A short YouTube monologue arguing that gender and physical attributes don't determine sales success; instead, effective sales depend on the words used, the questions asked, and the speaker's tone which either opens prospects emotionally (leading to sales) or causes them to shut down.

Who's better at sales, men or women? There literally is no difference. Your gender, the color of your skin, your religious beliefs, if you're skinny guy or if you're huge and overweight. You know, what matters as a salesperson is the words you're using. It's the questions you're asking the prospect that builds the gap from where they are to where they want to be. It's how you're asking the questions with your tone. Because I've known women that are crush any man in that industry, and then I've known men that crush all women. I've known guys that are £400 that make five times more than the guy that has the huge muscles that goes to the gym. That's also sales. I also know guys that are freaking huge, that make way more money than anybody else. What matters is the words you're using, the questions you're asking, and how you're asking them with your tone. That's either going to cause the prospect to emotionally open up and go below the surface and tell you what's really going on. That's where the sale is made. Or if you don't understand those things, it causes them to emotionally shut down. They stay surface level. You ask good questions, you thought and and they give you vague surface level, generalized answers.
