About Sales Assembly

Sales leaders from Power Reviews and Sprout Social explain why they use Sales Assembly: access to a network of peers for idea-sharing, workshops that build confidence and strategy, and training that works for BDRs, AEs, and managers. They call it essential to their core training.

In terms of value that Sales assembly has had for us, I would break it down into two categories. It's access to the network that they've assembled and it's thought leadership. So really Sales assembly has created a forum where if I want to get in touch with a sales leader from another company, either to bounce an idea off of them or get in touch with them for a potential sales opportunity, the this has really created an environment that allows us to do that.
And so when I think about what LinkedIn gets, it's exactly that. It's a place for us to come together, really understand the best of what's out there in terms of sales methodology, types of people that are leading sales organizations and the skills that they bring to the table. And we're getting a ton of value from it.
Since we've attended the workshops for Sales assembly, we've seen a dramatic increase in confidence along with sales strategies through the sales team across the board at Power Reviews
Sprout Social Team have been involved in a variety of events across sales sales development. We've been at panels for females in leadership. It's been a great opportunity for us to brand ourselves as an employer of choice within the market. But it's also been great for us to learn about what some of the other companies within the space are doing and pick up on best practices.
As a leader, I've experienced a lot of sort of just hive mind. I've been standing up a channel sales team this year, so I've had a lot of conversations with peers about what does that look like for you? No channel sales team is created equal. So how can I take what you're doing and adopt it to personally fit my business? But more than that, my reps and my sales managers. It's kind of a unique program in that it benefits every single layer of your team. I have BDRs who are attending and networking outside of the building. I have AES who are learning different skills outside of the building. We've used it as a training and development mechanism as sort of a addition to our core training. I think it's just, it's priceless.
