So to me, soft skills right now are focus on how you can connect to people very, very genuinely when you're not standing in front of them. And how do you get really good at doing that? Soft skills matter in three core areas. One would be just the idea of overall cold calling. The second would be how you establish trust. And the third would be how do you create a genuine dialogue? You want to focus on all three of these things individually and build that muscle and then determine when are they going to overlay on top of each other.
