration is usually a big part of erectile dysfunction. The other part of erectile dysfunction is they trying to figure out how to make it hard. It's not your job to make it hard. Your job is to focus on that beautiful young woman in front of you and notice her curves and the softness of her skin and the smell of her hair, and you just focus on that, and the how is going to take care of itself. Same way with building a business. I'm not saying the how not important, but I'm saying you can't create the how. You're not smart enough to create the how. That's what the Bible talking about when God say, my ways are beyond your understanding. We're gonna start having a Bible study because that's everything you want is in the Bible. I don't care if you're a Christian, atheist, I don't care what your Religion is absolutely everything you want is in the Bible. The answers are in there, but the how is not your job. You snap yourself out of hypnosis. You snap yourself out of the creative state. One of my favorite scriptures is not by force, not by might, but by my spirit, says the Lord of Hosts. You ain't gotta force the business. You ain't gotta might your way through the business. Just as you falling asleep, guess where you going? In this into the spirit. You absent from the body in prison with the Father. So as you fall asleep— what's up, Gwen? As you fall asleep, your job is to decide how you want to feel. If it's confidence, fall asleep feeling confident. If it's wealthy, if it's resourceful, is it— if it's creative, fall asleep feeling that way. And watch how you magically start to change. Doing this tool is going to be more valuable to you than a session with Big Abundance. Ever could be. And I already know sessions with Big Abundant go— anybody who ever had the pleasure of doing a session with you, you know we, we do our shit. But this tool is way powerful than hypnosis, is way powerful than meditation, it's way powerful than writing in that journal. Especially if you writing in that journal about everything that's going wrong. I have some of my clients bring me their journal. As I'm reading, I'm like, no wonder you feel bad. You writing about horrible shit that happened 30 years ago. And you going into detail. Your daddy had on a blue shirt when he slapped you in the mouth? Sheesh. Okay, like, no, like, you, you've been holding— like, stop writing about it. You want me to act like it never happened? That would be great, but I know you ain't going to, so no. But I want you to stop giving it so much attention. I want you to stop acting like it happened 10 seconds ago. Because you feel like it happened 10 seconds ago because you acting like you hypnotizing yourself. But this tool, and I'm saying it over and over again, we got this thing called the law of repetition. And when you hear something a thousand times, it just tends to sink. Like Muhammad Ali is my favorite. Like people say affirmations don't work. Like, have you ever heard of Muhammad Ali? I'm 25 and I'm pretty. I'm the youngest champion in the world. It ain't a scratch on my face. I flow like a butterfly, sting like a bee. I'm gonna knock Joe Frazier out in the 3rd round. People go, man, he knew so much about boxing, he knew the exact round he was gonna knock people out in. No, he didn't. He said it over and over and over and over and over again. Eventually it bypassed the critical mind. His 3rd— his subconscious mind said, we gotta knock him out in the 3rd round. Okay, his subconscious mind did the math. You watch old Michael Jordan, like, videos, sometimes you'll see Michael Jordan do a crazy play, then he just He put his shoulders up like that. He don't even know what happened because he wasn't focused on the how. He was like, this ball, that basket. Then something inside of him, his subconscious, did the math and made the other stuff in the middle happen. When I'm hypnotizing people, like, I'm training a few new hypnotists and they watch some of my videos, they go, bro, how did you— like, how did you do that? I was like, I don't even know how I did it. Let me tell you exactly what happened. I decided what I wanted to happen. And I trusted the part inside of me to figure out the how. Hey bro, I was watching and I noticed you used the triple entendre right here. You used the Ericksonian pattern. Like, bro, that's dope for you to catch all that because I didn't consciously do that. But you right, I am good. Shit, damn, I'm better than I thought I was. But I didn't consciously do that. I decided to go— like, think about this. And I'm beating this, I'm beating this because it's important. In a minute, when I end this live, I'm gonna decide to stand up. But when I decide to stand up, I'm not gonna consciously go, okay, I need to extend my thigh muscle, I need to flex my calf muscle, I need to push— I don't even know the name of the muscles to tell the muscles. I'm gonna decide to stand up and I'm gonna stand up. I just drunk out of this glass. Now, if I tried to consciously drink out of that glass, this white shirt wouldn't even be white no more. Next time you walk up some stairs, I want you to consciously walk up them stairs and notice how quick you fall. Right. Now, that's why— now, I'm not saying practice is not important, because practice is important. But if you consciously practice, but you subconsciously perform, Like when I was reading books and that Triple 100 knows the Ericksonian patterns that he talking about, I consciously put those in there. But when they come out, they don't— they subconsciously come out. Like when you first learning how to drive a car, you consciously drive the car. But have you been driving for a while? You got conscious— you'll wreck that car trying to consciously drive, trying to put your hands at 10 and 2 or whatever that You don't drive. You subconsciously whip that thing. You will total that car out if you tried to consciously drive. Next time you have sex, I want you to try to consciously have sex and notice how that work for you. I want you like I'm gonna put my left hand here. I'm gonna put my right hand here. Then I'm gonna stroke in. She'll be like, bro, get off of me! Why are you moving like a robot? Like what? What are you doing when you try to consciously do things? You screw it up. Decide what you want. See it as done. Feel like it's already done. If I like when I'm working with people on confidence, and I do this to this day, I practice confidence every fucking day. I go in that bathroom and I ask myself, if I was the most confident man in the world, how would I stand here? So I put my shoulders back. I put my chest out. I put my head up. I have my little light skin face, and I I had this conversation with myself. And guess what happened when I started standing like a confident person? I started feeling like a confident person. Guess what happened when I started feeling like a confident person? I started thinking like a confident person. Well, shit! If I got the body language of a confident person, I got the thought process of a confident person. Shit! Sounds like to me I'm a confident person. But how? It can't be that easy. Yes, it can, especially if you stop trying to complicate it. Like, I hate that about us humans. We don't like simple answers. So if you want to be rich, if you want to be more wealthy— if I was, if I was as wealthy as I wanted to be right now, how would I feel, man? I feel at ease. I feel like I have freedom, like I have choice. Like I had endless possibility. I'll have a stacked contact list. I'll be able to get a hold of people like the dude on Amazon, Jeff Bezos. I don't know why I couldn't think of his name. I'd probably be— I'd probably be homeboys with Elon Musk. You know what? I'm gonna go in my imagination and play with that for a second. Guess what happens when you imagine something long enough? It becomes your reality. Imagine if you in a relationship with somebody And you thought they was cheating. They really not, but you think they cheating. That relationship finna change, ain't it? You convinced. Your homegirl Keisha, who ain't got no reason to lie, she was pretty sure she saw him. Shit finna change, ain't it? Because you feel like it's true. If you feel like it's true, you finna act like it's true, right? So imagine if you thought you were successful. You not, but you think you is. Some shit finna change. You finna start feeling like it. You finna be motivated to do those things. Imagine if you felt sexy. You not, you 35 pounds overweight, but you feel sexy. When you feel sexy, you gonna start feeling more energized. You gonna start feeling lighter on your feet. That run, going to run that mile and a half, don't sound as bad as it feels when you don't feel sexy. It all starts with the feeling. Neville Goddard got this article. If I could talk, that would be great. I, I, okay, I feel like I can talk now. I can talk. Neville Goddard has this article called Feeling Is the Secret. Y'all should read it. I might read it over like a nice little chill instrumental or something, put it on YouTube. I need to put a new video I've been making shorts and putting up live streams. I ain't uploaded a video in a while, but um, I might. I think that's gonna be my next YouTube upload. I'm gonna upload this article called Feeling Is the Secret. I got it in reach somewhere. It might be on the other bookshelf. I ain't going to get it right now. But yo, that's it, man. We can kick it for a little minute, but I think I done beat this into the ground enough. Fall asleep feeling good. The song, song this whole 45, 50 minutes up ever long we've been talking. Your job is to fall asleep feeling good. Fall asleep feeling sexy. Fall asleep feeling calm. Fall asleep feeling like you him. Fall asleep feeling like you her. Fall asleep feeling like you that bitch. Like you, you, you, you it. Fall asleep feeling like the world revolve around you because it does. I know they told you it don't, but it does. It does. Good information. Appreciate you, Gwen. Appreciate you. We do what we can, man. Appreciate you. Fall asleep feeling good. Watch how you wake up feeling. Because when you fall asleep, your conscious mind and your subconscious mind are gonna— they gonna procreate. And fall asleep in self-doubt, you're gonna wake up with some new doubt that you didn't go to Sleep with. You making babies every night when you go to sleep. So let's start consciously making this baby. Let's stop accidentally making baby kids. Let's consciously make some kids we can be proud of. All right? Questions, comments, concerns, agree, disagree, comments about anything. What's up? We chilling now with the live. Oh. We we just friends and family talking at this point. What's happening? Agree? Okay, good. I'm glad you agree, Husky. If Husky approved, I did my job. I never fall asleep feeling myself good by feeding myself. That leaves room for unexpected something. Don't try it, dude. It's like if I try to cash out you, you ain't gonna you ain't gonna get it. Fellas, if a girl try to give you some pussy, you ain't gonna get it. Don't try. If you pay me for a session and I try to show up, you're gonna be pissed off. Yeah, and you'd be like, hey big, I need my money back. If I try to give you your money back, you're gonna be mad. Yeah, you're gonna do this tonight and you're gonna feel amazing. And when you wake up in the morning feeling amazing, you're gonna come in the comments And let them know, like, hey, he don't miss. He don't miss. But I'm telling you, man, falling asleep is powerful. It's more powerful than any hypnosis session you could do. It's more powerful than any vision board you can work on. And I'm not saying don't do those things. You should, because repetition works. As hypnotists, one of the first things we learn is this thing called the law of repetition. Like, sometimes I tried to come to the sessions. No, no, no. What sessions you tried to come to? Oh, you talking about if I tried to come to— yeah, if I tried to come to the session. Yeah, especially if you paid for it, you gonna be pissed. I was gonna say something, I forgot. Oh well, if it's important, it'll come back. But yeah, man, we, we got a lot more control over how we feel. Than we think we do. People think that X automatically have to equal Z, or X has to equal Y, whatever I'm trying to say. But you don't— just because this thing happened don't mean that you gotta feel this way. Now I'm not saying you wrong for feeling that way, I'm not saying you shouldn't feel that way, but anytime we get in if this equals this, then I gotta feel this way, we, we tripping. I remember one day I was kicking it with my homeboy, he got a call that his Great aunt had died, and he called his son and he was like, "Hey, bro, your your auntie just died," and it's all like, "Oh, okay. Can I go back outside and play?" He start fussing at him. It's like you don't even care. You supposed to be sad. Then I got to thinking, like, is that how we learn to feel sad when people die? Because as kids, we don't really give a damn. Like we we get hypnotized when this happen. You gotta feel this way. You a psychopath. Just let me be a psychopath. Let me be happy. There's something that got to be happening in my brain while I sleep. I watch scary movies and I'm having nightmares. I fall asleep. Exactly. I have a Valentine's, but he's my friend. Okay, I had a lot of fun situations that started off in friendship, so be careful. Started off as close friends. But yeah, y'all be careful, kids. Have fun. But yeah, man, y'all use this tool, man. Fall asleep feeling good. This was the number one ingredient in Jay Shaw becoming Bigger Bundy. I would fall asleep feeling like Bigger Bundy. Then I fell asleep feeling like Bigger Bundy. I woke up thinking like Bigger Bundy. Well, shit, if I spend 6 months thinking like Bigger Bundy, then at some point it's gonna become a habit. It's At some point it's gonna become second nature. It'd be so funny to me when people meet me in person. I'm only 5'9, but it'd be so funny when people meet me in person, they'd be like, bro, I thought you was like 6'4. I'm like, nah, bro, it's the energy is huge. I'm 5'9 all day long. I've had some females, they straight up disappointed, like, you lied to me. I never told you I was 6'4. Like you, you, that was your assumption. Like, they like you. I'm like, hey, I look taller. Oh, you done met me in person, you say I look taller? No, I'm fine now. I feel taller. And that's— we're gonna, we're gonna have a live on State Control. I already got the next few lives, um, planned out. I think I'm gonna change tomorrow's because, um, the live for tomorrow was supposed to be About a morning routine because I want to talk about how to fall asleep. Then I wanted to roll into the importance of a morning routine. Since tomorrow is Valentine's Day, I think we actually gonna talk about self-love tomorrow. But you short, so and that's and that's that's why it works for me. I'm happy being five nine because I like short girls. Like ah like it's cool. I had a tall girlfriend before. It was cool. But yeah, I prefer a little little little short women. So five nine works for me. When I'm here, I make you happy. I make me happy. Like, you— like, you don't take away from it, but that's another— that's another lie we got to talk about. Like, it's your job to make you happy. Happy is an inside job. I didn't— I made some shorts about this the other day. For sure, for sure. Oh, you short too? Everybody's short. Hey, short— well, I'm tall, but y'all short. That's cool, that's cool. 5'9 tall and bobbable. I'm the tallest nigga in any room. I stand there. Oh, I go to NBA game. I'm taller one, you know. I must have been lying. I get my tooth hard in here with this cup. My subconscious say nah. That's called an ab reaction. But nah, man, whatever you got going on physically, fall in love with it. Either fall in love with it and, um, make enough money to go pay Dr. Miami to change it, or fall in love. Like, like, fall in love with it, bro. You got what you got. My daughter used to say, you get what you get and you don't throw a fit. Like, bro, work with what you got. And handsome as you is, that's as handsome as you're gonna get. So take that amount of handsome and run with it. Like, that's it. If you stop that fine now, shit, you better work. Shit, you better use all of that fine. I'm fine now. I ain't never got beat up. I use all my fine. All of it. Like shit, you better shit. Feel it down on yourself ain't gonna make you no taller. I had burrito and fries for lunch. Biscuits, you bored? Let's keep saying he boring me. Biscuits thinking about her lunch tomorrow. I love y'all, man. Y'all so funny sometimes. But yo, so this is my new show. I'm done live streaming on all the other platforms. I'm putting my all into YouTube, and then these other apps, they catching the spillover. Yeah, you bored? Well, you can leave us because we ain't holding you hostage. She said, yeah, I'm bored. But I'm putting my all into YouTube because I've been studying my YouTube analytics and I see a lot of money that I have left on the table. And just in this last few weeks that I've been taking YouTube serious, I see a line like going like this. So yeah, I'm gonna do full-time YouTube creator. I've been putting several hours every day into YouTube and it's paying dividends already. I can only imagine what it looks like a year from now, 2 years from now. So occasionally when I just feel like playing around, you might catch me live on, um, TikTok. If I'm just up one night, I ain't got nothing better to do, you might catch me on Bigo. But my everyday place that people gonna be able to find me is YouTube, making these YouTube videos and just putting my all into it. Because the thing I like about YouTube is YouTube make money even after I'm done streaming. Like other things, I'm making money as long as I'm sitting in front of the camera. These YouTube videos, for one, I enjoy streaming. But I can stream, and even after we done with this live stream, some of y'all might rewatch it and new people gonna discover, and this live is gonna continue to make money. The live we did like a day ago, it made like $9, and it's just sitting there. And that— it made that in a day, just sitting there. As we do it more and more, in the last 29 days, I didn't got 85 new followers. So we just continue to do this time after time, and it made $9 that quick. Like, I can only imagine You still know my name. I might miss out tomorrow, Wednesday. Nah, you gonna miss out because you was bored. You like, I'm tired of Big Bundy. He bored. I got it, man. You could— this live could have been 30 seconds long, fall asleep feeling good, and we all could have left. I'm on to you, Huskies. I ain't gonna cry though. I'm on to you. But because I'm doing this every day, this is what I'm gonna need, man. I'm gonna need content ideas. I'm gonna need topics that y'all want to talk about. And I'm up on here, no notes, no scripts. Like, yeah, I already know me. This show gonna build itself. And that's the reason we can do this because I don't talk about things I don't know about. Now if you ask me about something I don't know about, I'm like, no, that ain't— I might, I might got a friend who I can invite on and we could talk about that subject. But such as I talk about, we're gonna talk about them and we're gonna have fun. Do more fun hypnosis. I'ma still do some fun hypnosis because it's one of my hobbies. But I feel in 2023, people need coaching and people need motivating way more than they need hypnosis orgasms, and way more than they need their feet stuck to the floor and their eyes stuck shut. I just feel like as a people, we, we need coaching, we need structure, we need tools, because we waiting on other people to close this wealth gap and people not— as a person in power, I'm not interested in giving up power. Who, who is interested in giving up power? Is the hypnosis school coming here? Once we get the numbers to support it, we could do that. But what I want to do more so than a hypnosis school is I want to do a big abundant mastermind. We're going to call it BAM. I'm sharing stuff with y'all that ain't even supposed to be being shared yet. It's still in the manifesting stages, but this family in here. So I'm eventually going to start this thing called BAM, and it's going to be the Big Abundant Mastermind. Well, we have deep— well, we have conversations like this, but it's gonna be in a private setting like Zoom, man. We gonna— because we got deep, but we could get so much deeper with this thing that we can get practical with this, talk about like actual practical steps and start like actual accountability circles. How you fell asleep feeling last night, man? I ain't gonna lie to you, I fell asleep— look, I got into it with my baby mama and I fell asleep pissed off. How you woke up feeling? Woke up with a headache, woke up tired as hell. All right, man, like get— and getting that kind of, like, the kind of feedback. But it ain't something we're gonna be streaming, it's gonna be something that's private behind closed doors. Does it cost money to get in? It's gonna cost a little bit because I feel like people treat stuff better when they pay for it. It ain't even about needing the money, it's just about— I didn't notice, like, when we do free stuff versus people treat paid stuff different because you tell somebody what it's worth when you tell them how much it costs. You, you tell people what it's worth when you tell them what it costs. So when you tell somebody it's free, you just told them it's worth nothing, and they treat it like it's worth nothing. I learned that with my family. Like, people literally pay $400 per hour for my time. I give my little sister some advice, she'll throw that advice— she'll throw that advice to the side like it ain't nothing. My little sister find— like, she took some advice I gave her, she called me and she asked me some I like— I know exactly what you need to do, but I'm gonna— I ain't gonna run your pocket like I run everybody else's, but I need— give me $75. You gonna charge me? I said, yeah, I'm gonna charge you. She gave me $75. She called me a week later. She's like, hey, I did it, it worked. Like, I told you this a year ago, shit. It could have been work, but you— she ain't buy you until she paid for it. I can't get in then. Don't make it too expensive though, because I can't pay a lot of money. Sounds like a membership. Maybe a membership. What, $10.99 a month? Cheaper than Netflix. I think my last Netflix bill was like $22. Netflix tripping. It's finna get canceled. You know what, I need to change it to my new card or it's gonna cancel itself. I might not have— they'll get the memo like, we done. All these streaming service, YouTube, Philo, Amazon Prime, bro. I might as well get cable at this point. All the, all these streaming services probably equal up to a cable bill. My kid's doing amazing, man. Oh, and this falling asleep thing that we're talking about, you can— this work on other people too. Your kids acting up at school, your kids not listening, or they could just You want something different happening in your kids' life? Fall asleep seeing them the way you want them to be, because there's only one mind. It's only one mind. Did y'all know that? We all can— now we each got our own little section in the mind, but all minds connected. Anybody ever walked in your house or walked in the area you was in and they pissed off and you just feel it? You know what's wrong with you? They go, nothing. You go, no. Something wrong? They're like, nothing, I'm fine. You're like, okay, y'all know I'm fine. Like, we, we all connected. Yeah, we all connected. Fall asleep seeing your babies the way you want them to be. Fall asleep seeing your relationships the way you want it to be. Oh, oh, I'm telling you, this, this shit is magical. This shit is magical. You ain't even gotta give me credit for it when it start working, but do tell somebody else if you come across somebody who ready to hear this advice. Don't get— don't tell nobody nothing about this who ain't ready to hear it. Like a lot of the things we, we gonna be talking about, people gotta be in a place where they want to change because a lot of people, they didn't marry their trauma. They don't, and they don't want a divorce. They want— they, they— it's a chemical addiction. Like your feelings create chemical reactions in your body. You can be chemically addicted to feeling bad. And if you try to make a chemically addicted person feel better and they're not ready to let go of that addiction, it's not gonna work. You're gonna stress you out. That's all you're gonna do. He bugging out? Yeah, fall asleep, son. Little man, as you know, as you know he can be. You his mom, you know him better than any— bro, my grandma, when nobody else could Reel me in when nobody else could calm me down, when nobody else could make me listen. My grandma could get me to sit down and listen. It was never through force. My grandma is a praying woman, so she was praying and she was seeing me as the sweet little boy that she knows she was raised— that she knows she, she helped raise. And it was her vision of me. My grandma has seen me smoking weed. My grandma has seen me drink. Yeah, she— Jeremy don't drink. She don't see me that way, and that's the version of me that she manifests. So in her presence, I don't. That's the version of me that she created. In her presence, I don't do none of that stuff. Do you think it still is effective if there are Some nights, or they're not intentional if you fall asleep without doing it. Yeah, so it's, it's momentum. Like, let's say I go to the gym every day for 2 years and I'm like, I'm looking great. I miss a week, I'm not gonna lose all my results. I mean, 6 months, I'm gonna start to look different, but some of my results still gonna be there. So missing a night not gonna ruin everything. Now, missing nights over and over and over and over and over again You know, gonna run. But so we gotta understand the law of momentum. So if I got a car at the top of a hill, right, and I put that car in neutral and give it a little push, if I want to stop that car, I can lean against it and make that car stop. I ain't gotta work too hard to make that car stop because it ain't picked up momentum. Like, now if I'm standing at the bottom of that same hill trying to stop that same car, good luck. That car, that car gonna smash me. So it's all about the momentum. But yeah, if you miss a night, it's just start back. And I do this with naps too in the middle of the day. I was telling you the other day, Gwen, I love me a good midday nap. I feel like stuff just ain't working out and I didn't fall asleep The way I should have fell asleep last night, I'm quick to go grab me a little 30-minute, 45-minute nap. But I'm gonna fall asleep in there now feeling blessed. I'm gonna wake up and then go take— get on the rest of my day. But yeah, it's all about momentum. And some things we gotta realize— and I'm not saying this in this particular case, but the spirit just tried to send me, so somebody need to hear this— some stuff we didn't let get so out of whack and so out of hand that we just gotta let it hit the ground, break, and then build something new. It's like if you jump out of a plane without a parachute, you can pray all you want, God gonna be like, don't worry, it's gonna be over real, real soon. Like, you ain't got long. Like, you gotta let that run its course. What's one method you can use not feeling anxious? The one we just spent the hour talking about. That's the best one I got. Everything else I got for you is ill in comparison to what I just gave you. I'm telling you. Yeah, everything else I got for you is ill in comparison to what we just spent the hour talking about. That's when your— that's when your two minds— because you got two minds, it's really one mind. I and the Father are one, although he's greater. Like you got 2 minds, but it's one mind. That's when the 2 minds start hunching. And we grown, we know what happens when you hunch. That's when your— that's when your 2 minds do that unprotected hunch. Okay. Then they do that unprotected hunch, and then you give birth to these little mental babies, these little spiritual babies, and they do what they do. Acorns don't have to try to become oak trees. That's what they created to do. Apple seeds don't have to try to become old apple seeds. I mean, apple seeds don't have to try to become apple trees. That's what they were created to do. That's what God intended for them to do. So confident thoughts don't have to try to become confident people. That's what they were. sent here to do. Depressed thoughts don't have to try to create depression. That's what they were sent here to do. Okay? And think of— imagine if you was as good at feeling good as you are at feeling bad. Think about that. Think about how quick you could get pissed off. Like, if I walk up to you, I believe you go, you a stupid Bitch. Without even thinking about it, you can get pissed off. But same words, I walk up to you and go, you look so beautiful today, and it might move you a little bit, but it ain't gonna move you as far to the good side as that other statement would to the bad side. Imagine if you programmed yourself to feel good as easy as you knew how to feel bad. It's all in the brain. What would that do for your life? If I could go, if I could go, man, yo, I'm like, why you wore that? You start second-guessing. So what? You don't like that? I like your shirt. Thank you. And just like that, you forgot about it. Imagine if the good stuff can make you feel as good as the bad stuff can make you feel bad. I hope I'm communicating. communicating that clearly because I feel like it's coming out a little— but I think y'all get what I'm saying because we're here. Does that make sense? Like, if we get the negative stuff, like a person of a certain color can call you the N-word instantly, you furious, you then ruined your whole day, you about to lose your job over a word. But if I just come to you and go blissed, it don't hit like it don't hit you the same. If I just come on you and go successful, that end word can take you all the way that way. But these other words, like you, you need to gotta actually put you in hypnosis and get you in a trance before we let those in. It shouldn't be like that. It shouldn't be. But all right, I done ran my mouth enough. I've been on here for 72 minutes. I love y'all. Ain't a thing y'all could do about it. Come kick it with me tomorrow. We're gonna be talking about self-love. I need everybody in here to hit that like button. They be cursing at your school? I'll be cursing at my job. I— we used to be cursing at my school too. I ain't gonna lie. If I was at your school, I'd probably be one of the ones cursing. All right, see you later, gang. I said, bad D kids. If I was one of the teachers, I'd be— I'd be— that's all you— all right, never mind. Words got power. We gonna use it constructively. But yeah, man, y'all come kick it tomorrow. Tomorrow Valentine's Day, so we're gonna be talking about self-love. Now you can't love nobody else till you love you, so bring y'all notebooks. That's what we're gonna talk about tomorrow. I don't know in what capacity. Oh, it's a live stream. It's gonna be recorded. All right, Nini, thanks for pulling up. Hey, I need all y'all to hit that like button before y'all get out of here. And, uh, you ain't even gotta watch, but go click on one of my playlists. Just let them videos play in the background while y'all doing other stuff. Let the ass play and all. I ain't say that, but I'm just serious. I love y'all. I'm out of here, man.
