How do you know if a strategy is failing or just needs more time? Set a clear timeline, assign responsibility, and define measurable KPIs. Then track actual progress against your target and wait for intermediate milestones to see if the trend improves before you pivot.

How do you decide whether a strategy isn't working versus have I given enough time?
That one is a little bit of a hard situation for me, but when I, when I make a decision, the goal is what is the timeline, who's responsible? Yeah. And then what, what are we measuring it by? And so then if there, if we put a strategy into place and we feel like it's not working, then I can go back to those KPIs and say, okay, I really don't think we've given it enough time because if the goal was 12 and we're only at 4, let's go ahead and see if it starts clicking into space when we get to 6 or 8. But ultimately there has to be a timeline and a measuring tape to kind of know where we're going with that.
