Divine King Week 2 May 13th, 2024 session

Recorded group coaching session (May 13, 2024) led by Jerremy Newsome focused on masculine development. The host defines "low masculine" energy (comfort, complacency, judgment), traces its roots to father figures and social conditioning, and runs experiential practices: a blame-writing prompt about fathers, a rapid-judgment exercise using photos of men, and a guided ancestral waterfall/cave meditation to move from judgment to love. Participants (Chuck, Edwin, Michael, Quan, others) share personal stories (abuse, distance, overcompensation) and practical takeaways (daily practices, brief workout homework, upcoming sessions).
Chapters
Gentlemen, I believe we're all here. Edwin, you're like. You're glowing, dude. You're glowing. Looking amazing, man.
I love it.
Michael, thanks for being here. Darren, thanks for being here at whatever time of night it is for you. Appreciate you, big guy. Wonderful. All right, well, gentlemen, we have some beautiful work to do today. This is going to be a little bit more of some of that inner deep dive, that inner journey. These are some things again today, as we always do, we want to be honest and vibrant and truthful with ourselves. We want to be realistic. We're going to obviously do some. Some sharing and just some open discussion again, I just really, really, really want everyone to just be just fully, fully transparent, realizing that this is not a place where anyone's going to make fun of you. No one's going to ridicule you. I know we've talked about that in the past, but I just want to remind you all of that because we're going to go a little bit deep today again. We're going to start diving into some depth. But I had to give everyone here just a super fast little timeline time horizon. The next two to three weeks, we're going to start going down. Gonna go down into your heart, down into your darkness a little bit. My wife has a quote that she really loves, and I really love it, too. You can only ascend as high into heaven as you're willing to go down into your own personal hell. And so many men want to go high, right? They want to be in their heaven. They want to be this light, this powerhouse, this energy, but yet they always avoid their darkness. There's all. They always avoid their nasty bits. And they're like, oh, I'm good, I'm fine. And everyone in my life is fine. And that can be your perspective, and that's okay. But I would offer you in the encouragement to say, if I do not have what I want yet in life can be money, can be a relationship, it can be your physical body. There are some components that you have to be missing out on, otherwise you'd have it. So if there's some pieces that you're missing, that just means that we got a little bit more work on ourselves. And if it's purpose, if it's direction, if it's friends, if it's money, it's all of those things. So what we're going to be working on today is we're going to work on healing masculine judgment. We're going to talk through what that is, what that means. We're going to Talk about the energy and the vibration that's associated with it. It's going to share some pieces and some perspectives that you might not have totally thought through, and we're going to really work on that depth. Between today and the next two to three weeks, we're going to be going down a little bit. Okay. And then as we progress, I'm going to start bringing you back up. The next two, three weeks are going to get a little dark, so strap in first. What is low masculine energy? Now, when we say low, I don't mean low as in like low testosterone or like you're tired. I'm not talking about that type of energy. What I'm referring to is just energy that provides no real substance, healing, motivation, or direction for the world. Low masculine is basic comfort and acceptance of normalcy, weakness, non excitement. You are existing when you're in low masculine and low masculine, at some point in your life may have very likely was given to you or. Or shown to you by someone in your family. Your number one revealer and guide for who you are as a person, but most importantly, who you are as a man, starts with who you had to guess. The number one revealer and guide for how you are as a man generally at some point in your life had to start with dad.
Your father.
Now, I know a few of you have a great relationship with your father. Some of you, your father's dead. Some of you, your father's still alive, and you don't really talk to him. But some of you had the best relationship ever with your father. But what I would love to do for just three to four minutes here is on a piece of paper that you can burn if you want to. You can keep it, but I would suggest that you burn it. What do you not like about your father? And I want you to blame him for a little bit. Pick something there.
Ha.
Don't say nothing. My dad's perfect. Because, gentlemen, here's the thing. It's the best when you have a great relationship with your dad and Cole. This is gonna be fun for Cole because Cole's dad's here. But, Cole, this is where you get to go out. Chuck can't say anything to you right now, right? This is your. This is your opinion where I give you free space. Be as mean to your dad as you want for a second, right? Because your dad's just a. He's just a vessel. He's just a person that created you. But there's always gonna be things that we do not like about our father. There has to be. Give him some kind of credit for damaging you a little bit, please. Because, gentlemen, what are you going to do? Naturally, you are going to protect your father to the death. Oh, my father. Oh, he didn't do anything wrong. Oh, he. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, please. And trust me, there's going to be a thing. There's gonna be a reasoning for all of this, and I'm gonna open up for shares in just a moment. But start thinking about what do you actually not like about your dad? There has to be some things. Don't beat around the bush. Blame him for a second. Maybe he didn't show you enough love. Maybe. When's the last time your dad really held you and hugged you in his arms, told you that he loved you? Gna spend just a few quick moments on that. And kind of like Derek said, sometimes this part takes a lot of energy because you have to go into the negative. And that is exactly correct. We are going to dive into a little bit of the negative. All right, so I'm gonna start with our leader, Chuck. He's gonna be able to open up for us because Chuck's perfect, right? He. There's no way he can have anything resentful about his. About his dad. Right, Chuck?
You know, man, it's so interesting that you say that, brother, because I. I've grown up some real. With a really. An amazing role model. And there is something about my dad that used to bother me a ton. A ton. And it was that he had this uncanny way of separating himself from challenges and problems. So in other words, like, where I would get upset about something, he'd be like, steady Eddie. And I'm like, going, could you show me some emotion? Could you show me some. You know, could you show me some charge? Could you share a little bit? Like, I'm so pissed off at this moment. And you're like this c. You know, this cool cucumber.
Like, how.
How the freaking. You stay so calm when all this stuff's going on around us. And yet he just has this way, man. And what he would do and maybe. And. And. And this. I. I adopted this for a long time is he would go ahead and compartmentalize and go off for a little bit to clear his head. He had this strategy, you know, to clear his energy. But he never, ever, ever showed disappointment. He never, ever, ever showed, you know, being out of control. And I was like, damn it, dad. Like, give me. Give me a sign here, man. Like, don't make me get the paddles and have to, like, shock you to. To, like, get a charge out of you.
That's.
And so that. Yeah. Oh, dude. I mean, it. It. It bothered me a lot because I see other people's parents getting fiery and stuff, you know, like, at a basketball game and. Or, you know, whatever, football. And dad would be like, steady Eddie, man. He's like, going, hey, man, looks like you left it all on the field.
What the.
I got, like. I'm pulling grass out of orifices that I can't even begin to tell you because, like, I've been tackled and buried in the grass so deep. And he's like, going, yeah. He goes, man, he goes, you were working hard out there. I'm like, that's all you got for me?
Yeah.
Like, that wasn't a shitty call. That was, you know, you didn't see then, like, put your kid six inches under the ground. He's. He's just not that guy.
Well, you know, that's interesting because that. That's a very valid point because a lot of us might not even think that that's a concern or an issue. It would probably be same for my dad, where it's just like, these emotions are just so evenly keeled, and we would put that into our brain, as are. You're not really fully invested into me, right? Like, you're not invested into me because you're not showing me anything. You're just. You're existing right back to that low masculine energy. You're just existing.
And it wasn't a time thing, because he gave us plenty of time. Yeah, plenty of time, but, yes. And I was, like, going, where's the charge? You know?
Yes, yes, yes, yes. Another person has a good relationship with his father. Raimi. I'm calling the good relationships, and I'll go to a bad one. Don't you worry. Yeah, I have a great relationship with my dad.
He's.
He's always. He doesn't really ask the best questions, but he always asks questions, and he always seems interested. He has, like, a. A weird way of showing emotion. So. So it's just simple questions. Hey, man.
How was your weekend?
You know? I love you. You got anything you want to talk about? Like, no. I love you, too. I'll see you tomorrow.
Let's go eat dinner.
And that. That, like, summed it up. It's nothing. Like, real deep, but that's all I need because that's. That's who he is. I mean, I've never told him I needed anything more.
I'm happy with that.
So sure. But would you say that's something that you don't like about your father, is he lacks depth? No. So what do you not like about your father? Probably his.
Lack of.
Empathy towards maybe other people.
Not.
Not me per se, but just in general. My dad really is. He doesn't really care too much about.
Other people at all. He. Hold on one second. Yeah.
Yeah, he.
I lost my train of thought sometimes.
I don't like it. He's never been. He's never. He's never very explorational. Like, he doesn't explore. He doesn't go out of his comfort zone. He doesn't.
He doesn't ask me to go out of my comfort zone.
He's always very in the lane.
So.
So that's kind of boring.
Is it?
But. But safe. He's too safe for me.
I think that'd be a good way to.
Yeah.
To describe him.
Those are valid. Those are valid.
Okay.
Who else wants to go really quick to share something did you not like about your dad? Edwin? Cold, distance and unloving. Yeah, those are powerful words. Who would want a dad that's cold, distant, unloving.
Only memories I have, my dad is beating me. I mean, I remember less than seven.
Years old, getting the wind knocked out of me.
I remember getting hit in the forehead.
With a spoon for smacking my lips.
Then backhanded for crying. So I don't.
I don't have anything good.
And then. And then my mom left him when I was seven. And then.
And then when I started knowing where he was at.
He's pretty much in and out of prison most of my life, so.
And then we got tired of being thrown in prison. You know, he'd try to come around.
But it was always because he needed something, not because he wanted relationship way I took it.
I mean, he tried to hug me.
But how do you hug somebody like that? Of course.
How do you try?
You know, to me it's delusional. We're not what you think we are.
Of course. It's a lot of pain. It's a lot of pain, man. And again, gentlemen, our father is our first resemblance of masculine. And when we have that energy, we can hold him in high regards. We can be very angry at him. He can be someone that didn't show us love or didn't give to shits about us, didn't talk to us, was an alcoholic, was abusive. But here comes the hard truth. We ready? You're 50% of your dad, meaning all those things that he did to you. You're either doing the exact same thing or you're overcompensating and your goal is to be so much not like him that you're focusing on all the negatives of the things that he did and you're forgetting about all the positives that you can do. And you get yourself trapped in this cycle of you are drinking the poison and hoping that he gets sick. Because what you don't like about your dad or what you admire about your dad, all those characteristics are inside of yourself because you are a part of him. Now, for some of you, for, for some of you, this is either going to be so much easier and for some of you might be a little bit harder, right? Edwin wrote down three things. How quick can you come up with this list? What do you not like about yourself? Write those things down for just a moment. What do you not like about yourself? Now for some of my men out there, this could be physical, fat, overweight, I have a gut, Penis is too small, size of a stack of dimes cut in half, thrown in a wood chipper. What is it? Wherever it. Hands are too small, nose is too big, teeth are crooked. What do you not like about yourself? Because here's another interesting concept. The more you don't like your dad, you will amplify all those things about yourself that you don't like. And if you love your dad tremendously, you're going to do everything he does, or as I mentioned earlier, you're going to try to overcompensate so crazily that you're going to end up doing things you never imagined that you wanted to do because you thought he was boring or basic. And you're going to go down this path of non acceptance and over judgmental against yourself. And all this has a very unique and very poignant aspect in just a few moments that you're really, it's really, really going to hit home for all of. So let's get two, two new people who haven't shared yet. Kurt, was this easier, this part for you to write things you didn't like about yourself or your dad? Which one was easier for you?
It's easier for me to talk about my dad than it is about me. And I had two additional things on the list. And what I was just contemplating was all three things that I have on this list that I don't appreciate about my dad. I have as well, well two at least of the three. And so I'm just resonating with, you know, you know, if I, I am either this or over compensating to not be right. And so I think that is. That is a big way of how I've been made up was I see this example. I don't want to be like that, right. And so I'm going to try to steer my ship in the other direction and then. But there's a lot of value in the things that he gave right in those things. And so it's in. By steering that direction, then missing and overcompensating some of the lessons that I think I can learn from that spot is exceptionally good to be able to look at as I'm looking through my list. So.
So what are those things? What'd you write down?
For my dad, I wrote down arrogant, judgmental, dominated, aggressive. And then for me, I can be unconfident, which is exactly almost the opposite of arrogance. Right. You know, the judgmental. I am a people pleaser. I want to make sure that I leave as much on the, on the room or like as much on the table as I can to make sure that, like, hey, I could be wrong. Or you know, I want to make space to make sure that, like, I don't understand how they feel. So, you know, I don't want to judge anybody or anything except makes it harder to make decisions, especially in personal relationships like friendships, things like that, where I can say, oh, yeah, maybe I should spend less time with you. Right. Or, you know, things along those. So saying no, that kind of stuff is more difficult for me. Wow.
Yeah. That's big. That's big. I love how you were able to piece that together. Where you. Again, gentlemen, we were talking about our. Our dad. We're like, okay, let me. Me do. Let me overcompensate like crazy. My, my dad was an arrogant prick. I'm going to be the nicest guy ever. Don't want to be anything like my dad. I'm going be so nice. And again, there can be amazing benefits of that, but like you said, if we start analyzing it, we go, wow, that's so interesting. That's probably why I get walked all over by my wife or my clients or my customers or all the people at Starbucks or anyone that I interact with because I'm trying to be so much distant than my father. That's a really interesting point. Okay, so, gentlemen, again, the things that we don't like about ourselves, we're very, very often times going to find in our dad. And like I said, we. We are either still that because we've focused so long on not being it, the universe doesn't hear not. So we just be it, right? We don't like how safe our dad is, so we make sure to live really close to him for our whole lives, right? We don't want to do anything that would upset the status quo or my dad beats us con, you know, unconscious as a kid. So I'm going to just be so far removed from that that I never really give strict discipline. I don't even want to, I don't even want to enter that domain or my dad is so unemotional that I'm so emotional. And so you have these really unique shifts. And so again, it's not a bad thing by any means. What it is, it just is. It just exists. Because the way that this is building, my, my gentleman is as we talked about the low masculine energy, right? When your dad was doing some of these aspects, it can be his way of escaping. He might not have known. And generally, however he was or however you are, these low masculine energies are extremely accepted in society. And what do most individuals want to do? Be accepted in society. This is your caveman technique. This is your caveman mentality. If you get kicked out of the cave 3,000, 4,000, 6,000 years ago, you die, you get eaten by a tiger. So you're terrified. So you have to make sure that everyone around you accepts you. So if you do the status quo, great. If you do what everyone does, great. And all of us need to know about our low masculine energy, where we got it from and accept it. My dad, few of you might know, was a womanizer. Loved women, Very easy for him. Guess what? Got some of that. My number one vice. That's it. I can stop drinking. But if I have a little bit of drinks and there's a hot woman next to me, oh boy, oh man. The mind starts to shift, right? So again, that's, that's my low masculine. How many women can I have sex with? Because, man, I'm gonna be so cool if I have sex with the hottest girl. And all my guys will think I'm all kinds of awesome. And many men, including your dad, will have and do live most of their life in this low masculine. And they're just not able to leave its power because it requires a big shift in your life. Last week we discussed this as boy energy. Low masculine is. Boy energy is the, is the complacency. It is the enjoyment of baseless pleasures that only subtract from your truest masculinity. These do not add. Add to your power. Your low masculine energy is very often As I mentioned a moment ago, given to you, you can call it inherited, you can call it DNA, you can call it society, you call it your parents, blame whoever you want. But we're going to fix and upgrade your DNA in this program. That's what we're doing, that's the work that you're going to be entering is we accept, we realize, we become aware, and then we start changing because low masculine energy is unable to elevate. The boys who live in that low elevation, they live there forever and they always are constantly engaging in petty thoughts and vicious judgments. Here's the shift that I'm going to be referring to over the next few minutes. The shift from judgment of my dad did this, the president did this, my boss did this. Masculine energy did this, to me is you're able to think it, you're able to love through it. Because you can never heal through judgment, gentlemen. You can only heal through love. And so when you are accepting of all the things your dad did for you, when your dad hit you in the face with a two by four or sat you down in a pile of gasoline because you were being too squirmy and asked you to stand still and it burned your balls, whatever your dad ended up doing to you, this was his way of trying to show you something. And you get the ability to go, what a gift. See it from him, his perspective. If you can work on that and instead of judging it, you accept it and you thank him for it. And what a shift that can make for you. That's how you elevate gentlemen from low into high masculine. That's how you start accepting is you change from judgment. You begin to step into the love energy.
I'm sorting.
So here's what we're going to do from here. Keep your note pens and paper ready, okay? And I want you to write down a series of numbers. We're going to do this in just a moment. I want you to write down your thoughts about the men I will present to you. Do me a favor, please step out of your whatever energy you're in and go as low and angry and baseless as you can for a bit. Don't try to be cool, don't try to be a king. I want you to be a nitpicky little bitch for a second because I want you to feel what this feeling feels like. And it should be relatively easy for all of us to do this because it's pretty simple to go down into your low. What I want all of us to do is to Be able to see how quickly we can shift there and then know how we can elevate when we need to. Because the ability to elevate is a mental shift. I want you to write down just your general thoughts about the men I will present to you. Be honest with yourself. Pick on them, judge on them. Your very first thoughts that come to your mind. Tell us what those are. You ready?
Perfect.
Okay, so write down number one and number two on your page. So we're going to come back to this. I'm going to ask you what your thoughts were. So write down your piece of paper, number one, number two. And just write down what. What's your. What actually comes to your mind when you see these images, when you see these guys. And be honest with yourself, because again, when you start to captivate and understand and become aware of your low masculine energy, your judgment energy, you will be able to make these shifts in the future. And as you shift from judgment to love, your entire world will change dramatically. Okay, we'll go to number one and two. Pretty easy. All right, three and four, What are your thoughts here? Remember, be low. Find the negative. Find the low judging energy, the nitpicking energy. When you were a boy and you're all about what your dad was doing, you're all thinking about what he was doing wrong. You're looking at these men. Like it. Yan's just taking this seriously. This is good. This is what I want. This is what I want. Okay, I think we got three and four. Done. Five and six. And yes, we will be sharing. Good. Write down whatever. No one will make fun of you. This is where you get to share some of your feelings. Because when we know what your feelings are towards certain men, we can figure out how to change and elevate from judgment to a place of love. Because you'll never find something negative out of these. We need to look at them as negative. If you can. Or whatever pops in your mind. If it's a super positive statement, you can write that down, too.
Okay, let me.
But negative would be preferable if you can find something negative. If you can. But whatever your initial, very first thought. Your very, very first thought. Yeah, very first thought is. Okay, 7 and 8. Interested to hear what Craig says about some of these. Now, obviously, I won't be able to call on everyone, which is okay. But if you have the ability in just a moment to type into the chat pan. We got two more. Nine and ten. All right, so we got seven and eight, I think most likely. Okay, here's nine and Ten, Actually. See Raimi back here standing in line. That's. Nine. The first thing that popped in my head was drugs.
Of course.
Yeah, sure. Yep. Okay, great, great, great, great. Good job, gentlemen. So we're going to go back and I'm going to just pick on. Choose one person to kind of walk me through both of these yens. Hit me with number one and number two.
What?
What'd you write down?
Number one, fat loser. Number two, Ripped.
Steroids. R. Steroids. Yeah, that's. That's valid. That's good.
Sorry.
Guy cheated. Can we get like that with steroids?
Yeah, right.
It's not. Not real unnatural. Fat, loser, steroids. All right, let's go with Stephen. Be interested to see birthday boy number three. Number four.
So for Benedict, actually, first positive thoughts came.
So I actually wrote down the best. Smart. And then when I tried to go.
Into negative, maybe prissy. Not Dr. Strange, not a real doctor.
Only a doctor would say that. That's great.
Number four. Is it sad? Sad eyes. Sad life. Pathetic. Needs handouts. Lives in pain. Love that.
Wow. It's good. All right, Cole, what do you have for number 5 and 6?
5 I had rip ripped, steroids, photoshopped. And 6.
6 was hard.
I actually had a hard time figuring out a good one for anything bad for six. It. They look like teddy bears to me. So, like, this is a really nice photo.
Good. All right. I like that. I like that. That's great. So number five was easy. Number six was just happy teddy bear, cuddly session. Nothing negative.
Beautiful.
All right. My boy Edwin. For seven and eight.
For. For seven, it just.
He just looks like he's doing what he loves.
For eight. At a throat, he looks lonely. Looks lonely.
I love that. I love that. All right, Craig Lavine. 9 and 10.
They both got the.
Same answer of low IQ. Low IQ. Okay, so neither 9 or 10 are smart guys. That was my.
That was.
That was my first thought. That's okay, good. Thanks for sharing. Awesome chances. Now, here's what's amazing, gentlemen. So the amazing piece is keep in mind that all these photos were men. And men are masculine energy. You're gonna like this one. For as long as you judge men, you will judge yourself. That's where I was going with this. Now, I know I asked you to be negative. I get that. And I realized that for some of you, it was probably easier than others to initially judge them, right? For some of you, it might have been easier. So number one, like, what a fat slobber. Now, if this is you, when you Sit down. You probably start immediately going to yourself, because if you are in boy or prince energy, it's very, very easy to ridicule, to pick, to shame. And I know I asked you to go there and I was there with you, but this is why I want to show you the difference. Difference between king and boy and prince energy is a king is always going to do his absolute best to never be in judgment. It's an energy of love, of compassion, of excitement, and of healing. Because again, for some of you, some of those photos were going to be a little bit easier to go instant judge because. Because you're either not that man at all, but you secretly want to be. And you're going to find a way to judge that person, or you are already him, and you have no problem not judging him. But think about how many men you meet every day and what they look like and how they act and how they dress and how they carry themselves. And so ultimately, the goal, look at someone like this is, I wonder what that guy's name is. I wonder where this guy works. See the shift. I wonder what his wife's name is. Where you don't see anything about his appearance when you're looking at masking, including your dad. When you see your dad's image, when you see his face in your mind or in real life, the shift from pain, annoyance, frustration. What a lame face, right? When you start shifting and going to a place of love, what happens is you begin to elevate your energy. Gentlemen, does this make sense? And the more you operate in that frequency, the more you begin to touch richness, wealth, and abundance, because that's the energy where richness lives. You're never worried about, what can another man do for me or what can I do for another man. You just view him as a masculine trait, a character, a person that can provide love and freedom into the world. Because when you see a man like this, you can say, what an incredible soul, what a wise, incredible man. What a man of honor. Again, I realize I asked you to go low, and that's the point. The point is, for some of you, it's going to be really, really easy to nitpick. The beautiful part is it should always.
Be hard.
Should always be like, I don't know what is negative about this person? I don't see anything. Because you had it on one photo. What's. What's the name? That's the point. What if it was like that for all photos? Like, no, I'm really having a hard time here. It's the ability at how quick we can do it should be the warning sign. The warning sign of me. I need to start shifting more into love versus judgment. Does that make sense? Any questions on that? Anything that's comes up. Yeah.
Jeremy, it's beautiful, brother, that you are bringing up the point that get curious, not critical. You start getting curious about people, you start asking yourself what's beautiful about this person. It's real. It's real easy to. To judge. It's real easy. And I can tell you now where I'm living in my life now. Judgment's not the thing. Consistency, continuity. Where are you living in your space? Because I'll tell you this, when I'm happy and I'm being my best self, judgment doesn't even come into play. It doesn't mean I don't get triggered by things, though, because there is injustice in this world, there are things that we're going to disagree with. Doesn't mean that you have to go DEFCON 5 in response. And so I love you, brother. And really, the lesson I'm taking from this is slow down, slow down. Because if you're constantly living in reaction, you're like a live wire. You're like a landmine that's just waiting for someone to step on them. Thank you for this exercise, bro. Beautiful. My pleasure, My pleasure.
Yes. Get curious, not critical again. It's a shift in energies, gentlemen. Shift in energies. When you see this man, instead of going steroid, Photoshop loser, you get to go, I wonder what his workout regimen is, how much, like, water that guy drinks every day, you know? Cool dude. Wonder if he benches like three. Like, if he does like flat bar bench or like dumbbell bench. Right? Do you gu. You guys see the shift? And again, I know I asked you, but remember, the speed at which it's accessible allows you to know how quick you need to work on your healing journey. Right, Yens? Because Yens love being super critical of these guys that are ripped. Because he was once that. And so it has the capacity for you. When you are something and you are in that world, it gives you a lot quicker access to either be critical or curious. And when you are critical, you know, you're in what mode? Prince mode? Achieving striving, Being better than. Rather than being a collective masculine. Stephen, my brother, I realize I'm asking.
You to judge my judgment here, but my. Where I went to with 80 of them was sadness. I see sadness in them.
And so I don't.
Yeah, I guess.
How's that a reflection?
What can I Garner from. As a reflection on myself in seeing that.
Chuck, you. You went.
Yeah. You know, Stephen, as a physician and someone who deals with the health and vitality of people around you, what I know about you, and I know you well, is you have such an empathetic soul. You look for the great in people, and yet you're also looking at when someone's in pain and you can see the energy. You can feel the energy. And what makes you such a brilliant physician and even a more beautiful human being is that you're an extremely positive person and yet your ability to be able to tap into other people. So, yes, in these images, we can kind of prognosticate what they might be dealing with. Why would someone work out so hard to try and get in that good of shape? What shortcomings do they have in their lives? You know, are. Are there other things running in the background? And yet, by the same token, this. All the things that we can't stand about ourselves are some of the things that actually give you your superpowers. Like, oh, you know, I'm too easy, I'm gullible. And I go, yes, and you're one of the most kind, loving souls. And when you connect with people and you've developed this ability of rapport where you can do it instantaneously.
Yep.
You know, it. It's. It's the craziest thing. Some of the things that people love most about people and themselves are some of the things that actually agitate and frustrate themselves the most as well. It's a very strange yin yang relationship with this stuff.
Agreed. And I, I totally agree. What I would also say too, is in my, in my personal opinion, Stephen, like the being able to see slash, feel slash, sense sad and loneliness for masculine does show a level of elevation versus critique is more like, I'm trying to tap into that person's feelings now, which is very much that king flow of energy. So it's a less hitting on the person, the man, and it's more like, how are they? How. Why do they feel the way they feel? And you're starting to go into that. I think they feel negative. And that's because that's all you try to avoid your whole life. And the masculine energy for you is about avoiding sadness. And that's a big, big component for your masculine journey. And so instead of avoiding sadness as you just keep making those fun shifts towards you, don't avoid it. You embrace it when it happens. But your only consideration is growth and divinity. That's when the Whole thing will start shifting for you in a big way.
Thank you. Yeah.
And so it'll help with baby too. I'm working on that every day. It's like when. When baby cries are going, he said or she said. Oh, he wants my attention. This is awesome. I get to spend more time with baby. What a. What a fun. Thank you. It doesn't always work. I. I know this. I'm just like. That's. It's the goal. It's the goal. Awesome, though. Beautiful. Beautiful. Recognition. This one has always been fun for a few people. Usually this slide that I've done in the past. Derek, what was this one for you? Anything stood out? Would you write down. Let me ask you to unmute real quick. Yep.
Sorry. For number seven and eight, I. I really. I didn't have anything negative to say. I. I used to bully people a lot in school, so I, I. One day I just quit doing it and decided to stop being so negative. When I see other people, even, you.
Know, even if there is something very.
Easy to judge about them, I'll just automatically. My mind either think about something else, just block them out. So I don't judge them. I tried, but I. For this particular picture, I couldn't come up with anything negative because they're both dressed pretty nice. I mean, that dude's tying a bow tie. I can't even tie a bow tie. I can't sing. The guy on the left is singing. Got some nice suspenders. It was really hard for me to find anything negative in there.
Beautiful. But this one was easier for you?
Oh, yeah, dude. Number nine. I just could. I immediately just wanted to slap the. Out of number nine just because I just see him and he's like. He just looks like he needs to be slapped. I don't know. He needs. Doesn't look right. So that one's very easy. And then number 10, he just looks goofy as hell, man. He don't. He needs a different suit. He belongs to number nine for sure. That. That's where I got that from. Beautiful.
Good.
Really? That's good.
I love that. Anything else stand out to anyone else? Anything that was like just a unique awareness? Darren, you nine in the past would have.
Especially in my high school years would.
Have triggered me a lot.
But he. He was one of the saddest. To me, he looked like, you know, Derek said he needs to be slapped. I think he probably was a lot.
What an interesting awareness there. Wow, that's fascinating. I love that gentleman. Well, I saw Yan's take a picture of this Yen, why do you think you took a picture of this? What, what, what stood out to you about this quote as it's just a.
Reminder, you know, I don't want to judge other men because you will judge myself. Right?
So you, you pointed out that I judged the first number one picture, number two, because I looked like number two, but I didn't take steroids.
But I, I'm now tendency to one. So that's why, you know, when, when you look at, when you, you know.
Me, I, I look like number two. And then now I got back into looking like number one because that's how my dad looks.
And I never wanted to be like my dad, right?
So that's just why I took a picture of that.
And you know, all the things we wrote down about our dads, it's just.
Like a huge wake up call, you know, I'm not sure if I should.
Cry or laugh right now, to be honest. Both.
You can do both crying, laugh simultaneously because this. So this one's a big one for Yan's guys. So he's saying is, this is dad, this is me. So anytime I'm him, I'm far away from him. But if you're far away from him, then you're far away from dad. And you're never in a place of love. You're always in a place of separation and judgment. Do you guys see how quick that can come? It's like, I want to be as far away from dad's possible. But if you're not embracing your dad and who he is, because again, that's, that's what's beautiful about that quote too, is for as long as you judge men, or you can just replace the E with an A man. And if your dad's a man who, which he is, well, guess what you're doing? You're judging yourself. And you're going to be hard on yourself a lot. So you're very, very rarely going to be this gentle, kind, soft man that people feel safe being around. Because imagine if I walk down, if I walk downtown Nashville with a suit full of knives, are people going to want to hang around me? Probably not. I'm not going to look or feel safe. Right. That's where that judgment component comes in. Every time you judge, you put a knife on your armor and therefore your woman as well. You need to be safe and approachable and kind and caring. And the less judgment you have towards other people. And now you no longer have that shield of knives, and you become a lot more approachable, a lot More calm, a lot more caring. I'm not saying you have to be kind and walk all. Getting walked all over. What I'm saying is it's an area of judgment that as you can become aware of this judgment and aware of how you feel when you're in that judgment, you start to shift, you begin to elevate your energy and you start escaping boy and escaping prince and stay more into king and divine king. And it's just a beautiful energy to be. It's a way of life that is truly remarkable. Write this down if you're taking notes. When you are in your king energy, you can have everything that you want all of the time, always. Now I realize that your logistical brain is going to say, well, that's, that's stupid. I can never have everything that I want all the time. I can't have money, sex, cars, food, abs. Can't have everything that I want. You can when you're a king. It's the way it works. It's an acceptance, it's an awareness, It's the energy of acceptance, it's the energy of love. Because think about this for just a moment. So what Joe Dispenza says, if anyone here's ever heard of Joe Dispenza, Joe Dispenza says, and many people said this, but obviously that God is love. And the closer you get to love, AKA the closer you get to God, when you are, you and God are simultaneously connected, everything appears instantaneously that you want or need. The farther you are away from that divinity, the farther you are. You're from your dreams, your goals, your hopes, your truest, your deepest desires and wishes. But when that connection happens, the closer you get, the faster everything is happening for you becomes. It can almost become instant. You can create things from the immaterial into the material. And that's a fascinating, unique concept. And for my men here, I'm referring to. And that absolutely can be. To come full circle, that can be money, because money is an energy. And so that's the only thing that you're lacking in your life. You're like, I got everything else, dude, but I'm broke. Cool, we'll start working on that piece. Start working on why you're judging money, why you judge other people that have money. Who in your life represents masculine, that has a bunch of money that you don't respect, that you don't admire, that you're judging? It has to be someone, otherwise you'd have a bunch of money.
Who is it?
Is it your wife's ex Is it your ex boss? Is it your dad? Like someone in your life had a bunch of money or has a bunch of money, and they're masculine and you do not respect them, you judge them, and therefore you don't be everything, not like them. Therefore you don't have money. But can that be the same for love? What if you have a billion dollars, but you have no love in your life? Your wife hates you and respects you or doesn't respect you? What man do you admire or not admire? Right? You guys see how this is all connecting? Whatever aspect that you feel that you're lacking in your life, it's either because the man, the masculine, that you admire or did not admire, and you're either compensating or overcompensating. It doesn't always have to be your dad, doesn't always have to be you. It's men. That was the point of this exercise. It's the collective consciousness of masculine that you're judging. That's the part that you get to work on. So who has some time to go a little deep with me? Beautiful. All right, so I think we know where to start. Go ahead and work on closing your eyes for just a moment. Unless you're driving. I don't think anyone's driving. I think you're all good. So let's go ahead and close your eyes. Let's work on taking two really deep breaths in through the nose. Let's come into the present. Let's come into the embodiment and the acceptance of love and what that looks like and feel like. And I want you to imagine that your body has a color surrounding it in this very moment. That color could be red or black, could be blue, could be dark green. But pick a color that surrounds your whole body. Any color. They're all correct. They're all the right answer. And choose to see that perfect color slowly begin to change to a glowing white light. A light of love, a light of happiness, a light of success, a light of joy, of peace, of protection, of prosperity, and of healing. And notice, in front of you, as you're taking a breath in through your nose, this same green grass path appears in front of your feet. And I want you to start walking down that path with your feet, slowly walking down this really nice, soft, spongy green grass where it's safe, it's luscious, it feels nice, it feels delicate, it feels beautiful, it's comfortable. And as you're walking down this path, notice the gates. This is the same gate from just 48 hours ago in our last meditation on Saturday. Notice this beautiful gate. The huge doors, the magnitude, the size, the power. And place both your hands on the gate and push it open. Just see and notice how effortlessly the doors swing open. So much power, so much protection, but yet you have the capability of very easily walking into the garden of your heart. And on the left you will notice your garden. Remember the garden that we restored on Saturday together. The garden of your heart with the fountains, the trees, the flowers, the bushes. That one tree in particular that harbored the face of you, or the face of your dad, or the face of your ex wife is now fully restored. Tons of birds and flowers and petals. It's a beautiful tree that's alive and well. I want you to continue walking down this path. Continue walking down the path and you can still see the garden to your left. But you hear a very, very interesting sound not extremely far away from this garden. Want you to imagine as you walk down this path, a little bit farther off in the distance, you can you begin to see and hear a waterfall. A powerful, huge waterfall. One of those that you might have seen in the movies or a National Geographic. This magnificent waterfall is getting closer and closer. And as you walk down this path, the path slowly changes to a really soft, fine sand. And now you're on the beach that's in front of the waterfall. These rocks have been pounded for thousands of years into the smallest tiny little pebbles of sand and grain. And you walk on these rocks into the water slowly, waiting up to your chest. As you walk into the water underneath the waterfall that you created in your mind's eye. And as you walk underneath the waterfall, you can hear seal fe feel and know and understand the power of the water as it cascades over your head, over your shoulders and inside the waterfall. You are now in a cave. As you walk into the waterfall, walk out of the water, you're now going to be in a cave with a waterfall on your behind your back. This cave can be small, this cave can be big. It can be dark, it can be light, but create what this cave looks like to you. You're standing on the sand with the waterfall at your back. And as you're here in this cave, gentlemen, you hear two very familiar voices. You hear the voice of your father and you hear the voice of your mother. And they have both joined you here in this cave together. Together for the first time and potentially a very long time or for the first time since yesterday, you're joined with your mom and your dad. And here in this waterfall they embrace you. They hold you between them both, your mom and your dad hugging you at the same time and what feels like many, many decades. And as they hold you, you hear your dad say, I'm so happy for the man that you've become. Thank you for showing me what divine masculine looks like and feels like. Thank you for giving me this gift of your presence, of your power. And while you're still being held in the middle of your mother and dad in this hug, embrace. Your mother says to you, son, thank you. Thank you for showing me what protection and safety feel like. Thank you for being such a powerful man. And as you still are being held by your mother and father in this cave behind the waterfall, four more people join. This is your grandmother and your grandfather on both sides. Your mom's dad, your mom's mom, your dad's dad, your dad's mom. People you may have never met before, maybe never even seen pictures. They are here with you in this waterfall. And they also begin to hug you. And you feel their energy. You feel their power, feel their love. And then, my dear man, my friend, their mothers and their fathers join you. And soon you are being held by over eight generations underneath this waterfall. And while they're all hugging you, while they're all holding you in unison, your mom, your dad, your grandparents, your great great grandparents, they all say together in unison, I have chosen you. We have all gotten together and chosen you to be the one that creates the change for us. We have called on you to be the leader of this family. Please lead us. You were created in the image of greatness, and we beg you to be that greatness. For our family. We are so sorry for how we hurt you. But we now release you to become the greatest version that you've ever seen possible. And with that, all of your ancestors slowly part. And you're able to look at all the faces of people that you may have never seen before. And you say to them, it is time. The commitment I make is my vow to be an incredible man. And you slowly notice all the faces and their bodies just slowly disappear from the waterfall, from the cave. And you're able to turn around, knowing that you could come back here again and walk back underneath the powerful water of the waterfall. Walk back through the water, walk up the sandy beach, get back on your path. And as you walk down your beautiful, gorgeous, soft, green grass path, as you walk down the path, you notice something very interesting. You notice something very unique. On the right, you can see the garden that you have healed earlier. But on the left, my dear friend, you can see the. The generations of people that were just in the waterfall now also being added with your friends, your family, your cousins, your brothers, your sisters, your aunts, your uncles, your. Everyone that you've ever known in your existence is now on the left of your path. They are all there saying, you are the One. We chose you to lead us. We chose you to guide us. You are Him. And as you walk down the path with all the people that you've ever met, ever seen, ever believed in, to your left, walk through the gate, slowly closing it behind you, knowing that we will return here again. As the gate closes, slowly walk up.
The path.
Take two deep, deep breaths through the nose and come back to the present moment. Where we're able to share, potentially talk about what power, what gifts, what did you see? What did you notice? But I'll allow you a few minutes to collect yourself, Keeping in mind, my brothers, that this. This is the work that you can do on a daily basis to return to your center, to return to your divinity, to realize that you were created in the image of greatness. You're created in the image of love. And the longer you operate in a place of judgment, of fear, of sadness, of loneliness, of lack of. You will continually stay in a place that is mediocre. But not any longer. Is now time for you to create that shift that you've always dreamed of. Alex, share for me. How was that for you, brother? What did you see? What did you feel?
All right, so when we got to the cave, it got. It got pretty emotional because this past weekend, I think, was the first time when I saw my parents and I was leaving their house to go back to my house, they told me they were so proud of me and how far I've come in the past couple years. So that kind of. That kind of really hit home. And then my. My grandfather passed about two months before my. My daughter was born, and he was so excited to become a great grandfather. And he never got to. This is how it was. Pretty emotional, so definitely thank you for that exercise.
Of course, my man. Because he was there.
Yeah, he was.
Yep, he was there. Yes, yes, yes. Beautiful man. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Michael, share with us. How was it for you, my man? What did you notice? What did you feel?
For me, I think it was a little hard. The beginning, trying to see yourself in light, pushing the door in the garden. I have a real time, a hard time with that. The waterfall. I was able to envision that it was. It was a little Hard. Just especially even this past weekend, like yesterday, I had gotten to a bit of an argument with my parents. And I don't know, I just saw my parents when I was growing up as like this pedestal. And then now that I'm older, it's like, where are. Where are they? That's not them anymore, you know?
Yeah.
I don't see them the same way. Sure. Disappointed, you know, for how they've been acting. They're the ones acting like children now.
Yeah.
And it's frustrating is because at the end of the day, they're your parents, so it's frustrating that they're the ones acting like kids now. And then you're the adult and what can you say to them? I've already said many things didn't change. It's gonna be a very hard.
It is. It is a little hard. It's gonna be a very fun adventure when our parents, my mom definitely being included in that list. Right. Where they're. Were there girls or boys in the. In the energy sense? Right. They're grown human beings, but they're very much that boy and girl energy. And the absolute best thing that you can do, in my personal opinion, is a very, very popular quote. Right. Kill them with kindness. It's like, no, Give them love through your success and the success of you and the acceptance of who they are. Very often they're not the ones that are strong enough for this journey. My family, your mother and father might not be the ones strong enough for the journey. That's why they had to choose you. That's why they had to create you. They might not be the people in this life to make that change, to make that actual shift occur. It's your job. It's for you, Michael. They can't do it. They might not be that person. So you're going to be the example now. You get to wait. You get to hold that weight. What a beautiful weight it is. Because you've always been asking. You've always been asking for more. And when more is asked, more is given. And if you're taking notes, gentlemen, write this down. You will never be given what you can't handle. But that includes the good things. That includes the good things. You will never be given more than you can't handle. So if it's known by the divine that you can't handle money, fame, fortune, success, guess what? You're not going to be given. You're not that container yet. But if you've been asking for it, there are a way for you to go this is how I'll do it. I'll tell you the biggest shift that I ever did in my life to heal this relationship with my mom, who was being a child for over a decade. As I simply said, after doing a lot of this work, a lot of the center work, I said, you know, I'm just going to give her unconditional love. That's what I'm gonna do. I'm just gonna do everything for her until there's nothing she could say, negative, even if she wanted to. I'm just gonna buy her a house, build it for her, take care of all of her bills, even though she hasn't talked to me over the last decade, I'm going to ask for more, and I'm going to become more, and I'm just going to give it to her. And that commitment to myself does what. It forces you to become great. That's the commitment. The commitment is it forces you to step into something big and go, okay, okay, I guess I'm gonna do that now. I'll figure it out. Greg, how was it for you?
It was nice.
I.
I don't. I don't know. I. I just. I just see.
Ready. I'm ready to give unconditional love to everybody.
Good.
Yeah. That's awesome. Yeah.
The.
The judgment, the physical body judgment exercise was very helpful because we see and we judge and, and, you know, I don't want to, but. But it's just so ingrained. Like, like, thank you for sharing, Derek, about the bullying. Like, like, you know, that you just see and you just don't think.
And yes, that bullying was no different.
Than Newsom having sex. It's just. It's just something that could be done. There's a so, so, so to be unconditional with that love is what I learned. Beautiful. Juan, you want to share for us, brother? How was it for you if you got a chance to be in that with us?
Yes, I. I was. I have another staff meeting, but I stepped out for a second. But I just want to let you know that I think this session is very important for me as I'm gonna go back and review this. You know, in the beginning, when we talking about, like the low mass energy and how you're there, I just want to share. I. I want to share this story for. For everyone.
Sure.
This is. This is one of the most difficult topic in my life. And as I said, you know, when I grow up, my father is the most devoted man on earth. That. The punishment that. I'm not sure that some of you ever experience in life? You know, I can see health on earth already, you know, for example, he will tie me up, handcuffed me and then throw me in the 20 foot well and then let me die. Or he will make me new on the. In the street, you know, in the middle of Vietnam, you know, and then the asphalt is so hard that will melt your knee. And he will ask me to raise my hand up and he got a gun in my head. If I drop my hand now, he will shoot me right there. And I was like just 10 years old and many, many, many more punishment like that, you know, in my life that I think that it's become it. It's like a hard, hard train in your. In your. In your heart, your. Your mind really. So even though that I love him, I forgive him everything. I forgive him and I'm a Christian. I forgive him everything that I. I could. But every time I. I see him, I face him. It's like I. I'm so scared. Even though right now I'm 60 years old, but I'm. I'm so scared to face him. And even now that you know, he's still alive, but I don't know that I. I want to face him. I want to. I want to see him once more. Because you know, my. My mom just recently died because of him too. You know, he abused the family to the max, but me is to the most so. But forgive him. Forgive is the most important thing. That if you forgive him, you forgive yourself. So I. I feel that way. And if you want to turn. If you give. If you plan to give someone unconditional love, yes, sometimes you can give unconditional love. But to a. You have to overcome all that. You have to overcome all those obstacle. Because it makes who you are. It's make. You know, is he's. You say that you know, 50 of who he is. Is that who I am? I want to. As I say, you know, I. I want to be better. I want to be different. Almost like 100% opposite from him. I never received a hug from him. I never received a love from him. I never feel. I don't even have one memory good memory of my father. Up until now, even the day that my. My mom died, he would not allow my mom to be buried. Because he hate me that much. Because he love. He know that he loved my. I love my mom so much that he would not allow me to marry my mom. And he's his. He's the father. And even that, you know, I. I forgive him. Forgive him and pray for him, but give unconditional love. You have to actually become a divine. You have to really. How somehow you have to live that. How can you actually get there? I want, I want me there. I want to get there, Sherry. But that, that is the most difficult things in my life as of right now. And he's still alive. I know that he's, you know, his day is not very long. But I want to ask you and then ask everyone on here, you know, what would I do in a case like that? You know, should I come and, and make peace with him again? Should I. I only forgive him, but should I actually go there and.
Be.
Reconciliat with him again? But he. One of the things that I know for sure that he would never remorse. He doesn't remorse whatever he have done.
Sure.
And I know that you say that God give you everything that you can handle. Yes, I can handle that. He make me who I am today. I'm. I'm opposite what he is. But to overcome that one challenge on here, maybe the journey for me, you know, should I come and make peace with him again, knowing that, knowing that the outcome is going to be devastated for me again. So given unconditional love is something that everyone have to look inside your heart and say, okay, can you be able.
To.
Give all that you can?
That's right. That's right, my brother. And again, that's, I think the exercise, if you get a chance to, to pop over to Saturday, our most recent Saturday session, just because there's also a really, really powerful process that you can begin to go through because you don't necessarily. Because for some of us, right, our dad or mom might not be here, so we can't physically get that discussion, but you can begin to go through the energy of the stepping stones into that because you obviously have a very, very, very powerful story and there's a lot of pain that's there and rightfully so. Again, never taking away the ability for us to be angry. Next week we're actually going to talk a little bit about the dark masculine and how that part of our life also needs to be rekindled and be aware of that energy. Because to also fully heal, we need to go through the low judgment masculine, the dark masculine and the divine masculine. We need to go through all the elements. And so that's going to be something that you will continue to do throughout this program. Quan, I'm just so proud of you, man. Thank you for sharing that. And I am, I am very, very, very Happy that you were able to not only live through all that, but to become the man that you are now. That's incredible.
Thank you. Thank you.
It's incredible. What a story, Kurt. I love that love beats fear. Yeah, it does. And again, gentlemen, what we're going to be doing over the next couple weeks is, like I just told Kwan, we're going to be practicing, going through the different levels of energy right today. And this week, we're, We're. We're discussing that low masculine, knowing what it is, knowing why it is, knowing what it exists. That's what traps a lot of us into complacency and normalcy. Then we're going to talk about dark masculine. For some of you, that'll be really fun. For some of you, that'll be pretty rare. For some of you, you never really wanted to tap into that type of power, because that type of power comes a lot of responsibility. And when we tap into that type of power, you have unyielding capacity to do anything that you want. You just have to truly know what it is first. And so that's what we're going to be stepping into as we continue to go through this program, is going through those different levels of all of us and healing those levels. So do me a favor, if anybody wants to share anything else additional, you're welcome to do that in the WhatsApp group is to share in either a voice memo or a video, or you can text it out. I will take the time to read it all. If it's too deep or too personal, you're welcome to share it to me directly. You can also reach out to Chuck as well. He's. He's here to help all of us at any time. But, my brothers, I appreciate you going down this journey with me, because again, ultimately, our mission here is to heal all of us and to continue to elevate into an extremely high power of conviction, of energy, of abundance, of wealth, of richness, of prosperity, of joy, impact those around us and change our lineage, because that's what we're doing here. When we upgrade our DNA, we don't upgrade just the DNA that goes after us, but the one that came before us. And then you create an entire shift. I love you so much, gentlemen. Thank you. Your workout for the day is posted in WhatsApp. Total of 3 minutes of plank time and a total of 3 minutes of dead hang time. That's it, right? Yesterday was a nice, good workout. Saturday was a nice, good workout. Three total minutes of dead hang. Three total minutes of plank. It's all you need to do body rest and recover. Work on your core, work on your arm strength. But I appreciate you all. You're amazing. Love you so much. We will be back on Saturday, and then a very, very small reminder is next Tuesday. So we're gonna have our session on the 20th next Tuesday at 12 Central, 1 Eastern. We have another special webinar with one of my mentors, Zach Hummel. So I think I'll make sure that all of you are invited to that. If you're not, just please let me know. But I'm pretty sure I added all of you to that invite, so, gentlemen.
Love you. See you Saturday.
