May 27th, 2024 Divine King Class 4: Boundaries and Awakening Meditation

Jeremy Newsome teaches three boundary patterns that trap men: people-pleasing, withdrawn fear, and controlling others. The class includes lived examples from group members and ends with a guided meditation through a garden, canyon, and void to meet your higher self and receive a gift.

Okay, today's gonna be a fun, fun topic. So shout outs to Stephen. Stephen and I had a good conversation yesterday, and he mentioned that one of his big goals of this whole Class of the Divine King series and program was to really learn and understand dark masculine. And hopefully a few of you were able. And we'll continue to be able just to know what that looks like. And we're going to kind of work on some more meditations and work on some more experiences with just your energy and your masculinity and who you are as a person and who you are as a man and your goals and your dreams. But what we're going to start doing on some of our Mondays is we're going to start slowly coming back up, right? Because we talked about class two, the low masculine, and then class three, the dark masculine, and the very, very first class. I mentioned that you can only ascend as high into heaven as you're willing to go down into your personal hell. And so over the next couple of weeks, we're going to start slowly working on that ascension and working on clearing up some of the aspects of light, because from a awareness and energy perspective, I want all of you to know that it's really like this, really like this cycle, like digging and going up and then digging, and then you can go higher and then digging and going up. And there can be seasons of doing this. So I usually have a king's course about twice a year. And so I work on this a lot with you all as well. I work on it with myself. But Chuck will be the first to tell you, and so will I, that, you know, the first time I started digging, as an example, I went down three feet. And so then I went up three feet. I'm like, all right, let me, let me work on this again. So I did like a meditation retreat where you. You don't do anything other than meditate for 16 hours a day a lot. So that's like a 10ft dig and then you're able to go up 10ft. And so it, it gets deeper and higher as time progresses. For a lot of you, this is the first time really playing with certain energies and aspects and awareness. And so you might only be 3 or 4ft deep, but my, my goal, my hope is that you can kind of continue to understand that this level of sobriety, this level of work, this level of intentionality is something that you can repeat often. You don't have to do it every day, but you can repeat as often as you want to to some degree. So that you can start going deeper and higher. Because that. That range of emotion allows you to create just such a more fulfilled version of you, the best version of you. Because the best version of you, gentlemen, is a lot richer, a lot stronger, a lot happier, a lot better shape, a lot more fulfilled, a lot more excited, has a lot more energy. And I want a lot of us to meet that best version of ourselves later today. So the next few weeks, we're gonna start going up a little bit higher and working on some of the lighter aspects of who we are and what we do and how we do it. And I'm gonna. We're gonna have a discussion about something that you probably don't think about a lot, or maybe it's something that you haven't really thought of from a man's perspective. But we're going to talk a little bit about boundaries today. What I like about this exact photo is this photo was taken at seven in the morning on Saturday after I've been hiking for 24 hours straight at an event called the 29029, which is the Evereston Club. So a guy finds a big, tall mountain and you climb it perpetually until you climb the equivalent of Everest. You only have 36 hours to do it. And it's a relatively hard event. But one of the other reasons I like this photo is guess who was around me during this exact time? No one. By myself. Just in my own cave, hanging out, chilling, playing with my own boundaries. Playing with who I am and how I can push myself and test myself. Yeah, it's the Yen says. Was this the one that you raced? The guy who didn't know that you were racing him did that event. Yes, but not this exact climb. So this was the third time that I did it. This was Vermont, So it was the very, very first time. Paul, the person who took this pick is just someone who was in the grass. They were pretty far away. I didn't even notice they were there. But this particular event has a really, really good photographer and video coordinator. And they're like, invisible. You don't even know they're there. They, like, have, like, gully suits on. That's crazy. That's wild. Yeah, so they were. They were in the grass, relatively far away, I think. But anyway, it was. It was good. I was just kind of hanging out, just in my own thing, in my own element, in my own zone, in my own brain. And I think for men, I will say this for sure, boundaries are so important. We'll talk a little bit about what they are but one of the boundaries that I would love all of you to have. If I go back to the very, very beginning of our class, I made sure that to that you guys all picked a day for yourself. You remember that. So make sure you start tracking that down again. Because I create boundaries and time for just me. And it is a practice because you. I know a lot of you have kids and wives, and I think most of you have jobs and bills and income. And yet we have all the things. But all of that is irrelevant. If you suck ass and you're just not a really, really good, powerful person, you're not going to be able to show up. So I want to make sure that we're kind of. We touch on some of these pieces because I think that they're really, really valuable. And again, when we say boundaries, this will. This will feel a little feminine for just a moment, because it is. But I want you to have a safe space for you and for your healing and for your growth, wherever that might be, whatever that might feel like. I want you to start creating that safe space to kind of start strengthening into your light. Because that's what we talked about beginning, like going down and then starting to go up. And what that means a lot of times, or creating the safe space to strengthen to your light is just again, having conversations with those people around you and knowing that there isn't a. There is a. There is a place where you don't feel any anger or rage at all. And I know for a lot of you, just chatting with a few of you, that that exists a lot in you emotionally. It's like this, like, perpetual, I'm never enough. And like, I don't. I don't have what I want. And it's this constant pushing. And that pushing can get very tiresome because it's fueled by anger and rage. And ultimately. And eventually, as you start strengthening into your light, what that means for you gentlemen is that you can be pulled by your purpose rather than pushed by your problems. Because again, a lot of us right now might be in a place. I don't have enough money, I don't have enough energy, I don't have enough time. So you're always thinking of the things that you lack and the boundary and the safe place that you can all create with your partners, with your wife, with your friends, with your boss, with your co workers, with the men in this group is just a place where you can start openly and safely and calmly expressing and discussing how to do that, how to strengthen into your Light. And it comes down to setting boundaries, knowing what boundaries even mean. Because for a lot of guys, we don't have boundaries at all, right? Like, we don't have any boundaries. Like, I'll work all the time. I'll do everything. I'll put my body on the line. I will grind 46 hours a week. I will push, push, push, push, push. Water, emotions, I don't care. Let's get those stupid things away. I'm always available for everyone, right? Your kids come to you, you're always available, even though sometimes you probably shouldn't be. When I say you're not available, what that means is you might physically be available, you might have the time, but emotionally you're at zero. And you're going to push yourself to be with your kids because you're just supposed to be right. That's what you're supposed to do as a dad. Always be available for your kids. Even when you're a drag, ass tired, no emotions, you're not ready to really, really think and to be totally, totally available for them. Because you're pushing, you're pushing, you're pushing and you're pushing. Type in a 5 if you're tired of pushing. Like, I'd really just love to kind of get pulled at some point where you don't have to continuously pull. Always do. What's beautiful about that gentleman is that's the feminine flow of masculinity. Chuck said it perfectly two weeks ago, right? There's this awesome blend and the boundary section for men, it does come to knowing where you're at, knowing what boundaries are. I know that sounds hilarious, but that's why we're starting to awaken. If I go back to the very beginning slide, an awakening man. This is awakening where as you awaken to your true core as a man and you realize that God or the universe, whatever, whatever term you like to really use is infinite, that there is no lack in divinity, you start realizing that you can have. Go ahead and say with me, I can have everything that I want all of the time, always. I can have everything that I want all of the time, always. But it comes down to knowing who you are and what serves you. Because if you are just absolutely tapped out and there was a lot of fives came in that chat pain. When you're absolutely tapped out because you're always doing something, we're going to talk about what that is in just a moment. But you're always generally doing one of these things too much for men. And this, these slides are totally different for men versus women. Totally different. But for men, you have these three types of people. Too much, yes, too much, no. Or you're too controlling. And that's why you're burned out. That's why you're broke or broken or purposeless. It's like you have one of these three things. And if. If you are. And by the way, I am, in case you're wondering, I'll tell you which one I am after I go through this. To continuous progress. Right. Pursuit of perfection. I've gotten a lot better. I'll continue to get a little bit better. But I do, and I am very aware of my boundaries. And Craig will tell you that's why I gu. Told you guys, like, in week one. One of the reason I like Craig a lot is he gave me permission to say no. He's one of the first people I've ever really been able to say no to because he has a very unique type of energy. You guys ever hung around Craig too much? And it's a beautiful energy, but it is unwavering. It's very powerful. And if you as a man are around that way with your wife or your kids and they're just always pulling you and you can never say no, you're always saying too much. Yes, you can get really tired pretty quickly because you don't know who you are or what you stand for. If your wife, gentlemen, is always bossing you around and you can't say no to her without a giant shit show happening. You are a weak man, Chuck. How many times have you had to tell your perfect, gorgeous bride, no, it's not the right time.
Over 36 years, I can't even. I can't even begin to count. And there's a reason, Jeremy, and I love you for saying this. And that is because your family and you deserve the best of you and not what's left of you. Oh, wow.
Yeah. Amen.
If you're not living in that space and grace where you honor yourself and there are times and. Cole, see me. Cole, see me at low points when dad's butt ass tired. And why? Because at some point in time, we all get confused about our priorities. And that's okay. Yeah, just stay there, reset. Assess yourself. And to your point, Jeremy, I mean, there's this. There's this synergy when it comes to the yin and yang of life. And I look at it as that the yin and yang isn't just a circle, it's a sphere. So when you talk about going deep, that movement is all the way through that sphere, there's layers of it. And your responsibility as a man is to find out the different layers of you. You're not single dimensional. There's who you are in your body, mind, your spirit, personally and professionally, and yet it's the same host body. So the spirit, the energy, your faith, when you do not feed you, you cannot feed anyone else. It is a fundamental, physiological, kinesthetic, energetic fact.
Yeah.
So.
So how do you fill up?
Yeah, and that's. And that's the awareness of boundaries, gentlemen. Right like that. It is an awareness piece because, again, we are wired as men. And Raymond, I'm looking at you, right, like we are wired to just go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go. Die. Right? It's a lot of us are wired that way because what do you know? What do you know what we're standing for? Like, what do we know what we're saying yes for? Because if we never have a boundary, if we never go, this is what I really want to start pursuing whenever, take the time to just start allowing us to be. Chuck loves this term, but. Right. All of us as men, right now, generally throughout the day, we are human doings. Five and a seven. If you're a human doing all right, you're do, do. You're doing, doing, doing, doing, doing, doing new doing things. Always tinkering and doing and doing and doing. But you guys know what I'm supposed to say, right? You know, you know what this is supposed to be. We know what the word is supposed to be. And so it comes down to the boundaries and awareness and the confidence of what to say and how to say, because you know what you're saying. So let's talk to the yes people. Hi. The yes. Oh, yeah. Talking to Chuck. Let's talk to these yes people. Saying yes. When you want to say no, deep down inside, you know you're supposed to say no, Cole. But you have a fear of avoiding confrontation, disappointing others. You don't want to appear selfish. Stephen.
Right?
Stephen doesn't want to appear selfish. Quan, you don't want to. This is. This is the one for Quan right here. Juan doesn't want to miss out on the chance to feel needed and important. I mean, it's so nice to feel important, right, Craig? Oh, my gosh. My wife needs me right now. Yay. My kids need me. Oh, lucky me. I've only been working 98 hours straight. Good. I get to go do something for someone else to feel Needed. Now again, I'm not saying that we can't help other people. Not what I'm saying. I'm saying is the boundary and the awareness of. You start to know when you're. You need your time and just keep pushing. Your boss calls in, hey man, I need you to come into work today. It's a Saturday. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But I, I mean, you know, Greg cancelled and you're the only other person, so you got to come in. I don't think you pay me to work Saturdays last time I checked. Like, I don't, I don't think that's the role. Like you guys know the, your job, right? You know where you're at. But there. Look at this one and go ahead and type into the chat pane. Which one, which one are you, which one do you want to do? This is, this is it for me. I think this is, this is a big one. This is why it's first. When I was writing this slide, I wasn't talking to you guys. Right. I'm over here trying to build this thing for me. I want to avoid confrontation because if I, if I'm angry and I confront and I tell people no or I want to feel, then I'm going to disappoint others and they're not going to love me. And Chuck will tell you I'm just a big love bug. So I want everyone to love me. Kurt says he wants to avoid appearing selfish. Yep. Cole says avoid confrontation. Disappointing others. Yeah. Curtis is missing out on feeling needed. That's a deep one. That's a deep one. And I'm glad, I'm glad to know that you're aware of that piece. Disappointing others says Derek. You. Yeah. So again, as we know this and we can really, really see and feel like we, we want to feel needed, we want to feel valuable, we want to feel worthy. But gentlemen, just, just again, be aware that this is something that you can work on as an awakened man. This is a level of king energy that you can have. The awareness of knowing how you feel, the awareness of being okay to just step into guess what's going to happen anyway in life regardless of how much you don't want to. All of these, they're all going to happen anyway and at some point you're going to say yes to so many things yens that you're going to end up doing what anyway? Disappointing others because you're so tired. Like you're going to miss a big call or big event or you're going to triple book yourself and you're gonna be on a phone, in a webinar and a Zoom and a Google Meet and a WhatsApp thread and a Slack and an Instagram Live, all simultaneously. Because you want everyone to like you. Because you really don't really like yourself. Chuck says we all need to clean out our garages. Yeah, Tell me what that means, Chuck. What does that really mean?
We stack and we store. We think that if we go ahead and say yes to all these things, that more things than stuff. And it's not about that. It's not about having all these things piled up. We all love beautiful things. We all love wonderful experiences.
And.
And yet there is a cost to everything. It may not just be cash. Time, energy, intention, awareness, connectivity, clarity. How many people do you know that are living in a fog? How many people do you know that they're like the walking dead? This might as well be World War Z and they're a zombie because there is no quality of life. You ask him. How is your weekend, gentlemen? Like it's all right. Just another weekend. I know I've been guilty of responding that way. See, this awareness that Jeremy's talking about is self truth, honest and open and integrous with yourself. Because if you're lying to you, you'll lie to others. You will. Because you haven't faced the reality of who you really are and what you really need in your life. So are you chasing wants? Are you fulfilling needs? Are you really, really understanding what you need to thrive? Not just survive?
Yeah.
Quan said I can't say no to others. That's when I get into troubles. Actually, my brother Quan, it's because you're not saying no. That's when you get in trouble with others because it doesn't feel congruent with who you are. I. I love you for this, Jeremy. This is. This is probably one of the parts of the dark masculine that gets ignored most often because we wear this like a badge of honor. I can take it. Don't worry. You do you, boo Boo. Daddy's got you. Hubby's got you. The man's got you. And we get to remember that in ancient times, clans of samurai and shogun, warlords, Vikings, barbarians, warriors, they traveled in clans, they weren't solitary. And there's a reason for it. Because metal sharpens metal. And we all get to connect and engage and support one another. Doesn't mean we placate one another. Little boys tell stories. Men share experiences.
Hitting us in the heart. Yes. Yes. Yes. Too much. Yes. Gentlemen, this is what it does for us. And so when Chuck mentioned the dark masculine. As you are understanding and knowing the energy more, Stephen, it allows you to. To say it bluntly. Simply not give a anymore and be ok and pop into that energy for just a second. Not doing it viciously, you're not doing it out of anger or resentment or animosity. You're just able to pop down for just a second. I want you some, I want some of you to try it this week. I, I love teaching this class because again, this is all for me just saying no. I dare you.
Not.
No, thank you. Oh, no, no thank you. Just. Just a good old fashioned two letter word. It's so hard for me. Like think about through your day, right? Someone asks you something for the. At the grocery store, hey, would you like to. Would you like an extra bag? Would you like to donate to this charity? Would you like to. Whatever. Can you imagine saying no? You're following up with something. No, I'm okay. No, comma, something. Right? Gentlemen, for all my. Too much. Yes people, you're always saying no, comma, something else.
No.
Oh, thank you so much for the offer though. We're always saying something. But it's. It's a practice. We'll get better at it. I forget the quote or the person who said it specifically, but it was something to the extent of. A man's greatest freedom is the ability to say no without further explanation. And again, I've been working on that. I've gotten better. Last night, I'll give you. I mean, last night was a good example. It was 8pm I woke up at 5, did all the things. It was a very long day. And Jason, my son, my two and a half year old, wanted to have a dance party. And my wife was all about it. And I looked at both of them, I was like, no, we're not having it. We're not doing a dance party at 8 o'.
Clock.
He's gonna get all wild up. He's not gonna go to. He's not gonna go to sleep. And she was in for the dance party. She won a dance party with Jason. I was like, well, no, because I'm gonna be the guy getting him to sleep and put. I'm tired, dude. Game over for your boy. Because I'm. Because guess what? You know who also is also sleep right now, right? Dance party. Dance fever individuals are still asleep. But your boy woke up four hours ago. Oh, there it is. Cool wealth of words. I love that. Real freedom is saying no without giving a reason. Yeah, thanks, Kirk. So cool. Again, family is just a practice. I don't. You don't become absolute professionals at that, but if you know you suck at it. I want to talk to you a little bit so we can protect, we can practice it, because there are boundaries. And trust me, I usually am horrible at this, but, like, 80% better than I was, which is growth. And for a lot of you men here who are striving to be perfect dads, perfect boyfriends, perfect husbands, learn to say no and learn to say no lovingly. Right? We're not being a giant jerk face. You're able to tap into darkness. If you need the power, if you need the conviction, if you need the certainty, if you need the. The strength. You tap into darkness and then you pop right back up into light. You got the strongness, you got the conviction, you got the power, you got the strength, you got the honor. But now you're just saying it with a beautiful, strong, certain tone. Seven to nine. If that makes sense. If that awareness makes sense. Where we're not being dicks. We just. If we need to tap in really quick into our darkness, we're able to pull it up, use it. Use that fortitude to make our no mean no. Because guess who did not have a dance party last night. No one had a dance party. It was great. Jason went to sleep and my wife's like, how'd you get up to go to sleep so fast? It's the power. And again, for a lot of my. Gentlemen, this is something that you need to practice with your wives, because your wives walk all over you. Greg. What? What's up with the double thumbs up? Tell me about this.
I feel like, you know, I've been saying no. I mean, I just have standard questions. You know what? My favorite one, she asked me all the time, I'm going to the store. What do you want? And you know, I always want the same. There's never a different answer. It's just. Yeah. I'm an easy note of her.
Yeah.
Am I easy known my daughter? You know, but I. I might be at 80. Yes, but she understands the no. And if it's a bad time or I have something to do, or I don't, you know, I just. I give a good amount of nose.
Cool. I like that.
They don't go challenged often anymore. They used to.
I like that.
Well, good.
That means you're kind of stepping up. You're starting to know your boundaries, starting to feel out your time. That's beautiful. Now there's a lot of yes men in Here, but Ray's been a little bit quiet, which means that some of you might be the next person. Now, I don't know who these people are.
Kidding.
Who would like to meet my wife? Right. Too much. Who would like to. Who would like to. Who's the no people in the building? You're saying no to everything now. You. You're like. You like. Wait a minute. Newsome. You're telling me to say yes? I'm saying you told. You just told me to say no. Now I have to say I can't say no too often. Well, again, this means a lot of other things. This is for people who say no too frequently. Quan talking to you again. Cole talking to you again, right? Because you go from one extreme to the other. You say yes until your face falls off, then you have zero energy, and then you get in this little complacent hole where you have adrenal fatigue, and then you say no to everything for the next seven months, right? And you just. You just hole up eating peanut M&M's and pistachios. Because when we say no too often. And again, gentlemen, this is not to pick on anyone, but again, this is also a lot of our. Our. Our women in our lives, they have a fear of being seen. Their fear. The people that say no too often, they're disappointed. They have a fear of disappointing a dear. A fear of being judged. Right, Cole? A feel. A fear of feeling inadequate. Don't.
The women don't know how to say no. They say everything but no. They're saying no, but they don't say it simply.
Correct. Correct. And for those of us who might experience this, it's really this. I want to stay comfortable. I want to stay complacent. I want to stay in my little box, and I put up a wall so that no one really sees me. I don't really expand. I don't move. I don't do anything. I'm just here because. How many times, Derek, have you potentially had opportunities to do something else really, really big and shiny and exciting and amazing? And you're like, I don't want to be seen. I don't want to disappoint. I don't want to try and end up being inadequate and not being good enough. I lost count. So for. So for me, my challenge has been. I've swung so far to the other side of the fence, right, that I say yes to everything. I need to practice more of this. But some people, again, just depending on where you are, is you say yes to everything. For a long time. And then you just give everything away and you have nothing left, Edwin. Right where you're like, I don't have anything left to give. I'm broken. Broken. I got no money. I got no time. Because you said yes to everything, to everyone, to all the people. And then what happens? Now you have to be this guy. You see the deadly act of this balance? It's like you have to have. That's what boundaries do, is they give you the ability to do both. You can say yes sometimes when. When you're aligned, you can say no when you're not. I'll tell you a super fast story about. About saying no and about saying yes too often. I was coaching with a guy named Alan about two years ago, and.
When.
I was coaching with Alan, I said, what's your. What's your dream? What's the goal, man? Why are you trading the market? That's what he was doing. He was trading the market. I'm like, why are you trading the market? And he gave the same, you know, Froot Loop answer that every. The guy gives. Oh, financial freedom. Okay, okay. What does financial freedom mean? I don't know. Okay, how much is it? No idea. Got it. So you want something, you just don't know what it is. So you want some cool. You want to sound cool at dinner parties. So we start uncovering, what is financial freedom, Alan? And we end up coming up with this definition of financial freedom. And listen to this definition. So it's a real definition. I want to be able to give to anyone who asks without fear or hesitation. I don't want to worry about money ever again. I just want to be able to give to anyone who asks. I agree with you, Alex. That's tough, right? Like, it's you. You can't be doing that. You can't give to anyone who asks all the time. Because this is math, gentlemen. It's impossible. Yeah. Because eventually what I do, I ask him, I say to him, okay, if you want to be able to give to anyone who asked, without fear, hesitation, how much money is that? Guess what he says. Yeah. $2 million. 2 million. I'm like, bro, that's like 14 asks. It's like, you got, like, a year with $2 million. If you're just anyone who comes to you, just like, here you go. I want to be Jesus. I have everything. It's going to be gone, homie. And once he realized that, it scared him, because, again, he had no. What? He had no boundaries. Listen, you're gonna have a hard time Finding someone who loves to give more than I do. You got to know your boundaries. You got to know what you're giving to. You got to know who you're giving to. You got to know why you're giving to them. Because if you always say yes, what's going to happen? You're depleted now. You have nothing. No money, no time, no energy, no effort. And then who are you going to become? A giant no person. Because you have nothing to give from. So you sucked before and you suck again, and you're back to getting pushed by your problems rather than pulled by your purpose. You feel me? That's why this is important. That's why, Cole. It's a blend. You're gonna have to say yes when you're scared. You're gonna have to say yes to step up into greatness. Each one of you are created in the image of greatness. No longer should you bow to the complexities of conformity and mediocrity. I no longer want you to dabble with decimals. I want you to conversate with commas. And the way to do that is to be able to step into both the yeses and the no's with strength, with fortitude, power, and conviction. Know what's scaring you about it and do it anyway. Know that you can say yes to something really big and terrifying that everyone might make fun of you for. And I know Craig was joking on Saturday. I know Craig very well about me moving to California. But how many people do you think were and have in the last eight months made fun of me taking a humongous leap and doing something massive? Moving to the west coast from Tennessee, Like, Jeremy, dude, you're going to be paying so much money in taxes. Dude, what are you doing, bro? I don't even worry about taxes, homie. Eagles don't worry about running in the trees, my dog. I don't. I don't have to worry about taxes, baby boy. I made it. You know I'm good. Tax is just a tip for me. It's a different mindset, right? A whole different mindset. Things change when you change. And so what we have to do is we have to ask ourselves, what are you avoiding? What could you lean into more? What are you saying no to? What big dream are you saying no to? Because you're. You're scared of disappointing someone because you. You are, right? Me making this decision to move out here, I can't say for sure, but I can say if, like, 98 certainty, which is pretty high, led to a big Relationship in my life falling apart because that other person in my life was very controlling, which is the third person. Right. There was a person in my life that wanted me to do everything all the time with that person and never stray far from the nest. And as soon as I started having a mind of my own and beliefs of my own and visions of my own, that person became venomous. And a few of you are going to fall into this one as well. So me and my wife, like, we helped build this section. She is both too much. No. And too controlling. These are her two things that she goes back and forth. I don't even know what this one is. I'm just. Again, yes. Is me. That's my big challenge. So I work on this part. I work on this part. But some of you are going to have blends of all of them. That's okay, Right? Those who are too controlling are trying to control other people. Get them to take on our problems. Become overly involved with their problems so you can, you know how to win them over. You seek out those who will enable you because you don't want to fix your own lives. That way you feel in control. So that when you feel in control, you feel needed, you feel loved, and you don't feel alone. Now again, this one's a little bit more rare in this particular group because I've talked to the majority of you on the phone. I have know the majority of you. We've texted back and forth. We've already had our phone conversations. So a lot of you aren't dealing with this right now. That's okay. But I just want you to be aware that these are some things that can pop up. So for those of you who are too much. Yes. Right. In order to be in a fully embodiment of a divine king, what do you need to say no to? So I want you to think about this for just a moment. What do you need to say no to? To be really, really, really a powerful king. Who do you need to say no to? Who do you need to say no to? What do you need to say no to? And this one can be. This one can be very interesting. Like it could be a shift. Imagine, Imagine that there's someone in your life that's controlling you by giving you something. And if you say no to that person, you lose all ability of income.
Right.
Derek just had to break through this one because. Because again, like someone gives you something, so they're, they're. They're subconsciously or consciously controlling you. Talking to you, Chuck. Right. And so it's like you keep giving this person, this grown human adult, this thing because you love them, but really what you're doing is you're controlling them and you're enabling them. And so if you are receiving the thing that the person's giving you because they want to control you, and you just keep saying yes to it, you know, say no to it. What are you doing? You're being controlled. Am I right, Derek? Derek says I'm right. I know there's that very popular term. I don't bite the hand that feeds you, but the hand also has the locks and the keys to the chain that's around your foot. Bite that off and take the key. Yeah, sure. For sure. So just know what this is. And of course. Right, of course. Know who trips you up the most? Like, who is it? For me, a lot of times it's my mom. I've gotten better, though. I'm gotten a lot better. But she still trips him up a little bit because, you know, I made a. I made a promise to my dad, make sure that she's always financially taken care of. And sometimes it gets a little clouded in my brain when she needs $1,000 for a bench and I'm like, oh, well, she's asking this money for this bench that's going to be outside. And it was $1200. Now it's only a TH000. I guess I need to buy it for her, right? So sometimes my brain gets a little clouded on what's a financial need and what's my mom being. My mom, who's a horrible, horrible person with money, has no clue what money is doesn't sanctify it at all. So, yeah, get very clear on who trips you up so you can start practicing it. Right, Cole, Start practicing saying no to your mom and your dad. It's going to be a little bit challenging. It's going to be a little bit scary, right? Saying no to people is. It's a little scary, right, Chuck, Saying no to your employer, it's going to be a little bit scary. Alex, saying no to certain people in your life that give you the most income, but you do not like working with them. It's going to be a little bit scary. But just know who trips you up and start owning and creating your security. So a great way to do this is just practice in a safe place, right? Practice in this. A small. A small beginning as you can start saying your no. For those of you who say no too frequently, what do you need to say? Yes to again. Where are you at in life? What do you need to step into? What? Expansion. Deal with the fear of failing. Quan. Yeah. You're gonna have to deal with that fear at some point, my brother. You're gonna have to say yes to something amazing and big and huge. You're like, I don't have the money for that. God will never give you a dream that fits your budget. Right? God's not checking your bank account. He's checking your faith. So at some point, like, deal with your fear. Own your fear of rejection. And I love that. Yens typed in, right. Who trips him up the most? He said himself. Yeah, me too, dude. Me too.
You know, Jeremy, to your point in all this, oftentimes when you're a yes person and you start to have those distinctions, because I did this three years ago in a very, I'll say, very polarizing space, you will be judged. Let's. Let's make no bones about it. And that's probably the biggest blessing one of them in my life is now. When you own yourself, people will see in a different light. They may not like you for the moment, but they will respect you. Now you're respecting yourself.
You. I love that. They may not like you, but they'll respect you. I. I've said. I've said this before in this class, but this. This. This is my new thing. This really helps me. I have struggled with wanting everyone to like me. And I had a mentor. Tell me you don't even like everyone. Like, what. What are you doing? Trying to get everyone to like you. You don't even like everybody. Are there people that you don't like?
Yeah.
So stop. Stop trying to get everyone to like you. Some people are just gonna have to kind of hate you a little bit. Fair. Roger that. So you start working on it. Start practicing it. This is a big one. This is fun, right? Own your yeses. So see yourself as someone who laughs at being rejected. Lighten up. Realize that saying yes is how you get to live a full life. Be grateful for all the ease, help, and love that the fun yes will bring. So those of you say no too often. All right? And then, of course, what do you do if you're too controlling? We don't have to be on this one too long. But controllers come in many forms, right? Some manipulate people and doing stuff for them. Some are expert guilt trippers or seducers. Some wear people down until they get what they want. But the controllers, they have a lot of trouble hearing no like to what Chuck said a moment Ago. Like what? Why is this person saying no to me? Right? Derek, do you know anyone like this in your life?
So several people.
Several people. They do it. They do it. They just want to control. So get mining honest, get mining mighty honest with yourself and think about these people in your life whom try to control you and ask yourself, who do you. Who are they constantly trying to fix? Right? They might be trying to fix you, they might be trying to fix yourself. Again, very, very. For, for most of you, most of you here aren't personally dealing with this, but you're in a controlling relationship, someone's controlling you. And so it's just good to really, really know what you have to do. If someone's doing that, someone's that case. So an. An awakening man is someone who knows that he is responsible for his life and where you are in your life. If you have a mundane life, if you have a painful past, if you've broken relationships, if you've had dreams that you've just let slowly die, great, you're still alive right now. So as you have entered and start moving through your dark inner realms, start. Start realizing that the legacy of your ancestors are what's really burdening you. And you can start stepping into that psyche, into that darkness and really starting to pull everything out. Because remember, you have to love all those pieces. Chuck said this last week, love yourself in totality. The good, the bad, and the flawed, and the absolutely fabulous. You gotta love those pieces. You can't be afraid of them. Gentlemen. Right? So be okay to say, you know what? I. I have controlled too much in the past, or I've said yes, too much in the past, I've said no, too much in the past, or try to control this person too much, or whatever the case is, hey, it's in the past. Awesome. Beautiful. Be happy about it. Start reclaiming your magic and recognize that you were born for greater things. Every single one of you on this call were born to help humanity birth a new world. But you got to be a king in order to do that. Hey, Jeremy.
Something that just came to my heart, which may or may not help clarify for some people when it comes to controlling, because to your point, it's probably the. Out of the three, it's the one that's the minority. If you consider yourself to be an influencer because you have a need to control, you have a need to have your influence impart on other people. It doesn't mean it's a bad thing. It just means that are you in collaboration with someone in a Relationship. So does my wife influence me? Absolutely. In a collaboration, not in a controlling matter. And this is where motive and intention become extremely important not to justify it so that you can clarify and verify within yourself. Because saying no for the practice of saying no is different than needing to say no for the right reason.
There is a distinction there, huh? Huge.
Are you really being authentic and present in self, or are you running a program? Are you running a strategy? Two very different things. And so in the existence of this, we can use the dance party. Jeremy was very clear and made a decision based on not just a feeling. He processed this and said this. No, this is not what serves now myself and others. He didn't placate. He collaborated. So is it a level one relationship? Just good for you? Is it one and two good for you and someone else? Is a level three good for you, someone else and your community? His no was a level three commitment. It served the greater good. That may sound a little deep, but it's actually really simple because in your decisions, are they just about me or is it about we? And here's the truth. Every decision you make about yourself affects other people. Because you're the common denominator in all of it.
So true.
Sorry, I didn't mean to run off on a tangent. It was just I started thinking all these people, like on social media who are influencers, and I go, what are they into? What do they get compensated for some measure of control, real or perceived?
Yep.
Yep, yep. Just like Chuck said right here. Like what. What hole are you trying to fill? If you are. If you feel like that level or that need to control other people? And. And Craig, I think that's a beautiful question, especially for those of us who have teenagers or want teenagers. But Craig says, I have a hard time between teaching and controlling. Me too. Me too. Right? Our parent, all. All the parents of older individuals will probably agree to that. I think the only small distinction for me, and this is what I try to do, is I'm asking, if I'm asking that person something, can I either show him or her. In my case, it's him. Can I show him without telling him?
And so can you open the possibility for them to be able to get the lesson and the learning? Because if I explain it and they don't get it, then they've earned the right to have that experience.
And.
And that's the lesson that they need to get. Because how many times have you said something to a loved one and it sailed right over their head? And then someone else says, exact Same thing a week later. They're a freaking genius. And you're like going, oh, my God. And here's what I understand now. I used to say this, and I'm going to abridge myself and. And fall on the sword for a moment. I used to say, I don't care how they get the lesson as long as they get it. And that's not true. I have a belief that God delivers the message that they need to hear, and it will be consumed when they're ready to digest it.
In the form.
Of a lesson, an experience, a yes, a no, or someone else's influence or their own influence. My privilege is to be a father and a husband and a man. My responsibility is to live a congruent life. Leaders go first. It's not a popularity contest. I used to want everyone to love me. I used to want everyone to respect me. Now I just look for the respect of those that I love and adore and appreciate those people that I hold in the highest esteem that were like minded and like hearted.
Yeah. Yes. Yes, yes. Amazing. All right, gentlemen, I'm gonna go pull. Two minutes. We'll be back. We're going to do about 20 minutes or so of meditation and start ingraining a little bit of this. It's gonna be a little bit of a longer meditation, so if you need to kind of strap in, get yourself prepared. Breathe right, slow down, park, stabilize, clear some things. We still got 30 minutes left in our. In our session, so I'll be right back. Two or three minutes and then we'll talk more about some more depth. All right, Be right back.
How you feeling, fellas?
Outstanding.
Very interesting conversation, isn't it? Because oftentimes when we feel like we lose our.
We go, oh, I'm.
I'm out of control. And the truth is you can be living in a passionate state and expressing yourself as this is part of the dark side of masculine energy. This is why working out and being physically fit and engaging yourself becomes so important. It's not as just a release mechanism, is so that you can consciously channel where this energy is being utilized. Because in the past, it would be hiking for miles to go forage for.
Food.
To track prey, to build a.
House.
To dig, a field or a well. In the 21st century, we have different ways that we get to access this energy now and honor yourselves as well. How many of you have been finding these workouts and these engagements to be extremely helpful for you?
Yeah.
Self confidence, engagement, energy, living your space and grace. I'm so grateful to Jeremy For. For inviting me to be a part of this community.
Brother. Glad you're here. Very, very glad you're here. Thank you. All right, Randy's back. Beautiful. Let's get into a nice seated position really fast. Close your eyes. If you can just take a moment to be with yourself. Start with taking two really, really deep breaths in through the nose. So one in through the nose, one out through the nose. And just remind yourself that this. If you're feeling stressed, there was a point in time. Yesterday, for, like, six minutes, I was like, whoa, I need to breathe. I was like a stress bubble. It was a very short period of time, but I was like, I need to. And it felt so good to breathe. And I realized, wow, I had been breathing shallow all day, so as soon as I took these really deep breaths, I felt so much better. So, yeah, go ahead and take some deep breaths for me, gentlemen. Fill up that stomach. Fill up that belly. All the way in. And what I want you to picture as your eyes are closed, we've imagined a green path before, and we're going to do the exact same green path. But what I want you to do now is imagine that green path, the same one that we've walked down before, to the garden of your heart. Same green path, beautiful grass, Very soft, very springy, very luscious. As you're walking down the path, I want you to notice the huge gate in front of you. This is the gate that we worked on rebuilding in our very, very first meditation together. Notice the size of the doors. Notice the colors of the doors. Notice what type of gate you have that really protects your heart from intruders. But at the same time, notice if you press that gate, how easy the doors swing open and you begin to walk through that humongous, powerful gate. And to your left, you remember, and you can visually see that huge garden. You can see the tree of Forgiveness that you've worked on. Maybe it needs a little bit of care and attention, or maybe it's bright and luscious and beautiful. But notice the. Just be aware of the garden of your heart. Notice the state. Have your mind, assign the value of this garden. Is it in great order? Is it in great shape? Is it beautiful? Is it upkeep? Or do you need to return to that tree once again at some point in the future and pour back in love, light, and happiness into that one tree? So that's to your left, right, the garden of your heart. And you'll remember in front of you where we walked down, we walked to the waterfall. You all Remember that you might be able to even see the waterfall way off in the distance. But it's in the front and to the right. To the right of you, I want you to create a new path. We're going to walk down to the right. Just take a right. There's this green path. And whatever else your mind is visualizing, whatever else you're seeing, perfect. But I want you to visualize as you're walking on this path, this newly formed path to the right, or now the garden of your heart is behind you. I want you to keep walking down this path for just a moment. And as you walk down this path, you start to come into a beautiful giant field, a meadow that eventually turns into a huge forest. Think sequoia trees. Think huge, massive redwoods. Think beautiful, incredible, huge trees everywhere. Powerful trees, large trees. You're still on this green path of soft, luscious grass. And inside this amazing, amazing forest, you see a small little cabin. Walk into the cabin, and as you open the door of the cabin, as soon as you open the door of the cabin, you notice two people on the couch. These are two people that love you very dearly that you need to pour more love into. Have your mind assign. Who are these two people on this couch in this moment, in this instance, in this exact period, who are the two people that crave your energy and attention, who crave your need, who crave you as a person? I want you to walk up to this couch. I want you to sit on this couch with these two people, one on your left and one on your right. And they both embrace you and hug you and hold you and say, thank you for being here. Thank you for giving us your love. Thank you for giving us your power. Thank you for giving us your wisdom, your insight. Hold both of these people for just a moment, give them a kiss on their heads and say, thank you so much for being here. Thank you for telling me that you needed me. I'm always happy to serve in a king role of energy and power. Slowly stand up from the couch, and those two people are going to slowly fade away. And again, while you're in this cabin, you can look around and notice anything that you want to place in this cabin and cabin. Remember that you can always come back to this exact cabin. There's many powerful visual visualizations and energies that can happen inside of this cabin for you. But what I want you to now do is walk out of the back door, keeping in mind that you can come back anytime that you wish. Walk out the back door and as you walk out of the back door, you're going to continue to notice above you, huge trees, a massive forest. You're still on this green grass path. And as you walk down this path, eventually the path changes to a little bit of a rockier, a little bit of a harder substance. And ahead of you, gentlemen, you notice a humongous canyon, a huge gorge. And this gorge, this canyon has nothing in between it. You can just look down and at the very, very bottom, you can see a river. And you feel an urge to get down there, but you know, right now it's not safe. So what I want you to do, gentlemen, is in your mind's eye, I would love for you to start imagining building a incredible, powerful bridge. And remember that anything that you build here is perfect. This is your choice. This is your decision. Every answer and choice is correct. But with your imagination, imagine this big, amazing, powerful, strong bridge being built across this canyon. Instantly, easily, quickly, powerful, huge, gorgeous bridge. And I want you to slowly walk across this bridge to the other side of the canyon. And as you get to the other side of the canyon now I want you to notice that there's a hiking trail down to the bottom of this canyon. Go ahead and walk down this trail. This trail is a little bit rocky, it's a little bit sandy, your feet are getting a little bit dirty. But it's very well groomed. It's a very well created path as like you've been here before. Other people have been here before, maybe other ancestors. You feel a certain power with the rocks. And as you walk down the bottom of this hiking trail, you get to the bottom of this gorge, the bottom of this canyon, and you finally are now here at the river. I want you to start walking into this river and realizing that the water is nice and cold up to your knees. Nice and cold. Keep walking farther into the water until it's up to your chest and it's taking your breath away just a little bit, imagining nice, cold water. And while you're here, I want you to hold your breath for just a moment and go underneath this water. And as you're underneath this water, I want you to go deeper and deeper into this water, deeper and deeper into this water, where suddenly you're no longer in water, but you're in what you feel like is space. This black, empty void. Nothing, just darkness. I want you to stand here for a moment and go deeper and deeper into this black void where there's nothing, just energy all around you. And as you're here in this water, in this space, in this void. And there's nothing. I want you to visualize for me for just a moment, a white light, a small little dot in the distance. I want you to travel to that white light, that small little dot. As you get closer and closer to that little white light, a little, small dot. I want you to realize that this little dot is a planet. But it's really not a planet. There's nothing on it. It's just you. Big enough for you. I want you to land on this tiny little white light of space, this energy, this small little Earth with really nothing on it other than you. And just white. All around you is white. It's bright even. And while you're here, while you're standing on this ball of white energy, this ball of white light, you hear a very familiar voice. This voice, this very familiar voice is you. You were here meeting maybe for the first time, possibly for the first time. Your higher self, your best self, the best version of you, the most disciplined version of you, the highest and most and best version of who you are is now staring at you face to face. You see yourself in this man, and you feel power. You feel certainty. You feel conviction. And I want you to embrace the best version of you. The most disciplined, the most consistent, the most loving, the most powerful, the most certain version of you. As you embrace, as you hug each other, I want you to feel his power, his certainty, his strength. And as you embrace and hug each other, your higher self pulls away from you for just a moment and provides to you a gift I want you to take notice of. What is this gift? What are you receiving? Keeping in mind that there are only correct answers. What are you receiving? What are you being given from the best version of you? The highest and most, the strongest and fastest, the wealthiest and richest, the smartest and most funny, the most and highest vibrational frequency of you is giving you a gift. What is that gift? And then ask the best version of you, what am I supposed to do with this gift? What does this gift mean? To the best of your ability. Answer that question. Take a deep breath in. And hug the best version of you, the highest version of you, the most powerful and certain version of you. And as you are embracing once again, I want you to notice that the best version of you slowly fades into your own skin, into your own body, becoming you. And in this moment, I want you to jump off of this small little planet. The small little white light. Jump off of the planet and soar back through the nothingness, through the void, through the Darkness. As you soar, I want you to take a deep breath in and hold your breath for a moment. And as you hold your breath, I want you to again imagine now that you are back underneath that water, cold water at the bottom of that canyon. I want you to slowly come up out of that water and breathe out the knowing that you have just transformed and transcended into a different dimension, into a different vibration, to a different frequency. I want you to slowly walk out of the water, back onto the hiking trail that you walked down. Now I want you to walk up. But notice as you walk now, your steps are stronger. They're faster, they're more confident. As you walk up the side of this canyon, your steps are more purposeful, they're more guided, they're more directional, they're stronger and faster. And notice the bridge that you built. I want you to walk across this bridge, seeing how strong and sturdy and confident and well made this bridge is. As you walk across the bridge, off into the distance, going back the other direction, you notice the cabin, the same cabin that you walked through a few moments ago. Walk through the back door. As you walk through the back door of the cabin, you'll notice the couch in the middle of the room. No one's on the couch at this moment. You've already healed those two people. You already gave those two people your love and energy. I want you to walk back through the front door of that cabin. Open the front door. Close the front door. Continue to walk down that green grass path, noticing how powerful and strong and confident your legs and feet are, keeping in mind the softness and the luxuriousness of this grass. And as you're walking down this grass path, you see in front of you the garden of your heart, brighter and stronger than it was before when you left on this journey. More vibrant, more colors, more flowers, more butterflies, more birds, more sounds. You notice the tree of Forgiveness, how big and bright and bold and beautiful it is. And you'll see the gates that you walk into the gate of your heart. Take a left to walk out of the gate, slowly closing the gate behind you. And continue walking confidently, with strength, with fortitude, with power, with purpose, with conviction. Walk on this green grass, grass path. Slowly taking two deep breaths, powerful breaths. Breaths of light and love, breaths of happiness and joy. Slowly breathe out through your nose. And one more breath in. And as you take that breath in, slowly open your eyes. Beautiful. So we have nine minutes remaining in our session. I would love for anyone who feels called to share with us your experience, your gifts. You receive from your higher self. If you have the ability or the time to share, please feel free to.
Mine was easy. I saw my parents on the couch and I received a ticket.
A ticket? What kind of ticket?
Ticket for a new life.
Yeah. Okay, I can live with that. Ticket for a new life. What did the ticket look like?
It looked like an old movie. Like an old ticket. Just like an old movie ticket. I was like, what? And then. And then I seen. It was just like. It was for. It was actually like, hey, like, look, look. There's literally all this out here in space. Like you're going back into the simulation.
Cool.
But I didn't expect to take myself with myself. That was pretty cool. Welcome.
Thanks.
Heck, yeah. Yen says it was powerful. Tell me Yens. Now.
Because my association with my best. My best self, you know, back in shape, standing up straight, you know, closing deals, winning big building businesses, helping people, you know, so being powerful, radiant. And I saw also my parents. But I had a weird experience because we had a cabin when I was. When I was a child. My grandfather, my great grandfather had a small vineyard, and there was this cabin, and I saw them in there, so. Because I remember them being in that cabin when we went there to harvest the wine. But that was just. But then I saw my parents, too.
Love that.
Talked about ancestors.
Yeah. That's awesome. That's beautiful. That's cool. Derek. Derek saw two elderly ladies, but he didn't know them. They know.
Cool.
They know you. I felt comfortable. It was a comfortable feeling. I just did not recognize them. Love it. Could be grandmothers, could be past lives, could be all kinds of different pieces. But it'll hit you later today. What that means for you, Kurt, That's a great question, man. Yeah, there were. I mean, I don't have them separated in a separate recording. They'll be on this recording if you never need to replay them. But I will make a commitment to you and tell everyone who's here. I have been asked a few times to go through a few different meditations. And I am going to create a meditation channel, a YouTube channel for some of my meditations. I'm going to work on that this summer because I want to listen to some mine as well. So thank you. But yes, I will. I will make that commitment to you. When I do that, I'll send it to you, my brother. Yeah.
Is anyone else feeling emotional when you.
Walk through that gate?
Because it always brings me back to that super powerful second or first healing we did, like, just like walking in there. So.
Wow.
You know Being back there.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
I feel that.
Of course, I get. I kind of tear up a little bit every time I, like, push the gate. It's just like, instant emotion.
Same here.
Yep.
Good. So keep. Keep doing that again. And you could replay that very first meditation that we did when we go in and work on the tree and the forgiveness and the garden, and we kind of keep doing that because, again, at some point, you do want that, like, curse said to be a little bit more of a warm and familiar. If we do get emotional, there's nothing wrong with that. Obviously, it's a beautiful feeling, but that just tells you that you need more connection and more healing with your heart, because that's really what we're doing. That meditation is my. My guidance is to push you towards healing your heart. Because you start healing your heart, things get real powerful. William, share with me your key. Tell me about this. Who did the. Who did the two people that you saw on the couch and why? Walk me through anything else that you noticed.
Well, I guess. Can you hear me at all? My AirPods work weird on computer. Okay. But what I saw, I guess, was like, a key to, like, you know, a path to, like. Like, happiness and wealth and health, you know, the three things that make up quality life.
And.
I guess, I don't know, finding the two people on the couch, I don't know, I had a hard time with that. I kind of just like.
Everyone.
Like, it was more than two people. Like my parents, my girlfriend, my grandparents, you know, like, I don't know. So.
So a lot of people need to believe people. Yeah, a lot of people need you. Respect that. Awesome, man. Beautiful. So a lot of times in that meditation, those two people again, if it is more people, what if. What it feels like or seems like to me. I know we just talked about boundaries. I'm aware of that discussion. But the more people that you see, the more often you say no. And so when you see a lot of people, it just starts to mean that show more love everywhere you go to more people. And so if you do see anyone, anyone that you do see, mothers, grandmothers, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, whoever it is, those are the people that need your love right now. And Quan says he saw my wife and two daughters. So there you go, Quan. So now, you know, pour into them special today. Give them some hugs, give them some love, give them some tenderness, Give them some of your heart for the people that a lot of times, some. Some men will not see anyone on the couch. And that that's also okay. You don't see anyone. That just simply means that you need to see you there and you need to start saying yes more, right? Opening yourself up so like more people that you see, you just already get. You gotta give a little bit more love to. You gotta start opening yourself up more, right? Saying yes more. And then the people that see no one, you gotta start saying no a little bit more. So you can start seeing some people there because you're giving away too much.
I guess in kind of a way I saw myself on the couch like, you know, some ways like feel like in some way that kind of have to give myself some more love, I guess.
100%, dude. 100%. Start loving on yourself. Love on your body, love on who you are. Yeah, absolutely, man. Just start, just start giving that self love and just realizing how awesome you are. And the fact that you're alive, the fact that you're in this class with such powerful men and the fact that you're such a powerful young man and you're going to continue to serve sore and know who you are, knows who you are, know your purpose and your conviction and what you're going to create in this world. Absolutely. Paul says, I saw on the couch a girl I know who really loves me and a friend that is no longer here. They have passed. Myself gave a gift of more courage. Yeah. Yes, yes, yes. Courage to step up, Paul, and do some big things. Ask for some big things. Gentlemen, you can probably all guess your homework just in case, just in case you can't, I'll share it with you. And for anyone else who wants to share in the WhatsApp group, I would love to, but I want you to start working on what do you need more of? More yeses, more nos or more con or less control? So I would love for any of you on here to document. We had a lot of yes guys who you say no to, how you say no. So over this week, feel free to document that with us, okay? Find ways to say yes that things that scare you. All right? So that's going to be for you, Paul. You got the gift of courage. That's a big deal. That means you need to say yes to something big. This week there's going to be an opportunity. Say yes to something really, really large, really magnificent. And say no. Have the courage also say no. And then surrender and allow three times in a new environment. So what that means is just allow. Find yourself to allow something new to happen that you cannot control. An example, I know some of you probably do this, but go into a restaurant and allow the person to order for you. Some of you probably do that. But if you're going to go on a trip, allow the kids to choose which park you're going to. Allow the dog to take you wherever you want the dog to take you and not have your phone on you. So you have to figure out how to get back home, right? So say no more frequently, Say yes more frequently and just allow. Start surrendering, start releasing some of this control. Let me know how I can help you at all, gentlemen. If you have anything that you need. Okay, you need any clarification, if you need assistance, please reach out to myself or my boy Chuck. We're both here for you. Gentlemen. We're going to continue to expand. You got your homework, your workouts up until Friday for this week, it's in our chat pane. If you needed me to explain you that, please let me know. Go enjoy a beautiful Memorial Day. For every push up that you do today, it's a thousand of them. Start getting after it. That clock will catch up real quick. Ask yourself, who could not do this workout that would love to. How many men before you have died so that you can be here? A lot of them have some of the people, right? For my boy Paul, that person on that couch, his dear friend that has passed, can't be here. Sure would love to be. So when you're doing these thousand push ups today, and it's my wife's birthday and guess who's still gonna do a thousand push ups? I'm gonna get it done. Don't worry, it's gonna happen. If you want to film some, you want to throw it in there, feel free to throw it in the chat. I'm here for you gentlemen. I love you all so much. Please let me know how I can pour into you. Quan, I sent you a direct message. Message me back. Love you family. Enjoy your weekend.
