A short YouTube monologue (uploaded June 23, 2025) in which the speaker states a clear personal preference for very hot showers over cold baths/ice baths. The speaker acknowledges that research may support health benefits of cold exposure and that some friends favor cold plunges, but emphasizes personal comfort and reluctance to endure cold.

Do I take hot or cold showers, dude? I'm a hot shower guy, man. I got a lot of my buddies that, you know, they're like, oh, you got to take the cold baths, you know, the ice baths and all that stuff, man. Good for them. I think there's a lot of research that probably shows it's really good for you, but damn, I don't. I don't like being that cold, man. So I'm taking the hot shower. I'm the hot shower guy. I'm taking a hottest shower as I can, as I can get. That's me. There you go.
