You have the best product, service, program, whatever you offer your solution, but you have the right team around you. You're not going to go as far as you could. And as your business gets bigger and bigger and bigger, you have more cash flow to bring in better and better people, or the people in those positions learn and grow with the company. A lot of people don't, though, so sometimes they get replaced. But a lot of people do. You know, they get better, acquire more skill sets themselves and marketing department or operations or finance, and then grow with the company. You don't want to be one that doesn't invest in your skill level, because as your company grow, they have way more cash flow to bring in better people. So if you don't catch up to that, to the growth of the company, you'll eventually get replaced.
