I think music is a waste of time. I know people love music, but like why? Like what does music do for you? It triggers an emotion. It just triggers like different emotions in your brain to keep you engaged. Basically releases dopamine to make you feel better about yourself. I'm not kidding. I love it. But I'm just saying if I'm writing a book or I'm doing something like that, like I'll listen to like classical music or music that doesn't have words, the beat, the melody and stuff because it just helps my brain think better. But if listen to music that has words, at least with my brain, I'm assuming it's most, most people the words like, cause you to think about something, right? Like maybe a past relationship or a new relationship or like all these different songs like trigger different emotions in your brain and your brain gets distracted, unorganized. That's why I don't listen to music for sure.
