And welcome back to the show. This is Brad and it's exciting day here in sunny San Diego week after Thanksgiving. I took about a month off of recording because I was in Asia for three weeks on an Asian adventure. Went to Tokyo and Kyoto and Thailand, all over Thailand and Hong Kong, first time to Asia. It was an amazing trip and it was a great way to just kind of put everything on hold, get over there. But I haven't recorded a podcast episode in at least a month. So it's really exciting to jump back into it post holiday and bring you something special. And today actually is because I am going to talk all about how to get some amazing marketing and virtual assistants help with a spin on it. A lot of you listeners are probably.
Or familiar with using outsourcing services like I've used upwork and Free up and Fiverr and all of these myriad of ways that you can hire people to do work for you. And sometimes you have great experiences and sometimes you don't. And not too long ago, a few about three or four months ago, I stumbled across a website that was promising something really unique, different and made me go.
What is this? Is this too good to be true? Talking about how to get an apprentice, a marketing apprentice working for you for a total total of $50 per month. Not per hour, not per week, but per month. And I started to go down the rabbit hole. I checked it out. I didn't have a lot of friends or any friends who had used it, but I just jumped in and said okay, let's check this out. And today I've been using two marketing apprentices for the past we're going on three months right now and I've had an incredible time doing this. In fact, one of my apprentices has been responsible for creating a lot of the show notes that you will be reading on the blog or in the thing right here. His name is Jared and Jared, you might be listening to this. Jared, I've got the founder of this company called GenM named Mo Abbas on the line today and we're going to talk all about this very unique and effective business model. And I'll be talking about to Mo as a customer his too. But I want to enlighten you guys on kind of what's possible, what to look for, how to get the most out of this service and maybe some really unique ways that you can use this. Mo, welcome to Bacon Wrap business.
Great to be here. Thank you for having me. Super excited.
Yeah, me too. So as I mentioned, I gave people a little preliminary like what is this all about? Explain what GenM is and then I want to kind of take us around to kind of like your backstory and how you created this. But then I really want to dive into some of the most useful ways to leverage this and dispel some of the misconceptions as well. Cool.
Absolutely. I mean, GenM is an education marketplace where student marketers come to launch their careers and small businesses come to get an extra hand in their digital marketing. You know, as a small business owner, you wear so many hats, there's so many things to do, whether it's product or finance or marketing. And it becomes really difficult to handle all of these different roles oftentimes. You know, I know myself, we didn't have a lot of money back in the day when I was running, you know, other businesses, cash was a commodity that was, you know, we just didn't have a lot of it. And that's where GenM comes in. It's a way where small business owners can get affordable help to grow. And you know, as a small business owner, you can get a student marketer to market your business unpaid as part of their training. And they can do things like SEO, social media, content marketing. They act like an unpaid marketing assistant for the students. They're gaining work experience, they're doing this as part of the training. We offer them coursework, hands on work experience and certifications in digital marketing for business owners. They provide the students with feedback and guidance in a remote three month digital apprenticeship where the student works about ten hours a week. On your digital marketing, they're unpaid. The only thing is there's a $49 a month membership fee to access the platform, tools and support. It's the only cost there is. And that enables us to provide a free education system to students so they can launch their careers as digital marketers.
I love it. I love it. And I mean it's. Now, do you, do you consider them also interns or is there a slight difference between the concept of an intern and an apprentice?
At least with GenM, we have put a considerable amount of effort into building out our marketplace and looked at every nuance of interaction between student and business and we decided that, that we are not going to pursue internships, we're going to go with apprenticeships. And here's the logic in that. When a student gets an internship, the relationship is between the student and a corporation.
It's not a human to human relationship, it's a human to corporate entity relationship. In an apprenticeship, it's a human to human relationship. There's a mentee and a mentor, there's a skilled expert and then there is a student who wants to learn the skill from the professional. There's a skills transfer that goes down between two individuals. Sounds subtle, but it really has quite a profound impact especially as we scale up our marketplace and it really just helps govern the small interactions that make up genm.
Yeah, I like that a lot. And it was, it's one of the things when I saw that I also liked is it does focus, correct me if wrong, on it's more marketing centric apprenticeships. Right. Like there are. You can probably find people to do non marketing related tasks, but you do seem to have a focus on people who are wanting marketing based work. Am I right there or am I off base?
Correct. The niche that we're focusing on right now and that we are quickly becoming the number one destination for both small businesses and student marketers is digital marketing. As we expand our marketplace, as we build up more tools and value and features to both sides of the marketplace and solidify our foothold in digital marketing, we will then offer small businesses and students other niches like bookkeeping, software, project management.
To expand upon the marketing niche that we're targeting.
And it appeared to be that when somebody signs up to be an apprentice from their angle, do you have some general or specific like coursework knowledge base that people can start to get trained early? So if I'm, if I want to sign up as an apprenticeship and I don't know anything about the world of digital marketing, do you guys, do you guys have resources that they can start to learn? Maybe it's about paid media or social or content marketing or social media marketing so that they're not starting from absolute scratch.
Absolutely. We do have many students on our platform who are marketing graduates or in school for digital marketing. However, there are many students and people who are even switching careers that don't have the marketing theory, the basic skills. So we have a full digital marketing curriculum that we've created with industry experts. It's a cutting edge curriculum, it's super fun to use. It's on mobile, on iOS and Android, it's done through microlearning and gamified and businesses can actually see the training students have done on our platform on student profiles. So yes, we offer a complete marketing curriculum.
Yeah, that's great. And you know, this kind of goes back to some stuff that I've given this advice personally to friends and people who are kind of trying to change careers or especially younger guys, guys and gals. But I think I've also talked about it on my podcast where this is like a really competitive job market. And you know, there's multiple ways to go about getting experience and securing your future. One of them is the standard way. Just go try to try to build the skills and experience and try to find somebody to take a chance on you and get a job and get a paycheck. But you're competing with a lot of people because you're asking that company for money. And then there's the other side, which is the.
Internships, where people are just willing to go work for a big company for free and they're also competing for these internship openings. And usually those are a lot more formal. I've always thought it was great too. Like if you don't have the experience to work, you know, to do this stuff, don't worry about necessarily having to go build all this experience and all this knowledge before you get it. Just create the job for yourself. Work for free for as much as you can afford to do to build that. Because it is absolutely.
It'S extremely valuable to somebody else and know that, like, listen, I will do whatever it takes to not only learn what I need to learn, but also to get into your sphere of influence.
I mean, personally, I totally agree with you. That's part of the magic of GenM as well. You know, these students are willing and ready to work unpaid as part of their training to gain work experience. And, you know, we looked at, you know, internships and they are not a good model for both businesses and students. For students, there's a huge opportunity cost. You know, there's a lot of hours involved, they have to travel. There's no guidelines, there's no set terms. They have limited amount of businesses they can pick from. They're often doing work that's not related to their field of study. They're often given promises that are not true and they're often in violation of labor laws. So there's not a great experience for, for students and for small businesses, they don't even get an opportunity because a lot of these students, if they're going to do it, they're going to want to go to a larger company. You know, the small businesses may not have an office.
They're looking for something that looks great on a resume.
Yeah, exactly.
I think that's one of the big problems with the general workforce society today is that a lot of people are simply trying to stack their resume with skills so that they can job hop. And there are, it's, it's less people who are really trying to get the skills because they. They want the skill set to take into the future and the relationships. And that's actually one of the things that you bring. You're bringing the skill set they're going to learn on the job through a more personal relationship with the, you know, the actual person, not just the, you know, the corporate entity. But the sphere of influencing is huge because I know I, you know, I recently sold my half of this, but I had a paid mastermind that, you know, we'd meet three or four times a year. But it was, you know, entrepreneurs are paying $15,000 a year to be in my circle of influence. I work with a handful of clients as a consultant and sometimes as a. I'm not really a coach, but to a degree, a mentor. And I'm very expensive in what I do. If somebody comes to me and say, brad, I want to learn how to do this aspect of business, you know, clients pay me.
You know, full transparency, a minimum of $5,000 a month to jump on the phone with me, typically once a week. I'm not cheap. And yet, like the hack in the system, my two apprentices get to get on the phone with me once a week, and they're not paying me a penny, but they are doing some work with me.
And I love doing it, and I love giving back. In that way, I'm also getting something. But like they say, it's not what you know, it's who you know. And when you're able to help an entrepreneur out, especially somebody who's got any degree of access and influence, and it can really help you going forward because not only are you building those skills, but you're, you know, and this goes out to Jared. I'm sure he's listening to this. Or to Ayush, who's also helping me out. If you ever need contacts that I can help you with, you know, the door is open. And I just think it's such a tremendous opportunity for the people who are on the apprentice side to not gloss over the ability to work with people like this.
It really is. And, you know, it's businesses like you that make GenM such an amazing place for students. You know, the fact that they can get access to your caliber of talent, they would never be able to get that. They couldn't afford it. There'd never been opportunity for that in anywhere else except GenM. And it's very inspiring for many students to be able to work with your type of business. Thank you.
Yeah. And it's as I said, it's rewarding. It's a lot of fun. I like to see people who have, you know, to see people kind of grow and get better at this stuff and then say, yeah, what, you know, what's next? And who knows where some of these relationships will go, you know, with.
My apprentices and any of the new ones that I bring on switching over, like, what was the impetus? Like, what made you start this? Where did the idea come from?
So I've been a small business owner before GenM. I've owned many different businesses. Actually created one of the largest renovation companies in the country. Oh, wow. Yeah, I used to hire a lot of volunteer interns and work with them. I've personally worked with over 50 of them and a quarter of my staff had started out as interns in the different businesses that I operated. And you know, what I noticed was that when I was looking, let's just say, for a marketing Internet, I would get 200 plus applicants, you know, for a paid position. And a lot of them had no work experience. It was crazy. Like 95% of them, I would not hire them. Like, there's no chance I'm paying somebody as a student when I'm a small business and every dollar matters to me, you know, if they don't have any experience. And there was a few that did have experience and they trumped the, the hundreds that didn't. And it was a shame because these students had been many of them on the job hunt for like six months, not getting responses from employers, not really having an idea of what even to do to get an opportunity. And you know, by chance some of them had decided to follow up with me and pretty much begged to volunteer and get work experience. And, you know, being an opportunistic business, we decided to take some of them on. That's what we did. We ended up training these students and working with them over three months and hiring them. And what ended up happening with them is they left and got jobs in digital marketing. And this was really interesting for us because we had been working on a little tech project on the side, me and my co founders. And then we saw this and we said, wait a second, there's something interesting here. Here we are solving a problem that we had, which is we don't have money to hire a lot of talent. So it was, you know, we work with these students. And then what ended up happening for the students was they walked away and got jobs. And we said, wait a second, they've been in school for four years and they've invested some of them, you know, over $100,000 in their education and they were unhirable. They could not find a job. But after working us for just three months, we either hired them or they left and got jobs. And we said, this is crazy. It looks like we are able to train students for the job market better than post secondary. You know, absolutely.
Post secondary doesn't really train you for the job market. I mean, in general, the educational system right now is kind of designed to give you the foundation and the fundamental and teach you how to research and teach you how to learn and take tests and more and more focus on just taking tests. They don't really ever give you that on the job, actual learning and training. And you know, realistically, if I was going to hire somebody who, if I had two resumes in front of me and the skill sets were equal, right. But one of the people, and I'm just thinking of this for the first time and I saw one of the person, if I asked them, what is this GENM thing? And they said, well, I worked for three months or for even longer as an apprentice, as an unpaid apprentice to learn this stuff, that shows an amazing amount of initiative and I'm going to reward that with brownie points and consideration because that shows initiative.
Well, you can see, you know, we actually do a direct comparison on the student side and we say, look, you could, over six months you could do, you know, six apprenticeships, let's say over six months. So you can do, you know, and that's about 30 hours a week, even less than that. Even if you do two at a time, you could do four apprenticeships. Right? With four apprenticeships, you know, that's four businesses that are on your resume, that's four references, that's four opportunities to prove yourself and add value and potentially get hired. We actually noticed that, you know, 60% of apprentices got a job opportunity after doing four or more apprenticeships. And if they enter six or more, that jumps to like 80%. So just by working with so many businesses, some of them are looking to hire, not all of them, some of them are. But regardless, just stacking your resume with that kind of experience with the kind of perspective that you gain with working with so many professionals and the opportunity of the hands on experience, their confidence goes through the roof, their resume gets jacked up, their skills skyrocket, they become complete job ready by the time they complete four or more apprenticeships.
Yeah, I love that. You know, here's. It just made me think about this, this is a way to hack your system in a very positive way that I'm not going to do this, but I wouldn't be against it. So people who have skills, people who are highly skilled, like myself, could go on there, register as apprentice and they could come on and see that I've got all of this experience in digital marketing, built and sold businesses, et cetera. And obviously I'm gonna get, you know, I'm gonna get some job offers from some people, right, because they're like, wow, this almost seems too good to be true. Why are you an apprentice? Because I want to prove to you I'm willing to work for free. Because I want to work for you. I want to prove to you that you're going to want me around. I'm going to want to, you know, to keep you as a client. So in fact, it may be the reason I thought about that is a few times, especially getting started or trying to build up my client base. I did that. I worked for free for people.
I said, only pay me out of.
The results and let me show you what I can do. I'm going to take off all the risk for you, but I'm going to blow you away. And if you like me, if you like what I'm able to do here, then we can talk about hiring me full time.
And the beauty about GenM is that's exactly what happens. We have so many, every day this happens, but there is no awkward conversation about having to hire them at the end of the apprenticeship. So it's totally up to the business to make that call. But yeah, the students come on and if they're rock stars, a lot of them know that, you know, if they do really good, they're gonna get hired.
Yeah, absolutely. And I think that's one of the things that you can do at any level of skill set that you've got, whether you are just getting started or.
You have some skills. And it's a way to prove yourself to you. It's funny too, because when I look back, I've been an entrepreneur for 10 plus years now. And when I look back at when I had my corporate jobs, et cetera, I was a terrible employee, by the way. And I think I was even a worse job hunter because.
It was all what's in it for me? I could care less about contributing to the company. I was just like selfish. What's my paycheck? What's my benefits? You know, what's my job responsibility? How can I do the least amount of work for other People like, it was really funny. I was a terrible employee. I'm a great entrepreneur, but I'm a terrible employee. And when I became an entrepreneur and I became an employer, it really had me. It really had me have empathy and sympathy for the people who were out there hiring people, because that is so rampant. Like, I really didn't care about the company. I really didn't care about all that other stuff.
And now when you want somebody who is going to take initiative and who is going to try to work to learn as well as to earn and who is going to, you know, willing to sacrifice some of the, you know, some of the financial gains in order to get the experience that goes so far. I wasn't that guy. Like, I wasn't the guy who would have done that back then. It took a big epiphany and awakening for me to kind of make that transition. But, but as I said, yeah, I look back and you know, like, man, now I, now I get it. Now I understand why initiative is so important in the workforce. And I mean, yeah, the people who are doing GenM and doing it successfully are showing tremendous amounts of initiative.
Absolutely. And you know, for a lot of them, these are graduates who are trying to enter the job market. They are people who are switching careers and super motivated. I mean, look, if you are a graduate and you're not getting responses from employers and you have an opportunity to build work experience on your resume, you're going to take it very seriously. Or if you're a student and you know, people know these days at least that work experience is an absolute requirement to enter the job market. It's not like what it was back in the day. You're not going to get hired without it unless you're like, you're just not going to get hired without work experience. It's just not going to. There's too many people that have some level of experience. So students are really waking up to this realization and, you know, are now willing to put the effort into building up that work experience.
Yeah. Are there any fun stories that you can share about whether it's big success stories, unique ways of people using GenM, anything that, you know, you've got to see as the owner of the company?
I mean, we like, here's an example. We had an apprentice in GenM and she was doing for apprenticeship. She's a rock star. Great reviews. She's a single mom who was looking to break into digital marketing. She's gone to school a while ago. Her degree was not relevant for digital marketing. And she really lacked confidence. She didn't have a lot of confidence in herself, frankly. But she was a unbelievable worker and learner, you know, with so much life experience behind her and she really blew away everyone she worked with. And then she ended up, we were chatting with her on the support team, you know, here and there, and she really impressed us. And I think she ended up taking an apprenticeship with one of our marketers as well. And, you know, we ended up hiring her. We were like, man, this is such an unbelievable talent that we have on the platform. It's a single mom who's just incredibly hungry to really, you know, provide for her family and was. She had actual multiple job offers, to be honest.
Yeah. I mean, look, she just. The confidence she gained alone, you know, she just. That alone was worth the entire Gen M experience outside of the skills, outside of the experience, the work experience. You know, she came in with no confidence and she left knowing she could do a good job in digital marketing. And she also got a job offer from us and now she works full time for genm right now. And that's.
So she's working for you guys?
Yeah, we hired her. Yeah, she's the best entry level hire we've ever made.
That's even better. You guys get to pick the litter if you want. You see who's coming on.
We brought her on as an apprentice. Right. So the beauty about GenM is you have to try before you buy. So we actually worked with her. Davide, one of my co founders, worked with her before we gave her a job offer because, you know, you never know, like, you never really know if somebody's gonna perform or not until you've actually worked directly with them. It's the number one indicator of, you know, outcome is, you know, having done a project together. Yeah. And that's what we did. And we got super, super lucky with finding an incredible talent like that.
I love it. So what's a nut you're trying to crack right now? And you know, by that I mean, you know, what is something you're. Whether it's a somebody you're trying to meet, a skill set you're trying to develop, a person you're trying to hire, a market you're trying to penetrate. Like.
With the exception of just getting more exposure and more clients and apprentices for GenM, is there anything out there that's kind of challenge you're trying to solve? And maybe myself or my listeners can. It can ring a bell and we can help you if we hear something that is applicable.
Well there's an internal challenge. There's an external challenge. The external one is we're looking for affiliate partners. We have an affiliate program we launched. It's going really, really well.
Essentially, if you refer, you can become an affiliate partner of GenM.
So if you're a partner.
Yeah, it's, It's. It's a great program. You're in it. Great. So you know what it's about.
I'm saying I don't know if I'm in it, but I will be. I share my referral link. So.
So it's like a referral program on steroids. Right? And the referral program, you earn credit and the person you refer earns a credit. And then after nine, you get lifetime free access to GenM. So that's great. People love it. But then after nine, like, what do you do? Like, how do you continue sharing GNM and getting rewarded for that? You can become an affiliate partner and you earn $50 for every person that you refer to GenM. And it's so easy. You just share your link. We have templated messages we can give you. If you have an email list or a Facebook community or you're part of another community or you have a podcast like this, you share your affiliate link.
Like baconratbusiness.com Jen G E N M. That's what you guys can go to if you're listening, but keep going.
Yeah, exactly. Right. And then it's a win for the listeners and it's a win for the affiliate partners because they earn a lot of money doing a good thing for their business as well as for other businesses. They refer because GenM such a new thing that, you know, oftentimes what we saw, we see it's kind of almost too good to be true. Businesses are like, what? No, this doesn't. This can't be true. Like, this is. Value is. It's too good to be true, but it's not too good to be true. So it gives people who refer a lot of social clout. When you refer GenM, people are like, are you serious? No way. And it gives them a little bit of a social status, like an insider secret, almost.
Absolutely.
That's cool.
It's like, man, I'm getting great labor. It's not costing me anything. And guys, it's not slave labor. It's not, you know, like that you are expected to.
Man, you charge $5,000 a month.
Yeah, exactly.
That's a thousand dollars a phone call.
Exactly. But no, I think this is cool. And correct me if I'M wrong. But if people go to baconrapbusiness.com genm, they also get $25 off.
Yes.
They're, you know, when they activate. So go, you guys can go check that out. And so, and let's just get technically the way it works because this is the experience I had. You let me know if it changed. I, I signed up and I created an employer profile for myself and then I could go out and I could search for people who have various skill sets and once I, once I find some people that I want to talk to. Now correct me if I'm wrong because it's been almost three months. It's been about two months. As I've done this, do I pay the, do I pay the fee which is like 50amonth or really it's like three months. You're paying for, you know, 90 days, like about 150. It's actually less than that, especially if you go through my link. But do I pay that before I get to talk to any of the apprentices and talk to them or do I not have to pay that until I find somebody to hire? Remind me.
So how it works is you sign up, you create a profile, you book a call with an onboarding team. Every business gets an onboarding call with our team. About a 10 minute call. They walk you through the platform best practices and then they activate your account at the same time. The cost is $49 a month. It's billed quarterly. So it's $147 cost every quarter. This gets you access to all the features in GenM. You can sign up for free and browse profiles. You can't contact students unless you're a member of GenM.
Makes sense. Well, and also because, I mean people could contact them and say, hey, let me take you off.
That has happened. Yeah, started and that was not good for the student. It was very creepy and it wasn't good for the whole community.
This is a good way to just kind of overcome that.
We don't even let any business into the marketplace. This isn't like, you know, if you're a mechanic, we're not gonna let you in. This is why the onboarding call is important. We want to see, we want to make sure that you are a fit for GenM, that you can give value and that you're going to get a lot of value. And if you're not, you know, we don't want people canceling their membership. We want GenM to be part of your workflow. So that's where the onboarding call is very valuable. It's a free call. It's only 10 minutes and you can book that call like 20 minutes from now. So it's. There's huge availabilities for businesses on their own schedule to see if GenM is a fit for them.
That's great. So you said earlier when I was asking if there's a net you're trying to crack. So there was the internal and the external. Did you cover them both?
I covered the external one. So anyone that can help us with the affiliate program or partnerships, getting us some more podcasts, getting us onto more interviews, kind of sharing our story and our mission of creating a free education system that's accessible to anyone, leads to jobs and helping small businesses grow, if you believe in that and you can share that with any other publications or platforms and help us get on there. Very valuable. Internally, what we're building right now, I'm not sure, I don't know if anybody can really help with this. It's an internal project is we're building a suite of collaboration tools. So right now, you know, you found your apprentice, you use our one click labor contract. We just released phone and video calls through the app as well.
Yeah, just went live. So you can, you can call an apprentice through GenM and whether they're logged in or not, they're going to receive your call, which is really cool. So that's a step towards collaboration tools. So these are tools like a scheduling tool where you can schedule phone calls with your apprentice. Tasking tools where you can assign your apprentice tasks for the next three months. A time tracker so you can see how long each task takes. Ratings and reviews, progress reports. These are all features and tools that will help you successfully get maximum value from your apprentice and allow your apprentice to get a consistent educational experience, no matter what type of business they work with. This is going to be included in our membership. And it's honestly that there's whole platforms that charge a lot of money for these type of tools and we're going to roll them into our membership because we're really on a mission here. We really want to get every small business to use GenM as part of the daily workflow. And we just want to add crazy value. Kind of like Amazon pr, right? Just keep value so that it just, it's kind of, you know, we want to create one of the biggest education companies in the world and you know, we want to 10x the value every step of the way.
So by the way, I just realized it. So you Guys have a mobile app, right?
Yep.
Now, is the mobile app just for apprentices or is it for people like myself to the employer?
Sign up as an employer. We have our courses on the mobile app. You can discover students, you can check. I actually would recommend the mobile over the desktop.
I just, I'm downloading it as we talk.
It's so easy, Brad. Like it's, it's, it's kind of almost too easy.
You know, if I have a, if I have my already my genm account.
You can log in.
I just use the same login as the.
Yeah, it'll carry your profile over, it'll carry your chats, you can discover new students on the go, you can respond to messages, you'll get a push notification on messages too. It's actually in fact the direction we're going to be going towards is a mobile first experience, you know, so that's kind of the direction that we'll be going towards.
I mean that's where everybody. Yeah, I mean that's where the puck is heading right now. So that's fantastic.
Now this has been, this has been fantastic, like really, really great. And I love talking to the founder of a company that I'm a customer of, that I'm using and that I'm very happy with. And this is, you know, this has been great to get some just further insight and as I continue to kind of get my, you know, get the feel for the way this works, I'm looking forward to hiring more people. And I gotta tell you, I'm just really happy with the two guys that I have hired thus far and hopefully they're enjoying working with me as well. But I just think it's really innovative and cool what you've, what you've created here.
Mo, you're going to see a lot more in the near future. Like we just secured a partnership with the largest marketing course provider in North America. So they provide marketing courses to colleges and university students. They have 75,000 students that do their coursework every year. But it's all theory based. So now at the end of that coursework, they're going to refer students to get work experience through GenM. So you're going to see a lot more students in GenM. You're going to see a lot more features to help you manage, not just one, but eventually a team of apprentices. You'll be able to get a marketing apprentice, an entrepreneur apprentice and maybe somebody help you with your books. Maybe somebody who, you know, helps you with project management. Maybe somebody who wants to Learn podcasting. You know, you'll be able to manage all of them through GenM. This is the stuff we're building out, you know, in the future as we go to multiple niches, but check back in every month. We do major updates on a monthly basis.
Nice. You know, you guys should do your own podcast to be honest.
One day. One day.
Maybe you've got all the people able to manage it and.
Do all of the production stuff for it. Interview some of your, interview some of the business owners who are on there. But for me it's been a great way to just reach out and build, you know, tremendous relationships with folks who are, you know, who end up sometimes becoming partners or clients or you know, just some great contacts but can't recommend it enough for opening doors.
Sweet, man. So.
Well Mo, I appreciate your time here today guys. If you're listening once more, I've given out the web link. Go to baconwrappedbusiness.comjennm to get $25 off an apprentice for three months. So that brings the, you know, the cost down.
What are that.
That'll be like what, a hundred and one.
$22 for three months.
For three months. For three months. People crazy if you don't do this. And just to kind of back this up, like one of the things I mentioned with Ayush, one of my paid media intern, he didn't have paid media experience. He has a marketing experience in other areas and I gave him access to two or three different courses and I set him up with a test project and we've been working on that and we're behind schedule because of me, but not because of him. And it's a great way to, you know, if you have a course that you want to learn and apply and put something to it, buy it for them, make them go through it, make them create a, or have them not make them create a new profit center or business for you. And who knows, maybe if it's really successful, you split the profits with them down the road and they become a new business partner. There's a lot of innovative things that you can do using GenM and you can get access $25 off@baconratbusiness.com GenM MO, thanks a lot for being a part of the show today. It's been really entertaining and fun and educational.
