Unlocking the Power of Your Lymphatic System: Healing, Flow, and Freedom
1 Jan 2026 · 41 min
Podcast conversation (Wellness Sherpa) between host Jennifer Payeur and guest Kelly Freedom Kennedy about the lymphatic system’s central role in health. Kelly describes her personal journey (trauma, spontaneous energetic healing), presents the 21-Day Lymphatic System Breakthrough program (three-week structure: breath, movement/fascia, emotions), and gives practical starter guidance (daily lymph pumping, top-10 node sequence, tools like FlowVibe and Flow Presso). The episode emphasizes breath, embodiment, emotions, fascia, and lifestyle factors (toxins, sedentary behavior) as drivers of lymphatic stagnation and recovery.

Welcome to the Wellness Sherpa Podcast, where we engage with passionate leaders, holistic thinkers and disruptors who courageously share their personal journey, mission and wisdom with you. Together, we create a safe space to empower you to live your best, most vital life. Thanks for being here. Well, I am so excited today to have one of the brightest lights on the planet, my dear friend, Kelly Kennedy, otherwise known as kfk. And she will reveal what the F means because it depends on the venue that she's in. She's used two different vernaculars that I know of, but she truly walks the talk for health. She is known as the lymph queen. And she I send so many people to your videos about how to do lymph the right way, by the way, I don't know if you know that. And she's just a walking wisdom encyclopedia of how to reconnect to your body, to the flow in your life. And flow is so important. And she's just a magical little fairy being on top of it. So, Kelly, thank you so much for being here today and taking time out of your day.
Thank you, Jen. And you know, two fairies together, what it can only make magic. And every time Jen and I get together, there's true magic as we honor our dear friend, Dr. Christine Schaffner, who introduced us and since I met you and your wonderful remedies. Because as the lymph queen, I love drainage remedies and I love that every single one of the plant stem cells is not only a drainage, but it's really a pleomorphic remedy. And as a trained therapist and a clinical. A clinician for 20 years, I so appreciate what you do. And it has aided me in my clinical practice and my daily routine of my own life. And I just love your light. And I'm so excited to share with your community about the lymphatic system and why it's the most underrated and biggest, largest system. And the easiest way to impact everything you're doing is through the lymphatic system. So I'm so excited to be here.
Well, and I'm excited to learn more because you truly embody it. And you're right, it's absolutely underrated. Not talked about enough. And it is the most important aspect of our health. I forgot to mention that Kelly is the founder and owner, co owner of the True Lymphatic Wellness center in Pennsylvania. And we're going to talk about her 21 day lymphatic reset Program. Breakthrough system. Breakthrough.
Lymphatic breakthrough. Yep.
Yes. As well. So Kelly, how the heck did you get started in lymph? And how did you figure this out, that lymph was important when nobody else was talking about it?
Well, you know, I've been known to be known as very emphatic about my lymphatics. And it started when I was a kid at three. Just kidding. Nobody knows about the lymph system until you have to know about the lymph system, right? And I'm sure, like eugen, it started with the big cancer word. So I was not very old, however, when I did learn about lymphatic system because my dad had Hodgkin's disease and he had cancer and he had lymph nodes removed, he had lymphatic, he had lymphoma, he had different. This word lymph was thrown around a lot along with the cancer word. And growing up in this household, as many of you, right, oh, you hear about your genetics and you go, oh my gosh, am I gonna get it? That's where I was. And I didn't want to. And nobody could tell me. And the seven times I watched my dad go through chemo and radiation how to not get it. They just knew how to like, watch it and manage it, but nobody knew how to prevent it. Nobody knew how to, you know, really cure it, essentially. And so I set on a different journey because I asked a different question is what I would tell you is the answer now. And when I went to Cornell University pre med, because I wanted to be a doctor, I was in a car accident in my first semester and I almost died. I had, I was scalped. I lacerated my spleen and lost two and a half inches in height. And that same year my dad ended up having two strokes. And at 55, he died the end of that year. And I found myself spending a lot of money at a beautiful university in Ithaca, New York, with very intelligent people around me, and nobody could tell me any answers. And I figured I would get my degree in nutrition and animal science and I worked with animals my whole life and I would just continue to work with animals. But honestly was super depressed, living on painkillers and muscle relaxers, and basically told that one day I'd have to have two herringbones down my back back and to never be able to have a pregnancy. And all these limitations they were throwing on me as a 20 year old collegiate rower, all of a sudden they're like, don't climb the tree and don't play volleyball. And I was like, wait, what? And had me scared you know, and I was. I mean, living in pain, as many people do when going to a party is scary. What if somebody hits me? Set up one, and somebody bumps into me? What if, you know, I can't have a comfortable seat to sit in? What if, what if, what if, what if, right? And so you end up not doing a lot. And when you live in that way in your early 20s and your dad just died of cancer at 55, you don't really. Even though you've been told life is a, you know, heaven on earth, and here we go. And it didn't. Wasn't my experience. And then all of a sudden, three years into that journey, going from. I know nobody else has done this. I'm sure it was just me. I went from doctor to doctor hopping, looking for a different answer. You know, whether it was the neurologist or the pain specialist or the orthopedic specialist or the hypnotist, because I was in Ithaca, New York, in the 90s, right? Or the Reiki specialist, because I was, again, in Ithaca, New York, in the 90s. Massage was the first thing that actually facilitated any kind of relief. I'm so grateful for that experience. And that led me to open my mind to things that were not traditional because I was very resistant to massage, which is funny to think about knowing me today. But I was very resistant to massage because I was like, come on, that's not gonna work. The Vicodin and flexor all is gonna work. Your little, like, massage is gonna work. And it did take a little edge off, okay? Then three years later, I ended up in an office doing emotional, vibrational, energetic work and clearings. And on the second visit, the first visit was some for something else. The second visit, I came back for pain. On the third visit, it was, what did you do? Because my pain is gone. And he said it was energy. And I said, what? What the hell? What? Well, maybe that wasn't the one I chose, Jen.
Maybe the F. And Kelly can.
Yeah, freedom. I said, what the freedom did you do? Because it. I felt freedom. I felt free of the heaviness, the ache, the sharpness, the dullness, the. The fatigue. Like, it was miraculous. Literally. It was a spontaneous healing, and I didn't understand it. And he just was so lackadaisical about it. He was like, oh, yeah, it was energy. Like I should know what that was. And listen, I had a degree from. From Cornell University in Biology. I, too, felt like I should know what it was and was a little frustrated that I didn't. Right? And so when he said it's energy, I said, well, what's that? And he was like, it's cool, isn't it?
I'm like, well, yeah, that would be one word, but there are like 20 words behind that that probably would mean more.
And my science brain, right, was like, well, I need to understand, like, how do I make sure the pain doesn't come back? Selfishly and scientifically, but selfishly first. How do I make sure the pain doesn't come back? And he answered the question like it was as plain as day. He said, oh, that's easy. Just be. And I was like, what? What? I felt like, who's on first, what's on second? Routine happened then for the next 10 minutes because I was like, well, what do I do? He was like, no, B. I was like, do I do Tai Chi? He's like, no B. Did you do I yoga? No B. And I'm like, what are you talking about? Today the wording I would use is be present in your body, feel your breath in your body, be embodied, get in this physical form. Because all of it was some sort of dissociation, right? And this energetic healing allowed me to feel and express and relieve tension of my body and allowed a healing to happen.
Trauma, right?
And the trauma from a huge like traumas that were entangled between my own almost death and my dad's death. And you know, looking at my future being a doctor and then looking for that to change all in 12 months. Kids, that was a lot.
Yeah.
And. And when I had the spontaneous healing, I had tried everything. I'd been to hypnotist, I'd been to neurologist, I tried all the things and all of a sudden it was gone. It was like I couldn't find the pain. I looked for it and couldn't find it. And when he was like, oh, it's energy, just be. I was like, what the heck? And I hung on to those coatt because I wanted to understand. And I read every book he told me to read. I went to every seminar he told me to go to. And essentially that led me down the path to understand terrain medicine and the science behind energy and pleomorphism and live blood analysis through microscope microbiology, essentially through looking at thermographies and contact regulation thermography and the subtle energy body that actually heals, right? And the heart rate variability and the science behind this energy is what I discovered. That this guy that was so into like the martial arts and understood energy from one place and then looked at it as a Healing art. I was a scientist that wanted to understand this healing art and to be able to apply it as a scientist does over and over again to get a predictable result, because that then becomes a formula. And now we know how to get out of this scenario and how to actually increase healing and help healing on a regular basis and not just have a fluky, miraculous, ooh, I had a spontaneous one off. Right. How do we make this happen all the time? And so that's what I've studied for the last 20 years and applied in our practice and then have created, you know, books and programs and memberships to teach this to people as well as come to our clinic and do an immersive experience. Experience with it so that you can apply this. Because both Jen and I both know we both live this like, I appreciate, you know, her saying, oh, Kelly, walks, walk. Well, you know, you like attracts like.
Yes. That's energy, by the way.
That's energy. And when we did meet, it was very instant and very like we, we were like touching each other all weekend. We were like, I know you. I know.
It's like, hey, well, you know. And it's la. I'm laughing because when you tell that story about just be. I remember getting a similar message about 20 years ago and I wanted to know, how do you do being.
Yeah, right.
Is there a manual? Can I. Can you give me the steps on what to do so I can be right? And that is such a mindset shift. And we're never taught, pretty much in North America and I would say many other cultures to connect to our bodies, to embody ourselves, to be.
We're taught to do in this modern culture. I agree. In ancient cultures.
Oh, and they had it down.
And this is why I created the 21 day lymphatic system breakthrough. Because the first week is about your lymphatics and your breath. The second week is about your lymphatics and your movement, your fascia. And the third week is about your lymphatics and your emotions. And 90% of our body is water.
Yes.
And on a physical level, the terrain is most of it is help. It's all held together by the fascia, which is your frequency fabric. And this is the majority of your body. Literally 90 of your body is fascia and lymph with some bones and some organs flowing in it. Yeah.
And with some structure thrown in there. Right, that's it.
The structure of the fascia. The fascia is holding the structure. The skin just lays over the fascia. So it's this terrain, this environment is your fascia and your lymph and what this. And you're not living without breath. So it's lymph in breath, lymph and fascia, lymph in emotion. Because we're 90% emotional beings having a physical experience. And while it's important what you eat and it's important what you expose yourself to, of course, it's important to understand that you're a human being that lives in an environment and how to acclimate to that environment. No matter where you are, no matter what's going on, be able to increase your capacity. Because as you increase your capacity, you're actually blooming, you're growing, you're expanding into life, and you're either expanding or you're contracting. Very rarely do we. You. You cannot sit in neutral.
You can't. Yeah, right.
It doesn't exist.
And when you go back to all that you had going on with your dad passing and your accident and the fear. Right, the fear and the trauma, what happens is it shrinks our energy, right? It tightens everything down, become like concrete. And that's not how we're meant to live. So talk a little bit about that concept of what do emotions. Fear, scarcity, those kind of emotions, how do they affect our flow? And how do the positive emotions affect our flow? And why does that matter? Sorry, I just threw like 20 questions at you. Okay, five.
But it's all good. I appreciate all of them. And it's a. The poignant question is, you know, we can have a spontaneous healing, but emotions and life or things are going to continue to occur. So how do we continue to stay in alignment and so forth so that we don't come back to dis ease or illness or dissonance or inflammation and not be able to tolerate it anymore? And now we have symptoms because a symptom of any kind is the lack of ability to compensate for one more thing. And then we want to blame the one more thing, but it's not the one more thing. It's our inability to actually drain out all the things that we've been holding on to that aren't even ours, most of them, or aren't necessary anymore. Maybe they were necessary at a time, but not. They're not anymore. So the energy behind everything is all there is, number one. And your energy that's in this body can be measured, and we can facilitate that energy. The pathway to it is through your lymphatic system. And as you open your lymphatic system, as you begin to heal that system, you're going to open up all the emotions like Pandora's box. So I had the spontaneous healing and he said be and everything was great until all of a sudden something happened and then I was like, well, hey, I need to do more emotional release because it's a little cranky. Like it doesn't hurt like it used to, but like it's a little cranky and we do emotional release. And then I'd go about my life. And then I kept noticing that like I was dependent upon the therapy, which for me isn't a healing, that's a dependency. So as I continue to work with him and the science of it, I continue to apply to go, okay, what is this book that gives you the manual about how to go through life? Because things are going to continue to happen and how do I process them when most of them are emotional? And we've held, we've done a lot for our, our mental intelligence. We go to school for 12 years to hope I to expand that. She says with big question marks on her face. When we're done fixing what's happening with health care, I would love to go into the educational system. And that's a whole nother side, a.
Whole nother system that needs to be tossed upside down.
Yeah. But it is a system nonetheless. And what we need is a healing system. And so the 21 day lymphatic system breakthrough is just that. It's that healing system that we can engage. And here's how to do it, here's the step by step process of how to do it, and then here's what to do when we get a symptom and here's what to do when we feel something, whatever it is, and how to overcome that. And then if we can't figure out ourselves, then we can look to practitioners that look to understand the body's full system isn't just physical, that it's energetic and emotional all at the same time as it is mental and physical. It's all those things. However, what we have control over is the breath is the energy, the focus, the attention. And then that will manifest something different in the physical. Because that's actually how it works. That's the science of energy. That anything you're manifesting, any symptom is some kind of discord, some kind of misinformation, some kind of lack of alignment, some kind of disharmony, some kind of dissonance, some kind of break in harmony from love.
Yes, indeed. And so what happened? I've got like 20 questions I'm going to try to ask one at a time. The ancients knew, right? So I work with plant stem cells, those are ancient and they kind of went underground for a long period of time and now they're reemerging at a time where we really need them, where people are embracing energy and emotional body and foster. Our ancients knew what happened to us as a society where we got into this rigidity, lockdown, physical body. Use your brain, don't tap into your emotions. You know, I grew up, you know, my dad was an amazing dad, but he would teach me, don't cry or I'll give you something to cry about. No pain, no gain, right? Every message was disconnect from your body, right? Push your emotions down. What happened to us? Because I'm not, I'm not the only one. You know, when I talk to people in our, you know, in the 40s to 60s, we all got similar messages.
Well, and I would say the generations before that, right, they got messages of lack as well. And so it's a watered down system of fear, fear of control. Fear is really, there's only two emotions. There's fear and there's love. That's it. And when we're in love, we regenerate and when we're in fear, we degenerate. And so back to what we were saying, like, you're not stagnant. You're either going towards regeneration and healing or you're going towards degeneration and you're deconstructing. And it's a choice with every breath we take. Where did it come from is the question of all ages, which wakes me up every morning and, you know, facilitates everything I do because I am that curious. I call myself a biological investigator, medical intuitive, because I'm super intuitive. But then I investigate everything biologically and I'm here to create the bridge between the physical and the non physical and understand it, but also apply it because it's enough knowledge. Let's have some wisdom, right? Wisdom comes from applying the knowledge, right? And so as an evolution of a being, of a mammal that's a divine being in this physical form, the mammal which is driving that parasympathetic sympathetic mode until you become conscious of it and then you override your system or what Kelly calls wrangling your mammal. And then that, that sympathetic fight, flight. I'm in trauma. I'm not safe. I don't feel safe. There's fear driving me because there's lack of food, lack of love, lack of abundance of some sort. When you become conscious, when you're on this path of healing, you start to become aware that actually everything we need is right at the tip of our nose and inside of us and all around us, giving us the healing that we're all looking for if we just allow it and facilitate it abundantly and miraculously. And the fear of something that we can actually control, that we can see. Because the mammal has to do what? Trust.
Yes.
It has to trust as to overwhelm itself, to go, I'm not afraid right now. I can actually put my belly open and expose my heart and be vulnerable and let everybody know that, wow, I've had a poopy couple months, and I want to talk about it and express it and get it out so I'm not carrying around, like, baggage that's now stuffed down, that's not doing me any good, that I can't avoid anyway. There's literally nothing we can avoid. Every bump, every bruise, every injury actually hurts the structure, but so do the emotional ones. And unless we express them, unless we work them out, even the, like, the bumps and the bruises and the brakes, then they remain limiting factors in our life and create that. That contraction, that resistance you were talking about, where the body doesn't actually expand. And so evolution is a choice. When I was at Cornell, I said that my dad died, right? And I had that horrible car accident. So I actually took a semester off right after all that occurred. I needed to take a minute. And everybody in my life was afraid for me to do this. My brothers, my mother, they call an intervention. Oh, don't do that. You're never going to go back. And I was like, dude, I am paid, paying for this, and it's darn expensive, and I don't have the bandwidth right now. I'm in grief and in pain, and my whole life has been in a Vitamix. I didn't know what a Vitamix was then, but I do know it was in a Vitamix. And it felt like it was pureeing my life. And I didn't have any stable ground to. I didn't have stable ground. I didn't know where, what direction was north. And I just needed a minute. And through that breath. And when I went back, just like any time we take that moment, we get a little perspective. And I went, okay, if this is what I'm gonna do, this is gonna, you know, be my life, and I'm just gonna move forward in this way, and I'm just gonna continue to find another way than what they're telling me because there was something in me that just believed, that knew, that trusted, that trusted. I wasn't meant to live a life of pain and misery, that nor was my dad. And that we were off somehow from this message, that we were growing up in a Catholic household, that prayer worked and that, you know, God was going to give us everything and the bread of life and all the things that you're taught. Yet I. That was not necessarily experience. And so I'm at Cornell, I take the semester off and one of the classes I was taking was do you believe in evolution or do you believe in creationism? Well, and I, I couldn't take the final exam because I was literally at that same crossroad. Honestly. I came home from the hospital, I got down on my. When my car accident happened, I got down on my hands and knees and said, if you exist, I'll be the best disciple you've ever seen, but give me my life back. And the next 11 months was hell. My dad had two strokes. I was trying to manage pain, trying to take books that I couldn't carry, I couldn't focus, I couldn't sleep. And I was sleeping in a massage chair, face forward like it was a disaster. And then my dad died. And I was like, this is nuts. Like this is not what it's supposed to be. And when I took the breath and I came back and I took my final exam in May for that class, the same question we had at the beginning of the class that he posed was the same final exam, but you had to support it with all the different, you know, notation.
Evidence.
Yeah, all the evidence. And the question was, do you believe in creationism or do you believe in evolution as to why? And I've always said the same thing until recently, which I've always said, God created evolution. And what I know to be true is that we're all living and breathing God, that we are all part of one, that we all come from one, that we are universal and that we are more non physical than we are physical. And what we do to one, we do to ourselves. Because we're all a mirror image. Because that's how this works. And now I'm here to say that yes, God created evolution. And you create it with every breath you take and every step you take. It's a choice. Evolution is a choice. Do you expand or you contract? And we are in a time and place in this life that we've all decided to join in this astrological mathematical equation of which we are in the science experiment. Of life force of God that we are. And we are here to express our unique gift of our vibration of who we are. And it gets trapped in the physical form known as your fascia because of scars and adhesions and in your lymph because of sedentary lifestyles, wi fi toxicants, pathogens, chemicals and metals and emotional states of mind, most importantly that thicken that and create inflammation and create stagnancy and create illness and disease. And as we open that system up, oh my. Glory be to goodness. What happens is this beautiful Benjamin Button. Go look at her before picture. Look at my before picture.
We reverse age.
You become more flexible, more vibrant because vitality is the nature. It is the default program.
It's our birth rights.
And we don't know how to access it because nobody wrote the book until Kelly Kennedy did. Kelly Freedom Kennedy wrote the book Lymphatic Flow and wrote the program the 21 day lymphatic system breakthrough so you could free yourself because there is not enough time and energy and tables for you to sit on to wait for somebody else to heal you. This is a practice, not a pill.
It's a practice and a choice. And you use that word a couple, a couple of times. And that is really key because as a species we have continued to go down this path of give me the pill, give me the quick fix, somebody fix me, I'm broken, right? All of that messaging, all that mind effing going on constantly with social media, with media, with everything out here.
Oh, if I get that next piece of equipment, that next protocol, that next supplement, it's going to be the answer to all the things and it's just not true.
It's not true. And it really, you know, I, I call my health crisis the great unraveling. I had to start peeling out all of the stuff that was stuck in my fascia, in my communication network, in my body. I had to start releasing it and letting it go. And I think this is true of any chronic illness which is off the charts now. Highest it's ever been in, you know, in our human history of, you know, the trauma, the trauma, the trauma, the trauma, the messaging, the things that told me I was less than that I had to prove my worth.
We get programmed.
Yeah, the programming, all of the programming, the ways of living which was driving through, never connecting to my body. I mean, I remember when I played.
Plug in there, you should find why your house smells. Yeah, just plug something in and make it smell better. Or actually open a window, get fresh air, figure out what's going on? Just like your body, you don't have a supplement, you know, deficiency, more than likely you need drainage remedies. You need some new information and you need sunlight and fresh air and you need fresh, high quality, high frequency, structured.
Pure water remineralized living like our ancestors did, right? You look back at how our ancestors lived, they woke up with the sun, they went to bed with the sun, when the sun went down, they were moving all the time, right? They didn't have this heaviness that we are bombarded with and wi fi and all the crap. So, Kelly, where does somebody start? So anybody who's new here who says lymph?
What?
Yeah, I've kind of heard of it. It's a thing, but it's not really my thing. Where does somebody who has never done or focused on lymph before, never done lymphatic drainage. Where does somebody start?
You know, I really appreciate this question. I was training a dental office the other day on how to do one of my techniques. And I often will say, brush your teeth twice a day, pump your lymph twice a day. And then I was asked a question. Where do you start? And, and when do you start? And I'm like, well, we started too late because we were born and we're just now starting. Just like the second you get teeth is when you start brush your teeth, right? Well, you have a lymph system when you're born and that. We live in a toxic soup and we've never really learned how to pump our lymph. So first and foremost, I want everyone to understand lymph is not about doing it at a sequence of time. This is about doing this for the rest of your life. And it doesn't have to be this huge undertaking. It can be a couple minutes a day, a couple times a day to allow you to stay well. If you're not well, yes, you've got to devote a little bit more time and attention to it. Yes. You can go to other clinicians. I recommend the ones that have the FLO prezzo, which you can find on Medela Health's website. And you can find who has a FLO prezzo, which is an amazing suit that sequentially pumps you and stimulates your, your whole lymph node system, as well as uses infrared to facilitate that system. You can also get a very precarious little tool known as your lymphatic. I call it flow Vibe, Flow, Vibration. And it's got three modes on it. There's a second one right Here that has five modes on it, so this will actually be great for scars as well. Well, and there's a masterclass I teach for $29, when you purchase each one of the either one of these, that teaches you the full body sequence, including dumping your liver, dumping your spleen, dumping your inguinal, your pelvic region, draining each breast. However, for free, I teach everyone how to pump their top 10 lymph nodes. Now, your, your lymph system is like a car giving you the top 10 lymph nodes is teaching you how to drive by giving you a steering wheel. Only it's not quite the whole thing, but it's a great place to start. If you don't know how to steer, doesn't matter how you know how to use the gas pedal, it's not going to go well. You got to make sure you're going in the right direction. So the sequence I teach in the order in which it happens and if you're dry brushing, please watch my sequence is because you're dry brushing the wrong way unless you're doing it KFK's way. And those are free for everybody. They're accessible on my website. We can give the link here. And I'd actually like to give your community my top five tips. It's a little booklet that I created, which is the five type the five tips tools essentially for your lymphatic system that you can start applying today that are simple and easy. Once you get used to that, then you want to upgrade. You want to get a lymph tool, so you want to get a flow vibe. You're a practitioner, you want to get a flow preso and you want to have a studio where people can come in and do it. Plus you can do it yourself. And if you're more like I need to understand everything, then you get my book or you go on my podcast or you go to my forum membership, much like Jen has, where you learn all about it. But all that to say, just do the lymph and then get ready to do the lymphatic system breakthrough. At some point in 2026, I'm going to launch it four times. I'm not here to sell you, I'm here to free you.
Yeah.
You know, this isn't about when you're going to do it or isn't about if you're going to do it. Rather, this is about when you're going to do it because at some point you're going to go, I don't know how to care for My limb system, now that I know it's the most important, underrated system, makes the biggest impact. It's the majority of my body. And why doesn't anybody know about it? Well, I don't know, but Kelly Freedom Kennedy is here to help educate you and give you that step by step guide of knowing exactly what to do so that no matter what kind of stress you're up against. Right before we started this, I've been kind of in a cave for two months, and I said to Jen, wow, I haven't come out of my cave in a while. And I'm so happy that you're the first one that I see when I come out of my cave, because I've not been recording podcasts or really working with collaborative partners for a little bit. She's like, oh, let's catch up. What's been going on? I was like, okay, are you ready? And then I was like, bam, bam, bam. That was my last three and a half weeks. She's like, oh, okay. Now, most people be very stressed. You know, if all of a sudden you have an office, one of your family members was in the hospital, and you didn't have anywhere to work and you didn't have any, like, support and all the things were going on, you'd be a little stressed. But instead I'm like, well, guess this what I'm supposed to be learning right now. Now, have I had my moments? Sure. But because I've used my tools, I know it's not put stress on this physical form. Yeah.
And you're not holding on to those moments. You're allowing yourself to feel them and let them go. Right. So one last question before we wrap up. How does the breath and the lymph, how do those things connect? We hold our breath. Right. I mean, I know I am a classic breath holder, and that's like, something's happening. Right. So you're shutting your lymph down, but can you talk a little bit more about why that connection is one of the most important connections.
Can. Can I ask you to do something with me instead of talk about it? Can we experience it?
Let's do it.
So the reason that the 21 day lymphatic assistant breakthrough starts with breath and lymph is because you gotta tune in first. You know, you can do all the practice, you can do the related up, but if you're not actually engaging the system that heals, you're busying yourself without any production. When we engage our breath, not through action, but through awareness, we deepen our Breath into our diaphragm. And when we deepen the breath into the diaphragm, we are in lymphatic flow. So I'm going to invite everyone. Unless you're driving to pause what you're doing, sit up in your chair if you can. And if you can't, just imagine with your mind's eye. Because this works for everyone, regardless of how able bodied you are or not. Because you all have the ability to choose breath and direction of your attention. Taking your hands face up, placing them on your thighs. Straightening your spine and holding yourself up in your core core. Flattening your feet on the ground so that your stable orientation of your structure is symmetrical as possible. And just like you were a brand new baby being born, just witness yourself. Don't try to do a thing, just close your eyes and w recognize that you're not that body. You're living in the body. You know you're not the mind because you're watching your mind. So you must be the witness. And when your mind has a thought, you can just go ahead and let an exhale, a little sigh. And then after that sigh, just notice the breath entering through the nostrils, filling up the lungs, filling up the gut, the chest. The moment that you notice the body starting to expand and kind of work or effort, just pause and then exhale and take your effort into your exhale. Then go back into no effort and witness on the inhale. And on the next exhale, as you release the sigh, I'm going to ask you to take an action on your inhale. And as you inhale, as you watch that body inhale, bringing your shoulders up to your ears, really expanding that inhale and then exaggerating your octale and wiggling out your shoulders and your neck and your jaw and just letting it all fall. Witness the next inhale and then just exhale out that sigh and then just recalibrate and pause and come back to me.
My. My body is vibrating like nobody's business.
Yeah.
Yeah, I needed that. Thank you.
My pleasure. As simple as it gets, right? A couple minutes.
Simple. It's very. And it's you saying yes to your life force, it's you saying yes to your purpose.
That's what allows you that you deserve this time and this attention and this energy directed back to you instead of directing back towards everyone else. When you're in need, you're drowning, trying to give everybody else a life preserver. It's time to take on the life preserver. Take a moment, breathe and then sit back and Relax and watch everything and watch your path show up right in front of you and know exactly what the next step is to take.
Well, and I just want to end with this. One of the things that I learned many years ago is that when a baby is born, they don't come out breathing out. They come out of the womb taking a deep breath in. They're taking their life force in. They're doing this practice naturally as a natural state of coming into their physical body. And that is who we are. That's right. That is the divine design, the connection that we're all a part of. So we will put your links to your lymphatic true wellness center, to your breakthrough 21 day program, which I'm excited to do myself because this is the most important thing. And it's free. It's free to take a breath and to take in and to observe. And it's free to do a lymph pump when you start, and then you can get more advanced. But these are simple, easy tools to get your freedom back from Kelly Freedom Kennedy. So thank you so much, Kelly, for being here. That was weird. You kind of popped off for a minute. You're on mute, by the way, but thank you.
Super weird. I, like, went out of the portal and came back in mic drop.
That was it. So.
Yeah. Well, thank you, Jen.
Thank you for your wisdom, your light, for everything that you're bringing to humanity to help us come back to who we be. Me too.
And thank you specifically for Fig. I mean, I love them all, but Fig and Maiden hair tree, like, yes. Thank you.
You're welcome. Love you, girl. Thank you, thank you, thank you. All right, bye.
