Matt and I have a great example of this for referrals. I was on vacation, but Matt sent an email, and he introduced us to a really great client in Chicago, made an introduction. And I think that's also where speed really matters. I think this was Matt's first time making an introduction on our behalf. Anytime your clients, executives, people that you know in your network are making an introduction for you to someone literally handing you a potential lead on a silver platter, this is your first and only shot to prove that you are worthy of future referrals. Right? So every little thing you do impactful, but one is that urgency, right? Just take a quick pause, do a little show me, you know me, do some research on that, on that individual. Anything that you can just say, I've done my homework. Bonus points if you can find other people in your collective network that. That you both know, because then you now have a referral from Matt. And I can also say, Matt, thanks for the introduction to Mason. Mason, by the way. I see you know, these three other people don't know if you know them well. They're all clients of ours. So great to see that we run in the same circles. And then be quick with your response, because Matt's reputation's on the line. Right. And as much as I really care about it, I also want to make sure he keeps the referrals coming. It's really important to think about that timing.
