Two people talk about trying to buy a Porsche and hitting a dealership requirement to trade in an existing car first. They bought a Mercedes G wagon instead.
You said you went to buy a Porsche and they said you have to buy one before you can buy one.
That type of sports car I wanted. It was like the 911 something. Something like you have to already have one, sir, to be able to trade in to get the new one. I'm like, okay.
You didn't say, I can't just buy it.
I was gonna buy it. They're like, no, you have to have one to trade in to get this new type. I'm like, okay. So I just walked across to Mercedes, got a G wagon.
Well, like Ferraris. You can't just go buy a couple of them that are like really limited. So that must have been a limit limited one.
Maybe it was. I don't know. I think it was just like some type of 911 or something. I don't. I could be wrong, but I just thought it was like a 911. I don't know. I just wanted to buy a car that day. Just want to go on the dealership, buy a car. So I just walked, right? I was in a buying mood.
