Coach Jay argues affirmations fail because they ignore the deeper identity driving your behavior. Real change comes from redesigning your identity through his 12 dimensions framework, not willpower or motivation. He uses handwriting analysis and emotional assessments to uncover the contradictions keeping you stuck.

Go with your mood. But yeah, man, overthinkers, procrastinators, people who plan small. If I got any entrepreneurs afraid to charge what you're worth, any of that, man, you need to get in here because we're about to set you free. About to set you free. No more affirmations, no more vision boards, no more 369 method, no more looking for gurus, none of that. I'm gonna remind you of who you are and let you know where it really works. We'll talk about that identity, baby. That identity. The fact that you could be, do, and have anything you desire. Like, wouldn't you be excited if you never had to do another affirmation again? Coach Jay, I just love doing it. Hold on. The egg went the wrong way. But Coach Jay, I just love doing affirmations. No, you don't. Shut up. You do not love doing affirmations. You think you gotta do affirmations to get what you want. So you're willing to do affirmations to get away from what you don't want, but the affirmations are a means to an end for most people. It might be a few weirdos that just love doing affirmations. Most people don't love doing— you don't love doing affirmations. You think that that affirmation is gonna put that money in that account. You think that affirmation is gonna put that person in that bed. And it's a piece, a piece of the puzzle, but it's leaving out so much. It leaves so much more. Undead than it does dead, and what it usually does—it knocks people severely out of balance. I might want to take a sip of water. I will. Did I bring my water here? Nope. You know what? We're gonna take a sip of coffee, Kyle. Same difference, right? We're gonna wash it down with some caffeine. What's going on, voice? How you doing? Good, good, good. You could be doing have anything you desire, and eventually I'm gonna get started. I just want to get the algorithm time to get jumping. So you guys keep tapping, keep helping me welcome the new people in. What's going on, Lucky? How you been, man? What's up, Retro? What is up? What is up? What is up? What's up, Katella? Chilling, Retro. I'm about to get in here and set a few overthinkers free. First, I'm gonna finish my breakfast. Then I'm gonna quit coughing. Then we're gonna set some people free. A few overthinkers, a few procrastinators, a few people who've been playing small, letting reality bully them. A few people who forgot who they are. We're gonna remind them of who they are. How much is my one-on-ones? It depends, Wills. Depends on what you need, but on the low end, about $250. We doing something like a deep dive, looking at about $575. New Pedro, I just haven't been here. You ain't been here, so I don't know what's going on, love. I was looking at my TikTok data the other day. About a month and a half ago, when I went live, TikTok was showing my live to over 20,000 people. For about the last month and a half or so, every time I go live, if if you make it in front of 1,500 people, that that we consider that a good day. I mean, it is what it is. It just get the right people in here. But the crazy part is the reach went down, but the retention went up. The the retention like tripled. So the people they showing it to, that's the right people. I'm gonna let the algorithm do its job and I'm gonna do mine. And I trust the algorithm to be as good at it as I am at my job. I expect it to be equally good at its job. So I'm gonna let them do what they do. What's going on, Emerge? Retention is— yeah, the retention has been crazy. So that's how I know we talking to our people. So I ain't tripping on that. That's how I know we talking to the right people. I'd rather have a room full of engaged people. I'd rather have a room with 10 engaged people than a room Room with seventy people is just here trying to pick stuff apart. What's going on, all things sensory? How's life, my man? Life going good, man. I can't complain. I can't complain. I'm finna eat this last egg, and then I'm finna start screaming at y'all like I do every morning. What's up, Nicholas? I'm gonna get in trouble about the live. My wife gonna say you were eating online. Hell yeah, eating online. I was hungry and it was time to go live. What's up, Wilson? What's up, Nicholas? What's going on, P95? How you doing? Welcome to the live. I could have ate the live late or I can multitask. Apparently I ain't good at it. I keep sending his egg down the wrong way, man. Chilling, about to get on y'all's heads in a minute. Where my procrastinators at? Where my overthinkers at? Where my people who playing small at? You, you know it's more in the tank, but you don't know how to access it. Where my people at who tired of seeing people less qualified than them, people less talented than them do more than them and have more than them? Where you at? Let's talk. I've definitely still been using the tools you gave. Life is definitely moving forward for sure. Hey, like in the words of Reverend Knight, you can't lose with the stuff I use. This stuff works. This stuff works. Oh, I still be thinking about old boys. I mean, you talk about the same thing every day. I say, listen, man, if you see somebody on this internet, if you see somebody on that damn cell phone and they telling you to do one thing on Monday, they're telling you to do something completely different on Tuesday, then telling you to do a whole nother thing that contradicts what they told you to do on Monday and Tuesday, You might want to quit listening to them. Listen to anybody but them. You might— you can go take it. It's so many other things you could do than listen to a person who telling you to go in all these different— this is what works. This is what we stick to. I don't care if you want to quit smoking. I don't care if you want to lose 100 pounds. I don't care if you want to command rooms and stand on stages with your shoulders back and your chest out. I don't care if you got a habit that you want to break. This is how you do it, through identity. Through identity. What's going on, Kamisha? A lot of people, you can listen to them stream and you can tell what book they reading right now. I know Think and Grow Rich when I hear Think and Grow Rich. I know The Body Keeps the Score when I hear The Body Keeps the Score. I know How to Win Friends and Influence. You can listen to them stream and you can say, oh, okay, you reading The Five Agreements right now. I see you. You, you can listen to them stream and tell what they reading right now. That ain't this, this ain't that. I ain't telling you nothing about what I read in the book. I'm telling you what I've saw in the last 20 years playing in other people's minds. For those of you For those of you who are new here, I'm Coach Jay. I'm a clinically trained hypnotherapist. I've been hypnotizing people for 20 years. I own a firm in Dallas, Texas called Identity 2.0. We work with athletes, entrepreneurs, executives, founders, day traders, MMA fighters, you name it. We help people get out of their own way. We help people overcome things like imposter syndrome, second-guessing theirself, procrastination, anxiety, burnout. Coach Jay, I'm afraid to go live. Coach Jay, I'm afraid of public speaking. Coach Jay, I want to quit biting my nails. I want to quit smoking. I don't care. Every problem is a thinking problem. If we change the way you think, you accidentally change the way you behave. Most people are so distracted by behavior that they will never change their behavior. Behavior is the output, but you you you working on the output and you're not working on what created the output. Before it was procrastination, it was a thought in your mind. It was a feeling in your body. It was a memory from your past. When you trying to stop the procrastination, but you're not digging into what's causing the procrastination, you out of order. Jay, I just can't budget money. You trying to use willpower to budget money, but you're not seeing what's the conversation you caught that you're having in here. Causing you to buy things that you can't afford? What are you feeling in your body that's causing you to buy things that you can't afford? You don't gotta— you, you don't use willpower to change behavior. If I could beat that into everybody, most of your problems would disappear. You don't use willpower to change behavior. You use willpower to change your mind. You do not use willpower to change behavior. You use willpower to change your mind. When somebody say, Jay, will you hypnotize me to quit smoking? Yes, but let me explain what I do when I hypnotize somebody to quit smoking. I don't make them quit smoking. I change the way they think and feel about cigarettes. I change the way they think and feel about cigarettes. When they think and feel different about cigarettes, they gonna accidentally stop smoking cigarettes. Now, if you keep feeling the same feelings about cigarettes and thinking the same thoughts about cigarettes but trying to use willpower to not smoke cigarettes, now you pushing a really big rock up a really steep hill. What's going on, Tammy? How you doing? What's going on, Belinda? What's going on, Counter Talks? How you doing? So we're gonna be talking to, um, directly to overthinkers, procrastinators, my people who are burnt out, my people who are playing small, my people who, um, know that there's more in the tank, they don't know how to access it, my people who've tried affirmations, tried vision boards. Put a 1 in the chat if you might throw up if you do one more affirmation. I'm so over affirmations. Oh God, I'm so over— and then what people do is it, it never crosses their mind that it's the affirmation not working. It always goes back to self and go, I'm not, I'm not doing the affirmations hard enough. So you just do the affirmations harder. As hypnotists, we got this rule: if what you're doing isn't working, do literally anything else. The only stupid thing is the thing that you're already doing is not getting you the results you want. Don't stop doing it if it's not working. Stop doing it if it's not working. What's going on, Bri? How you doing? If you embody the stuff that we talk about in this live and all our lives, I promise you, you will never do another affirmation again. And you will— the bank account will still start to increase. You will never make another vision board again unless you're just into crafts, unless you just want to. But you will be done making vision boards because you think you got to to get what you want. The power is in you. And anytime you put the power in anything outside of you, rather it be a vision board, a crystal, another another person, a meditation. Anytime you take the power out of you and put it in something out there, you're moving yourself further from the desire. You're moving yourself further from the desire. So let's talk a little bit about why affirmations don't work, okay? First off, you never see anybody affirming anything that they already believe is en route. You never see anybody affirming anything that they already believe is en route. If you were at my house and you came with me Me in my kitchen and you saw me put this cup in the freezer, then I sat there and went, I'm so thankful and grateful that the coffee is frozen. I'm so thankful and grateful that the coffee is fro— you'll say, Jay, what the hell are you doing? I say, I'm doing my affirmations to make sure the coffee freeze. You say, Jay, you don't gotta do that. I say, no, I always do affirmations. That's, that's how my coffee freeze. You say, Jay, you— those affirmations aren't making the coffee freeze. You putting the cup in the freezer is making the, the, the, the coffee freeze. You don't gotta do affirmation. Well, I would say, well, this is my process. This is how I do it. You would think something was wrong with me. If you were at my house standing in my kitchen and I filled a pot with water and sat it on the stove and went over there and turned the stove on high, then I said, I'm so thankful and grateful that the water is boiling. Now that the water is boiling, I'm living on my highest time. You'll say, Jay, what are you doing? I said, I'm making sure the water starts boiling. You say, Jay, you don't, you don't got to do that. I say, oh, this, this is my process. This is what I do. The water wouldn't boil if I didn't do this. You'll say, Jay, I think you might be I think you might need to go get checked out. I say, nah, bro, you don't, you don't do affirmation when you boil your water. And you say, no. I'm gonna say, well, how you make your water boil? You gonna say, I put it on the stove and I turn it on. I let the stove do its job. I let the stove do its job. I let the freezer do its job. People only affirm things that they don't believe are happening. And you gotta think about when you do the affirmation. You do the affirmation when you feel like there's not enough money. You do the affirmation when you feel like the relationship is never coming. The thing that you're after is not here. So let me do my affirmations so I can get this thing that I don't have. You, you see that little nuance? Let me do my affirmations so I can get this thing that I don't have. So your mouth is affirming, but your nervous system is in a state of not having. Does, does that make sense? Mm-hmm. And let me tell you something: source doesn't speak English. Source doesn't speak Spanish. Source doesn't speak Mandarin. Source speaks feeling and emotion. Source speaks feeling and emotion. Close your mouth. Let's change how you feel. Forget the words. Let's change how you feel. Put a one in the chat if this is making sense. Yeah, I gotta give me a sec. I'm gonna eat the rest of my egg. What's going on, Shirley? So somebody needs to hear this. You're not lazy. You're not stupid. You you you're not not creative enough. You're not stuck. They've sold you a receipt and told you it was the purchase. They showing you the receipt and telling you it's the purchase. Like when people hear me talk about my disdain for affirmations, and when I tell y'all I don't like affirmations, I literally got a book that's being edited right. Now called F-U-C-K affirmations. I can't stand willpower motivation affirmation keeps so many people stuck. If the things right here, willpower motivation affirmation, have been the center of your self-development strategy, I'm not surprised you stuck. I'm not surprised you stuck. And if you can open your mind out, your mind up, and stick with me for about an hour, we can get you unstuck. You better, man. You better look around. See, it's August. It feel like New Year's was yesterday. It is August. It's some things that you want. It's some places you want to go. It's a version of yourself that you want to be. And if you've been using willpower, motivation, affirmation to become that version of you, I'm not surprised that you're not there yet. I've coached hundreds of high performers. Let me tell you something. Real high performers, real go-getters, the type of people that lock in on accident, your Kobe Bryants, your Michael Jordans, your Muhammad Alis. Your Michael Phelps. Those people do not run off of willpower. Those people do not run off of motivation. Those people do not run off affirmation. My people who've been rocking with me for a little bit, tell me what they run off of while I finish my egg. What's up, Gina? All things sense. I'm gonna be real with you. I don't love eggs. They just make sense. I could jump up, throw some eggs in a pot, get in the shower, get out, eggs ready to be ate. It ain't it ain't even about love. It's about what makes sense. How can I get the most protein in the shortest amount of time? While I'm getting other stuff did. What's going on, Milster? So my people who've been in here, what do they run off of? What do they been off— what do they run off of? Let me tell my new people something. This is a real interactive environment. It's not the live— this is not a podcast, it's a live stream. So this is not the live where you come, you put the phone in the kitchen and you in the back room and your headphones. No, because I'm gonna ask you to put some stuff in the screen. I'm gonna ask you to interact with this stuff because that's how we get it in your nervous system. There you go. All things sensory. They run off of identity. You out of your rabbit ass mind. If you think that Kobe Bryant was running off of willpower, you bat shit crazy if you think Kobe Bryant was running off of motivation. Kobe Bryant was running off of identity. Let me show you the difference between identity and willpower and motivation. Okay, Kobe Bryant was not using willpower to get out of his bed and go to the gym at 4 a.m. in the morning. Kobe Bryant had an identity. To where staying in bed felt like suffocating. You, you see the difference? Kobe Bryant wasn't using willpower to make himself get out of bed. Staying in bed felt like he was missing out on something. Staying in bed felt like he was letting the competition get a leg up on him. Staying in bed felt like he was letting his teammates down. He was letting his coach down. He was letting every kid around the world that shot paper and said his name as they shot the paper and he was letting them down. Staying in bed felt other than the way he described himself to be. You see the difference in motivation and identity? Put a 1 in the chat if you would, because we lose you this early in the live, oh man, you're gonna be, you're gonna be lost in the sauce for about 45 minutes, and I don't want that for you. Put a 1 in the chat if you understand what I'm saying. Not willpower, motivation. You only need willpower when you work against your identity. Uh-oh. You only need willpower when you work against your identity. You've been struggling because you've been using willpower. You've been waiting on motivation. You've been relying on affirmation to do what only identity can do. Let's look at this word identity. Let's look at this word identity. Okay, I D entity. I D entity. Look, look at that word. Look at that. Let me pin it. Hold on a second. I'm gonna have to give me a producer so I could just go in. On what I'm doing, and I have to mess with this keyboard and stuff. Look at that word: ID entity. Put put a one in the chat if you got an ID. Put a one in the chat if you got a driver's license. Put a one in the chat if you carry something in your wallet, something in the back of your phone, something in your purse that has your name on it, your address, your eye color, your weight, your height, rather you can see or not, any type of restrictions. Can you drive with or without glasses? Put put a one in the chat if you got an identity. Okay, look, so, and then entity. Entity means being. Entity means spirit. Entity means this thing that stands on its own. But every entity needs a body to express itself. Okay, so it's your identification entity. It's the identification entity. Now let's say you are Carrying this identification around. When life pulls you over, and you gotta understand, life gonna pull you over several times a day. Life gonna pull you over several times a day. When you go to the bank to get a loan, guess what? They gonna ask to see your identity. They gonna ask to see your ID. If the police pulls you over, he's gonna ask to see your ID. If you go apply for a job and they decide they're gonna hire you and they want to onboard you, they're gonna ask to see your ID. Now, if your ID is the struggling artist, why would you be surprised if you're struggling if your ID is the struggling artist? And what you got to understand is willpower not gonna help the struggling artist. It'll give them bursts of energy, but what you got to understand about willpower is it's finite. Your willpower at 8 AM is not your willpower at 9 AM. Your willpower at 9 AM is not your willpower at— no, willpower dwindles throughout the day. Willpower is not going to stop you from being a struggler. Motivation is not going to stop you from being a struggler. If this is the ID that you're carrying in your pocket, why are you surprised that you're struggling? Let's look at the back of that ID. Let's look at the back of that ID. If this is the ID that you're carrying, Why would you expect anything other than failure? Look at it. Belief system: I'm never enough. Emotional home address: anxiety. Default thoughts: they'll judge me. Don't get your hopes up. Stay safe. Financial clearancy level: cannot receive wealth. Imagine you doing affirmations, but you got this ID in your wallet that identifies you can't receive wealth. Shut up. Let's go work on that frequency that's saying I can't receive wealth. Confidence rating, 17%. Risk tolerance, low. Decision authority, needs permission. Threat detection, constantly scanning for rejection. How you gonna find opportunity if you too busy scanning for rejection? You will put a post on YouTube— on, um, TikTok, 10 people in the comments saying something positive, your attention gets hijacked by the one person that has something negative to say. You go live on TikTok and it's it's like right now it's fifteen people in the room. A lot of y'all, if you have fifteen people in your room, you'll log off. I was about to go in, but only fifteen people showed. What you mean only fifteen people showed up? That's thirty eyeballs. That's thirty ears. What what you mean? To put let's really put it in perspective. Imagine there was fifteen people sitting in the room you sitting in with you right now. Could you deliver? Imagine all 15 of those people say, "Hey, I want to work with you." Could could you? You can't even handle the 15, and you complaining that it's only 15. Some of y'all, the website so slow. If all 15 of them logged on at one time, the shit would crash. And you complaining because it's man, watch out. That it's an identity problem. It's an identity problem. Put a one in the chat if you still with me. I promise I'm not trying to hurt nobody feelings, but. Like to really break through, we got to talk about what's happening—not what they tell, not what people who selling you books want you to believe is happening, but what's actually happening. It's an identity problem. Identity, identity, identity. Now imagine that person puts down that identity and they pick up this identity. Let's compare these two identities. Let's get this out of here, and let's look at these two different identities. It doesn't take very much imagination to understand how these 2 people can be in the same economy, operating in the same zip code, working in the same industry. Parents could have been very similar, grew up in the same type of environment, but it's not very hard to understand why this person will have a completely different reality from this person. Okay, imagine you, you both are artists. One of you is a struggling artist and one of you sees itself as a creator. You gotta understand, that creator is gonna see things that that struggling artist doesn't see. That struggling artist is gonna see things that that creator doesn't see. They gonna have access to the same tools, but that creator gonna say, oh man, it's 20 people in here listening to to me talk about my shit. That struggling artist gonna say, man, it's only— see, that's what I'm talking about. No one appreciates the true artist. Then what happens is the person that's in this struggle identity, they— what happens is they start to take pride in the identity. You've seen it. The struggling artist takes— he looked down his nose at the creator. Put a 1 in the chat if you witnessed that before. Put a 1 in the chat if you've been guilty of that before. You got a frequency problem and you jealous of the person and you looking down your nose at the person who has worked out their frequency problem. Calling things like Eric. Oh, they think they too much. Nah, they didn't fix their frequency. And it's uncomfortable to watch somebody with less degrees than you, less certifications than you, less time in the game than you do something that you just don't understand because you've been doing your affirmations. You done made 18 vision boards. You make New Year's resolutions every year, but none of that shit fixes the identity. None of it fixes the identity. You got an identity problem, friend. You got an identity problem, friend. And here go the crazy thing about an identity problem. Can't nobody fix an identity problem but you. Coach Jay can keep you company while you do it, can recommend you some good books to read while you do it, but to fix an identity problem, it's gonna take ownership. Like one of the things I always tell people when I like offer the invitation to work with me, you only want to come work with me if this is a big if. If you have accepted the fact that you're going to have to repair some things that you didn't even break. You don't got to like it. You don't got to be excited about it. But you have to be at a point where you have accepted the fact that I got to fix this identity that I didn't even break because you would have never broke your own identity. You didn't do this to yourself. You didn't do this to you. The environment you were raised in did this to you. The things you witnessed growing up did this to you. What your parents' relationship looked like, what their situation with money looked like, if the things that you saw in that first eight years of life did this to you. Now we can sit down and talk about how it happened, or we can sit down and start building the new identity. And not even building the new identity, you grow the new identity. Coach, what's the difference between building and growing? Let me tell you: you build a house, you grow a tree. You see the difference? You build a house, you grow a tree. To build a house, you got to go find a piece of land, you got to flatten out the land, you got to go buy the building materials, you got to run electrical, you got to run plumbing, you got to get 4 or 5 different people to come. You need an electrician, you need a plumber, you need a framer, you need all these. You grow a tree, you put a seed in the ground and you let the tree do what it got to do. You just— your job is to quit digging up the seed. That example we was using earlier, when you put the cup of water in the freezer, you don't got to do no affirmation to make it freeze. What you got to do is just leave it in the damn freezer. Some of y'all take it out the freezer every 10 minutes and say the freezer not working. No, the freezer is doing its job. You just keep interrupting the process. What I teach my clients to do is we build the identity and we sit the identity in the freezer. I don't want you using willpower to put your shoulders back, put your chest out, and put your chin up. I don't want you using willpower to be confident. I want you to build the identity. I want you to design the identity that you would have if you already had everything you want and put it in the freezer. Let the identity control your body language. Let the identity control how you shake hands. Let the identity control how you maintain eye contact. Let the identity make the contact. Coach Jay, I don't know what to make. I know. How you gonna talk to those people you haven't even learned how to talk to yourselves? How you gonna convince them of something you haven't even convinced your own nervous system of? If you get your own nervous system convinced, you will accidentally convince them. Stop trying to impress them and start impressing your nervous system because your nervous system will express whatever you impress it with. Put a 1 in the chat if y'all with me. Put a 1 in the chat if y'all with me. Put a 1 in the chat if I haven't scared you off yet. You can be, do, and have anything you desire. Nothing can stop you except your own identity. The economy can't stop you. The president can't stop you. The price of gas can't stop you. The cost of eggs can't stop you. The TikTok algorithm can't stop you. A divorce can't stop you. A death in your family can't stop you. Losing your car can't stop. Nothing can stop. It could distract you. It could piss you off. It could annoy you. But the only thing that can stop you is your own identity. Like it confuses me when people coach I was doing good then so and so stopped me. So and so doesn't have a physical body to stop you. What when you what you saying something stop you? What you really mean is coach this is what I was focusing on when I quit. This is when I— this is what COVID didn't stop you. COVID is what you were focusing on when your identity gave out. The divorce didn't stop you. The divorce is what you were focusing on when your identity gave out. Do you see that? Oh, I was— man, I was killing it on TikTok, then they changed the algorithm, bro, and man, that algorithm killed me, bro. No, the algorithm didn't kill you. The algorithm is what you were focusing on when you gave up. You stopped you. The algorithm doesn't have a body to come stop you with. How did the algorithm stop you? Did did did four men in black suits show up at your door and say, "If you ever post another piece of content, we gonna see about you." If not, what the hell are you talking about? The algorithm stopped you. How did that? No, you were focusing on the algorithm when you quit. You were focusing on the divorce when you quit. I'm not saying it's right. I'm not saying it's wrong. I'm saying in order to really fix the problem, we got to talk about what actually happened. Because if you're sending a signal to your nervous system that things out there can stop me, the economy can stop me, the price of things can stop me, other people not agreeing, because your nervous system believes you. I'm a hypnotist. I have to hypnotize you to get your nervous system to play along. You don't got to do any— your nervous system believes what you tell it. You got to start talking to it on purpose. You got to start talking to it on purpose. I was in a session with a lady yesterday and She was talking about this voice that kept like talking down to her. I said, what do you say back to it? She said, I just kind of let it do its thing. I said, let me ask you something. If your husband was hanging out with some mutual friends and one of those mutual friends said something disgusting about you and your husband came back home and told you what they said, wouldn't you ask him, what did you say? She said, yeah, I would ask him. And what would you do if he said nothing? I just, you know, I just let him say it. It is kind of true. She said, "I wouldn't be very happy about that." Okay. Well, if you if if you don't wouldn't like it in that situation, why are you just letting this thing that is like a lot of times people think that their mind is that your mind is not you. Your mind is your tool. Your mind work for you. God didn't give you to your mind. God gave your mind to you. Does that make sense? God didn't give you to your mind. God gave your mind to you. Your mind work for you. You better get in the habit of telling your thoughts what to think and telling your feelings what to feel. You better get in the habit of telling your thoughts what to think and telling your feelings what to feel. That's where you use willpower. That's where you use willpower. You don't use willpower to change your behavior. You use willpower to control your focus. You don't use willpower to control your behavior. You use willpower to say, I'm gonna cut my TikTok time in half and I'm gonna start using that other half of that time I used to spend on TikTok. I'm gonna start using it to get crystal clear about what I want. Listening to Coach J is dope, but without clarity, Coach J can't do nothing for you. You can't get what you want until you know what you want. And as I like coach so many people, most of the people I meet— and when I say most, I'm talking 98%— most of them don't know what they want. And they said, Coach, I do know what I want. Let me tell you what you know. You know what you don't like, and you got a list of things that you're willing to do to get away from what you don't like, but you don't know what you want. Sit with it for a second. Test it. Sit with it for a second. Test it. I guarantee it's true for 98% of you, probably 100%. You don't know what you want. You know that you don't like your job and you're willing to go out there and find another job. So you say, coach, I want another job. You don't want another job. You don't like this job and you're willing to do whatever you have to do to get away from this job. That's not the same thing as knowing what you want. I got you all things since TikTok records it. I can actually, I'm going live from my computer. So my computer's recording it as we go. I got you. I got some stuff sitting in the queue for the TikTok for the TikTok channel, the YouTube channel that I gotta upload. Does that make sense? Knowing what you want is not the same thing as knowing what you don't want and the things that you're willing to do to escape. I J I want to be entrepreneur. Why do you want to be entrepreneur? Yeah, I hate my job. That's that's so you don't want to be entrepreneur. You want to get away from your job, and you see entrepreneurship as the bridge from getting away from your job. What do you want? Figure out what you want. And the reason I want you to figure out what you want is because what you want is the fuel that drives the thing forward. What you want is the fuel to drive the thing forward. In Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill talks about something called a burning desire. A burning desire. And most people, they're they're missing the burning desire. They have the burning what I don't want, but they don't have the burning desire. You got to understand, desire does things that running from something could never do. Desire does things. They're running from something. Like imagine if you running from a dog, right? And you, you man, you running faster than you ever thought you could. You ain't ran since you was 18 years old. Imagine you running from a dog, then you look back and the dog gone. Where's your motivation to run now? The dog is gone. Jay, I want to be entrepreneur. I can't stand my job. I hate my boss. Da da da. Okay, so you go grind, grind, grind, grind, grind. You get the business. Now the boss is gone. What's your motivation? Motivation. What's keeping you showing up now? Now you're having a crisis, or you done scaled it to six figures, but you're not getting to the sevens running off of what you don't want. You gotta understand, knowing what you don't want is not the same thing as knowing what you want. Knowing that you don't want to get divorced is not the same thing as saying I want to build a thriving marriage that withstands the test of time. You see the shift? Imagine I'm going into the weekend, right? I'm gonna take y'all through two separate examples. Imagine I'm rolling into a weekend and things just have been tense between my wife and I. We've been arguing a lot. We've been bickering a lot, right? So let's say in scenario. Hey, I'm going into the weekend. I'm saying, man, I just don't want to argue with this woman. I'm tired of arguing. I don't want to argue. I don't want to argue. You know what I'm gonna do in scenario A? Probably fill my schedule up and lock myself in my office. I don't got to argue. Problem solved. I don't want to argue. Let me go in my office. I don't got to argue. Problem— baby, I'm busy this weekend. Gonna be gone all day. I'll be back when you go to sleep. But imagine scenario B. I say, you know what? This arguing shit dead. I'm finna create a weekend that swipes— that knocks my wife off of her feet. I'm gonna create a weekend that gives my wife no choice, but I'm gonna create a weekend that allows us to have fun like we used to when we were kids. I'm gonna create the type of weekend that we— she ain't got no choice. The ideas that I get when I get under the influence of what I do want are gonna smash the ideas that I get when I'm under the influence of what I don't want. Does that make sense? The ideas that you get when you under the influence of what you want— and I purposely use the word under the influence. Think about it. When you under the influence of alcohol, It's gonna change the way you walk. It's gonna change the way you talk. It's gonna change the way you think. It's gonna change the way you feel. It's gonna change the way you act. When you under the influence of what you don't want, of what's not working, it's gonna change the way you walk. It's gonna change the way you talk. It's gonna change the way you think. It's gonna change the way you feel. It's gonna change the way you act. When you get under the influence of what you actually want, it's gonna change the way you walk. It's gonna change the way you think. It's gonna change the way you feel. It's gonna change the way you act. It's gonna change the way you step into the room. It's gonna change the way you shake hands. It's gonna change the way you introduce yourself. It's It's gonna change the way you price the services in your business. It's gonna change the way you negotiate your salary. It's gonna change the way you ask people to invest in you. It's gonna change the way you ask people to date you. When you get under the influence of what you want, it's gonna change you from the inside out. But when you under the influence of what you don't want, it's gonna change you from the inside out. And this is another really valuable piece that people miss about change. This is a thing I think they say, I'm not rushing you, but hurry the hell up, coach. She said, I'm gonna politely rush them. Uh, I got you, Sanskrit. My schedule's not super busy today. I'm not gonna promise— I'm not gonna say you might not have to remind me, but you got my number. Remind me, I'll get it to you. I will get it to you. If nothing else, I'll push it out on the YouTube. Is this stuff making sense? You could be, do, and have anything you desire, but you got to be it first. You gotta be it first, okay? You gotta understand, being happens inside of your nervous system. Being does not happen in your bank account. Being does not happen in your TikTok following. Being does not happen in your credit report. Being does not happen in the report that the doctor gives you. Being happens in your endocrine system. Being happens in your nervous system. Being happens in the way you use your reticular activation system. Being is an inside job. So people say, coach, I'm supposed to fake it until I make it? No, you're supposed to be it and give reality time to catch up. Does that make sense? You're not faking it. You are being it. Being happens inside of you. Like saying fake it, saying like if you're being in somebody's oh you faking it till you make that's like saying that a lady is pregnant with a baby and she's faking into she's not faking it she's pregnant stupid like what's what's wrong oh she she's faking it the baby not here what you mean she's how the baby gonna get here if she don't go through this thing being pregnant is not faking being pregnant is freaking being pregnant the baby is growing the idea is growing the business is finding its logo finding its name finding its purpose finding its people finding It's it got to be inside of you before it can be outside of you. How is something going to exist out there that wasn't in here first? Think about it. TikTok was once just an idea. This MacBook was once just an idea. This microphone, all of this shit in here was once just an idea in somebody's head. But it's an idea that they sat with. It's an idea that they didn't abort. And a lot of times people will abort the idea, then be surprised when they don't deliver the idea. How are you going to deliver? An idea that you aborted. It gotta grow inside of you first. So no, I'm not saying fake it till you make it. I'm saying be it the same way that an acorn— like, you got— like, one of my goals when I'm working with a client or when I'm standing on the stage, anytime I'm talking to a group of people or I'm talking to a person with the goal of shifting their identity, one of the goals in my mind is to get them to see oak trees where other people see acorns. It changes how you walk through life when you develop this ability to see oak trees where other people see— see, people say, man, look at that acorn. You say, what acorn? They said, this acorn. You say, dog, that's an oak tree. They say, bro, you stupid. This is— oh, okay, that's an oak. It changes the way you entrepreneur. It changes the way you husband. It changes the way you wife. Like, it changes the way you livestream. You look at 32 people and say, oh man, it's 32 people. If I can get 32 today, if I keep doing what I'm doing, that 32 ain't got no choice but to turn into 100. If I keep showing up, shoulders back, chest out, chin talking Talking the way I'm talking, feeling the way I'm feeling, building the way I'm building, teaching the way I'm teaching. Ain't no way that number ain't gonna go. You gotta learn how to see oak trees where other people see acorns. It shifts things. It shifts the body language that you walk into life with. It shifts your relationship. It shifts your parenting style. Where they see a bad little boy who can't listen, you see an acorn who getting his roots. Hey, he charismatic like his daddy. He got a lot of power in his voice. He's still learning how to— I'm working with him. Give my boy time. Like, I— you, you not gonna talk down on my oak tree because you see what you see is an acorn. I see it as an oak tree. Give my boy time. He, he finding his voice. He's still working on his comedic timing. He just, he just discovered that he funny like, like 6 months ago. Give, give him time. He just got a new toy he playing. Hey son, let me tell you something, okay? When your teacher's mouth is open, your mouth should be what? Okay, playground is where you exercise this talent that God has given you and this, this way that you play with words. Daddy got that same gift. I know what you mean, bro. It's, it's like— but you're not gonna chop my oak tree down because you can only see the acorn. You not gonna chop my oak tree down because you, you see an acorn. I see, I see, I see it for the oak tree. Did it when we first came up with Identity 2.0. Identity 2.0 didn't start as which— we didn't have no athlete, no professional athletes on the schedule when we first got started. We didn't have no Hollywood actors on the schedule when we first got started. But I saw the oak tree. I saw the oak tree. You got to learn how to look at acorns and see oak trees. You got to learn how to look at apple seeds and see apple trees. Like, the desire is the money. The desire is the money. Hey, so All Things Sorcery said, my new identity ain't going to be able to be told nothing. What if I told you that the new— the thing that you calling the new identity is really the old identity? Think about it. You were only born with 2 fears. A newborn baby ain't scared of nothing, ain't afraid of nothing. There's only 2 ways to send a newborn baby into fight or flight. Did y'all know that? It's only 2 ways to send a newborn baby into fight or flight. Put it down too fast, you know, that little falling sensation that you get, and a loud noise. That's the only 2 ways you can scare a newborn baby. You can put a newborn baby on the stage in front of 10,000 people, that baby not gonna get nervous. You can put a newborn baby in, and you can talk to a newborn baby about COVID about recessions, about cancer, about World War III, about politics, about evictions, about miscarriages, about divorce. You can talk to the newborn baby about any of that stuff, that baby is not gonna get afraid of any of We haven't broke it yet. We haven't tied it to fear. God did not give you the spirit of fear. You got here and learned it. Like this is not the new identity. This is the old identity that got covered in BS. So that's why I don't even like look at what I do as teaching. I look at it as reminding people of who they are. I think that came up on on a I can't fix you because you're not broken. What I can do is remind you of who the hell you are. As you remember who you are, you're gonna accidentally roll your shoulders back, push your chest down, and put your chin like sometimes some of y'all too humble. I see this a lot, man. Some of y'all way too humble. Y'all let them people scare y'all. and the tucking your tail and being— put your shoulders, man. You gotta understand, you are the one sperm cell out of 300 million that got to fertilize the egg. One day my daughter made the comment, I didn't ask to be here. Shit, girl, you know how many— that was you up there swimming your ass. You wanted to be here. You chose a time such as this. You chose to come play in the midst of AI and all of this new interesting technology. All these people with these little itty-bitty Titsy attention spans. You chose a time as this. You could have easily slowed down swimming just a little bit and one of your siblings would have happily fertilized that egg. You wanted to be here. You chose this. You chose this. You better remember who you are, man. Like, think about it. You, itty-bitty affirmation doing, motivation using, you beat out 300 million people to get here. And guess what? When you was going to fertilize that egg, you didn't even know— you didn't know a thing about it. Affirmation. If somebody would like, they would say it's time to fertilize eggs. Someone said you motivated. You would have said what's motivation? I don't know. We'll talk about it after I fertilize the egg. You got to remember who you are, man. You got to remember who you are, and you got to understand that your doing follows your being. You are a human being. You're not a human doing. You're not a human having. You are a human being. We're all over the place this this morning, but I promise that the subconscious mind know how to sort it all out and put it where it goes. You are a human. Being, not a human doing. But your doing follows your being. Coach, what do you mean? Let me ask you this. When you be angry, when you be angry, do you have to try to do angry, or will you accidentally do it? When you be angry, do you need willpower to stomp your feet, or do you need willpower to not stomp your feet? When you be angry, do you need willpower to raise your voice, or do you need willpower to lower your voice. When you be angry, do you need willpower to slam the door, or do you need willpower to not slam the door? See how you only need willpower to go against what you be? You don't need willpower when you acting in alignment with what you be. Now, when you be poor, you need a lot of willpower to go out and do rich things. You need a lot of willpower to go out and have rich conversations. You need a lot of willpower to read books that rich people would read. But when you be rich, oh man, you accidentally reach for some books that only rich people would find interesting. When you be rich, you accidentally stumble into a good podcast that only a rich person would stick around for. When you be rich, you accidentally say, "Okay, hold on, man. All this entertainment." So wait, you look at that screen time report on your phone. You say, "Oh man, I'm spending way too much time on entertainment. I'm spending way too much time on Netflix, way too much time on TikTok, not nearly enough time on Audible, not nearly enough time reading, not nearly enough time." The behavior follows the being. But what people try to do is use willpower on the behavior. You don't use willpower on behavior. Use willpower to direct the being. You use willpower to direct the focus. Does that make sense? Shredding, you can keep looking for reasons to keep doing what you're doing, and you gon' you good at it. That prefrontal lobe is really good at proving that prefrontal cortex is really good at proving you right. You gon' be right every time, and you gon' keep getting what you're getting. I'm not gonna argue with you. I'm gonna say okay and keep winning. What's going on, Your Daily? How you doing? What's going on, Easy? Like, I gave up fighting people for their own limitations a long time. Stay in the quicksand. I'm— we gonna go. We gonna leave a rope when you want to pull yourself out, but we finna go. You can be, do, and have anything you desire. Nothing can stop you except for you. Your only limit in life is your own identity. Identity, identity, identity. Start building your identity on purpose. Start building your identity on purpose. Stop letting your identity be the result of what you grew up seeing, what you grew up witnessing, what money meant to you as an 8-year-old. Start building the identity on purpose, okay? It's crazy that we live in a time where people have designer purses, designer belts, designer sunglasses, designer shirts, designer shoes, but your identity is a random mixture Of what you've been through. Don't get me wrong, I like designer things. I like nice clothes. I like luxury cars. But I'd be damn if I'm driving a luxury car and my identity is a random mixture of the projects I grew up in and what I saw there. Hell no! If I'm gonna have a designer shirt, you better believe my I'm gonna have a designer identity, and I'm gonna have the designer identity before I have the designer shirt. You gotta design the identity, and you gotta understand like a. Successful identity doesn't just happen. A successful identity has to be designed and installed. A successful identity has to be designed and installed. Okay, Beyoncé didn't trip and stumble into Sasha Fierce. I guarantee you Beyoncé sat down with somebody like me and they designed Sasha Fierce. Kobe Bryant didn't trip, fall, and stumble into the Mamba mentality. I guarantee you Kobe Bryant sat down with somebody like me. And designed the Mamba Mentality. Deion Sanders talks about in great detail how he designed primetime. Primetime didn't find Deion Sanders. Deion Sanders architected primetime. When is the last time you sat down and designed your identity? When is the last time you sat down and asked yourself, who would I be? Not did affirmations, not made a vision board, not did incantations. When is the last time you sat down and worked through what we call those 12 If you're new here and you don't know what I'm talking about when I say the 12 dimensions, you got to go download the Identity 2.0 Playbook. Okay, if you go to book.icoachbosses.com, you can get a free copy of the Identity 2.0 Playbook. Yes, it's going to put you in our ecosystem where you get our emails and text messages. If you don't want my emails and text messages, you can't have my book. Sorry, not sorry. All right, I gotta get off here in a little bit. I got a 10:30. Is this stuff making sense? Anybody who wants to grab that ebook, you go to book.icoachbosses.com. Anybody who ready to work with Coach J, who ready to jump in? Oh man, we got 36,000 taps. Cool. Okay. Um, if y'all get another 4,000 taps before I get off and y'all get it up to 40K, I will give y'all 20% off on identity diagnostics. Coach J, what's an identity diagnostic? Hold on, I got you, man. An identity diagnostic is It's step one to everything that I do with all of my clients. I don't care if you wanna quit smoking. I don't care if you wanna lose weight, quit biting your nails, have unshakable confidence, show up bolder in entrepreneurship, be a better husband, a better wife, a better— I don't care what you wanna do. The book is at book.icoachbosses.com. When you go there, it'll get your name, email address, and phone number, and it'll— you can download it from right there and it'll send a copy of it to your email. I gotta get off of the cycle of dopamine chasing. So it's not about getting off the cycle, it's about figuring out who you would be if you're already out off the cycle and you start slowly but quickly becoming that person. Like, you gotta understand, the subconscious mind does not negate information, okay? It doesn't delete anything. If I say all things sensory, do not think about a pink elephant, first thing you're gonna do is think about a pink elephant. The way that I stop you from thinking about a pink elephant is I get you busy thinking about a blue tiger. If I go to my wife and I say, "Hey baby, don't freak out," she's gonna say, "The kids okay? Is my mom okay? Is your what happened, babe? Why am I not freaking out?" She doesn't know how to not freak out. She doesn't know how to not freak out. If I say, "Don't freak out," she's going to freak out. So you don't tell the subconscious mind what not to do. You tell it what to do. When you tell you, "I gotta stop eating carbs. I gotta stop eating carbs." You know your subconscious mind. Okay, carbs don't eat. Oh, but I like. Oh, don't eat. Oh, but I like. You don't stop eating carbs. You get busy eating protein. You get busy drinking water. You say, Coach, you love your eggs. I don't love my eggs, but if I'm so busy, if I'm too busy eating protein to eat carbs, I don't got to worry about using willpower to not eat the carbs. I'm already full off the protein. Like, does that make sense? It's not about making myself stop doing it. If I wasn't doing it, what would I be busy doing? Okay, shit. Let me get busy doing it. And then you can bypass all the willpower and the motivation. No, I'm not gonna use the willpower to not do it. I'ma just roll into what I want to do. But what's the name of the site? Okay, it's book.icoachbosses.com. I'll put it down here for you. I must leave the dots and stuff out, but it's book.icoachbosses.com. Bosses.com. And I want y'all to pay attention to that name. Anybody who's thinking about jumping into our ecosystem, I coach bosses. You could probably tell by my delivery style, I'm very, very direct, very straightforward. I coach bosses. I don't coach babies. I don't coach people who want to complain and never change. I don't coach people who just looking for somewhere to vent. When I say I coach bosses, what I mean is you got to be a boss to come over here and play. And when I say boss, I don't necessarily mean that you're an entrepreneur or an executive or a founder. A lot of our clients are, but that's not what I mean when I say Boss. When I say boss, I mean you got to be at a place in your life where you're ready to take ownership of your neurology. You ready to tell your endocrine system what to do? You ready to tell your nervous system what to do? You're done letting how you were raised and what you've been through and social media dictate how you feel. You're ready to roll your shoulders back, put your chest out, and walk into life boldly. And you're ready to put things back in order. What do I mean when I say put things back in order? I mean that God did not give the world dominion over you. God gave you dominion. over the world. God didn't give things dominion over you. God gave you dominion over things. God even went as far as to tell you, don't be conformed to the ways of the world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. God went so far as to tell you, seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all of these things will be added unto you. So before you come over here like it— I just really want you at a place where you, you want to stop chasing things and you want things to stop chasing You, you want to remember who you are. And this is the most important part: you have to already have accepted— not, you know, I didn't say you had to be happy about it, I didn't say you had to be excited about it. Bonus points if you are, but you don't have to be. But you have to have accepted that you got to fix some things that you didn't break. You got to fix some things that you got to fix, some stuff that your mom broke, you got to fix some stuff that your dad broke, you got to fix some things that were broken 3 or 4 generations before you even entered the bloodline. You got to fix those things. And the crazy thing is, once we get on the other side of them fixed, you find yourself praying for people that you used to want to strangle. You find yourself under— oh man, with that identity, I can understand why you talk to people that are— with that identity, you care. I can understand why you can't see the potential of— man, poor thing, you can't even see the potential yourself. You, you find yourself feeling sorry for people that you used to want to beat the crap out of. But that's what we require before you come over here. There are so many aspects of what I want to do I don't want to do, so it takes willpower power to start. On your particular one, I looked at yours yesterday. Yours is the values hierarchy is missing. So everything feels equally important. And when everything feels equally important, you don't got no choice but to overthink. And when everything seems equally important, what typically gets your attention is whatever's the loudest thing in the room right now. So the loudest thing might be your relationship. So it might not even be the thing that needs your attention right now, but it's the loudest thing right now. So that's where your attention go. Or the relationship might be what needs your attention right now. But the bills are loud. So your attention is dictated not by what's the most important and what order does it need to be done, what's the loudest right now. That's why we got to get your, your values hierarchy up. But we talked before, we get values hierarchy, we got to get emotional baseline up. That's our first priority. Because trying to tell the mind what to do while it's not feeling its best, it's not impossible, but it's, it's a rookie mistake. Resonates with everything that you're saying. I like that. Built by design and live by choice. Yeah, for sure. For sure, for sure. But anybody who's ready— oh yeah, I read it up to 42K taps quick. Anybody who's ready to take an identity diagnostic, put a 1 in the chat for me real quick. What I'm gonna do is get you guys a 20% off coupon. Identity diagnostic is $99. It's the doorway. Anybody in here took an identity diagnostic before? Let's see something. I'm turning on this other monitor so I can create these coupons. All right, I'm gonna give you guys a coupon code. So do we could take now identity diagnosis is going to take you about thirty minutes to take. You're going to take something called an E and P assessment first. E and P assessment is going to let me know rather you're an emotional or physical. Emotionals are people who use their their minds as a defense mechanism. Physicals are people who use their bodies as a defense mechanism, and they care they carry the weight of the world different. Emotionals carry it in their mind. Physicals carry it in their body. So my physical people they tend to have a lot of somatic problems. They get these unexplained tension headaches. They get this. My back hurt and I don't know why. I feel like somebody— I feel like I got hit by a Mack truck last night. That's because you carry stress in your body. My emotionals, they tend to be my thinkers. They have a lot of thinking problems, so they overthink, they analysis paralysis, they are in their heads. And you influence them different, you rewrite their realities different. So that's the reason I have people take that test. Then you're gonna take something called an identity assessment. That identity assessment, if you got the ebook already, it tells you about these 12 dimensions. Like, when I talk about identity, I'm not talking about one thing. I'm talking about 12 very specific things. I'm talking about your belief architecture. I'm talking about your somatic identity, your temporal orientation, your identity resilience, your values hierarchy, your perspective and worldview, your inner voice. I'm looking at all of these 12 things. We've— I've like over 2,500 sessions, I've looked at what are the 12 things that really move the needle. And I don't think it was a coincidence that it ended up being 12 things. It's right in alignment with the 12 disciples and all the other ways 12 show up. But it's these 12 dimensions that I like to see where are they currently. And I'm always looking for something that I call the contradiction. It never fit. When people need my help, it's always because— not always, because yesterday it's been the first time in a long time I met a lady who didn't have a contradiction. She just needed to switch direction. But 99% of the times there's this contradiction between what you know and what you believe. But the— it's not tricky to me, but the part that most people miss is being able to pinpoint where the disconnect is. Because sometimes the belief problem might be somatic, sometimes it might be temporal. And temporal is just how you exist in time. Somatic is how you exist in your body. Sometimes it's Sometimes it's expectation, but beliefs and expectations are not the same thing. You can believe you could do it, but not expect it to go well. And sometimes, and that's why I'm not a big fan of affirmations, because what affirmation will be doing is strengthening the one that's already working and starving the one that's not working. That's why I always start, Coach Jay, can we jump on a Zoom call? Not without an identity diagnostic, we can't. Because if I get on a Zoom call with you without an identity diagnostic, all you want to do is tell me about about the problem. And this is gonna blow your mind. I don't care about the problem. Your problem is that you care too much about the problem. You have befriended the problem and starved your solution. You know everything about the problem. You journal about the problem. You pray about the problem. You get on Facebook and join support groups about the problem. You have mastered the problem and you know nothing about your solution. I don't want to talk about your problem. I want to introduce you to your solution. Because, Shay, don't you need to understand how I got— not really. And the dope thing about the subconscious mind is the subconscious mind is really good with metaphor. If there is an emotional charge that I need to get out of you, the worst way to get it out is to retraumatize you by putting you through— the subconscious mind runs off of feeling and emotion. It doesn't run off of logic, reason, and analysis. It don't need it. Like, a lot of times what's keeping people stuck is the fact they need it to make sense when the subconscious mind never really cared if it made sense. Only your conscious mind at 2%, the logic, the reason, the analysis, the willpower, and the decision-making needs it to make sense. Like I tell y'all the story about my wife all the time. One day we got dressed up looking good, smelling good. We headed to her favorite restaurant and she said, baby, can we stop and get some chicken wings? My wife. So let's talk about marriage. In a marriage, the masculine would be the conscious mind. The feminine would be the subconscious mind. So the masculine is the logic, the reason, the analysis, the willpower, the decision-making, and the feminine is the feeling and the emotion. So We on the way to my, to my subconscious mind, my, my, my wife's favorite restaurant. And my subconscious mind, my feeling and emotion turns to logic, reason, and analysis and say, baby, can we stop and get chicken wings? And conscious mind, logic, reason, say, baby, why would we stop and get some chicken wings? And we on the way to your favorite restaurant. She said, baby, I don't really like the food there. Conscious mind said, baby, how is it your favorite restaurant? You don't even like— Baby, what are you saying? at? Like, are you confused? She go, no, babe, I know it don't make sense, but I'm not saying I don't like the food there, but they don't really got a lot of variety and I don't want none of that tonight. I said, well, baby, why are we going if you don't want what they sell there? She said, because it's a vibe, baby. The lights, the live music, the— they got really strong drinks. I like the way I feel when I'm— I just like being there. I ain't gonna lie, I'm a little annoyed. I'm— I don't— it don't make sense to me because we got food at home, we got drinks at home, we got fancy lights. at home where we can create scenes. And it's all this stuff she just described at home, but she likes the way she feels when she there. I don't get it. But you know what I'm gonna do? I'm gonna take my wife where she want to go. That's the relationship between the conscious and the subconscious mind. My wife know, she said, baby, don't laugh at me, but I, I want to go, but I don't want nothing to eat there. I just want to give me a few drinks. I might give me some cheesecake or something, but I don't, I don't want the food. Well, baby, why we going? Baby, I know it don't make sense, but it's a vibe. I feel good when I'm there. They got the lights. They got the live baby. I got I got a pound in the living room. I get down on the can. We got like I got that. She's like yeah, but I don't I want to go there. I feel I like the way I feel when I'm there. That's your subconscious mind, and a lot of times you'll be too busy trying to make it make sense instead of trying to make your subconscious mind feel comfortable there. You'll be trying to make it logical. You'll be trying to make it reason when your subconscious mind say hey, I know it don't make sense for somebody who grew up in the projects with no dad to grow up and own this thing called identity 2.0 and work with world-class athletes and Olympic. I know it don't make sense, but I feel. Like we can do it. And it's that feeling that I'm— that I can do it that's gonna make me pick up the books that I need to pick up, that's gonna make me sit in the rooms that I need to sit in, that's gonna make me tune into what I need to tune into. Now, if you need it to make sense before you can get started, you're gonna— you're gonna keep making sense. Like somebody said something earlier, and I wasn't being rude, but that type of stuff was— well, the reason that works in this sense is because there's Okay, I'm not saying you wrong. I am saying if you like everything you see around you, keep doing it. But if you want to see something different, you gotta you gotta come out of. I'm not saying the logic don't matter. I am saying the logic can't steer the ship. But that's where the identity diagnostic comes in. It lets me know where the emotions battling. Where where does mind and and body battle? Where does thinking and what where does feeling and and logic? Where are they clashing so that we can iron them out? All right, and then the last thing you're gonna do is what we call a handwriting analysis. You're going to send me a picture of your handwriting. The reason I had you send me a picture of your handwriting is because handwriting is what we call an ideomotor response. You decide what to write, but you don't decide how to write it. So how hard you press down, which way the letters lean, do you cross your T's up here, do you cross your T's down here, how do you write the letter I— like, all of this tells me a lot of information about how you move through life, how you process things, because the subconscious decides how you dot your i, how you cross your t. Are your letters curvy or angular? Do they lean this way or do they lean that way? Sometimes they might lean this way when you're talking about happy things, but they might lean this way when you talk about things that don't— like, all of that tells me a story about when you go forward, when you fall back, when do you tense up, when do you open up, do you ever open up, how do you stack your schedule, how do you— handwriting gives me a lot of information. So you take the ENP test, you take the identity diagnostic, and you send me a picture of your handwriting. Then you give me about 48 hours to comb through everything and compile everything. Then you and I get on Zoom and we go through your entire report. We take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour unpacking what's working for you, what's working against you, showing you why what you've been doing hasn't been working, and explaining to you what you need to do going forward. And if you decide to go forward with me, the money you spent on the identity diagnostic Diagnostic rolls into the cost of your first session.
