People have summited this mountain, my friend. Basically, you could retire after.
I was just thinking mic drop right now.
Yeah, I may as well quit.
Everything else is going to pale by comparison.
Man, I'm excited. Thanks for having me on. It's an honor and I'm just really looking forward to the conversation today.
Yeah, brother. Well, we had a long fun one the other day, but it was focused on my favorite subject, which is obviously me. So.
Let'S talk about my second favorite subject, which is you. And actually the third favorite subject, which is Getting wealthy. But I want to back up, dude, you've got such an interesting story and journey of what you've done. We've kind of just really became friends here not too long ago, but I've known about you. I know we've come across each other and crossed paths in the past, but I want to kind of hear a little bit more about really your story, because I remember when I first came across you, you were the guy helping people with their speaking business. And then all of a sudden you got this well, fit thing, and I kind of missed a. I missed a few details in the middle. So just for selfish reasons, I kind of want to know what's going on.
Well, even before the speaking stuff, or like right at the beginning of the speaking stuff, was I was an affiliate manager product launch guy when Jeff Walker released the product launch formula. And so I volunteered and then started getting paid for doing product launches back in the real estate info marketing space. So that's sort of how the journey sort of begins. And then along the way, a guy that I had worked for in the past, this amazing speaker, and I was really into marketing, and he said, let's. Let's do an event. And so we did, and it was called the Speaker Makeover. And we put 90 primarily real estate info marketer guru people in a room in Tampa, Florida, and we sold something. Even though we knew better, we did it all wrong. And we got one client to give us $25,000. And we're like, maybe something's here. And so for nine years, I ran the speaking empire, teaching people how to do cell from stage and on webinars. When that became the rage, I woke up one day, Brad, and I was like, man, is this the journey I want to be on? My grandmother had passed earlier that year, and I started questioning things for the first time in my life. And I asked myself this question. Do I want to be on this path in five years? I said no. Three years, no. And then I was hesitant to ask this question, do I want to be on this path in a year? And I knew if I said no to this answer, I'd have to do something about it. And I did say no. And so I did. And so I had my partners buy me out. I took time off and spent it with my boys.
Nice.
It was great. Over the holidays, I was building sandcastles and making pumpkin muffins. But like you a creator, you start to get the itch. And so I did. And so one of the things that I did, which I think is Instructional beneficial for people going through transition. If you've made relationships and we all have to some degree put those names on a chalkboard or a whiteboard or piece of paper and just start calling them. And you'd be amazed. Like when you're busy building your thing, it's crazy. You get tunnel vision, even though you sort of know what's going on in the marketplace, but you don't really know until you pick up the phone with no agenda and just start calling people. And so that's what I did. And lo and behold, a little startup was starting up called well Fit. And my friends in Hawaii, Andy and Justin, were starting this and they said, hey, here's the vision. I said, ooh, man, I wish someone had like smacked me around a couple times and said, dustin, you need to diversify. You need to, yes, build a business, that's great, but like, why don't you buy a couple rental properties every year or one, why don't you put money into the stock market? Why don't you get more serious about life insurance, right? And so I wish I had done that because I had so many messages, Brad, of people saying, hey, grind, hustle, put it in there. And you too can be like Zuckerberg and get the big, the big payday. And it didn't happen for me, like, and it doesn't happen for a lot of entrepreneurs and business owners. And so I walked away after nine years with a ton of relationships and education and some money, but it wasn't like I was set for life. And so that's when I said, well, Fit, I can get behind that. And so here I is.
Here you is. So tell us about the vision of Wealth Fit. What I mean, this is not a brand new startup. This is a fully baked out but getting bigger and bigger and better thing right now that people can utilize. So let's talk about what wealth Fit is and some of the educational components behind it. Because one of the things out there, there's so much information out there right now, right? We're all drowning in information. This the saying, but starving for wisdom. And how does wealth fit? How does it differentiate itself in this sea of everybody's got info and courses and advice?
That's a great question. It's really built around a philosophy. And so that's what I lacked at my previous venture. I was trying to get wealthy and rich, right? Building a company and selling it. And I was hoping for that big Hail Mary payday. And some people get that. You hear about it, it's celebrated in the Media. And I was like, I could do that. Even though we weren't even close to, to that. It was more of a lifestyle business. But that thought was always there. And so I lacked this fundamental philosophy that whether you're an entrepreneur listening in or maybe you want to be, you know, an entrepreneur, like you're getting there and you're in corporate or doing something else. And so it's this, listen, you need to know how to manage your money. And so you need to understand budgeting, you need to understand savings, just classic foundational information and that sort of stuff. I'm not really passionate about understanding how money works on a day to day, but it's so vital. You need basics. Like, right, if you're going to be an entrepreneur, you need to know marketing, you need to know sales, you need to know customer service. Like you need to know that. And so if you want to get wealthy, and we mean wealth is more than just financially, but they're all areas of your life, you got to understand the core philosophy. So well, FIT seeks to differentiate itself by prescribing this philosophy. And it's this, you got to understand personal finance, how to manage your money. Once you have that under wraps, you got to get yourself out of bad debt. And there's a difference. Good debt is like leveraging yourself to build a business, right, that will pay dividends. Bad debt is putting money into like a big flat screen TV that is not going to pay you any money. It may give you some entertainment, but it's not going to help you. Once you get yourself out of bad debt, you're going to find yourself, oh, I got some money. You should put that money to work for you and Brad, like that's the big one. I want to underline. I was so caught up in building the business, there was ego attached to it. I had to be the guy. I was going to build this name. And the guru business sort of lends itself to that more than others. I never emphasize, I did a little, but I never really emphasized, put my money to work. For me it was all about putting it back into the business, grow the asset. But outside of that, personally, I should have been diversifying, I should have been doing more stuff.
I'm 100% guilty of that as well. And it's hard, especially I think as entrepreneurs, because there are so many ways to make money and we can put our money back into our business. This is actually, I think one of the interesting. I have never thought about this until you brought that up. But compared to a typical employee or executive, you typically have one path to earn money. Entrepreneurs often have multiple. Especially entrepreneurs like us who have are always. None of us say, hey, what's your business? We go, hey, what are some of the businesses you're into? What are you doing for money? What's one of the things? But if you're an executive or an employee, you can't really just put your money back into your own company, aside from your 401k. But we can always reinvest in our business, which is sometimes great, but it keeps us from having that diversified wealth plan, from alternative investments to traditional to this, that, and the other. And I know I've really dropped the ball on some of that. And then I look back and I go, man, my assets are not nearly as diversified as they should be.
100%. I look back over nine years, just this one simple thing. I look back over the nine years I built that business, that prior venture. Gosh, Brad, if I had just bought one rental property a year, just one, just one, I'd have nine rental properties, hopefully cash flowing. Of course, right now I have two. And I just think two is different than nine, right? And so I just think, man, if I spent more time there and then also, like you said, don't put it all back into the business. Allocate some money to diversify and do it other ways. And I'll tell you, as an entrepreneur, like, if you're diversified out of your business, sometimes your business is going to suffer. And if you don't have to rely on the income out of your business because you've got this other thing, it gives you more Runway, it gives you more time, just like the companies that go out and raise money. And so it really is this idea. So you'd ask me about, like, what makes us different than just putting up a bunch of information. It is this philosophy. And we realize people fall anywhere on this spectrum. Some people know how to manage their money, don't have bad debt, and they want to build their own business as a vehicle. And so they can find that here at well fit or some people, corporate America, they hate their job, but they're handcuffed. And so one way to get unhandcuffed is to manage your money better. Put it aside, put it to work for you so that you can go start that dream business or that venture that you've always wanted to do. And so that really is what makes us unique. So we're the one place that you can go, no matter where you are in the journey, to get access to all this information.
Right? And so let's talk about the way that the wealthfit.com business model works. So obviously the podcast help just give free information to people, amazing guests. But then if they really want to go deeper than just the podcast, you guys create courses around specific topics. I'll let you explain a little bit. I understand it at a high level and as we talked about, I may even be creating a course on wealth fit myself. Explain my people, Lucy, what the real value proposition for them when they come visit the site is.
I mean, you said it best and I love it. The Netflix of wealth creation and preservation, all things having to do around wealth. And I do want to take a step back and say, yes, wealth. A lot of times when we talk about it, it is money and financially driven. But we mean it in all areas, which opens us up to some of the courses that we teach on. So wealth being the ability to create time, obviously money and really influence in all areas of your life. And so even more so than money is time, like that ability to go build a foundation or to go build the dream business or spend with your loved ones, really, that is the new wealth. And so however you look at it, that's what we do here. And so the courses that we teach on, we get trainers that are actually doers, not people that are professors or teachers at institutions. We actually go out and get guys like Brad. We go get folks that are in the field, in their specialty and living it and doing it, and we get them to create courses with us. And some of them aren't the best teachers, but that's okay because we have a process at WellFit that helps get that information out and put into courses. And so biz model to explain. The biz model is beautiful. I believe in that. You pay a membership every single month to get access to all the courses. And currently at the pace that we're on, we release one course a week. Not to say that we're always going to do that. I don't want that commitment. But we're always adding to the library, adding more courses. And there is not a change in price. We just want to make it just so obvious that as you grow, as we grow, we're just going to keep adding value to you each and every week, month, day. And that is our model.
That's one of the things I like too. As we're talking about here, I'm on your the Wealth Fit course library. And like you mentioned, you guys have a very strict process for extracting the right information, keeping it standardized. I think you even told me that the majority of the courses range is the time of like, the media content, like 90 to 120 minutes or something like that.
Yeah, Yep.
Yeah. So I love that because, I mean, I can go out and buy a bunch of different information products and courses online that I just see in a lot of different places, but there's no real standardization. I don't know what I'm getting. I might get something that has 160 videos, I might get something that has four. And some of these can be great. If you're trying to really good understanding and learn some stuff, it can be really challenging to do that. So I love the standardization and making sure that, like, listen, we're going to extract the information, script it out, and we're going to construct the course with our expertise and not just let somebody who's smart, but just go all over the place. And I'm a great example. So I haven't created an online course in a long time simply because I. Two reasons I've been out there busy, just doing a bunch of actual work and consulting. But then also I know a lot, but it's oftentimes hard for me to structure out my way of thinking to teach it to somebody else. So I love the fact that, you know, oh, you can work with somebody else, you can really extract it in a methodical way so that other people can learn from it. And I think that's a really powerful value proposition you have for the market, is that standardization. I mean, that's why McDonald's, one of the reasons they're so famous is not because they have the best burgers. It's because you go into any McDonald's, any Starbucks, whatever, franchises in general, anywhere in the world, and you know you're going to get a similar experience.
That's right. Yeah. And we do have that standardization. I would say that process is mission critical to the success. And at the same time, we listen to our users and we listen to the base here. And one of the things that I'm excited to share that is a new thing that I haven't even publicly talked about yet is this idea of a learning path. So the challenge I found in other educational repositories or libraries of stuff is like, you can get lost in a sea, of course, like, what do I want to take? So one of the things that we're going to be rolling out shortly is this idea. Let's say you want to be an entrepreneur. We're now going to curate and pick information Based on the information that you give us. Like, so we ask you questions when you subscribe. But also, too, we're going to take a look at the library and say, listen, if you're an entrepreneur, you need to know sales, you need to know how to write a business plan. You're going to need to know customer service. And so we're going to create these things called learning paths that really help you say, okay, I think I want to get into this. You take a couple courses. Maybe it's not the right fit, but that's okay. Because then you go over to another category and you're like, I'm going to do this. And so the process is important, and we're always looking for ways to plus that process. And one of those things that we'll be rolling out will be learning paths, which I'm really excited about.
Yeah, it really is. And it's fun to see kind of the evolution of online education and development. What are some of the things. Because you've been so intimately involved in this, not only from the podcast, but also with wealth fit, course creation, et cetera. So in doing this, you guys have had a lot of different experts on what have been some of the things that you've just personally taken and go, man, like, I'm drinking my own Kool Aid here.
Yeah.
And that you've kind of started to do in your own business life to help build the wealth up yourself.
I want to caveat this and say, I haven't done this, but this is one I found fascinating. And my challenge here is we keep releasing a course, and I'm fascinated by all of them. So actually executing while building the business. Same challenge I had before. Right. And so if I can be marginally better, that's a win for me. I want to be exponentially better. But I do want to showcase this course. So I always thought precious metals, gold and silver, that sort of thing. Like, you buy it and you sit on it. Right. And so when the market goes down, it goes up and vice versa. And so one of the courses that we created early on with Matt Wallace is how to Cash Flow Gold and silver. I didn't know you could do that. I thought you just buy it and sit on it. And so this course was built around this idea that there are places in your neighborhood, in your town where people just want to get rid of it. If you think about people that unfortunately, they go through divorce, well, oftentimes they don't want that ring anymore. They don't want that jewelry. And so that Presents an opportunity to buy it at yard sales, estate sales, family members, that sort of thing. That's just one example of it. And literally you can take that and you can melt it down and you can flip it essentially like he would flip a house and you can start cash flowing gold. Now, are you going to get rich overnight? Are you even going to get wealthy doing it? No, unless you scale that thing. But that was one that really blew me away. Here's another course that I have acted on. I didn't know this was possible. Airbnb. And there's no shortage of folks now teaching because it's a hot trendy topic. We had students come and teach a course on how to use Airbnb. And so back home, where I used to live in St. Petersburg, we have an Airbnb, a short term rental that we use VRBO and we use Airbnb. And so I've used some of the strategies in this course, but here's what blew me away. You can actually leverage Airbnb or short term rentals by optioning, essentially you can go and rent a place, a house that you don't own. I didn't realize that was possible. So you can go disclose it to the landlord, hey, I'd like to rent this and I'm going to turn this into an Airbnb and I'll take care of everything and everything's on the up and up and then you can go out there and do it. And so that was a big objection for people is like, I have to have a house or buy a house in order to Airbnb it or short term rental it. That was another example of a course.
I know several people doing that and having some great success. Has anybody called it arbitrage yet?
No, but I like that.
I think they need to. Dan. I just came up with that.
I like it.
My brilliant little brain. Have there been any other things, whether it's been starting to do any actual buying of real estate properties like you said, like nine years ago, One a year. I'd have nine by now. Have you started down that path? I mean, because that's. That can take a lot of time to look. I mean, there's some really passive ways to do it as well. But anything else you've done there, I.
Haven'T acted on a real estate purchase. But here's one, because I know you're looking like, what have I done? And this is a great whole dust.
Or even what are you going to be doing? Because I'm sure there's a lot of stuff on the.
I want to share this one. This was part of a budgeting course and budgeting is not man. I'm a creator, right? Like, I want to go be like, can I just hire somebody? It's been my mindset and I need to know the basics. So in a budgeting course, which is not a sexy really type of course, there is a bonus module about basically how to pay off your mortgage a whole lot quicker. And I've heard of this before in some forms of fashion. And so we had Dale Givens come in and teach this course and just the bonus module basically give you guys the gold here was we have a 30 year mortgage on that rental property, on those rental properties. And so we now make an extra payment towards principal every single month. And we're going to pay that off in 15 years shortcutting a ton of interest that we would have paid. Now you may say, Dustin, this is simple. I learned this in high school. I sort of did. And I was like, I'll get around to it one day. But it finally took that commitment of like, I'm actually going to act on this information. And the way that it was presented, it was easy. I could run the calculations and I just write a check each and every month, an extra check. And now I pay through the app because that's easier than writing a check and doing stamps. And so that's one I have acted on that anyone could act on if they have a mortgage.
Are there any other things that are kind of on the docket that you're looking at as well? That like, man, okay, this is something. I even want to go into our own courses and learn more about this aspect.
Yes. So I'm super excited. This one is coming out in a week, so by the time this runs, this course will be out. So we had an agent. Well, he still is an agent. His name is Darren Prince. He's an agent for Magic Johnson, Dennis Rodman, Hulk Hogan, Name drop name, drop name. Like lots of people. And so I said to him, I want to know how to connect with those people. I want to know how to negotiate and put together deals. So he came in and created a course which takes us a little bit. Like they come in and record our trainers and then it takes us a while to edit it down, put the graphics and do things and there's work that's done before they even get here. And so this course will be coming out and it's really how to talk, to communicate and negotiate with high net worth clients or influencers. It's sort of a mix of how can I make this applicable to the whole tribe here at WellFit. Well, if you want high end clients, there's a certain way to talk, communicate and put those deals together. And if you want to be in the influencer celebrity business, there's a way to do that. So that one's coming out. And I personally have already learned some things about how to communicate better as entrepreneurs. It's so easy. Like we want to do opportunities, we want to do deals. But think about this. If you're somebody that's high net worth or if you're somebody that's in the spotlight, you get deals, like infinite deals. And I know as entrepreneurs it's like we think of businesses a minute, it's like times 100 and they're not thinking of it, they're getting pitched it, right? So the mindset is completely different. Like I'm excited to do a deal for them. It's all about risk management. And that was the shift, right? Because these people, if they go do a deal and it tanks now, their brand, their social following, their brand, equity takes it. It's a status thing. And so for me, I'd never done that because I have never, I hadn't been in this position at that level. And so that mindset shift about risk management, it's not about the deal. So a lot of times I was pitching people on the opportunity and that's important. But you also have to talk about trust and risk management. And so that was a big takeaway for me.
So it's funny, like I am 100% going to take that course. And it's funny because the stuff you're talking about is actually one of my strengths as a person. Like the connections, the high level sales, etc. I love that. However, it's not like, oh, I know that kind of stuff pretty good, I don't need to know anymore. That's the kind of stuff I want to double down on. But you said some really important stuff there, which was that it's not even just about risk, right? It's about what kind of risk. Because there's different types of risk. There's financial risk, but then there's also the loss of status, there's loss of face and et cetera. When I started my career right out of college or a couple years after college, I was a financial advisor. I was like a snotty nose, I don't know, 25 year old, asking people to give me a million dollars of your assets that I can manage. Some people did, which still blows me away. I didn't lose it. But I think that's because also in the training I was coming out of this thinking, oh man, I'm going to go pitch stocks and investments and talk to these people about how much money I can make them. And it was very ingrained in this early on. Like no, the only people who really care about that for the most part are poor people. The people you want to talk in, not poor people, but people without like a lot of investable assets. Right? Yeah. So when you're talking to people with million dollars or more net worth, the key things they drive in on is risk management. They want to make sure they don't lose it, et cetera. But you just did as you took it to another level, talking about, well, what kind in that? Yeah, they just don't want to lose money. But when you're talking about doing deals and big things, people don't want to get involved in something that can embarrass them. And that's very real. So I love that. And I'm actually looking for. You just sold a course.
I love it.
When this is out, I'm buying it. So speaking of that, you actually have a couple. Just going back to the well fit model. You guys have a couple ways that you work so I can go to the site and correct me if I'm wrong. Yep, I can buy most courses for what like $49 one off?
Yeah, that's right.
Super cheap individually. Now do you have a, is there like a monthly or annual program where I can get access to earth thing you got?
Well, Brad, for you I've got a special opportunity.
It is very simple. All our courses are $49 on the site. You can buy them one off and just get a taste and then the no brainer offer that would come to you and say hey listen, for $49 a month you can have access to all 103 or 4 at the time of this recording courses there saying we're going to keep adding to it. So what you see there now that's.
Just for me though. Nobody else can get that.
That is a very special deal.
So all you people listening, neener, neener, neener.
And now I do want to do my big disclaimer here. We're marketers, we're business owners, entrepreneurs, we're always testing price. And so you know, the price quoted here, it may change because we want to figure out like what makes sense from a business model, what's going to get most people through the Door, but also the whole goal of business to be profitable as well. So we got to balance that. But currently that's what it is.
I love it. So are there any other aspects to the wealth fit? Big visions for this. So obviously creating the single most preeminent place for online wealth and investing education. Are there any other things on the whiteboard, in the brainstorm sessions that you haven't told anybody else about publicly? But there might be a few little hints you can give us or no.
Yeah, yeah, for sure. One of them that you might not see, unless you're a member of wealth, then you would see this is we invite every trainer because we have this phenomenon. Sometimes you buy a course online and you're like, hmm, I wish the guy or the gal, the trainer or the teacher would have talked about this. Like, that just happens. Like, as great as our process is, you're gonna have something timely, you're gonna have something in your world that. I just wish I could ask them a question. And so for those trainers that choose to opt in, I would say we're about a 90% opt in rate, meaning trainers saying yes to this. You have the ability to talk to them. And so they charge whatever their fee is on the site. You see it right up there per minute. And you can schedule 15, 30 and 60 minutes. And so you have this opportunity to essentially buy their time and get access to them from the site there. So that should you have that question, or maybe you have a business deal or opportunity, or you just know how to get ahold of that person, you're gonna have that ability that takes place.
I love that. You know, that kind of reminds me, like, for a long time I had a profile over on Clarity fm.
Yeah.
But I mean, the one of the. And that's where you can go there, you can see me talk about my expertise. And you can see what other people say, that Brad's not the worst consultant ever. Brad didn't make fun of me. Brad's not the worst, but. And then you can book a call. But one of the things it doesn't have is the ability to, like, learn from me and actually make me prove myself. So I think this is a killer, absolutely killer feature. Because if somebody takes the course, like, oh, this is super cool, how do I go further? I can make a contact and request to take the next step. I think that is such a smart move.
I think the conversations. Now, I haven't been privy to these conversations, but I think the conversations are a lot more in depth. And what I mean by that is, if you think about it from a trainer's perspective. Here you have somebody watching your course and you know, let's say it's, you know, 90 minutes long, you're educating, they're spending, they're investing time, right? They've invested money to be on the platform, they're investing their time to watch your course and now they're investing again to pay you, to get access to you. And so that the conversations that take place I believe to be more in depth and also lead to people have a back end or additional programs and services. Those conversations take place and have taken place that have been reported back to us. And that's great, like we're happy for that and we want that to take place because we realize a 90 minute course, even 30 minute phone call, that's only going to get you so far. But some people have experiences and events and seminars and things like that and you're going to want to do that. And so if we can be that conduit to make that happen, that's great. We want to be in that position of growth.
Yeah, 100%. I'm switching a little over to personal stuff here. So you, how many kids you got now? You got three.
Oh, let me count them all. Yeah, I have three, which is great, by the way, Brad, because I'm an only child. So my whole goal, goal in life was like, I got to get to two, we got to two and the conversation was like, I think we're done. And then the third just happened. Now we're officially.
How did that happen? How does that happen? I have no idea.
Something in the water.
That's funny. So how is it balancing the business, the family, everything else, Are there any things that you do to kind of keep that? Because as you mentioned earlier, being wealthy isn't just about how much money you got, it's about being well rounded, wealthy. Are there any things you do to kind of keep the balance?
I do. And there's been a big shift in me. So ever since I left the previous venture, I said I'm going to do things differently now. I'm human. And so I forget sometimes or I put in a really long day and I'm not as present as I should be. But I'll tell you, it's been night and day difference. And so now for me, one of my hacks has been I get up early in the morning before the house gets up. And because that's quiet time, that's the only real me time where I'm alone, I'm in an office building here. And so we got team members, you know, all around. And so I'll get up early. That is a hack. Another thing that I've been doing and relearning is. Is meditation. And I'm actually reading Big Plug for Ryan Holiday. Stillness Is Key. Is new book out, and it's really.
That's brand new, right?
Brand new.
Just.
God just came out. And it reminded me that I had been addicted to activity. And that stillness, as you start to grow the business, it's less about activity and trying to network with the world, but it's being more methodical about it. And so that has made me realize, even at home, I got to shut my phone off and be present because I'm really going to get the most enjoyment. And it's going to be better for me at work, too. Not because it's going to be better, but, like, as a byproduct, it's going to be better. So I'm a work in progress. But those are some of the things.
That, as we all are. You know, I'm married, but I don't have any kids.
Yeah.
And it gets really easy to just. When you don't have. You know, it's easier to take your spouse for granted and to. And to just go, I'm gonna go work. She's in there watching Netflix or whatever. Sometimes she's in there working as well. Like, you have kids, like, you're forced to kind of pull yourself away in a good way. But that's one of the things I have to kind of remind myself as well, is, like, when to turn it off. Especially if you do work out of the house. Like, I mean, I do. You've got an office, but I know you probably work from home as well. Yeah. Keeping that balance can be really hard. I also like how when you mentioned earlier that you were at that point where you just realized some things, is this really what I want? And you kind of took that step back. I think that's so important to take those steps back, to know when to kind of quit. Walk away temporarily or even just throughout the day, taking that time to say, I know I've got a lot to do, but sometimes just going out, clearing my head for a couple hours and just thinking without pressure is critical. I forced myself to ever since I moved over to the beach. I live on Mission beach now, and I can literally walk outside and be on the sand within 50 steps. It's some of the best thinking I've ever done is just taking time during the day. Especially when I'm so busy I can't even breathe.
It's critical. What got me success was being always on and now learning, like, listen, that's great. But there was a cost to that for sure. I didn't have kids and family at the time. And then also too, like, I can't do that. That's not a sustainable model. So if I want to get to that next level, which is why I love you like, you teach new ways of being and new ways of thinking. And so I'm really been challenging myself to not do those things so that I can get to those next levels and being okay with it. It's okay not to be busy 24 7. It's okay.
Yeah, you're absolutely right. I think it's not even okay. I think it's imperative that we're not busy 247 because that's not where our best thinking occurs, you know?
Yep.
This is fantastic. So I've already said this, but folks want to go learn about Wealth Fit and take some training. Obviously they can get on the podcast and that the podcast is get Wealth Fit. Is that correct?
That's right, Yep.
And then wealthfit.com is the primary site.
Yeah. I would say on the wealthfit.com there is a Wealth Building 101 course by Andy Proper. He's fellow co founder here. He's done a lot better than I have, I should say, in terms of building businesses, for sure, and investments and diversifying. But that process that I walked through about, listen, if you're in debt, there's a strategy for it. If bad debt, I should say, if you've never invested in your life, well, listen, there's a strategy for that as well. And if you want to boost your active income, start a business or a side hustle, if that's your thing. There's a strategy. And so understanding the philosophy is important so that you can go out and do the thing that's right for you.
I love it. Well, man, Dustin, this has been so much fun and obviously I loved being on your show. I've loved having you on mine and looking forward to working together on creating a course on Wealth Fit for myself. And I think got a lot of high standards to live up to. I've been over here kind of brainstorming and working some stuff out, things that I think people would love. Actually, I haven't even talked about this on the air anywhere, but this is one of the things I'm happy to share with my listeners. And I'll actually ask you to send me an email if you are interested whenever this happens. But I have been working with multiple clients individually, one on one to help them transition from being what I call like an expert level employee to make the shift and reinvent themselves as an expert consultant. And this is a little bit different than just somebody who's just got a job and they don't like their job and they want to do something totally different. But this is somebody who's they're really good, but they just do it for a paycheck and they do it for one company and they realize the power of making a switch and the shift over to say, look, I'm going to do the same kind of expert level work, but now I'm going to do it for multiple clients. I'm going to potentially get paid a lot more and do it on my own timeframe. And I've had some tremendous success helping other clients do that. And this is one of the things that Dustin and I spoke about creating a Wealth Fit course on is kind of making that reinvention in that transition. So if you guys are listening and this is something you think you would like more information on and to be told about, shoot me over an email to ask Bradaken wrapped business.com and just mention this and say, hey Brad, I'm interested in that. Tell me more about it when it comes out and I'm happy to do so, Dustin.
