Short YouTube conversational clip in which @MADDIESELLS and Clint introduce themselves. Clint states he is in Michigan and that he is an attorney who has not done much with social media; @MADDIESELLS asks how she can help with his social media. The broader video discusses social media strategies for a law practice with additional sales commentary.
Hey, Clint, how are you?
I'm doing good, thanks. How you doing, man?
I'm doing good, thank you. Where in the world are you calling out of?
So I am in Michigan.
You're in Michigan. Okay, well, hey, just be super efficient. It's okay. We just jump right into it.
Sure. Okay, fine.
So I took a look at your notes and I saw that you are an attorney and you haven't done much with socials yet. But when it comes to social media, how can I help you?
Okay, I like this. I think she has a good question here. When it comes to your social media, how can I possibly help? I like that. Now, a couple of tweaks I would suggest. Always be careful with starting a sales conversation. This looks like it's an inbound lead with predictable questions like, hey, how are you doing today? Where are you calling in from? Because realize this, your prospects brains recognize this pattern. So what's predictable questions? Most prospects are used to, how are you doing today? Where are you calling in from? Where are you from? Most prospects know that you are generally not interested in how their damn day going. Even if you are, they don't believe you are. Why? Because every salesperson's ever tried to sell them anything is asking the same type of questions. So when you get on here, the next question she had I think were really good, where she talked about like, okay, so I'm looking at the notes. All right, John, welcome here to Zoom. Looks like you booked on the calendar about maybe getting some help with building up your social media so you can really grow your law practice. Right. See what I'm doing there, the same thing, but I'm getting into a little bit further faster and I'm getting them from price or cost based thinking to results based thinking. So that's what I'm doing. So a couple tweaks there and follow me. If you want to master sales and persuasion.
