June 3rd, 2024 Divine King

A June 3, 2024 YouTube group session led by Jerremy Newsome (with contributors like Chuck Hogan) on developing 'divine masculine' qualities: intimacy (self-inquiry), learning to receive, distinguishing wants vs needs, and cultivating joy and ease instead of addiction to struggle. The video mixes conceptual framing (beliefs about needs and joy), coaching prompts (use of the word 'easy', delegation, decluttering), body practices (breathwork, ice baths, bear crawls), a guided upward visualization/meditation featuring meeting a higher self and receiving a symbolic sword, participant reflections, and homework to practice breathwork, crawling, decluttering and gracious receiving.
Chapters
Big group.
Yes. Big group. Quote of the day. Feel free to write it down. Remind yourself it's not one day. It's not someday. It's Monday. How often do we put off things? Someday I'll do that. One day I will learn that. No, no, no. Monday. That's what I'm gonna do. That. Put in the time, putting the energy, put in the effort. It is possible. It is always possible. Chuck Hogan, thanks for leading Saturday, my brother. You crushed it. I watched this whole thing last night, guys. Wasn't Chuck. Is he, like, the greatest leader in the world? I'll follow Chuck anywhere.
I love you, brother.
He's wonderful.
Yeah. What a session. Ah, good stuff. Okay, well, Chuck was prepared to lead this class. He had everything that he needed because he's an absolute king. But just in case, I'm here. It was a false alarm, so no baby boy yet. It'll be any day. So we're just sitting around waiting at that point. I'm gonna get her. I'm gonna get her walking. You're walking up some hills.
How's she feeling, brother?
She's. She's. She's okay. She's okay.
Her.
Her sciatic is giving her some problems, and she's having a hard time walking right now, so she's shuffling around, but in general, she's doing good. Do you have one of those bouncing balls?
The big bouncing balls?
Oh, we do get her on that, Alex. Is that what you're saying? Yeah, that's what. That's what we did with my wife.
And.
And, like, once she started using that, because, like, we were late, we were past due. Once you started using that, within, like, 24 hours, it started getting it going. So here's the ball. Good to know. Okay, thanks, dude. I will get one. Indeed. There's Stephen, everyone's hero. As a tiny, tiny, tiny reminder, I did talk to a few of you, and everybody wanted to meet Stephen in person. Was sad he couldn't be at the event, so we just slightly shifted the retreat until October, which actually worked out better for two other people as well. So anyone using those dates or times, let me know. Airbnb should automatically have updated everybody, because I sent it to the host and they've updated. So let me know if you have any questions about the retreat in Dallas. Not in Dallas, but you'll fly in Dallas. You'll drive an hour outside. Is Cindy coming? Raimi?
No, no, no Cindy. I'm not sure why. Not sure why that happened. I guess I'm under her Airbnb still. She Was like.
She was like.
Somebody sent me something.
I was. I was confused, so I tried to cancel it.
Okay, that's good. That is good. All right, well, today we're going to continue to ascend. This week, next week, the week after, we're gonna. We're gonna keep riding this elevator and escalator up into greatness as we just talk more and more about our light, our happiness, our availability of what divine masculine energy feels like and looks like and moves like and acts like. There's a word that Chuck likes a lot that I want all of you, all of you to like a lot. And that word is intimacy. I learned from my boy Chuck that this is into me, you see, and when we're talking about me, right, Me being, well, you as a man. So as we continue to be aware, last week we talked about boundaries. More, yes. For a lot of men, more, no. Releasing control. Being okay with not controlling every situation, every outcome, but the intimacy of not being afraid of that word, but just knowing how to go within, how to connect with yourself and when to heal. Realizing that if you are chasing money or income or status or any of those natures, any of those aspects of yourself, all those challenges are solvable. But generally, you will need to heal some belief, you'll need to shift and change something, some standard that you have set for yourself that you don't need to be seen, that you don't need to be good enough, that you don't want to. You don't have to work extremely, extremely hard any longer for more income. But that does require, again, just the ability to. To create depth. Because for you and your partners, for you and your daughters, for you and your sons, for you and your wives, your parents, you can only go as deep with someone else as you're willing to go within. And for any one of us, including myself, if you ever experience one of these three, right, that depression feeling or that sadness feeling or that anxiety feeling, how can you go within to start asking yourself bigger questions? The question of, why am I feeling this way? Great question. But there are other questions that you can ask. That one's a good one, though. But you could ask the question, where did I learn this feeling? What was the first time? When was the first time I felt this? What caused me to feel this way the very first time? That. That is intimacy, right? Being able to ask those deeper, deeper questions. And I'll tell you a really fun gift, family. When I feel the very rare situations where I have. Call it anxiety, call it a panic attack, generally it's triggered by a moment or a belief that I had or experienced when I was doing some plant based medicine journeys. When I have something that repeats itself and some type of repetition, I have that anxiety spike, my heart really races. I get to ask myself a deeper question and the more depth that I can lean in on myself and realize and know why I'm feeling that way, it allows me to really, really center, to really get grounded and to start connecting with the God that we are all created in the image of. So you have intimacy next. This probably seems like an obvious but far too ill frequently do men have enjoyment, right? What are the, what are the three things that a lot of men out there, when do they feel joy, right? Sex, alcohol, food. That's it. Those are the three. And now all three of those are enjoyable. Can be potentially especially the first one. Sex is awesome. But if those are the only times you can experience joy and you forget what it feels like to wrestle with your kid shirtless in the backyard, Great job, Craig Levine. You've created a bond. You literally create a moment for your kid that he will remember forever. It's now in his like, cerebral for the rest of his life. And as you start linking joy to creating moments and experiences for others around you, You expand into light and happiness and divinity. You no longer have to start, you no longer have to continue pursuing and chasing. You get to enjoy things as they are, not as they could be. Again, if you're taking notes, jot this down. What you appreciate, appreciates. Really, really, really often we all forget how good we have it and we want so much more and more absolutely is better. More can always be better, for sure. But when you realize that you want more but you do not need more, that is a big shift. Craig, can you tell me in 500 words or less, what is the distinguishing difference between the feeling of want and the feeling of need? Well, want is not the necessity. And need is you. You need air to breathe. You don't want air to breathe. You want to have whatever it is. Insert just about anything, you know, to reach an enjoyment, but you don't, you know, need it. Like you would need food to fuel your body. You know, you might need enjoyment to fuel your body as a whole person, but there's, there's, there's, you know, the, the basic rules of life that you need things and then there's everything else and you always get what you need and you can always get what you want also. Both are available to you. But yeah, the. Yeah, but you'll die if you don't get what you need. True, very true. I'm being super literal. No, I love that. It's okay. I love that. And what's, what's also interesting, my wife teaches this in one of her courses. If you guys ever get a chance, do yourself one favor. If you think I'm cool, I'm a worthless little snail compared to my wife and her and her true awareness to tap into someone's soul and intuition. But she has a course called the Dreamed Creator. And she talks about the difference between want and need. And needs will always be given to you. But want is an expansion of self. And when you realize who you are and you start settling into what you want for the expansion of your soul in this world, you start stepping into your greatness. Because need, as Craig perfectly said, is going to be given to you by God, by the universe, by creator, by source, by divine, by whoever, by your grandmother or your mommy, your daddy, right? You'll always get what you need. Asking for what you want requires courage. Because at some point, right, Steve, you have to go, I have everything that I need. But in order for me to want all of these amazing things, I need to become a better person. And then your body goes, well, I don't want to be that person, though. That's a lot of work. I'd have to speak better and dress better and look better and act better and have nicer teeth, have better clothes, have better skin, look like Chuck freaking absolute Jack out of his mind.
Putting.
Us on 500 burpees and or 500 push ups and 60 berkey. And I was like, you, dude did it anyway. It was great. How did Chuck know I love burpees so much? How did he know? So, man, team like that, that's a big deal. Like, I want to sit down that for a moment. Because life is give is having your needs met. Enjoyment is having your wants met. And the amount of things that you can want and ask for and lean into and be and appreciate and receive and have. Without divine masculine energy, there is no enjoyment. So begin enjoying the things that you have for a moment. And really, one of your homework for today is I don't want you to think at all, not even once about what you don't have. I want you to only focus on what you do have. The Prince energy is that very much like, oh, I want, I want all this cool stuff. I want all these things. I want girls to like me. I want more money, man. And you forget, bro, you got a car that has ac. I remember When I didn't. Hey, me too, dude. Stop light, dude.
Air.
Two windows, 60 miles an hour.
That's it. That's your AC. You know, it's like you have, you have legs or, or a leg in Michael's case, you know, but you got, do you have food in the fridge? Family, do you have muscles? Are you alive? Like enjoyment is sitting down for a moment going, holy smokes, I have so much. And not saying and yet, but just really being in that, that when you tap into that, what eventually happens, gentlemen, is you lose connection with, with needing money. And when you lose that connection, you gain everything. Because at some point then you just decide that you want more and it becomes a little bit easier because you can make that decision. I want more because I, I want to expand into something bigger. I don't need more. I want it. And it allows this really, really cool embodiment of self. Does that make sense? Do you have any questions about the difference between those two and how that allows you to align with your divine masculine energy?
You know, Jeremy, something that came to my heart just now in going through this with you is I used to believe that there were five human needs. Air, water, food, shelter, love and connection. And it has abundantly been made clear after going to this biohacking conference and my engagement with this beautiful community of men that joy is a birthright. And it's one of the most underrated emotions and needs that we have as human beings is to experience joy, to elevate, to grow, to expand. Whatever that definition of joy means for you, it's as important as breathing. And yet it's things, it's one of the things that we actually shed off and negate because as men we think that it's something that's to be deserved when it's already something that's within you and it's to be celebrated.
Love that. Wow, that's awesome. Now, I don't know, to me, I don't know if this is like the exact definition, gentlemen, but what I want all of you to do today and, or tomorrow and, or this week, but find the opportunity to have a good 50 second laugh. Now you might go like, oh, I'll put on a comedy show. You could. But even then, like, it's got to be a really, really, really good comedy. It's got to be a great joke for 50 seconds, man. Can you imagine laughing for 50 seconds straight? You could just make yourself do it. You all know how to laugh, right? You know the, the body, you know the mechanisms, you know what your Body does, in order to laugh, you might just have to fake it for 45 of those seconds.
We're back.
The team is looking down the barrel, but guess what'll happen, right? You fake it for 45 seconds, and then those other five seconds, you unlock pure joy and enjoyment. I had a quick one yesterday. Probably wasn't exactly for these segments. It was close. My wife started crying. It was awesome. Like, she cries at everything, though, so I don't know if that counts, but she was laughing so much, she started crying. We were watching this movie. We had, like, a family movie night last night called the Mitchells versus the Machines. Have you guys seen it? It's on Netflix. It's a cool little animated film. If you have younger kids, it's good. Mitchell's versus Machines. As a. As a parent, you're really stressed out about this movie for a second, but it is actually funny. They do it really well. But the reason this movie is kind of scary is because it's like, wow, this is going to happen. It's like, you know, robots take over and, you know, capture humans is essentially what happens. But you're watching, you're like, wow, that's probably going to occur. Well, anyway, it's a funny movie and there's a couple points. There's a couple parts in there that will make you laugh, I think. And that being stated, that was something that we experienced yesterday, and I wanted to bring this all to your attention as I know we're hopping on joy for a while, but it is something that I would love all of you to just think about and really, really start practicing a little bit this week. Kurt?
Yeah, I just posted in the chat there's a practice called laughter yoga, and it is a great way to laugh if you have a hard time laughing because they did this with prisoners. And I just posted a video with John Cleese. When he goes to the. I think he goes to a prison and does it, or he does it with some group in India. But if you try that, you will start laughing. I guarantee you do.
Yeah, it is a guarantee.
Email is terse.
Informal. That's because it's. It's a muscle. Thank you. And thank you for that, Kurt. Throw that in the WhatsApp channel too, brother. So if anybody wants to do some laughter yoga this week, the reason that it works, it's a guarantee is because it's muscles. Laughter is muscles, and they're muscles that a lot of people haven't worked out very often. We got this scowl on our face all the time. Except for Derek. Derek, who has no problem laughing, but.
Jeremy.
Yeah, no.
There was this exercise for salespeople in the morning at 9 o'.
Clock.
Put on a. Put a pencil in your mouth and it improves the performance of most all the sales people.
Oh, because they have to smile. That's true. I like that.
Yeah, they must Chuck. You probably know that. So I'm. By the way, I'm off camera. I'm doing meal prep, so.
Yep, you're good. Awesome. All right, here's another one. Gentlemen. This one's gonna. This one's gonna strike some chords. Here we go. Ease. Look how easy that ice bath was. £400 of ice. 25 minutes was super easy. I did have to wear a hoodie for the whole day though. This was mid August. Gentlemen, let me hit you with something for a moment. Most of you are addicted to struggle. I was for a long time. And I can be. It's really easy to get back into because it's an addiction for me. And sometimes I bathe in that addiction. I choose struggle intentionally. I pick things where it's going to be really, really, really hard. Like seven miles of bear crawls. That's hard sometimes. You can pick struggles. You can let. You can let go into that one. But the way and the reason that most of us are addicted to it is because we don't know any other way. We have been raised. Work hard as you can. Be the hardest worker in the room. You don't need to prove anything by struggling anymore. Gentlemen, right? A divine, masculine male, which is what we're all going for. Imagine for a moment. You know what? Really quick, close your eyes. Unless you're driving. Close your eyes really, really quickly. Deep breath in. And just imagine walking into your kitchen. So visualize your kitchen and all of your favorite food is already created there for you, waiting for you. Now open your eyes. Easy, easy.
Practice.
Easy.
Practice.
Ease. Just imagine and start practicing visualizing just things just already being there happening for you, being done, being created, being given to you, versus always having to push, push, push, push, push, push. I know that we all know push very well. And I talked about this actually very briefly in week two. But the closer you get to God, the quicker things come true for you. When you and divinity are one, everything you want, your deepest heart, desires are fulfilled instantly. It's an instantaneous reaction. Now, the first time I heard of that, the very, very first time, I was sitting in a big auditorium listening to a guy called Dr. Joe Dispenza. And as soon as I heard that, my My brain, my reptile male struggle bus brain went, that's. You can't have that. And then I looked at the guy who was giving a presentation, who was looking jacked out of his mind in great shape, who sold out a 6,000 person auditorium in five minutes. I was like, well, maybe. Maybe I should listen. So. Because again, initially, your. Your beliefs, the things that you've been told, the things that you've believed in for so long, will always battle some of these new notions. And that's why I like to remind myself of the affirmation, you can have everything that you want all of the time, always. Because every time I say that, my internal brain goes, no, you can't, Stephen. Right now. You can't, Edwin. You can't have everything that you want all the time, always. That's. That's dumb. That means other people are going to have to lose for you to have something. This was a big one for me. If you have a negative mindset about how easy things can be, your life will always be hard. Let that sink in for just a moment. Because if your life is really hard and you love you, you wear hard like a badge of honor. Now, are there times that you need to choose and can choose and can pick hard? Yeah, for sure. So be aware that ease is definitely a trait of a king. Because kings, they just have everything created for them and provided for them and given to them. Just walking into the room, they exist so everyone knows who they are. Everyone sees it, and it's just there. Things just kind of fall into place for you. And I'm sure many of you have probably experienced that from time to time, right? You come to an event, everything is created for you. It's just all there. When I say event, like birthday party, wedding, you just show up and wow, everything is there. So keep in mind that is in the. That is the ability. And that's something that I want you to start aiming towards. And right on cue, Stephen. Right on cue. I mean, like, it was scripted. So talk to me. What you mean when you wrote in two minutes ago. This feeling keeps coming up for me in our talks here. The vulnerability that it takes to receive.
Yeah.
When you.
When you mentioned with ease being given something, I realized that. And Chuck brought it up, too. He's a great giver, not a great taker or receiver. And it's because I realized part of it. This is the control part of me. When I'm giving, I get to control that completely. Hey, I decide what to give. I decide who to give it to. But when I receive, I'm not in control of those terms. Right. When I. When I receive someone's generosity, I don't have control of the level of generosity. I don't get to be the one that is generous. In that situation, I am. I am open to whatever the situation is. Giving to me.
That'S very fun. Wow.
And. And I. I realized it was some of my friends, too, who are. Who have always been givers, and when they've needed help, it's very challenging to them. And I've heard a few times, hey, I'm usually the one helping here. It's hard for me to receive this help.
Feel like most doctors probably struggle with that too, because there's. There's a certain personality trait.
There's.
Right.
Like, I knew at a very young age I would never be a doctor. I'll tell you why. Because that. That job never stops. Like, at some point, I need an off switch. Because I. I knew. I knew since the age of eight. I was like, I have no off switch. So I need something that has an off switch, something that goes like, nope, okay, you leave now. And, you know, no one's. No one's sick. But what I'd be interested. What I would like to. I would like you to explore. We can explore this for a minute, because I'm sure other people might have this challenge, too, is I. And I appreciate the new perspective. I've never thought about giving as a form of control, because you're right. That makes perfect sense. I've just never thought about that way. And I really like that perspective, because for people who are inherently accidentally controlling and who want a lot of the answers and want to know how at every moment of the time when you give, you can pretty much forcefully control a reaction.
Yeah.
So give me some examples, Stephen. Anyone else who wants to share. How could you give something without knowing what it is or who you're giving it to?
Like, when you donate to a foundation, it's going to a lot of different places. It's being used generally. But, Stephen, can I. Can I offer you something, brother?
Yeah.
Gracious receiving is the highest form of control, because what you're doing is. Is you're actually receiving and allowing someone else the gift of giving, and you're completing engagement that you are responsible for, you are actually in full control. When you're receiving, you're in full control. Not what you're receiving, but how you receive. And oftentimes we look for fulfillment externally when we give. It's a measure of control, but it's being exercised externally from us. It comes from us, and then we set it free. And yet, from the very beginnings of these conversations we've been talking about, it's very difficult to give from an empty cup. And when we allow someone else's energy to co. Mingle with ours through their gift of graciously receiving, you're actually in full control of your faculties and the level of engagement and how we get to respond to another human being. See, kings receive with divinity and grace and gratitude and appreciation, not at the size of the gift, at the intention of the gift. And when we give someone else that gift of giving, how good do you think it makes them feel? Because you know how great it makes you feel? This was a very, very hard lesson for me to learn over the years. Still challenging some days.
Me too. Me too. I always, always feel I have to do something to receive something that. And that. That's one.
That.
That's going through it. Right. I. I think for me and for a lot of us, it could be changing our definition of what something is. Yes.
And what control is.
Because when you change, when you change your definitions, you change your beliefs, when you change your beliefs, you change everything. So if I change my belief of breathing is something. If I breathe, I can receive. That's my quote for today. Just allows you to go, all right, why I am receiving oxygen, kind of like Craig said earlier. Like, I'm receiving something, I need it, and I. I need it and want it.
And so, Jeremy, how's that reciprocated? And it's reciprocated in who you be that day. And people go, oh, so I'm controlling it. And I said, no, you're living in it. You're being it. That's why we say it's intention, not things and stuff.
That's. That.
That's. That's literally just the manifestation of what this looks like, that I can give energy and time and grace and love and patience and certainty and awareness in a moment, and it can change someone's day like that. It could have been a week. A high five, man, you look good. Have a blessed day.
And all of a sudden, it's like.
A whole different engagement. It's like, what did you do? No, it's who you were being. And people could feel it. It was earnest.
I feel that. That's really nice.
Or, Kurt, you said, give energy to someone without them knowing. I mean, that's. That's essentially what prayer is, isn't it? I mean.
I'm going to share this with you. All when we're together, I'm going to, Jeremy and I, we're going to share with you muscle resistance testing and I'm going to show you, we're going to show you in real time that someone's intention towards you can rob you of your energy. That's why we say choose the company you keep because you are the assimilation of the top five people you spend the most time with. If you're around a bunch of takers, I guarantee you you're dead dog tired on the regular. When and when we're in these calls in this group together, dude, I am pumping like my, my energy is off the freaking chain because I feel you guys, I know who you are and I'm not, I'm not embellishing. I'm stronger right now than I was before this call this morning and I wasn't. Weak energy compounds. It resonates. When you eat food, you're receiving energy. When you pray, you're receiving grace. When you give gratitude, you're receiving connection. For all the joy and happiness, all the blessings you have around you. The question is, are you a gracious receiver? Are you being force fed? And for some of us, we're being force fed because we get addicted to things that we use for information management or, you know, social media or different feeds that come through because these algorithms are feeding the perception of who you are, not who you truly are. They're feeding traits and patterns and not. Not you, but do you leave it. But do you believe everything that comes across? Reddit or Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or Tik Tok? And so part of the control is the filter that you use of how you need to feel and what this means to you when you receive, are you good enough? You know the answer. Do you deserve it? God done great junk, man. Yes, you do. You know it too. And when people give to you and you receive graciously and you allow them to elevate, you compound that resonance frequency of contribution and joy, laughter, happiness. That's what a true king does. A true king doesn't just give a fish. He shows people how to fish. When we go through that cycle of giving and receiving, sharing and caring, contributing, collaborating. So what if the act, Stephen, of receiving was the ultimate form of grateful collaboration? What if we gave it a different meaning because by your very nature you're going to give it away. That's who you are. That's what you do. That's who you be. Just something to feel about. We've done enough thinking. Yeah.
Yeah, yep. And Raymond, you're right. When Kurt. So Kurt mentioned in the chat pane, right. Perhaps you can give energy to someone without them knowing, right? Praying for someone, sending them, sitting down and getting an intention and going, okay, I mean how many times have you reached out to somebody and go, I was just thinking about you, right, That, I mean that that's probably not a massive surprise. A lot of people here. But I'm sure that's happened. But again, it can be that easy. When we say giving or receiving, a lot of times our brain might go money or gifts or time. It could be those three things. But it could also just be an energy connection, some type of well wishing with somebody. And these are all things I want you to think about this week as intentionally as you can, right? Walk around, walk around like this.
Physically.
Like walk into a store physically and just open your hands and go like say either out loud or to yourself. I would love to receive something amazing today day, right now, this week and notice what you get. You know what it is for me and for a lot of people and tons of people forget about this parking spaces. Who here is like, man, I always have a good place to park. I always find a good place to park, right? If you think about that, like, guess what, you're gonna get it a lot. But just like at parking space, that you might always get a really great parking space. You can have other things like that too.
Jeremy, have you ever noticed that when you're agitated, no good parking spaces show up?
None, dude, zero when you're pissed. God damn traffic. These people suck. Wow. These tourists here, like everybody on the same day. Are you kidding? Yeah. Oh man, it's the best. I mean, I'm experiencing a Laguna beach now. It's hot. It's so funny. Like today I'm gonna go down and get parking space, no problem. Yep. Because I'm such a good mood. But man, like five days ago, random time, no parking spaces. I was agitated, had to park super far away. Yeah, it's so cool. It is so cool. So prac. Practice, practice, practice this. If you're in a beautiful relationship, figure out how to do that one. Receive. Be willing, be willing, be willing. It's okay to just accept. So these are continued traits. These are things we're going to continue going through. Right? The, the higher love component. The higher love for yourself, for who you are, for what you do. Raymond, you remember these stairs? Oh yeah. Raymond knows about those stairs. But man, the higher, higher love. I love all these words, right? Like acceptance, gentleness, grace. Like who you are. There. All the things about you, all the jiggly bits, all the extra rolls, all the freckles or whatever, just that higher love of yourself.
Re.
And I know people say it all the time like you don't love others of how much you love yourself, but like, how. How much do you really, really love yourself? When you look at yourself, you subconsciously go, like, what an old labby piece of dirt, you know? Or do you say something else? If that's your go to, can you start making some shifts? Can you start updating? You start tweaking? When you know that you initially had that reaction, can you start shifting, going, oh, cool. Hey, that was. That's fun. Thanks for the old me. Thank you for showing yourself. Non acceptance me, man. I. I really like myself today. I really enjoy this part of my body. I really think that this part looks really nice. And guess what will start happening? Your body will start magically transforming. It's the weirdest thing. You really, really, really, really, really want it because you don't need it. You just want it. You want those shoulders that Jens has, is what you want. That's what you want.
Else feels amazing. Jeremy, you're spot on. If who else feels amazing after the water, the exercises, I mean, I look in the mirror, I'm like, I'm back, you know.
That's it. That's a higher love. It is like really, really accepting yourself now, Stephen, and for all my other men here, this will be a beautiful one for you. Because oftentimes we think that we have to have the answers and we have to figure it out. But couldn't you just ask a little bit of a deeper dimension? In prayer we ask and meditation we receive. I mean, how easy would it be to ask yourself, your higher self, the best version of you? The greatest, most disciplined, most elaborate, eccentric, wealthy, rich version of you. The most loving, caring, kind, beautiful, energetic version of you. What should I do today? How much should I give? What do I need to receive? What should I create this week? When should I begin to do this project? Could you ask questions like that and get an answer? You best believe it. And here's the one piece for me that really, really, really shifted everything. When you ask your higher self, God, the universe, source, divinity, angels or aliens, when you ask a different frequency that's above your current frequency, you're going to get an answer pretty quick. Do you trust that answer and do you embark on that journey is what will make you a king. That's courage. That's why we're gonna be Doing some bear crawls today because you do not step into courage, Crawl into it. A lot of us think the courage is like this brilliant, huge moment, because in the movies, your brain sees that one moment of the big fight.
But.
That'S towards the end of the movie. But you forget all the little fights that. That built up to that one big moment. You forget the failures. You forget the powerful discussions and the build up. Because ultimately, when we really lean into the biggest, brightest, best versions of yourself, those first few videos that you make or advertisements that you're in, or endorsements or sponsorships or emails that you ask for, they're probably not going to be perfect. They're probably going to be off script. Cole. Right. They're probably going to be subpar. But it's okay, because you crawl into courage. And you can always ask yourself your best, the best version of you. These big, big, amazing, powerful questions, which I would love to do in just a few moments, by the way. And when we step into these really abundant, gorgeous levels, these frequencies, we soar so dramatically, it. This is one of my photos. I don't know if you noticed, but there's your boy, Zach Hummel. Taught me how to bear crawl for long distances. And when we were crawling together, that's when I was like, dude, we should do this for three miles. He's like, you're a psycho. Yeah, dude. Psycho. We're crawling into courage. Gentlemen, now for my. For my controllers, Routines of divine masculine. Start delegating a little bit more. I. I wrote this one for me. You guys can use whatever on the slide that you want. This slide is for me. I am really good at routines. I'm not awesome on delegation. I delegate more than most of you on this call. I can delegate more. I want a lot of you to start delegating more. Delegating, right? Asking people for support, asking people for help, or paying them for their time and energy. That's also okay. I've told the story a million times. But one of the best decisions I ever did was hire an Uber driver to be my personal chauffeur. Right. Stephen just got done finishing the book Money Grows on Trees. That book was written because of that moment where I hired Nick to be my chauffeur. He was an uber driver, made 400 bucks a week. I was like, how would you like to make $600 a week? And you just drive me. You can. You don't have to delegate all things forever, but you can start figuring out what you would like to delegate. What takes your energy, what Gives you energy and what gives you time because then it allows you to really, really step into a space where you are your zone of genius. And it also allows you to circulate money. Delegation oftentimes allows you to circ. Circulate money. Another example of delegation that a lot of you probably most likely are not implementing is someone to help check your emails. Like, I'll just do my emails. But you hate emails. So every time you open your emails you get this like stress bubble.
And.
Deleting and reading and you're like, ah, but ah, I don't want to delegate. Because then. And what, it's a trust issue? Oh no.
Well, first of all, first of all, unsubscribe from all newsletters, right? That's rule number one is the same thing. You said you need YouTube Premium, right?
Yeah, you do. You need it. That's a need. It's not even a want. You need YouTube Premium. Yes, but, but again, absolutely, you can unsubscribe from a bunch of emails that you're not using or accessing. You can unsubscribe from all the random things that you signed up for and, or you can have people that help you with your email inbox. You can, you can hire virtual assistants to help you with all manners of things. You can have food services make food for you better and faster than you make it and probably most likely a lot less expensive. So just things to consider, right? Some of you can delegate, some of you don't have to right now, but just understand that there are certain routines where you can start leaning on other people because delegation is a form of receiving someone else who's better at that thing is going to most likely get paid time, money or experience to provide something they're skilled at to help you and to support you. So all things to consider, another routine. Most of us here are teachers. Thank you. Thank you for teaching, but keep doing it, Ray. I mean, dude, you could be teaching so many kids how to weld, get them off Aderall, right? Get them off other drugs, other substances and teach kids how to make 60, $70,000 a year out of high school. You could teach that tomorrow. Like figure out ways to teach. And that's, that's the kingship, right? Kings, they teach other people because they know, like I have all this wealth of knowledge. I'm so specialized in this thing, I need to let other people know what I do and how to do it so they can do it. I really love this quote. All people have routine, but a king chooses his. You're picking your routine, gentlemen. You're telling yourself what you want to do, how you want to do it, why you want to do it, when you want to do it. Create that for yourself. Have that for yourself. Build that for yourself. Know who you are and whose you are. Ask yourself on a daily basis, who created me and why? And if your answer is your parents, which is definitely true biologically, great, why. Why'd they create you? What are you supposed to do? You're here on this earth.
For a.
Few of you here on this call. Your brother is not here on this earth. He was for a little bit. Now he's not. Why are you still here and he's not? Can. Can you use that for some better fulfillment, for some better opportunity, for some better growth? Small, small aspects will all eventually lead to this, all of your routines. Prosperity is an entire mindset. It's an entire body set. It's an entire heart set. But through this prosperity, you are allowed to have amazing, incredible relationships. I can promise you spending money on yourself and on travel and on experiences will lead to prosperity because you will feel wealthier. And when you feel wealthier, you attract wealth because you are what you attract. You attract what you are. So the more you're around these surroundings, the more you're around prosperity, the more you are around wealth, the more you put yourself in those environments, the more it can happen for you. It's all part of how we create our kingship. So you're going to love the homework. And then we're going to hop into a meditation. There are so many homeworks that I could have had. I was, like, really trying to think of, like, what homework can I give that would really add the most value. I would love for you to continue with your breath work. Right? Make sure you're doing your deep, deep breathing every day. We're going to do some crawls today. I just want to see how long. How far you can go. I just want you to crawl as much as you can today. Make Monday or one day. I'm gonna do it on the beach. Do wherever you see fit to see how long you can go. And then go a little bit. Go a little bit past that continuously, right? How long can you go continuously? Might be 400 yards if your ends. Might be a mile. Doubt it. But let's just. Miles a long way. Let's just see. I don't know. Find out. This is a good one for ease. 3A, 3B. 3C. I skipped four. For whatever reason, clean up your life a little bit. These Routines. These. These allow for ease to come in. How many of you got that random drawer next to your fridge has a bunch of random in it, like pencils and, like copper wire and like pin. Like a nickel. It's like six nickels in there, right? You got the. You got the toolbox full of hammers that you never use, Derek. And then four Phillips screwdrivers and like 19 bolts. You're like, oh, it's good like that. Well, clean some stuff up a little bit in your life. When you. When you think of a king, you think of a king's palace. Is it messy or is it immaculate? Everything's in the proper place at the proper time. This. This will allow ease to come into your life. I am. I got lucky recently. There is a room behind me that I'm going to work on cleaning a little bit, but I am delegating some of that. I hired a guy named his. His first name is Denmark. Cool name. But he is a room designer. And so he's going to help me design the room behind me, which is going to be my new studio here soon. We have a phone call later today, but as we move into our house, I. One of the reasons I love moving, one of the reasons is it forces you to clean your up. That was. I. I love minimalistic. Like, if you come to my house, I got like 19 things in my living room total. Five of them are chairs. You know, it's like, there's not a lot of, like, it's a pretty. I just like that I enjoy it. But it allows ease to come into your life. The slightly more minimalistic you are to continue with the homework. It's really easy. Stop using the word work. It's kind of hypocritical, but do your best to stop using the word work. Imagine when you're talking to your husband, wife, kids, brother, sisters, aunts, nieces, uncles. Hey, honey, I need to go to my job today. Okay? Different than saying, I need to go to work or, hey, honey, you going to work today? Change out that word a little bit. See what new vocabulary could come in. Because we're all addicted to struggle. We're all addicted to work. But what if Derek, it's no longer work. What was like, let me go service. Let me go help people. Let me go provide value today. It feels stupid. Trust me, I get it. I get it. Your brain's like, this is dumb. This is not going to change anything. But it does, right, Paul? It does. It'll change things for you. Instead of going to work like Let me go to this place that provides me income today. I mean, they pay your bills. Give them some credit. Like, hell yeah. I would. I would love a company just to pay me money every week. Like, that would be awesome. Like, it's so fun. Wait a minute. I just show up and they give me money? Wow, this is crazy. And the better I do, the more money they give me. What? I'm blown away. Yeah. So stop using the word work. Be very devotional to your wife this week because we're going to continue to elevate into our divinity. We're going to continue to elevate into life. So when I say be devotional, wife, girlfriend, or yourself, if you're not in a relationship. But when I say be devotional, just say really powerful, uplifting words this week to yourself, to your girlfriend, to your wife. One of those three. And Craig loves this one. But use the word easy everywhere. Watch how it messes with your brain and how. How people will notice. Some people hate being around me for, like, more than three hours because I'll just. I always say the word easy, and everyone knows it's not easy. And I know it's not easy, but I still say it anyway. And guess what? It becomes easy. I'm gonna go run an easy seven miles today. It's just easy. Did a nice little two mile easy stretch yesterday. Uphill, easy. It was barely even a hill. You wouldn't have noticed it unless you were running it. The more you start using these words, it just. It gets fun. It allows your body to go like. Well, I mean, is it really that hard? Like I'm choosing to do this? I guess it has to be kind of easy. So when you're doing these bear crawls, you're calling for 300 yards.
Good to go.
Man, this is really easy. I wonder how many easy. How many more yards I can go easily. Okay, any questions, gentlemen, about anything we covered today? Anything. Any last minute discussions before you hop into a fun meditation?
I got. Just got to share a laugh that I have right now because when you said be devotional to yourself, your girlfriend, your wife, I thought you said all three. You said one of the three.
All three, baby. We got our wife and our girlfriend, you know, Prosperity. That's right. Prosperity. Multiple. It's funny. Oh, you mean a joke.
Even as the player here.
That's right.
We said kings, not concubines.
Good. That is good.
One, one, one thought I had was something I learned from Chuck. When I talked with him last week, Chuck mentioned about how when you clean up things. You get rid of things. You receive space to receive new things, and I just really enjoyed that.
So just wanted to clean portion. Yes. Oh, I like that. Man. That is so good. So good. Yep. Find out ways to clean some things. Drawers are big ones. We all just shove stuff in there and never touch it again. Toolboxes. Raimi, Derek, you guys gonna have fun with those? Oh, old clothes.
Oh, clothes.
Get them out of there. Ask your wives or girlfriends or both. Ask your wife. What does she not want you to wear anymore? Just have her throw those away for you. You know, like, I don't have any clothes anymore because I said that accidentally as I left last time I was in Laguna and I came home, whole different closet. Yeah, whatever.
Jeremy.
Quick, quick workaround. I. I start using the app offer up. I took pictures of random I had in a. In a storage room I have to vacate.
Just took pictures.
I'm selling every day, like, stuff for 50, 100 bucks that people come pick it up.
Done. Wow, that's cool.
Offer up.
Crazy. Money's everywhere. And you're so rich. You just live in wealth. You just look around and can sell things for money. It's crazy. All right, gentlemen, get into a really comfortable position for me. Slowly close our eyes and take some deep, deep breaths. Get a nice, comfortable seated position. And this time, if you want to remember with us, we have gone down a green path in recent memories, and we've walked down that path, and I've used the word down subconsciously, going lower into your heart. But now what we're going to do is we're going to go up. So for a moment, I want you to put your hands up, and I want you to notice your hands, how much work they've done for you, how much they have labored for you, how much they have moved at your every request, with your eyes still closed, you've seen your hands hundreds of thousands of times. Remember for just a moment what they look like, and internally, thank them for how strong and capable they are. And I want you to assign a color that is surrounding your hands, keeping in mind that every color is correct answer. Blue, green, yellow, black, orange, turquoise, teal, fuchsia, chartreuse, all correct answers. And now I want you to imagine these beautiful hands of yours have done so much. Whatever color you've chosen to surround these amazing tools, I want you to change that color to white. Imagine white covering your hands and slowly going up your arms, up your shoulders, up your back, your neck, and eventually covering your entire body. And you can slowly Allow your hands to rest. This exact moment, your entire body is covered in this really beautiful, glowing, protective, healing white light. And I want you to now envision where you are sitting. The room, the car, the house, the chair. Visualize your surroundings. And then I want you to zoom out a little bit higher and I want you to notice, go 10ft above your body and see yourself sitting there, maybe in a chair, maybe in a couch, maybe in a car. Zoom out a little bit farther. Let's go a hundred feet now higher and notice the trees, the cars. Notice the top of your house, the roof, notice the grass, notice the roads. Go higher and higher. Now you're going to start noticing the city. What's around the city? Rivers, water, water, mountains, oceans, houses. Tons and tons and tons of houses. Go higher and higher. So covered in this beautiful white lights, protection. And as you go higher, you're going to notice now continents, you're going higher and we're going into orbital space. And you can begin to see the Earth below you. It's really beautiful capsule of love that has kept you and your family safe and protected. You can visually see with your eyes closed. The amazing Earth has given you so much love and protection. And I want you to turn around in your mind's eye and notice the blackness of space. The nothing, the void, pure darkness. I want you to imagine yourself flying through space in any direction that you choose, knowing that all directions are correct. And picture once again the cosmos flying by. Seeing images of stars and galaxies, colors of different planets whizzing by you, kind of like in Star Trek when they go into hyperspeed. And the notice in front of you, off in the distance, a planet that's calling your name. I want you to fly towards that planet. And this, my gentleman, is your planet of peace and prosperity. I want you to get closer and closer to this planet. I want you to land on this planet and notice what is around you, notice what is here. Take into consideration that your feet are standing on your planet of peace, of wealth, of joy, of, of happiness, of peace, prosperity, abundance, wealth, health, vitality. And while you're on this planet, I want you to take the position that you're taking right now. Sit in the exact position that you're sitting right now on this planet and just rest there for a moment until you hear a very, very familiar voice. This voice is someone from your past and this voice of someone from your past. As you turn around, you're able to see a person that has been long forgotten. But once again, you get to see this Person, for the first time in a long time, keeping in mind that all answers are correct, have this person tell you and ask this person, please tell me, why are you here? What message do I need to hear? Hug that person from your past, embrace them in love and light, and thank them so much for being on your planet of peace, joy and prosperity. And now, from behind you again, you hear another extremely familiar voice. This, once again is your voice. I want you to turn around. And again on another planet, on another frequency, in an entirely different place, I want you to meet and see once again your higher self, the best version of you. The most divine king, masculine energy version of you, the creation of you, that knows all the right answers, has the most courage, has the most stillness, calmness, coolness, collectiveness, power and understanding. And the best version of you provides for you a gift. And this gift, my friend, is a sword. And on that sword, you grasp it in your hands and you notice on the handle on one side, engraved, it says the word Viking. And as you turn that sword over, on the other side of the handle of that sword, it says Saint. Ask your higher self, what is the meaning of this sword and how do I use it? Take that sword and figuratively, metaphorically and literally, place it into your heart and let that sword become part of your being, part of your chemistry, part of who you are as a man. Allow that sword, sword to blend into your heart, into your biochemistry, into your veins, into your ribs. That sword becomes a protection device for you and for all those around you. Once again, hug your higher self, the best version of you. The most charismatic, caring, kind, joyful, abundant, rich version of you. Letting your higher self know that you will see him again at this planet that resides in a higher frequency. Or the planet that you visited last week that resides in a lower frequency. Both are beautiful, both are perfect, both are given to us for a reason. And begin to jump off of that planet of peace, joy, happiness and prosperity and soar back through the cosmos. Seeing stars and galaxies transform in front of your eyes, entering into a hyper realistically quick space time continuum travel until you begin to see once again the beautiful Earth where you reside. Notice the Earth and how far it is away, that it's getting closer and closer. See once again the continents that you have reside on. See where you live. Notice what's around you. Get closer and closer. Notice that you are very happy and safe and calm and protected here. Get closer and closer. Now you can see the surrounding houses closer and closer. And slip through the roof that covers your head. That Gives you and your family protection. It's your car roof, your house roof. Slip back into your body where you lay now, where you sit now where you stand. Now take a deep breath in. Slowly open your eyes. All right. Beautiful gentlemen. Beautiful journey, Beautiful travel. We still have so much time available to share. Who would like to provide for me their experience of traveling into the heavens? Perfect. I agree. Paul should go. Hit me, paul.
Le. Looking back at that person that you asked to look back at, I didn't feel emotional, but my eyes teared up. For some reason. I missed this person.
And.
Say again, do you know who they were? Oh, yeah. Yeah.
He's. He's no longer here. He's passed. Years ago. We were pretty close probably 30 years ago or whatever, so.
That's awesome.
Message he told him. Message, he told me, was to be patient and keep doing what I'm doing.
A lot of people want to change everything around them because they think it's going to get better. Sometimes you just gotta stay on the path that we're on, the.
The patience thing, you know, like you. You want things now, you want that microwave, you know, just be done with it, you know, or be done. And sometimes, you know, good things, they take time.
Yep, yep. Totally agree. Love that, love that, love that. All right, Derek, fill me on you, buddy.
Well, every time I do a meditation, I feel. I don't know if everybody gets the same feeling, but I just feel. I do feel like I get much deeper within myself. And I found a lot of things in there that are just small little changes to make like. Like what you're saying. Just. Just cleaning up a little bit. So anytime we're in that meditation, I sort of have the whole meeting going through my head. While I'm breathing, I'm taking in all the words. But that's the biggest thing I got from it was just. Just clean up my life. And like I said, make it. Make it as clean as my garden. Because when I imagine that garden, that garden is clean and that garden is beautiful. But I've got two drunk drawers in my kitchen, not just one, so got to clean that out. And I feel like once I clean those drawers and clean my life, make it more implemented, like my garden, then that's going to be it. That's what it's going to take for me.
I really like that. What a great lesson, man. Beautiful. Beautiful. Thank you, brother.
Thank you for helping me reach that. Like I said, these. These meditations are actually my favorite part of the meetings, I think, so far. I mean, I like Talking with you guys. But I've never really meditated going deep inside myself like that. I've talked with people about meditating. Like, just talking with you guys is great. But then we actually go in the meditations and then I get to hear everybody else's way that they perceive the meditations. I mean, dude, that just. It does a lot of work.
Love that. Let's do William and then Cole.
Something sim. Something similar to what Derek said, you know, tells gave me a sign to, like, you know, just make my life better. You know, clean it up.
You cut out there a little bit. But I heard you say something about life being better.
Oh, like clean things up and make my life better.
What do you need to clean up?
Just, I guess, you know, like, you know, thought processes, like, just. Just being more focused rather than just being distracted, you know? You know, like, I gotta learn how to focus.
Better.
It's like.
Focusing is a big one, man.
Yeah, Focus like on the past rather than just like, getting attracted by all these other things and forgetting mentally. That's one, like, aspect my life, all my deep grief, you know?
Yeah. Love it, love it, love it. Thanks for sharing, Cole.
Yeah, I. But my buddy told me was, you gotta let loose. And it's not like, oh, like, just like, relax, kind of let loose. Like, I need to let loose energy. I hold back when I talk to people or, like, hold back when I go engage jobs with the whole YouTube videos. I was holding back. And that's why I've been like, trying to figure out so much about Microman, like, details and, like, how I should do things. And it's all about the energy I give out into this world and the results that in the end goal I put my mind onto. And if I trust that, even though I don't know how I'm going to get there, I have that clear end result in my mind. I'm going. I just need to undeniably put all my energy out into what I'm doing. And it's gonna be fun if I do it.
Yeah, yeah. It will be fun when you do it. I agree. I agree. It's awesome. All right, Edwin, what about you, big guy? Just, you know, first I felt sad and just kind of looking at my divine self and knowing he's not there right now or I'm not him right now. And then I felt good knowing that we're heading towards him. I'm disconnected. Headed towards. Yes. Well, you know, I love that because it's not. Yeah. Like, same for me. Like, it's always A thing that we're going to become. But a lot of people like you mentioned, they get stressed out, like, oh, I'm so far away from that amazing, incredible version. Right. But the other perspective is, oh, I'm on my way to become him. At least I'm on the journey. At least I know that there is a better version of me. I know what that version looks like, and I'm walking towards that version. I can see that there is a separation, but I also see I can take steps towards that separation. I think that's a big change. Right? It's a beautiful realization, man. Ramy, what about you, big guy? The sword was cool.
I mean, I've. I've kind of always had that. Had that knowledge about myself, though. I can either be. I can be a Viking, I can be a saint. I just have to choose when to be either and who I saw. So I kind of like Paul. I started tearing up a little bit. I don't really know why. I wasn't really emotional. Something about maybe these meditations. But my planet, when I got to my planet, it was really. It was just empty. Had a chair for me to sit in. It was just like an empty space that was peaceful and it was lit up. And then, like, after a few seconds, like, a stream came into play, and I saw some trees, and then I could hear birds. So it was just like a serene natural area, I guess. And I thought that's kind of cool because I could actually find that here. I can go right down the road and find what I envisioned on my planet. So. So my happy place really isn't too far away.
Yeah, that's cool. That's really great. So I think that. I think you want to make the awareness of. Spend time there a little bit more, but do it intentionally. Right. Chuck uses that word a lot. So spend time there going, okay, how can I create something great here? Or I know that you want to work a lot with the homeless or those who are afflicted with addictions. What if you start having your meetings in places like that? In your happy places. Right. In the places that your energy is automatically going to be raised. And they get to see the best version of Raymond. Right. Rather than like a cold, dark, random hotel office.
Yeah, we actually meet in a park. So that's.
That's kind of cool.
It definitely helps.
Yeah, it does.
Natural state of being myself, I guess.
Yeah, that's awesome, man. I love that. And I. I really appreciate a lot of you saying that. You know, you were cheering up, but you weren't emotional. No, you were. That's the beautiful part. You were emotional. It just wasn't a negative emotion.
That's it.
Yeah, it's all good, right? It's like we. We can have. And one of the enjoyment pieces is what you're starting to see, gentlemen, is I didn't know this existed, by the way. I'm not, I'm not lying to you. I never in my life cried happy tears ever until 2020. It's like my first time ever doing. And then since then, I've been able to. But it's like I didn't know that happy tears were actually a thing. I felt like that's just what women do. But as I slowly getting closer into. Wait a minute. This doesn't have to be in pain. I don't have to be annoyed. I don't be frustrated. I don't have to be emotional. To have emotions is to be in enjoyment, to emote to. To know that you are a human being. And that's why I love, though, gentlemen, is what that does is it's telling you, hey, you need a release. It's okay to exist, it's okay to have, it's okay to receive, and it is okay to be a human being. Tears are awesome. I agree. And it's a really, really fun way to just, I don't know, tap into the divine. You guys are so cool. What a great group of men. Seriously, this is phenomenal. I love the interaction. Michael, thanks for being here. Love seeing your guns today, dude. And you're going, these guns. I know you got a whole gun full of, say, you know, I mean, the arm guns, but family. Keep me posted on if you need anything this week. Again, go back to the homework. Let's do a nice long bear crawl today and the rest of this week, every day, just go out and get some nice, good crawls in. Push yourself a little bit, see how far you can go. It's a very natural movement. It will help your back the more you do it. It's a. It's a beautiful, beautiful position to be in. Get your arm. You'll get your arms looking like yims, which I think is everyone's goal. Ultimately. Again, we'll all be connecting in October and Chuck and I are going to leave a really, really transcendently transformational event. So make sure you can start talking to your boss and getting off dates and getting flights and all the fun things. If you need anything between now and then, let me know. Obviously, we'll meet on Saturday for another wealth discussion. I plan on being there. But just in case. Never know. But I should be. And other than that. Gentlemen, I love you all so much. Have an incredible week. Let me know if you need anything. Blessings.
