Hey, it's Jermaine Edwards, your customer growth guide. And if you're new, welcome. If you're old, welcome back to the fold. This is a customer philosophy notes segment, and we're gonna talk about reflection just for a moment. Now, we all have blind spots, sometimes even poor processes and inefficient habits done long enough get us some results, and we can fool ourselves into believing we're doing okay. And early in my career, and sometimes even today, I can miss taking the time to consider whether or not what I'm doing is actually the best thing to do. Now, more than ever, our ability to synthesize mounds of dense and complex information and patterns is so important, and our customers require us to help them think through and navigate very difficult times. So thinking better can be our superpower. Our ability to cultivate and practice reflection evaluation and challenge of our day-to-day activities, our habits and results. So I want you to try these 3 very powerful questions to help us to go take a step back and really move into a place of more intention. The first is, what decisions did you make today that impacted your results? Building the practice of thinking about decisions as results and not just decisions as thinking will help you think about all those things that are impacting your current engagements. Number 2, what decisions have you avoided today that needs to be looked at? It's important we weigh the cost of procrastination. Don't put it away because you believe it is not important. No, it's not important. Number 3, what decisions do you need to make tomorrow? Based on the first 2, start to plan your decisions for tomorrow so you can prepare your body, your emotions, and your mind for the task. Now, all of these things are things you can only benefit from if you do. So I want you to tell me what you think in the comments below. If you're not ready, simply hit the subscribe button, like and share. I've got a specific, very helpful worksheet to help you walk through this reflection in the next 5 days, and you'll see transformation occur. And I'll see you in the next video.
