This guy was cracking me up 😂 here's how i'd reword this though...

Mindy Creative. How you going, mate? Hey, Cameron. Not too bad. Yourself? Good, mate, good. I was just cold calling you, trying to sell you some SEO shit today.
Okay.
You know, one thing he did really well there, I would reword this is. That's a pattern interrupt. So when he's like, hey, I'm just cold calling you today, like, selling you some SEO shit, that's going to interrupt the pattern of the prospect. They're not used to something like that. And the way he comes across, like he's certain in it, he's confident in it, like he's an expert with what he does. So that part, he's doing good here.

A few tweaks on that. I wouldn't say, are you currently looking into SEO? Because that's a closing in question. And most of the time on a cold call, what do we feel like they're going to say? No. So I might say, what are you actually doing now with your SEO to make sure you're getting the right quality leads? Like what? Not are. You see, that's a difference. I would tweak there.
Newer clients. He's in the plumbing industry. Only had him on for three months and we're getting him. And this is data I can share with you. More than happy to share with you.
So there a prospect gave him a concern like, hey, SEO, something we don't believe in. Oh, who was doing your SEO before? Okay, so I've got to dig into that rather than just saying, well, you know, you should believe in it because this other client would get 150 leads. That's not going to build pain. You're just telling them that and they know you're a salesperson who's obviously biased trying to sell them something, so they're going to take that at face value.
