A speaker wrestles with leaving their job to build a business, afraid of earning less now but regretting it later. They attended the Listing Edge event in Houston to find the infrastructure, knowledge, and mentorship needed to make the jump.
And I thought to myself, I was not in coaching at the time. I was like, I probably should be doing this. And really it was the pain of the idea that I might be 30 or 40 years old and look back and go, I was making more money when I was 24 than I am today. And I've also heard it said that, you know, oh, these, you know, legacy agents, they've been in their business for 30 years. But it's 31 year repeated over and over, you know, just like start over. And I was like, I want a business that I'm proud of and I want a business. I don't want just a job. Right. And so that was really motivating to me was I need an infrastructure. I need the knowledge. I need the, you know, to be honest, at some point I was— I surpassed my parents kind of mentorship. And so I was looking for that next guidance, direction, and ultimately, you know, I went to a Listing Edge in Houston. So,
