Thermography, Toxins & Breast Health: The Estrogen Crisis Explained
18 Dec 2025 · 42 min
Podcast interview (Wellness Sherpa) with Patricia Luccardi about breast health, thermography, and environmental estrogen disruption. Luccardi describes thermography as a heat-based physiologic scan that can reveal metabolically active (pre-anatomic) breast changes, links rising breast issues to widespread xenoestrogens/plastics, and discusses practical interventions including iodine, sulforaphane, lymphatic care and reducing plastic exposure. The conversation includes clinical anecdotes, case images referenced from thermography, and resource pointers (her book and website).

Welcome to the Wellness Sherpa Podcast, where we engage with passionate leaders, holistic thinkers, and disruptors who courageously share their personal journey, mission and wisdom with you. Together, we create a safe space to empower you to live your best, most vital life. Thanks for being here. So excited to be here today with my dear friend and soul sister, Patricia Bowden Lardi. We met, gosh, maybe three years ago through a deer, through the magnificent Fabian. And I mean, we just, we vibe at the same level. And I am so excited to have you here to talk about what you are seeing in thermography, what you're seeing in the world going on that's affecting our health and all the things. So thank you so much for being here.
Hello. That's right. Well, thank you so much. And before we get started, I have to honor you for what you do. And for all of those out there that don't have this book, you better grab it, because it is. It's really like having your catalog. It's so great. I love it. I love it. I mean, I keep asking Benjamin for more catalogs to just get the book anyway. But thank you so much. And, you know, we are soul. We'll. We are soul sisters. And it is. It is the most exciting time to be alive during this time. And at the same time, we have to be very mindful, excuse me. Of all the toxins that we're living in. We're living in a very toxic world. And someone said, unless you live on another planet, you're living in toxins. So, you know, it's just knowing how to navigate in this time period and make it. Make it fun, make it beautiful. And, you know, let's not be a Debbie Downer today and talk about all the negative stuff and we'll talk about the positive and how we can have a healthy body.
Yeah, so let's talk about that. So, you know, when I, when I speak on stage, I talk about our air or food or water, all toxic.
Right.
You could go crazy being super rigid about everything. So where does somebody start when looking at the talks? Because, you know, what I'm seeing is a toxic burden in the body. It accumulates. It's now happening younger and younger. I think usually it used to happen mid age. That was part of the midlife crisis, I believe.
Right, right, right.
The body kind of tipped the scale, but now it's happening in 20s, you know, even in teenagers. Teenagers, Teenagers. So what is going on?
Well, we live in a petrochemical. It's an epidemic of plastics. If anybody is can remember. It's aging me. It was. It was Dustin Hoffman's movie called the Graduate. And his mentor said, son, the future's in plastics. Well, that's 50 years later. And they have found these petrochemicals that are estrogen disruptors. They're foreign. Estrogens are called xenoestrogens, estrogen mimickers. And they found them on the ocean floor to the top of the Himalayas. So not only is this changing our. Our hormonal system, it's affecting male fish becoming male, female for, I don't know, probably 30, 40 years. You know, you think of atrazine and all this stuff, but it's affecting not just the human kingdom, but the animal kingdom. They found these alligators in Florida, female alligators growing penises in the most toxic lake.
Oh, my gosh.
I think it's called Lake Apicopa. I never say it right, but. But from what I have been working with, I've been. It's been 15 years. No, 13 years I've been working with thermography. And I'm going to show some pictures because we don't have a PowerPoint set up. But what my expertise has led me to do is to detox the foreign estrogens off the receptor sites. And we can see the difference six months later in the thermography. And that is so amazing. And the other thing that I'm seeing, I mean, when I first started, I never. I didn't see breast cancer. I said, oh, I'm in New York City. Everybody's, you know, maybe they're more intelligent taking care of their health. Well, it takes eight to 10 years for cancer to be seen on an anatomical study, like an MRI mammogram or an ultrasound. And it's in the stages of heat or it's called metabolically active. And that's when the cells are replicating, and that's where thermography picks it up. Because thermography is just a. It's a study of heat. So really what I was seeing was all these women that were in those. That, that metabolically active state that wasn't quite coming up on thermography yet, because it was. They were still really healthy. And then about eight years later, bingo. Everybody and their mother's coming in with breast cancer. I had nine women, eight women in the summer, in two weeks with breast cancer. And one was 18 years old. Eighteen years old. Now, she's from Long island. In Long Island. You know, that's. That's Cancer Alley. I've got maps of showing how toxic Long island is. But that means if that's metabolically active for age 10 years, that child had it when she was. When she was about 11 or 12 years old.
That's insane.
And the other thing that no one is talking about is that we're living in a time of no iodine. You can't patent an element. Right. You can't patent iodine. And what's happening is that iodine regulates estrogen and we're living in an estrogen dominant world. So without iodine, we're seeing polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis, heavy bleeding, ovarian shutdown, cyst in the ovaries, cyst in the breast, its calcifications, nodules, all of that's a lot of it's linked to lack of iodine. So I had one woman come to me, she's 36 years old, complete ovarian shutdown. Put her on sulforaphane. What. What you were taking. So we'll talk about your protocol. And that comes from the broccoli seed that Fabian Bisia was working with. Biomics Plus. And it helps inhibit breast cancer stem cells, but it also flushes the receptor sites of all those bad estrogens, allowing our own estroge flow. And I put her on that and iodine. In two weeks, she got a period back. Wow. So they're kind of simple things, you know, I mean, there's certain things our breasts thrive on. And I will tell you, I always say, anybody wearing a bra, I tell my practitioners, any woman walking through your door wearing a bra has to be on. Nature provides lip health because of the stagnation. Yeah, it is a beautiful formula. So is it too early to do show and tell?
No, let's do it. And while you're pulling that up. So you should have the ability to share at the bottom.
No, it's right here. Here it is. Okay.
Oh, look at that.
See that right there? Yeah. See that? Now you see it. Oh, darn. Because of the screen. There we go.
Yeah, that's okay.
I can still see it. Well, anyway, this woman, see, I write in her upper upper back, that bra has not. She has not had that bra on for 20 minutes. That was caught in thermography, but her upper back was all lymphatic congestion. So for all those ladies out there still wearing bras, sometimes you have to wear a bra, you know, for whatever reason, try to get the bras that are the least constructed. It's a no brainer that we know not to wear an underwire bra anymore.
I Did for years. Right. It was the thing to do. And.
Yeah, well, that's what, that's what we did. But it's interesting. There's a book called Dress to Kill the Link between Bras and Breast Cancer. And Sydney Ross Singer studied as a medical anthropologist. He went all over the world, looked at bras, lymphatic systems, breast cancer, and he found that the women who had the least amount of bras had the better breast health, particularly like in Africa or something. But John Mayo, as he was creating the Mayo Clinic, he said bras create stagnant lymph with a potential of breast cancer. 1931. Wow. So for the women who wear. Why.
Why are we so attached to bras? Because I have a, you know, beautiful young daughter. She's 28. And, you know, her response is, mom, that would be ridiculous. I would, you know, look funny. And people would make comments. Right. Because they still care about what people think at that age. What, what is it? Our obsession with bras. And how do we change that mindset especially?
Well, actually, actually I did a. A newsletter years ago, and I went back to some archives of the Victorian times in the Smithsonian when they put whale bones in their, in their bras. What were they called? The corsets. And women were fainting because they couldn't breathe.
Right.
And if you have a tight bra. For many years, I was a breath educator at a place called Canyon Ranch. It's a medical spine Lenox, Mass. I was working with Dr. Mark Hyman. And more people go to the ER because they're over breathing. It's called hidden hyperventilation. And if they're with a tight bra and there was. They're breathing high into the chest. That's an anxiety breath working with a sympathetic nervous system. And the diaphragm isn't dropping, so they can go into the hospital and it. And it. And it looks like they're having all kinds of things, you know, fainting. They could say, oh, it's your heart, it's this, it's your. It's your metabolism. It's. They can say whatever it is, but they never connect it to the breath. So bras can actually not only inhibit our breath pattern and make us anxious, I mean, it can throw off our lymphatic system. And you think about the woman that wears a bra all day long and she takes it off before she goes to bed at night. That limp has not moved all day long.
Well, and the young girls wear them at night.
They have shown. We had three patients. I had three patients. That slept in their bra. They all had breast cancer.
Yeah, I mean, I, you know, I found out my daughter was doing this maybe eight years.
That is so dangerous.
And it was an underwire bra. She was sleeping. Take that off.
Well, you know what? Sidney Ross singer, he found that in France. And they love their brassieres there. Excuse me. They did a study for 15 years and they found that women who wore bras, their breasts sagged more. Now, we are told that if we wear a bra, our breasts are not going to sag. But they're sit. The breasts are sitting on a ledge all day long, not using ligaments and tendons, and they, they dupus by the droop by showing us these long, pendulous breasts from Africa. I mean, I don't know how many women they. How many babies they might have nursed, you know, because the breasts will sag with nursing. But we have been duped by the droop. And the other thing is to get up on a bandwagon. Why do we put little girls in training bras? What are we training them for?
Right.
Not to feel their breasts. What are we training them for? But a lot of, A lot of young women and girls are starting to become more bra conscious, you know, getting things that are unconstructed. And for those out there who have heavier breasts or larger breasts, the lift is in the strap. It's not. Those wires are not holding you into space. But I've had women who are large, busted, and they come in and they have tingling down their arms and their fingers from the bra strap hitting the nerves in the collar, in the trapezius area. So there are bras that, you know, that have larger straps. And it's interesting that the bra size, since the 70s, when I was growing up, the average bra size was the cup was around an abc. Now they go up to a double K. Yeah, I know. Because estrogen is. I mean, fat is called adipose tissue. Excuse me. And our breasts are mostly fatty tissue and they attract estrogen. So, excuse me. Fatty tissue or fat is called the third estrogen. So where do these estrogens go to the breasts. They're getting bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger. Wow.
So let's pivot for a minute back to the phytoestrogens, because I want to get your perspective on something. There's a pretty big cancer doctor in the US who says you shouldn't have flaxseed chia seed. A lot of the seeds are phytoestrogens. You should stay clear of those. Can you clarify more what you're speaking about, I know you're speaking about plastics and about the chemicals and all of that, but what's your perspective on some of these, you know, natural seeds that a lot of people use for fiber and for other nutrients in the body?
I don't, I really can't. I've done, I haven't done research on that, but I think flaxseeds are good. And chia seeds, my body doesn't, doesn't jive with it, but there's a lot of estrogens out there. I mean, look at tofu. People eat tofu. But if it's, if it's fermented, it's good for men. It's not good anywhere, you know, with men with, you know, getting breasts and everything. I don't know. I really can't address that. I can't address it because right now we're living in a time of so many opinions. Everybody's got an opinion on something and the health realm is completely out of control. But I've heard that, that like women who take tamoxifen, you know, they want to keep after cancer, after breast cancer, that that estrogen doesn't even leave the body. You know, they show with estrogen pathways and taking a hormonal test that those estrogens are blocked and they're going to different parts of the body and everything. But they can take flaxseed and it actually helps push it out of the body, as does sulforaphane. So I don't know. I don't know. I still like my flaxseeds, but I can't address that.
Well, so let's talk about what you're seeing on the thermography scan. So you showed us one picture with the, with the back and the bra and all of that. What else are you seeing? And then.
Okay, this is, this is great. Okay, so just to show you, because.
You'Ve shared some great slides with me.
I wish I could pull those up, but I don't know how to do that. So this classically put in the gray scale. That's the gray scale. And there's the color scale. Now that top one, you'll see all that mottling on her chest. Yeah. Well, this one right here, that was six months on sulforaphane and she had detox and all those estrogens left her breast. Well, it turns out that they said, hey, we've never seen what your breasts really look like because they look like this. Let's do another six month follow up. Turns out that she didn't have her own estrogen, so she went on bioidentical hormones. And yet she can still look like that. Again, the sulforaphane will always be taking off the foreign estrogens off the receptor sites. So when are you never not exposed to foreign estrogens? So that's one thing that the breasts thrive on. And Johns Hopkins has studied, there's over 500 studies on sulforaphane. And it also inhibits breast cancer stem cells. So what I'm seeing is estrogen dominant pretty much across the board. But what I'm seeing it now is with men, you know, men that have the motley men that have the bellies. And I couldn't find, because, like I said, this is all in my PowerPoints. But this was a man who had the leopard spots on his face. We see those leopard spots.
Yeah, you showed me that one before. That's pretty amazing.
And what we're seeing. Sorry. I really did not want to have dairy last night and someone slipped it in the mashed potatoes. I said, I'm going to be suffering today because I don't have dairy anymore. Although I've been trying raw dairy, raw milk, and it works. I don't get phlegm from it.
Yeah.
So I listen. There's a lot of farms. Yes. It's interesting because I was on the Western Price foundation podcast recently, and what we're seeing a lot. The first thing we asked our patients, do you have root canals? Do you have amalgams? Do you wear a night guard? Do you have an Invisalign? Do you have bleeding gums? How often do you clean your teeth? How often do you, you know, floss or whatever? The little boy come in. I don't have this picture. It's on my website. He had an invisalign. He was 18 years old. He had gone to Kamasika. You know, he had the little nodules, knobs, little knots under the breast. And he was on an Invisalign. Invisaligns, petrochemicals, estrogens. Face was covered in estrogen drainage. This thick. I don't want to put it to my body. This thick going down his neck, growing breast. I got over 20 emails on just that. Invisalign. Because you look at the young mothers now, the kids are growing up and the dentists want them on Invisalign. Yeah. And so I connected to several biological dentists and they said, there's something called poly vinyl. Poly poly, Eva vinyl. And there were three other things that were made out of Rubber, but not plastic. You know, it's, it's environmentally safe for the mouth because a lot of people sleep with, with night guards, you know, CPAPs. And we, and I've been collecting a series of images of the drainage that goes down the neck. And where does it go? It goes into the lymphatic system. And it's interesting because the lymph system starts on the left side. And this is a classic example of how it goes into the right breast. And I've had a couple of women that it just went into the right breast. So look at this one. Can you, can you pull it up? Yeah.
There you go.
Yep. You see all that drainage from her mouth?
Yeah.
And look where that's going. It's heading right to her nipple. Wow.
Wow.
So having, having our oral health is totally connected to our lymphatic system, to our breast because every tooth sits on a meridian point. So it's very, very important to stick with a biological dentist. Root canals. It's the longest chapter in my book was on root canals. You know, you know that Dr. Weston Price and root canals. Yes. Do you know that? Do you know that that's cash cow. That and, and, and Invisaligns are a cash cow for the dental industry. Well.
And they're still doing root canals even.
Though they're still putting silver in people's mouths.
Putting amalgam fillings in folks mouths.
That's right. Particularly, particularly with children from lower income or what do they call that now? Politically correct. It's financially challenged or something. Yeah, that's. They just is put in metal, Metal fillings.
Yeah, because it's cheap.
It's cheap. That's right. That's right. So the other thing that I'm seeing is, you know, the estrogen dominance, the lymphatic drainage, the stagnation with the bras, but I'm seeing men with these estrogen dominance. You know, I had a man that came in and he had a, he had a mastectomy. He was covered, he was covered in estrogen dominance. Leopard spots all over. So what came first? The estrogen and the breast cancer. What came first? What gave him. What gave him that. So, you know, we don't have tons of men having breast cancer, but there's a lot of, a lot of men that came out of nine, 11, you know, now 20 years later they have cancer or whatever. And there was a group that came out of that called men with breast cancer or something. But I was with that group for a while, so I was getting men that came in particularly from the fire department, you know, that had, and they had a lot of estrogen on their bodies.
So help me understand, you know, this high estrogen in the body and then in the menopausal community you need to, you know, take estrogen. You need to be on either hormones or bioidentical hormones. Help me understand that gap because it's something I've never been able to figure out because I don't know the science.
Right. Well, I, I know that there are other people that have worked with her and have been in dialogue with Lindsay Berksen and she wrote a book called Smart brain, Sexy brain and safe smart women, safe hormones. And she had herself had breast cancer and her mother was exposed to ddt. So she lost a lot of her, you know, endocrine system. And she worked on the think tank at Tulane years as a hormone scholar. She said that NIH did a study of 10 million women and they found that women even in their, in their 80s and 90s needed natural estrogen. You know, our estrogen is the guardians of our health and behind every, every estrogen site, you know, is a chakra. So it's connected to our energy systems. That's why I wouldn't trust 90 something percent of people doing my hormones because they don't know. But you know, there's the dried urine test, the Dutch test and there's something called the. Oh, I can't remember that. The. I have to circle back to that. I can't remember. Anyway, there's a couple of, of urine tests that people that women do over a 24 hour period and that's indicates where their hormones are, are their hormones or not. And then it's based on that bioidentical hormones. And they're not just randomly someone on estrogen not randomly putting something. Although I will say progesterone will help balance estrogen. There was a book that was written many years ago by Dr. John Lee called what your doctor won't tell you about breast cancer and progesterone because it does help, you know, in this estrogen, it's a progesterone cream. But if a woman's taking that in her period, she has to cycle every 28 days. And that's complicated. I don't know how to because I haven't had a period in so long. But again, if anybody's doing topical hormones, they have to cycle around because you get dermal fatigue and it doesn't always take in the hormones. But what Lindsay says, Dr. Brooks and again, people may you know, challenge this is that it's better to have a vaginal uptake because it goes into the bloodstream. Except for you can take a pill to beat progesterone, but you don't be taking any hormones through a pill. No hormones. Has to be done either vaginally or on your skin.
Do not pills. Pellets is the other big one.
Yeah, pellets. You can do pellets. But you know, and you know, I gotta tell you, doctor, Dr. Mercola, I don't know who he's got writing for him, but you know, he's, he's like, he just thinks that hormones are like woo, science. So I don't know. I don't know. Yeah, hormones are a big subject. And again, smart women, safe hormones. It was an easy read. And you know, and I would not let the doctor that's doing my hormones do my hormones until she read the PowerPoint presentation by Lindsay. And then I felt comfortable with her doing it. But again, 10 million women, they did a study at NIH and they had insurance. Oh, they had insurance companies follow this up and they had. It hasn't been peer reviewed yet, but they found that women had less dementia and less Parkinson's. I don't understand the Parkinson's component to it, but they said they definitely had better cognition. Yeah.
Amazing, amazing, amazing. So you were just at a conference and share a little bit about what you learned there?
Well, I was, I was at Standard Process and it was on toxicity and of course, you know, all the things that we know. The, the water and what is. Dr. John, who was the one that, that created standard process document? Dr. Dr. Lee, I don't remember. But it goes way back. And they were talking about water being so toxic. That was one of the things. And he said back then he would have never said, oh, you, you never take the minerals out of the water. That's crazy. But now because the water's so toxic, a lot of these filters take the minerals out. He said you can always put the minerals back in. But I just went to environmental working group today and there's a place where you can put in your zip code. So I live in a small village. Mine doesn't come up. But if you're in a town, they'll tell you the toxicity of the water. It's pretty crazy. It is pretty crazy. So you go, okay, I have a water filter. But you bathe in that water. Yeah. You know, I was in the city last weekend with my daughter. She said, mommy, it's been two days. You haven't taken a shower, A bath. I said, no, thank you. I don't want to, I don't want to bathe in fluoride, you know, because there's fluoride in the water and you're sitting, you're sitting in a tub for 30 minutes soaking with your Epsom salts and your fluoride. So I didn't want to do that. Right.
And chlorine and the things.
Yeah.
There's one thing to invest in your health. It's getting a good water filter.
Water filter. And you can get. It's. It's expensive. Oh, I had a woman that, she was paid like $8,000, was a new build, but, you know, whatever it takes. You could put a filter on your shower head and fill your tub up with a, with a shower water. Right. You know, and I got one for my daughter in Louisiana because, you know, they have toxic water and it's like, was like a little bag you put over the, the faucet. But, you know, not everybody can afford that. But at least the water we're drinking. Yeah. You know, there's those. So many different filters. But.
And well, and a lot of, a lot of my clients think, oh, well, I've got the refrigerator filter.
That's good.
It's not, it's not doing.
Yeah, it's not. That's not, that's not.
Drink water, Tap water at restaurants.
Well, you know, that's the other thing, Jan, is that we go into restaurants and we drink tea and we drink coffee. Now coffee is really toxic. I mean, if you're not getting organic coffee, you're having toxins and mold and it's probably. And if it, and if it's just mainstream, it's been decaffeinated. So toxic. I mean, one place got annoyed that I walked in, I had to buy a bottle. And you can't drink out of your, out of your water bottle. Okay, so I'll buy an eight dollar bottle of water. I am not drinking this fluoride from this town. And sometimes you can smell it. As soon as they put the glass down, you can smell it. So, yeah, water. But getting back to this toxicity thing. They went through all the plastics and they went through, you know, how you can avoid things. There's a book called Breast. It was a woman, I can't think of her name. Her and her daughter went for two weeks. They didn't touch any plastic. They made sure that the butcher didn't put anything. Always on paper, no plastic for two weeks. They were plastic free and their body Burden dropped about 50%. So, but then again, again, going back to those, those receptor sites, like for instance, the oral B, you know, that's the dental floss. It has the PSAF forever hormone. Did you know that?
Yes, and that years ago.
And that stays on the receptor sites for up to three to five years. So again, what we put in our mouth is, in fact, after this conference, I was going to go down to one of the food co ops and get a wooden toothbrush with the right kind of bristles because those are micro pellets in our toothbrushes. And they said the average person eats a credit card size of plastic a week, not a month, a week.
Yeah, I've actually heard it's more than that. Natalie said if you take the weight of a regular silver spoon, it's about that much in weight.
Oh, my goodness.
So it's getting worse and worse.
Right. Well, okay, so then. Oh, this was interesting. You know, parasites are on the, on the radar right now. There's a lot of things for parasites. And they said parasites attract heavy metals and they swim in the heavy metals. So if you're going to do a detox with a binder, you know, that takes the heavy metals out, you really got to consider doing parasite cleanse first and then do the heavy metals. And then they showed that going into a sauna for two to three hours a week for two weeks, all that can be taken out. The metals, plastics. And they say when you're in that sauna, don't just sit in your own sweat, constantly wipe it off so it doesn't go back in your skin. And if you could do five to seven days for two weeks, you've taken a lot out of your body. Yeah, but then we have to think, okay, why do we? Everybody and their mother has dementia. They're spraying chemtrails for 30 years with aluminum.
Right.
Are they spraying where you live?
Oh, yeah, they're spraying. I mean, I travel all over the world.
Yeah, everywhere.
Not just here. And they're being sprayed everywhere.
Everywhere. Well, they said they're going to be gone in two years. I don't know. Someone said, oh, in Florida, they don't have it. But my friend was on the beach, she said, hello, they're still in the sky. She took a picture of it. So again, you know, we can only do so much because we know if we're, if we're healthy and we're eating pure, we know that we're not bringing aluminum into our diet. That is coming from there. So I went to a pulmonologist the other day, and I showed her the things on chemtrails, and her jaw was dropping. I said, you of all people should know what's taking place in our air. You know, young kids, we're doing those nebulizers and copt and COPD and. And, you know, all the stuff is affecting the lungs. And she's seen an increase in people. Yeah, but that's something, unfortunately, we can't control. But, you know, an air purifier is really good, too. You know, that's. Have a good air purifier in the house. But. Oh, so what else?
What are the top three things? Like, so if you're just getting started, what are the top three things, you know, a young person or an older person can do to start to dump the estrogen from the receptors, the xenoestrogens.
Right.
Do kind of start to take back their health?
Well, I would say just get rid of all plastic in your house. Just really. I mean, if you're going to buy mayonnaise. Excuse me, it's hard to find Hellman's in Glass anymore. You got to get that online. So if you're eating mustard, you know, you get the little bottles. And I literally have gone into the grocery store. The hard plastic. The BPA is so hard. I go, yeah, that's plastic. Oh, the bpa. It's interesting. BPA is Susan G. Coleman of the Breast Cancer. Breast Cancer Awareness that was created by a petrochemical company. I don't know if you knew that. Breast Cancer Awareness Month was created by a company called the British Imperial Chemical Company that later became AstraZeneca. And they said, oh, BPA is not unsafe for the breast. Not unsafe for the breast. Well, you don't see many pink flags this last couple of years because they've been caught. But Duke University did. They were. They had breast cancer stem cells in their little vials, a little. What they call the little test tubes. And they started proliferating. I go, what's going on? The BPA was leeching into them. So they found that BPA can create breast cancer and proliferate the cells. Because we all have cancer, we have to keep that immune system intact. Right. And also the cans that are lined. 75% of cans are lined with BPA. So if you're getting coconut paper cups.
Right? So I just found a company called Go to Green. I was at Dr. Naysha Winter's metabolic Health Day conference a few months.
So fabulous.
And she had them there. And so I took a picture of It. And I said, I am going to. Because they now have taken, you know, the paper cups that you get at, you know, Starbucks, which I'm not a fan of at all.
Toxic, toxic, toxic.
But other companies give you these paper cups. And a lot of people make their coffee in the morning and they get in their car and they drive and they're drinking and it's.
And I do too. I do too. Plastic.
So switch it in the cup.
In the paper cups. There's plastic in it.
Yeah. So this, this company go to green is, you know, all paper, no plastic, and even the lids are biodegradable.
Yeah, I have seen that. There's a place in here that they. They do give those paper lids. Wow. Well, I mean, it's just I look at my daughter and, you know, she comes in with these big containers of water and plastic and she doesn't want to get a water filter because I'm not going to drink the water from the, from the town, from the city. I said, but you're drinking out of a plastic bottle, you know what's in there. So it's the catch 22. But you stay away from plastic as much and. And to lymphatic drainage at least twice a year. That lymph health is amazing. And sweat. I would like to say all my patients, I all give the information in the text sheet on nature. Nature provides for the lymph health. And for me, it drew. It brought my sweat glands online and now I easily sweat. Most people don't sweat. Most people are couch potatoes. They're sitting in a computer. They don't sweat. And when you start sweating, that means your lymph is moving. Right? Sweating, sweating, sweating. But again, if you're doing saunas and you sweat, wipe it off because you don't want those toxins going back in your skin. Right.
And what's your take on all these power plates as far as helpful are.
Not helpful for lymph?
You know, the things that shake you?
Oh, well, I think, yeah, the lymph moves by. By movement, you know, I mean, even if you're on a rebounder. But the thing is, if you're just bouncing, bouncing, bouncing, that's moving the lymph. You can feel your breast moving. But once you start moving like this, that goes into cardiac. But anything that moves is going to shake that lip. Okay. Yeah. Dry brushing helps, too. And you know what? Fluff up your breasts when you get home. I mean. Oh, the other thing is that.
And fluff them up, fluff them up.
And the other Thing too is our breasts are pendulous. They run a degree or two cooler. So if a woman's wearing a tight sports bra mashed to her chest because she doesn't want to jiggle, what's going on there? Breasts aren't breathing. They're heating up. And there's no lip movement. So anything that's touching the outer quadrant of the breast, the only. The only tightness around a bra should be at the. At the rib cage, and the breast should be free. You know, it's interesting. This is two years ago, and is it Iran? Yes, it was in Iran. A group of midwives pulled a lawsuit on the breast and bra industry pulled a lawsuit. Wow. See where that goes. It's about time. That's right.
So share the name of your website, your book, and how people can find you as we wrap up here.
Okay. It's. This is my book. It's called Thermography and the Fibrocystic and Dense Breast.
I love your book.
Amazing.
Everybody needs to read it. Every woman.
Well, I will tell you, if a woman has dense breast on a mammogram, the density. Cancer is white and the density is white. So it's like looking for a snowball in a snowstorm. And this is. Oh, this is what we're seeing happening. So thermography is not a standalone. It works hand in hand in tandem with an anatomical study, because you don't go to school and just study anatomy. You study anatomy and physiology. So thermography is a physiology. It's the heat, but it needs to be followed up. If you choose, with an ultrasound. We never suggest a mammogram. You know, we have to say by law, mammogram, mri or an ultrasound. But you need to have an anatomical study. But on a mammogram, you cannot see through dense breast. And they will force a woman to have a mammogram and not give her an ultrasound. So this is happening across the board. Now, women cannot get just an ultrasound without being forced into a mammogram, dense breast or not. Now, there's something called QT scan that they put the. But there's only about five in the country. And that will take the place of a mammogram and an mri. So we're moving in the right direction, but that once it's found on an anatomical structure. So let's say you get. A woman gets a mammogram. Oh, you have a clean bill of health. What they're really saying, oh, it's not big enough to be seen after it's cooking back there for eight to 10 years. Once it's big enough to be seen, we can treat it. Right, because that's not really prevention. That's just a, that's just the industry. That's, that's treatment. So this is what dense breasts look like. Is that showing that? Yeah. So you can see there's the cancer there that's white. And then as we get more dense, it just gets more white. And it's interesting because I've, in my book, I interviewed several lymphatics therapists and they found that a lot of women, especially if they ate a lot of cheese, that it would stagnate the lymph. And you know, I've seen women come in that have like this puffiness under the armpit almost. One was like the size of a half of an apple. Puffy, puffy, puffy. And then when you do a lymph cleanse, it's gone, it's gone. So I mean, four months, you get a lot, you get a lot when you say this. A four month cleanse with a lip health. Yes, absolutely.
Yeah. You need about 120 days to just.
Just keep moving it out, Keep it, keep it moving. And the other thing, let's see, that was my.
What's your website?
Oh, it's Patricia Lucardi. L U C C A R D I sounds better in time. Lucardi. I'm not Italian, my husband was, but Lucardi, Patricia Lucardi@.com and I actually did a great newsletter last month on the suppress truth on mammograms. There have been 25 and 30 year studies that show the harm outweighs the good. It's a huge industry. Nothing's going to happen anytime soon. And then I did another one on the link between iodine deficiency and breast cancer. That is a great newsletter. So women in Japan, they have an average of 12 milligrams a day because they eat a lot of sea vegetables. But then the thyroid needs potassium. I died. And the breast, knee, molecular. I died. So, you know, people are afraid of iodine because they, they demonized it back in the 70s so people wouldn't start using it. But anyway, unless the person has Hashimoto's or high thyroid and you still need a little bit of iodine, but iodine is so important. And also for women who have cyst on their breasts, they can take the Lugol solution which is the 2% iodine liquid iodine, put it with a little castor oil and rub it on the breast at night.
Yes.
And castor Oil is amazing, isn't it?
It is amazing.
Yes.
I love castor oil. And now my friend Dr. Marisol of Queen of the Thrones, she actually has breast packs now.
Yeah, I was gonna. I was gonna mention that. Queen of Thrones, right. She has breast pads, and she also has one for the thyroid. Yep. She can actually put that on there. And you know what? Congratulations on your film.
Thank you.
I couldn't be in New York City that day. When is it? Do. I did it.
We already had it. We passed.
Yeah.
We ended up winning.
Yeah.
So I've kind of got a little collection on my desk. This was.
Oh, how great is that?
Laloria Film Festival, which means to heal.
That's great.
So it's just been. Yeah, it's been a wild ride.
I couldn't come because it was on the Friday night, and then you were not gonna. You would be there on Sunday. I don't know what it was, but I couldn't be there on Sunday. Well, congratulations. Thank you. That's a great film.
Well, thank you so much for all of your valuable information.
Hey, well, thank you for what you're doing. I mean, plant wisdom is where it's at.
Yes, it is. That consciousness and the plants are so amazing. One last question for you.
What's that?
One of my favorite. We both use Biomix. It's a phenomenal brand. Should young people start taking that?
What. What year? Yes, yes, yes, yes. So for, I think, Fabian on Biomics Plus Biomix plus, he does sell the 200mg. 200mg is without the myronase enzyme, so children can take that. You know, children, they're exposed to these foreign estrogens, too. I mean, it's. It's functional food, so there's no contraindication. If you want to take, you know, 20 pills, it's not going to mess with your thyroid. So it doesn't have any. Anything to do with the thyroid. So even young people can take that, too. Yeah.
All right, well, thank you. Your wisdom and your beauty and you're just amazing.
All right, thank you, everybody. Take care of those breasts fluffing up.
Yes.
