The first couple years, you know, we've been in business now five and a half, going on six years. The first year and a half, it was me and my assistant for my job. I took her over for my job. Beth, still with the company. Love Beth. Just try to wear too many hats. I wasn't an expert in running a company. Now what am I an expert in? Obviously, sales. Sales, training, recruiting. If I would have hired people that had skill sets I didn't have quicker, I would have got to where I'm at now, probably a year and a half, two years quicker. For sure. You got to hire people that are strong in the areas that you're weak.
