10 years ago, where was your personal production? How many homes-ish were you selling then?
I was probably at, I was probably between 80 and 100 homes, but it was, it was complete chaos. I mean, I didn't have a life. I legitimately, I would get to the office, you know, 6 or 7 in the morning and then, you know, be there till midnight sometimes. I was miserable. I was very unhappy. I was very unhealthy. I mean, all the things. So yeah.
So you know why I was laughing. Oh yeah. Because someone right now is going, well, you know, she was selling 18 homes a year. No, I was at 80 to 90 transactions a year. Oh no, oh no, yes, yeah. But I think everyone listening can relate, whether you're at 8 transactions a year or 800 transactions a year, there's good business and there's bad business. Absolutely. There's business that you have a little less stress, a little less responsibility, things are a little bit easier, and then you have the hard way.
Right.
And you were doing it the hard way.
Yeah, yeah, and I just don't think you could, my clients were not really, being given what they should have been given, you know, because there wasn't enough of me, you know. Right. So yeah, capacity.
