If you're a real estate agent or a team and you lost everything, you lost your brand, you lost your list, you woke up in a new city, you have a car, a thousand dollars, a phone, what would you do in the first 30 days to rebuild a seven figure real estate.
Business if the market had expired listings? I would go after expired listings with a catch. I would figure out very quickly in each of those geographic farms by looking at the MLS and analyzing who's, who's making the most sales in those areas. And I would call the client and say, I can get you Andrew Flackner. I would, I'm calling on behalf of Andrew. And then I call Andrew. Go Andrew. I have a listing appointment. Do you want to come with me? We'll split it 50, 50. And I would leverage all the best agents in the market. I would be an sdr, an isa, an appointment center for all the best agents in the marketplace. And then once I've got a couple transactions under my belt, I may continue to use them. But once I have that track record to say, well, I sold this one and this one, and this one and this one, I now have the confidence to build.
