Together, we create a safe space to empower you to live your best, most vital life. Thanks for being here. Well, I am so excited to have the beautiful Katie Hess here with me today. Katie, I don't know if you remember this, but we first met at a conference called Changing Life and Destiny. And we've known each other before because we kind of came up and looked into each other's eyes and we just had this knowing, this recognition. And I know I had goosebumps all over my body, which is one of my signs. It's like, okay, you know, and you're just such an amazing, amazing human. And I love your mission and I can't wait for your documentary. I don't know if I can say that.
You can say that.
Yeah. It's time. It's time to get what you're doing and your mission out to the world. And that's one really big, beautiful way to do it. So Katie's the founder and co owner of Lotus Way, which is an incredible, incredible flower Essence Tincture, all things flower company. And the flowers that you work with are exotic and unique and special. I just love what you do and what you're doing in the world. So thank you so much for being here.
Oh, gosh, my pleasure. So happy to be here. Thanks, Jen. Yeah.
So, Katie, tell me, you know, I don't think I even know your story of how did you get into flowers and the flowers that you are working with.
Yeah, it was. Yeah, sure. I mean, I. I was searching for a long time, you know, since being a little kid was like, really like, where's my people? Where's my tribe? What am I supposed to do here? I know I'm supposed to do something, and I don't know. And it wasn't until I graduated college, I had some health issues. And I was also trying to figure out, you know, how. What. What would be the vehicle that I could make a difference in people's lives. And at the time, I was doing some volunteer work for a couple years in Mexico. I had already lived in Europe for a couple years, and I ended up running into this expert in florescences who was from Madrid. It's so funny how life works, right? It's like I was living in his city for a whole year, never ran into him. Had to go all the way to Mexico in order to meet this fella. And he really Deeply inspired me because he said, I mean, he was all about, you know, not only to every. Does every flower have a really specific emotional, mental, spiritual benefit for us and is a way. It's also a way to get to the root cause of things, which at the time, I was struggling with some health stuff. And that really resonated with me in terms of, you know, we can't just, like, patch up the physical body. We have to get all the way down to the root cause, which is emotional. And I thought, could that work for me? Could I. Could I uproot whatever it is so that this, you know, my body as a canvas could release that issue? And. And it did. And it worked. It worked. It worked amazingly. And I also. He also said that if we could get 3% of the world's population taking these flower essences, it would change the future of the planet. And I thought, that's such a huge mission. I can. I can roll with that. I went back to the United States after a certain time period of having a consultation place in Mexico. I just felt like I need to bring this back to the US and that was in 2000. So it was like a long road, you know, how in the early 2000s. I mean, it, like, it was just a long road in terms of, like, teaching myself how to be an entrepreneur and waiting for humanity to kind of catch up. And now I'm so grateful that we're in the time that we're in where people are just feeling so much more open to natural remedies.
So for people that don't know, I think most people do. But what are flower essences and how do they work on this emotional, mental, spiritual aspect of us? Right. We are human beings, and we have a physical body. And often when we get out of balance, the first place we go is physical. So I know the answer, but I would love for you to share with the audience.
Yeah, I mean, I think sometimes it helps to, like, tether it to something we already know. So, like, if you. If you look at, like, the three forms of plant medicine, which you're really familiar with, you know, you have the. Let's say, like herbal medicine, you want the. The roots and the leaves and the stems and the flowers and the seeds, depending on which the buds, depending on what you're doing with the plant, you want the whole body in order to treat the whole body. And when people come with physical issues, I would never say, oh, just take flower essences, you'll be fine. Because you. When it's actually manifested on the Physical level, you need the physical remedy. And, And. And then you think that, like, we think about essential oils, it's kind of like the blood of a plant. It's kind of like the immune system. And so when we work in essential oils into our massage oils or into our daily routines, it boosts our immune system. It's good for circulation. It also puts us in a good mood. This we love smells, right?
Yes.
And then you come to the world of flower essences, which is a little more subtle, vibrational. It's purely based on energy. We're. We're talking about, like, the consciousness of a plant, which then is working on our consciousness level. So it's the energetics, working on our. Our energetic. So for people who are familiar with acupuncture, makes sense. There's energy moving through all the channels and meridians of our bodies. We can take the energy of flowers and plants and move it through those same meridians and channels without the needles. And it's harmonizing all the energies of our body so that we're kind of like going all the way back to the root cause. So rather than treating something physical, like what herbs do so beautifully, is we're going back to something energetic and subtle so that we can prevent something from rising in the future physical by addressing whatever emotional patterns are there.
And so how do you know what flower is working on which emotional pattern?
Yeah. So, I mean, there. In the 1940s, there was a doctor by the name of Edward Bach, who he was. At first he was a doctor, and then he got a little frustrated with the limitations of allopathic medicine. And then he became a homeopath. And then he got frustrated with homeopathy. Homeopathy. And then he opened up the door to his, you know, backyard and looked at all these beautiful flowers. And he was the person who actually figured out how to scale dew drops, which was the form that people were taking them then. And. And all throughout, you know, time and all different parts of the world. And so, you know, there isn't a tremendous amount written about this. And I'm actually grateful for that because I do it like, in the sense of, like, how the old herbalist did. Was like. And probably how you do as well, which is like, go directly to the source. Ask the plant, ask the earth, Right? Like, what are you for? How can I. How can I transmit your. How can I help connect you with the people that need your medicine? And what should I say? Like, what are the words that, like, how can I describe your benefits? You know, and then just Becoming really quiet and documenting it and testing it and making sure that the information is correct and that people are indeed experiencing those benefits. And then after, you know, multiple decades of that, you get kind of comfortable in the beginning. It's hard, right? I know you relate to me, but you think maybe I'm crazy, maybe this is silly because it's so on the edge of what we understand in this world. But after, you know, learning to trust it with experience, it just becomes a part of reality.
Right? Well, it's funny, my first coming out was actually in my documentary where I admitted at the very opening of it that Swiss Chard talked to me and gave me information that was completely spot on. And that's that. That place where, you know, we are conscious beings, the plants are conscious beings, and it's consciousness meeting consciousness, but it requires being still, it requires being open to sit and listen. And one of the things you do. So when I work with people, I actually will sit with the person and the plants will tell me, you know, what. What the person can benefit from and. And what it will do for them. One of the things I love that you do is you actually have a page of different flowers and you let the person choose wherever their eye is drawn. When I was visiting you four months ago, I wanted to get some flower essences for my business partner and friend. And so I literally said, okay, I am Helen, and I was channeling for her. And I mean, the four plants that I picked for her could not have been more perfect. So can you help put that into words? Like, what. How does that process work? First of all, brilliant that you allow the person to find the plant that's calling to them. But how does, how. What's your experience of that when you. When you have. When people come in or you're at a conference and they say, this flower, what's happening?
I mean, we're all so much more magical than we could even conceive with our little logistical brains. You know, we're. And we know that as children, we know that. And there are experiences that we have in life when we know, kind of we get a taste of, like, the depth of how great we are as humans. But then we have our daily lives and we kind of forget and we get a little, you know, I don't know, two dimensional, and we forget that it's natural to be drawn to the things that heal us. We can trust our senses of the things that smell good, the things that taste good, the things that feel beautiful to our eyes, that we're always drawn to what we need the most and that our bodies are always looking for homeostasis. Our bodies are always in the process of healing, and we're not separate from that. You know, we're always moving towards what's going to balance us and free us ultimately. And when you look at it from, like, the angle of the plants, there's just like this whole world of magic there as well. Like, in terms of plant communication, you know, there. There have been studies by, you know, the work of Cleve Baxter. Yes. So you've probably talked about it before, but it's like he's a CIA polygrapher, you know, lie detector instructor. He's since passed, but he was at the time. And he hooked up all his machinery to plants and discovered that plants are sentient, that they hear our thoughts, that, you know, a simple house plant that we have, that we water, we develop a relationship with, feels what we feel. It feels sympathetic. Know he would hook up a machine to one of your plants in your office, and then if the moment you experience stress, for some reason, the plant you can see on the machine would start to experience stress. So there's this. This. I mean, to me, it feels magical, but it's really just, like, natural that when we're in nature and we're surrounded by plants and flowers, there's this sympathetic, compassionate experience happening. It's just happening slower than our pace. And we. We tend to forget. You know, it's more like we just see them as these still things. Right. And we are like little busy bees moving in our life. But there is this direct communication. And when you walk into, like, a flower shop, for example, and you see something really beautiful, and then someone else walks in with you. May. It's like we go together to the flower shop, and you walk in and you see something totally different. It's just happening all the time. This communication, this human botanical communication. We just, I think, kind of, like, tamper down at a certain age. The. Our listening capacity. So when we try to dial up our listening, we discover that the magic is still there.
Yeah. And I think we become a society of busyness. Right. When you're.
When you're.
You're constantly in motion and busy, you don't have the capacity to be able to have that connection because you're just, you know, you're not still part. It requires some stillness. And I don't know if you've seen this, but Dr. Zach Bush talks about. You know, we know that when humans leave their house that their animals sense that they're leaving and they sense when we come back. And he said, well, guess what? Plants do, too. He said, you know, when you're 2km from your house, your plants know you're returning. They've used these electrodes. They've been able to study what's happening in the plant, which is amazing, right? It takes us out of, like, plants. Just a still thing that looks pretty on my desk to, wow, I have a relationship with this plant, and it has a relationship with me that we're constantly giving and receiving in nature. I mean, that's, you know, nature. That's what it shows us day in and day out, that nature is always trying to come back into balance, and we're nature, right? And so we have this deep inherent connection. Our ancestors knew it, right. And. And we've kind of lost the respect of that piece. That's something that is so important for me to teach that, you know, And I. I learned this along my journey working with the grandmothers that, you know, I grew a garden, and I'm like, oh, this is my garden. And the plants were like, no, it's not. This is nature's garden, right? And we say, oh, I own this, I own that. And I got a loud message from the plants. You know, we don't want to be owned. We are. We want you to be our steward, our champion. We want you to help get the message out there. We don't want you to own us. And I, I. You know, that's that sacredness. And so you just returned from. From a very sacred trip. So can you share a little bit about what you learned about the sacredness of nature and these beautiful plants and what you're bringing back from that trip?
Yeah, so I just went to the. I got back from six weeks in the Himalayas. I was in Nepal, mostly in Nepal, also in India and in Bhutan and with a little stopover in Thailand and prime. The primary. I mean, although we did many things while we were there, the primary priority for us was to go into the jungle and search for orchids that Nepal has so many beautiful orchids, wild orchids, and usually, like, depending on the place, there will be, like, a particular theme of what most of the plants of that area do, although each one is so unique and nuanced and specific, kind of like, as a whole. So I was really curious, you know, what would we find in Nepal? Because, like, in Iceland, it's like, you know, childlike curiosity and wonder. In Costa Rica, it's like dredging up all your subconscious fears. In Southeast Asia is like, prolific abundance And Nepal was like, you know, unknown territory for me in terms of the plant life. So we ended up meeting up with an orchid expert in Kathmandu. And then we went on a eight hour car ride to Pokhara and then we drove more farther up into the mountains. And then at sunset, our driver just sort of like dumped us out on the top of a hill and the sun was going down behind the mountains and everything was getting dark and we had our big packs on and we were walking down this stairway in the dark. You know, of course, my end, I knew where he was going, but it was just like such an exciting adventure to be like in the middle of this like dark stairway down into nowhere. Um, and then, you know, waking up the next morning and seeing the Annapurna Mountains in the distance was just like, like shocking in a way. And you know, I had made prayers for many months to be able to find whatever it was that we, you know, could help the people that we touch and to just sort of like wrap it up in a nutshell. I think that when you look at the flowers of Nepal and the people of Nepal and the energy of Nepal, the theme has a lot to do with opening your heart and breaking down the barriers in your heart. Coming from the U.S. i mean, I felt great. I was so happy to be there. But the moment I started interacting with people in Nepal this time I felt like I was telling you before, I felt like the wildness of how open people's hearts are in Nepal showed me where there were just like little bits of hardness and protection around my own heart that I didn't even see before. I couldn't even detect it. It was more in the like unsteadiness or instability feeling or uneasiness with how wild and open people felt to me when I was there. Like, could I be that open and could I be that open to receive and could I be like. Nepal is. I don't know if you've been to Nepal, but it's just this like wild place where in moments you have interactions with people and you feel like they adore you and they love you and they accept you a hundred percent as you are. Which, like, I don't even think we love ourselves that much, right? We're so self critical and so hard on ourselves that it's like unnerving to experience that much love. And there's, there's also this quality that's like, you know, part of it might be the language barrier, I'm not sure. You know, maybe you have a similar experience in Italy where Like when there's a little bit of language barrier, you have to rely more on this electricity of the transmission of the heart because you're, you know, looking for other accuse. Right. You're like feeling out somebody's heart to see where they're coming from because the words are in some ways become an obstacle. So anyway, just to say, like, I feel like the electricity of the humans in Nepal of their hearts is so alive and so wild and open. And I felt the same with the orchids. The orchids were just like another example of that. Like, how open can you be? How. How much bliss and joy can you let in your heart? How, how much can you, like, let that, like, shake up your system and, and allow that expression in the world?
Yeah. And I love what you said because, you know, when there is a language barrier, you do have an opportunity to move into the sensory electrical connection, which is what we are as humans. Right. Again, we see this physical vessel and we go, oh, that's who we are. No, that's really just the carrier of our emotional body, our spiritual nature, our nature in general, and I think you just described it so beautifully, is that then you can have a deeper connection too, because you don't have the barrier of language and kind of like our mind getting in the way, our thoughts getting in the way. You're truly just in a state of being with each other.
Yeah, yeah. I mean, sitting with the nuns, you know, they'll just like grab your hand or give you a hug or, you know. And then with the monks, obviously, there's. There's like, it's not the physical affection, it's more just like the beingness or like someone giving you a gift or sitting and having coffee or like there's just this incredible sense or like, you know, we had some friends who were musicians. Like, there's, there's so many ways of communication that don't rely on words. And it's enlivening.
Yeah.
It like wakes up some part of you that has been dormant or something.
And you look younger. I mean, you always looked young, but you have a. A glow about you.
Thank you.
Yeah, it's beautiful. So share about your flowers that you utilize in Lotus way.
Yeah.
And tell us about your fairly new line.
Yeah. So the way that things have unfolded over the years has been so interesting. Like, when we first. So the first 10 years of my career, I was really just seeing people one on one. I was doing consultations, listening to their lives, seeing how I could help them, making custom remedies. I quickly Transitioned out of that into, like, you know, because how could I reach more people that wasn't dependent on my time? And the first six remedies that came out turned out to be, if you're from. I know you're familiar with homeopathy, kind of like the 6x realm. It's like, what are the things that everybody needs? Like, we want love, we want to laugh, we want to feel peaceful, we want energy, we want to be able to get stuff done, we want to be able to sleep. And when we have those basic needs covered, I feel like we. Then we have more freedom to kind of dig into what else is there. And so the next collection is more around, like, what traumas that we have? You know, how do we feel about rejection, betrayal, jealousy, belonging, mom and dad, communication, you know, all these things that are, like, a little bit harder, and we get a chance to, like, look at that. And then the next six remedies. So it goes from kind of like X to C to M, you know, the next six remedies are more like, what's my place in. In the community? And how open am I to receive? Like, if someone was going to give me the winning lottery ticket, could I actually. Am I open enough to receive it? Could I receive it and hold it? How do I feel about my sensuality and my sexuality? How do I feel in my body? How am I about boundaries? Do I let people overset my boundaries? And then from there, we created the sacred line, which is. That was like, around 20, 20, 2021, when people were feeling like they needed a boost in their immune systems and they needed to detox chemicals and toxins. And then we sort of, like, had a lot of separation and brokenheartedness. So we needed to come back and mend our hearts and develop that electrical synchronicity and connection between each other again. And then the divine collection is more around how much can we allow ourselves to experience love and nurturing? Can we allow ourselves to root into a really strong sense of purpose and why we're here? And then, like, who's our. Who's on our team and what legacy are we going to leave? And then right now, we're working in through the middle of the Awakening series, which is like, what are those funny, funny subconscious fears that we have that hold us back? We may not even know what they are, but on a daily basis, they're kind of, like, affecting how expressive we are. And what does it feel like to liberate fears from, you know, all parts of us, including, like, how we speak and express ourselves and how we are with other people.
And so that's the line that you're working on now. Beautiful. And so what are some of your favorite fear flowers? And I know it's hard. I know people ask me, what are your favorite remedies? And I'm like, I love them all. It's like asking me to say, who's my favorite child? So I totally understand. But you know, what I experience with the plant stem cells is as we are evolving as a species, different plants are coming forward. So like, two years ago, I didn't work with them as much. Now all of a sudden, these same remedies, like lemon tree is showing up for everybody. Right. Which is about joy, it's about ph. Balance, about coming into balance. It's about what can you actually take in and receive. We're in a. We're in a big pivot of give, give, give, give into learning to receive. Because most of us don't know how to receive. We're not taught that. We're taught to give.
Right.
And especially as women, I think. So what are some of the flowers that are coming forward right now at the time where we are in humanity's that you're seeing consistently for people?
Yeah, I mean, consistently. Consistently there would be. In the last two years, I've seen a phenomenon that's kind of blown my mind, which is when I show people the flowers, everybody chooses Japanese camellia. I think we talked about that when you were here. Everybody in the last two years, literally everyone from all over the world. And I just find that so interesting. Like, what is it about this flower that we're all needing so desperately right now? And it's part of. It has to do with, like, it's when you. Something happens and something happens around the world and it kind of disappoints us. And so we just kind of shut down our hearts or we feel small or we feel like, what can I do about it? So it helps us open back up and soften back up. And what else am I seeing a lot of? I mean, this month is interesting. Every. Every month we release a different flower. And we have this program called the Flower Revolution. And anywhere between like 3 and 400 people were all working on this anchoring and this specific remedy. And this month it's pitcher plant. And that has. Has a lot to do with when we feel uneasy with the unknown. And I. I've been asking a lot of people, especially here in the US it feels like there's so much unknown and people are getting that sense, you know, maybe it's a normal. It's the end of the year, we feel like we're wrapping up, and then this year is coming, and the Chinese New Year, we're moving from snake to horse, and the horse is, like, ready to run out of the gates, and we're, you know, snake is like, trying to slow down and hibernate. And then there's this galloping horse that wants to get going. So that we're having this sense of, like, there's big changes coming, but what are they? And I don't know what they are, you know, and we want to prepare, but we don't even know what the heck we're preparing for. We're just like jumping off of a. A jet plane. So pitcher plant is. Is such a beautiful remedy for helping us fearlessly just jump and jump into the unknown, but also to, like, really listen carefully to other people, because the people around us have little parts and pieces of information for us that will help us understand what our next steps are. So that's what I'm seeing, like, this month right now.
That's beautiful. And when you say three or four hundred people. So do you have a community, a membership?
Like, how.
How can people find you or participate?
Yeah, thanks for asking. Yeah. So we have a monthly membership subscription model where we ship an elixir, like the newest elixir to your door. And usually it'll come with some kind of support missed. And we meet up once a month. I mean, I always tell people, if you want to just, like, take the elixir, that's good, just take the elixir. You don't have to worry about anything else. But there's all these other, like, little support pieces, and we'll send out recordings every week. And it's really nice to get on a call at the end of the month and just hear what other people have experienced and to be in the presence of people who are. Who have made personal growth and awakening their number one priority. It's such a different kind of human, you know, so fearless and down to earth and able to just talk about the challenges and beauty of life without being in a victim mode.
Right.
So it's nice to be in company of people like that and then also to work on a new flower or plant each month is kind of like seeing a new side of yourself every month. And it's like the love affair that never ends, you know, I think, oh, I've been working with flower essences for so long. Like, one day will come where I'M just like, yeah, whatever. Like, flower. This is just flower essences. Right. But it never comes. Every month, I'm just like, what? Like, here's another thing that I have never experienced in my life before. It's like. It's like meeting a new person every month, that kind of blows you away.
Right?
I'm sure you feel that way too.
Yeah, it's a. It's a constant love affair. But it evolves, right? It breathes. I. I feel like the plants breathe us in a new way. And I love that idea of a membership because you're probably learning from the members, and we're all connected and we're all mirrors. So if somebody says, oh, this supported me through this, you go, wow, it did. Me too. You know, I just wasn't aware of it. So it constantly brings the level of awareness up in consciousness, up in the whole community. I mean, that's beautiful and amazing. So you have sprays. So talk about your line and what each one is supporting us in.
Yeah. So there's different ways that you can get it into your system. And it's really just like, what are people wanting to use and what are they finding nourishing as a ritual? And what are they gonna use as many times during the day as possible? Because flower remedies are an energy medicine. It's not about, like, give me a gallon of that. It's more about, like, the times you use it, the frequency. So we tell people, if you use this eight times a day, you'll feel such a difference in your mind, in your mind stream, or in your heart if you use it once, not as much. You know, it's like, when you have, like, somebody who really inspires you in your life, like your best friend. Is it better to see them, you know, for a retreat for one week once a year, or is it better to meet them for coffee a few times a week, the whole year? You know, it's like that constant infusion. Um, so for some people, they want to take the elixir. It's just, like, easy for them to carry it in their pocket, put it in their mouth or in their beverages. Other people are like, no, I like the mist, because I want to just stop and, like, breathe deep and smell good smells. And the flower remedies are in there, too. So they're going to. You know, they're going to be working no matter what. If it's in your body, if it's around your body, it's all working with your electromagnetic field anyway. So in on around doesn't really matter. Anointing oils. Anointing oils are fun. You can just put them on your pulse points. It goes directly to your heart. We have acupuncturists that work with them in place of needles or in addition to needles. So, you know, it's all just moving through your energy system. This year, we released a liquid soap. It's like, well, if you're just, like, in the bathroom and you need to wash your hands or you're showering, there's like, another infusion of energetic support and healing. So really, it doesn't matter. It's just.
And what I. I love what you were just sharing, because in each of those moments, it requires you to pause, be conscious, connect. Right. We. We've kind of lost that. We've lost that with the busyness. And I was reflecting about this the other day is our ancestors didn't know what was going on across the world. Right. They only knew what was going on in their community, and that's what they were present in. And now as humans, you know, we know what's going on across the world this way and this way. And it's. It's part of what's affecting our nervous system, because we are on information overload. We are in the doing, not in the being. And one of my experiences with flower essences is it connects you to the beingness of nature, of the plants, of you, of your heart, and all these things that we say. Oh, it's one more thing to do. I have a checklist. No, it actually requires you to pause for a minute and to breathe and to take in and to come back to center.
Oh, I'm so glad you put it that way. That's so brilliant, Jen. Yeah, it's like. It's like that moment of stripping away and coming back to, like, the most essential part of you.
Yes.
Which is fullness, vitality.
Yes. Well, that is amazing. So is there anything else? So you have a physical location that people can make an appointment and come see you, and you have all. I mean, you walk in there and you're like, I'm not leaving. Do you have a room I can go? Or a sofa I can go sit on? Stay here forever. It's just amazing, amazing, amazing. You also have a line of chocolates.
Yeah.
The privilege of. Of talking to Lisa last week about that. So share, like, what's next? How can people find you? What's the best way to really start to embrace and embody your beautiful flower essences? And let me just caveat. That is, I've worked with flower essences for probably 25 years.
Wow.
And your flower essences are unlike anything that I've ever worked with. Like, I. When I met you, and I'm going to start crying. When I met you at the, at the conference, I was like, wow. Like, I could just feel the massive shift, the softening. You know, I'm somebody who's lived a pretty structured go, go, go kind of life, and I could just feel the invitation to come back into my core, to be in my heart, to slow down. And it was so strong. It was like, almost felt like this is the only way. This is your way forward. So I got so many downloads and so much information. So, I mean, I am a huge fan and I want everybody else to find you and know how to work with, with your flower essences.
What flower essence are you taking? Right now?
I'm using the Divine Awakening and I work with her multiple times a day, every day.
That's awesome. Yeah. So, I mean, for people who are just kind of like, they are curious and they want to dive in, the best way is to just go to our website and take the quiz. You just click on all the flowers that you're drawn to. It'll give you a report of, like, the top three remedies that are popping up for you and you can read and see if it resonates. It's a nice way to just jump in and try. We also do consultations virtually or in person. Uh, we're at the Self Rising Nature center in Phoenix, Arizona. Everyone's welcome to come. We do private ceremonies and smoke offerings and all kinds of different services that weave flower essences into the mix. And there's one more thing I was going to say. Oh. We have a new YouTube show coming up, which is hopefully by the time this gets published, we'll have something on. On our YouTube channel. Of course, we have, like, the Lotus Way YouTube, but we're. We're developing a new show called the Flower Hunters.
Oh, I love that.
It's just, you know, it's really silly. It's just like bringing the camera into behind the scenes of what it's like to go on a collection trip. The first show is in Wyoming. We spent a week in Wyoming hunting, hunting orchids in the, in the forest. And then the second show will be in Nepal and then from there we'll see what unfolds. But would love to invite people to see, to see what it's like to collect the flowers and what questions they have and if that can inspire them Beautiful.
And how does this flow into your documentary?
Yeah, it's such a great experience to be, like, shooting and editing or watching Taylor edit. Who's doing the editing and getting a handle on, like, how do you tell a story visually? How do you bring people into a world? Right. And. And we're also working on a documentary that explains what flower essences are and where they come from and how they work and demonstrate, you know, with people. People's stories. And that's a much longer project, but it's really fun, as you know.
Yes. Yes. Well, congratulations. You are such a bright light. I'm so grateful for you and your mission and what you are doing in the world because we need the flowers, the plants now more than ever.
Likewise, Jen. I'm so happy you're doing what you're doing.
Thank you. And people can find you@lotusway w e I dot com.
Yep.
Okay, so we'll add that in the show notes as well as your YouTube channel and all the ways that people can connect with you. So thank you. Thank you. Thank you for being here today.
Thanks so much, Jen. Thank you.
