Giuliano Masarelli calls Tom about life insurance. Tom says he's not interested and asks for a do-not-call list placement. Giuliano thanks him and hangs up politely, showing how to handle a quick rejection.
Hello, this is Tom. Tom, how pleasure to meet you. This is Giuliano Masarelli. I was reaching out in regards about that life insurance inquiry it sent in. Did you get taken care of? I did not inquire. Okay. No, that's exactly why I'm
not interested in your product and or service and would like to be put on your do not call list.
So that's exactly why I was calling. I was gonna. Thank you so much for your time. You have
a great day.
Tom. That's
exactly why I was calling. Tom. I love Juliet. We just did collab with them. Had him on the podcast a couple weeks down in Miami. A couple quick tips. And I was telling Juliana this. The reason why the prospect got triggers like, hey, do not call me, is because Juliana kind of sounds like everybody else that sells insurance. Hey, this is Juliana Masteroni. Nice to meet you. Or, how are you doing today? 99.999% of life insurance agents start the call with so prospects. What? They recognize patterns. Okay. And then the sales pretty much over at. Hello. So let's say it's an age lead. It might look something like this. I want to use a familiar tone. Yeah, Mary, it's. It's Jeremy. Jeremy Miller. You might not remember this. It looks like a little while ago, for whatever reason, it looks like it didn't get updated in our system. It looks like you put in asking for some details about some different life insurance options to pay, like, your final expenses when you pass away. Did you end up getting something with that or what actually happened? See, I lowered my tone into that soft concern tone, like I know something about this that they might not know, like it's a secret, like it's something important. It doesn't even sound like I'm saying selling.
