What have I told you? A friend of mine who was with me in a mastermind recently, he added, so he basically took like 500 questions for the part of the country that he lives in and all things real estate keywords, and basically went into perplexity and said, write me a 300 to 500 word blog answering the question of each one of these and make me essentially the star or the most knowledgeable person in this marketplace in all these blogs. And he did all 500. Like, because you know it will just do all 500 for you.
And I'm not recommending this. He literally said to me, he goes, I did this 30 days ago. He said, you talked about it. I took the action. I posted all 500 blogs on my website all at once. And he now ranks number two in one of the most competitive markets in his country. Now think about that. Anybody at any level in their profession, you could be getting your real estate license and do that right? You'd be in the process of doing it, right? Or just as soon as you get your license.
