Gentlemen, I love you all. William, thanks for being here. I'm just so happy that this group is so energized and excited and pumped and we're growing. Today is our wealth coaching portion, where I want to talk money, I want to talk wealth, I want to talk ideas, I want to talk possibilities, and just work through anything that you all have regarding fears, regarding a plan, regarding course of action, all those components that's going to be really our. Our focus on Saturdays, because I know you all know this, but don't let anyone tell you that money doesn't buy happiness, okay? Money buys happiness. You just have to know where to shop. And from a man's perspective, right, Our number one desire as men is freedom. Right, gentlemen? And money can also buy freedom. And it allows you to experience freedom and to taste freedom and to know freedom. And money can be, and generally often is a very masculine form of energy. And so when we as men are able to tap into that energy and really get aligned with that energy and know that energy well, it makes us a more beautiful version of who we are. And then we're able to give more. And when you give more, you live more, because you're starting to put that energy out into the universe. And it's a. It begins to challenge you a little bit. It makes you think, and it makes you ponder, makes you create. Before we dive in, two very small housekeeping items I would love to share with all of you just so that you're aware, just that you're clear on some. On some cool pieces. So first and foremost, the workout for today, bench press dumbbells. It's gonna be the workout, so find you some dumbbells, get on a bench press, and I want. I want you to go for some strength today. So warm it up a little bit, do some lighter weight. Kurt's gonna have to really look for some lightweight because he just lifts heavy things, and that's okay. But look for some lightweight. Warm up the chest a little bit, and then I want you to put some. I want you to put some meat on the bones, all right? Once you see how heavy you can go. We've been warming up the chest with these bear crawls with the pull ups with the planks, lift heavy things. It makes life better. It does. It gives you the ability to be stronger and to feel stronger. Because for men, in order to feel accomplished, you have to accomplish something. Gentlemen, I know we. We have this inner desire to feel accomplished, like we want to do something big. And the doing things big in your brain is Often this huge goal that's forever and ever and ever away. The first time I ever did A Marathon was April 5th of 2020. And when I said I did a marathon, I went out on a Saturday morning, Stephen, and walked, ran, moved with my legs, 26.2 miles. Took me six and a half hours, but I did it. I finished. Because a lot of times in our brain as men, we say, in order for me to accomplish this thing, it has to be exactly like this. It has to be exactly perfect. And it has to be so concrete. I have to have all the details. And everything has be just, just so. And my thoughts is just go out and do it anyway. Do it ugly, right? Get out and make it happen. Do it anyway. And the, the. The bench press can be a good example of that. Wealth can be a really great example of that. Money can be a really good example of that. Accomplishments can be a really good example of that. So that's the homework for. That's the workout for today. Deep. Let's see how heavy you can go. If you can film it, that'd be even better. I want to see some weight on those dumbbells. All right, number two is I had a really, really good discussion with one of our brothers, one of the amazing men here just yesterday, and I want to clear something up. When we very, very first started, one of the rules was no porn, right? That was one of the rules. There's many reasons to that. But I want to make sure that you guys are aware. I'm not saying you can't masturbate or be with your woman. It's not what I'm saying. I'm just saying don't do it to porn. Now, I want to talk about for just 20 seconds why. Why the no porn? There's. There's. I mean, you all know there's 400,000 different reasons, but here's why. There's one. There's. Here's one because when you watch porn, what you're doing is you're giving up your control to someone else. That's the key. You're losing control as a man. You're saying, I can't feel something without someone else's influence. And it's an interesting mind shift. It's an interesting mind shift. When we really get down to it, you're like, oh, I'm not even talking about the crazy attack that it has on your dopamine and your self esteem. I'm not going to get to the point of like, oh, man, you're just ruining the relationship. With your woman or your future woman. We don't have to touch into that. I'm just talking just from a pure. Like, you're giving up your control and your power. Chuck, would you agree? What's your thoughts on that?
100. And furthermore, I will say this. It. It deeply affects the frequency that you resonate at as a man. You are literally admitting defeat. You are literally giving away the essence. And I will say even more than that. Jeremy says it's control. I'm going to actually say you're giving up your manhood. There is a theory that you have in your lifetime and yes, your body rejuvenates semen and what have you, that it is part of your life force energy. And if you squander it when it's not being given in a state of absolute love and giving to yourself and to another human being, that it actually removes part of your life force every time. Because the only time it's rejuvenated is when it's in connection to a higher source or power. So that means connecting to self, not as a release, connecting to self and connecting to another human being. So I love you, Jeremy, and that's beautiful, what you stated, because it is absolutely imperative that people understand this.
Yeah. Wow, that's a good point. So. And again, gentlemen, thirdly, when we came up with the rules of don't do this, guys. It's okay to slip up. It's okay to relapse, as it's called. Don't stress about it, all right? Work on it. We are perfect in progress. It's okay. So don't feel weird, don't feel upset. Just do something better. That's it. Just be better.
You got.
You gotta slip up. Cool, whatever. You hit the weed pin. Cool, whatever one of you got drunk the other night. Cool, whatever. Just be a little bit better. See how long you can go. See how much you can be in control. That you as a man get to decide when that's important. That's imperative. All right, so there's two tiny little things. Monday, we still have our session. And then Tuesday, we're gonna have one of my men, mentors come in and lead the King's group on Tuesday, the 21st. So you should all have an invite to that if you don't let me know. But his name is Zach Hummel and he's really, really incredible. All right? Now, Derek, why do you think I asked everyone to post their credit scores?
Well, for me, I don't know how it was for everybody else, but I've been Working on mine, so.
Oh.
But on one hand, I don't look at my credit score every day because I was kind of ashamed of it, Even though I've been working, you know, paying off debt. So putting it out into light and sharing it with you guys, actually, I mean, it just helps me not really be ashamed of it because I. I was or am. But I need to fix it. And I feel like it's easy to fix things or repair them when you come to light. Obviously, that's not the case for all these other gentlemen in here that are doing pretty well, but still, to just be okay sharing things because it shouldn't make you feel bad just because you made a mistake. You know what I mean? It should make you want to work on it, do it better.
Bingo. Wow. You nailed it. That's it? Yeah, that's it. It's like, guys who. Who cares? It's okay. Right?
In my life. Yeah. Excuse me. She said, you want to send mine so they don't pick on you? I was like, no.
Oh.
I said, mine is.
I love it. I love it. Because, gentlemen, that's this. This is what brotherhood is, right? Really amazing. Collective brotherhood is non judgment. We talked about that recently, didn't we? Yeah. Deep brotherhood is just an acceptance and a love of who you are and your body and how you are.
And.
The true awareness for us is that we're all going to have differences. If you're taking notes, write this down. There will always be a. Er. Er. There will always be someone richer, faster, stronger for men. There's always gonna be someone longer, right? Except for Paul. Paul's like, he's. He's number one in this group, but. But not in all seriousness, right. Always. There's always going to be something, and it's okay. You've got to start loving and working on full 100% acceptance of you as your body, as your man, of who you are.
Always.
There's all. There's always someone, right? Someone stronger, faster, right? Y is faster than me. There you guys go. He's a faster runner. There's always going to be someone that has something more. It's okay. So the. The releasing of, hey, this is just where I am in my current journey. And, and not receiving.
Who.
Did anyone get made fun of here?
No.
That'S. I had another conversation with someone else recently from this group, right? When I. When I posted the. The phone calls, I was like, there's. There's fears out there of what if someone makes fun of me? What if someone doesn't like Me. What if someone thinks I'm stupid or thinks that I'm a child? Or what if someone calls me a name? They will, just not in this group. Someone out there in the world at some point will say, stephen, your head looks stupid, dude. And he's gonna have to go. Cool, man. Thanks.
That.
You'Re. You can practice your biggest fears, gentlemen. If anybody ever wants me to PR like, I can call you on the phone and just make fun of you for two minutes so we can get it out the way. I'm happy to do that, because then you're going to realize after that two minutes, what happens? Kurt, you're still alive. You're good, right? You're still alive. Yeah, exactly, dude. You're just fine. You didn't die. Stick some stones and you're going to realize that you don't really even care that much. Anyway. My favorite meme to send on it. Because you guys all know, right? I have a social media following. People make fun of me every day. Some random person from Internet. Every day, some new person makes fun of me. I got called the king of the losers because I was posting about King's course, right? I was like, king's cor. He's like, you're the king of the losers. That makes us the losers. Yeah, you guys are the losers. So this whoever and I just posted back, who are you? Like where? Who are you, dude? What do you tell how you know you are? And the best part is, even if I did know who that person was, I still wouldn't care, because who? What's the truth? Here it is, gentlemen. You will never be made fun of by someone doing better than you. Think about that for a moment. You like that Cole ever. Chuck, who has got his life nailed down, the dude's king. He has never reached out to me and made fun of me, ever. And he'll never make fun of any of you. Kurt will never reach out make fun of any of you. You're never going to get made fun of by someone who is in an elevated place. So just keep that in mind, because what are they trying to do? Remember in high school, you were all in high school. Some of you still are. In high school. You're going to get made fun of. William. People are going to make fun of you. They're going to call you fat and ugly and your nose is big and your hair is stupid and, you know, micro dick. And all the things. You're going to get all the things. Cool, man. How did. How do you know my dick is so Small. Well, your mom didn't mind it last night. Exactly.
Whatever.
All the things, right? Yeah, we've all. We all did it in high school. We all had the back and forth. Derek was the bully. That's how I learned all these things. Guy was to Raimi. He picked on Raimi. Like, that's why Raimi's here from like a counseling point. Because Derek made fun of Raimi every day. That's why. Unstoppable. He's not lying. I got a lot of scars from Dave. So it's always true. So people. When people make fun of you, what are they trying to do? They're trying to throw stones and pull you down. So again, it's all good. But Derek, you absolutely nailed it. Here's the other thing. Credit is the number one aspect that will keep you poor. It is a game that you have to master. So I want to talk about it for 10 minutes.
You need.
We need to master the credit game. In my lifetime, I personally will regret if I do not create a better system than the current credit system. That is something that's in my. In my frequency. I would love to. To do better than our current credit system. I think it's stupid. But aside from that, the current system that it stands. You're always going to pay more on everything. If you have a bad credit score, you're going to have to pay more in utility bills. You're going to have to pay more in insurance. You're going to have to pay more in mortgage interest rates. You're going to have to pay a higher health score. Health, credit you're in, all of your life costs will cost more money. That's why credit is important. Now, as Derek said, clarity is power, gentlemen. Clarity is power. If you do not know where you're going, you certainly will not get there. If you want to get somewhere, think about it daily. If you want to be somewhere, talk about it with other people. Often. One of my favorite quotes. If you want more of something, talk about it every day. If you want more sex, talk about sex with your woman. Fun fact, right? Derek's good in that department. He's got that down. He's happy, just got married. Honeymoon season's here. He's having a blast. If you want more money in your life, talk more about money. If you want a better understanding of religion, call Stephen. Have conversations about religion. If you want understanding of better politics, talk politics. Learn more. Okay, so credit is something that will keep you poor. The way to break three, start to break free from the matrix is to have a higher credit score. Simple as that. So we need to begin to visualize having our credit score over 700. And I want all of you to focus on that because all of you could get there by the end of the year. It's possible. Jens. Yeah.
I appreciate what you're saying about the credit score system. And look, I have two credit cards there maxed out. If I just pay them both down to the 10% mark or 30% mark, my credit score will go back up to 100. 100 points or one missed payment. You just send a letter. So Derek, what you said, I appreciate you man. I can send you some links for. I mean Jeremy, you know that too. But there's some links you can, we can download, templates you send to TransUnion Experience. I share that with you if you want. Because really it's all about the utilization of some of the credit cards. If you had some, some other things. You know, I was, when, when I saw that by the way, I was a little late. I was 51 miles on the bike this morning, so. But I felt the same like you Derek, about the, the credit score. I'm like fuck. You know, that's, that's what. I'm not proud of one of the things and I really want to fix it. So. Jeremy, thanks, that's a great exercise. But I just want to emphasize real quick, you can, you can change that in no time when you just said like by the end of the year we can all be 100 points up with no time.
Agreed. Absolutely. And guys, it just, it just comes down to clarity and, and realizing that credit is important and our goal is to become like Chuck and Darren. Right? That's where we're all headed towards. Now there are, Chuck and Darren also have two or three years on all of us. So they also have had the ability to have a better credit score because it does, it is a time component as well. And so I am happy to open any questions on credit. Gentlemen, any questions, please hit me. And again. That's why Darren and Chuck are here. I've never seen an 800. I'm working on it. I know what I need to do to get there. But we have some 800s here that can help the sixes and the fives. So any questions?
There's a really easy credit hack. You all ready for this?
Yeah. Tell us.
So how, how they rate your credit is not if you have a one credit card with a ten thousand dollar line on it. Okay. And you have over 50% of that credit line leverage so out of the ten thousand you're using five thousand of it, you're at a 50% ratio. What credit companies and Experian Transunion and the like are looking for is for you to be under 30%. So what that means is if you had a second credit card that had a $10,000 line and you did a transfer and they have like 0% interest for X number of months, you would actually have $20,000 worth of line of credit. You still have $10,000 outstanding, but the ratio relative to the two lines of credit has dropped down below the threshold and your FICO score immediately goes up.
It's stupid. I use that credit card for, you know, I used, I made a huge purchase, I lost 100 points and I'm going to pay it off two weeks ago. Yeah, it's crazy. It's.
Yeah, it's so. So when people do debt consolidation, if you do a home equity line of credit to pay off high interest credit cards and have a very low amount that's over a longer, you can knock it down faster. The challenge is people go, I don't want to owe more money on my home. I said, you're not using your credit leveraging that you could be using. It's important for you to understand that it's all about ratios. And to Jeremy's point, the system is completely whack a nut. Like it doesn't make any sense, but I had a mortgage brokerage firm for 10 years. I can tell you emphatically how it affects people's credit because I used to run workshops on weekends to make sure that people could actually get in good standing so now they could actually afford a better home. It was the nuttiest thing in the world. It's the nuttiest thing. So keep in mind that the ratio. So you go, oh, I don't want a lot of credit card. The more credit you have access to with the lower payment that you have or the lower amount that you've been borrowing. So let's say as an example, I'm going to use the same example I did just a few moments ago. You know how you get an 800 FICO score? You don't have one credit card at 10,000, you have five of them at 10,000. You still have the same outstanding $5,000, but now you're at 10% total across the board and it's less than that when you get to each credit card. The reason why I'm stipulating this to you because that at that ten thousand dollar line if I have 1500 here, 1500 here, 1500 here, 1500 Here, 1500 here, they're like going, oh, my God. His accessible credit, by comparison to what he's actually utilizing is nominal. In fact, it's below the average. You'll see your FICO scores going up. In fact, you'll probably get more credit card companies and people offering you credit. I know a guy that has 34 credit cards. Legit. Yeah. I don't even know. He uses a program to, like, watch all of them. But here's the other part to this. He gets bonus points on everything he does. He has them categorized by. If he goes out to dinner, he uses this credit card. If he's buying goods and services like hotel and airfare, he uses his American Express Platinum card. Why? Because of all the benefits that come with it and the compounding of mileage. That's a whole nother side to this thing. But this guy takes five or six vacations a year, and he puts out minimal money out of his pocket because he's accumulated all this compounding reserve of value. See, no one teaches this to us in school. There's no credit card or credit course. I've never attended one. Have you?
Right now? No.
And yet you. Right, You've got people who are millionaires in this group. So I share this with you because little things like. And, Cole, I apologize to you because you and dad are going to be sitting down and we're going to be going through some heavy. Because the deal is at 23 years old, you're going to be so much further ahead than I was when I was 23. Oh, yeah, the man.
Yep.
Yeah. William, you too. So you and Cole are the youngest. And then Derek. So you three. Definitely, definitely. Like, this is the time to start learning a lot about credit. Because my question to you, Chuck, is the thing that I feel, and I could be wrong, that's dragging my credit score down is the average age of my credit. I have two or three cards that have been I've had for 16 years. And then I get. When I get new credit cards, that average age comes and it drops it down so, so distinctly. And every time, if I continue to get new cards, I get hard hits on my credit. Right. And then I have a younger age. What's your opinion or thoughts? Is there a way around that, or is that just something you just have to build up over time?
Well, there's two facets to it, Jeremy. One is that it depends on the usage of which cards as well. So as an example If I was going to get. I live in Dallas, Texas. American Airlines is my airline. And for me, I use that card primarily.
Why?
Well, not only helps me with status, but it helps me. I just pay it off factor. And the reason for that is that again, that ratio is one thing that's important. But here's the other thing too, guys. If you're paying off your credit cards every single month, the credit companies go, these people have their shit together because now they're going, okay, oh my gosh, look at this, they are utilizing the credit line. Now, if you have a credit card, and to your point, Jeremy, as well, if you don't use your credit card, you know, oh no, I'm just going to pay cash for everything. Use a freaking credit card and immediately pay it off with the cash that you have. The reason for this is, is that you build credit worthiness. You're actually leveraging your cash. Now, Jeremy, when it comes to the aging on a credit card, yes, cards that are over two or three years, because now they're seeing a credit history. Here's the challenge. People will get the credit card and they won't utilize it. So they all have their one or two primaries that they use and they'll have these ancillary cards. And in point of fact, if you don't use them on occasion, they will pull the credit. So what's happened with some of you is that they'll actually reduce your credit line because you have not been utilizing the instrument. So a recommendation would be, is that you actually get. There's these free programs too, and I'll put a link into the chat later today that you can use and it'll actually track your credit card. Here's what's great about that. You can actually do little, you know, purchases like buy a tank of gasoline and do them on a rotation. Here's what's great about that. If it's 60, 70 bucks or even a hundred dollars, then you go ahead. Oh yes, it's that, Craig, I love you, brother. That is the key to success right there. Set the auto pay for the minimum payment amount every single month. So it auto drafts. You will never be late. The one thing that will hurt your credit worse than anything else is being late on a payment. Bottom line. Bottom line. Set the minimum requirement, which means you're going to enroll in every one of them on auto pay for minimum. You will see how. Oh, it's, it's. And it's easy. And yes, you can also do the full balance, Kurt, but be careful on that because again, if you're like putting a cruise for $25,000 for your family on it and you're like going, hey, you know what? My plan was to pay this off over two or three months. There's nothing wrong with that by the way. Just make sure that you do this. Another little hack. Call the credit card company if you're going to make a large purchase and ask them for an introductory rate. They will actually take you from like 22 or 23% all the way down to sometimes 12 or 13% for the next six to nine months. You have more control over your expenses. Another really quick hack and I'll, I'll stop. As you can tell, I'm a little passionate about this because I ran my credit up as a kid. I did. And, and, and Cole, you didn't hear that, but here's the ticket. If you have two credit cards and they do a balance transfer for 0% interest for the next six to 12 months, why the freak wouldn't you do that if you just bought a twenty five thousand dollar cruise? Because now I don't have to use my cash. I can go ahead and pay it with 0% interest and not get ding. But make sure you paid off before the the period because if not, it's going to balloon up to that high interest rate. See, they want you to open credit. Here's the beautiful part fellas. They want to give you credit. But it's this chicken and the egg scenario. It's like if your FICO score is lower, they go, maybe not as much credit. We'll try you out. Here's a dollar. If you have over a 721. The world is your freaking oyster. I'm telling you, that's the magic number. 721. When you over 721, you will see that your mortgage rates drop like a rock. You will see that for your insurance. And Jeremy said this for simple stuff like your electrical utility bills, your water, your gas, your electric. It's like holy crap. Yeah, there you go, Craig. You know why that's a smart thing to do too. If you're opening multiple credit cards, do it at the same time. Because the poll come at the same time. The more polls you have on your credit over an extended period of time, the more inquiries as they call it. It will drive down your credit score. So be careful if you're using things, and I don't know if this is the case now, but I knew back about five years ago. Rocket Mortgage, if you're doing debt Consolidation. And you send it out to a platform that is just a hub. And what they do is they send out your request to tens, if not hundreds of different credit agencies. That will drive your credit score down faster than a rock and a. Well, because now you're getting multiple hits for the same things. Yeah, business credit's a whole nother thing.
Amazing. All right, I said another 721hack. So there we go. We have a new goal, lady. Gentlemen, if you're not 721, that's the goal. William Derek Cole, start getting some credit cards. Absolutely. And use them, Use them wisely. The key that Chuck said is make sure you have some. You have ability to pay them off. Right. It can be very, very useful. And again, here's my opinion. This is, I don't know, maybe shock some people, maybe it doesn't. I don't know. I think credit cards are your rainy day fund, right. When people are like, oh, I'm gonna put some cash in this account for a rainy day fund, I'm like, well, that's what a credit card is, right? Because if, you know, worst case scenario, something crazy happens. Emergency fund, you can swipe the credit card and all you have to do is pay the minimum payment. We're talking worst case scenario, right? You get a $20,000 balance. Your minimum payment on $20,000 balance is like 300 bucks. Now, I know, I get it, that you have to pay interest on all that stuff. I'm saying worse, worse. Worst case scenario, something crazy is happening. You can still have a credit line. And long as you make the minimum payments, the credit cards are very happy because they're getting more interest off, right? So you just have to make those minimum payments. That's your worst case scenario. Kind of like student loans. And obviously, the goal of income is to make as much money as possible. And I'm gonna share with you, with all of you that in just one second. But make as much money as possible. Create your income. Because if you have more income, then it's easier to pay off your debts. Right, Gentlemen, that's. That's obvious. So figure out ways to just increase the income. And that's why the most beneficial exercise we can ever do as men is have extreme clarity on numbers. What we want, where we're going, and the part that we're going to work on. What are some possibilities to get there so that your brain knows that it's possible doesn't mean that you have to do it, but you need some actual what's possible here for You. So let's go. I'll open up the mic. Whoever wants an example, I'll do a coaching session with you right now on what's possible.
All right, Jeremy, real quick, Kurt had a question on the 721. Just real quick. That's just what the credit rating boards use. They say excellent is actually at 680, exceptional, that 721. And so they use this as their litmus guide standard. It's kind of like blood pressure or anything else. You know, it varies in every single person, but there's a, a baseline, if you will, that they use to get you into the exceptional rating. So if you're between 620 to 680, that's considered good. 680 and above. 721 is just. You hit threshold. Like you're, you're like right as rain. So.
Yeah, that's good to know. And I know just last thing on the credit piece, family. If you know you're about to do something a k a buy a house, buy a car or buy something that you're going to finance, that's the time you're like, okay, let me work my absolute dick off to make as much cash as possible to pay down my credit balances as much as humanly possible, even if it's for that two month window and get that balance down to like 20, like less than 30%. Like, like Chuck was saying. So if you have a 20,000, our balance, work your absolute tail off to get to $6,000 or lower. And then what will happen is in that month, it will spike your credit score. And then when you go to buy that house or finance that car or whatever, or get a business line of credit or all kinds of things, then you're going to have a better credit score at that point in time. And that'll. That will literally, literally save you hundreds of thousands of dollars over your lifetime. Better credit score. It's kind of crazy.
So, yeah, this is Quan. Can I. Can I share with you a story a little bit? 30 seconds. You know, like some credit score, as I say, you know, it's. It's a life. Living is. You can live a lifestyle that you want. You can live definitely a lifestyle that you want. And I want to learn more, a lot more from you, Jerry. For me, I know that for my capability, I'm always trying to keep my score like 750 and above because of that. Chuck, you know that. You know that. TL Global, right? TL Global. I have been working with TL Global, and I am a Owner, finance investor. I get about like eight deals on, on, on, on TNTL Global. So every month with my score, with the score that I, I using, I bring in about like 8 to $10,000 a month just using my score. That's, that's all I did. Just using my score, my credit score. That's all they did. Can you believe that? You know, so Jack, you know that, you know, you know that I'm with TL Global and mine is my wife and I, that's all I did. I just used my credit score and that's how I be able to live in a house that, that I live in a lifestyle house that I want to live. And I'm still an engineer. I'm, I'm working from, for NASA, but I'm still an engineer, keeping my job, but at the same time keeping up my score. Because of that, I can be able to bring in about eight to $10,000 a month. So I can, I can live the way that I want to live. It's, it's all about like credit score. It's like, it's so important. But I want to learn a lot more from you, Jared.
Amazing. Well, we're going to continue to do that, man, I promise. Again, the credit score thing is, it's, it's very fascinating and that's a really, really cool story. And you're absolutely right. The piece that I love about money, gentlemen. And as we have these conversations again, it's a very masculine energy because money is a very certainty based number. It's a very clarity and it takes, it takes a little bit of abrasiveness to talk about it sometimes, especially when you might not know and you might, you might not have full awareness, it's okay. Now, trust me. By the way, there's very, very feminine ways to create income. There are, but you have to master the masculine way to make money first before you can get it feminine. Because feminine is receiving and accepting and allowing and surrendering. That's a whole new level of money, right? When you can just wake up and men can do this, right? Men can tap into their feminine where they're like, I'm gonna wake up today and I'm gonna have $40,000 come to me via phone. Someone's gonna call me with a deal and I'm gonna create that deal and I'm gonna create $40,000 for myself. It's a whole different level. It's a different ball game. You'll get there though, gentlemen. But that, that's going to be like, once you get into that divinity world, and you're able to start tapping in and, like, you're just opening up both polarities. It's a whole different universe. But the mask and form of creating income is so specifically easy. It requires exactness, precision, clarity, and just go. Just go. That's the key. It's action. It's massive action. Just do it, please, and you'll be able to make more income. Very, very simple. All right, Kirk. Houses feminine. Because you had to have someone else make that decision. I couldn't hear that. What was that, Craig? When I sold houses and it was really kind of unfulfilling. Was that feminine energy? Because, like, that would be. That they had someone else had to make that decision. Correct.
That's why I hated it.
There you go. That's why the best realtors are women. It's not even close. I thought it was because they're hot, but I did figure that out. That's awesome.
Thank you.
Cool. All right, Kurt. Let's do it, big guy. Me and Mr. Jordan. Best looking dude here by a lot. All right, so let's post out the whiteboard, dude. All right. Where are we going, Kurt? Where you want to go?
That's a good question. I'd like to make sure. So, okay. We. We've been chatting a little bit off on our private channel. So. Yep. I do not know and exactly what it is that I'm trying to reach other than I just want to earn more and I'd like to be financially free.
Right.
And so I know that that is really useful to come up with a number. And when I did this in a wealth. The Wealth Mastery program in platinum, it was. I think it was 4 million was what I was aiming for in the bank, to be able to live off of the money that then like. Like the money that is produced by that money is then allowing me to meet all of my needs, including entertainment. Just basically all of my expenses. And currently all of my expenses are at 16,000amonth. But I include Elka and the family and everyone in that. Even though that we share these things. My goal is I want to make sure that everything is covered by my allowance. So that's 16k a month. But that also includes our savings, which is at 3k, and our fixed costs. And I break them down into two different categories. Our fixed cost, which is like, food and, you know, rent and all that kind of thing that you. There's no getting out of it. It's 7K and what's that? And. But then, like, all of our Luxuries, entertainment, you know, going out to eat. Here's all the additional things that aren't necessarily needs. Like we have a cleaner and. But if I make that a need, I've heard that that's what helps you grow, is you just in, you know, is anyway is 5800. So I call it 6K. So 7, 3 and 6.
Cool.
Those are. So that, that is my 16K. That's what I would want to have as a baseline.
Sure. I love that. Okay, let's. Let's start there. I want all of you to write this down. Your dreams cost less than you think they do. So this is step one, because there are, there are possibilities. Again, I'm just going to speak for myself in just for a moment for myself. There have been many times where I believed that I needed to do this much to be either financially free or. Let's go. Let's go with a triathlon. I mean that's, that was the one. That was a big, big hang up for me in Iron Man. Never my wildest dreams thought I could ever do that because I couldn't run 26 miles. And until I just went out and did 26 miles and I realized that was physically, humanly possible for me. And again, guys, it was a walk, it was a run, it was ugly, but I still did it right. April 5, 2020. Then I started to believe that I could. And Chuck, this is for you too. If your numbers and your dream are too big and you can't figure out even remotely how you can even be in that, then it will not happen and you'll continue to stay where you're at. I think dreams are amazing. But I know for a fact, Kurt, that If you did $40,000 a month, your life would be so brilliantly happy, you'd be swimming in bliss. Now why do I know that number is. Because it's. Multiply all of your expenses times two and then add a little bit for taxes. When you double your income, when you double where you're at, two exit right, Your whole financial world changes. That's the key. So gentlemen, what I want all of us to do is come do exactly what Kurt is doing. I love the big dream number. Big dream number is amazing because 4 million is represents $333,000 a month. That number is going to be too big for a lot of you here for right now. And I'll just. It's okay. Just be transparent. I can show all of you.
Sorry. I honestly thought it was a hundred thousand dollars a month or I mean, a year. And so I was like, that's funny. I can do that. Yeah. Math is bad.
350K a month, dog. To get 4 million, which, hey, all good. All good. It's a great number. And $100,000 a month is a very, very doable number, too. It's also a big number, but for a lot of us, we go, okay, now here's the other interesting part, Kurt, just to be aware of, right? Because that's what this is exciting about. If you put $4 million into a bank and got 5% a year and did. Did nothing, I mean, that is, like, the most safe. You can't screw that up if you wanted to, right? You put in 4 million and you get your 5%. That's $200,000 a year, which is an amazing income for all of us, more or less. Kind of. So for the NASA rocket scientists in the building, right. Two. $200,000 is not bad. You could do a lot with 200,000, right?
Absolutely.
But, Kurt, there is never a world that exists where you aren't doing something, because that's how you are wired, dude. If you had $4 million in the bank. Be honest with me. How long would you sit on your couch and read books and play with your kids? Be honest.
A couple weeks. A month?
Exactly. Yeah. Two, three weeks, max. And, gentlemen, that's all of us here. Don't. Don't go into the whole, I want to be with my family more. Be with your family more now then, right? It's an extra two hours a day. You're with your family an extra two hours a day. You're good. You're. You're. They're filled up, you're filled up. Your kids don't want to hang out with you for more than two hours anyway, especially if they're teenagers. Like, 20 minutes is too long. So ultimately, what we want to do is we want to get real on what's actual. Like, what actually would really, really excite us. And then figure out how to get there. And then once we're there, figure out what we're doing every day.
Day.
That's the other thing. Because if. If any of us. And type in A4 in the chat pane, if you're doing $40,000 a month, you are the happiest person here. You are, dude. Like, all of your expenses are covered. You're driving a nice car. You're living in a nice house. Only one. Okay, that's fair. Just one person. Cole wants more than $40,000 a month. I Like, it. So this number, I think, for a lot of people, is a number that's a big enough number where it matters. It's a big enough number where it stretches. It's still very exciting, but it's still so big that you're like, there's no way. Because in my world, if we start with this, there's. There's no way, because you have to do more than 10x to put it into a physical. Example. If Kurt benches a hundred pounds now, I go, all right, dude, you got to bench a thousand pounds. His brain's like, there's no. It's not even physically possible, dude. Right? So if we start stressing too big. I love the dream. We don't have to worry about the how. We can figure it out later. But I. I will promise you all this. If you ever want to make $4 million, you got to make $2 million first. You gotta make $200,000 first. So there's. There's levels to the game, and the level that we're gonna work on is we got to work on what's scary, but what would give us a ginormous fulfillment in our life beyond the threshold of belief. Incremental growth. Exactly. That's where you want to go. You nailed it, Kurt. We want to. Scary. Not for me. I doubt it. Probably couldn't happen, but how could we? Now, one of the answers to this number, for all of you here, the number one answer is scale or value or price? Scale, value, or price. Those are the three ways that you get your $40,000 a month or whatever number you're at. Okay, what does scale mean? A lot.
For a little.
That scale now in your brain, it can depend on what you're in. It can depend on what world you're in. It can depend on what you're trying to achieve. It can depend on your talents. If scale is even remotely a possibility for you, me knowing a little bit about Kurt, wanting to know a lot more because he's a great guy. Scale is a possibility for him. A very, very real possibility. Scale, gentlemen. And I'm. Go ahead and delete some of the other parts. Scale. This is a. This is absolutely something that my boy Chuck can do and Craig and a lot of us here. Scale is how can I do a $45 thing? And how many people have to buy a $45,000 thing to make $40,000 a month? A thousand. Tell me I'm wrong. Oh, I'm not wrong. Oh, that's the math. Oh, fascinating. I did that math when I was. When I was 19, Zig Ziglar said, if you want to make a million dollars, figure out how to make a million people, how to help a million people. And I was like, all right, well, I'm gonna help a thousand people. You know why I picked a thousand? And you guys are gonna laugh at this. It's real, though. That's how many people worked in my Nationwide building when I worked. When I worked in Nationwide Insurance on 3300 Southwest Williston Road, Gainesville, Florida. A thousand people work there. I said, oh, cool. I mean, it's a. It's a big building. So I'm like, cool. I'm going to help all. Everyone that lives in this building, everyone that works in this building, and they're going to pay me four or five dollars a month. Is this math? Math. And you got to figure out what this is, and you got to figure out who those people are. But guess what? That's usually a weekend that takes hours. Okay, what am I actually creating something of value that's worth $45, and are a thousand people going to pay for it? And if you go, well, I. I don't. Jeremy, I don't have a big social media. I don't have a thousand people.
I don't have.
I don't even know a thousand people. Thank you for your limiting beliefs. That's very sweet of you. It's a very, very kind thing. Walk out of your neighborhood. Walk out of your house. Take a left, take a right. Knock on doors. Oh, but not. No one's going to buy it. Well, that means it's not good enough. Oh, people are gonna. People are gonna turn it away. People aren't gonna like it. Maybe, Maybe not. You've never even tried, so this is a possibility. But, gentlemen, I know, I know that's the reason that some of you aren't impressed is because that's too easy. And your brain doesn't want that type of wealth to be easy. Your brain wants it to be really, really, really hard. Right, Stephen. Stephen can do this tomorrow if he actually wanted to. He doesn't want it bad enough because he's comfortable. But if Steven really, really gunned to his head, if I forced him, he would do this tomorrow because he has. He has that reach right now. He has a thing that's worth $45 a month, and he has a thousand people he could connect with with. All of you could do this. Now, if a thousand is too many, you're like, dude, I can't even. I don't even know, I don't even know a city that has a thousand people. Jeremy. There's no city around me. I live on Pluto. There's only three people that live there. I can't access a thousand people. Then I will say, okay, how many people can you access? All right, all right. I can access a hundred people. Then we're just going to do the math from there. Correct. We need a hundred people that pay you $400 a month. This is how gyms make money. Are there. Are there gym memberships that cost $400 a month? Yeah.
Oh, yes.
I'm a part of one. It has a cold plunge. It has a sauna. It has a pickleball court. It has a steam room. It has all the weights. It has a gym. It has massages for free. It has a spa in it. It has a salon. I don't get my haircut there, but I could. It has complimentary cocktails. Dude, I don't drink after the gym, but some people do. It's like, I'm gonna work out. I'm gonna get a little bit of a buzz. Sweet. Oh, $400 a month. Say it's 395.
It's not.
Not 400 bucks. 100 people. So for those of you who are afraid right now, Stephen, hit me with your limiting beliefs. I want to hear. I want to hear one or two of the reasons that you haven't done this yet.
I don't know enough to do it.
I know you're not a doctor. Like, you haven't. You haven't. You haven't studied anything, have you? And I. I love when people went to college for 16 years. Literally save humans with a straw. Like, I don't know. I don't know anything. And. And I'm.
Here's an old one, but I'm. I'm not a risk taker.
Love it. I'm glad that's an old one, because that's not even risky, is it? Like, what. What's the risk? Yeah, that would be the question is, what will be the risk in the scenario?
Yeah.
Perceived risk is all. It's all personal stuff. Oh, well, let's be. Let's be honest, dude. You put out bad information, you get sued.
Yes.
That's a risk.
Yeah.
Do you have that risk right now, being a doctor? Yep. Oh, what? Wait a minute. You could technically damage someone's physical body with your mind, your knowledge, and what you prescribe to them?
Yes.
So you're already in an extremely risky. You. You even have insurance to protect yourself from that so you're telling me that you already have a risk now at this exact second? Y. Fascinating. Okay, so you're afraid of what you're already doing in life. Yeah. Good to know. Yeah, that's great. But, gentlemen, it's okay. What's beautiful is that that's what the reality is. You guys are going to hate me when I say this. And it's okay to hate me for like an hour. Your worst, your worst case scenario is a life you're living right now. That's your worst case. From accepting into wealth, from stepping into something big is it doesn't work and you're at where you're at now. That's your worst case for every one of us here because all of us are aware of something. Now I'm gonna take a step back. What if we don't do it where it's a hundred people? So now we're gonna go to, instead of scale, we're gonna go to price. So price is, it's not a. Let me, let me target it to the masses necessarily. Price is more. I'm gonna specifically focus on a very, very select group of people. This is called a niche. I think I'm spelling it right. N I C H E. So a niche is a very, very select group of people that you know their beliefs, you know their thoughts, you know how they act, you know how they think. I'll pick a niche. White Republicans, look around. Okay, White Republican males, is that a niche?
Yep.
Yes.
Okay. White Republican Christian males, is that a niche? Yes.
Absolutely.
Yes.
Asian Republican Christian males, is that a niche?
Yes.
You pick a niche, You pick, you pick a group of people that you know can benefit from your skill set, your value, your knowledge base or your time. And you service that niche. You provide value to them. Right. When I say you provide value to them, you give them something they need. I sent one of you this idea in the chat pane yesterday. A hundred people at 395. You provide $395 worth of value to a hundred people, or you provide a hundred dollars worth of value to 395 people. Either way, that's 40 grand a month, give or take, right? It's right there. The question then becomes what? What could you offer that someone would pay you $395 to a hundred people for? And if your brain's like, well, I don't know. Well, what if, what if we break this number down to 30 per week? Okay, 30 a week. So now you got to provide 30 people of value that they're going to willing to pay $395 for something every week. New people, brand new people. People you've never interacted with before. Any guesses? Any examples? Courses, ebooks, what else?
Coaching.
Coaching.
Sell something a salesperson for someone else. You know I sell products for someone else to.
Sure.
Commission.
Those are all commission. These are all absolute answers. These are, these are spot on. All those are all. Those are 100. What if. I mean let's go. Let's go even more tangible. 30 people. 395. I'm thinking for Kurt, he works with children. Random thought. Could Kurt have a three to four day kids camp? There's 30 people, each kid is 395 and they teach them finance, horseback riding, archery, chess, swimming. Who here is a parent? Would you, Stephen, would you pay for that for your kiddos? Stephen's in because now he gets four days with his wife. Yeah, I'm paying for that right now for my 14 year old Kurt. If you want to open that up.
Can I pay for it for me actually our. That's one. That's the main thing of our business is we have summer camps. We have around this year around 2, 000 kids and they pay around 600 for the week. And. And so it. Yeah. So. And I think I'm looking at our numbers and you know our, from, from our. This would be the first year that we break a million by the way, something I'm really proud of. And, and I. And we make right now I think well forecasted 3. A little over 300 in profit. So I know that that's. I know that this is possible and, and because it's doing it where it's happening. Yep, it's. But it's something for more of like. Like a residual thing that I'm looking to do.
Sure.
Where you know, I want for me I'm looking to diversify the income stream as well. And so. Yeah. Sorry, I hope that's not off.
Not all do not all because so now that is. That's just called clarity. Right. That's called very, you know, specificity. So an example could be potentially now that you got the business up and running, you know how it works. You got the business model, you got the numbers, you got the kids.
Sops are finally finished.
Standards. Yeah, exactly. Sops are in place. Standard operating practices. Could you potentially have another practice person create the same type of camp experience in Kansas or Idaho or Texas and they franchise it?
That's. That's what we're working on.
Beautiful.
That's literally why we put SOPs in place.
There you go, brother. Which means you're on. You're on the path, right? It's happening now. If you're like, I need even more diversification because I don't want to that level of. I don't want that level of risk because I'm all focused on just kids and, you know, maybe Covid happens, whatever, who knows, right? You want to diversify even more. So then we can still look at this exact same formula put on the screen and go, okay, cool. What's a niche where people can pay me this and this amount of people per month? You guys want me to all give you an answer right now? RV part parks Buy one. Are 100 people can be in an RV park to pay $395 a month.
Oh, yeah, easy.
And what's the overhead of an RV park?
Land.
Land, electricity, water, a little bit of maintenance. You could trade the bathroom cleaning for someone. Taxes or. It's not a lot. I seen some take a old trailer.
Park and turned it into an RV.
Park because each lot already had its utilities and had a spot for sewage. Love that. Love that. So just. Just an example, right, of the. Of diversification is. Diversification is sitting down and studying, doing, doing this, doing exactly what we're doing right now, talking about it and just kind of coming up through and just knowing.
And.
And again, the. The awareness of, okay, cool, this is all possible because it could be rv. It could be an RV park, it could be a primitive campground, which is even cheaper. And then, Kurt, your company owns that because it has income. And when the parents drop the kids off for the week, they get to go to your RV park and have time to themselves while their kids are playing three miles away, ten miles away.
Can I ask a question, please? How do you learn the options of what exists? Because, like, you know, because I. From my understanding, what we talked about in the previous Saturday was there was. Investing is a great way. Real estate is the second great way. But I. I know that all of us here are at different levels, right? Like, some of us, you know, some of us are. Have a lot more liquidity and. And higher number. And then some of us are starting off trying to figure it out. How do you know what's available to you amongst these different. Amongst all these choices? For me, one of the difficulties is I'm confused as to know what. Which. Which path to follow, because I don't even know the paths. I don't even know the amount of path 100% and. And. And. Yeah, and so knowing how to make a decision is a difficult pro. Part of the process for me because, I mean, I might as well be throwing darts at a dartboard. And I don't even know if I'm facing the right way because the lights are off.
Yeah, dude, that's so good. So good. So good. All right, well, there's three answers to that one question. So to reiterate the question, just in case anyone didn't hear it, it's like, how do you know all the paths to walk down? And the question within the question is really, how do I know which is the right path? That's really. That's really the question. And again, here's my three answers. Some of you go. Some of you like them, some of you won't. Number one, consult with whatever higher belief that you believe in. That consultation, that prayer, that thought. In prayer we ask and in meditation we receive. You can get the answers like that. And again, maybe you trust them, maybe you don't. That's kind of up to you. That's an intuition thing. But they can be there. You can receive those answers just like a lightning bolt. Oh, go do this. I don't know, though. Like, I don't. You get the answer. Like, well, I don't know anything about ice cream stores, so I probably won't do that. All right, that's answer number one. Number two, books. Now, all of you are very well read. I get that. But if you want to earn more, you got to learn more. If you want to. If you want to succeed, you must read. Rich people put secrets where poor people don't look inside of a book.
Right.
The more we read, the more we're going to understand. That's how I've learned 93% of the random things that I know is by reading, reading a few of them. And then the third answer, and Kurt, you are here. Dude is doing exactly what you're doing right now. Pay to be in a room. It's one of the best assets you can ever buy. Pay to be in a room.
Them.
And Jeremy, to your point, pay to be in the right room.
Yeah, Val.
Val.
Yeah, it. Yeah. Because there's. There's exposure to, you know, who doesn't have a program out there right now? And so one of the things is, is that when you know, successful people, in your humility, be humble enough to ask for insight. People who are loving and caring and resonate the same frequency as you will share information. You know, it's kind of funny. Most wealthy people Share a lot. Most people who are huckabucking and trying to make a buck don't share a whole lot. They actually, they actually hold back because they don't. They feel like there's competition. And to Jeremy, what he opened with was givers are receivers. When you give more, you grow more, you get more. That's why wealthy people know that the more that they give away, the more that they make. And it's been true throughout history. There's all different types of currency, though. Some people give advice, some people give insight, some people just steer in the right direction. Go. Have you read this book? Because if you have not read Think and Grow Rich, you need to. There's amazing documentation out there. And that's not a new book, y'. All. That's a book that's been around for a hot minute. When was that created, Jeremy? Think and Grow rich. In the 1950s, 1960s.
Yeah. 19. I thought it was 1910s.
Well, the original, yes, I'm saying that the updated versions.
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. 50s, but yeah, it's 100. I mean that's. And again, most of you've all probably read it. I know Raymond's about to work on it next. And, and absolutely. And so Kurt, the cool part is, man, I will, I will give you all the guidance that I can continually. Because you paid with your time to be here, which is more important than money. I love money, but time is even better. And so you guys give me your time means even more money's free, right? So time. That one. That's everything. The, the 3A, right? Like paid to be in the right room. Like Chuck said, is that asset. When you pay, you pay attention. But then it's like you've all heard this a million times. The question. Ask really great questions in those rooms. And the, the theory for me is use what you already know and start expanding on that two minute example. The way real life trading became big and the way I became financially independent and free was I had to start. I, I used all the building blocks, what I knew to operate a business. Things that you guys already know. Good customer service, be nice, outwork the competition.
Cool.
And then I said, what do I actually know? I did stand up comedy from age 16 to 24. I had a radio show, relatively popular. I got sponsored by Taco Bell. No big deal. The Gainesville Taco Bell off of Tower Road. One singular Taco Bell. 400 people listen to my radio show on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It was called the Crock Pot. And I knew how to deliver a message. I knew how to talk. I've always loved teaching. And so I was trying to figure out what to teach. And so it all started with humor and just interacting with people and just trying to create ideas, AKA comedy and the radio show. Once I started learning how to trade and I learned how 401ks work, I started teaching people in nationwide how 401ks work, and guess what they started doing? Oh, that was really valuable, man. How much do I owe you for that? Right? Oh, thank you. Like, how much? How much owe you? Because. Because what I do, I got bored one day and I read the 401k packet. You guys have all had jobs before. You know that packet they give you, that really thick one that you didn't read? I read it cover to cover, every line. I also used to read thesauruses and almanacs because I got really bored. I love reading, love reading, and I love writing. So I read a lot. So what I did is I blended all of these things together, the things that I knew to create a company. I started teaching people about the stock market. I was funnier than everyone else. I was nicer than everyone else. I had more energy than everyone else, and I worked hard, and there was good customer service. If you didn't like me, I would give you your money back. It's pretty simple. I still have that standard. If you buy something for me and you hate it, I'll give your money back. All good. And I use that. And I said, how many people need to pay me so I can make $40,000 a month? There you go. That was it. That's what I did. Simple as that. And then I took action and started doing it. And I knocked on doors, I went to the mall wearing green tuxedo, holding a giant sign, right? Like, I. I went out and I believed to myself, and I put myself out there, and I got people to sign up, and I delivered their value, and they kept paying, and I kept receiving income, and I took that income and I invested into assets. Things that I knew, things that I understood, things that I fully got, things that I could explain to someone else very, very clearly. So, Kurt, you know, there are things in your world that you fully, fully, fully, fully understand without question, and you could use aspects like. Let's just. I'll give you an example. You do. I know you practice parkour, right? If you had a parkour course for teenagers that you led, there was a little bit higher end because it's a little bit more dangerous. It's a little bit more out there, right? And you're not only going to talk about parkouring, but your guys are going to do whatever and you're going to talk about fitness and girls and self esteem and porn addiction and books, right? And so you charge $4,000 a kid for seven kids. Like, you know that already. You know that world. But that's your product, that's what you do, that's your thing. It's just a different tier. And so it starts to progress because again, that child development, which is one of your specialties, parents will always pay for that. You could have a newsletter where you send a video and scientific data and a podcast and your interpretation of that scientific data. Two parents, every single one of your parents who signs up your kids for camp, you send out a weekly newsletter for $10 a month. And every single one of your individuals who goes to your camp now pays this ten dollar newsletter. And you have a thousand people in this newsletter. That's $10,000 a month it cost you. That's a 90% margin. That's diversification. And that's how you add and you build into that company. Now again, how do I know that I've done it? That's, that's the only reason I know. Why did I know that 10 years ago? No, but 10 years ago I knew that if I could be on radio, AKA a webinar, and a thousand people listen to me, they paid me a $1 transaction for that one hour of listening to me. They're getting entertainment and I would make a thousand dollars an hour. Right, gentlemen? That's how streamers make their money. You guys, there are YouTubers that make $4 million a month. You guys want $4 million once they make $4 million a month?
Month.
Because they have a million subscribers. And each subscriber pays how much per month? Four bucks. And they're getting entertainment. Is their entertainment worth $4? Like what stupid thing have you spent $4 on today, right? Like $4. What are you talking about? Like no one cares. It's just about scale. All of you have the ability to do that.
And that was.
And the very last one. So we talked about price, we talked about value. Sorry, we talked about scale, we talked about value and then the price. Prices charge a lot of money for something because your imposter syndrome is going to kick in. You're gonna go, I don't, I don't know that I'm not good enough. And you are either an imposter or you have imposter syndrome. Ask yourself which one you Are Stephen, do you actually know the human psychology? Do you actually know the human physiology? Do you actually know internal medicine? It's either yes or no. If the answer is no, go. All right? I need to study. If the answer is absolutely yes, yes, hands down, charge for it. Someone will pay you. If. Derek, if you know heating and air, do you actually know, like, you actually know? Because if you do, then you should start going working on coliseums and stadiums. And when people are like, dude, my AC, I need this place to be 45 degrees and it's 300,000 square foot stadium, you go, cool, that's me, 800 grand. I'll have it done next week. Are you worth 800 grand? It's up to you to decide. Are you really delivering that value? Do you actually know? Because that's what prices charge. The number one thing that every business owner is doing is they're charging too little. Generally. Generally, they're charging too little because they think my fear is if I charge more, everyone's going to leave me. If you double your prices, half your people will leave. After people believe. And then you'll still be making the exact same amount of money for twice as less work. Or you're like, oh, I can't ask for more money from my boss because my company can't afford it. Okay, cool. Bring in more. Bring in more business. Bringing more revenue. Every one of you. I'm delaying. You all know. If you want sales, if you're younger, Cole, William, you could reach out to Alex and you say, alex, I'll bring you a hundred thousand dollars a month in sales. Alex will pay you $30,000 right now. You bring it. You bring. Am I Alex? Am I serious?
100%.
Boys, come on. Like, this is. He's a business owner. He's in sales. He's in leads. He needs people to smile and dial, snap necks, cash checks, and actually show up to work. That's what Alex needs. Guess who's willing to do that? No one. No one is willing to work, right, Remy? Not a single person. No one wants to work. Nobody. It's hard to find anybody that's willing to work, especially physical labor. Out of the question. If you want to succeed right now, if you want to get after it, if you want to make $100,000 a year and you're under the age of 30, do something physical and I guarantee you'll make a bunch of money. If you don't want to do something physical, do sales and I guarantee you make a bunch of money. Insurance is always thriving. So William, it's up to you. My name. Do you want to make 100k this year? Easiest thing ever. Easy. We got 6 people that would hire you on this phone call. Just got to work. And for you, Kurt, my dog. I got you, Chuck. Got you. Call me anytime. Because I promise you with some diligence and some very, very specific. I need to do this, I will do this, and here's how I do it. And I'm just gonna fail or fly, but I'm just going to add to my current business in a way that really, really is aligned and beautiful and truly helpful. You could double your business by the end of next year. By the. Sorry. By the end of this year for sure. I told her to cut it too short. Any last minute for you, Go ahead, Chuck.
Now, Kurt, for you. You already have the SOPs in place. You know, you're at that transition point now where it's like, okay, we're ready to go. We're ready to go. It doesn't have to be beautiful, it doesn't have to be perfect. It doesn't have to be this pristine package. What it needs to be is you have a living example of a. Of a thriving business that has its modalities together. And to Jeremy's point, you know, look at epicenters where high growth expectation is. I can tell you, in the state of Texas, between Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Austin, 80% of the population density lives here. In my area, the average mean price point or income is 180,000 to 250,000 a year. That's the sweet spot, brother. That's the place where people are going. They're looking to have their kids active during the summer, have activities, have the ability to be able to engage and teaching the skill that you're teaching. You know, Cole, I love you, but you could be doing private lessons in taekwondo and making 35, 40 bucks an hour per kid.
Oh, easy, easy.
You're a fourth freaking degree black belt.
Yeah. All of us, we just gotta choose it and go. That's it, guys. We pick because lastly, Kurt, there's no right path. They're all correct. There is no one. They're all right.
Jeremy, I want to thank you for something in this because the lesson that really is resonating, this, yes, this was a financial engagement. And what it really was is believing in yourself that you have the skill. You wouldn't be here, you wouldn't be here if you didn't have a hunger and a drive and a motivation within you. Thank you for being here. Thank you for trusting and more so believe in you. You're not freaking broken. You're not someone else's mess. You're the only thing holding you back right now. And I'm saying this to you because I'm looking in this camera and I'm talking to my damn self.
Oh.
Oh. That's it, baby. I'm glad I recorded it for you. You can put on reef.
Damn straight.
This Chuck level up my dude.
Hell yes.
Forex Chuck needs to happen by end of this year.
Damn straight.
We got this, gentlemen.
