Psychology of Sales by Brian Tracy. It's a good book.
Love, Brian. What's harder? Finding top talent or keeping them long term?
Keeping them long term.
Favorite way to celebrate when a team hits their targets.
Give them something. Not money.
Interesting. I like that. What would you give them?
Different for everyone. I'd find something that that individual likes and I would buy that personally for them. So if you were into watches, I'd buy you a watch. Doing something in fitness. Best space. What kills the sales culture fastest.
Is poor leadership.
What's one daily habit that keeps you sharp?
