Cool. Well, fam, you know how it is on Thursdays. I'm just here to review and talk and see if there's any trades out there that we should be getting into or anything that we want to look at. Eric, you got to show us what you doing. That random penny stock. Dude, what you. What you doing over there? Playing lottery tickets.
I know. So a couple days ago, Dan. DJ Dan had some little thing. Hey, the kitty thing's back. And so then I got in. I got in on that G. Let me find the first one, amc. And I made some quick money, and that was great. And then I got in again, and I held it, and then I got out. So I was pretty much like a break even. But I watched that pattern. It's the same dumb thing I did on Spirit Airlines, right? You just catch some crazy, wild movement. And I just in and out in a little bit of time. So I did it again on this. This sketchy one. And they. They show up and die fast.
And they.
They just like, you gotta get in right when there's a bunch of other people buying. So I just was in and out and made a thousand bucks or whatever, so.
That's beautiful, man. Well, that's. You know, I love. I like trades like this because, you know, if. Whenever I find them. Because this is a volume and a math play, you know.
Yeah.
Simple as that. So if I. Let me do this really quick. Yeah. So this day, this was the big. The. The big day that had crazy, crazy, crazy volume. And it was a quarter, you know, by the time I found about, it was like 25 cents. But again, stock can only go to zero. So, like, all right, here's a thousand dollars. Go to a casino, and essentially you're buying a thing. But I like about it because it's like, okay, well, it has to go to zero to lose a thousand dollars. Does anything other than that? It won't. I can't lose a thousand dollars. I can still lose, but I can't lose a thousand. And so, you know, the next day it had another. I mean, that's a hundred percent move. It doesn't look like it, but it is. So I sold half, and I'm still in my other half because it's just free at this point. I don't know. I don't know what else to do other than just kind of looking through, you know, looking through some charts to see where the next resistance is. And that's the fun part, right, is there's the 20 here. I sold, like, 20 shares there at 221 but if it gets above there man, I mean there's. There's nothing stopping it so I don't know.
It's.
It's a very interesting little. Little booger. The two hundreds that they're $8. So I mean it's just a random pump penny stock obviously it's nothing unique or special but yeah it is. It's all about the pattern. All about the pattern. This on. On day one close above the 100 right there. So yeah man. Good job though buddy. Make a couple hundred bucks. It's always fun. Love that you did that. All right Miss Joe. Share share. Jeremy, he wants to see a great day trade. He's been begging to see you in action and now that you got that. That Google day trade to show off.
Okay, let's see if I can share here.
Oh yeah.
Okay. I gotta if I can get all that running on my computer. So cross your fingers. Okay. It working.
Yep.
Miracle for now anyway so. Oh this is what I did today. I tried to get in off of this. Yep 10 EMA candle. I was looking at it kind of late though so it just was setting it up waiting for it to pull down and I put in a stop limit when it it wicked down here but then it's popped up so quick that it skipped over me. So I was a little annoyed about that. It's not the first time it's happened to me with Google though. But this is weird that it's been happening lately.
Yeah, it is kind of strange, huh?
Yeah. So then I went ahead and I tried Nvidia. That didn't work out either actually I might have already been in it. Then I came look back at Google and saw this nice little wedge forming that it was, you know, nice lower wicks just hanging out. So I thought a bit risky like normally I don't know what that I would have taken it because it's kind of ran up a bit already and was a good portion of my way to my original target. But being that it was close to the all time high here, I figured it could make a push for that again like the last time when I got in it when it was going for the all time high. So. So I just set up the order and got in that one so and then it slowly I took off half at the previous all time high just in case and then yeah, this is the 1.2 target.
So legend it looked.
It's worth it out.
So tell me how you felt when you saw that flipping pennant pattern right there like Drooling or you're like, this is too easy. Like what was going through your mind?
Yeah, it was. It was nice. I was just watching each candle, you know, I'm like, okay, there's another one. Okay, I may as well. Then of course I get in with this big wick here and I'm like, I don't know. That's a good pennant pattern. We'll see what happens. So.
Pro trade. I love it.
Great work.
And then it was holding very steady here just before it popped up to the previous all time high too. It was like almost like a. A quadruple tweezer top there. So. So I was like, okay, it's got to go. It's got to break through that.
So I love it. I love it. That's awesome. Anything else you want to share with us? The other trades that you're in or anything you want to review or look at?
Let me see if I can pull it and just show them a video one that I did that I lost on because yeah, I got in on this first bear candle again above thinking again that it had run so much yesterday, like typically it would kind of pod for being in a video. And we're looking for it to run up to earnings that it would just take off like the rest of the market was initially. So. But then of course it. It didn't. So got stopped out on that one. But was there something else I should have thought of on that to maybe avoid it or.
No, I don't really think so. That's a great try. Yeah, great try.
Yeah.
Well done. All good.
Thanks.
Are you still in your shares? Are you just chilling on that one or what's that look like from a sling Perspective on Nvidia? Yeah.
Yeah, I've got some shares. I don't have a lot. I've got 30 shares, so I still got that. And I still got my 100 of my Google shares too. So.
Get it, girl. Well done. Awesome. Awesome. All right, Eric, show us your Nvidia trade. Dude. Brag on us a little bit.
Okay.
Yeah, you're just over there just getting to a new tax bracket.
I hope so. Got pull it up on my laptop here.
Second. Yep, you're next, Jeremy. That perfect hair.
Am I sharing?
Yes, sir.
Dig out my mouse again because I don't know how was so slow on the track.
Dad.
I use a mouse too.
Yeah.
Not like the.
Yeah, right.
Oh, it's all luck. It's just luck.
Wake up. Okay, here we go. So I got in. I drew a array starting at the Candle. The day I got in I got it about this many shares and then it was bouncing around and then I watched the afternoon trading room enough and heard Jeremy say about how bullish he is on this. So then I bought 50 more right here. And then I did a, I, this is not my first call. I did another call for a lot more and bought it back. And then I don't know why I ended up with only $3.62 right here. I think it was over here somewhere and I never thought it would get to 950. And I just did this for Friday. This one is.
Yeah, that's good though. I mean it's tomorrow.
It's tomorrow and so I'm hoping, look where it's trading right now. I'm hoping that I don't get called away but if I do, I think my basis is 8 87, something like that. So I'm kind of in pretty low. I'll make a, a good amount of money. My basis is 884. So.
Amazing.
All in all a good. I'm really happy about it.
Yeah, that'll get, that'll get super, that'll get super close. It will.
Yeah.
I think it'll expire worthless though. I'm, I'm betting on expire. I think it'll have a little, it'll.
Have a little soft day because Friday could be soft.
Yeah, yeah. Joe had one of those recently on Google. But like if you watch it a lot during the day tomorrow, like probably 12 o', clock, 1 o', clock, you'll start seeing that option drop pretty quickly. And let's just say that Nvidia's at 9:49, 948, 947. You can put a stop loss right on your call. So let's say the call is trading for like a dollar. You could put a stop loss and say, you know, you don't want to go above A$50. So that starts to pump. You can just get out and you're going to guarantee yourself a profit. Right. Because you sold for whatever 362 you buy back for $150. So that's still a possibility for tomorrow as well. Just as you're watching, just as you're watching it throughout the day. But it'll, it'll start ticking away pretty quickly. Yeah, yeah.
The first one I did was for $11.50.
Nice.
And then I bought it back for $9 or something but I saw it go as low as 6 over here somewhere and, and I thought I should, you Know, it's this. I'm still learning. Sure, I'm no pro, but I'm watching it enough so that next time I'll be like, oh, I remember how this goes.
Cool, cool, cool, cool. I think it's awesome, man. That's really fun. What? Yeah, like. Like right now, if today was Friday, this is kind of be best case scenario because you want. You want it to be at this 94970 price at the close of Friday. Like that'd be. That'd be best case for sure.
Yep.
And then. And then again, depending on what it looks like tomorrow, depending on the candle, I mean, again, keep in mind, depending on the time of the day, you could always buy to close this one. Like right. You know, like whatever, noon o' clock if it's at 9:47 and then around and sell, you know, an 1100 or 1200 over earnings.
Yeah, that's true.
Yeah. So keep that in mind. And markets are closed what day they close? The 27th family. So just keep that in mind. So we have all week next week, and then 27th markets closed for Memorial Day. We'll still be here though. We'll have our little session in the morning. But yeah, ultimately the markets itself will be closed. All right, what else you got? You got anything on Tesla? Any covered calls? Put sales.
I'm all out of tests.
Okay.
Except I have like 20 shares on a small IRA. I'm in this one. This was a trade from Slack.
Yeah, it looks like. Look, it looks like a trade Jeremy would take.
I've been wanting. I'm on a scanner. I've been watching them too. It's funny. There you go.
Yeah, I like that one.
I'm in it too. I thought you posted it, Jeremy.
I did not. I did not post Bl. Blde. But I'll shoot if you guys are.
In it very quick.
Somebody did.
Yeah, it wasn't me. But if you. I'm. I'm gonna say that I'm gonna get it now since you guys are in. I don't want to not be in that trade with you guys.
Peer pressure.
Yeah, for sure. All right, let me do this.
You don't want to be like me, missing all the good ones.
No. I made a rule that I'm going to stop screwing around on my own and watch the afternoon swing trading room every single time and then enter into the trades that are on there that look good and resonate with me because otherwise I just scan and waste so much time on shady stuff that didn't have an expert set of Eyes, right.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Oh, no more rogue cowboy.
I like it. And. And I know you shorted Disney and you got out for your Risk unit.
Yeah, that one worked really good. I got out at 102 right here. I saw it slow down there. So I'm out of that.
Beautiful.
I set this one up, which is a. Yep. That you guys did.
Yep.
And I'm in this one, which was another trade you guys are in. Yep. I think that's kind of. I did good on Roblox. I found that myself.
Yeah, you did. I remember that, dude.
Good job.
And I got into 400 shares, and I got out right at the Arrow. I, I, I don't know. When I see my account go up so much, sometimes I just take profit that'll. I'll become more seasoned over time. But I'm like, hey, I made X amount. I'm gone.
That's awesome. Yeah, dude, I think that's great.
Yep.
That's great.
And yeah.
Are you getting calling on Apple tomorrow?
I'm all out of Apple. I sold it at a profit. I should have kept it. Yep.
Apple. Nice. All right, buddy. Well, you're gonna be cash and doing the scan.
Yeah, I'm in this with you just about where you are.
Okay. Sweet.
Yeah.
So.
All right.
Beautiful. June, June 7th, 145. That's. Oh, wow. You got paid $4 for that? Dude, you're robbing people. Well done, buddy.
I got $4 for mine as well, Joe.
Nice.
Oh, gosh, you guys are killing it. I love it. Well done, well done, well done. All right, Jaren, what you got for me, dog?
Let me. So this is the that Carmax trade. I set it up. I was, like, looking at the chart. I'm like, okay, we got stuff happening. And I was like, let me just set up like, a, an order right on the blue line. I'm like, it's above the 100 on the weekly. I got filled a little lower, but it was a little bit above the 100 on the daily. Because I'm like, man, if it goes up there, it's probably going to fill that gap. Let me catch that. And then I didn't expect that giant cancel the the day I set the order. And so I got Wicked in. So. But I was kind of expecting a pullback, so hope we get a little bounce. Because I was like, worst I get. My worst case scenario is like, okay, get Wicked in. I have the 100, 200 on the daily beneath me. I have the 100 on the weekly beneath me. And then I just see what happens.
Yeah, it's a pre trade. You get the. I love it when it's the worst, by the way. But when you're like, you have a giant two wave down and it's doing it and you're like, no, but luckily I drew this.
Yeah, exactly. I was like, hopefully it's got more legs than that, but we'll see.
Yeah, that's too funny.
Still in this will tree trade, I think.
Yeah, this one, I was looking. This is what I was interested about. Dude, what a trade. Did you. You placed it after the hammer came in or on that day?
After.
Wow. Gotcha. Super cool. That's a great trade.
So just sitting, sitting in there, I moved my stop after, you know all this has happened. I moved my stop into profit. I was like, hey, we're in a wave five. You know know we'll just ride this to, to heaven.
Yeah.
That's awesome. So that's why this was a Semrush trade from last week. I was excited to show it on Thursday, but I forgot we started earlier. This, this thing, it just rocketed.
Nice.
Wow, look at that. So you set that one up after this day?
I. Yeah, I was like, I, I was expecting some sort of. Because it gapped up or at least in pre market looked like it was in a gap up. So I was like, let me grab a retest or something. So I just said a little bit lower just in case I wasn't expecting such a huge lower wick. And then it just 1 1/2 r in a couple hours. I was like, okay, nice.
Wow, that is such a beautiful trade, dude.
I think I had my, my target at 2R but when at like lunch I checked it and it was at one and a half and I was just like, I will, I'll lock that in. And I just exited. I was like, that's. I'm like, I'll take that. And then, and then the, the rest of the day it just kept going.
Wow.
So I want. I'm waiting for a pullback. So that's two for two on Semrush and I'm really loving Semrush right now. Some way a pullback and then we'll play it again.
Yeah. So what I like about this trade, man, and I know you know that I'll say this, but I feel like you did such a great job of your multi time frame analysis and your candlesticks and the earnings and the gap. Like I, I personally feel like you could do this for the rest of your life. And the same energy, time and effort that you spent on that stock and doing that scan and looking for it, I think you can do that for the rest of your natural born life, dude.
That's the exciting part.
With any amount of money, with any amount of risk.
Yes.
Right. It's like you just. Just scan for opportunities and then see them and then set them up and then make money sometimes and lose a little bit sometimes.
Exactly. That's the exciting part.
Dang, that's such a good trade. I didn't take this one obviously, but it was just so. That's so perfect.
Man.
Yeah, I. Because that other one, what was it like? Inov. Whatever it was, I found it on a scan months ago and it cost me 450 push ups because I didn't take the trade. It was their. It was their earnings thing. And I was like, I have to play this one. I was like, I remember, no matter what happens, like, I gotta play this earth.
You got to. I mean, because it's like, why not like it's already gapping? You already got the analysis. Like it's not a crazy big gap. Right. What trade did I get stopped out on? I think it was Robin Hood. It was like an earnings gap a couple weeks, a couple earning seasons ago. I set the trade up and just like entry stop, same day, whatever. Anyway though, this is. This is just so stunning, man. That is beautiful. Beautiful. All right, so. Oh, go ahead.
I was say, the interesting thing for me is so like when I went to the 90 day MA training master class, I was doing everything like in funded accounts. And there's such a mental thing about like hitting that draw down. And it was like, I'd lose and it would like I'd be like, oh, I lost.
Oh.
But now it's like if I lose in my real account, I'm like, I'll just put more money in. And it doesn't. I don't care because I know I'm gonna win. It's just part of the. It's just part of the math. You're gonna lose some, but I know I'm gonna win more. So that's the. That's the. A cool thing that I've been realizing recently.
Yeah, that's so great.
One thing I wanted to see your thoughts on is Roku. I'm looking. I put this in. Yes, well, just seeing different possibilities for a swing, but I'm in. I'm in some chairs and I'm gonna add more if it keeps going down. But it's like I thought this Was the day. I was like, this is the day where we're gonna just fill these gaps.
Yeah.
But maybe not yet.
We'll see, man. Yeah. So I think the big one is if you go look at the weekly. Weekly chart. I think that's. Yeah. The 100 on the week, that'll be the big resistance. That's just gonna kind of push it around a little bit. I love the setup, though. Like, the. If it goes above Wednesday's candle, you know, we'll hit the hundred. But. Yeah, I get it, man. I. I totally see exactly what you're looking at. I really like that volume. If it can press a little bit higher, should be good.
Yeah.
Just got so much overhead resistance. So buying. Buying slowly some shares would. Would probably be nice, I think.
Yeah. So I'm gonna continue to, like, add to my position, but I was like, why not? So I'm. I'm hunting for that swing trade.
I'm.
I'm watching for that setup for that breakout. Because I know Roko does this all the time. I've, like, studied this chart for a while, so I'm just waiting for it.
Y. Yeah, exactly. It'll be there. Just gotta see it when it happens. All right, so I'm gonna task you then, Big J with setting up for us a group trade on Lift. L. Yft. Whatever you do, I'm setting up today. It's on your potential hot list, so. And I was looking at it too, so since it's on yours, we might as well do it together.
Okay. I haven't marked this chart up that much. This guy. I did the market madness, and that's how I started watching.
Yep, yep, yep.
Lyft.
I got last in that. Can you imagine?
Last?
I actually. As in, like, there was no person with less points than me. Joe.
I must have been close. Wow, look at all those bear candles.
I know.
Oh.
This looks like a fun setup. So if I were, like, being aggressive. I do, but I. I don't worry about. But, like, probably something like, Oh, no wonder I thought I did mark this chart. I just had it hidden.
Oh, yeah, you think. You think just like that, huh?
I mean, look at all what.
Just that simple. A breakout above all those bear candles.
It's like the, like the most dead brain Kenny and May play you could ever ask for.
Yep. I agree.
I agree.
I was thinking. I was seeing if you're going to think the same thing. So, yeah, I'll. I'll take that trade.
We'll take it for 1.2.
Just like that. Hello. Yeah. Beautiful. I love it. And the weekly charts, an inside week. Ooh. So you got an inside week. You know, you're above the hundred. Pull up the moving averages for me like you. You'll see a little compression. So you have a highway. We got plenty of room to the 200.
Yeah.
Hit that monthly chart real quick.
That's what that line. So you get the 30 on the monthly and it may or may not respect it. Who knows?
Yep.
I mean it's already tested it. So you just break through this time.
Yeah, it could. Yeah. I like it, man. I like that one. Okay, lift. Setting it up. All right, Eric, hit me with some analysis on your favorite company ever, Paulo Alto, and show me what your thoughts and plans are or would be for earnings.
Okay. I read an article today about how it is buying some IBM stuff. It was good news. So that was interesting. But let me jump in here again and share the screen. Here we go.
You're out of your Chevron. Nope.
Still got, I think 100 or so. Gotcha. You know what, that there's not a lot of price action with the options in Chevron. I think it's too normal. And two pays dividends. It's just not on fire like some of these other places.
Oh yeah.
Oh yeah, for sure.
Okay, so here's what I did before. Look, way back here when I was a newbie in February, I bought on a really, really bad day. I thought this was kind of like rip back. It was after we watched that gap fill and 87% of gaps fail and I'm just like, oh, this is going to go right back up.
Right.
It didn't, but I held it. And I've been selling calls a few times, quite a few times. Right. So I've already made a few hundred bucks and now it's back to basically where I bought it. Right. Actually a little bit above. So this would have been really good to buy down here off the hundred, but I didn't.
Where's your. Where's your cover? What, what strike is your cover call? Or do you know? Are you just in the shares now?
Yeah, I do have one at 3:15 just above where I was at. That's what I always did them at. I did them all down here at 315. And then I go down, I buy it back. 315. 315. Yep. So. And it's for tomorrow, so.
Yep, yep.
So I'll get called out with, you know, 40 some cents of profit. But I did make some money on the calls.
Yeah, exactly.
My analysis, this looks Like a pretty. I mean this is pretty predictable. I think it's probably gonna. It'll fill this gap next, I think.
So let's say how. What's come up with your if then statements for the gap and what do you think it could do? Might do, should do.
Well, if it, if it gaps up, it'll be a retest gap. It'll come down, it'll fade some portion. I really think it's going to gap up because of all the news and every, all the hype about around it. If it gaps down, I will sell a put way down here like I did with you that day at 250 and then buy it back right away. So that's what I'll do. If it goes up, I, I don't know if I'll get called away tomorrow. We'll see what tomorrow looks like. Might still have my shares if it closes below 315 and it's had three big days. Right. So it might very, very well close below 3:15 and.
Yeah, sure. And earnings are Tuesday morning, aren't they?
Tomorrow? No. Monday.
Yes, Monday. Monday day. Okay. Market close. Gotcha. Yeah.
So, yeah. What do you think?
I think you nailed it, man. I think you nailed it. Yeah. I do think we ultimately fill the gap. Yeah. I think, I think it, you could get called away. Like, I think it gaps up a little bit tomorrow and then it'll be close to your 315. So it'll be a fun one to.
Keep an eye on.
Yeah, I think we probably gap up to here, pull back down a little bit and then just slowly keep fading back up because I mean, this was such a crazy overreaction and I actually am kicking myself not selling more puts. Like I should have sold some longer expiration. But I did pick up some shares off 200. I traded from here to here.
Nice.
But yeah, man, it's a, it's a pretty chart. I mean it looks nice and it's a very, very strong fundamental company. So I wasn't, I wasn't really worried about it. We spent a lot of time going over the fundamentals on that one too.
Yeah. Yep.
All right. That's cool. That's cool. Okay.
I just have a few shares of that, so I can't do like a covered call or anything like that. But if it does pop up like that on earnings, do you think that'll be it for a little bit or just kind of hold on and see what happens?
I'd hold on.
Yeah.
You got some share. Just leave it alone. Let's see See what it does, maybe sell some of the gap fill at 360 and then sell the rest at 400.
It'll hit its all time high again before the end of the year for sure, right?
Yeah, I believe so, I believe so. Man. I mean, this, that market pullback was so beautiful. You know, March or whatever, it was like 8, 9% and just poof, that was it. Yeah. So, yeah, I've had a good, nice little move there. Yeah, awesome. Love that, love that, love that. All right, I'll do some, some quick chart sharing for you guys. So since we're discussing, you know, in May, discussing real estate, I'm sure you, you all know this, but figured I would just share it with you. There's something out there called REITs, Real Estate Investment trusts. And these historically pay pretty good dividends. And if you're ever interested in investing into real estate and you have a particular type of, of real estate that you like, there is probably a publicly traded REIT out there. And so for anyone who just loves, loves, loves real estate, Eric, I think it's always good to put in your mind or put a calendar reminder or build a watch list of your competitors. Because for me, if I'm ever in business and I have the ability to own shares of competitors, I will. And so imagine if you're a flipper. I mean, you're, you're, you have to be some type of competitor to builder's choice, you know, other home builders, home improvement chains, house flippers. Like, these are going to be people that are in your domain. And it's like, all right, well, if you can look at the chart, you know, you can do the research, you can do the analysis. These are companies that you can either be buying shares of or shorting if you know they're going to go down. And from real estate perspectives, what I've done in the past is going to hear Google, what are the biggest REITs and largest global REITs by market cap 2024. Let's see what we got here. That's one of those probably. You know what, actually, let me see if I can fin. I haven't actually tried to finviz this. Let me go to Screener. I wonder if we can do sector real estate. That'd be too easy. Yep, there you go. The markets are hilarious. All right, market cap. So we'll sort by biggest to smallest. So you have the largest REITs, industrial 104 billion. And you got your American tower, which is number two. So that's the one I've been buying Some shares of amt. I know I've been talking about that. I've talked about that one a little bit in the afternoon room. Pretty boring essentially. But you know, if we really zoom out Tom and you adjust the chart for dividends, it looks a little bit of a different story. So I've done both. I've adjusted non adjusted so I kind of bought some November and then when it got down here and I'm really right about break even, it's nothing overly special or unique and I don't have 100 shares yet so I'm just going to add into it. But my next addition I'll get 100 shares total and I'll be buying some off that 200 when it pull back. When it pulls back. One of my long term investing criteria and thought process. This is always if the company has the word American in it, I'll try to buy some. And if the company ever becomes a verb that is used or an adjective that is used in normal of a normal day to day society like Netflix and Chill, hey, just Google that. Hey, let's go snag an Uber. Anytime that the company literally becomes just an everyday conversation as a verb then that means it's not going anywhere. Not saying that I have never experienced a REIT that's doing that but that's just kind of like a, a longer term perspective. So I like it. The you know, American Tower Corporation. Well Tower is another one. So this is kind of like another competitor for American Tower. W E L L and I should have been in this one. But you can look at the monthly chart. Look at this just Domination station. So this is really cool to check out this one. This is an interesting reit. I have traded this one a lot. Realty income ticker symbol.
Okay.
And again what's very interesting about these investments is you're going to get a pretty good dividend generally. Let's just go look at ticker symbol. Oh, I mean I think this is like a four and a half percent dividend. Yeah, 5.65 right now. So the dividends on these are pretty good. Just always something to consider and it's relatively simple to go in and look at and see what they do and kind of find out how they're making money. This particular one, one of their main things is they bought out a company like five years ago called Iron Mountain and they just do document storage. So like some companies can't put everything on a hard drive so it has to be in physical form, physical paper. And so they, they're A REIT that owns physical paper shredding companies and or physical document storage for like libraries and Congress and things like that. It's kind of random but super volatile. And look at, look at this chart. When you adjust it for dividends, it's a whole different chart. This is the adjusted for dividends. Is the non adjusted for dividends. I mean it is like an entirely different chart because REITs, they pay pretty well but you know you can scroll down like costar they have real estate services, you have office space. There's different types of. Again, there's always different types of REITs out there. If you want a short or be long China at any point in time, you can access that one with this one. E K E and Dennis Dick and myself. I'm starting to get pretty bullish on China right now just from a chart perspective. I mean the technicals are starting to come back a little bit. Right here's Alibaba post earnings, huge update. So Baba in the dark of night has gone from 70 to 90 which you know is no little deal. And so start to watch this one with the close above the 100 again my thing is like we could probably get some 85 and trade up to 120. It's a possibility. Again their numbers could be wrong and it could be just a giant fraudulent scheme. But JD.com is like the fourth largest e commerce company on earth. I mean it is Banana Town how big this thing is. I mean they did 36 billion revenue, you know and you're like who's JD.com? it's like that's, that's as much as meta, you know, like guys that is substantial. So there's some of these Chinese companies. I'm like, I just don't, I don't see it man. I don't think it's going to go to zero. Baidu. I don't trade baidu personally. It's one of my nemesis stocks. But I've always thought they should go higher. They never have slash, never do. But they're essentially the Chinese Google. The biggest problem is China bans a lot of what they do on the can. Say how they make money and stuff like that but often a little bit of a tangent. But if you ever want to do any type of China REIT real estate plays, you could do that. I don't really go too small of market micro cap with REITs because it gets a little bit dangerous in my opinion. So you start going after these really just awful ones. 23 million. I mean that's That's Jeremy's net worth, right? So it's like you don't want to invest in an entire company that has a $23 million market cap. I think it's just way, way, way too small when it comes to real estate. There just can just be too much that does that goes wrong on that. So I stick to the big ones, I guess is ultimate the answer really, really big. XPI is not really a reit, but this one's more of an actual brokerage services. But you got hotels, right? Pembroke Hotel Trust, Diamond Rock Hospitality. So you can invest in hotels a lot of ways to invest into real estate in liquid fashion. So just something to always keep in mind, right. Anytime that you and your family have a discussion about real estate, certain sectors that might do well, certain sectors that might not do well. If you want a little bit of a good dividend exposure, you can always buy a nice large bigger real estate investment trust and they're going to pay a pretty healthy dividend generally speaking. And if you buy it low enough, hold on to it long enough, a lot of these rates still have option capabilities, which is fascinating in my opinion. So again, owning a reit, getting a dividend, doing a covered call, doing collars, if you want exposure to real estate, you still get a lot of the upsides of the real estate. So the earning capacity and the earning potential. But if you need to sell it, instant click of a finger, which is cool, right, Eric? So you can still get real estate exposure and you can be in a big position, still get cash flow in the form of dividends. It's not going to be as much but you do have the ability to exit quickly and you can still do options to increase your cash flow or to protect your downside. So I always it's just at least relatively interesting to just kind of be aware of from from a standpoint of real estate and stock market. All right. There actually is a REIT though that did look interesting other day. That was one of the reasons that kind of popped in my mind was cube smart.
And.
Just thought was really interesting that it we had a really good push after Covid has had a pullback. You are making multiple lower highs but you're interacting with 100, 200 on the weekly right there we bounced off the 100 perfectly. So this one just looks really interesting. I wouldn't buy it in this exact moment but. But another pullback back to the the weekly long terms or something could be one start kind of pyramiding into. Anyway REITs fun to look at Good to know. I think that's definitely an aspect of wealth that's probably a little bit slower. Definitely not as exciting. But if you ever have any traders out there, investors in your family that want some real estate exposure. And of course, last but not least, you know, having the ability to enter those and get dividends and still read their reports and read their financials and study how they make money. And if you have enough shares, you can still attend shareholder meetings, you can still talk to the CEO, you can still ask really deep questions and you can essentially get paid to be in the room to get mentorship from people that are running these relatively large organizations. If anyone extremely, extremely interested in real estate. So figured out that. Do either of you three beautiful human beings have any questions for me? Any trades you want to review or any real estate specific questions or thoughts or concerns or needs or desires? What do you think, Joe?
I don't really have any real estate ones, but I was wondering about Coin, with the way it's fallen today, if it's a good foot sale spot.
Yes, it is. Yes, it is. All right, Coinbase, I like the one that Cindy did. So she did a 155 June 14th and I thought about doing that one with her. And so if you want to slide into that one with me, I mean, right around the 200, like that's a good spot for it to bounce, in my opinion anyway, is like, I think it'll do something like this. I don't think it'll get all the way down to the 200, but this is the time for me to get interested into it. Tom, up here. I don't know what to do. It's too high, it's too far away. It's had its move, it's new, it'll like. I just. No clue. But bitcoin had a good pump yesterday and it reacted really nicely. Coinbase did. But this candle doesn't nearly look as negative as Coinbase. So in fact we're getting a little bit of a 10 EMA on Bitcoin on. So that's why I do. I think today would be a good time to sell some puts on Coinbase because if bitcoin pops out of here, it's going to be Cyanara Weekly chart still looks good. You got this hammer, right? Got a bear candle after the hammer. So extra sellers. We're pushing above the high of that bear candle already. That looks good. Here's Salana. So they got Robin Hood and Coinbase have a lot of sol. So this thing that's an invert. Head and shoulders, you know, that looks nice. And then litecoin, I mean, especially since June we're talking about all this stuff anyway, like daily 100, 200 and then weekly 100, 200. So it's trapped right in the middle of both, which tells me buy low, sell high, you know, throw in some orders. I don't personally think litecoin is going to go anywhere insane or interesting, but I think a hundred is a guarantee. The question is just when. And that's about a 35% move from where it is now. So if you don't already have a Coinbase account, make sure you guys all get one because you'll be needing something come June. We're gonna be trading crypto, right, Jeremy?
Heck, yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Coinbase 155 June Week 2 Looks really nice.
I. I learned the other day. I didn't realize you could put limit orders in on Coinbase, bro.
Isn't it the best once you learn it?
Yeah. I was like, oh, that's new.
Yeah.
Well, I have no idea how new, but yeah.
L. Orders Robin Hood. This is one I would love to get at 15 off of the 100. This was a. I just threw this on here earlier today. Yeah, I'd love to. I'd love to snag it down there because again, Robin Hood and Coinbase, they're both buying a lot of crypto and if crypto has a big pump, these will move higher. Just let you guys all know that's just going to happen.
I was wondering with GameStop and AMC if Robin would. Would have like a pump or something because all the people that have fomo, because the last run. Run to the. Using their Robin Hood accounts and just whatever.
But yeah, no, it's a valid point. It. It could. Man, this thing moved up real quick and it got a lot of people out of the bushes to trade again. So, you know.
But you know, Jim Kramer said sell, so.
This might be the first time. He's right. Might be the first time he's right. Yeah. Yeah, that one's gonna be. That's a wild one, man. Have you seen Dumb Money at Jeremy?
Yes. Yes. That was a good movie too.
Yeah, it wasn't bad.
That's what, like the other day I saw Roaring Kitty was posting on X and I got excited. I was like. Because I saw the movie and I learned more about him. I was like, oh, snappy. Three year hiatus. Now he's back and everybody's freaking out.
Yeah. Yeah, it's pretty cool. Pretty Cool. Snapchat as an inside candle. After a little bit of a hammer, this thing kind of recovered. I'm still pretty impressed that it was so low, but. But that being said, I mean, there's not a whole lot holding it down. You got the 50 on the. On the monthly, but that's at 1936. So there's a few of these ones they're trying to kind of recover.
I'm gonna get.
I'm getting called away on Pinterest tomorrow at 38. I had a covered call, but I'm quite happy with that. So that'll be. That'll be a good, really nice 19 win.
I still have a call on that in June, so. Yeah.
Nice.
Nice.
Sweet. Are you going to get into an options collar on your call?
I guess I could, couldn't I?
You could. You try it out? Yep.
That might be fun.
Yeah. Just make sure it's all the same expiration, but. Yeah. Sell some calls against it, buy some puts against it against an options collar. Play around with a little bit. Why not? Yeah. Very nice.
That's.
That was a really pretty move. But again, this one, too. Not a whole lot stopping it. What was interesting, a lot of people keep forgetting is Pinterest gapped on the monthly chart. Fam. Look at this gap on a monthly. Like, that is a perfect gap. And go. Yeah, I know, Jeremy. That's what I'm saying, dude.
So the.
When we get a little bit of a pullback on this one, I don't think it has to be that big, but a little bit of a soft pullback into 40, 41, 42. That one could be a good position to kind of be in. Yeah. So there's a lot out there. There's. There's still tons. Let's go look at. I had a ultra Wealth IIPR still watching this with and for Garrett, it is breaking out. So this is. This is one that he told us about a couple weeks ago, and it's. It's starting to pump, obviously. Nvidia. I think most of us are out of Carvana, which is awesome. Good win across the board. Boeing, your boy's still in. I got a 210June covered call, which if it got called away up there, it'd be the coolest thing ever. I. Everyone was making fun of me for. For a bit on Boeing, but, you know, it's all good. Mongo database. I'm starting to build. Starting to build a base down here again. Starting to pick up some shares on down days on Snag5more today. This is a 10ema candle today. Although I don't necessarily think it's going to do anything super cool because the long term's right in front of it. But if we can get a close back above 388, this thing could become pump worthy once again. Beautiful bounce off the 200. So I'm not going to lose track of that because that's just going to be a fun mover. Robin Hood. I'm gonna keep an eye on that one as crypto moves and the whole Roaring kitty and Reddit thing, Robinhood can, can put in some good work. Speaking of Reddit, this one should be on your, on some level of a watch list. I think it's going to build a nice little base support down in here, resistance down in here. And if you, if you buy this position low enough, you, you're in my opinion almost guaranteed to win. Like this is, I mean their margins are great. It's just a website, so it's just software. And I mean even if we go look at Snapchat, which is the worst of all the social media platforms, if you bought it low enough, I mean there's still times where you make money. This is, you know, that's 2020, so that doesn't count. But even if you, you know, if you buy it low enough on certain levels like you're still able to catch some, some semblance oftentimes and they're still making money. The big problem with Snapchat compared to Reddit is that most of the people on Snapchat are still young and they're, they don't have any purchasing power. So the average user of Snapchat right now 17. So again, they don't have a butt ton of money. But the weirdos of the world like me and Jeremy are on Reddit. So you're a strange person if you have a Reddit account but you have a buying, you got buying power.
So what does low enough mean for getting into it?
I think anything 45 and lower is going to be all pretty much a guaranteed win. Like if you can get in like 45 or lower and you can hold it for, you have the ability to hold it for three or four months. Like it's like a 99.99 likelihood. This one at 30, I already told my wife and it didn't get down there, got to 37, but at 30 I was like, I'm going to sell like my mom's house and put her in an RV to buy some Reddit at 30, because that would Be the most, no brainer decision ever. So if you can get ready to 30 because that would put it at a market cap of 5 billion. And that, that just seems super low for, for me for a really huge online forum where everyone's hanging out, there's so much data on that, so many people using. It's a very, very specific target market. They're running ads effectively. I don't know, I mean I think they can get bought out pretty easily by Google, right? Or Microsoft or OpenAI for 20 billion. And it's like you forex your investment. So this one's definitely one to keep an eye on. Just like have it on a watch list that pops up ever so often. Coinbase and then yeah, Advanced Auto Parts had a cool gap down today. I do want this one at 65, but I'm not gonna, I'm not going to miss it if it breaks above 77 either. So make sure that one's on your watch list to some degree still. We, we. I mean this was all Joe right here. She just led us to the promised land and she's, she's leading us again. So I will continue to keep an eye on that one. Yeah. So anyway, beautiful stuff, rock stars. Super proud of you. You guys are doing great. June, we're gonna be going over, like I said, 24 hour market. So we'll take some forex trades, we'll take some futures trades, we'll take some crypto trades. Mostly crypto. And again, having fun, just reviewing the markets. You guys know so much at this point. There's always things that we can learn differently. But again, after the options, after the collars, after the put sales and the covered calls, after all of January and February and March of Elliott Wave multi time frame analysis and gaps, you guys know what I know and you, and you do what I'm doing. So now it's just putting in that same level of work on anything that you look at. Exactly. Just practice time. Just keep doing it, keep doing it and pull the trigger. Right, Jeremy, Pull the trigger, make some money, buy some other stuff, buy some assets, get, get fueled a little bit by that strong desire to just have more money so you can give more, so you can expand more so you can go, you know, party at Eric's house. That's kind of like one of my life goals, you know. All right, rock stars, have an amazing weekend. If you need anything from me, please let me know. But I will be back on Monday. I'll see you guys.
Thanks so much. Bye guys.
