Apparently I forgot to pay a ticket because one of my headlights was out. This is like 15 years ago. You're talking like 20, 30 ticket. And then like six months later, I guess the town had a warrant for my freaking arrest. This is a true story. And around midnight, sheriff freaking knocked on my door. I'm like, yes, Sheriff, what's going on? This is on like a Friday night. I had a flight the next morning at 6am in the St. Louis airport, which is a two hour drive, meaning I had to get up at 3. Sheriff knocks on my door, I'm like, something wrong? Like, we have a warrant for your arrest. Please come with us. And I'm like, whoa, what's going on? You know, I have a flight here. I have to leave in like three and a half, four hours. I was like, is there any way you'll let me drive behind you? If the deputy, you know, sets with me or whatever. And the sheriff was cool. He's like, yeah, yeah, yeah, like just, you know, as long as you're gonna follow me to the jail or whatever. And so I followed him to the jail and then I had to make a call to get bail. If I remember, I think I called my dad or something and bailed me out so I could get to the airport from a 20 or $30 headlight out ticket.
