Dang it. Gentlemen, I'm so pumped. So pumped. Thanks everyone for being here nice and early. I'm sure this will not be the last time that I have a. We randomly have a nice and early meeting. But thank you for making it a priority. It means the world to me and it just shows you that if we need to get something done, we can, right? I was selling Ritz that, I mean I was in, I was in bed asleep by 9:15 last night. Like I was, I was out. But you know, in order to do that I knew I had to wake up early today. So I woke up a little bit early yesterday so that I wouldn't have this, you know, sleeping in, whatever. So anyway, long story short, we're here, we're ready to rock. That's my boy Trent. Me and Trent got to hang out a little bit yesterday, which was perfect. And Calvin's here, the background, Jeremy's here. So just do some quick shares. How's everyone feel? We're like 48 is hours in. Calvin had a really cool statement yesterday where he's like for the first time ever. And like what, how? Since like what, 13, 14. Yeah, the first time since like he was, let's just say 14. No porn, no alcohol or no coffee in that in a 24 hour period. He's like fucking that. That's. Well, that's the first, you know, because one of the, I mean we're having one of those three, right? Like it could be just coffee for like a week or whatever. Like, ah, I quit. I quit.
I.
You guys know when you go on a bender sometimes you're like, okay, I'm done drinking. Like you stopped drinking for four days. You have some coffee or whatever. But anyway, it's just, it is man. And what's going to happen is we're going to, we're just going to get clear. We're going to feel great. We're not going to have an issue sleeping six, seven hours. I know my boy Josh and Edmund are already on this train. That's why Josh is looking so good after two hours of sleep, because his body's just, his body is optimized, it's performing, it's ready to go. And anyway, it's just beautiful to just have your body fully reset, fully detox. Be an animal, right? Be a creature. We're going to be a beast. We always talk about being beasts, right? All men always talk about being beast mode, but they don't want to do what beasts have to do. And this is one of them. So anyway, thanks for being here at 3, 30, 4, 35, 32, 30, 1230. Wherever you are, Paul. How you feeling, big guy? All this was pretty easy for you. No problems? Yes and no. I, I've never been a coffee guy and I don't drink much. So those, those two things have been easy. I did, I did stop watching porn.
About a year and a half ago, but it doesn't mean that I don't still want to.
So.
Of course, nice being a, being a.
Part of the crew and having support. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's good being a part of the crew, man. Exactly. That's what Rich said. Like, it's just good being around a great group of men who are just like, we're here, we're here for each other. We're here for growth, we're here for money and everything that comes with it. So Mondays are wealth sessions. I'll ask a few questions from a few people first and then we'll kind of dive into what I have planned for today and then we'll just open it up to whatever, just whatever questions you have. So we'll start with two people just randomly selected to see if they have any questions initially. My boy. I'll go John and then Ritz. So those are the two people. John. Alonzo, what question do you got for me, my dude? About anything and everything? How you feeling? What you got? Yeah, I'm feeling good.
I'm a little sore from the murphs.
I got.
I have some nicotine withdrawal going on. I've been addicted to nicotine for probably the last like five years. Not cigarettes, just like quick mist spray. So that's been bothering me a little. Money questions. So I lost my job about a year and a half ago. I was making about 140 grand a year at my previous job and now I've been knocked out to about 30 to 40 grand a year. So I guess I have some huge obstacles to come overcome and I just don't even know where to begin. I don't want the regular job, hence why I'm day trading, trading stocks and trying to get my real estate license as quickly as possible. Well, what else can I do in the meantime to like add value and create more of an income?
Yeah, yeah, great question. And so for me, especially for someone as driven as you are, what's exciting is this is a time where you can literally get to try anything and everything. I tell a lot of people as they begin to trade, it's like, don't have one stream of income ever, like, because Then like, if you're just trading, like you're staying on the same pillar that you had if you had a job, if you're sick, if your eyes fall out, if your fingers stop working, if the Internet doesn't work, if the computer doesn't work, whatever, like, you still can't make money, you still can't do something. So you're still, you're still relying on one thing. We want to do our absolute best to never rely on one thing if, if ultimately humanly possible. And so for someone like yourself, the more creative you get or the more creative people that you get around, as you start asking that exact question, like, what value can I add to other people to bring in additional income, Start coming up with just, with just random lists of things to do and explore some of them to see which ones you like, which ones you don't like, which ones you want to do, which ones you do not want to do. I mean, uber, duh, easy, quick, fast, example. No one probably wants to do it initially, but there can be a lot of income that can come from it, a lot of connections that can come from it. It's not the best job in the world, but generally it pays around somewhere like 400 bucks a week, according to a lot of drivers I talk to. And that's usually like 20, 20, 20 hours, give or take. Virtual assistant can be anywhere in the world. Most virtual assistants, most of them are women or somewhere, someone that lives in a different country, right? Indonesia, Philippines, things like that. They're somewhere between like 3, 4, 6, $10 an hour. And we will ask them, and we'll rely on them to do a few very, very, very small things for us. But the vast majority of individuals that I've worked with in the past, they don't allow their foreign virtual assistants to do big, big, big, deep, heavy stuff. Emails, banking, financial reports, right? They'll ask them to do like, hey, can you schedule my, my camping site? Or can you do this really quick little research thing like how many dry cleaners exist in my area? I want to drop off a dry. You know, it's very, very basic menial stuff that they really just want to outsource, but it'd be unique. Like, imagine a virtual assistant that's a male, and what could you do? Who knows? Could be all kinds of stuff. Number three, again, not sure how the, how populated the world is around you, but if you go to the richest neighborhood within 30 miles of where you live, knock on doors and go, hi, my name is John, I live three miles from here. And I recently quit my job to be a full time entrepreneur, full time day trader. Now I want to add value to my community. What can I do to serve you for 35, 30 or 40 bucks an hour? Something like that doesn't have to be the pitch, but essentially like you're just there saying, hey, what can I help you with? And you never know. And so they might go, hey, dude, I need you to pressure wash my roof or I need you to, to do this, like just pouring into those people. Wealthy neighborhoods, they're always 99 of the time. Your close rate will be a lot higher than you anticipate because no one does that anymore. And the people that do it are a little scary and you don't want them in your house. So someone like you, right, freaking like jacked, tan and beautiful, you're like, sure, that's gonna be a big one. Number four, anything to do with kids or elderly is a humongous market, dude, Huge. Literally you would get paid astronomical sums of money to just watch people's kids pick them up, take care of them, watch them. Same thing with their grandparents or their grandmothers or their mothers, like older, older people in the community, seniors, things like that. I know it sounds wild, but I mean, people pay astronomical amounts of money to just get two or three days or two or three hours where they can do whatever they need to do and they'll pay you a hundred bucks, right? And so again, it doesn't have to be every day, but if you're trading for two hours or three hours, which I know is kind of your thing, right, you're more of like the opening trader, making your 30 or 40,000, which is still amazing by the way. There's other things that you can do in that realm where it's like, let me just get creative and just try things that I haven't done before as I'm getting my real estate license. Once you get the real estate license, then the world opens up even bigger. Number five is what you've done. Join some type of group. I've talked to one of you earlier yesterday and this is the first time you've ever been in a group like this. So it's a, it's a collective mastermind of people who are trying to all do something powerful. There are a lot of men here that probably would use or could use some type of service from you for something. Don't know what it would be yet. But there's also a lot of men here that will give you advice. They'll give you tips. Like, we've all been through things, so I think we could all tell, like if we want to reach out to someone for like a really, really good workout partner or workout accountability partner, someone that could help us get jacked, we should probably go like, hey, let me give my boy Alonzo a call. But there's going to be men here that you could also reach out to where it's like, hey, help me. I help me with ideas, with income. Because we're all at different levels, right? Talking about discipline. One of the reasons that John's in here is because he's an extremely disciplined man. So if you tell John and he's like, he says, yes, guess what's going to happen? That thing, whatever, whatever John just committed to, he's in. But how rare is that, right? So you're talking about integrity, you're talking about someone that you can count on, men that have extreme discipline. That's why your relationship, you feel really, really strong in that already. Right? You and your wife is because you, you do what you say you're going to do 99 of the time. So that's a huge, huge skill set. And reason I'm bringing that up is because for all of us, you can reach out to individuals who are here and just ask them questions and talk to them about just the hustle, like what we can do and how you can do it. Because there is literally an endless amount you could learn. You could learn Facebook marketing and learn how to become a really good Facebook marketer. You could learn sales and be a virtual sales assistant and find and find a company or organization that needs help with sales and just help them with sales. There's call centers that offer, yeah, there's call centers that offer English speaking call centers where it's like, hey, call this 1-800-number and you get some random person. But there's a few out there now that realize that people don't like talking to people that can't understand them. So they pay a virtual call center person, they teach them their methodologies, and they'll pay them 25 bucks an hour to just be able to answer a phone call. Cal. So Calvin, just because I don't know if you can hear on the mic, but he said that suicide. Oh, you could hear him?
No, I couldn't hear him.
No.
Yeah, so he said suicide hotlines will pay 75 bucks an hour. Which it's a little dark, obviously.
Yeah.
But you're a light guy, so, you know, they might want to talk to someone who loves life a Little bit. And can, can pull up, pull them out of a little bit of a hole. So I know, I know that sounds a little strange, but it's like, hey, I mean dude, like when I was working at Nationwide, $18 an hour was amazing to me. You know, that was incredible. So it was like 25, 30, 40 bucks an hour is really not that bad. Just as a side thing. And then last but not least, last but not least, review your day trades, figure out what showings you're really good at and focus on those for a period of time and increase that risk unit to whatever level you possibly can. Because if you can find ways, there's, there's ways to get additional capital, right? Like there's a group called T3Live. They're legit. I partner with them with for the headset trading and they'll give you 10 extra capital. So you can put in 50 grand and get $500,000 a day trade with, right? And you wear the headset, you can get paid 2800 bucks a month to wear the headset. You have $500,000 a day trade with, you could trade with a thousand dollar risk unit and try to make, you know, $1,000 200 days a year and that's 200 grand. Plus the headset trading, which is another 36,000. That's a quarter million dollars a year. Plus Uber, you know, now you're making 280 a year. So yeah, that's, that's the one that's going to scale the fastest. And, and, and, and what happens as we get to. And trust me, this is going to be part of this whole discussion, not only today, but other Mondays is like, what stops us men from doing whatever that is bigger and better and actually making it work. Because I, I actually, I had a conversation with Calvin yesterday and, and Jeremy, I was talking to a gentleman in real life trading, it doesn't matter. Three, four weeks ago, and I was having a coaching session with him. He just wasn't profitable and was kind of stressed out about it and blah, blah, blah. We found out the problem. But one of his challenges was he's a grown man with grown man money trading 100 risk unit. I was just like, that's why you're. Because he was bored. That's why he didn't make money. Because he shifted from a profitable strategy where he made money three months in a row, consistently went from a profitable strategy to like whatever. Because he was bored. I was like, of course you're bored, dude. You're trading with a hundred Dollars. Like, what are you gonna. If you make five hours a month, which is very good. Like, what are you gonna buy for 500 bucks? Nothing. No. No one here can buy something for $500. Realistically, I was like, what. What are you. You know, that's why you got bored. So if you made that a thousand dollars and you have a one trade, I mean, that's a car payment, you know, a thousand dollars like that, that's a legit bill. Make another thousand bucks. That's your groceries for the week done. It's like, sweet. And then if you make a third R at some point later in the week as like, you're chipping away at the mortgage. Because, Mo, the average mortgage payment in the. In North America is 2,200 bucks a month. So it's like, now you just paid half of your mortgage, and so you're. You're chipping away at the game pretty nicely. But you do need to essentially just be at a level where you're doing that. And it doesn't have to be an expensive stock to be in a thousand shares. Ticker symbol AI, right? C3AI moves on average $3.09 a day, and it's 30 bucks, so it moves like 10 a day. It's like catch a. Catch a dollar on a thousand shares. That's a thousand bucks. So line all of those out. Because what I love to do is prosperity and abundance. Comes down to knowing your what, knowing your why, which you got that down and knowing the how. So if you go, what do I want to do? I want to make a quarter million a year. Your brain's gonna go, oh, yeah, good job, Tar. That's not gonna happen. So you're like, no, here's why it will. Here's why it will happen. This is my why. I want to feed my family. I want to go on luxurious trips. I want to be amazing. I want to buy a bunch of stuff for my family. I want to buy assets. I want to be rich. Okay, cool. How are you going to make a quarter million dollars a year? And if you break it down, where you go, I'm going to do Uber, I'm going to do virtual assistants, and I'm going to make $500 a risk unit, and I'm to go for five hours a month. And that. That math doesn't work out exactly yet for 250, but you know what I'm saying? Like, you're. You're going to show yourself and that if you write that down every day. Every day, John, if you're like, this is how I'm gonna do this, bro. I'm telling you, within three months, within three months, it'll start happening. Whatever you have written down, like, it'll, it'll start to shift. Because I was telling Calvin, three months is when everyone stops. Whatever it is, the. It doesn't matter. That's why I didn't make this program. Three months. I know that sounds crazy. I want to help people faster. I want to get people to the results quicker. But at the same time, if I make this over three months, everyone's going to quit. It's like the average person cannot do anything for more than three months. So if you can do anything, pick something. And if you can do that for more than three months, you're in the top.001% of the world. Any. Anything doesn't matter. I'm gonna go to sleep at, at 8pm and wake up at 6 for the next three months. Like, no one's gonna do that. It sounds bananas, gentlemen, but that's the world that we live in, right? People aren't disciplined. And the people that are disciplined will win. That's the answer. You'll win at whatever you want to win at. It doesn't matter. Is it money? Is it being an Olympian? Is it, you know, make a million dollars a year, a day, an hour, whatever. If you, if you have a precise enough question, you'll get a precise enough answer. And that was a very precise question, man. What question do you have about that? Or does that feel comfortable?
No, I understand everything you said. It's just, I think I always try and switch up my plans. I don't, I don't follow through with them long enough. Like you may have just said about sticking with her for three months or whatever. And then I do, I do have a funded trading account. I just seem to be going back and forth with that. But, yeah, I'll look into some of those suggestions you made.
Yeah, yeah, man, Exactly. Just if you can, if you give yourself a period of time, let's just say it's five months. And you're like, this is what I'm gonna do for five months and this is it. This is it. And make it slightly exciting, but if you have the risk level where it's exciting enough, then you'll care and it will work. It will work.
John, What? John, what's your, your real estate market look like where you're at, like, for, like flipping homes or anything like that?
It's.
It's pretty high right now. Like the, the price over the last three years, it's probably gone up like 60. Like, it's increased quite a bit over the last year. It's probably come down about 15.
I could. I could teach you one math formula that will change your entire life. That once you know how to. Once you figure out the math on how to, like, buy and flip a home, you can make 20, 30, 40, 50,000 in just a couple months. Yeah, so. Yeah. Yeah. So I. I can. Yeah, reach out. I'll school you on any real estate stuff you want to know.
Well, Edmund, I heard you don't. I heard you can use other people's mind to buy a house. I don't know.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, absolutely. You can use other people's money to get this whole. Like, all the real estate I do is zero money out of my pocket. And it's just. It's just a strategy. You just got to know. You got to know to who, right? You got to know to who. It's literally it. Who do. Who do I ask for money? You know, what hard money lender in my area, what wholesaler can I contact to get deals? You know, who do I talk to to get the. The formula that I need that I could put the maximum allowed offering on? Like, it is. It is not that hard, dude. Like, I was in the education field. I knew nothing about real estate. I'm telling you now, like, if I can freaking learn it, dude, anybody can learn it. It's not. It's really not difficult.
So, Edmund, walk me through this. After you learned it, though, what was your massive action that caused you to win at it?
Taking action. Literally just taking action.
What was that action? What you do?
What was the first thing I did? It was building my team. I was building my team. So what I wanted to learn how to do was get my time back. And money was important, but I needed to surround myself with the experts. So when you're doing real estate investing, there's four to five people on your team that you can utilize that will do 99% of the work for you. Okay? So find a. For one, a real estate agent or a wholesaler. Okay? Find a real estate agent that's investor friendly, pretty easy to do. The reason why you want a real estate agent that's investor friendly is because they will use their negotiation skills. They will find the deal for you. Right? They get paid for it on upfront and they can also get paid for it on the back end. So you don't even need to really go look for the deal. You find the. The Investor, friendly, real, A real estate agent. They can find you the deal, bring you the deal, use their negotiation skills to get the deal under contract for you. So you don't even need to learn or know the contract piece. It's good to know it, but you don't need to know it right away, right? And then you need a contractor. You can go to Lowe's, you can go to Home Depot. You could sit out there in a parking lot and wait for contractors to go in and out. And when you realize when you see a contractor that's got a nice truck, that's reputable, I mean, you go up and just ask them all day long, hey, I'm a real estate investor in the area. Can I get your business card? You get 10 contractors in one day that you've had, right? Figure that out. Then you get your hard money lender or your private money lender. I mean, you're talking to people right now that have money that would put to use, right? If we knew we could trust somebody with it, right? And then if, if it's none of us, you just go to a hard money lender. Hard money lender will lend you capital. That's what they do, they lend money for deals, right? For real estate investing deals. And then if you want to rent properties, that sort of thing, you get a freaking property manager. I don't handle any of the tenant bullshit that most people got to deal with because their property manager handles everything. So that one of the first things you do is find the right education, right? And this isn't me pitching you any educational nonsense. This is me just telling you, right? Like you definitely want to have some kind of education. Find the right mentor, find a who, right? Find a person and then take action. So five hours of educating yourself a week and five hours of taking action a week and taking action could be, hey, you know, I'm starting to build my team, right? The other, the other person you want on your team is a closing agent or a closing attorney, depending what they do in there. You could, I could anybody. If I could teach you how to use those five people right, and literally build your entire real estate business, you wouldn't even need to get your license. And you can get all this done in less than 60 days. Yeah.
It'S crazy cool, man.
Yeah. Just finding the who, man. Finding the who and asking questions.
Yep. Thirdly, Colin typed in the chat paying John to reach out to him. He has work all across the country, so he, he manages a really, really big live event company and they have an event every month all across the country. So. And they need help. But that's the thing, man. Like, every company in the world needs assistance. They need someone to help you. So find something that you, like, come up with your numbers, know what they are, and say, this is how I could hit them, and then get to work. Yep. Get to work, dude. Knock on doors, get rejected. Because the thing Edmund's talking about, hey, ask a contractor. People don't ask because they're afraid of rejection. Yep. So, I mean, right? So it's like, get over that piece. That's what. That's the get to work piece. And we're going to work on a little bit of that internally in just a second. But it's like the rejection things, gentlemen. It's like if we get past that fear, and we know it is a fear, we can just get past of it. Some of us are past it. I'm past it. Josh is past it. Edmund's past it. Paul's pretty close. It's like, once. Once you know that, you're like, oh, yeah, whatever. Don't care. Game changes. Because then you can ask for anything to anyone. And if they say no, you're like, cool, man. High five. Love you. Next. So.
Because.
Because then he. He talked about hard money lenders, right? You got to go to a hard money lender and going, hey, you know, here's my rates, here's my terms. Here's my house. Can you lend me a hundred thousand dollars at 12%? And they'll say, no, you're brand new. You suck.
What are you gonna.
What are you gonna do? Just gonna stop. Or you're like, all right. Yeah, exactly. You have to go the next one. Or go. All right, what interest rate would you lend me at? Or what? Make you feel comfortable. 12%. Do you need to come work with me? Do you need to come see the house? Like, how's this work? Because I'm legit. Just that follow up, like that re. That retort that reply that, like, hey, you're not gonna. You're not gonna tell me? No, just that will surprise the person because no one does that. Like, who's this guy, you know, actually trying to get my money? Because they want to give money, dude. Yeah, they do. So anyway, great question, my man. Thank you for asking. All right. Jeremy Ritz.
Yeah.
Just on mute. Yeah.
So everything's going well. I actually started the no alcohol last week. So it's been seven days, and I feel really good. Waking up at 3. 45 was a lot easier than if I had 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 beers.
We had that discussion at 3:40 this morning because like we. No one has one. That's dumb. If you're drink, you're not having a drink. Get out of here. That's insane.
Yeah, so definitely feeling good. The coffee, Coffee's probably harder.
It is.
And then I asked Jerry yesterday, I'm like, this, does Instagram count as porn? But my, my wealth question would be so like, Edmund, I was a high school principal for seven years. I was in education for 18 years. Had like, I was all like teaching, like have my doctorate. 5 degrees.
Stupid.
Looking back at all the money spent, you know, in that arena.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, that's how that works.
Yeah, but so like in the W2 world, you have like your pension, your retirement. And I know we've talked about like building your assets and you know, diversifying through properties and stuff, you know, as a trader at stocks. But I guess as you're like, how do the wealthy look at. I guess we never retire. But what, what does that process look like? How do you build for the future or for future generations or for. Whenever you're 90, 100 years old? I like to still think I'm going to be trading and crushing it. But I guess just how does that change? And how can you plan for that?
Yep, totally. So how do you, yeah, how do you plan for like if you're 90? I think that's kind of like the question is like that generational wealth. Because here's the other truth, gentlemen, guess what happens. Guess what happens in 60 years from now? We're all dead. That's what happens. We're all toast. May maybe Paul makes it because he's a little bit younger, but it's like most of us are game over and that's going to happen to every single person here. Let that sink in for a second. Like that mortality, like we're all going to die and no one's going to remember you. That's the other part. And that's my biggest fear, by the way. So when Brittany Turner tells me that, I'm like, you shut up. Shut your mouth. But it is, this is my biggest fear. Which is fine, like, hey, you gotta have a fear. Let it propel you to answer that question. What are you gonna do with 90? So there's, there's two things, maybe three, let's say three things I would really, really suggest. And Jeremy, I know you know a lot about this, but you're also asking it for other people. But at the same time, you're gonna want to know for you. Once you understand the money game and you understand loans and you understand equity, you're going to be rich forever. Example, gentlemen, Warren Buffett, right? He's worth billions of dollars. He doesn't ever pull out money from his stock. All of his wealth is attributed to Berkshire Hathaway stock. All his other wealth, all his other shares, it's given to a fund, it's given to a foundation. How does he make money then? How does he have a giant yacht? Because he loans against his equity. Gentlemen, you will never pay taxes on a loan. So imagine never paying taxes ever again. You have, let's just make up a number. $10 million in stocks or $10 million in real estate, right? Is it equity like that? So you, you, you, the houses are worth 20 and you owe 10 to the bank. You have $10 million of equity. You can take a loan against that equity to live off of it, to invest it, to do whatever you want to do with it. So talk about hard money loan. Let's say, for example, I take a $10 million line of credit out against my real estate holdings. I don't pay any taxes, any income taxes on that loan. I take that $10 million that I now have in liquid cash and I go lend it to five Jonathan Alonzos and I charge them a 12% interest. Now some of them pay me back, some of them don't. But obviously I don't just write them a check. But anyway, just to make it obvious, if I loan out at 12% and they pay me back, I don't pay any taxes on that income. I don't pay any taxes. So I'm over here just making money on money. That's how the rich get richer. It's a very, very real term. I didn't realize that until I got loaded. It's like people I hang out with, they just get richer. They'd never lose money because they know the game of wealth. And on one level above that is the insurance world. This is, I know Edmund and Jeremy know a lot about this. But with the insurance world, once you're over $10 million of net worth, a lot of your wealth can be tied up into insurance policies. Insurance policies. Insurance companies are the biggest companies in the world that no one ever talks about. If you want a stock that's just going to go up over time, slowly, Progressive Insurance, pgr, All State, all just, they're never going to go down. The hardest company, the hardest job at a, at a insurance company is the accountant. To hide all the profits.
So.
Insurance companies, if you ever really, really, really ever want to go down a random rabbit hole studying Infinite banking, right? Ibc, Infinite Banking concept. Infinite Banking concept, Family Banking concept. It's where you put a lot of your money into an insurance policy. That insurance policy will grow between 4 to 6% per year, guaranteed. That 4 to 6% growth per year is a death benefit to you when you die. It's also non taxable when you transfer it to a child, a trust or any other lineage that you have set up or created. So you can take all the money that built up over time, transfer it to somebody and you can loan against it once you have enough money in there. And gentlemen, do you ever pay taxes on a loan? No, you don't. So if you're 90 and you have $10 million in this insurance policy and you loan against it, well now you're loaning, you have equity you can loan against and you have your life insurance policy you can loan against. And you're not going to be paying income and any income taxes on those. So that money that you now have, that you brought in, you can go spread it out wherever you want to, whatever will perpetually create cash more than you. Because what a lot of 90 plus year olds do is they stick their money into something that pays a guaranteed return of some magnitude. I'll say guaranteed in quotes, dividends. A lot of us forget how cool dividends are and they are not very cool until you have $10 million. Because when you have $10 million, a 4% dividend at $10 million, it's $400,000 a year free, just given to you. You do have to pay taxes on that. But I mean think about that though guys. 10 million at 4% a year. 400,000. You're like sweet. And so you're just kind of chilling. So if you have a hundred million, 100 million. Four percent is $4 million. Could you guys live off of $4 million a year passively? Probably. You probably could figure it out. But that, how crazy is that wealth game now let's just have fun in a billion dollars. A billion. 4% of a billion is 40 million. Look it up. Imagine making. I haven't imagined this yet. I mean like I'm not that. You guys know I'm not worth a billion. I haven't gotten that level yet. It's going to take up probably until I'm 50, but 40 million passively, It's over 3 million a year. A month. 3 million a month. A million a week just deposited into your bank account, Let that seep in for a second. How cool is that, gentlemen? And that's a bill. That's just one Billy. One little Billy. Two billion is 80 million. We can keep going, right? It's. It's silly. If you get to 10 billion, 4% is 400 million. Doesn't make sense. That's 10 billion. And obviously, you know, at a hundred billion, there's only 10 people in the world, but they got it. And if you're making. If you're worth a hundred billion or more, 4% is 4 billion passively. So that's it. So the answer is build up equity. Build up assets into something. Houses, stocks, real estate. Own it for a bit, don't sell it. Have these insurance policies. Everyone in here should have at some point in their life, a whole life policy. I'm not a salesperson, but my wife is. So if you guys want to pay my wife some money so I don't have to buy her another handbag, that'd be great. Get her, get with her if you want a life insurance policy. She's actually very, very, very good with them. She's extremely intelligent. She can explain it to you, the whole process. I'm a 7 out of 10. She's a 10 out of 10 on everything. But also with her insurance, her insurance knowledge, she's very good because she had a husband who had died before, and he died when our son Gabriel was six months old. And so she also broke down yesterday, random side tangent. Two days ago, she just started crying randomly. I was like, what's the matter, baby girl? And she's like, I never heard Gabriel ever say daddy because Jason's starting to say that a lot, you know, because he's two now and he's starting to say. I was just like. I was just like, I'll just hold you for a second, let you cry. Because I don't know how to reply to that. Like, come here, baby. Anyway, it was a really special moment, but she's great at insurance policies. But that being said, I know a lot about that world. Not because of her. I did get introduced to it through a buddy of mine named Stacy. And then when I met Michael Lush and I met some of his buddies, he's associated with Edmund. Like, I just already knew the world until I talked to him about it. I just came more familiar. Yeah. Infinite Banking is real. Nelson Nash is the guy who created the concept is a great. Well, he made it popular. He didn't create it. Sorry. He made it popular. Nelson Nash, if you Ever want to get again a random research rabbit hole on wealth? Nelson Nash, Infinite banking concept. It's real, it's legit, it's really cool. And last but not least, trust. Trust and annuities. Make sure you analyze those two things because you can put money into an annuity right now, not touch it, put some money into it every single month. And the way annuities work is once they mature after 30 years and they just pay you back and then they continue to grow right as they're paying you back. And it's just the way it works. It's also an insurance contract. So annuities fall under the insurance line. So when, when you get licensed with insurance, you can also sell annuities and annuities. The reason insurance. The reason insurance people don't love annuities is because they don't get paid until the back end. They get a little bit of money up front. Once again, hey, I'm all about money. Like, hey, pay your insurance person whatever. But they just don't make a bunch of money on annuity until it matures. And so it's like this long game. So if like you're 60 years old, you're not selling annuities because it's like, what's the point? I think at the end of the day. So. Yeah. Ma', am, does that help? Yeah, all kinds of good stuff out there. Paul said, I got a policy from Svet. Definitely recommend it. Yeah, she. She's good, right? She knows her stuff. She does. She knows her stuff. And congrats, man. Getting, Getting one at 30 is awesome. It's cheap, it's amazing. You're not gonna do anything with it until you're 36, but once you're 36, you'll probably have like a hundred grand that you could pull off of it from and buy. You know, put a down payment on a rental property, put a down payment on a house, all tax free, just pull that money from it, boom. And then you pay yourself back and, you know, whatever. She explained all the things to. All right, great questions. Any questions on that before I pop into something else and then we can have a discussion on it? Cool. So, gentlemen, think about this for a quick second because every Monday we're going to be talking about money and wealth, right? Most people want the feeling that money will give you. We don't actually care about the money. Money. The money itself, the actual, like physical dollar bill is probably irrelevant. What most men especially want is we want the feeling of freedom. We want the ability to have freedom we want the lifestyle. We want to be able to do what we want to do from where. We want to do it in the world, with who. We want to do it all the time. We want to have flexibility. We want to have options, we want to have choices. But it's the feeling, it's that confidence, it's that awareness, it's that swagger that money will give you. And I can promise you all the vast majority of the world's dream life costs $120,000 a year, semi passively or passively, obviously. But passive income is a myth. So you have $10 million, like legit income, right? Like you can again, 4% is legitimate for everyone. But like you put $10,000, like 4%, 40 bucks, you know, you're not living off of $40. So legit, actual solid, passive income is a myth until you're worth 10 million. All right? So beyond that, every man here want, want. We want the feeling that wealth will bring us. That's what we want. We want the feeling. And if we don't have the feeling, no amount of money will give you the feeling. That's the thing. You gotta start learning how to anchor into the feelings now, practicing it now, knowing what the feeling feels like now. And that feeling is freedom. What gives us freedom? The answer is detachment from things that are holding you back. What holds you back? Your emotions, your previous connections to the past. So look at that loop for a second, right? If you want freedom, if you want the feeling of freedom, guess what you're going to have to do? Begin breaking through some of those chains that are literally holding you back. So I know it's early. I will open my eyes to peek. But if any of you guys fall asleep, I will come and hunt you down. We're gonna do a quick meditation. It won't take very long. If you guys have never meditated before, it's okay. I'll guide you. It'll be calm, it'll be easy, it'll be very simple. But go ahead and close your eyes for me. And we're going to start with.
Three.
Or four minutes of relatively deep breathing. So what I want you to do is I want you to breathe in through your nose, just like we practice at 12 o' clock in the afternoon and 6 o' clock in the afternoon. 12:59. 6:59. 6:58. Take deep breath in through your nose. Again. The way you're sitting is just fine. I'm. I don't think anyone here is driving. If you're driving, you should get a Different job. It's really early to be driving. Take a deep breath in through the nose, out through the nose. Now, for me, I'll be talking a little bit, so I'll be breathing both mouth and nose, but I want you to focus on just nasal breathing here. Do your absolute best. Most of you probably won't be stuffy and you won't have science issues. Guess where science issues just come from? From alcohol. Guess what else comes from? From caffeine. Okay. Caffeine and alcohol both will cause you to be stuffy. Most of your noses probably. Right now, most of you are probably wide open. You're able to get so much air because you're not stuffed, you're not congested. So really feel how beautiful that is. Big, big breaths in through the nose, Out through the nose. So we're just focusing on the nose breathing. Huge, huge nose breathing. And what I want you to imagine is I want you to imagine looking down at your feet for just a second. So take your head, turn it down, look at your feet, and in your mind's eye, picture, visualize. You're standing on a beautiful, beautiful bed of grass. Amazing. It feels so great. You can feel under your feet that wet, crisp. It's not cold, it's just that nice, really grounding, like perfect grass. And we all know that perfect grass feels like it's just really, really good. So I want you to take a few steps forward for me on this amazing bed of grass. Your feet are walking. You're on the grass. It feels nice. It feels powerful, it feels springy, it feels free, it feels wealthy, it feels rich. It feels really nice, really nice grass. There's no stickers, there's no briars. There's nothing that's going to hurt your feet. You're just walking really free, really comfortable, at peace, at joy. And as you continue to take a few steps, we're walking, we're walking. In the distance, you hear a sound. And that sound is a very familiar sound. It's a waterfall. I want you to notice a waterfall in front of you. And I want you to imagine this being a magnificent, very, very huge waterfall. Huge waterfall. And as we are going into the waterfall, we're going to walk up to the waterfall. In front of the waterfall is just sand, very nice sand. This sand has been beaten down. This water has beaten down rocks into very, very small pebbles of sand over thousands and thousands of years. And so you're able to walk onto the sand, walk into the water. Now the water starting to come up to your Knees. And it's not cold, it's very nice. It's refreshing water. It's not scary. Just feels good, that feeling of just a really nice water. So you're walking up to your knees, to your stomach, to your chest. And we're going to walk into the water and we're going to walk underneath the waterfall. And as you're walking underneath the waterfall, allow this water to just pour over you, pouring over your head, pouring over your shoulders, Feeling this power, powerful waterfall, this cleansing, freeing, really, really, really powerful. Magnificent, majestic, humongous waterfall. We walk through the waterfall. So now the waterfall is behind us. You can still hear the roar and the water is still only waist deep as we're walking. The water's now down to your knees and back down to your feet. And we're now here on a beautiful sand, enclosed into a small cave, a little cavern. This is a cavern that was made from the waterfalls, like right dripping back through the sand over thousands of years. Just a small little cave. Nothing humongous. Small little cave. I want you to say, standing there on your feet, feeling the sand, feeling how perfect the sand is, feeling how nice and calm and relaxing the sand is. It's really, really great, really great sand. I want you to take a few more breaths here in this cave. And as you take a few more breaths, I want you to see two people join you in this cave. As your eyes are closed, I want you to see your father and your mother. I want both your mom and your dad to join you in this cave. And while your mom and dad are with you in this cave, they're standing in front of you for the first time in a very, very long time. They're standing in front of you and they have something they want to tell. Your father starts and he says, son, I'm really, really sorry. I apologize for causing you so much pain. I'm really sorry for causing you so much anguish. Really sorry for doubting you, for doubting your dreams, for telling you that you weren't good enough, for not even believing in you, for being overbearing and judgmental and angry, and for not loving you, for not showing you that I loved you. I'm really sorry. I want you to feel your father walk up to you, place his arms around you and his heart and your heart meet. You're hugging heart to heart. Your heart and his heart are on top of each other. And you're just holding your dad.
And.
He'S holding you for the first time in a very long time. You're feeling his Love. And you're feeling his forgiveness. He's offering you his forgiveness. And you're receiving it. And just say in your mind, thank you, dad. Thank you for giving me life. Thank you for inspiring me to be a great man. I did so much of what I'm doing now to both make you proud and also to prove you wrong. I did so much in my life to prove you wrong. But thank you for meeting me here, and thank you for offering me your forgiveness. And I accept it fully. Thank you for loving me. And then your dad's gonna do the thing that he always does after he hugs you, which is that weird, like, shoulder pat. We'll say, thank you, dad. And now I want you to look at your. The face of your mother. And your mother in her motherly voice. The one that you remember from a child. The one that you remember from when she was younger, more energetic, nicer. That voice. The one you remember when she woke you up for school at 6 and 7. Son, I'm sorry for being so judgmental. I'm sorry for making you feel like a baby. Sorry for treating you so awfully and never, ever giving you the respect that you deserve. Son, I'm sorry for never telling you how much I truly, truly, truly admire your strength, your power, your tenacity. I'm sorry, son, for making you feel small and for holding you back for so long. I know your dad propelled so much of your energy, your force, your growth, your power, your conviction, your wealth, your money. And I know I held you back because you wanted to be with me. You wanted to make me happy. You wanted to please me and my values, my dreams. I'm sorry for holding you back, son. I want you to soar. I want you to fly. I want you to show the world the brightness of your heart. I want you to show the world that you dance among the stars and that you're the most powerful being that this earth needs. Please be that light. As your mom walks up to you and begins to hug you, she places her heart on your heart and you just embrace in this really, really beautiful hug. And then something magical happens. Your father also comes over, and you finally get to receive a hug from your mother and father at the same time. And they say, thank you, son, for being a warrior, for being the best version of yourself. Thank you. We love you. You mean everything to us. Go shine your light. Go be bright. Go let people know of your greatness. We are not going to hold you back anymore. Now as they both hug you, they slowly, slowly fade away into the distance into the blackness of this cave. And you remember that you're still standing on this sandy beach in this cave behind this waterfall. So we're going to turn around and walk back through the waterfall. And as we walk through the waterfall, imagine this water hitting your shoulders and hitting your head and hitting your hands and just cleansing you from any other pain, anguish, guilt, frustration that you might feel presently towards your mother and towards your father. Just really allow that moment to sink into your heart. Allow that joy to that peace, that prosperity, that happiness to really, really sink in and be there as you walk through the waterfall. Slowly walk out of the waterfall, back onto the beach, back onto the sand. Continue walking a few more steps back onto the grass. Your feet are back on that really nice, green, cushy, springy grass with no stickers, no briers, nothing to hurt your feet. You are safe, you are loved, you are protected. Take a few more steps. Take three deep breaths for me, gentlemen. Through the nose. One out the nose. Other breathe in into the nose. Out through the nose. In through the nose. Slowly open your eyes. We'll do a few shares. Gentlemen, I realize that's emotional for a lot of us, but I want all of us to understand here for a moment that no amount of money, no amount of wealth will give you that peace and that forgiveness. The peace and the forgiveness is an internal journey.
And.
I want you to realize, gentlemen, that is level one of five of healing. Level one. There's a lot of other levels, but the forgiveness of the pain that have been caused on you, either rightfully or unrightfully, either just or unjust. This is an exercise. This is a meditation that you can do on your own whenever you want. And you can put whoever you want to in that cave, whoever you, Whoever you need to just release some anger and pain and frustration from. And you can do this as many times as you want with your mom and with your dad. Because, gentlemen, if you don't have that forgiveness and you don't release yourself, guess what's going to hold you back? That pain. It's going to cause you to not love your woman enough. It's going to cause you to not make enough money because you feel like a little boy, angry, unheard and unloved. And once you can free yourself and be your own man, you can walk in divinity and you can walk in the light that God created you in, That you were made into. Because we were created in God's image. That's an image of greatness, of power, of abundance, of prosperity. You're Serving small does not serve the world. You were born and meant to shine as children do. So let's do a few shares. Know that hit Mike really hard. Mike, tell us a little about that brother.
Yeah.
I never really realized that like, how my stepfather interacted with me truly impacted me because I always saw him as like, you know, a really good provider and like really good father figure. I never really truly knew my biological father. He died when I was, when I was like shortly after born. So like, father fit, father figure wise. I didn't really know what to look for, but he was there. He. He took care of me and my brother and we were living in Okinawa, so like, he was able to like, truly love my mom and like took us out of Okinawa and brought us to the States. But he's, he's kind of a silent type of man. You know, he, you know, prior Green, Green Beret, you know, crusty Sergeant Major Plumlee, kind of like off of the Uber soldiers. That's exactly how he looks. But he, he was a man. A few words and he just, you know, he got things done. But when it came to like sort of like fatherly mentorship or even like expression of love, like, I never really got that.
And.
You know, to kind of see that within the meditation, like, I didn't, I didn't think that would be something, that would be something I feel emotional about because I was like, man, here's this guy that, you know, I, I think so highly of and like, he's great. He's never really like done anything bad. But then I was like, oh, like, has he ever said those things? I was like, no, he has not. So, yeah, it hit me pretty hard there. And then after we came out of the, the meditation, another thing that, like, what you said about like, forgiveness, like, I realized that like a lot of, like some of the things that I'm still having issues with is because I haven't even forgiven myself for some things that I've done. And I was like, wow, I still need a lot of work on myself to be able to get past that alone.
And there it is. Brother, the key word. I got a lot of work to do on myself. A lot of men don't even know that that's a thing we know. We should work, get it done. I was like, yeah, bro, I get it. But not really. I know a very, very wealthy person and you would all know his name if I told you he's a billionaire. And he's single, divorced, three boys. All he can do is drink and Go to bars and hit on women. He's a king. He's got money figured out. He's a king of money. That's it. That's all he has. Sons don't love him. They don't respect him. All he can do is give them money. He's a broken shell of a man, and we're working with him, but he's got a lot of deep grief, and we all have a lot of deep grief. But I love what Mike said, guys. This, like, that's why I'm doing this, is like, this is an internal journey, and we're going to go through a lot of practices of things that I've had to do myself numerous times, by the way. If you think that's the first time I do that meditation, it's not like a. Oh, sweet. Yeah, I could do a meditation, be good forever. It's just like anything else, right? Like anything else. Like you're going to want to do things. Often, my wife likes to say, in prayer, we ask and in meditation, we receive. And so if we really want to receive gifts, if we want to receive healings, if we want to receive this. This love and this care and these forgiveness, if we want to be oppressed from the shackles that are holding you back, these are the type of exercises we got to do. And it's taken pebbles out of your shoe and it's taken the guards off your wall, because here's a tough one for you gentlemen. Sorry for those of you and for those of us, myself included, who are or were a porn abuser, because you don't value or trust your mother at all. You don't value her at all. Zero. So once you realize that and you go, I'm a piece of. Yeah, I'm a dirtbag. I don't respect my mom. Sit into that for a second and realize why you don't respect her. And it might be her fault. She did her best, dude. She did her best, dog. Right? So as you begin to value her and respect her more, imagine how. How that'll change her as well. My wife likes to say, I speak about you the way I need you for me. Meaning imagine speaking to your mother the way you want your mother to be for you. If you start speaking those words on her. And it's not easy. I get it, gentlemen. But most men work hard to get their dad's love. And we try our best to love so that we gain our mother's respect and value. And that's why a lot of people will say, you end up marrying your mother, right? You've all heard that before to some degree. And so it's like, the more we realize that may or may not be true, the more we understand that we can heal that pain, heal that anguish. You will be so powerful, you won't even need the money. Money will be just given to you because you're so free. And the way you walk and the way you hold yourself and the way you open yourself, it's just. Easy. Sounds crazy, but imagine everything being easy. Easy, it'll just come to you because you're so connected to divinity. Because remember, that's the four, right? Boy, prince, king, divine. It's like when you are connected, you have everything you want. That my. My wife and Joe Dispenza different verbiages, kind of. But they both say when you're in the presence of God, that is the speed at which you will get your miracle. So think about that for a second. If you've ever wanted something and then you got it, you know, whatever. A month, a year, two months later, it was the moment that you actually were with divinity. The universe is when you got it. The whole time that you didn't get it. You weren't with the universe. You weren't with divinity. The second you actually were there and you allowed yourself to be in it, it happened for your life, instantaneously. That's what's cool. It's like. Joe Dispenza very frequently talks about how he's manifested physical things from. From nothing. And that's hard to wrap your head around sometimes. But he said he. He has manifested a loaf of bread just fell from heaven. Just fell to the seat. I was like, that's crazy, dude. That's wild. But I've heard random stories about that. When you start going down these weird tracks of weird people that do weird things with spirituality, and they just spend as much time as possible getting to the divine. Now you might go, well, Joe Dispenza, how come you didn't ask for a fucking billion dollars? He did, and he got a lot of it. Our boys loaded, okay? Joe Dispens tickets are like 2,000 bucks a ticket, and they sell out in 20 seconds, 6,000 people, every single time, instantaneously. So he. He mother. He got money figured out. But how cool is that? I mean, it's just an amazing. It's. It's easy for him. So the closer you are to divinity, whatever divinity is to you, and. And it can be aliens. I don't care, right? If you're like, yeah, aliens made Me. Phenomenal. Awesome. So if you're closer to your creator, if you're closer to. To existential intelligence, if you're closer to something more powerful than you, if we're chimpanzees in a zoo and aliens are the people watching us. Phenomenal, right? If you believe in the Matrix, if you believe we're in a simulation, we're being played by someone in a video game, whatever the higher level of intelligence that has passed you is, I can subscribe to all of it. I'm good with whatever in my current thoughts and beliefs right now in this world. It's like, whatever that is, connect to it. And when you connect to it, you will get your upgrade immediately, instantly. All right, so we're gonna go to Trent and then Jeremy, who's being a crybaby. I want to figure out why. So, Trent, let's go to you first. And then we're gonna go to my boy Ritz. How was that for you, brother? Let's spread the positive, baby. Yeah, man.
Man, that's powerful, for sure. I. I kind of got a. Kind of got a different, I don't know, perspective or just the way my upbringing was. I, I'm super blessed. I. I'm only child. My parents are amazing. They've done everything for me for a long time, and that's honestly been a gift and a curse, if I'm being honest. And I think a pretty big part of, kind of why I'm still in the boy prince phase. Just unless I really, really do something really awful or really crazy, my parents are, Are gonna have my back. And they've. They've. They've helped me a lot over the years. Not all the way proud of that, but also really blessed and grateful for that. It's been a common theme here recently. Just doing some therapy stuff and, you know, some. My. Both of my grandparents passed last year. Those were, those are my mom's parents, and we were all super close, so just dealing with that's been pretty tough. But, you know, honestly, man, I'm. I always kind of feel guilty hearing some of these things, you know, Like, I, I, I got nothing but love for my parents, so I'm. I'm, you know, grateful for that. So it kind of hits a little different. And like I said, it's a gift and a curse for sure, but definitely more of a gift than a curse, so. And it's really just. It's on me to. It's on me for sure to take ownership and, you know, just, Just that whole upgrade and leveling up and, you know, I guess making, making them proud and I know they're proud of me. You know, I, I got a, I got a great life. I'm not, I'm not mad about much of anything I could, you know, there's a lot of things I want more of and, you know, I'm just, I'm in a good spot, honestly. And it was cool, it was cool. Just visualizing that and excuse the, excuse the babiness, but the, the boyness, I guess. But it's, it's, it hits hard, man. That definitely hit hard. It's just, it's been a, you know, continual evolution and a continual growth thing that I'm, I'm really feeling like I'm stepping into here lately in a, in a different way. Just this challenge, the 48 hours it's been, has been super liberating and just a lot to look forward to and just the way that things have kind of been progressing here lately with a lot of stuff I've been working on and, you know, new opportunities in my life and some stuff like that, I'm just, I'm, I'm grateful, man. I'm, I am, I'm, I'm blessed. And like, that's something I, I'm, I'm thankful for. I'm thankful for this group. I'm thankful to be able to share this stuff, you know. And you know, I, I, I see it as just that next step. And you know, that that safety net of them being there is not always going to be there, obviously. So, um, it's definitely, you know, time to, time to level up.
Precisely. And for you, Trent, when you're there, you can have that meditation again tomorrow or Wednesday or Thursday. And I, I would highly encourage it. It's only 10, 15 minutes. And then have them say something else. Yeah, have them say something. For example, of we've protected you and guided you and held you for so long because you mentioned being a boy, right? So you're meaning you're still being held by your mother and father. They're still holding you in their bosom like you're a 4 year old. And they're loving on you and you, and you love that. And they, and you should.
Yeah, you should.
But now they get to say, trent, leave. Go be your own man. Go be an absolute warrior in the world for light, for positivity, for joy, for happiness. Leave us. We're sorry we held you back.
Yep.
Yeah. And just change the words. Hear what you need to hear in that world. Because number one, congrats man. I'm so happy that you have that positive relationship. And I do as well, actually, truthfully. And. And it's just we can always find things like, what do we need from our parents? Because every single person here has a parent. Right. Mom and a dad. And it's just like, physically and biologically, we. We are attached to them in so many ways.
So.
I love that, brother. Thanks for sharing. All right. Oh, oh, and one last thing, man. Yeah? Cry. I cry all the time. It's great. It's great.
Hey, my guy Jimmy D. Says if you don't full day is spending time and thought, laughing and being moved to tears. I'll live by that.
Yeah.
Good or bad? Good or bad.
Yep. So no need to apologize, man. It's all beautiful. Yes, sir. My boy Ritz.
Yes. Just the emotions were very overwhelming with it. And I had this moment at the end where I kind of looked at this differently, and it was. If the roles were reversed and I'm the father in that picture, hopefully. What I'm saying to my two sons and my daughter is not. I'm sorry, like, I'm saying the opposite. Like, everything positive. I did everything for you. I poured into you. I want to be the opposite. And not that my parents are pieces of, because they're not. They weren't perfect, but, like, this ultimate moment to say I can change the narrative and how my kids look at me versus how I look at my parents.
Huge.
Yeah, that's huge. Massive. That's a. That's a beautiful shift, dude. Yeah, beautiful shift. I haven't thought about that yet. That hasn't. That hasn't hit me yet. Haven't been a dad long enough. My boy Jeremy over there was a VIP dad. But, yeah, I think that's. It's very, very thoughtful and powerful and a beautiful point, gentlemen. And that's the thing, right? Like, we're talking about receiving, like, what a gift for Jeremy, because now that's something that he may not have ever thought of before, potentially. And so now that it's in his conscious, now that it's available and it's in the subconscious and now it's available in both, how is that going to lead him through. Through decisions, right? How's that going to lead him through his children? Like, when he's. When he's making an action, whatever that is, and if it's an action he's not proud of or an action he doesn't want to make, he gets to say, would my kids be disappointed if they saw me do this?
And to. To tie into that. Drinking alcohol and jerking off, watching porn, it's not helping my kids.
But again, gentlemen's like, how valuable for us. You know how valuable. Like, we get to. We get to. We get to shift. That's what this is about. If you. If you thought I brought you in here not to rip out the greatness inside of you, you're mistaken. Because I'm going to pull it out. I will put on the battlefield, I'll put you on my back, and I will carry you into the light. We are going deep. We're going together, and we have. We have plenty of time left. So I'm gonna call another person. Let's go with my boy, Matt. How was that for you, brother? Pretty.
Pretty intense. I know I said that I want to leave their baggage behind. And visualizing my mom and dad, it's pretty hard. My dad passed away a few years ago, Impacted me in a way that changed my life in a different direction. And at the same time, it's allowed me to walk through some deep. My mom is, like, bipolar, and it was really difficult as a kid because as much as she wants to love me, just really wasn't there. My dad was not always around because she was so crazy. And this weekend, I. I was over in Arizona with her. And it was. It was the first time in my life that I could sit there as my own, as myself. For so long, I've been.
Wow.
Trying to follow her, trying to come at her and to. To just have the love that. That I've been searching for. And I realized in the last, I don't know, six months that I'll probably never see that. And I mean, like. I mean, I. I want to be focused on myself and pouring. Pouring love into myself because, I mean, I just. I don't know. I don't think I've really ever loved myself to the death that I. That I. That. That I want. And. But at the same time, I can shift it to the point where having my parents hug me together is so powerful. And knowing that I know she has her flaws and she'll never be able to love me the way she. I know she wants to, just can't. Is that I have them and I always will. And it's. It's my time to step out and. And. And. And leave. Leave the baggage behind.
Yeah, leave it behind. But, like, unwrap it, unfold it, make sure there's nothing in there. Kiss it, Let it. Let it. Let it breathe. And eventually there won't be. There won't be baggage because that. That's ultimately where we're going. Ultimately, it'll be team with. With these. Some of these exercises. There's. There's. It's. It's just. If you turn around, like. I love the word baggage because in my brain is a physical thing. Like, I look and I see, like, suitcases. That's what baggage means to me. Like, suitcases, like just, you know, right there. And. And over time, we can turn around and you'll just see a different color of light. Light. Right. It'll be less material. It'll be less heavy. It might be. It might be a little bit of a darker color of light, but it won't be as. As tough or as difficult. I'll. Let's do a quick example. We got five minutes left. Hold out both hands like this. Nothing crazy, nothing weird. Super simple. All right, so hold out your hands. It can be in front of you. Doesn't matter. Just. Just be able to see the palms of your hands. And in your right hand, I want you to picture something. I want you to picture all the anger, all the greed, all the fear, all the pain, all the frustration. All the things have been mad, terrible, negative, awful, crappy, depression in your life, all the overcoming everything. Imagine it's in your right hand, and if you have to assign a color to it. Admin. What color is it?
Red.
Yep. All right. So, Paul, is it hard or is it soft?
Soft.
Is it big or is it small?
It's pretty big.
Is it heavy or is it light? It's heavy. Yeah. So now, left hand. Imagine your birth, your favorite person on earth, your favorite meal, your favorite sports movie, the happiness, the love, the joy, bliss, God, the universe, your mother, your father, your wife, your. But your babies, the firstborn son, your firstborn daughter. Imagine that joy and that love and that peace and that fulfillment in your left hand. John Alonzo, how's that in your left hand? What color is it? It's purple. Beautiful. Nice. All right, Matt, is it soft or is it hard?
It's soft.
Is it heavy, Matt? Or is it light?
It's light.
All right, gentlemen, take these two together. Bring them together. Just do one of these things. And what you will feel almost without question is if you open up your hands again and you look at. These colors don't really exist except to us. They're not really there. They'll kind of just like slowly dissipate because that light will always overpower the darkness. The light energy will always help. And remember, if you ever want to do this Exercise. The right hand side is your masculine and the left is your feminine. You always want to carry the heavy weight in the right. That's why all of us love a beautiful goddess in our life. Because the woman in our life, right, she is the carrier of light. We are the protector. And once you can merge those two together and you just understand where we're at and how the world works and how everything shifts and we have a beautiful, just radiant goddess in our life. And all she wants to do is love on us. She will heal our our darkness. And she does not fear it, but we will protect her as well. And we all know that. That's our role. So gentlemen, thanks for completing 48 hours with me. We got our two breath work sessions today, right? 1250, 1259 and 658 bear crawls. Whenever you guys get the chance, shoes off, shirts off me. Calvin and Jeremy will have to be doing them and probably maybe Edmund will be doing them later today. So it won't be like midday, but it'll probably be later in the afternoon. Again, doesn't have to be a lot. Raise your hand if your shoulders are sore. So if your shoulders are sore, you're doing it correct. You're going to get jacked up here. Mike's not sore because he's a freaking monster. This family. I just love that dude. That was such a cool video. Thank you for sharing that, man. That was so awesome. So awesome. Joan, I do love you immensely. And for the rest of the week, if anything comes up, if you want to celebrate a win over, hey, I didn't look at porn. Hey, I didn't drink alcohol at this party. Hey. Hey, I got a job. Hey, I got a promotion. Hey, I just made a bunch of money on something. Celebrate your wins here. Because men don't celebrate ever. We just shove that stuff down inside of us. Celebrate. There's no bragging. Brag as much as you possibly can. This group. I dare you. Right? I dare you. I just made $1 million. We're going to celebrate the crap out of you because you're going to. You're going to buy us all steak, right? You're going to ship it to our house. If you make someone makes a million dollars, the next one you're all buying a steak. I'm sorry. I love all of you. Thank you for being in my life. We'll be back Saturday morning. But until between now and then, breathe, crawl. Drink no alcohol. Drink no caffeine. No mind altering substances. Continue with your water, continue with your protein. Eating less 1,800 calories a day. Get in your workouts. Breathe, eat less. Be amazing. I love you guys so much. I'll see you Saturday.
