I would say the number one thing I struggle with is not being present, maybe with my kids, because I'm so focused on work and where we're going and where the company's going. Sometimes I might be hanging out with them, but I'm not really there, if that makes sense. Like, my love language is not quality time. I don't need quality time. I just don't feel loved that way. And a lot of my kids do, especially my girls. So I have to really focus when I'm with them to, like, put my phone down and not think about work, you know, at least for an hour. Something I have to think about every day. Yeah, big one for me. Big one for me.
