Divine King May 20th, 2024 Class 3: DARK MASCULINE

Jerremy Newsome and Chuck Hogan lead a class on integrating the dark masculine psyche. They map three archetypes of darkness: rage, sexual conquest, and validation-seeking. Participants practice Breath of Fire breathwork to access and heal this energy, with homework to identify their dominant darkness and apologize where needed.

Started. Let's really come into the zone because today we're going to talk about some really interesting and potentially some unique aspects towards masculinity. Very excited to see what my man Chuck has a brings to the table to give you, each and every one of you, just an insight into how this world works. But what we're discussing today is we're going to be discussing the dark masculine psyche. And this is going to be, for a lot of us, the part that needs the most healing. This is the part that will need the most healing. So last week, just as a reminder, we talked about low masculine. That judgment, that picking apart people, that escaping that just feeling just, you know, dark masculine isn't picking a party one. This is slitting throats. This is anger. This is rage. This is what a lot of you gentlemen work on suppressing with alcohol. This is what you suppress with weed. This is the thing that you are most terrified of. Truly, truly tapping into now, the dark masculine psyche, to be clear, and we're going to continue to go through this, but it's very, very powerful. It's extremely powerful, extremely focused, and it's extremely needed as well. We have to have this energy. We need this energy in our lives, but we also need to heal it. A quick story. I know you've all heard the story, but maybe this time you'll hear it differently. There's a young boy chatting with his father. And his father says, son, within every man, there are two wolves. You have the dark, angry wolf. You have the light, happy, joyful, peaceful wolf. And the dark wolf will kill, will pillage, will conquer, will murder to get everything that it wants. And the light wolf is the one that provides protection, provides love, provides happiness, provides peace and prosperity, and protects the family. But, son, what's important to know is every man has both wolves inside of him. And someone's going to win. Someone will win the battle. And the young boy asks his father, which wolf wins? And the dad says, whichever wolf you feed the most. Now, what's interesting about that story is for me, for the very first time, like about a year ago, I heard the word the most. Which if you do something the most, that still means that there's something that you also do. Meaning both wolves need to be fed. Right, Greg? Both wolves need to be fed. Not just the light wolf. Obviously, we always want to feed the light wolf. Obviously, that's the most caring and loving and kind and protective and enjoyable energy and wolf to be around. But got to feed the dark wolf, too. Got the dark wolf out the cage. You have to be aware of that energy inside of you.
Because.
Most men, the majority of humanity, are doing one of two things. They're feeding neither wolf so that they are low masculine. They're escaping. They're never stepping up into the world and shining. And they're never ripping off heads either. They're not really doing anything. They are existing. Hey, you're alive and you're breathing air. Congratulations, that's awesome. That's what they're doing. That's what most men do. And I think you would all agree that there's been a point in time in your life where you just existed, right? You weren't pulled by a purpose with the light wolf. You weren't actively going after something, pursuing something filled up, ready, amazing, loving, kind, purposeful, or angry and powerful and convicted and getting energy, work, focused, where you are still able to accomplish something. It just might not be exactly what's best for everyone else. You're still accomplishing something. The energy of the dark masculine is one that most men will avoid. But the people that do end up tapping into becomes very scary because the dark masculine is all powerful. You guys have all seen Star wars and that's. This is what Star wars is. The light and the dark. And you all know Darth Vader started light, and once he started going into the darkness, it got all consuming because the darkness is a very, very real energy and it's extremely powerful. And it allows every man here to do anything you want at any time. Even if you don't think you can do it, or you don't want to do it, or you have no energy or effort or conviction to do it. It's because you never tapped into your darkness. But guess what happens, Greg, when you start tapping in to that dark wolf, to that lion, to that bear? You can do anything. The human body is very, very capable. And then what happens when you do anything? How do you feel when you do something you've never done before and you actually accomplish something that you've potentially never accomplished or thought you could accomplish? How do you feel? Amazing. Victorious. Accomplished. You feel really, really wonderful. But gentlemen, feel. And when you start linking that feeling of accomplishment to only being in your darkness, guess what happens? Most men will stay there and they have a really, really hard time escaping that vortex. And then when they're in that darkness, they start pillaging the world and not protecting it, and they have a hard time rising. So very often for men, you do need some level of guidance and some level of assistance to continue to go down into the darkness so that you can heal that energy. You can heal that void. You can really know what that energy is, know what it's about. Be in it, stay in it, understand it, love on it. Let that dark wolf out the cage every now and then. Every now and then so that he's not angry and not hateful and not vengeful. I've actually spoken for those of you who have some significant others. I have reached out to some of them. Not all of them, but some of them. And I've heard the word anger a lot because now you're not able to smoke weed and I able to get a little bit of a buzz, right? You can't release the testosterone, so, like, some anger starting to bubble. Good.
Feel it.
It's okay. But don't take it out on anyone else. That's not what a king does. The king knows the darkness. He knows what it is and uses it for himself. He does not use it on other people. When you're angry, gentlemen, when you're feeling really mad and vicious, good. Go handle it yourself. That's what a king does. So let's talk more about the dark masculine psyche so that the dark masculine is going to portray itself in some.
Way.
It's going to be presenting itself in some type of metaphor. And these are all kind of metaphors in a way, and these can be very similar. They can. So I'll tell you all a story that Ramey and Derek could probably agree with and. And confirm. But for a decent chunk of my life, mid-20s, my favorite thing to do was get really drunk and fight. Everybody loved it. Super fun, because that was my way of doing what? Healing or releasing my insane warrior, my rage monster. By the way, gentlemen, you all have parts of this to some degree. Some might be more than others, but all of you, all of us, have these different elements of your darkness inside of you. This is the course. By the way, when my wife goes through this with women, it's so fun. It's so fun because women are like, not me.
No, I'm nice.
And my wife's like, nope, you're a. And you use your sex to have. Get what you want. Trying to take everything from men, and you're just using your body. And they're like, oh, she's right. But gentlemen, a lot of you are doing the same thing or have done the same thing or want to do the same thing. And again, it's okay. No judgment. Just what it is. These three are very, very prevalent with men. This is anger. This is just Going to go on a conquest, right? Some of you have probably felt that more than others. Where you're like, I would like to just have sex with as many women as possible. That'd be great. Because then I will feel accomplished, I will feel victorious, I will feel needed, I will feel like I've done something. Now, are there ways to heal that? Of course. But you have to know that you are it. You have to know where you are in that spectrum. Because for me, I started here, then went to here. And after you start healing these with generally, generally some level of martial art, some level of body control and anger control, you start tapping into ego and you start tapping into realizing there's different levels. As Chuck will tell you, when you're going against a white belt versus a black belt, that's a different level. And you come in contact really quickly with someone who knows what they're doing versus they don't know what they're doing. And you lose. Here's the best part about martial arts and why it's so important. Because when you lose, guess whose fault is yours? Who can you blame it on? The ends when you get tapped out with an Ezekiel choke. Can't blame your wife, can't blame your boss.
You can't lean on no one.
It's your fault. You're just not good enough. It's the best. Oh, I love it. My favorite thing is getting tapped out by 140 pound brown belt. That's a girl. Just arm bars the out of me. Just bang, right? That's my favorite because I'm like, wow. I, oh my goodness. 140 pound woman just taps me out. This is so good because it crushes your ego for a second because you can be a rage monster and it doesn't matter. All of your rage isn't enough. Your rage is not enough. And so what does that, what does that do? It starts to heal it a little bit because you are, you're finding a way to express it. Chuck, talk to me about how that transforms into martial arts since you are a specialist in that world.
You know, it's the humility when you start to understand that your presence and that your interpretation in the moment. Because on any given day someone is going to be better than you. And the martial arts is really about the arts. The martial part is exactly what Jeremy's talking about and that is the release of energy. Your chi is what actually gives you power and strength. It's what creates centeredness in your body. There are techniques around this, but the very basis of Martial arts is breathing. And to Jeremy's point, when you hear martial artists who are really committed, someone who's doing a board break, they don't go. They concentrate, they focus, they channel their qi energy and they release their energy. They let it go all in one moment. You have the ability of channeling your energy. It takes three things. One, presence, two, discipline and three, the commitment to let go. Martial arts isn't what you hold back, it's what you let flow through you, in you, with you and out of you. It is not about who's the loudest, it's not about who is the strongest. Because To Jeremy's point, 140 pound woman can take you out. Energy doesn't have any bounds other than what you believe yourself to be and what you're willing to commit to pushing yourself beyond what's comfortable. You do not walk out of the womb throwing a perfect roundhouse kick. And by the way, there's no such thing as a perfect roundhouse kick. The kick that is the best at the moment is the one that connects and does what it's supposed to do. Have you ever met anyone in martial arts that all they do is forms? They've never sparred, they never had contact, they never had engagement with someone else's opposing energy. I love sparring. One of my favorite things, and Cole knows this. I loved, you know, the forms were pretty, that was great. I love all the, the technique. I loved watching my kids spar to see how their reaction time, how they led, how they showed up, their presence, their energy. It got to a point where Cole, at 10 years old and he's a first degree black belt, was taking on third and fourth degree black belts. And I would see him make head contact with people.
Why?
Because the warrior in him had zero fear. There was a ton of commitment, there was a ton of direction, there was a ton of intent. And it was to actually make contact, not to back away. The wolf that you feed is where you're going to find your presence in your soul. Some people are going to say the dark side is your primordial being. It's who you are at your freaking core. It is what makes you a freaking man. You need the dark gentleman. Anyone who meets me, who meets Jeremy, can we all agree Jeremy is a loving, kind of humble soul. But do you also feel in him that there's this switch and you let go? This guy has self confidence. This guy knows who he is. And none of us is done cooking. Let me be very clear. Life progression is exactly that, that we're learning on a consistent basis because if you're not growing, you're dying. Dying. Some of you may have been afraid of this dark energy within yourself at times when you're like, go ahead. She said this. I felt like this. The measure of a man is understanding that someone else's definition of you is not the truth. You know who you are. You need to trust yourself. Someone may have an opinion in the moment based on a set of circumstances that weren't even yours to decide. Your gift and the honor that you have as a man, especially in your dark, masculine psyche, is to be able to be so stoic in that energy. And you never, ever, ever use it to harm another human being. You can use it to protect other human beings. You can use it to go ahead and facilitate owning yourself and understanding that you're not freaking broken. This is why Jeremy has had you on a path of physical fitness, engaging yourself, pushing beyond what's comfortable, because most of us have quelled the dark and we don't tap into it. You want to live to be 120. Workout every single day cardiovascularly, aerobically, and with some form of muscle resistance as far as weight training is concerned. And what you will do is allow your body to bleed off because your masculine energy requires engagement. When you don't, you're suppressing yourself. You're feeding the wolf. That will not serve you. This energy doesn't go away. It does not go away. But if you suppress, will age you faster than anything you can possibly imagine.
That's nice. That's good. Very beautiful insight. Heck, yes. I'm pumped. Shoot.
Does this make sense, gentlemen? How many of you feeling something right now, like you don't know even what it is? It might be a little uneasy. How many of you? Yeah, there's like a little charge, isn't there?
I want to, like, I want to stand up, damp doing, breathe deep.
Own this part of you. This is a part that most men, and let's be very clear, Jeremy gave us this on day one. 98% of men. There's only 2% of kings out there in all the world. What are women looking for? They're not looking for little boys. They're not. They'll settle for a prince, but boy, they're praying that they're on their way to king. They're looking for a sovereign. And it doesn't mean that we're not all going to make mistakes.
Right?
The wolf you feed is a choice, right?
Yes. Yes.
Not a sentence, not an objection. Not an oh, I just Want to be a nice, kind, loving soul. You can be a warrior of love. You can be a warrior of understanding, compassion, intelligence. You can be a warrior that steps up. But I don't know of any human being. And, Jeremy, I'll ask you this, brother. How many people that you know are looking for mediocrity in their life?
You know, that's a great question, because I don't think anyone's looking for it, but many people accept it.
Thank you.
Y. I think you're absolutely right.
So when we feel incongruent, Right. It's not because you want to be this way. You've settled for this. And the dark in you can't stand it. In fact, abhorrent. Why do you think women look for the bad boy?
Tell us why.
Because they want some inner. They. It comes under that auspices because a king knows how to own the masculine. But when feminine energy in that frequency picks up, oh, this is a bad boy. And they don't give a. They're like a honey badger.
They're going, wow.
And you know what's interesting about that? They actually feel more safe with a bad boy because they know they're not going to take any.
Yep.
Than someone that is financially safe, social safe. So I'm not telling you to, you know, roll around in the mud and then go out on a date. What I am telling you is tap into that. Yeah. Jeremy's like, oh, what's so bad with that?
Nothing.
What I will say is this. Be your true, authentic self.
Because the minute.
The minute that you judge the dark in you, you lose all access to the energy, the spirit, the nature that makes you a man.
Wow.
You don't have access to it anymore. It's gone.
Wow.
Chuck, quick question, please. So when we talked last Saturday, right? And you and I, the one on one, right. So I don't know who else feels that way, but I feel so proud that I stopped drinking. Right. But I also. I put in the work. And I know I'm a hardcore runner. Like, Jeremy knows that. I biked 150 miles last week, and I ran 25. I feel so accomplished because the biggest pain I had is, like, I'm not doing what I supposed to do. All the things you're saying, martial arts, working out, it provides me so much clarity. I wrote down this whole book on things I want to accomplish. And thanks to you, Jeremy, like also Greg, right? The trading, the. Where I want to be in my job and all these things. But the clarity I get through just running is my meditation in A way of. You breathe so much oxygen when you run for like 90 minutes. And especially the prince, the sprints when you come back, I can't stop talking. My wife's like, how much caffeine did you take? Like, actually, zero. But I'm so pumped that I can, you know, my brain works instead of sitting at home in my. In my home office. So I'm so glad we're, you know, in this group back on exercising. But also, I'm so much more calm, Jeremy. You probably know that firsthand. I'm so much more calm. I haven't had any rage in the last two weeks or any upsetting situation.
If that makes sense.
And you won't. And you won't because. Yes. And you have developed a standard operating procedure that allows you to exercise self care. See? Take this on, gentlemen, for a moment. In these exercises that Jeremy has propagated and curated to make sure that you're engaging to the masculine. You are literally creating an environment of self care where the focus is on being your best. You're engaging your physiology. All your memories, all your emotions, all pain is stored within your cellular structures. When you exercise, you literally are tapping in to the. Your endocrine system, your mitochondria. You are producing energy. There is nothing primordial to the masculine than creation. Creating influence, creating space, creating time, creating freedom, creating connection. And it's not to overthrow, it's to achieve. It's to grow and expand. True freedom is honoring yourself on all levels. Not the parts that you just love about yourself. It's about the parts that you actually find a little objectionable. How many of you found that you've dropped a few lbs since you started in just the last 2 weeks?
Drop some pounds. I dropped some pounds. Yeah.
There you go, baby. How many of you found that you're sleeping better?
Oh, my gosh. Sleeping so good.
How many of you found that your energy level is going up and that you're actually thinking clearer?
Huh?
Wait. By shifting our energy, by shifting our focus, by allowing ourselves to tap in. I'm so grateful that Jeremy took us here today because this is the secret sauce to the advancement for all of us as men to be able to elevate and own ourselves.
Mm, that's right.
And I could go on, but I'm gonna.
No, we're good. You're good. We have so much time. We have so much time because. Because that's. That's the truth. Showing like you, you got to own it. And Kurt, when you and I chat on the phone for the first time, right? You're like, this is. This is the part that I want to. I really want to tap into. Is that. That true masculine energy, right? Really, really knowing and being in it. Because there's the polarities. And. And again, as a reminder, these parts are needed and safe and existing in you, right? All of these parts, they exist in you. And you have to find very useful, amazing ways to heal them by interacting with them. Like Chuck said, we have to. So for those of you who are in a relationship, do you think your woman wants this? She does. Trust me, she does. They're like, oh, not my. Not my Sally. She's a cute, quiet girl, okay? You keep telling yourself that.
She.
She wants you to be a sexual Viking. She needs to see that part of you. That's why Chuck, when he said, like, women love the bad guys because there should a little. Their nervous system's a little like, I don't know what to expect. I don't know what he's gonna do. They like that excitement. They like that spiciness.
Yes.
So for those of you, you know, who we've been in a relationship for a while. What does that look like for you? We're gonna talk about that as we progress. Trust me, if I didn't have a whole class dedicated to sex in the King's course, that'd be a waste of time. I would. I would do you disservice. So that's coming. Don't worry. And for those of you who are not in relationship, it gives you the ability to think about what attributes could you have as you're in a beautiful, fulfilling, gorgeous, amazing relationship with an incredible woman. So these three com. These three components, again, they're inside all of us, and we need to be there. And then what they end up doing is they do end up transforming also into aspects of this.
Yes.
Right. Where the unhealed, needy little boy who wants constant reassurance from the outside. A lot of you portray this one, and it's okay. It's okay. It just simply means that you haven't proven to yourself yet. So you're always seeking validation and approvals from others. And those others can be your dad, they can be your friend, they can be your boss, they can be your wife. They can be all kinds of people. But you're always seeking validation from someone because you really, truly don't actually fully know what you're capable of and what you can do. Like, what you can do. And.
Jeremy, it's so important to understand this, guys. Validation is not the Same as appreciation. Amen. Two entirely different things.
Such a good point. Yes.
Validation is for your ego. Appreciation is for connection. Amen.
Amen. How many times have we been. This one right here. Many times. We found, like, we just have so much anger. And Razor is like, dude, I just want to rip the. Rip the cabinets off now. If you're like, I've never felt that way. Like, what are you talking about? I'm just a loving, gentle sunshine flower. Well, you and your small dick. Like, why. Why are you not angry then, dude? Oh, because I got kids. What? Like, you could. You can't. You don't want to, like, get a battle ax and literally go murder half the town. Like, what's wrong with you? You need to have that part in you gentlemen. Right? Like, that's. It's good. I'm telling you, that is needed. You do not want to suppress these pieces of your darkness. That's what I'm getting at. Now, obviously, you're not going to actually get to battle Axe and go do anything, because that's. Those are the people that live in their darkness, and they never find light until there's so much time to sit with themselves. AKA that's why people think that prison and solitary confinement work. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. Usually they don't because they don't go through any of this. They don't know the why behind what they did or the why behind how they felt. Derek, tell me about that for just a little bit. We have plenty of time. Because said I was there twice last week. That destructive wild man wants to tear down the whole city. Because I get it, right? Emotions are coming up, right? We're not able to suppress. So this part in the course, three weeks in, this is about the time that you should start feeling these weird anger cycles that you're like, how do I. How do I breathe through this? What do I do? We're going to give you some exercises. Just a moment. Don't worry. And they're not physical either, Right. Even though I want them to be. I understand that you both are. All of us here need. Need numerous ways to handle this energy. I'm going to give you a really great one. But. Yeah. Derek, let's hear. Tell us your story.
Okay. Well, essentially, it was all because of my job. I put a lot of time and effort into my work, and I'm really passionate about it. So I get fr. Or usually I don't get frustrated because back when I was, you know, I would get frustrated at something that happened at Work instead of, you know, doing a whole lot about it, I would, you know, smoke some weed and be like, I, that, you know, whatever. Didn't really deal with the problems because in a way I felt like I just work here, it's not my problem. But that's not, that wasn't getting us anywhere. So last week, you know, since I had quit smoking, just things were unorganized, not going my way. And since I'm passionate about my job, I'd like for them to go my way. And instead of just coping with it, smoking some weed and I'll that problem, I got angry about the problem. And nobody where I work is willing or wanting to get up, help solve the problem. And that makes me even angrier. I could have fought everybody and I could, I, I even, I could have kicked over all the desk. I was in there. I was asked. I cussed everybody out and left on Friday and told them whenever they figure out how to run a company, call me back, I'll come help them out. And then after speaking with Chuck on Sunday, I realized that my time with this company is up. I gave him a phone call and told him I gave him a two weeks, even though I, I actually, I have another. A good, pretty good job lined up to start in my two weeks. That supposed to be less stressful, less work and the same. And more money. But if I would have just kept on that path of not dealing with it, not tapping into that, I guess the dark masculine of just finally saying it, enough is enough, then I wouldn't have made that change. I would have just kept putting up with the true. Yeah, settling. I guess I would have been settling exactly, exactly. For the mediocrity. And I'm. I don't want the mediocrity. I don't want it anywhere near me.
Not any longer. You wanted it for a long time. You've been in it for a long time.
Well, I didn't want it. I just settled for it. Right. Yeah. I thought I wanted it because it was easy.
Yes, yes, yes, yes. Stephen, my man.
Hey, thanks for sharing, guys. And especially Derek, I, I got a question that's, you know, relates to me and, and your situation too. So what is it that keeps us in that situation?
Right.
I'm.
I have a few thoughts of what's keeping me there, but when we get in that state of all right, why am I helping? So a phrase that's been going through my head a lot is why am I working with a bunch of effing clowns?
Right?
Because that's all. That's all I can say to calm me down. Same thing, Derek. Same. Same frustration. Same like I. I care about this. I'm trying to do. Do something bigger. But what keeps us there?
I feel like the main thing that kept me, I don't. I don't know about your situation, but me particularly was the comfort, I guess, because even though there's aggravation and frustration that comes with, there's also a lot of comfort that comes along with that. Because when you're around a group of people who get comfortable where they're at, but you're not comfortable where you're at, and you want to keep going, but everybody else around you, I guess it goes back to your surroundings, you know, be around who you want to be like. And nobody I work with has as much ambition as me. They're all fine with the mediocrity of misordering parts for my job or mischeduling things and just saying whatever, you know, or not doing the job correctly and having customers mad and then not wanting to deal with that mad customer later, putting it off on somebody else. And that's. That's the issues that I was having. I don't work that way. I don't process things that way. But instead of talking with my co workers or people in the field of work with me, I would just put it off and just be comfortable with them. So I think that's the main thing that kept me there, was the comfort. I wasn't stepping outside of my comfort zone because it's hard to go into another line of work. Especially I'm in. I'm in H vac, so it's really hard all the time. And then to start a new job in the middle of summer when things are crazy with another company, that's not a very comfortable feeling. So I was not wanting to step outside of my comfort zone and grow like I should.
Awesome. Yeah, there's a lot of it. So, you know, in the chapter we have identity, fear of change, purity. Those are all true. But really. And again, this is for me. So this, this probably is gonna be for you also, Stephen. But it's the identity of being a good boy and being a people pleaser. And if you actually say what you want to say, you're gonna hurt people's feelings and they're not gonna like you. And that, gentlemen, is the reason you don't do anything.
I heard everybody's feelings last week.
Listen, when you speak your truth, some things are going to get broken. It's important for you to understand that when you are being congruent with who you are and you actually speak your truth, people are going to react. I spoke my truth. I was given an ultimatum. Either quit the company you created or we're kicking you out. And I said, you know what? That's your choice. Because your proposition, your model of what you believe my world is supposed to be is not up to you. I am the king in my universe. I decide where I'm putting my time, energy and intention. And that's all right because you might end up getting sued, you might have. Getting kicked out, you might. And I go, is it worth it? I said the. The best freaking thing that ever happened to me. And guess who manifested it?
Me.
Because the light side of Chuck Hogan would have pleased and said, not a problem. I understand. Thank you. I apologize for any inconvenience. The dark side of Chuck Hogan said, let me salute you with double barrels and thank you for allowing me to have my freedom.
Nice.
Doesn't mean in a moment you're not going to. The brain wants to justify your action. I had never felt so free in my entire life. So honor yourself. So, like Stephen, your brilliance or intelligent. But your identity as a physician, your identity as a board director has these modalities that other people have put into place because that's the standard. They're not growing at the same rate you are. They can't keep up with you. So you're like going, what the frick? This doesn't make any sense. That's because you're evolving. And here's the deal with Dark Own. The fact that you're going to make the progress that you're making, be the leader that you are, and it will set the example for others because you are the company you keep. If they can't keep up with you, not your fault. It doesn't mean that you stop your journey, that you stop your run. It means that you collaborate and lift everyone. That's what a king does. A king doesn't go, sorry, you're gone.
What a king does.
He goes, you know what? Catch up with us. We're going to set the pace for you. We're going to scout ahead. We're going to make sure that the road is clear. We're going to make sure that along the way that you have a system of support. That's what a king does. A prince leaves a trail of dead bodies behind him because he'll run over everybody. It's all about the progress. A boy is waiting for you to pick him up and carry him. They're living in opium. Terrible drug. Worse than sugar. They're hoping. They're hoping someone's going to give them a break. They're hoping that someone's going to give them an opportunity. Because why? They deserve it. You don't deserve. You deserve what you're willing to tolerate. And if you're driven, that dark side of you is going to compel you. That's the animal in you. That's the part that rises up and goes, I'm a fucking dragon. Screw being a lion. I'm so tired of this bullshit. Are you a lamb or are you a lion? No. What do lions do? Lions sleep most of the day. They let the women go out and hunt, and then they eat and fornicate. That sounds like an interesting lifestyle. But to me that just sounds like you're being a grade A pussy. Be a dragon. Be a dragon. Full of knowledge, wisdom, understanding, clarity. You grant wishes to people. You have infinite possibility. You can live in the sky. You can swim in the ocean. You can exist in the ground. You are omnipotent when you own you. Lions.
That's what I'm talking about. That's what I'm talking about. Chuck's bringing it. You guys thought my boy Chuck was all happy in daisies, huh? But what's amazing is, are you able to see how quickly he can transition? Because it takes practice. But he's not afraid of going into the dark places to get some things done. Gentlemen, are you. Are we hearing how all this is related? You feel comfortable how we know that all of this is part of us? This is our design. This is really who we are. And when you get down into that depth, guess what? You can do everything. But you need to sometimes. So we can get past all of the mediocrity, all the complacency, so that we can be who we want, which is freedom. We want freedom.
So go get it.
It's yours, right? Braveheart. Do you guys watch Braveheart this weekend? Right? It's yours. It's right there. That's why every man loves that movie. Because that guy was like, I'm gonna go create the thing that I want. So to continue with that, with this aspect.
Right?
To continue with this portion. One step farther. Right? We've talked about these components and now yens, right? For the. For the sexual Vikings out there. The dudes who want to just run over all the ladies. The really good looking dudes, Raimi, who get all the women they want. This is the big one, right? The sexual Viking, ultimately is the un. The unhealthy father who treats his woman like a little girl versus his lover. Because you ultimately want control. That's what the sexual Viking is all about. You just want to control because you haven't. You haven't healed your relationship with your mom and your dad fully. Because for us as men, you can see each one of those has the stepping stone, and each one of these is a part of a journey. And like I told you, I. I went through all of these personally. I think we all probably have again. If you haven't, I want you to. I want you to explore, like, why haven't you and. And me and Chuck are happy to guide you into some of those. Like, why haven't you filled out a way to complete that? Because that's part of your. Your healing process. The healing process is going, okay, I do have darkness. What does that look like? Why do I have it? Or why do I not have it? Why have I not gone down into it at all, ever, and really understood that portion? Because we need both components. We need both components to truly ascend into unimaginable territories, gentlemen. Territories where you have all the decision capacities you want. All of the ease that you want, all the money that you want, all the love that you want, all the freedom that you want, all of the admiration, all of the skills, all of the power. That's kingship. That is available to us, right? We can have everything that we want all of the time, always. But only when we're fully healed. Because God will never give you anything that you can't handle, including the good things, if he knows that you're still an unhealthy father who treats his woman like a little girl, bossing her around, telling her what to do all the time. He's not going to give you anything amazing and big because he knows you're going to just it away. Yeah. And to continue to really talk about what Chuck was diving into. I stole this from Chuck. Batteries. Batteries are their only positive. They don't work right. Stephen, this is just physics, buddy. There's no charge. There's nothing really exciting about the good boy. That's all positives. That just pleases everybody that says yes all the time. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. And I. I'm talking to myself just like Chuck talks to himself just a moment ago. I'm talking to me right now. Like, I'm looking at myself on the little chat panes. Like, you can't always be the yes person with everyone. One of the reasons I like Craig a lot. One of the reasons is he's. He gives me permission to say no. He began helping me with that. We can say and create and think and forge and play and understand and B. But you got to know that all these components are for your good and. Oh, Kerr, Very nice. Curses. You become a puppet. Yeah, absolutely. That's so nice. And I think when I feel like as we are aware of these aspects, as we are aware of these energies and be aware of these pieces, you will know that there can be a very, very interesting. Like that Ying and the Yang, they're really nice blend where you're using your darkness to still achieve your light. Right, Derek? So instead of being the rage monster that destroys the whole city, you use that energy to still be in your light and have a most incredible and explicit and eloquent conversation on how everyone's doing things incorrectly. And again, there just becomes different levels. There becomes different communication facets where, yes, we can blow up on our girlfriends or our wives or whoever, and we can blow up and say what we've been trying to finally say for 15 years now. They're scarred. They don't trust us. That's okay. Hey, the truth is out there. But there's also. There can be ways, again, family, to. We understand the darkness, we pull it up, and so it doesn't explode and go out and eat everyone. We bring it up. And then we. Once we know how to bring it up, we know how to practice that pulling. We're able to use both simultaneously so that you can still be in your power, in your darkness, to achieve your life. Like Chuck said earlier, protection. Every one of you here that has a family, someone goes and tries to hurt your son or daughter, well, that's a. God, that's a terrible decision, right, Stephen? Someone breaks in your house, like my dog doesn't care, he will take a knife. And I don't. I don't even have guns in my house because if anyone breaks in my house, I would. I would. That would be so awful for them to die. To die quickly, right? I don't want to shoot someone who's breaking into my house. I want to just slowly slit their throat so that they bleed out and I can have a discussion with them about what a terrible decision that was, right, Gentlemen.
Jeremy.
Hit me, brother. Yeah, that's it.
Your dark side is actually contained in your light side in the yin and yang. What polarizes the mobility and the movement of the synergy. There's no such thing as work, life, balance. There's no Such thing as light and dark balance. It's in a homogenous, synergistic relationship, and they fuel each other. You need to have the negative in order to have the connection and the completion of the circuit of life. There is no giving without receiving. So when you love to give and you become a poor taker, just change the language. You become an elegant, profound, wholehearted receiver that gives someone the understanding that when they give to you, you're completing the circuit of love, connection, forgiveness, creation. The light doesn't exist without the dark. To Jeremy's point, your motives and intentions are actually a part of. Of your dark side. They're what we'll call your fundamental rights and wrongs. Your morality, your values, how you exercise them becomes the light side.
Amazing.
So know where the energy comes from. Gents.
Wow. Wow, wow. Kurt, I want to bring you on. I. I love that you re brought up that phrase about having swords. I would love for you to tell our dear brothers here, what does that mean to you and what's your thoughts behind that?
To me, it's the integration. Because if you're not a force to be reckoned with, you'll be a puppet or steamrolled, and you don't have a capacity to, you know, be any force in the world. So if you. If you have a sword means that you have claws, it means you have teeth, means you have an ability to fight back. If you. So if you know how to use them, then you become someone that can be reckoned with. But if you choose to keep them sheathed and not lash out when you, you know, just because you're mad or whatever it is, right? Like, I think of, like, Othello. Like, he's like, I know when my time to fight is right. And it's like what you were saying, like, about princes and leaving bodies behind, right? Just because you know how to use a sword doesn't mean you use it. It means you have it. You're someone to be reckoned with. And when you have. When you need to use it, you know how to use it. If you integrate with that part of you, then you're a monster. And so then you can become.
You're you.
You become a good monster, right? Like, because otherwise, I mean, there are real monsters out there, and so we have to be able to be one as well. All right, so, yeah, that's my. That's my take on the.
Love it. Love that. Yes. Beautiful. All right, so I'm open up her questions for five minutes or so. Does anyone want any clarification or open discussion on anything we've talked about so far.
How are you all feeling?
Gentlemen?
Feeling great.
Outstanding guy. Chuck, can you.
Can you mention the validation is not the same. Same as appreciation.
One was ego, one was something else.
What was that that you mentioned?
One was actually connection. Gratitude is actually the. When we feel appreciated, we feel full of self. And we're actually living our identity as providers, caretakers, sovereigns. The challenge becomes when we're looking for adulation, when we're looking for atta boys, that's all about acknowledgment. That's all about, okay, oh, you're valuable, you're good. No, the difference is in appreciation and gratitude, you feel it. It's not just words coming into your ears. The energy, it's the frequency. It's knowing that you are a sound man. You know, in this discussion, it came to my heart and I was just thinking. My wife and I were streaming and watching the episode of Shogun. If you haven't seen the show, it's about samurai and the distinction of being bushido, which is the warrior way in Japan. When Christianity was coming into their. Their universe. And they are so literal. Like you talk about light and dark. Holy crap. You can see the sovereign. But a samurai only draws his sword when he's going to use it. It's not a threat, it's a promise. It's a promise. And that's the difference, is that when you can become so decisive, the real measure of a man is whether or not you know when to sheath your sword. Anyone can draw it. It's knowing when you don't need to. The dark in you gives you that energetic center. To have that stoicism, to have that presence, to have that integrity where you. Where you stand strong. You're connected to Mother Earth. A pleaser is floating around like a little fairy trying to see what can I do next? How can I help someone next? How are you going to love me? I need the adulation. They're not concerned about appreciation. And the reason being is they don't appreciate themselves yet. So how can you actually know what appreciation looks like if you don't, if you never felt it within you first?
Wow, Darren, thank you. You came unmuted.
Is that my cell phone?
Yeah. You can't you have anything. Okay, great, great clarification. Question, Craig. It's a minute difference is a minute difference. But it's again, my definition of humility is being able to say yes without telling the story. Right where you know what you did. It doesn't Matter. And I think just having. Having that really cool feeling of internal self accomplishment and just selfworth think is really extremely, extremely crucial for men.
The twin brother of humility is integrity.
They're.
They're conjoined twins. And it's beautiful because there's no stories when you're in integrity. There's just what is.
It's.
It's. One of the many things I appreciate about Jeremy is that the true measure of a man is when you can.
Own who you are.
And that doesn't mean only the parts that you like about yourself.
That means the whole of you.
You don't appreciate your right eye more than your left eye, your right nut more than your left nut. You're. You're the summation of all of you. You don't get to pick and choose, because when you do, that's a little.
Today's gonna be a good day. All right, well, what we're gonna do is we're gonna work on some. Just some really quick breathing exercises for a moment. Because I'll go ahead and tell you some of your homework. Okay. Just so that we're all aware, because this week, again, in a very safe space, when you're able to. I want us to kind of start tapping in a little bit of darkness. I want us to pull out that wolf, pet it a little bit. Especially today and tonight, just. Just love on it, so that it can be. So that we can know how to tamper it and hamper it and all the good things. But these are some pieces that I want you to share in the chat pane when appropriate. Meaning when you've thought about it, when you've really given it some time, you know, voice, memo, video, text. But identify your darkness, which is the one that you know for sure, which is the one that you've spent the most time in and needs the most healing. And another great way to start healing that exact energy is to think of some specific situations. When you hurt someone, when you were in your darkness, apologize for it. Because again, when you were in your darkness, you lashed out, you hurt someone. I mean, your wife is probably the very first person if you're married, right, Derek? So Derek will have fun with this one. But. But happens. And it's okay, gentlemen, like I said, it's okay. Chuck just said, love all the parts of yourself. And you can now say. And you now have the fortitude to go, listen, my love, I was in my darkness. I was in my rage. Monster. The things I said to you. I know I hurt your feelings. And again, you're owning it. You're not blaming. But my boss, he did. He didn't want to give me a raisin, so I. I was really. No, dude, I. I am really sorry that I said those things. I take full ownership, and I really feel horrible that I hurt your feelings. I'm really sorry. And, gentlemen, that's probably enough. I mean, she'll start crying because that's how awesome women are, right? They're so emotional. They can feel things instantly. And it's so cool. It's so cool. Like, it takes a, like, Mike Tyson punch in the face and make me cry. But, like, when. When you talk to a woman and you can just, like. Like, instantly, I'm like, wow, you have emotions. That's so wild. It's incredible. So that. That's gonna be a piece of it is as we identify it, as we really think through it and be with it. And. And again, we're going to kind of tap into it in just a second, but that's gonna be a big piece of it. Number three is gonna be fun. If you are in a relationship, and especially if you're not cold, if you've been battling with any type of porn or masturbation. Not this week. We're going to use all of that energy to go into that dark cave, because that's how you're going to find your warrior, your insane viking. You can tell your woman if you want to. You let her know, hey, this week I gotta work on me. So one of the things I'm gonna do is I'm gonna post some videos and some music for you. This is the most important. This is probably gonna be the most important part of this week, but I'm gonna send you some videos and some music. I want you to go into the darkest place that you know or find or create. Can be a closet. I don't know, it can be outside. It can be at midnight. But I. I mean, I need you to create a literal cave, right? Imagine we're 700 years ago, and you're going to this rock cave, and you close all the doors, and there's nothing there except you could be your basement. But find a place. You have to think through it for a little bit. That's okay. Turn off all the lights. We're gonna put on some music and I'm gonna show you how. I want you to breathe and I want you to do that. And this is going to not be. This is not gonna be the easiest thing you've ever done for an hour. Okay? No text Messages, no phones. I want you to go into the darkest place imaginable. It can be cold. It can be outside. It can be. Even if it just needs to be a pillow, whatever. Get nice and dark. Close your eyes an hour and breathe. And I'm gonna show you how we're gonna do it. I'm gonna put in some music. Obviously, it's gonna be a little bit of a dark Viking music, but I need us to go low. I need us to tap into it, because what you're gonna do is you're gonna pull it up. And the practice is it's literally, as Chuck said, it's. It's an actual energy. It is. It's an actual visual, vibrational energy. Me and my wife can see this energy. We can see the color of energy. I can. I can touch it. When I'm around people, I. I can tell if they have it or not. Most people don't. And I want you to have it. Because again, when you know you have it, when you know where it's at, when you know how you can access it, you can do anything. And there's no excuses anymore. You don't have to go, I. I can't do that because my leg hurts. No, you're able to literally do anything. You can self heal instantly.
Yes.
Would that all be. Would that. Would that all be beneficial for all of us to be able just to heal anything at any time? If your body hurts, it's because your body's trying to go, no, no, no, no, I don't want to do that. Let's stay safe so that you don't get hurt. So it creates and manifests some type of weird pain. Oh, my, my, my. L3 hurts. No, it doesn't. Right? That's your brain. That's your brain selling that. Okay? Your brain made the pain. It can fix it. It's connected to your spinal cord. It can fix it. Your body made it. It can create it. It can fix it. Michael is here. He's not in the chat today, but he's gonna be watching this video. He has one leg, right? Our guy Michael has one actual leg. Guess what? He does everything that we've been asking to climb in a tree with a foot. What a beast. Okay, one leg. He's got two arms. Good for him. I follow a guy on Instagram named Nick. No arms, no legs. Just a bunch of stubs run around, still doing all the time. Who cares? Yep.
My boy.
It's like, who cares? It's up to you. You can choose whatever you want. You can come up with whatever excuses you want, it's fine. But whatever your whatever is there, your brain can either do it or cannot do it. Your call. But that is an energy that once you truly, truly learn how to tap into it, you really can begin to truly step into your power and start accomplishing anything, everything, all the time. All right, give me eight seconds to get this prepared. I think I can do this. Just want to make sure. I mean, I know I can do it. Just give me 20 seconds. Because Zoom did make a recent change.
Okay, how many of you can feel this energy in this space right now?
That's good. I can feel it, dude. Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah, it's there.
What I'm doing right now is I'm trying to remember how to share sound through. There it is. Because Zoom recently made that change. Oh, it's. Yeah.
An advanced and computer sound.
Got it. Thank you, sir. Okay. Can you hear that? No. Able to. Be a favor. Keep your eyes open for just a moment. What we're going to do is I only want you to focus on the breathing out. That's all you're going to do. So sit up in your chair. If you're sitting, standing. If you're in your car, sit up straight. Big, nice, straight spine. What we're going to do is we're going to focus on the breathing out. So Chuck's very familiar with this. It's called the breath of Fire. The goal is to breathe as fast as you can, but you're going to do in a repetitive motion. Right? This is very popular, many forms of yoga, but what many gentlemen do and.
What a lot of people.
Guys will do at some point. So they'll stop two, three, four minutes. Right, Quan? So I want you to do this. I want you to really push through because you're gonna be doing this by yourself for an hour at some. And I want you to go into that if you. And you're going to be sharing all.
Of your experiences with us.
The last class, I had four guys hallucinate. They asked if I. If I put ayahuasca in the music.
I was like, yes, yes.
Right. I had two guys. Guys go into a past life regression. They saw their previous lives, they saw how they died, they knew how, why they're so angry and vicious all the time. This is going to be your healing journey. Now that we can hear, we're going to practice this for five minutes. We're going to share. We're going to practice for the five minutes. Ready? We're going to breathe Out. I know it might not be able to hear my breath through the music and through the computer. What we're doing is we're going to breathe out every. Every two seconds. We're going to go a little bit faster. Okay? Only breathe out. Your body will take care of the rest. Ready? Three, two, one, Breathe. But keep doing it. As you guys are doing it, you're going to notice that your. Your body naturally breathes in. Naturally takes care of the in breath. Just focus on the breathing out. And be with your mouth and be with. With your nose and be with both. There are only correct ways to do this. All right, Continue to breathe. We're going to do this for five minutes. At this point, feel free to close your eyes now that you know how to do it. And just keep breathing out. Keep breathing. Keep breathing. Keep breathing. Keep it up, Keep it up. You're doing great. Breathe out every two seconds. Breathe out every two seconds. BreatHe out. Keep breathing. Good, Yens. Keep going. Don't see any breathing from yens. Keep breathing, gentlemen. Keep breathing. Great job. We are one minute in. Keep breathing. Keep breathing. Beautiful. Beautiful. A little bit more aggressively now. A little bit faster. Let's see if we can go one every second. It's okay if you get lightheaded. It's okay if you start feeling like you're out of breath. That's the point. Keep breathing. Anyway, I'm go ahead and go put on my favorite one. Beautiful. Sa. Sam. Hold it. Big breath in. Big, big, big breath in. And hold it. Hold it all. Hold it for a few seconds. If you're feeling lightheaded, if you're feeling like a lot of time has passed, I feel like you have no idea how much time has passed. This is. Is pretty much the point. Hold it and breathe out slow as possible. If you feel lightheaded, if you feel a little bit high, let's call it getting high on your own supply. If you feel like that's the weirdest thing ever and I'm a strange person, that's also okay. I have no judgment, right? I don't care. That's the good news because I will be able to out breathe all of you. The most beautiful part is doing that for five minutes feels kind of like an attorney. Can you imagine an hour?
What?
Yeah, it's beautiful. Yes. Almost fainting. That's good. That's a good sign. I have done that exercise a few times until I've passed out. Until I went to sleep. I got in a trance. I thought I was going. I. Yeah, I didn't know what was going on. Like, I saw visions. I saw colors. I'm like, my eyes were closed. I don't know why I was seeing things. I heard voices. Creepy. That's kind of the point. All we're doing is breathing. I had a great conversation with a gentleman just this weekend who asked me all about ayahuasca. Right. Which is a very, very interesting, very powerful plant medicine. Okay. The beautiful part about ayahuasca is it reveals to you what needs to be healed. But it's not a healing agent. It's a revealing agent. And to keep that in mind, what we're doing right now is I can get you as high as ayahuasca. I can. I can send you into the cosmos where you're seeing stars. You're like in the Star Trek, like, USS Enterprise. By breathing. Oh, yeah.
Okay.
Now it's harder. It takes more diligence. It takes more time. It's not as simple as just. By the way, ayahuasca is not simple. You're going to shoot yourself and you're going to throw up everywhere for hours. So it's not, like, easy specifically. Okay. But this breath work, getting high on your own supply, I can get you there really quick. But it's not. It's not. Getting high is not the point. The point is going to transcend elements, and you're going to achieve vibrations that you haven't been able to feel before. So you can start connecting energies, and you can start bringing energies to the forefront of where they need to be. And when they're to the forefront, you can heal them. Yeah. In the end, yawning, that just is your body going, thanks for the oxygen, dude. Thank you. I want that.
Sorry, I was mute.
I thought I muted.
Oh, you're good.
You're good. So quick moment. Yeah. And share with us. How was that for you?
Yeah, like, lightheaded. I almost fainted because my rock and my wheelchair, my chair was moving around. And then when you said I stopped breathing, I don't know why you called me out. Like, why did I stop breathing? But the body takes care of it. And then the rapid breathing, and I lost time. How fast how time goes by. Yeah, like, what's going on?
Yeah. That was a weird one. That is a weird one. Cole Nicole said, he's like, I'm sweating.
I want to go to war. Tell me more. Yeah, it was fun. Also, like, I also, like, put in the chat. Like, I felt a lot of tension in my core during that. It wasn't like, like, sore it felt like. Like I ate a rock, you know? It was like going through my. Through my intestines. It felt weird.
I love that.
And I wasn't sure about. Oh, that was. I was. That was weird.
That's your energy, bro.
Okay.
That's your energy. Yeah. Okay. It's moving that when you're breathing. Guess where you're breathing from your diaphragm. Your diaphragm's doing what? It's sending energy into your spine and it's going. It's trying to go from your spine into your mind. From your mind, from your spine to your mind. That's how the transference of energy is going to happen. I love that. Ray, your feet are tingly. That's good news. What else? Yeah. Time went by really fast for me. Yeah. If that was five minutes, it didn't seem like five minutes. That was five minutes. That's five minutes. Absolutely. Paul. I like this. Derek. One second. Paul said, I played sax from fifth grade to senior year. That reminded me of the breathing when I used to play. I like that. That's cool. I found myself kind of synchronizing my breathing with the. With the rhythm of the music.
Yeah.
Because you're in. You're. You know how the instruments work. That's awesome. Yeah, that's really cool. I love that. Stephen and then Quan and then Derek. Yeah.
I agreeing with Kurt. First minute felt like a long time. Four minutes went like that.
Yeah. Yeah. Because. Because for the first minute, I know it sounds. This is my interpretation. I feel like anytime I do this, your brain's like, this is so stupid, bro. What do you do? You're such a weirdo. Right? And your brain's like, why are you. I'm at work. I got shit to do today. Right. So our mind's like, what are we doing? And so your body is just like. It's just like this weird. And then. And then once you're. I. I experienced this one. A long run, right? A nice long run for the first. Anyone. My runners would probably feel this way too. But, like, that first two miles is ugly. Sucks. Your knees are kind of tired.
You're.
Oh, gross. Right. You're not doing well. And then mile four, mile five, you're like, oh, okay. You start getting that rhythm now that kind of picks up. Same thing with working out, maybe, right. The first two or three, you're not going to feel. Yeah. So, yes, it's. It's that getting going is always the hardest part of every journey is the get going part. Once you're Going. Yeah. Love that. Quan.
Can you hear me?
Yep. Okay.
Yeah. I feel so lightheaded, and my mouth was so dry, and I. I feel like I'm throwing up. So this is the first time ever I experienced something like this.
Well, you're about a very real fun time later.
Yeah, it's very, very weird. Very weird feeling. First time ever.
Yeah.
Thank you. You're welcome. More's coming, homie. Just wait. Wait till later, my brother. Very welcome, Derek.
Oh, yeah, man. My legs just got really tingly, and I did get, like, a tight feeling in my core, sort of, but it was more.
It was.
It did give you a really high feeling. It was nice, but it made me sleepy.
Yep.
It's okay. Beautiful.
Yeah. But it was awesome. Felt great.
Okay. Well, gentlemen, I know when I say this, I know it'll be a challenge, and I know your brain's like, this is stupid. Just trust me, Stephen, Me and You did this with Zach, remember? And didn't Zach have a full, absolute meltdown? Seven minutes?
Yeah. And I felt it. I was, like, five feet away from him, and I felt it all over my body. Felt him.
Yep. Because you're a feeler. I mean, and you know that, obviously.
But.
But, yeah. Gentlemen. So the thing is, like, me and Stephen, we did a very similar exercise with another gentleman. It was just three of us just working on being men. It was a good time. We did jiu jitsu. We tapped each other out, we killed each other a little bit. We went on workouts, we traded, we talked money, and we did a breathing exercise. But that breathing exercise we did was only, like, 20 minutes. And one of the other gentlemen, who hasn't gone through as much development or personal development or any of this stuff, had an absolute cataclysmic meltdown. By the way, Stephen, he's made more money his entire life in the last five months.
I got to check in on him.
Incredible.
Incredible. Whole world changed. So please trust me when I say this. This is safe. It's not going to hurt you. You're not going to die. You're breathing. I'm not asking you to ingest anything breathing for an hour. You can set an alarm if you need to, but that phone needs to be outside. I think the best way to do is a Bluetooth speaker. The blue. Next year. Next year. Head. I'm gonna put music on. Can you do this in water? No, probably not. I don't think so. Yeah, because you. You know, you'll. Yeah, yeah, I know. I know you're joking.
I can tell you this, fellas, I just did this last week in a setting of 35 people for an hour and 40 minutes straight. And it is life altering.
Yeah, life altering.
You will go higher than a kite. You will be in the stratosphere. Some of you will see dark, Some of you will tingle, Some of you will vibrate. You'll feel like pulsating in your hands. Your feet. Go with it. That is your body's response to you getting everything that you need in that moment and connecting at the molecular level of self. Your body will be producing more nitric oxide than you can possibly imagine. That night, you will sleep like a baby.
Oh, yeah. It's.
It is beautiful and brilliant. Own the experience. Own it.
As.
As Jeremy said, the first couple minutes, but as many of you attested to, the last four flew by. If you thought you were lost in time at this moment, wait till you do this. For an hour, you're going to be like, dude. And your mind is going to try and wander. Just bring your focus back to your breathing. And you will find that everything else that starts to pop up because it won't be coming from here. It's going to be literally bubbling up what we call bottom up from every cell in your body, as well as the manifestation of everything that's stored out in the universe. It's all going to come back to you. It's really freaky and cool all at the same time.
Wow. Wow.
Enjoy it.
Amazing. Gentlemen, you're excited. Everyone clear on their homework for this week? Again? We're going to meet on Tuesday, tomorrow with Zach Hummel. Same time, one Eastern. A little bit of a different time. Yeah.
Okay, I think Jeremy, real quick, the homework. What's the definition by week for you? You said okay from today until next Monday. No coming. Say sorry. No darkness. And the breathing has to be accomplished by next Monday or by Saturday.
Great question. By Saturday, please.
Okay, good.
Yeah. So we can talk about it. Paul says is isn't this hyperventilation? Close. Has very similar principles. Yeah, but hyperventilation is good for you. Yep. All right, last thing. Don't do this in water. Craig, if you can post post protein questions in the chat pane and I'll be available for the rest of the day. Family love you all so much. Go crush it. See you tomorrow. One eastern, 12 central. Those of you can make it. If not, I'll record it and enjoy that breath work. I mean. Also, this is an obvious. Please share. After that hour is over, after you sleep, after you wake up, after you. Whatever. What was it? How was it. Talk to me about that. Okay. Cheers on.
Cheers. Bye, guys.
