So what's my take on using a script compared to having a natural conversation? I'm probably going to piss off both sides of this because number one, you can't just have a natural conversation without some type of structure or format to follow. Most reps cannot duplicate that. And number two, you can't just have a script that you follow where you sound scripted. Now here's the difference. Okay? Who's your favorite Hollywood actor or actress? Every word they say in that movie in a hundred percent scripted. But do they sound scripted? No, it sounds natural. So you have to have the script, but you can't just read the freaking script or just have to memorize questions. You have to know how to take the answers they give you from the previous questions and tweak the next questions based off what they just told you. If you want to master this, text me 480-637-2944 and we'll get back to you with any questions you have.
