This is Brad and today's episode as all episodes from here on out will be brought to you by stiletto coffee.com I'm very proud of my wife Kenya Costanzo who with my help has launched this brand new coffee business specifically for women and smart fellas who like to get their women a gift. If you have not seen stiletto coffee.com go over and check it out. It's for driven women with exquisite class and a touch of sass. Had a lot of fun developing this with my wife. It is an amazing, amazing coffee. You can read the entire story on the site and if you are interested, ladies and gentlemen, and you'd like to get 25% off, use coupon code bacon at checkout and you'll get that. I appreciate all your support on that. It's been great. And by the way, if you are a subscriber to my newsletter, which you can do over at baconrantbusiness. I am going to be doing a very special live training in the very near future. Walking through with my wife exactly how we went from idea to a successful coffee business within about four months. And neither one of us knew anything about really physical product, e commerce, retail. I knew conceptually I had never personally done it and we went through.
A lot of cool things that we did. We made a few mistakes and I'm going to be covering all of those in an upcoming live case study training. If you're the least bit interested, I'm only going to be releasing that to my newsletter subscribers once more. You can do that over at baconratbusiness.com, click the little button, get subscribed and it's going to be awesome. Today, without any further ado, let's jump into my guest. I've got Tony Grebmeyer on the show. He is the host of Entrepreneur Unplugged on itunes. It's a great podcast as well. He even had me as a guest so you know, it's awesome. And I met Tony originally by the way. He's much more than just a podcast host. I met him originally at an event called Strategy and Execution Summit. Back in Cleveland, Ohio with a former guest, Vinnie Fisher. That was his event. You've probably heard me talk about him before. And Tony is the owner or co owner of a company called Ship Offers. What they do, and I'll let him talk about it a little bit more, is massive physical product fulfillment and helping major, major E commerce vendors get the products sourced and sent to their customers. They're approaching $100 million in revenue, so this is a serious deal. I asked Tony on the show because of several reasons. One of them is he's just an awesome guy and we kind of hit it off when we were in person and we wanted to chat with each other more. So we're like, yeah, let's record this thing. But I'm also, since I'm new to the physical product world, I want to talk to him about a handful of the best practices. What's working. Maybe you're selling physical products or want to or looking for a better source or maybe you've thought about it and just don't know where to go to get started. So I'm going to be asking Tony a little bit about that. He's also got an amazing, amazing story and mission to help other entrepreneurs especially, especially when they're suffering from addiction. He has a very, very heartwarming and touching story about addiction recovery and he's been sober for seven years and I heard him talk about this on stage and it really was in a dry eye in the house. So he's proof that not only can you do a lot, you can do a lot with, with challenges and you can then give back and help other people do the exact same thing. Without any further ado, Tony G. Welcome to Bacon Wrap Business.
Hey, thanks for having me on the show today. Appreciate it.
Pleasure, dude. So we are, we're going to talk about a lot today, but tell me a little bit more. You've got a really cool backstory. From radio to physical products to a lot of other stuff. Tell me what I don't and what we don't already know about where you got to today, where now you've got this great company and podcast and everything else. It has not been a smooth journey, has it?
No, it's been a fun journey though. And looking back on it for the people involved in my life, probably a very difficult journey for the people in my life, from, you know, my parents to, you know, my sister to my wife and even to my kids. I'll just pick it up where I think that it's interesting. So around, I guess, Ethan, my Oldest was probably six or seven. And I had left the house probably for the second or third time, moved out. I was having problems in the marriage. And he looked up at me and he said, hey, dad, you used to be the strongest man I know and now you're the weakest dude.
I remember when you shared that story on stage and it was like, bam.
Yeah. And he just turned 17 the other day. And you know, when I, you know, I celebrated some sobriety in December and they handed me a card and even my youngest, who was really young at the time, he said, you know, dad, if you weren't sober today, we wouldn't be together as a family. And what I'm here to tell you is your past doesn't equal your future. And that no matter where you've been, you can have a brand new day and a new start. It's going to take some work. It's not easy. But the greatest gift that I've ever been given is the opportunity to help somebody up off the ground today and to help them dust themselves off and to put themselves back into action and to take control of their life again by realizing that they don't have to be in control of everything in their life. Drugs and alcohol was huge, you know.
Yeah, that's so strong. And you know, I wonder, you may have seen some more statistics than me than this, but entrepreneurs as a species, if we are species, probably have more of a proclivity for the extremes than the general population, I would guess because as an entrepreneur, our business, our life is extreme. We ride a roller coaster all the time. Nobody gets into it for the even keel security journey. And I would just think that it's very easy when you're on those downs or ups as an entrepreneur to get sucked into substance abuse or other. I mean, you could just be a workaholic, but we have extreme personalities. Have you seen that? Your fellow entrepreneurs seem to have more of an issue or.
I'll give you the best picture I can give you. I can speak from my experience only and then we can talk a little bit more about it, but. So the average human being, in my opinion, has an on off switch and a dimmer. Like they have the ability to go in between and they can dabble real close to the edge, but flip the switch and they're okay, right? I don't have the dimmer switch. I have an on off. I'm either all in or I'm all out. And when I'm all into something, I, it's, it's my addiction, right? And I'm 100%. So if it's like, if it's work, I don't even look at a clock. I'm like, I don't even know what time it is. My wife's like, dude, where are you? And I'm like, oh, yeah, yeah, I gotta go. And if it's food, and I'm like, I just want one Pringle, I have a whole can. And if it's gambling and I'm sitting there playing blackjack, and, you know, it's five, ten dollars, before I know it, I'm gambling a couple hundred dollars a hand. And that's. That's me. That's the addiction. Part of me is that I think I'm chasing, knowing that I'm never gonna have it, but what the heck, let's roll the dice and go all in. And then sometimes it's like being caught in the rabbit hole. The bright, shiny disorder. It's all of this and a bag of chips for me. I struggle with it all. I know that my two business partners, I call them normies, they don't have any addiction issues. You know, they like business, they like life, and they're great. And we've been going down this road 19 years or whatnot with one of my business partners and 15 with the other. They're totally normal. They can have one drink and call it a night. I have one drink and I'm on to 100. You know, that's my goal.
I've been lucky, especially when it comes to any substances, drugs or alcohol or whatever. I can have a little bit. I've never had that addictive personality with that. I do have an addictive personality with a lot of things. Like, I'll get into something and you can't pull me away. I mean, that's why I don't play video games. That's why I'll get into a business. And it's just complete obsession. However, I think maybe my attention deficit saves me because I get bored of that addiction quick and I move on to something else. I kind of joke, but.
No but see, but you can recognize when it's time to move on, right? I almost have to have my business partner goes, hey, dude, are you done with that? I'm like, what? You've been working on this thing for like, a week? And I'm like, oh, dude, I thought it was like, a day. I'm really, really sorry.
So that'll show up in your work as well, huh?
Yeah, it shows up everywhere. And, you know, I think I'm a lot better today because I do understand what I am dealing with. I call it a blind spot. Right. It's only a blind spot once.
Yeah, but we've all got them.
But everybody blames it on the blind spot. And I'm like, well, okay, let's look out the window. Now. You know that you have a blind spot. Now you're gonna have to adjust. And so I work on adjusting how I see things because I can't see them the same way because you've already called me out. And I do not like to say sorry. And so in my house, if we make a mistake, we ask for forgiveness. And it's taught me I like that.
So instead of saying I'm sorry, just say, please forgive me for that. Something like that.
Oh, yeah. No, you. So I'll give you a quick example. Hey, Brad, please forgive me for being late today under the show. Apologize for causing some delay. And then your response would be like, hey, Tony, I totally understand. Like, no big deal.
Just send me money and I accept PayPal for every minute you were late.
Yeah, but it's really about us coming to an understanding that mistakes are going to happen. We're just going to deal with them differently than I used to. I used to storm off, be pissed, and yell and scream. And now, like, if you said sorry to somebody, imagine the other person how many times they heard you say sorry. But when you ask for something like, hey, I'm asking for forgiveness, dude, that's powerful right there. You're humbling yourself.
Yeah, that's powerful. I am a huge, huge fan of the power of words. And I'm very cognizant of the words I use or I try to be. I've got a master's in neuro linguistic programming. I've really studied the effect that it has on me as a person. Like the words I'm using in my head externally and then the words other people are using. So I love that. I totally recognize how effective asking for forgiveness as opposed to saying I'm sorry, which is kind of like an excuse. I'm sorry.
It is. And so I don't like the word. And I had a lot of this struggle growing up. My parents divorced when I was very, very young. And I used to be told like, hey, your dad's coming. He's going to pick you up soon. And I remember sitting out on the porch for hours with my sister, and my dad never would show. And then my mom would come and say, hey, come on inside. It's not going to happen tonight. Maybe tomorrow. And then when he would pick me up, I struggled with these three statements for the longest period of time. I love you, I'm sorry, and goodbye.
Because that's what you always heard.
Yeah, and I always heard like, hey, goodbye. And so then I meant, oh, I'm not going to see you again for a long, long time even. It could be like the next day. I just, I associated sitting back on the porch and you not showing up that you didn't love me. And then you would say sorry. And I just, you know, and I had to work through. That's part of my backstory, part of who I am as a human being. I've done a lot of work. I have gone to a lot of seminars, read a lot of books, talked to a lot of people, and I name it like this. I've spent a lifetime trying to look good, to avoid looking bad. And that's kind of how I've been able to work through a lot of my, my struggle and my journey. And I'm definitely not the same guy I was even yesterday. Constantly working on evolving this, this body, this mind and the spirit to do things differently.
Yeah, that's. I love that. So let's talk about now career. So you, let's get to the fun part too. Ship offers, you've done a lot, but I really want to kind of guide this towards what you're doing now. So ship offers is. Tell me what it is, tell me what you do.
So our mission statement is to be the strategic partner to elite marketers. And we do that one shipment at a time. And what does that really mean is we're in the supplement health space. So, you know, pet supplements, if you're looking for powders like Creatine, pre workout BCAs, if you're thinking about skincare step one, step two type products, or just general krill oil to fish oil to multivitamins to Garcidia. We got all those types of products. We're an on demand white label. And when we started in 2001, we literally had like a 2,000 square foot warehouse. And my two business partners are my childhood best friends. We all decided to go in the supplement business. One of my partners and I had a previous supplement company and we literally just said, let's do this. And we started just selling retail online. And it was great, you know, trying to build landing pages and drive traffic. We just realized, you know, it wasn't necessarily where we wanted to spend our time. And we saw this opportunity in the wholesale game. And I said, you know, the Future of our business is in wholesale. And that was like 2002. So we basically got rid of all of our sites other than just our company domain, and we just started selling wholesale and we were big overseas. And still to this day, it's huge. I mean, if you're looking for a supplement, you want made in the usa. And so we've kind of figured out how to partner and leverage kind of what we do. And we're in 43 countries around the world, and just a lot of opportunity. And that kind of like matured into this on demand business where we keep all of your inventory. You don't have to buy anything up front. No spending 30, 40, 50 G's at A, at a, you know, laboratory to figure out, like, if it's going to work or not. Why don't you come check out what we're doing at Chip offers. And everything's white label on demand. You test it and if it works, and we can work with you to scale it. And if you do want to go out and manufacture your own formula, we give you that opportunity as well. And so shipoffers.com is really three things. It's a supplement company, it's a fulfillment company, and we're a bank. We're leveraging our cash flow with you to kind of help you scale your business. And we send you a bill after we've even shipped your entire week's worth of orders. So, you know, in a nutshell, we do all the work and we send you a bill after the fact. And it's. I don't have you sign some long agreement. It's not this big deal. It's just what we've been doing for 15 years.
That's awesome. So I live in California, But I spent 14 years in Texas. So I'm going to use a Texas colloquialism and say, let's hunt that rabbit. Yeah, here's the rabbit I want to hunt. I want to know because I know my listeners do, but personal curiosity, too. Okay, let's say I want to get into the supplement business. Supplement skin care. You do a little bit of everything, right?
Like it's 60 different products.
Cool. 60 different products. So let's say that Brad wants to get into selling. Let's just say let's do this.
You've got copy. You got a copy offer currently, sure. Okay. That's not where you're gonna end up, right? Just. That's, that's, that's the beginning of the relationship that you are building with your customer and your audience. You could go down mugs. You could go down with beauty products because, you know, hey, you want to look good, feel great 24, 7, I got a product for you. I've got a nice skincare in a nice jar, and we can put a step two around it for your eyes. Maybe you do want to get in shape and you want to get to the gym, and we can talk about probiotics for your stomach gut. You know, you got your buddy Drew Canole. You could talk about greens. I mean, there's so many cool things that you could bundle all together. That's what we do. We listen to where you are, and then we help you fill in the pieces to get you to where you want to go.
Good, because that's definitely where I want to go, and I want to continue to grow there. But let's say somebody is brand new. Not the coffee business. Let's just say I was trying to figure it out. I kind of understand marketing. I've heard that there's a lot of money to be made in the supplement business, but I'm thinking, well, man, if I want to get into that, I've probably got to buy, like, spend 10, 20,000, $30,000. I don't know what it costs to get involved. So how do you suggest somebody who's brand new to that game? What do they do using you? Like, how do you help? And what is a. What's a good expectation of money to spend, of investment up front to really kind of get your stuff off the ground? I mean, do I. Am I looking at a $10,000 investment to just kind of get going? Can I do this slowly? Is there a way to test the market before I jump in?
So if you had called me or you got referred to ship offers from Brad, and you're like, hey, I'm new. My filter goes off immediately. And I'm like, okay, let me just be of service. That's the first thing that I'm going to say, because the next question is, have you ever sold anything online, digital or physical? And then if they say, well, I've dabbled in some affiliate sales, I've driven some traffic, I'm like, look, I'm going to be very candid with you. I want to learn as much as I can as fast as I can, so I can see if we can help you. If not, let me see if I can find somebody who can. I always try to leave you better than I found you. And that's kind of been my mantra in this business. So I can't Help everybody. And I really work with guys who are at least doing some physical good sales or at least digital products where they're doing 25 orders a day or more. So 500 unit order is what I'm kind of looking for out of a customer. And as long as you know a little bit about marketing, you've got a source for traffic and you're willing to give it a try, I'm willing to give you a try.
Okay, so let's, so let's go down there. Let's say I like so for me, I do have a big background in marketing and digital marketing and I understand how to do it. Like a lot of my listeners may they know a lot about marketing, but they don't have the physical product experience there. And I say, listen, I know how to run Facebook ads, I know how to do all this other stuff.
You don't need any money though, just so you're clear.
That's what I'm trying to figure out.
You don't need any money. I can print your label on demand here until you, you decide like, you know, I can sell enough. Let's go print it somewhere down the road and get just the fantastic looking labels like with metallic want all the shine on and stuff like that. No, I tell you man, if you're passionate and you've got your post in marketing and you go, hey, I want to try something. I'm like, I'll try it. So you create the offer because I don't provide any of the marketing material. That's not my job. So we basically say you market, we do the rest.
Cool.
So you know what that means.
Here's a. I even just forgot about this. I don't know how I forgot about the fact that I have a third 3,000 person health list that I did from something that I did, I don't know, six months ago. And I contact him once in a while, not nearly as much, but let's say I've got a 3,000 person list. It's little, it's not going to generate tons of orders, but I wanted to try a private label out and I wanted to call it Brad's Super Duper Vitamins, Whatever.
And you on stock, you have some stuff that I could potentially try to sell them and you could. So you're telling me that I could put together a sales page and send this out to my list to test and see what happens and that on demand, If I get 20 orders out of that, you're able to print that out and send it out and just charge me for what it is. Yep.
Today. And that's what's cool is your business concept of like, I got this 3,000 person list. I haven't sent a supplement to them. So what of the 60 do you want to test the stuff weekend? I mean, I just tell you. I mean, like, you can put up a page today, you can plug it into a back, you know, of a merchant account, write a little bit of copy, hit send. I'll give you the templates, the bottles. You can even use my imaging today. So you don't even have to do anything other than just create the copy and the ad. And then when you start selling, swap it out for yours and then you're in business. I send you a bill next week.
That, yeah, that's amazing. And then obviously, the higher the volume, the lower the cost of goods sold.
Yeah, there's tears, there's tiers. So you start where you start and then we kind of take you along the journey because everybody is on a journey in business and life. And so we figured that's the best way to do it. I've got guys who do 25 orders a day to a few thousand a day and just kind of where you fit in and we just kind of work with you.
Yeah, I love that. And I want people to take notice. I mean, I'm taking note of that because I think I remember you saying that before. Like, that's really, really cool. As we continue to build up a list of customers in one area, you have the ability to help people, provide them solutions, whether it's my work.
We were just in a mastermind. We were just in a mastermind in Austin and I got up in front and Tanner and Lois asked me to share a little bit and 35 plus people in the room and I handed out 31 business cards. You know, my pitch wasn't like, hey, I want to sell you, I want to share with you. And so when, you know, you're going around the room and everybody's like, oh, I've got a crochet business or I've got a, you know, I tell your horoscopes or blah, blah, blah, blah, I'm like, listen, you guys, you guys all deal in digital space. You all have campaigns and marketing and email addresses. What are you selling to them? And even a couple guys were like, in the apparel business in sports. And I'm like, you guys have an opportunity today. I mean, who doesn't want to go and have a good time and party at a tailgate but wake Up Monday morning, there's guys in that room selling like hangover supplements.
That's.
And I'm really good at connecting the dots and helping you to see what you can't see today by, you know, cutting down some trees and showing you your vision. And I'm literally. That's what we do all day when we get on the phone with you. I'm listening for where you're at and I'm helping you to get to where you want to go.
I love that. I love that. So there's very, very little cost involved in getting started. You know, started up.00. It's just basically if I don't sell.
It, I don't ask for any money from you. Somebody today listening could go, hey, I'm going to call this guy Tony at Ship offers and say, hey dude, I am selling a product from X, Y and Z. Can I switch it to you? Yes. Or I've never sold before, but I want to. Can you help me? Yes. How much? Zero.
Dude, I love that. I love that. Yeah, it's only. You only pay, you know, if you sell and then it's just, you've already marked it up so it's all profit. That is awesome. What are some of the best selling.
Stuff right now Forskulin? Garcinia, you know, your typical weight loss products to literally. Krill is a hot commodity. And what we do is we do a lot of custom formulations for a lot of different people. And I've got some really just cool clients. I mean, that's some of the fun part of my business is really seeing like, how did you get into wanting to go and manufacture? Because a lot of people find us after they already got into the game.
Yeah, I imagine.
And I'll hear their horror stories. Yeah. So here was the deal. I spent 60 grand. Isn't that cool? I'm like, no, that sucks. Because you created one product and so if you, if you really want to do it right, let's start with one and then I'll get you six or seven upsells that you can send out to your customers. And imagine if you would have bought six or seven products and you would have spent 50 to 60 grand. You're like 360,000 into the hole. Because some manufacturing companies make you buy a lot of product. Now some you can go in a couple thousand. But then I question a lot of things. You know, is it GMP certified, fda? Does it have an NSF certificate? Is it okay to get outside of the country? Have you registered it with the you know, the pre sale certificate with the government, can it get to Australia? Can I get into the uk? And then you start running and questioning all these things. That's where you need somebody like us just to listen. I may not be your deal, but I'm happy to give you the information so you don't get taken in the end.
Yeah, that's huge. And.
It'S really helpful to know that you've got somebody like that helping you not only do the things right, but avoid the big mistakes. Speaking of that, what are like two or three of the biggest mistakes that you see.
Your clients making or they made before they become your clients? But what.
I'll give you this. I'll give you this. The biggest problem people do in marketing of supplements is that they decide to put claims all over their bottle. I don't look at your website as much unless you invite me into that world because there's a lot of funnels and what we show on the front side and what we do on the backside. Look, the number one piece of advice I can give anybody is don't put any claims, don't even put any asterisks. Don't even, don't even make enough room for where you should put an asterisk on your bottle. Just the name of the product. Show some cool text if you want to, but you know, make sure that there is an asterisk next to it and you've got the warning in the background. People claim everything. This will cure, you know, warts, this will clear, you know, cancer. I'm like, dude, you're just, you're, you're going in the area where I can't work with you anymore.
Yeah, yeah.
You know, because my reputation's on the line when I touch your supplement.
Supplement. Yeah. And the supplement business can be really dangerous if you're trying to, you know, if you need sales that bad that you're willing to say anything to get it. Those claims may be true. But hey, ftc.
And the problem is also, you got to realize that the customer hasn't touched the bottle, but they've already bought your product. Yeah, that's another big mistake. People are like, well, I need all this stuff on my product. I'm like, no, you don't, dude.
It's funny, I didn't mean to cut you off there. But along those lines, my coffee doesn't have.
It doesn't have everything that it might have in the store because I'm not selling it in the store. So I've got more marketing to speak on there?
Yeah, no, definitely. But I just, I always tell my customers, just think, like, my wife says it best. Like, everything's being recorded and your life's going to be played back to you someday, you know? And when you look at that packaging, does it make your mom or dad proud? Is it stuff that you really feel like? Do you have to be that salesy on it? Or are you just trying to do something just because you want to stand out in a crowded space? And I even tell people on Amazon the same thing. I'm like, you can asterisk everything out all day long, everything on it, and then put the FDA warning in the back. That's awesome. But I'm like, it's ugly. You need it. But all the other stuff you really don't need. You need a cool name, a nice little tagline, the supplemental facts, the directions, the FDA warning and who it was distributed by. And if it needs to be stored in a specific temperature, that kind of stuff. And leave all the other stuff out. And you can do that later if you really, truly want it through some stuff on your website. But make sure that you have some disclaimers. And I used to, on our website, we had herbal guidelines. No one ever told us to do it, but we made sure that we went if, you know, if we were selling a product and women were pregnant or thinking about using birth control, that we made sure we got all the warnings for that. Right? A lot of people just, hey, I can make a supplement. I can sell it tomorrow. And they buy it from somewhere and they put it online and they've never been in the business before. And I deal with cease and desist orders all the time. Not for me, not for what I'm doing, but because the clients that we work with do some stuff and then once we find it, we pull them aside. Like, look, you got to change your name. You can't do this. You got to take this off. Like, oh, thanks for telling me. I've never done this before.
Oh, yeah.
So we actually have. It's not. It's not fully back online, but we have what we call the supplement secrets. And it's what, you know, I'll have available in the next couple days where people can actually go and get these secrets so that you don't have to go through the mistakes that most companies go through. I'm going to speed you right, to basically manufacturing kind of like what you're talking about. Four months to launching Stiletto Coffee from basically an idea to a physical product, and all the pitfalls in between that you don't want somebody to go through. We're going to share with you so you don't have to do that.
Sorry, sorry. I had it on mute for a second because there was something in the background. I was like, that's amazing.
I'm very looking forward to the. The point where I'm calling you not to just chat, but to actually do some business with you. Because.
This is the direction that we're going. And I can't think of anybody better I'd like to have kind of in my corner than you when it comes to. On your site. Shipship offers.com, just like it looks. So you've got all these different types of products that are already in existence in your warehouse, right. That's like, boom. You can start to sell these.
You send me a CSV file today, or you hook up to our API and you actually get connected. You can be shipping today or tomorrow.
Cool. When it comes to custom formulations, however, obviously that it's custom.
You don't necessarily just have four to six weeks typically. And we work with you to formulate. We come up with like, if you have an existing formula you want to knock off, or there's a product in the industry that you're like, hey, I like this, but I would like this. I'm like, we can take all that together and we can spin it into your formula.
What's an average? Yeah, what's an average investment? If we're doing that? Let's just say it's not like a highly crazy.
So you want 5,000 bottles, three to four bucks probably. And we have a couple variable ways, like various ways that we can do it. And usually it's like 50% down. And if you have all the potential in the world and I can see it and smell it, I'll work a cool deal with you on the back end so you don't have to pay that 50% right up front. You can pay it as you go, meaning as your product leaves. And then you know, otherwise, if you have no marketing experience, I have to make sure that you put some skin in the game. I limit my risk because I am a bank. So I'll manufacture your product for you, may give you 30 day terms, and then ask you for the other 50%.
Cool. Okay.
So I'm really kind of like, in some ways, I'm a stockbroker. I'm finding what's hot in the industry, I'm bringing it to my customers. Then I'm a banker, where I'm listening and I'm like, okay, I want to maximize my potential, but I want to limit my risk. How can I do that? And then really, we're forming that strategic partnership because what we do. Are we unique? No. Is there a million companies out there? Yes. I've got 15 years at this company doing this every single day. I've got a mastery in supplements. I mean, this is all I know. When it comes to running a supplement company, we've learned from a lot of different mistakes. We still make mistakes today. And that's part of, you know, getting back to the addiction and the journey is like, I'm the first to admit that I've made a mistake. I'm gonna say, like, look, I let you down and I apologize. Or, hey, it's taken six weeks. When I said we could get it done at 5, I ran into some problems. Let me compensate you a little bit. Overnight products to your customers that are waiting. Let make things right for you. That's my motto in life, in business, is that it's not the lab, it's me. And if you come and entrust your services and your business with me, I want to make sure that we take good care of you as a customer. Because you can leave me tomorrow. I guarantee you'll remember us. Not in a bad way. Meaning, like, maybe your business went sideways. Maybe you did something wrong and you didn't take care of chargebacks. I just care about my customers.
That's awesome. Well, every single one of my friends who also uses you sponsor says nothing but great things, and I'm looking forward to rolling something out.
I would love to help you. And what I would like to do, and this is. I don't tell this to everybody, is.
Maybe we should push mute and not put that online.
No, I'll tell your audience because I think you've got a cool deal with the bacon wrap business, and I think you're bringing a lot of cool information to your audience. I really want to get to know what you're passionate about when it comes to wanting to get into the supplement space. A lot of people just get in because they want to make money. And at the end of the day, and I'm like, that's cool and all, but you're not going to last because I want you to sell something that you're passionate about. And, you know, so you're like, fitness. If you're really into fitness and you want to make some products around that, or you're like, hey, my wife's got this coffee. I want to make something about that what I do is I sit down and we start mapping out a game plan for you. And we say, okay, I'm going to set up some expectations around your business for the next 30, 60, 90 days. And then we draw it all up and I show you kind of where you could be with the kind of investment that you'll need to be. If we do some customs and if we don't, where you're at and how you can basically take your business. I love taking guys who make 5,000 bottles with a manufacturer come to me and their next PO is 50 GS. You know, like, I'm buying, I'm buying big runs for you. So I love helping you scale your business. And most guys don't care about their customers. They really don't. They just go, so and so. Bought some product this week, Bob. It's great, man. We sold. You know, he filled some orders for us. That's it.
Yeah.
I actually really care about you. The end of the day, I hope that you're in my Rolodex and I'm calling you and we're building a relationship outside of the business.
Well, it's rare in business and it's one of the most important things. So appreciate that, brother. Yeah, man. I can't. I can't. Thank you enough for your time today, all my listeners. On itunes and it helps more people listen to us. You can also share this little show on social media and tag me in it. If you do that, I will come over to your house and give you a big hug personally each and every one of you at my expense too, 100% guaranteed.
Or you can just simply tell your friends about how much you like the show, how much you're learning from it. And the biggest compliment I get, I've heard multiple people say this, is that I feel as though I should have paid for the information that was on that show because like, holy crap, I made money from that. Which is awesome. And if you do contact Tony and you guys make a million dollars, just send me 50%.
No, hey, wait, wait, wait. Let me end this. If you do contact me and you mention Brad, Brad can get a bounty program for the volume you bring to the company.
Nice. 50%, right?
I pay 3 to $5,000 for each person that you refer over.
Yes, mention my name, people.
Along with the hugs. But this one's really true.
That's awesome. Now you can also, as I mentioned at the beginning of the show, you can hear more of Tony's awesomeness at. Is it, Is it Entrepreneur Unplugged? Is that the calm.
No, I wasn't cold enough to get that. You just go to itunes, search Tony G or Entrepreneur Unplugged, then my ugly mug will show up and you can click on and listen to the show.
And my raspy voice will be on there soon as well because we just interviewed me too. So this has been awesome, man. I really appreciate it. And to kind of end the show on another bumper self promotional time, go to stiletto coffee.com if you wish to buy something, use the coupon code bacon you get 25% off. Use it as a gift. It makes an amazing gift. Or just drink it yourself because it is some of the best coffee I know I've ever had. I am biased, but I do mean that. And if you have any feedback, maybe you're a conversion expert, maybe you've got some contacts and you want to help us. My wife and I in business, we take feedback. You can always email me directly@askbradakenratbusiness.com or send us an email to infostillettocoffee.com we're all in this together and I appreciate any help you guys can give me. So, Tony, without, you know, last question, is there any big nuts you're trying to crack in your business?
Great question. No, actually, besides managing all the leads that we've got coming in, that's it. And I've hired two people this week to help me manage it. So I'm actually, for the first time in a long time, I'm actually pretty good where I'm at.
I'd love to hear it, brother. Well, thank you very much for being on the the show to all my listeners. Stay tuned. Got some other really good guests and topics coming up. Once more, make sure you're on my newsletter@baconratbusiness.com and subscribe on itunes till next time. We'll talk to you soon.
