If you want to influence at the highest level, you have to master how to emotionally connect with the prospect and go there first where they feel like you understand them, their needs, their desires, their fears or wants without buying into their story. If I'm going like this talking to you, you're not going to feel like I'm really paying attention to you. So how can we emotionally connect if they feel like we're looking down or up and not at them? So you need to fix your camera. You need to test it where it looks like I'm looking at you right now. I know there's like these little cameras that have like a little drop down camera that will go down about 4, 5 inches down on the front of your screen that's like really tiny and so it looks like you're actually looking right at them. If I'm doing an event, I'm sitting here talking to you right here, right into the camera. But you can't do that if you have like a regular computer and like you're looking down at your notes, you're looking up, lose the emotional connection.
